Napa Pet Care is amazing! They are thoughtful, friendly, great communicators and knowledgeable. I was nervous about picking my first pet care place for our new puppy we just got and I am so incredibly happy that we found Napa Pet Care. They responded very quickly whenever I asked questions or checked in on our pup throughout the day. They also sent updates *with pictures* on how our little girl was doing. They also went above and beyond for me and took our pup on pretty short notice. The staff seem highly trained/experienced and I would trust any of them with our pets again in the future. I would recommend Napa Pet Care to anyone!

Amanda was absolutely amazing with our pets when we were out of town for 10 days. We recently moved to Napa and I was nervous about using a new pet sitter. I was incredibly happy with the communication system that they have in place and the pictures that Amanda sent. She was right down on the ground at their level. My skittish cat warmed up to her and even let her pet her belly! Thank you so much and I will definitely be a long time customer!

I am new to Napa and was very nervous to have a cat sitter for my Cat precious. She had the same sitter for 5 years and can be fussy. I hired Napa Pet Care and the experience was excellent. They fed her twice a day, played with her and in 4 days had her coming out when they arrived to be petted and play. I can highly recommend the service.

Lizbet was our pet sitter and she was awesome. We have a large fluffy family which includes cats, rabbits, chinchillas, and an 130 pound malamute mix which she embraced and handled with ease. Like most pet parents I can get to worrying about them. She put my mind at ease with her frequent noted updates and photos. She had even the shyest of our pets warmed up to her and looking forward to her visits. Thanks!!! Further they were quickly responsive to my request, thorough, professional and provided flexible options catered to specific needs. The web site is up to date and easy to navigate. The mobile app is a genius way to check in when you are on the go. I will definitely work with them again.

I utilized Napa Pet Care for the first time recently while I took a long motorcycle trip. Knowing my pets were cared for provided great peace of mind. The daily updates and photos were great and had me laughing out loud at the end of each day on the road. My sitter (Lizbet) was exceptional. I have and do recommend Napa Pet Care.

If I could give Jesslynn and Napa Pet Care 100 stars I would. I am a new puppy mom and I seriously doubt I could keep my puppy, Kiki, if it wasn't for Napa Pet Care! I work very long hours and knowing that a highly trained compassionate professional is helping me care for my puppy is all I need to get thru the long work week. A really great feature that Napa Pet Care offers is the attention and constant feedback they provide to owners. For instance, I receive daily updates along with a GPS tracker of Kiki's daily walks-I am so glad to know my dog is getting adequate exercise! Finally, Jesslynn takes time out of her day to educate me about training, nutrition, and anything else I might have a question about. Jesslynn has helped me train my puppy to use the bells to go outside. She takes the time to help groom Kiki when needed. Plus, my puppy loves her, and I truly believe one of the best ways to judge a person is thru animals-and Jesslynn/napa Pet Care gets a big thumbs up from Kiki!

We strongly recommend Tails Up! Napa Valley for your four legged loved ones! Melodie made our experience comfortably seamless when we were out of town for several days. Our greatest concern when leaving our dogs was not only the basics of being fed and let out, but she took it a couple steps further by giving them companionship by staying overnight, taking them for walks frequently, and giving them baths. I have worked with the TailUp team to walk my pup since they initially opened. They are extremely professional, well managed, and reliable. Melodie, the owner takes extreme care to screen her staff and to ensure that they, not only follow safety rules, but also make sure that I as the pet parent am comfortable with her team. TailsUp closed briefly due to state independent contractor regulations, but they are now back in business! I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism.

We have used Tails Up for walks & dog sitting on two visits to Napa, and they have been great! Very responsive and flexible for early/late requests. We got updates and great pics from each of the walkers. Will definitely reach out the next time we are in town with our pup!

I had been searching for a pet sitter for several years that I could trust with my 13 year old dog when a family member recommended I try Fluffy Boss . I can’t say enough wonderful things about how well Josey took such loving care of our dog Zoie. Since Zoie is an elderly dog she has some special needs which Josey immediately tended to. I have now used Fluffy Boss several times and Zoie gets so excited when Josey arrives. I would highly recommend Fluffy Boss and will definitely continue with her services. Thank you Josey!!

Josey is a natural with animals! She treats them like little royal babies who must be protected at all costs--because they are! She took care of my tiny terrier just as instructed, and Angel didn't want her to leave! Highly recommend and plan on using Fluffy Boss again!
