Alex and Cindy were fantastic looking after Bailey. Plenty of space for him to run around and explore. There was other dogs there at the house which Bailey loved playing with, it helps when they are of similar breed and size. Definitely recommend them for your dog sitting needs we will be using them again when we’re away on holidays.

Alex and his family took great care of my dog for a few days while away on a recent trip. They provided regular updates and photos keeping me up to date, and also went above and beyond asking about my dogs daily routine and feeding schedule. The initial meet and greet ensured my dog was a suitable fit to stay, and it was nice to know my dog would also have some other well socialised buddies around to play with. I can not speak or recommend highly enough of Julia. I engaged her to help train me and my gorgeous Labrador puppy. Julia has taught me how to be a better ‘Mum’ to Charlotte, to be less anxious with her and given me lots of great and helpful advice. Charlotte loves Julia and is responding well to the training. Julia clearly cares very deeply about the well being of our fur babies and only wants them to be the very best dog they can be, and she is happy to train us to make sure that outcome is achieved 😊.

I have no hesitation in recommending Julia 100% in all aspects of training and socialising dogs. Archie our 1 year old was insecure and very reactive to other dogs. Upon apologising in the park to another dog owner, they gave us Julia’s number and told us they use to have the same problem. We started with Julia in November and are so happy with all the new strategies that she has helped us implement. Archie’s confidence has grown significantly, his manners and obedience have improved. He is a lot calmer and relaxed. We now know how to read his signs and this gives him confidence in us. Archie loves his off lead group walks with other dogs and is straight out the door leaping into a crate in Julia’s van with no hesitation leaving me for his adventure with Julia & Co. It is very obvious Julia loves her job and all her furry friends, it shows in the results she achieves.

Julia is my fairy Dog-mother! She is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled in all dog behaviour and training. She has helped my anxious little pup to develop much greater trust in other dogs, and also strengthened the bond between me and my boy. I now know how to read dog language, and can confidently approach doggy interactions without feeling anxious myself. Julia also recommended many products which my dogs love..snuffle matt's, puzzle feeders etc which can be done either with a cost or completely by using materials I already had at home. I highly recommend Julia! Her prices are very reasonable as well compared to other quotes I had received. Got to know Julia through a friend whose dog she was walking. The discipline of the dogs she trained, the care and attention she provided to each and every dog was amazing. I personally had the experience of her training both my dogs and 'myself'. I have learnt so much. She made sure to let me watch and understand the dogs world, their reactions and mannerisms and also taught me how to work through their anxiety to improve both yours and their confidence. I have seen an amazing transformation of my beautiful dogs. When you see the effect of her training playing out so perfectly in front of you, you know you are in good hands. Thank you, Julia.

I highly recommend Julia. She has helped my dog Otis and I both gain a lot of confidence and made our walks more enjoyable. He used to struggle with leash reactivity towards other dogs which made walking very anxious. After Julia’s help we now do big off leash walks where he gets to meet and greet many dogs with no reactivity at all! She has helped me to better understand the body language and needs of my dog so that I can be a better owner and give him a much easier and better experience when meeting other dogs.

I’ve been working with Julia for the past month now, if I could give 10 stars I would! She has not only helped my 4 month old bull mastiff but she has given me the tools, knowledge and confidence to handle and train my boy. Julia is extremely easy to get along with and her socialising classes are well worth the money.

We are so happy we found Julia. Having never owned a dog before, I was struggling to understand our little 8 month old puppy. We had one session at our home with Julia and then I came on some of the social walks with her. She is an amazing model and trained me as much as she trained our little guy! Often we would stop to chat to other dog owners and they would ask for advice which Julia was more than happy to share. She has so much knowledge about dogs and is generous with it above and beyond what I expected from our sessions. I am now confident to take him on an off-lead walk by myself and actually enjoy it, I have learnt how to assess other dogs from a distance and best of all, I now feel much more connected with with my puppy. He feels safe to come to me now when he feels unsure, where before he would just take off. Absolutely love how much fun we can have together now thanks to Julia. I would recommend her to anyone!

We have had 3 sessions with Julia so far and plan to have many more. We came to her because our dog was reactive and would bark at dogs constantly. Although we have a long way to go, we can see the dramatic changes already. We can feel how much calmer our dog is and he truly enjoys his walks now. We can’t wait to continue our journey with Julia!

I met Julia on the beach yesterday - she was walking 4 dogs and I had my little adolescent puppy who in the last month or so has just started to show some naughty behaviour around other dogs, and his lack of training was really beginning to show. I was really feeling my inexperience with dogs (as he is my first dog). Julia gave me some tips as we walked along the beach on what I could do to improve my puppy's recall, his resource guarding and his interactions with other dogs (he has started to become a bit snarly/cheeky with new dogs over the past month). Julia had four dogs with her, one of which was her own, and she had them all completely under control - I was amazed at how in control she was. Julia's dogs came when she wanted them to, sat in front of her when she wanted them to - they were like putty in her hands, and they were having an absolute blast on their walk. Julia assessed new dogs approaching on the beach, occasionally moved her group up towards the dunes as other groups of dogs passed, rewarding her dogs constantly for their excellent behaviour, pointing out what my dog was telling me with his body language in certain situations - this is a person who knows so much about dogs, who is very generous with her advice and her walking group were just an absolute pleasure to be around. She was fun, played with her dogs and was totally connected to her group at all times - these dogs just wanted to please her - they clearly adored her. I am so grateful to have met Julia on the beach - I have learnt so much from her. Having seen Julia in action on one of her walks I will be highly recommending her to my friends and family. It was our pup’s first time being away from us and we didn’t feel comfortable having him stay in a Kennel nor with dog sitter. The Ruff Barn was exactly what we were looking for!! Dacie has an animal science and health background and knows what to do with pups. She is very professional and we trust her in providing the best advice for our pup. We felt comfortable while we were away as she sent us updates with photos and videos. We were happy to see our pup playing with other dogs and sleeping together in a very cozy environment. I recently boarded my black Shiba Inu at The Ruff Barn for three weeks, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. This was his first long-term boarding, and I was nervous, but Dacie was incredibly helpful and attentive. She made sure Huoguo felt right at home, providing the comfort and care he needed. If you have a sensitive dog and are looking for a second home for them while you're away, I highly recommend The Ruff Barn. It's a fantastic place where dogs are treated with love and kindness!

Dacie & theruffbarn. An absolute sanctuary. This is our 1st time leaving Oztin. Booking, communication, meet & greet was great. 10days away & we could tell from the pics sent by Dacie & following the IG & FB postings. Oztin was well taken care & totally spoilt. Our dog, Charlie, is your typical anxious and needy rescue. Though we were the anxious ones when we had to find a place for him while we went away for 3 weeks. The Ruff Barn ended up being the perfect place for him; Charlie was so well taken care of! With an environment that simulated life at home, we were happy to hear that Charlie settled right in. Dacie also provides updates during your pet's stay, which is great for fur parents with separation anxiety hehe. The Ruff Barn - 100% will recommend!

The Ruff Barn is our go-to place for doggy daycare and boarding (even though we live NOR). We are so glad to have found a safe space for our girls to socialise, and have seen such a growth in their confidence since attending Ruff Barn. We’ve also felt assured boarding them at Ruff Barn because Dacie treats them as we would. She maintains their routines, administers their meds and lets them live indoors and close by. My favourite bit is the photo and video updates to let us know how they are going! She shows genuine care for the dogs and we could not recommend her more.

Our GSP, who normally suffers from separation anxiety loves her time a The Ruff Barn. It’s reassuring to know she is being well looked after by Dacie. We also receive photos & videos daily whilst we are away, which is comforting.

Finding Dacie and The Ruff Barn has been amazing as there’s a place I trust and have peace of mind to leave my dog. This was the first holiday that we left Loki behind, and he was very well looked after. Dacie sent regular photo and video updates and went above and beyond to ensure Loki ate properly (as he is a fussy eater), which was very reassuring and thoughtful. Loki was relaxed and happy when he got home, which shows just how well he was being taken care of and how much he enjoyed his stay. I can’t recommend Dacie enough, and The Ruff Barn is definitely my go to for doggy care :)

Our two springer spaniels stayed with Dacie for two weeks while we went overseas. It was the first time we had put our dogs in boarding and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and level of care we received for our fur babies! From the get go the response and communication from Dacie was prompt, professional and reassuring. Our dogs have two very different temperaments which Dacie managed so well. We received daily updates, photos and videos and our dogs had the best time. The dogs who board stay inside with Dacie which gives it such a homely experience which other boarding facilities just don’t provide. We will be recommending The Ruff Barn to all of our friends and family and won’t be going anywhere else!

Dacie has been helping care for our dog Molly for approximately 8 months now with a combination of day care and overnight stays when we are away. I am very happy with her service. Molly absulutely loves being with Dacie. She is reliable and professional. Dacie has always sent photos and videos of Molly to me whilst she is caring for her and I have appreciated this. Our fur baby stayed with Dacie for 2 weeks as we went away internationally and we are soooo happy we chose the ruff barn. We were updated daily with videos and photos and his adventures. When he needed to go to the vet (for a little rash) Dacie acted fast and kept in contact and tended to his antibiotics and cream to help him heal. We are so so grateful for all her love and care, our big baby is so happy and healthy and had the best time! He even laid on the floor our the front of her house and refused to come home 😂 THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN! Would definitely recommend xxxx

We’ve never left our dog Jinx with anyone other than family and we were super hesitant about finding a suitable kennel but we found Delsasse and could not be happier. From the moment my husband walked in he was extremely impressed with the facilities. All the dogs looked so happy to be there! 🐶 The grounds and kennels looked immaculate and super clean. In fact, our dog left my husband, went off to play with other dogs and never looked back!!! We felt very comfortable leaving her there and she was beautiful and clean when we returned. Annette was so lovely - you can see she absolutely loves all the dogs. We were so happy, we’ve booked her in for another stay already. Highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Once again our Sharni was looked after so well from Annette and her ladies. She has stayed with them now six times over the years, first with the previous owner now with Annette. We had tried a few other places over the years, however never took her back for a second stay. When your dog is in a hurry to get to the door you know you have chosen a place that takes great care of them, while you are away. A very big thank you to Annette and we couldn't recommend her highly enough with your fur babies.

Rude arrogant owner. Kennels are not temperature controlled. Owner said it's currently 4 degrees in there. Even though regulations state kennels must be between 15 - 30 degrees. Our pup came home stressed.

🐶 About 12 years ago, we used to take my beautiful little Cavalier to Pat. She was the most amazing dog person. I know this is quite a late review, but an honest one.I’m eager to speak with Pat again as I’d like to see if she still breeding her beautiful Little Spaniel‘s, I wanted to post this review because personally I wouldn’t take any dog of mine anywhere else. The care and the condition that my dog used to come out of Pats kennels was absolutely beautiful my little Tux was never stressed I was always happy, the cleanliness is second to none quite honestly. It’s an amazing kennel, more like a puppy resort really 🐶 . Thanks Pat 🐶🙏🏻🌺

My first time leaving my furbaby. I researched extensively, Visiting multiple places suitable for my dog. I drove nearly an hour away to bring my little one to be cared for. Nothing was too much for the team. My questions were answered and my mind put at ease knowing she would be well looked after. Upon collection my dog was happy. The team were wonderful and caring. I have already pre booked another stay for her. The grounds are immaculate, kennels are not hidden like others so you can see where you dog will be from the moment you walk in. They also have PROPER LAWN!!! Each pooch has their or lawn run. Very happy!

This was first time our spoilt little dog had to stay at a dog kennel and I am so glad that Delsasse was recommended to us. He had his own little patch of grass that he could access at any time. I was able to provide his own food to avoid any tummy upsets. The lovely ladies put a jacket on him when the weather turned cool and I worried about him being cold. We have booked him again for an upcoming holiday as I know he will be looked after here and I won’t worry. He had a bath on the day we were collecting him too! Thankyou so much for your kindness and care.

We left our small baby dog Reese under Delsasse care. It was Reese’s first time away from us. We are so happy because Reese was well guided and well take cared. The staff is so friendly and nice, place is clean and comfortable. At first, we we’re having difficulty finding the right place where to leave our baby Reese. So lucky, we found this place and we couldn’t ask for more. Definitely highly recommended!

Our Puppies have been going to Delsasse for quite a few years now and every time, they are super excited to get there. When we pick them up they are always clean & never have upset tummies. All of the staff are lovely and easy to deal with and really accommodating. Very glad we can always rely on them when we go away.

This was the first time we were to leave our dogs since getting them 3 years ago, and to say we were anxious would be an understatement. Our 11 day overseas holiday felt like an eternity without our fur pups. But we couldn't have asked for a better location to leave our babies! The place is immaculate, it's the first thing I noticed when walking in. Our two dogs shared a run, next to our friends two dogs, staff opened the pens so they could all play every day. One of our dogs has anxiety and needs medication. Again nothing was too much trouble. Bringing our own bedding, toys and food was what sealed the deal for us, we just know our dogs would have been more comfortable with their own stuff. Other kennels in the area won't let you bring stuff like this. When we were away every few days we called just to check up on them, the Pat and Carol always more than happy to talk for as long as you wanted, and called them by name and knew their personalities which made you feel like they really get to know them! My only concern I guess what a stormy/cold night the day before we came home, as our dogs are "hairless", they feel the cold. Well they arrived home clean, happy and well adjusted as if we hadn't left. The bedding etc was all dry too. We had nothing to worry about but will will probably book in warmer months for this reason. Thanks again guys we will definitely be returning :)

I am travelling with my dog at the moment and wanted to spend the day on Rottnest Island. Alex and the team at Wagz were more than happy to my dog for the day. Even better they have a groomer on site so they were able to give my dog a bath and a brush for me too. I’m always hesitant leaving my dog in the care of others however I could tell thank Alex truely cared for my dog while he was in his care. If your chasing a dog sitter for the day or somthing more long term I couldn’t recommend the team at Wagz higher! Cheers, Lee

Dani and her team are caring, competent and dedicated. My fur baby has been attending twice weekly for a year and thrives on the attention and enrichment she receives. She has made so many fabulous furry friends and we both just love our Wagz daycare days!

Finding a good dog groomer is never easy, but we feel lucky to have found one at Wagz Doggy Daycare! Our 14-year-old boy, Charlie, looks his best again after his grooming session. Thank you, Wagz!

So grateful for Dani & the team at Wagz! Our Husky Echo knows her daycare days, she can't wait to get there in the morning and is pleasantly exhausted by the time we pick her up in the afternoon. Cannot recommend Wagz enough for care for playful pooches and busy but loving dog owners. Our staffy X is there once a week and has so many friends, he is absolutely wrapt to go to daycare and is perfectly exhausted afterwards from a huge day of playing and socializing. Pharaoh is a better dog from going to Wagz each week and it is a small and reasonable price to pay to keep him well socialized, active and happy each week. Thank you Dani and team for the service you provide!

Dani has brought Wagz back to life. She genuinely cares about my fur babies. They run up to her every morning they come in- which says a lot for my picky Miss Pebbles. I feel comfortable leaving my babies in Wagz’ care. Thank you. Both my girls have wonderful haircuts on Wednesday, looking super cute. Dani dealt with me being an anxious mum, with a new groomer and a mum that can’t really explain what she wants. I’m very happy with how they both look. Xx

The Groomer at Wagz did really well with my pups, Picasso, 1st ever full groom and was happy to see and hear that my little pup (9 months) did very well for their 1st grooming session. And I can confirmed that my fur baby is very relieved to now have the ability to see more clearly with the hair out of the way and more free to sunbath and play without the long fur scuffing up. If you have a pet that is of puppy age (or any dog) and want their first grooming session/experience to go by comfortably/smoothly, Alex and his team got you covered and will take in everything you want done to heart and give you feedback that is honest and earnest on how they did and even what they did to make your fur babies dazzling. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Paddy’s days at Wagz are his absolute favourites - as soon as we drive up, he’s so excited to race out and get inside. I couldn’t recommend Dani and her team at Wagz more highly. Such a caring and genuine team. Thank you for everything that you do, we look forward each day to see photos of our boy having fun and hanging out with his mates.

I highly recommend hey you pet resort. Tom and his family looked after my beagle just recently . Upon arrival it was a warm welcome and a no fuss check in for my dog banjo the beagle. Quite flexible with timing as our flights got cancelled unfortunately due to know fault or our own. Kennels looked great and banjo came back happy as Larry. All round a great experience will be back again.

We always feel confident leaving our dog, Momo, at this kennel. The staff are caring and professional, and Momo is always happy and well cared for during her stay. It's reassuring to know she's in such good hands, and we appreciate the peace of mind that comes with knowing she's safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Just picked up my dog from the dog resort, and I couldn't be happier! My furry friend looks incredibly content and is in great condition. It's evident that the staff at the resort have forged a close bond with my dog, and their genuine love for animals shines through. I'm thoroughly impressed by the level of care and attention my dog received during the stay. I highly recommend this dog resort to any fellow pet owner!

I picked my Chico up from the pet resort on Sunday after a 3 week stay. I am so happy with the new owners in caring for my dog. The kind thoughtful people went up and beyond even gave my dog a birthday while I was away and sent a video to me. I recently took my dog to this family-owned dog resort and was thoroughly impressed. The place was spotless, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It felt like they treated my dog as part of their own family. I felt assured that my pet was in responsible hands. I would highly recommend this dog resort to anyone looking for a caring and reliable place for their furry family members.

I’m happy to visit this place again when next holiday comes. After the ownership changes I left my dog in here, in that time I was afraid if they were good to look after my dog. However when I came back I was quite happy with them. My dog seemed very pleased with the owner and staff, clean environment, friendly staff, I strongly recommend.

Val and Geoff were amazing with my mini schnauzer, however the new owners are obviously not experienced in the care of dogs. My dog weighed a healthy 7 kgs going in. 2 weeks later she weighed 6 kgs and is lethargic and has her ribs, hips and shoulder blades sticking out. That’s an unhealthy rapid weight loss. I can’t recommend this kennel anymore and will be finding a caring and experienced new kennel next time we need boarding.

I am deeply disappointed with the care provided to my German Shepherd during a 5-week stay at this pet resort. He lost 7 kg, with visible bones, indicating severe neglect. Furthermore, the resort failed to inform me about his health issues until l picked up the dog, including a week-long bout of diarrhea and refusal to eat. This lack of communication is alarming. Similar experiences of neglect and weight loss have been reported by other pet owners. Due to these serious issues, I cannot recommend this resort for pet care.

They offer amazing service and hands down are the best with looking after my furr babies BB and Suzie. I never have to worry when being away from my babies when they are here. And with other places braking my trust, I'm happy to see my babies happy when I take them there and pick them up.

We had our elderly German Shepherd called Rex, stay with the boarding kennel for two weeks in the past. He was well cared for and he enjoyed his stay. Knightsbridge Kennels look after the pets very well and are good at customer service. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Donna and Kevin boarded our two large German Shepherds for us over the Anzac Day long weekend. Donna was very responsive and it was easy to book the dogs in. We were able to pay by direct deposit, which was very convenient. When I went to pick the dogs up it was clear they had enjoyed their stay and were well taken care of at Knightsbridge Kennels. I noticed that on our way out of the kennel area, both dogs knew how to get to the large grassy run and had obviously had the opportunity to enjoy the space during their stay. We will definitely be booking our dogs in when we're next out of town.

Thankyou so much Donna and Kevin for taking great care of our rescue dogs Gaby and Boss . We were a little anxious about leaving them both as they are a little nervous in new surroundings . We didn’t need to worry at all as they settled in nicely with the love and expert care from Donna and Kevin , and even enjoyed watching the goats through the fence at play time. Donna and Kevin are extremely knowledgeable and the kennels are extremely clean and comfortable . Needless to say we have rebooked our fur babies in for another break as we were so happy with the care they received . We highly recommend Knightsbridge boarding kennels and we will not leave our dogs with anyone else . 5 stars .

Lovely, friendly staff, who were very accomodating and provided reassurance for my anxiety :). The facilities were very clean and i loved the open green space where the dogs had a play. Our dog seemed very happy and relaxed when i picked him up.

I can honestly say that everything about our first home sitting experience was excellent. Our communications were all answered very promptly and the whole process was explained to us very well. Our house sitter Brad was just amazing, from the first time of meeting him he made the whole process so easy. He regularly sent us photos of our pets whilst we were away and we returned home to an immaculately clean house and pets that were very happy and relaxed. We will definitely be using Allpet Sitters again in the future and I thank them for an excellent service.

Laurissa and Rodin were perfect house and pet sitters for our staffy Boye and our 2 cats Ricky and Bluey . They kept us regularly updated with pics of our fur babies which we loved. Our babies were so happy and content, we were at absolute peace while on holidays knowing they were being well cared for and loved . They left our home lovely and clean on our return and even bought fresh bread , milk and biscuits which was really appreciated as we got home quite late from airport ..I would definitely and highly recommend Allpets Sitters to anyone looking for house or pet sitters .

I couldn’t be happier with Erin’s care for Rommy while I was away! Rommy was so happy and content when I arrived home, and it was clear that he had been well looked after. Not only that, but my house was left spotless — everything was neat and tidy, which was such a lovely touch. Kirstyn and Mike were fantastic, we would highly recommend them. We met them twice before we went on holiday, and they were here when we left and here when we arrived home. Our dogs Bertie and Billy were very chilled when we came home, and the house was spotless. We also gave them use of our car and that was spotless too. Allpet House Sitters go above and beyond. They have arranged sitters on a few occasions for our dog. They do everything they can to match your pet and house with a suitable sitter, and the personal touch provided by Jan is what makes the service special. We have used AllPets several times a year for over 5 years now and have always felt that we are leaving our pets and home in good hands. We have had some excellent sitters - singles and couples and all very caring and very pet loving people. The girls in the office - Gemma, Lee and Catherine are friendly and Jan runs a very professional business. If we have been away for long sits (4 or more weeks) she usually does a visit to the home to make sure everything is running well. We mention AllPets House sitters to lots of friends and family and thoroughly recommend them. We are just home from two weeks away and we had an excellent young couple Celeste and Fernando looking after Teddy (4 year old Retriever) and Scout (2 year old grey cat). They sent us photos and updates every so often which is lovely when you are away from home and your 'fur babies' . We have our next two trips already booked for this year. We used Allpet sitters when we travelled overseas and I can’t recommend them enough. Robbie was our sitter and she looked after our cat so well! It was really peace of mind to know Robbie was there to look after her and we loved receiving photos and videos of how she was doing. We have used All Pet House Sitters twice now - both times we were away for approximately a month overseas and have been delighted with the service we received. On both occasions our house sitters had done a fantastic job looking after both our home and the pets (we have a 6 year old schnauzer/poodle cross and a 3 year old cat). The dog, particularly, can get a bit stressed when we're away and we find it is so much better for him to be cared for in his own environment and sticking to his usual routine. We have been very happy with the care and professionalism shown by all the Allpet staff who handled our bookings. They really understand the anxiety that many pet owners feel when having to leave their beloved fur babies and have thought through all the details very well. It is also reassuring to know that the housesitters have the back up of the office staff at all times in case of any unforeseen eventuality eg delayed flights back home or the like. We would definitely use Allpet's services again and are happy to recommend them to any pet lovers looking for reliable and caring house and pet sitters.

We used All Pet House Sitters to look after our very precious Dalmatian in August/September 2015 when we were overseas for a month. We were thrilled with everything about this service. Jan was so professional and efficient and was an absolute delight to do business with. David and Rachel, our house sitters were so gorgeous. We met them a few times before going away and couldn't of been happier. While we were away we received constant updates and photos which was brilliant. Our dog Lilly was so spoilt and so well cared for. We would definitely recommend this service and will be using it again when leaving our pets when we are on holidays. When our original house / dog sitter plans fell through, we came across Allpet House Sitters. Jan and her team were very efficient with their communications, and I appreciated their thorough sets of documentation for us to prepare and go through with our sitter. Andrew was an amazing sitter, sending us regular updates, taking great care of our dogs, going absolutely above and beyond with maintaining and cleaning the house; buying us some eggs, bread, milk and a box of chocolates ready for our arrival back. Our first experience with All Pet House Sitters was absolutely fantastic. Claire and Lucas were amazing with our little dog, two cats, goldfish, garden and house. Alison and Bob were amazing. From the first time I met them, they gave off a warm and friendly vibe and our cat felt immediately comfortable with them. When we were away on our trip, Alison kept us updated with photos of our pets and any other info from home. When we arrived back from our holiday, the house was spotless, there was fresh bread in the kitchen and fresh milk in the fridge. It was just such a stress free experience and we would like to thank you for recommending Alison and Bob for our house sit.

I really didn’t leave feeling comfortable when they wouldn’t allow me to see where my cat would be staying. I asked for photos after I left and it looked like he was literally in a box. Now he’s home and he can’t manage to jump up onto any furniture like he usually does. he fell backwards from the edge of the bed! I really hope that he just requires some stretching and exercise but I am really concerned. Does that mean he’s been left in a tiny box for a week? He has never come home from a cattery being less physically able than when we left him!

My cats have stayed at a number of different cat hotels around Australia, and without a doubt Karl and the team have the best. It is always clean but doesn’t have that smell of cleaning products that irritate your nose. My cats visibly relax in the ten minutes after we first drop them off and are always chilled out when I pick them up. It’s clear to me that they feel safe and cared for. It’s obvious both from the beautiful condition the cattery is in and the knowledge Karl has about keeping cats happy and healthy in a cattery environment and how to help them relax that he takes immense pride in what he does. And he should, it is a superb facility and I would never send my cats anywhere else. For someone like me who stresses about my cats being looked after when I am away (hence the novel), the Sage vet cat hotel is worth it’s weight in gold.

My cat Fudge has stayed at the Sage Vets Cat Hotel several times. It's bright, clean and each cat has their own comfortable suite. Karl takes a personal interest in all 'hotel guests' and I know that Fudge will be well cared for during his stay. I would definitely recommend this facility. Thank you Karl and your team!

My beautiful kitty Theo (Mitty) has stayed at the Cat Motel three times. He has always come home happy and healthy. The motel is very clean. I was really impressed with the set up. Karl is amazing very caring. Would recommend Sage Vet Cat Hotel if you need a place for your Kitty.

Karl and the team are so great! You can feel slightly less guilty about leaving your pet-kids to go on holiday because you know they are getting so much love and many snuggles from the Sage Vets Cat Hotel team. The "suites" are gorgeously kitted out, and there's a vet in the same building so you always have peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place. The whole facility is clean and well design. All their staff members are well trained and love cat too. Karl is keeping this place very well too. My fur child always get the privacy and care that he wanted. The bonus part is I can see latest video of my fur child on their Instagram while I’m away. Peppy used to stress a lot when he return from other boarding place. But now he always look happy when I pick him up. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some good care for your cat.

My 2 kittens stayed for a week at Sage Vets Cat Hotel. They were extremely well looked after and came home well and happy. Karl and the staff are really friendly and they all clearly love cats. The booking process was easy and quick. I would give them 10 stars not 5!!

Definitely a 5 star experience for cats. We recently left our two cats at the hotel for 10 days. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and lack of any animal smell. We really enjoyed seeing them on instagram videos while we were away. They always looked happy and totally at home in their new surroundings.They staff were attentive and showed an obvious love of cats. I have used other catteries in the past always with a sense of trepidation. Sage Vets Cat Hotel provided a whole new level of care and I have already booked Floyd and Rigby in for our holiday next year.
