It was our first experience leaving our little guy somewhere. Selena was a wonderful choice. Her home and backyard is perfect for 4 legged friends. She sent me pictures everyday. He looked very happy with his new friends. Our flight home got canceled. We were very fortunate she was able to keep him one more day.

Great place for your little buddy. Reasonable prices, a good group of friendly dogs, and they open early. The best part is that my dog comes home exhausted.

We have been using Lynda’s services for more than a year now and they are fantastic. Cassie has been our dog walker and she was always perfect, on time and best of all, our 2 monsters (English Cocker spaniels) love her. We have been using Lynda/Bay Area Pet Pals for at least 7 years as our petsitter for our 2 little dogs whenever we are out of town or need for other reasons. There is no one else I would trust as much as Lynda to take care of them. Her place is like their home away from home, and she treats and loves them as her own. And they get happily excited when they see her. Lynda has also had to give one of our dogs medication every day while we were gone, and she followed through with no problem. My husband and I highly recommend Bay Area Pet Pals to take excellent care of your pets. For us, it's peace of mind that our two dogs are in good hands while we're gone.

I’ve been using Bay Area Pet Pals (BAPP) for as long as I’ve had my dog (10+ years) and there is absolutely no other dog boarding service nor individual that I would trust to provide as outstanding a level of expertise with kind loving care as BAPP and Lynda. Lynda is experienced, professional yet personable and I have complete peace of mind and trust her implicitly whenever I leave my dog in her care. In fact, all my vacations are always scheduled with her availability in mind. I truly can’t imagine a pet care provider who could be any better.

Bay Area Pet Pals have been a godsend for me. We were new to the Bay area 3 years ago and I didn't have the family I normally relied on to watch my cats. On top of that one of my cats is diabetic and the other has chronic kidney disease. I'm a Veterinary Technician so finding the right people to watch my cats was critical and boarding them just stresses them out. I reached out to Lynda and was super impressed by her business model and the care takers she hires. You give her a lot of information about your pets and that really eased my mind that she cares about them. She is upfront about what she needs from the pet owner so there are no issues while you are gone. I travel a lot and Alisse and Kim and absolutely phenomenal! They give my diabetic cat her insulin and Alisse was even willing to learn to give fluids to my old gal. They spend quality time with them and are in constant communication with me via text or email. You do pay for the service but the peace of mind I get leaving my cats in their care is worth it to me. I highly recommend them!

Heather was awesome! We have a very shy cat but after a few days they were best friends. This company is legit. They scheduled a meet-and-greet and had thorough information forms to make sure the sitter isn't locked out and any specific needs the pet had. Will be booking again for future trips!

This place has been amazing for helping my rescue pups open up and make new puppy friends. They go twice a week and the few hours of running around the big open space with other pups tires them out and provides a different level of enrichment for them. Company is responsive and professional and really cares for the pups!

For 2-1/2 years my dog LOVED Paws! Due to an injury, she had to stop going :( She misses it so much! My girl would sprint for the door when they came to pick her up. She had a blast every single day. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Hi to everyone there from Noodle! Hi- 2.5 years later, posting an update and a photo!! Noodle has been back at PAWS for a couple of years now and I just wanted to gush again. I cannot say enough about the amazing care my dog receives at PAWS! Even after 5 years of going there, Noodle still practically jumps into the staffer's arms when they come to get her. She comes home safe, happy and after a day of romping around, totally pooped out. Noodle can be an easily excited dog, and the staff handle her very professionally. We had tried out the larger franchise-owned day cares and both of us got lost in the chaos. PAWS is a smaller, more intimate business and as a result, Noodle sees familiar dogs every day, and is well-known and thoroughly loved by each of the staffers. I love that I get pics and regular updates. Noodle has been on a few overnights at Omie's and Trina's, and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. They treat her like one of the family! They even handled Noodle's complex dietary needs without a problem. This is a business owned by true dog-lovers. Their love of dogs comes through in everything they do, and they treat each and every one like one of their own. I cannot say enough about PAWS, their staff, and their services. I don't know what I'd do without them!

We absolutely love Paws. And our 95lb Labrador called Guinness loves it even more! 😊🐶 we call it “going to camp”, because he’s so excited every day to be picked up to go see his friends and run around for a few hours and get all his energy out. So convenient. We trust the operators wholeheartedly with him - Trina, Omie, Oscar, Roman, Gloria, Gabby are all now part of his fur family! We have complete peace of mind when Guinness stays with one of them for boarding as well. We don’t know what we’d do without them!

I cannot express enough gratitude for Paws Dog Camp and highly recommend them for your dogs. The staff and facility are wonderful. My Bernedoodle, Bodhi, loves the days he spends with them. He enjoys having so much space to freely run around and play with his new found buddies. He comes home ready to relax after a day of lots of fun and exercise with the staff and his other 4 legged friends. I’ve found he’s much happier in this situation as opposed to being in a dog walking situation with other dogs. He’s a big boy full of energy so running and playing is great for him. Also we have used Paws Dog Care when away on vacation. My dog comes home happy and we know he’s had a great time because he’s always eager to go back. If you are looking for a great experience for your dogs when you can’t be with I highly recommend Paws Dog Camp.

Paws Dog Camp is so amazing my dogs love going to Half Moon bay and playing with all their dog buddies. I have been using Paws Dog Camp for 6 years. Trina is so professional and responsive. If I need her to board my pups she some how manages to accommodate. My dogs are so exhausted when they come home. My pup Lumi and I LOVE Paws Dog Camp!! Lumi is an active shepard mix who has been attending camp daily for several years now. Her counselor, Alex, picks her up each morning and she is always so excited to see him and the other pups. She comes home happily tired. We are so thankful for Paws Dog Camp.

Ryan is an absolute gem! My pup is difficult, she doesn’t like other dogs and is very sassy. Ryan has always cared for her with patience and kindness. It’s hard for me to trust anyone else with my dog because Ryan has been so amazing. Also a plus that Ryan is friendly and respectful of the house. My family and I appreciate him so much for taking care of our baby.

Ryan is fantastic! He took great care of my extremely skittish rescue cat with such kindness and skill. I can’t believe how fast they connected. I look forward to having him care for my dog as well. He’s super knowledgeable and clearly loves animals.

Ryan is amazing! Our 2 year old pup is fairly skittish, weary of men, and a little hyper, but adores Ryan (and his family) and comes home happy and calm from her visits/stays with him. Ryan came highly recommended from a friend and we are so happy to have found him!

Ryan took great care of our cat while we were traveling, feeding her and cleaning the litter box in our house. He was very flexible with the timing based on our preference although it was a long weekend and we scheduled kind of late with him. I ended up asking him another favor from the house work and he kindly admitted to do that too. I highly recommend him!

We had last mins request. Ryan showed up each time on time. It is little tricky to get our dog go for a walk with someone that she is not familiar with but Ryan was able make it work. Melissa takes great care of our sweet dog Pepsi. She is always flexible with drop offs and pickups, and is super responsive. She makes her place warm and inviting for our sweet Pepsi, and he always seems like he has had a great time playing with the other dogs at Muttley’s Playhouse. Melissa sends plenty of pictures over the course of Pepsi’s stays and we are always comforted knowing Pepsi is in good hands when we are traveling. We are so happy to have found Melissa and Muttley’s playhouse!

Our dogs had such a good time with Melissa! We got multiple videos a day of them playing and resting, and they seemed much more at ease then any other time they’ve been away from us before. The indoor-outdoor space was perfect for them to have the freedom to explore and do what they want. And when we finally brought them home they were very content and fell right asleep. Melissa and Jesse are awesome. They are extremely loving to my little pup and she is always super excited to spend the day with them. They are very flexible with pickup and drop offs and I never have to worry about making changes at the last minute. Melissa is also very easy to reach and will send me cute videos of my dog playing with hers. I have also boarded my dog with her for a couple days and she was extremely patient with my various instructions and gave me very consistent updates throughout the entire time. Overall, I highly recommend Muttley's Playhouse! Very consistent, reliable and trustworthy.

Melissa is awesome! I started with a meet & greet so my dog could visit the house, which made dropping him off so much easier! He is just a puppy and I left him over night for the first time. Melissa sent me tons of videos and pics to keep me updated on how he was doing - which was awesome! My dog had so much fun running and playing with the other dogs and came home so tired! I was nervous to leave my puppy for the first time, but Melissa made it so much easier than I imagined. My pup can't wait to go back! :) which will be soon!

Melissa is wonderful and her backyard is perfect for our energetic rescue! Her flexibility and love for dogs is a perfect match. We had a family emergency and tried 10+ different daycares and Melissa responded within 20minutes with arms wide open. We had previously tried several commercial day schools which didn’t give our 6month rescue enough attention. He is super shy and nervous of people and it is unbelievable to see the change in his behavior after 2 full day sessions with Melissa and the other pack of dogs. He has now began to give attention to Melissa and has started giving strangers kisses. Whatever water Melissa gives them must have magic! Even better he is wiped out completely after the day. We boarded our 6 month old puppy with Mellisa for two weeks. It was the first time we had spent any time away from our puppy since we got him so we were pretty nervous about it. We had planned to leave him with relatives but that fell through at the last minute. After reading many different reviews for different options, Melissa was at the top of my list, so I was very glad that she had room to take him. I'm very pleased with the whole experience, from doing a meet&greet with her and introducing our dog to some of the other dogs she was boarding, drop off, pick up, and how well she kept me up to date during the trip, sending me a photo or video every couple of days. I would highly recommend Mellisa and will definitely be comfortable leaving my dog with her for our next trip.

Moved to the area recently and have been looking for a new groomer. I've asked some doodle parents in my neighborhood and Fluffy Doggy got recommended a few times. I couldn't be happier with Chester's full groom! Showed the groomer a photo of the cut I wanted and Chester came out perfect. Super sweet staff, as I was working and late to pick him up and it wasn't a problem at all.

Our dog loves going to daycare here. The staff are warm and professional. The facility is big and clean. Love that we can easily get his nails trimmed at their grooming center.

We love Fluffy Doggy so much that we still send our pup there for daycare, boarding and grooming even though we moved from San Mateo to SF! They are incredibly nice people and clearly care about the animals- they know everyone’s names, personalities, friendships, etc. Our dog is the happiest boy when he gets to spend the day there, and he also comes out of his grooming appointments looking good AND feeling confident. We can’t say enough good things about this facility!

The only kennel / boarding / daycare facility for my dog that I trust in the entire Bay Area. Very flexible with my needs and my dog’s needs. My dog loves this place as well. Highly recommend

We were nervous about boarding our 4 month old Pyrenese/Cattle Dog mix puppy however, when we brought her in to see the hotel we knew this was a great place! She loved playing with all the dogs and didn't want to leave! We boarded her for 4 nights and they were wonderful; they even hand fed her because she wasn't eating. The ladies were so reassuring when I called to check on her and gave me a full report! The place is extremely clean and the employees are super helpful and friendly! We highly recommend Fluffy Dog as a place to bring your pup! We will definitely bring our dog there in the future!

Hospitable staff, reasonable price, great service. We have asked “Sam” to groom/bath our dog. He is loving and professional and pays attention to details. Te dog hotel is accommodating and they sometimes host last-minute request (such as when the owner suddenly falls sick) which is very considerate. The facility is spacious. They to not have outdoor space though. You are welcome to bring your own food/soup/bed for the dog and my dog seems pretty content every time we drop him in.

Best dog daycare& boarding in peninsula. They treat your dog like their own. They give you peace of mind when you are on vacation and ensure your fur kids are well taken care of. They call regularly to give updates of our dog and send picture of his stay. My dog is happy there and love to go there everyday for daycare

This place is amazing! They treat your dog like he’s their own. They have great grooming services. Jack always comes out looking and smelling great. Would definitely recommend for both daycare and grooming.

Great place to day sit and overnight your pets. No cages, good supervision, and high quality care with one person always present. They do personality assessments too so you can be sure your dog gets along with all the furry boarders.

Incredibly responsive and helpful via email, very professional initial contact, all the relevant information and forms provided upfront, and proactive in helping me work out compromises and suggesting alternative services to contact when schedules didn't line up. Really appreciate that the focus was on working together to find the best solution.
