Josephine and Chris are a godsend! We have a very energetic and dog reactive Pudelpointer and they have been taking great care of her off and on for the last 2 years. She gets plenty of love and has been able to socialize with many dogs which is helpful in her behavior training. Highly recommended service!

Chris and his team have been so wonderful! Chris is responsive, and works with my ever-changing schedule, and is great with my dog. I love that he uses the Pet Check technology - I get an email when they arrive, and again when they leave with a note about the walk, and sometimes a picture :) Paying invoices is smooth and easy. After using two other dog walkers, we've stuck with Chris for quite some time now and I highly recommend using him and his team.

We've used Chris and Peticular Charm Per Care several times. They've always done a great job and have been consistent, reliable, and professional. Our dogs are French Bulldogs and they have special needs. Chris and team did a great job with them and the dogs loved them. I highly recommend Peticular Charm Pet Care to anyone who is looking for dog walking services in the DC area. Chris is always very responsive and helpful when I reach out to him via email about scheduling extra walks or cancelling walks. Our little dog adores his walker and looks forward to his daily afternoon walks. Our walker is diligent in checking in with us and texting us updates as needed. Lastly, the app used by Peticular Charm is very convenient--you can see when your dog was walked, what route they took, and what your dog, ahem, *did* on his walk. I really trust Peticular Charm to look after my dog and give him the walks he craves in the middle of the day.

Chris and his team of walkers are great. Mark has walked our dog for a number of months and we've been super happy (as has our puppy). Their use of the Pet Check system makes tracking and paying for service so easy and convenient. We have recommended them to several families already and will continue to do so.

I’m thrilled with the dog walking services of PETicular Charm! The owner, Chris, came by to meet our little guys, took notes on behavior and routine. Very good rates! An added plus is that Chris and his crew can board a dog at the last minute in case we have an emergency. I trust Chris and his employees explicitly with our dogs and our house! Chris is also a very well read, traveled, cultured musician with a fascinating life. My dogs are in interesting company - kinda jealous!

The team at Peticular Charm has been great! We use them for daily walks, doggy daycare once a week, and they also watched our 8 month old puppy when we were out of town for a week. They sent daily pictures and videos so that we knew our puppy was having a good time. Honestly, I think our puppy would rather live with his friends from Peticular Charm than us!

We met Chris while he was out walking one of his clients and enjoyed talking with him so much, we decided he would be our new dog walker. He is reliable and wonderful with our scaredy-pup. I've recommended him to our neighbors and friends, and we rest easy when we leave town knowing Chris is looking in on our pup.

District Pet Care is simply the best. Our vet recommended them, and we couldn’t be happier. Jackie and her team are great petsitters, and they have always gone above and beyond for us and our cat. When our baby arrived earlier than expected, for example, we texted Jackie from the hospital and she rearranged her schedule to take care of our cat even though it was a holiday. More recently, Henry arrived at our house while we were on vacation and found that the lock was sticking and he couldn’t get in. He finally got the door open after lots of effort and a trip home to get WD40. Without making a big deal about it, Henry spent hours of his time ensuring that our cat got fed, and he saved us lots of anxiety and an expensive locksmith call. Even when they’re not saving us from disasters, District Pet Care sitters do a great job—they are reliable, send pictures every day, and make sure our cat has everything he needs. Another great benefit is that Jackie has medical training and is able to administer shots and medications. She comes once a month to give our cat an injection, and she keeps track of the schedule for us and is so flexible and friendly. It’s always a joy to see her! In short, Jackie and her team are amazing. Your pet will be in the best hands if you hire them!

Jackie has taken care of my cat twice now, while I have been away for a week at a time. She does a great job! She is very professional and very good with my cat. Very highly recommend Jackie! Super sweet and reliable. When we returned home everything was spotless and our cats were happy and relaxed. She provides daily updates with photos which is greatly appreciated, plus she brought up our mail and watered our plants. We had a wonderful experience with KSR Pet Care! I contacted them 3 weeks before my due date because my dad had broken his wrist and could no longer care for our dog while we were at the hospital for the birth. Of course the tricky part of giving birth is not knowing when it will happen. KSR was absolutely amazing working with me on a plan to cover a window of a few weeks. I was able to contact them when I went to the hospital and a sitter was at my house caring for my dog within a few hours. We came home to a very happy dog and whenever we run into her dog sitter (Stevie) in our condo complex, she gets so excited to see her (very high praise!). Not sure when we'll ever go on vacation again now that we have an infant but we will definitely hire KSR when we do!

We have had an absolutely fantastic experience with KSR Pet Care. I don't think I've ever engaged with a service company (ever!) that is so reliable and consistent, and offers such superb customer service, communication, and ease of coordination. The providers are like members of our family, and our primary and secondary providers are our dog's favorite people. Missy, in particular, is a dog whisperer, and she has given us incredible advice as we raised our puppy. Her care and concern for our dog and his well-being is heart-warming and beyond our expectations. Everything about our experience with KSR for the last three years has been first-rate and exceptional. I have 6-month old kittens and left them in the care of Darren and Mary at KSR for a week. Darren and Mary both visited prior to my departure to get the lay of the land, and it was so obvious from the dozens of photos that both kittens were happy and relaxed at every visit. They really do care about interacting and playing and caring for people's pets, and I couldn't be more grateful to know that my fuzzy babies are in good hands when I'm gone. There's nothing worse than traveling and being worried about what's happening at home, but with KSR I don't have to think twice. They're the best.

I am so impressed by the care my dog received with KSR. They really seem to care about your pet more than making money. My 14 year old dog is very particular about where he stays and who he stays with. Our friend that usually watches him had to go out of town at the last minute, so I e-mailed KSR. They quickly found someone and a back up that could stay with him. We ended up having another friend that could stay in our house overnight, which I thought would be better for his anxiety. KSR totally understood and didn't mind that we canceled at the last minute. However, I did ask them to send someone to play with him and take him for a walk during the day. They sent me daily reports about his mood and how the walk and play session went. The sitters were very professional and caring. Plus, they sent me pictures of him every day! Thank you KSR for excellent service. We'll definitely use you again in the future.

KSR was referred to us from a friend, who has used their services for both their dogs. KSR has been walking our young sheltie Diana for quite a few months now. KSR staff made a point to introduce the dogwalker to Diana, immediately sitting on the floor & letting Diana come to her. Over time, we've had four different dogwalkers for Diana, and each has been amazing. One carried Diana down our front steps after the first snowfall this year, as Diana had never encountered snow before. Each has returned from walks with stories about how Diana did, not to mention how all our neighbors know & greet Diana. We are very, very happy with their care for Diana, and appreciative of their affection for her!

KSR Pet Care is fantastic!! Upon my return from being out of town, my cats were healthy and very happy. The pet sitter took such great care of them, and she checked in with me daily with updates and pictures. This last trip is the first trip I didn’t have a worried nagging voice in the back of my head about my cats while I was away. KSR Pet Care offers great services at really great prices, and the staff is very helpful and responds quickly.

I highly recommend KSR for your dog sitting needs! We have entrusted KSR, mostly working with Stevey as our sitter, to watch over our elderly frenchie on multiple occasions over the past couple years, on trips ranging from a couple days to over a week. The online scheduling process is extremely easy (no need to call!) and the pricing is very transparent and provided up front. It's not cheap, but highly worth it if you want the best of care within your own home, especially for an older dog who needs extra care! Stevey has always been highly punctual and provides detailed updates with photos after every visit. She gives our pup lots of love and cuddles (even sleeping with him as he's accustomed to!). She has always left our place spotless, and handled things like watering plants, bringing in mail and packages, etc. If you want a worry-free vacation knowing your dog is in the best of hands, don't hesitate to book with KSR.

KSR has cared for our pets while on vacation and for dog-walks for many years. They are prompt and courteous. KSR easily handle giving our pets medicines and specific food. Great app to interact with staff and pet sitters. Highly recommend!

We have an indoor/outdoor cat and a couple times a year we go on a weekend trip. C-PUP has always provided great service for our critter and has always been there, even on short notice. They feed our cat, top off or change the water, clean the litter, give some pets and playtime, email us a picture of our cat, and bring our mail and packages inside once a day. They've taken care of our cat when we decided to leave her in the house or outside. They have also kept our garden alive during summer trips by watering for a little extra charge. I would highly recommend C-PUP! We have used their services a couple times a year for the past 5 years or so.

We've been working with C-PUP for dog walking and dog sitting for over a year now. If you are looking for a walker or in-home sitting service, I'll assume that your fur family members are incredibly important to you and you want to make sure they are getting the best care possible. C-PUP provides just that. They are incredibly professional, well-organize, thorough and meticulous when it comes to understanding what your pet needs for care. We have three dogs of various ages, including a senior dog that requires extra-special care and C-PUP is incredibly attentive to all of their different needs. They are wonderfully communicative as well, especially during over-night pet-sitting. Your fur family will be in wonderful hands with C-PUP.

Over the years, all of our cats have been well taken care of by C-Pup. They are a pleasure to work with, trustworthy, and they always keep us posted (text msg and e-mail) on how things are going with our fur babies. Also, for us what is very important is that they are a local neighborhood business. Being local means being able to provide their services quickly.

I LOVE C-PUP! We have used them over the past few years and they are fantastic! Shannon (owner) is very professional, thorough in interviewing dog(s) owner(s), getting detailed information on what the needs and desires are of owners and pets!!! She is incredibly organized and meticulous in ensuring that pets and owners may leave each other with an easy mind. All of her staff have been generous, patient, lovely people who treat us (humans and pets) with great care! A detailed report card is left at each visit outlining the activities our dogs performed, their affect, and notes on the overall visit. We have traveled and used C-PUP for home stays and also as a dog walking service. Our dogs have become so familiar with C-PUP staff that it's as if another family member is with them. Wonderful, wonderful people and service. I can't say enough good things about Shannon and C-PUP! I recommend them to anyone and everyone expressing an interest in pet services. Our dogs love them; we love them!

Our dog walker, Emily, is terrific. Our dog is always delighted when she arrives for his daily walks and play. C-Pup is fantastic! We had someone stay overnight with our pets while we were gone and she did a great job. Typically when I go away I worry about our pets, but with C-Pup we got frequent updates and I knew they were in good hands. When we arrived home our cats and dogs were well-adjusted and excited to see us. I can't imagine going on vacation and having anyone else stay with our pets. I highly recommend C-Pup.

The team at C-PUP has been taking care of my Golden Retriever, Breeze since we brought her home 4 years ago. While my husband and I worked in full-time jobs during the day, we had multiple scheduled walks for her energy level. During that time, Breeze was so well cared for and loved, just as we would have done if we were there. As I transitioned to full-time work from home, I now call on C-PUP for our overnight sitting needs. When we go out of town, whoever stays with Breeze loves her just as much as we do. They provide detailed notes, pictures/updates and take care of any worries we have while we're away. I would recommend any of their services if you wish for your pet to receive the highest quality of care when you can't do it yourself!

We've been using C-PUP to look after our cats for several years, and we've always had an outstanding experience. We get email updates once or twice while we're away. We arrive home to find a written daily log of feeding, meds, visits, etc. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I like that the canine coaches are very attentive to the dogs and immediately deal with any aggressive play or behavior. Staff also keeps the rooms clean and cleans up any messes right after they happen. I also enjoy that they have special days and activities for the dogs and will do cute photos for a 5$ fee. Wendell's prom and Olympic photos are the best and they are proudly displayed on my fridge and in my office :) Most importantly, my dog loves it, has been going since he was a puppy, and has made several friends with other regulars :)

BEWARE OF PRICING! I boarded my dog here for 4 nights 5 days. I was told boarding is $35 per night. Well it is … ON TOP OF $54 per day of day care to total $89!! I just moved to the area, boarding where I moved from in a suite (not a kennel) is $45 per night all inclusive so I didn’t even think to make sure boarding was not considered an “additional” cost! Since I didn’t bring her here for day care I didn’t go over that part of the service menu. It sucks because this place is super convenient but the lack of transparency on this issue makes me wonder what else we don’t see. Cameras are only on during play time, not 24 hours and they don’t give daily progress reports like I’ve received from other places. I’m really bummed out because other than that it seemed to be a decent fit for us. I emailed the office and as soon as I communicated that I was upset about pricing, but at that point I received no response. At least they could have give me the discounted rate for the multiple days of daycare which is offered on their website!! Already cancelled my upcoming boarding reservation and sadly won’t return.

I like that the facility is clean and calm with not too many dogs in the same room. My pup usually sleeps most of the day because I’m working at home in a quiet house, so I wanted to ensure that he would be able to find a cozy corner to snooze if he wanted to. I also love that they seperate the big dogs from the little dogs. During the meet and greet, the front desk receptionist and dog handler were super friendly and made me feel comfortable leaving my fur-baby with them and the other little dogs for a few hours. He aced his report card and I’m so proud! I’m looking forward to bringing him back for the days I work in the office, which is walking distance from Dogtopia!

I cannot recommend Dogtopia Bethesda enough! This dog daycare has been nothing short of amazing for my dogs, Henry and Petey. The love and care they show towards them is truly exceptional. Each time we pull up, both dogs can barely contain their excitement - it’s clear they absolutely love their time there. What strikes me the most about Dogtopia Bethesda is the cleanliness of the facility. In every visit, I’ve found it spotless, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my dogs are in a healthy and well-maintained environment. Moreover, their staff is top-notch. Each member is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They always go above and beyond to make sure that Henry and Petey are comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Henry and Petey not only get the chance to play and interact with other dogs, but they also come home tired and content, which tells me they’ve had a full day of fun and socialization. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a dog daycare service that is reliable, loving, and professional, look no further than Dogtopia Bethesda. It’s a 5-star establishment in my book and a place that my dogs truly consider a second home.

This is going to be a long review of my experience because a) I've got the time b) I take doggy daycare very seriously Like many others, I had a furry pal join the family during the pandemic --Kibitz the Shih-chon pup. He's currently 4 months old, so I wanted to make sure he gets some socialization in and offset future separation anxiety. I opted for the Founder's Pass during Dogtopia's soft launch. It's my first experience with a doggy daycare and it's been amazing so far. I just dropped him off for his third day at daycare and he didn't even look back at me. 5 Stars. Location: Right across a Pet Parents pet store, on the same block as a Starbucks and surrounded by the great food offerings of Woodmont Triangle. (Tout de Sweet, Pitango Gelato, Medium Rare, Brgr, Doghaus, Hanaro, Bangkok Garden...) I just walk there since I live in the area but there's a parking garage on the same block and parking in the front. Hours: 7 AM - 7PM Weekdays 10 AM - 5 PM Weekends Very flexible considering other options in the area have less open hours and are not available on weekends. Offerings: Basic Upkeep--They offer nail trims, baths, ear cleaning, tooth brushing but no full grooming. The bath option was very needed thanks to the rain this week. Kibitz smelled amazing when I picked him up. I just added it on when I dropped him off, no appointment needed. I also added on a nail trim and they did a great job. Boarding: Haven't tried it yet, but if needed they will be my go to. Daycare: Day evaluation was efficient and employees were great at answering my questions and giving me a tour of the facility. I love the access to the webcam and the ability to send out guest pass access to family. Someone is always there watching my pup, and the employees have been really on top letting me know which dogs Kibitz is friendly with, and his behavior during the day. It's just nice to come in and have everyone know your dog. Employees were accommodating when I asked them to keep an eye on my pup's bowel movements. You can drop off your pets food or they can provide it. They can also give them any medications. There's one-way tinted glass to the toybox (small dogs area) by the front desk and in front of the building so you can see the pups if you want to check on your small dog from outside. Dogs are resting between 12-2pm, so the webcam isn't available then. They also discourage dropping your dog off during those hours. Fair, since dogs and employees both need to rest. Covid Safety: Employees all wear masks and are very considerate with having one dog at a time at the front desk. There's a small entry way before you enter the front desk area where you can wait with your pup. There's also a canopy outside. There's hand sanitizer available. Price: Founder's Pass was a steal at $99 for two weeks of doggy daycare. Normal pricing is competitive from what I've seen for this area and is listed on Dogtopia's website. There's a discount for veterans and military personnel. I'm looking at the monthly passes, but I'd like to see a unused day here and there can be rolled over, or if there's a discount for additional days. Baths start at $20 based on the size of your dog. Kibitz's groomer came out with him and let me know how he did. Nail trims are $15--that's a little steep to me but it beats going to Petsmart and getting the luck of the draw with your dog's safety. They can keep credit cards on file so I just add things to Kibitz's tab. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience during Dogtopia's soft launch. I'm glad it's here. The Dogtopia Bethesda staff are wonderful! They genuinely care about the dogs in their care and are quick to address any concerns. I never worry when dropping my dog off at daycare because I know the staff will take care of her. The facility is always clean. 5 stars!

Our experience with Dogtopia has been positive overall. Our pet enjoys his time here. There have been some issues with the staff appropriately following feeding instructions. However, they has been receptive to feedback and show a sincere desire to fix their mistakes.

Mikhail Nowlin is a clearly outstanding general manager. Of course, the entire staff is terrific - all are courteous and helpful while a couple are even fun to interact with - however, Mikhail is exceptionally masterful in his customer care and service, flexibility, rapid response, and true affection for our Bravo.

Amazing experience!!! I brought in my dog Sully about a month ago and I’ve absolutely fell in love with the store and the staff. The employees took the time to meet with Sully and get him used to the room where he would be staying. Every time I have came in the store the staff has always been very polite and reassured me that he was in good care. They have TVs that display the rooms and the dogs always seem to be having a blast with each other and the staff. I’ve only taken him here about 4 times but I can say every time I pick him up he is so happy and full of life!!!

Seriously the most AMAZING place with wonderful staff. My dog has idiopathic epilepsy and unfortunately he has had seizures will he was at Bone Jour from being super excited. The staff took such GREAT care of him while it happened and all throughout his stay. The staff really care about my dog and really pay attention to how he is doing which is such a godsend when I’m away. I got correspondence from the owner to update me about the situation and it really put my mind at ease. We’ve done boarding, daycare, and grooming here and the care, attention, and level of service is unmatched.

We love Bone Jour Inc! Our Maltipoo Maple is seven months old and has been groomed twice and looked beautiful both times. I also know that she is well taken care of while she is there. I would definitely recommend Bone Jour Inc!

TL;DR: pay up front, and it’s a toss up for a good result but potentially iffy treatment of your pet. I’m torn on this review. My dog always looks great after going to Bone Jour, but is visibly upset and anxious upon pickup. I assumed this was the norm until taking him to a different groomer due to Bone Jour’s extremely busy schedule. A warning: ask for a specific price and pay up front. Several times I’ve been duped into paying significantly more than quoted at pickup. The most egregious of these was being quoted $85 for my first groom (a “too good to be true” price, truly), and receiving a $145 bill at the end and being told “well it just depends on the dog and how long it takes”. Not only is this an illegal business practice, it’s unethical and predatory. There’s no oversight or accountability to stop this from happening.

Oliver always is looking fresh after his cuts. They take great care of him. I have had him groomed at many groomers over the past four years and Bone Jour definitely is the best! I don’t know what they do but he is sooo soft after I get him back that you don’t want to stop petting him. I highly recommend for any doodle owners out there.

It is hard finding a great place for your pets. We’ve tried and failed many times in the DC area, but we love Bone Jour. They love our dog, know him by name the second he comes in the door, and we trust them to always do a great with job grooming, day care, or boarding. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and responsive to your inquiries. Highly recommend.

Bone Jour has been the best day care place for my dog Bruno. He has been attending it since he was a small puppy. I want to express my appreciation to all day care team members for caring,loving attitude and taking care of our dogs as if they were their own. Two weeks ago I had to travel for a week and needed someone to look after Bruno. It was his first time being away from home by himself and I did not know what to expect. I entrusted Bruno to Bone Jour's team and he spent a week in his "boarding camp" there while I was overseas, visiting my family. He definitely missed his home when I picked him up, but after a week of being at home and catching up on his sleep, he was excited to go back to Bone Jour and see his friends again. I definitely give Bone Jour 5 stars for a wonderful and friendly environment, great indoor and outdoor play areas, caring and attentive staff. My corgi boy loves this place. I have been to 4 doggy daycares in the DMV, and Bonejour is by far the best in terms of price and care.

We connected with Susie shortly after we adopted a Westie mix from the animal shelter. Our dog (Sophie) dealt with reactivity issues when we went outside for walks. Susie worked with us extensively to both improve Sophie's comfort level around other dogs and also how we could distract her through the use of positive reinforcement and clicker training. We greatly appreciated Susie's time and her willingness to ago above and beyond to help with with Sophie. She came to us for training, joined us in our nearby park (Meridian Hill Park), and even offered up her building front yard for long leash training. She provided necessary tools to help us and was all around a great trainer to work with. We can't recommend her highly enough.

Susie is an excellent trainer- she has helped us to zero in on our dog’s behavioral triggers and needs. She’s also been a fantastic dog sitter and our dog ADORES her. Would recommend to anyone!

We've had a great experience with Susie. She is very caring and wonderful with the dogs. Great communication and follow-ups. We've had her out to our house twice to help with our transition to having 2 dogs and she has been so helpful. Going to take our younger dog to her upcoming training classes. Susie really helped our pack out with not just one but two dogs getting to know each other and the city better. Susie really took us in when we needed help the most. Over the months I felt like Susie did not only help the dogs but also even me in comforting and supporting us during our transition into a new family.

Susie is fabulous. I adopted a 2 year old pit mix in May 2023 and was totally lost. I wanted a trainer in the neighborhood who would teach me how to be a good dog parent. Susie helped guide me and my pup into being a cohesive team, helping me teach my dog not to pull, jump, etc while dealing with my neuroses as a first time dog owner! Susie really cares about you and your dog and it shows. In addition to being a great trainer, she's also a fabulous dog sitter - she always sends me picture updates and my dog has a blast with her.

Susie is a wonderful dog trainer and I would recommend her to anyone. She gave us several critical survival tips when we had a lab puppy and infant baby all at once. You can tell she cares about the wonderful creatures she works with and is also a very accommodating person when life comes up. Thank you Susie!

Susie is fantastic! She’s knowledgeable and kind, and she was a huge help with instilling basic training in a newly adopted puppy (and us too). Months later, we still use her techniques frequently, and we know who we’ll call if we ever need support in the future. Highly recommend!

Susie is top-notch and amazing to work with! We adopted a dog, who was very timid and scared of almost everything and Susie was super knowledgeable in helping us develop a training plan. She is patient and not judgmental at all, which I very much appreciated being a first-time dog owner.

Susie is an excellent dog trainer! My dog is a rescue who was in the shelter for a very long time and didn't have any training. This is my first dog, so I also have a lot to learn. Susie is great with my dog, very supportive, and helps me feel comfortable as I learn how to engage with my dog. I also like that she uses positive reinforcement and clicker training. I saw huge improvements even after the first session! We've done three sessions together so far and made a lot of progress. She also provides detailed follow up after each session with tips for things to work on on my own. Highly recommend reaching out to Susie!

Susie is wonderful! We've been working with her for our puppy Evie, and Evie just adores Susie. Susie has taught us so much and we really see Evie's behavior improving. Susie is also great training our two young kids (7 & 10) to help with the puppy. We couldn't recommend her more.

Jenny had been great. Barley is reactive to other dogs in a big way. He had become snappy with us and with his four legged brother after having a traumatic hospital visit and surgery. Dr. Learn at Animal Behavior in Richmond recommended Jenny. She came to the house first to evaluate him, and gave us ideas to start training and to keep Tucker safe. We have also done training at her house. Her training concepts are pain free and the major coercion is food based. His reactivity is much more manageable. Jenny work with my 2 German Shepherds and family which was really helpful to get a cohesiveness for everyone. We appreciate her techniques and getting to know each dog's areas that needed more focus!

We rescued a Mastiff puppy that was 10 months old and had some behavioral issues that we needed addressed. We thought about a training away from home for 3 weeks and then we found Jenny. She came to our rescue and not only helped us learn how to work with our new puppy but helped our puppy learn to trust and thrive. The change is amazing and her skill working with dogs are impressive. She's awesome, we highly recommend her.

Fantastic pet care and training! We were brand new pet parents and didn't know where to start with some problem behaviors in our new dog. A professional, caring, and responsible training team for my English Labrador puppy. Since puppy training is more about training the owner rather than the dog, it was really important for me to be able to ask Jenny what exactly I was doing right and wrong. The feedback has made training less stressful for both me and my dog, and has allowed me to manage my expectations about training. A great service and well worth the money.

I am so thankful we had Seventh Heaven Pet Sitting help us out!! Jenny was absolutely amazing. We have a huge number of pets-4 birds, 4 frogs, 3 lizards, 2 snakes, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and salt water and fresh water aquariums!! It was a lot of work, but Jenny was organized and had daily reports for us to review!! Plus our animals loved her-especially the birds!! It is so nice to know there is someone out there we can trust who is compassionate and professional. Thank you Seventh Heaven!!

I've been an on/off client of Jenny's amid post-pandemic, late 2021. Her dog walking services are great with a scheduling app to help communicate services requested and status updates. A few months ago, when she sent out an email blast saying she was expanding her services into specialized dog training 1-on-1, I was very excited to get on board, and it did not disappoint! She makes the experience very personal, fun, and all-around great person to work with and I learned so much from her and her team. Jenny is amazing. For the past two and a half years, she and her walkers have taken excellent care of my dog (Buffy, golden retriever) in rain or shine, and even when I have an extremely unpredictable schedule and need last minute additions or cancellations. I cannot compliment Seventh Heaven Pet Care enough. The app Jenny used is user friendly and convenient, and her company’s response to COVID was also prompt, thoughtful, and forward thinking. She never once sacrificed safety or care. I’m moving further in towards DC and out of her service area, and she’s set the bar so high for service that I’m finding betting a new walker to be difficult. I highly encourage anyone to use Jenny’s business - she’s top notch

We’ve had Jenny do a midday walk for the past 9 months. She started with us when we first rescued our 8 month old Labrador. She really helped ease my worries about a midday walk and my dog is always excited to see her! The app she has for scheduling and communication is top notch. I like being able to see what he did on the walk, where they walked and now and then a photo!
