Top notch service!! We almost qualify as a Zoo, considering the amount and eclectic cast of animals we have in our family and Valley Pet Sitting handles them all incredibly! We especially love the detailed updates and photographs when they come over... makes us feel like we're there and they are being taken care of with love. Five stars all day!

I cannot say enough good things about Valley Pet Sitting. We have used them for several years now to visit our cat, Mr. Pudds, whenever we travel and the service has been outstanding. We just returned from three weeks away, and each day we looked forward to the full report and photos we received to help us feel connected with our cat. In addition to the daily cleaning of the litter box and feeding and playing with Mr. Pudds, they brought in packages, brought up the trash cans, and watered the plants. We felt very grateful that our cat and our home was in such good hands. Many thanks!

We have been using Valley Pet Sitting for the past 6 years and are very satisfied with their services. The pet sitters they send to take care of our kitties have always been cat lovers (which is essential!) and they follow our instructions to the T! We also find their prices very reasonable and their online portal easy to use. On a personal note, when my 16 1/2 year old cat died last year, I was too emotional to delete her as a pet from the online portal, and Sharon with Customer Service very kindly offered to do it for me. Those little touches mean a lot.

As a woman living alone with my young daughter, I take extreme caution with the people I allow into my home, especially in my absence. My two cats mean the world to my daughter and I, so it was no surprise that I have been apprehensive to take a getaway and leave them home alone. In researching my options, I came across VPS and talked to someone over the phone after reading through reviews on several different sites. They were so reassuring!! They completely understood how important my home and animals are to me and helped me every step of the way. I got detailed status reports after each visit and the BEST photos I have ever seen of my babies!! They are always fast to respond, even to the smallest of questions or even little comments about my visits. When I got back home, it was as if I had never left, everything was done as if I had done it, including not only my cats but by two fish tanks and several houseplants as well. Clean and tidy, no messes left behind and I'm pretty sure someone wiped down my countertops before organizing my mail in a neat pile! Very attentive to detail, and go above and beyond in their service. Unlike other companies, their office staff and pet sitters work together to make sure both you and your pet are taken care of. Other companies I looked into just send sitters alone and there is no one there to help them if there is an emergency! I highly recommend VPS to everyone with or without pets (they do home care too!) , if you are leaving on a vacation they are a must have option for assurance that everything and everyone at home is a-ok. We love VPS!

We have been really impressed and SO happy with how Vally Pet Sitting has taken care of our sweet kitty buddy when both of us are out of town. Our cat tends to have a lot of anxiety when both owners are not at home and has not done well with many sitters in the past. Vally Pet Sitting spends time with him, loving on him, caring for him and we have noticed a huge shift in out cat’s behavior when we come home from long trips. Highly recommend them! Their online booking is really easy too! Communicating and updating is seamless. We never feel out of the loop or unheard.

Reposting an old review, I still use VPS and will always use them forever! : I love this company! I've never used a pet sitting service before (I'm not trusting type and always used family/friends), but holidays and covid meant I needed to either hire someone to come to my home or board my two cats. I didn't want to board my little fur balls since that's stressful for them (one came from a shelter and has a fear of strangers/new places), so opted to hire Valley Pet Sitting for the two weeks I was out of country for Christmas/New Years. I'm so happy! They answered all my questions before signing up, they helped me figure out the app, price was reasonable, and super flexible when my plans changed (airline cancelled my flight so I had to change dates/flights). The sitters themselves were super friendly and definitely were animal lovers. I got daily pictures and a written updates (totally going to keep the cute photos of my kitties 😻). Everyday the cats got fresh food, water, clean litter boxes, and pets/cuddles. I liked how the sitters were able to gain the trust of the cats and one even jumped into their laps for cuddles. How cute! I'm definitely going to use this company again and I feel better knowing I can book them in future whenever I want to leave town for trips.

When it comes to taking care of my various fish tanks ranging from Fresh to Salt water, Plants, and Breeder tanks, Valley Pet Sitting Inc. is the most trusted choice. They are the only ones that can handle all the various conditions and feedings my fish need, and I know it will be done as well as if I had actually taken care of them myself! They kept me updated after every visit not only taking care of all my tanks, but also watered my plants, brought my mail and packages in, and took out the trash on trash day. I got pictures as well which were wonderful so I can see my fish!!! I highly recommend Valley Pet Sitting Inc. to everyone that needs peace of mind when they travel and I plan to go again in a few weeks and will be calling them.

I just came from a Petsmart who didn’t want to accept my vaccinations my dog has received and I really needed my dog to stay somewhere while I’m out with my friends. This resort is so nice, they took a picture of my puppy and she looks like she was immediately having a great time there. 11/10 stars for all the kindness and hospitality ❤️

My husband and I have been taking our dog Milo, for over FIVE YEARS!! We now take two dogs, a Labrador (Moose) and a GSD/Husky Mix (Milo)!! We LOVE LOVE this place SO MUCH!! & recommend it to everyone around us. Kate is amazing, she is like Milo’s 2nd mom! When we first got our dog, my husband and I were clueless and had never owned a big dog before, and Kate helped us so much with teaching Milo to be the goodest boy. Milo had gone to 3 daycares before we found Canoga Pet Resort, and he was not welcomed in all three because they believed his behavior was “too much to handle.” However, when Kate met Milo, she was extremely professional, and took him in. Turns out he wasn’t “too much to handle” he just needed the right people. The staff is beyond amazing, they have always treated my dogs with so much love. We trust them 100% and I truly believe your dogs deserve to stay in a place that truly loves animals ♥️ thank you Kate, and Canoga Pet Resort Staff for all the years of caring for my dogs.

I don’t have much to compare them to as this was our first trip to the groomers but I know the staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable to leave my pup and she seemed very comfortable to stay. Looking forward to trying out the puppy care too!

They took very good care of my dog Gypsy while I was away in Vegas. She had play time and social time, and I took advantage of the grooming services. She is a Siberian husky and sheds a lot, she came home looking like she was ready to walk the runway, and smelled so good. Good prices, would recommend to friends and family.

I really appreciate Canoga Pet Resort staff! I had really important business trip, that’s why my dog, Prime stayed with them for 10 days. He is my baby, of course I was worried about him and about his comfort, but Pet Resort took care about Prime since first minute we walk in. Trust me, all this 4 years I have never been this happy that I found really nice boarding option in LA county. Highly recommended from dog mom ❤️

The pup is tuckered out after a long day at doggie day care! The webcam is a nice so you can see your dog playing and hanging out with the other pups all day.

I have an extremely shy dog, so naturally I was anxious to leave her at a pet hotel overnight. She's stayed here 5+ times now and every time she opens up more and more. I love that they have cameras in the play areas so I can check up on her throughout the day. The staff here are awesome!

I have an 11mo Yorkie puppy who had never been in daycare so I was a little worried about leaving him the first time. But he did great. Now that it's been a couple months he can't wait to get there and almost jumps out of the car to go in. They are wonderful people who love the dogs. They have cameras so you can see your little one all day long.

Found this place and was worried because of some old reviews. I've dropped off my pit for a few stays as long as 10 days. I've been very pleased. They now know my dog, know that she's great but gets shy with a big group of dogs. She comes home tired every time I pick her up. Very happy customer. Popcorn loves going here.

Ally and Travis are angels from doggy heaven!! They kept my little Frenchie so happy and protected while I was away for 7 days. They treat all the dogs like they are their own, with all the love and hugs one could ask for. Beautiful, clean facility. Constantly updated me throughout my trip with pictures which I loved! They will be the only people I will trust with my dog!

Ally is the best dog sitter - doggy daycare in all of LA. She is so attentive, clean and friendly. She just knows her dogs, and she won’t let them be cooped up, they actually roam around and socialize and they have the best time. I am strong believer in making sure your dogs are cared for like your children and dog sitting by ally just does that. She updates you, she sends you texts. She goes above and beyond. There have been numerous times ally has come to my rescue, she really is the best. The environment that these dogs are in— they just leave so happy but be warned your dog WILL love ally and her partner much more than you because she just has that magic. Your dog will be loved, well cared for and secure here. When I travel or I’m at work I don’t have to worry knowing my pup is so happy. This is the one business I recommend to all my friends because I am so satisfied and my child aka my pup is so happy and safe.

Ally and Travis are great with our dog Zuma. They send frequent updates and our shy rescue loves Ally which is rare bc she’s a timid rescue puppy. We feel comfortable leaving her overnight when we’re away. Highly recommend this doggie daycare.

We are so lucky to have found Ally. Our dogs used to go to a commercial daycare and it broke our hearts. We’d watch them on the cameras and they were trapped in a glass room, with so many other dogs and just walking around in circles. It broke our hearts to board them. When we found Ally, it’s like we found a second home for our dogs. The joy when we tell them they’re going to see Ally and Travis for a sleepover is amazing. They can’t wait to jump out to the car when we get there. Ally sends tons of pictures while our boys are at “camp”. They are happy and well loved. They have an outdoor play area and a full house, complete with couches and beds! They are happy and exhausted when they come home. We love our fur babies so much and I can honestly say that I would recommend Ally to any doggy parents. I’m so grateful we found her!

Ally’s dog sitting / boarding is an amazing place! I have been taking my dog there for 3 yrs now 5 days a week ! Ally is a responsible, compassionate and a caring dog sitter ! To her it isn’t just a job it’s her passion and she looooves my little Charlie ! She takes excellent care of him, entertains him by going to the park and gives him lots of attention. I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else but Ally. She is his second mom and Charlie adores her ! I couldn’t ask for anything more or better !!

Here’s my very happy Shepherd Lilo with Ally!!! I boarded Lilo there for a vacation. Ally updated me with photos daily. And just loved on my Lilo!!! I think Lilo enjoyed the time, and was happy tired when I picked her up. Ally also took Lilo to a groomer during the stay! 5 stars ⭐️. And the price is right!!!

I am so thankful to have found High Paw! The level of care they provide is unmatched. The staff is very kind, professional, and amazing with the dogs. They truly treat every dog as their own. My puppy LOVES going to High Paw. All I have to say is "we're going to daycare" and he literally starts bouncing off the walls with excitement. When we pull up he cannot wait to get out of the car and spend time with his buddies in High Paw's awesome and well kept facility.

High Paws is fantastic. My dog Trixi is the love of my life and this is the only place I would board her. She loves going and cant get inside fast enough. She has 5 meds a day and I trust that Danny gives them to her. Cant say enough good things!

This may be a doggy daycare but High Paw looked after my cat Maui when I went away on vacation for the holidays. This was a very last minute booking but the owner Danny was more than accommodating, and was super friendly and communicative through the whole process. He even went above and beyond the basic things we had outlined for him to make sure that Maui was feeling extra taken care of in our absence; you can really tell they care about pet satisfaction and care. 10/10, definitely recommend to those in need of pet care.

I’m so happy with how Raisin was able to socialize and get all her energy out. She enjoyed every minute and I have the best pictures. Raisin is very social so it was better to be around doggies her own size. Great location next to my work and she was exhausted which made the trip home easier and let me rest and get work done with peace of mind. Danny is the best with working with my schedule and Raisin really liked him.

High Paw It is the best place to leave your four-legged baby, the staff was very friendly and they kept me up to date on how He was doing. My dog looked very happy and spoiled. I am so happy to have found the perfect place to leave my dog when we have to go on a trip.I definitely recommend this place if you want your four legged baby to be comfortable and happy .

We love High Paw Daycare and are so grateful to have found Danny after our normal dogsitter moved. My 2 pups stay for boarding when we go out of town. They are super flexible and terrific with the dogs. The daily check-ins are so fun to receive. Danny is the best! Highly recommend!

I would give more than 5-Stars if I could. My baby Bella LOVES it here! Such a caring staff and you can tell they definitely curate for great temperament with all the dogs. I checked out a half dozen places when we first moved back and this is hands down the best doggie daycare place around.

We had a great experience with Sit & Stay for boarding, daycare and light grooming. We were in LA for a wedding and needed last minute care for our 75 lb goldendoodle and the Sit & Stay team was able to accommodate us on short notice. The team was caring and kind and professional and our dog had a great time over the weekend! We would highly recommend them to anyone for boarding or daycare!!

This place was great and gave awesome care to my little fur baby. It was her first time boarding so it was important to me that I find somewhere that would give her not only physical care but love too! Sit & Stay more than exceeded my expectations.

I was in a stressful situation and needed a place for Bob to stay for the day and night since I couldn't take him to where we were going. Bob is an apartment cat and doesn't have a lot of experience in the outside world. Not only that, I've never really been separated from him since we started hanging out about 3.5 years ago. I guess the staff noticed all this when I contacted them to see if they had room for Bob on short notice. Not only did they have room for him, they sent me a pic of him a few hours after I dropped him off to show me he was ok. It was at that point that I realized I had nothing to worry about. Bob was in the best hands imaginable. The staff, Sara, Nicole, Mary, and six others I didn't get to meet, are amazing. Bob had a great time and was comfy. They took great care of him. Bob didn't get the chance to stay the whole time as we had to shorten our original plans and pick him up early. Once again, no hassle. I love this place. I wouldn't consider taking Bob anywhere else. Thanks guys. I'm telling all my friends!

I had to leave my senior pup while I was away here. I left worried and had major anxiety detachment issues. But everyone here at Sit and Stay put me at ease every day with an email of how he was doing and photos. He had so much fun, I dont think he wanted to leave his new friends.

Susan was absolutely amazing in taking care of our kitten Miza. She spent there half a month when we were on a long trip overseas. She was updating us everyday with pictures and videos. She looked very joyful in her cat's paradise) Very good ratio of price and value. We were very happy with their services and definitely will make this our permanent place for Miza to stay when we are away!)

Susanne was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and took great care of my cat. I had to increase the boarding dates last minute a few times due to my flight being moved around and she was more than willing to accommodate the extra days. She sent pictures, videos, and updates on my cat every day and was quick to respond to my texts and calls. I highly recommend her and would have her watch my cat again should the need ever arise. The room she set up for the cats has a few cat beds, a cat tower, toys, pillows, and a tv playing nature videos on it. My cat was nervous at first being in a new area away from home, but he quickly settled in and started enjoying the environment. Thanks again, Susanne!

Suzanne was the best sitter for my cat tuna. She provided images and videos everyday and took time to make sure tuna was comfortable and in the best care. When tuna was angry and hissing, she was patient and took time for tuna to become comfortable. In the end tuna loved her so much! Can’t wait to take her back to him when I’m traveling again. Best boarding that we have found, our dog Mickey loves to stay there and of course play in Susan's house pool when is hot, she really cares for him, ours is a Golden Retriever and he is very active, we never felt disappointed with Susan care, she really cares for our pets.

My pup has been going there for awhile now. They always give him lots of love and attention and they have a backyard which is great for even more exercise and playtime. He is always safe, happy, and healthy there and they love him like a dear family member.

Will never be bringing my dog back here again. I have never seen my dog in so much stress when I got him back and he has stayed at multiple boarding facilities and dog trainers. I called throughout the week and never got an answer from them. I called the day of pick up 6 times with 0 answer until I actually arrived in person. Upon getting my dog he smelled like he was bathing in urine. It was dried up on his fur around his legs. When I got him he was also wet which all they did was spray some type of cleaning spray but all it did was make him smell worst and to cover up the fact that he likely was not let out when he should have been or was mishandled during his time there. He also has a broken nail on his hind legs from whatever they were having him do. Getting home he ran to his water like he hasnt drank all day. Absolute joke of a facility. If you care for your animal in anyway stay far away from here.

I’m so glad I took a chance and came to this place! The staff are very sweet and attentive and really care about the dogs. They were very helpful in sending me updates about my pup and in working with my schedule. My dog seemed to really love her time there and was completely knocked out from a fun play day! It was a great experience working with them and I’m looking forward to going back.

I've taken my dog here for daycare 2 days a week for the last 3 weeks. Life. Saver. Life Saver! Our doggy sitter has a car situation can't come by. Tried a dog walking service came once canceled 3 times. Ok that's out. Called dog daycare by work and home...some didn't take big dogs, most closed too early or were full. Pawparazzi was one of the first on the list of ones to call by work. Never called the rest. The website said we'll send you pictures on how the day is going 😃. Called back that day 😃 they take big dogs 😃. They have plenty of staff for the amount of dogs there. They offer training classes and other perks and benefits, they have movie time (so jealous). She loves it there! I have the pictures to prove it! They're so good with her, they handle her nerves so well...she already has favorite people there. They responded quickly, had an immediate opening for the behavior test, and were in budget. Thank you all for taking care of my 4 legged kid! Happy German Shepherd dog mom❤

Been taking my Aussie, Sylvie, here for several months. Sylvie loves her doggy daycare. She gets so excited to play with her pawparazzi pack friends. Staff is incredibly friendly and caring. Have 100% confidence and trust leaving my dog here all day. There are lots of enrichment and activities available as well. I 100% recommended Pawparazzi to anyone looking for an amazing doggy daycare facility.

We are new to the area and were looking for a safe and responsible doggy daycare/boarding facility and we definitely found that, and more at Pawparazzi. Krista, the owner and founder, works there full-time and actually did the first initial call/check-in with me. They do a temperament evaluation for all of their dogs, so you're able to relax knowing every dog is safe for your pup to play with. They also have three different day cares for dogs that prefer a lot of play, older doggos, and small dogs! On top of that, they only allow 15 dogs per daycare (if I remember correctly), which is super small compared to some of the major pet retail boarding/daycare companies. Additionally, they were so aware of the hot weather, which was in the high 90s, and cut off outside play after 11am. You can even request add-ons to your boarding/daycare package, including doggie enrichment actives, pupdates of your dog (images and text from the day of your pup), frozen kongs, cuddle time, and more. I could go on and on about how much I love them there, but you will have to check it our for yourselves!

Pawparazzi has been such a great place to have nearby, would have definitely missed this place if we had to relocate. Freyja loves coming here and can hardly contain her excitement once we turn the corner onto the street. The staff is friendly and I feel so secure knowing freyja is in good hands. It's never a boring day for her and they are always adding fun activities, like pool parties and this upcoming super bowl party. And OF COURSE they take photos of your pet and you get to capture moments you may have missed at home! I really appreciate everything they do for my pup and highly recommend this place to anyone needing some care for their dogs and cats!

Wagon Tail Ranch is the only doggie daycare that our dog, Hermione, enjoys. We've tried numerous other dog daycares and by the second or third visit she begins shaking as we approach the daycare but Hermione is always happy to visit Wagon Tail Ranch. Half the time she doesn't even say goodbye as she is excited to play with her friends. Wagon Tails Ranch screens the dogs they care for to ensure none of the dogs are aggressive or cause any other problems and Wagon Tail Ranch provides outdoor as well as indoor space for the dogs so that you know your dog is happy and safe. Because Wagon Tail Ranch is such a great doggie daycare they have limited space and are often not accepting new dogs. If your dog is friends with a neighbor's dog who is a regular at Wagon Tail Ranch then getting their recommendation is a good way to get your foot in the door. Simply Paradise for dogs. Extremely loving and conscientious owners and staff. We’ve been bringing our various generations of dogs here since 2009 and Judi and Tim have been like 2nd parents to all of them.

Not taking walk ins and not accepting new clients as of jan 14 2023 at 249pm is what i was told as soon as i called and inquired for 1 day of dog day care.

I like the place and I'm only on the wait list! Seriously though, everyone I've been in contact with there has been very nice even though there is only a wait list right now.
