Pet Sitters in Carmel Valley, San-Diego

Boarded our lab there last month for a week, and they injured his paw leaving a circular burn mark. I believe one of the responses too from one of the staff was that “he was causing lots of trouble”. Like what??? Our dog has no history of bad behavior, and the fact that they took zero accountability in recognizing their inability to watch the dog and keep it safe is extremely concerning for their business and the pet owners who board their dogs there. The fact that they can’t handle normal dogs (again despite what they’ll say to this) is scary in all honesty… Completely unacceptable and I would STRONGLY recommend reconsidering Markim Pet Resort as a safe place for pet boarding despite what their response to this review will be.

Love how well they care for my dogs here! Absolutely no worries when I'm out of town. They also offer grooming, so it's nice to pick them up after a weekend away and they're fluffy and smelling good! Amazing staff, highly recommend.

The facility was beautiful, well organized, the dogs were all having a blast. I loved competing at this venue it was peaceful even with all the promotion happening at the front. Absolutlry fantastic facility.

We made a reservation for 3 nights of Boarding. Each day she got 2 play periods and training. Just like here at home. We walk her each AM/PM. When we picked her up she was happy, and clingy of course, she missed us! Before pickup I had her groomed. What an amazing Job. She was clean soft and smelled so good. I will DEFINATLY TAKE HER TO MARKIM AGAIN! The price was cheaper than the hotel fees. I think she had more fun than we did!

Years ago we were swimming there when my dog dragged me over to the day camp and insisted she wanted to go. So we tried it out and she loved it as much as she thought she would. Still a happy girl all the time at Markim day camp!

I love this place! This place offers so much for my dog. Kaleia loves to play with water and will stay in the pool for hours if she could. A good bath at the end of the day is a perk for me!

I will never go back to this place. Here was my terrible experience with my 1.5 year old, sweet and playful German Shepherd at Camp Run-a-Muck: I arrived and immediately the staff did not seem like they wanted anything to do with me or my dog. I asked to see the facilities where I was going to leave him, and they said no... first red flag. I took it upon myself to observe the area, trainers, and everything seemed good (even though it was nothing like the pictures online). The only place they keep the dogs is in a fenced in dirt lot. (They did have a splash pad which he loved playing in). Fast forward to picking him up 4 hours later, he was FILTHY. From behind the fence, he was jumping up on it like he couldn't wait to escape (which he doesn't normally do) and was covered in mud, dirt, and was whining... extremely inconvenient and upsetting. The staff that brought him out to me suggested we do training classes because he was playing with another dog (friendly play) and the other dog didnt like it. He immediately fell asleep in the car, instead of sticking his head out the window like normal, and when we got home, I told him no and he ran skiddishly away like he had been abused. Also, his collar was cinched down so tight it was hard to take off... they tightened it at least half an inch. We do not hit our dog, or restrain him so this was extremely unnerving to see. He slept the rest of the day mostly and was not his normal happy, loving self. Do not bring your dog to this horrid place.

Excellent training classes. And while there are thousands of individual trainers or wanna-be at outrageous prices, Markim is very reasonable. The trainers are smart and practical.

This is a great place to bring your furry pal for boarding or just for day fun. We board our Labrador here every time we need to, and it is like Disneyland for dogs. We know our dog is happy here, as she is always very energetic when we pick her up, and she is always excited whenever we drop her off. In fact, she knows when she is coming to Markim, and starts to wag her tail excitedly. The staff are great, and very friendly. Highly recommended!

I saw a post on Nextdoor App, that a One year old Husky is going to be Euthanized @ this Facility; if 🐕 he doesn't get Adopted by TOMORROW Friday June 21/2024...is this true & what's the reason for ending he's life...??? …

I was really in need of a place to board and train my husky. I called several places but somehow it didn't work. Until I called Snug Pet Resort and spoke to Mark. This man is amazing and not only his customer service but with his work as well. When I met him I knew my balto would be safe. I want to thank Mark, Chloe, Brett, Brandon, Brittany and Barbara for their kindness and understanding. It was so hard for me to leave my dog for boarding and training but please know if your dog has issues with other people or animals or even both, please don't hesitate to take your baby here. I am happy to have found this wonderful place.

Snug Pet Resort And Animal Hospital is amazing! I have been bringing my four year-old border collie mix there since he was a puppy. I have seen hundreds of dogs go in and out and the staff treats the dogs and their owners with the utmost respect and professionalism. They all truly love what they do and it consistently shows. My dog also went through their eight week Boot Camp and has turned out to be the best well-trained dog I have ever seen. He also has been going to daycare regularly and is treated with love and caring consistently. The staff is wonderful and highly experienced. I have been to a lot of doggy daycare centers over the years and Snug Pet resort tops them all!

Our dog Apollo received great training. He loves his trainer, Mark, & the rest of the staff! We've taken him back for several of the Saturday morning classes & have boarded him twice when we had to travel. He is very excited and happy every time we come back.

We did the 10 day board and train for our fear aggressive/reactive dog and it went great! Our trainer Brian Lee is clearly an experienced trainer with aggressive dogs of his own. It was a relief knowing our dog was being well cared for and trained by a professional. Brian was able to answer all our questions, give us specific and useful tips moving forward and honestly he’s just a cool dude. With Brian’s help our dog is behaving much better (no pulling on walks, obedient, not reactionary). It’s a work in progress of course but it’s good to know Brian has our back and will be available for follow ups.

My boy Jax and I absolutely LOVE Snug! We have never experienced anything but great service and care from the entire team. Barb cares for my boy as if he is one of her own. We would not trust anyone else! Snug and team deserve 6 stars!

We have taken our dog, Moose, there from the second we got her. Not just for Daycare but for Training as well. My wife and I could not be more appreciative of the amazing staff, the best experiences for our furry family member, and the consistent amazing service we receive every week we are there. Feeling like your pet is safe and the staff has the experience and ability to handle her around other dogs is one of the best feelings and they feel like an extension of our family. If we could record how excited Moose gets to go to Snug, I would post it. Snug is Moose’s home away from home and it has been since day one.

My Buster went through the boot camp, one on one training sessions, and group training sessions. Before all of this, he was so loud and obnoxious. He was embarrassing to take in public. He is such a different boy now! He is a good boy!!! He is ignoring distractions, looking at me for guidance, and not embarrassing to take in public anymore! Alyx is a phenomenal trainer. Buster loves her so much and gets so excited to see her at the group sessions. THANK YOU, Alyx and SNUG!!!

We sent our rottweiler for the board and train for 4 weeks. He is not the most socialized rescue so we were concerned how it would go with so many new people. Luckily our fears were unfounded! He made a ton of new friends with the great staff there, trainers and vets alike. We are very happy with his progress and have learned a lot on how to better help him. Aaron is a fantastic trainer! It's so great to see our boy trust another human and expand his world. The facility is nice and I love that they have an on-site vet in case of any emergency. We are even planning to bring our other dog for board and train so that they're both on the same page. Highly recommend, especially if you're struggling with a dog that can be labeled aggressive or fearful.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS' UNETHICAL POLICIES!! READ ALL FINE PRINT VERY CAREFULLY!!! I reserved a stay for my cat over the holidays and they required a 'deposit'. That 'deposit' being $500. Then I found someone else to watch my cat, gave them a week notice, and they are refusing to refund my money!!

We sent our dog, Spencer, for the 3 week boot camp. From the beginning we received constant updates and pictures. Then when we picked him up, our jaws dropped at his newfound skills and behavior. Next up was our training so that we could reinforce all the progress at home. His trainer, Dominique, has been amazing, patient and helpful through the whole process and Spencer adores her. If we add any other dogs to our family, they will definitely be trained by Snug.

Kate and her team are excellent and I highly recommend them. She genuinely care so much for her clients (and their humans). I made a mistake and left off a day of care for my kitty and Kate was able to accommodate a last minute. Kate was so understanding.

TRUST. That’s what all pet parents are searching for when we have to leave our constant companion, our love, with another. In my case I’ve trusted her with my home too. We leave vulnerable and Kate and company come through for us. You can trust her to keep her word. First I booked our flight then Kate, 5 months early! When something came up at our time, we discussed it and Kate graciously recommitted to our earlier agreement. She’s a pro’s pro. This is our fifth multi day/overnight visit. If Kate couldn’t be there for us I would have canceled the trip. Four years ago there was an incident but we worked it out and I reiterate, all there is is trust and I trust Kate absolutely.

Kate is exceptional. She is much more than your regular or typical pet sitter. She is very knowledgeable, very caring with animals, and goes above and beyond. The moment we met with her, I had a warm feeling and knew our dog would be in good hands. We’re so lucky to have found her and without a doubt I will be utilizing her services again and refer her to my friends and family members. She is very easy to talk to and will care for your pet the same way you would. You will not be disappointed!!!

Kate is amazing. She is kind, compassionate and really works with you to meet the needs of your pet. She gives you daily updates in writing with photos so that you can feel completely comfortable leaving your pet. She goes above and beyond in her care.

I absolutely LOVE Kate! She has always been amazing with our dogs. Very loving, kind and attentive. It's easy to see that she genuinely loves animals. And they love her back :) I always feel so confident that our fur babies are in good hands when Kate pays them a visit. And bonus - she posts pictures so I can also see how they are while I'm away! Kate is amazing! She gave our two dogs the best treatment. Kate is very communicative and professional. She loves on the dogs as if they were her own. She is a great listener and has excellent attention to detail- right down to our social media preferences! Our dog happened to get sick while we were away and she went beyond all expectations with her attentiveness to the situation, updates, cleaning more than anyone could have asked, and making sure our baby was safe and healthy. This was my first pet sitting experience. Needless to say, I was very concerned about leaving my kitties since one is a special needs cat and requires medication twice a day. Thanks to Kate and Pawtails Pet Sitting Service, I was kept apprised of the kitties’ care with updates and daily pictures. Kate is very responsible, friendly, and is an extraordinary animal caretaker. Not only did she ensure our fur babies were in the best of care, she was proactive and brought in our mail and packages. I will definitely not hesitate to reach out to Pawtails again the next time I go out of town. Highly recommend!

When I was in need of a new Pet sitter my trusted Vet referred me to Pawtails Pet sitting. Naturally, it's always a little uneasy opening your home to someone new and trusting them with your beloved pets. Especially when one of your pets has special needs. Kate made me feel instantly comfortable with her professionalism and love of animals. I got to know her over the phone and we did a home visit before I left for my travel. Kate is amazing. While our family was on vacation she took great care of our pup! Besides walking her every day Kate made sure there was music for her when alone in the house and sending daily photos so that the family could see how she was doing. She coordinated with the neighbors watching the house and even helped replace a barricade to keep the dog in the yard while some contractors we're doing work. She didn't just walk the dog, she cared for her. We'll definitely use Pawtails again!

I used Lil Miss Pets last year for only 2 days, they were great, but this month I used them for 2 long weeks to watch my little cat, they were Amazing. My cat had a lot of pets, love, attention while I was away. I will use them anytime I go away with peace of mind .

Margaret and her team are absolutely amazing! We've used Lil Miss Pets several times now to check in on our cats while we're out of town. Each time we are sent photos and updates of the cats and we can easily tell they've been well taken care of while we're gone. We love this team!

I couldn’t be happier to have found Margaret to care for our dog, Koa, while we were out of town. I could tell from the moment I met her that she would treat Koa like he was her own. Not only did she take Koa for daily walks and give him lots of love and attention, but she sent very detailed updates and photos each day while we were away. She was super thorough and made sure all his needs were met and more. She completely exceeded our expectations! It was so fun seeing the daily photos and how happy our sweet Koa was with Margaret. We will most certainly be using Lil Miss Pets again in the future!

Margaret and Nicole of Lil Miss Pets did a fabulous job caring for my 2 cats for 4 days. They followed all my directions to a tee! Took great pics of the cats, left detailed notes on what they did, and even cleaned up some wind damage on my patio after the Santa Ana wind blew down some of my pots. I highly recommend them and I will probably be using them again!

I would give Lil Miss Pets 100 stars if I could. I've been using their services for three years now for my two cats, and the team at Lil Miss Pets (especially Margaret) has been absolutely wonderful. When my one cat required special needs while I was on a 10 day work trip, I was very concerned, but Lil Miss Pets allayed my anxieties with their keen attentiveness and thoughtfulness. Their visit updates (whereby a team member composes a brief write up summarizing a visit and includes photos) are always informative; these updates also really cheer me up when I'm traveling (the team has gotten pretty good at taking pet pictures!). What I am most grateful for is Lil Miss Pets' rapid response and willingness to help me when I fell ill suddenly and was hospitalized for four days (thereby unable to care for my cats). Since I was relatively incapacitated (but also very worried about my cats), Margaret helped orchestrate all the pet sitting details with a family member of mine, and my feline friends were nonetheless cared for in a prompt and efficient manner. I am very appreciative of the team's swift attention, care, and support. Lil Miss Pets always goes the extra mile, and the team genuinely cares for its clients. I owe the team a massive thank you!

Lil Miss Pets is a great pet sitter! They’ve always been available and quick to respond, even with last minute request. All of the people working there are friendly and professional. Margret and her team were absolutely amazing with our pups! I have a nervous pup that does not naturally trust and requires some patience as she gets the courage to go on a walk with a new person. This can make going out of town very challenging. BUT! not with help of Little Miss Pets, Margret and her team successfully walked my pups without any issue, and include lots of cute photos and a little write up of our pets experience. I cannot recommend them enough!

Margaret and her team are amazing! We booked a last minute pet check in and they came right to the rescue. We have never left our furbabies (dog/cat) with someone we did not know but this time it was unavoidable. We were away for 3 days and our kiddos were checked on twice a day where they spent time with them and we were updated with photos and write ups on how they were doing the entire time we were away! We have never been comfortable leaving our pets but I can honestly say that next time there will be no question on who we book with. Camp Run a Mutt in Sorrento Valley is incredible. My aussiedoodle Rocky is not great with groups of dogs and we are very picky about where he goes to daycare, but he’s been thriving at camp run a mutt the past year. We’ve used daycare, boarding, and grooming and they take the best care. There is no other place in the San Diego area that even comes close. Highly recommend to anyone (even if you are worried your dog might not get along with other dogs there). They always have a ton of staff with the dogs and you can watch your dog on a live stream online.

Camp-Run-a-Mutt in Sorrento Valley is best in show! The facility and yard are so clean and maintained. What stands out the most are the camp counselors. They are very attentive and caring. Our busy dog has a lot of energy and we never have to worry - she is always safe and has a great time. She’s always excited to get to camp and see everyone. Highly recommend for your pup!

Our shy sheepadoodle received a warm welcome from the staff and other guests. He made quick friends and loves his time at Camp Run-A-Mutt.

Took our 10 month old puppy here for her first time to day care. Staff was professional and very friendly with us and with our pup. All dogs have to pass a “temperament test” before going to camp. So we didn’t have to worry about aggressive dogs. Prices are reasonable, you can drop off anytime for day care, they have cams you can watch. Your dog gets a cute report card after they spend the day. Highly recommend!

Very professional- Nash our retriever mix LOVES going there and the staff LOVES Nash and we can tell he feels welcome there and comfortable and he is SUPER tired when he gets home which is sooooo nice to get that still puppy energy out - even though he’s 3 1/2 years old Lol! Highly recommend them!

Can’t say enough good things about Camp Run-A-Mutt, Sorrento Valley! I love their doggy daycare setup and cage free boarding is the best! I’m so grateful for their caring staff. I have boarded my dog there several times and have always had a positive experience. They are very transparent and great regarding communication on how my pup is doing or if there are ever an my issues (behavior or health & safety). Christine is amazing and has gone above and beyond in helping my pup and communicating with me. All of the staff is friendly and professional. I also enjoy that I can watch my dog playing on the Mutt cam during the day!

I take my medium-sized dog here for both day care and overnight boarding. I love that they are kennel free as my dog doesn't do very well with crates or being in confined spaces. He is always exhausted and happy after a full day of play. I could not recommend this location more!

We just started taking our Golden Retriever puppy, Daisy, to camp and it's been a great experience thus far. First, and most importantly, Run-A-Mutt requires all dogs to pass a temperament test prior to coming to camp. Dog parks are a gamble- there's no screening process so you're just assuming all dogs are friendly- so the temperament test is key. Second, the staff really love the campers! There are always plenty of staff walking around the grounds and we always see the staff giving pets and being very affectionate towards the dogs when we check in on Daisy on the Mutt Cam. They also clean immediately up after the dogs use the bathroom so the play area is clean as well as well shaded- also very important. Lastly, Daisy is young and still learning proper manners so socialization of being around other dogs has been great for her. We're looking forward to many more days at camp!!

Camp Run-A-Mutt is fantastic. My pup gets anxiety when I leave him alone. So he loves going to play with all the other dogs and the super friendly humans. They take great care of him, even at his old age of 11. Winston loves hanging out under the misters on a hot day

My little puppy Luna lovesss coming here. Everytime we get off the Sorrento valley exit she looks around and starts running back and forth in the back seat because she knows where we are going. After picking her up she's always happy and tired from playing all day.

So I needed a dog walker in San Diego who could take care of my best friend while I’m at work. I met Jen and let me tell you something there are dog people in animal lovers and then there is Jen loves pets. They go the extra mile an extra step to make you know and feel comfortable leaving them in charge of your furry friend. While I’m gone, I receive updates of whether my little buddy went one and two, I also receive photos, and sometimes even a video of his antics as he goes for his daily walk It’s very difficult to find someone who cares that much about your animal They don’t treat it as a job they treated as a passion and I can’t believe I looked into finding out about this business because I can’t imagine anyone else walking my Smoky.

This place is a gem! First steps with our puppy such as socialization, some commands and behaviors were so important and helpful to get in place to have an easier time with our dog. We had previous experience, with different dogs we had, with different trainer, but the combination of, Tay, Zoom class and in class dog socialization is brilliant. We took our puppy, Luna, to S.T.A.R puppy course, and Tay in a positive, kind and patient guidance, has helped us shape Luna to a much relaxed, well behaved puppy. As puppy gets so easily distracted, it always good to start with minimal distractions, and add some, once behavior is established, so working from home in Zoom, was an excellent idea, which also left us more time, to communicate with Tay, ask her many questions - to all we got answers. The place where puppies get to socialize, is super clean, you get to see the puppies in video in Zoom, and see how well they manage it. Overall, super easy and enjoyable, not to mention puppy socialization is a must, and well behaved puppy makes life so much simple! Thanks team, and hope to see you in CGC class!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jen and her team! They have taken such good care of our two cats, I will never trust anyone else with them! They are reasonably priced and I love the daily updates and photos they provide. Such a nice touch! Jen has such a kind heart. She really helped us out recently when I was in the hospital longer than planned and we needed last minute care for the cats. I recommend her and her team to everyone I know who has pets!

JenLovesPets is amazing! The team truly loves the pets they care for! They are awesome with more difficult pets too, my dog is reactive when she's on leash and the team stays alert to keep her away from other dogs. I always feel the love in the messages from each visit, and the pictures help ease my separation anxiety from my dog! My dog doesn't always love new people, but she is always ecstatic to see her JLP friends and I'm pretty sure she likes them more than me!

JenLovesPets is amazing! Jennifer and her team are always amazingly attentive and genuinely love their pup-clients. We never have a worry about our babies when Jen’s team is on the job! We have been with her company for over four years. Jen and her team have always been so loving and more importantly EDUCATED on proper care and training (positive reinforcement) with our pups. She even taxied our pups to/from our wedding venue and watched them the entire night of our wedding until we arrived home. I can’t rave enough about this crew! If you genuinely love your fur-family, don’t get a fly-by-app pet service...get the real deal!

JenLovesPets is so awesome! When I had unexpected surgery, I needed a company to come walk my two 8 month old puppies immediately. Jennifer responded and scheduled a time to talk to me almost right away. When we spoke, she was so sympathetic and told me that they could absolutely help. Within an hour, I had a schedule for the next ten days. The walkers have been outstanding! Sweet, kind to the pups, and they send great recaps of their walks. I am so grateful for their support!

For the past three years we have trusted them with the care of our cat Mellow when we left town and always come back to a happy and well loved Kitty. Ren and Eli have taken care of our two dogs, Brownie & Fudge, daily for over a year. Our dogs absolutely love them. They have been incredibly professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Karen and Eli were both wonderful in looking after our kitties for over 2 weeks! We have been with Karen at Divine Pet Care for over 10 years. She was a great resource as we cared for our elderly Great Dane in her last years and we trusted her absolutely. Karen and Elias are completely professional, prompt, responsive, reliable, friendly, and completely at ease with our four-legged family members. They have conscientiously followed specific instructions when our pets have had health or medication considerations, and they are extremely intuitive and knowledgable about the care of animals. Our "kids" love them. Given all of this, plus Karen's depth of experience in veterinary medicine, we could not feel more secure and at ease when we're away. Simply Divine!

We came to San Diego 3 1/2 years ago with our lab rescue named Nike. Nike is a very sweet, loving and loyal boy, but clearly he had a rough beginning and to this day is still very shy and afraid of people. Karen was amazing with Nike and Nike warmed up to her very quickly. As soon as you meet Karen you know she's a warm, generous and very caring person. I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with PB Pet Care. Vinny and Shirine took care of both my dogs as if they were their own. They played, did photo shoots, and on the nights they stayed over, they were treated like family. They are very responsive to text communication and flexible with dates and times, as needed. Any time we are back in SoCal, I will definitely be using PB Pet Care!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Pacific Beach Pet Care is the best! They provide individualized care for each dog’s needs. I have used them for two very different dogs. One dog does not get along with other dogs. He had his own area dedicated for dogs with special needs. My other dog loves to play with other dogs although he’s skittish. He is able to socialize with other dogs while feeling safe. I always feel comfortable leaving my dog at Pacific Beach Pet Care, especially since they are AKC certified and can provide dogs with care in a specialized way.

Highly recommend PB petcare for your doggy daycare and boarding needs! I can tell that our pup loves Shirine and Vinnie so much and always has a great time, I always feel safe and comfortable leaving him there. I can tell they are helping him develop and learn too, and they give us great tips on training him and managing puppy behaviors.

Pacific beach pet care is the absolute best!! When I found shirine and Vince they changed my world I knew I was always leaving my golden doodle in the best hands having gone to many other boarders in San Diego it was such a gift to find people who treat your pet like their own no crates plenty of room to play and they are always so flexible and responsive and delightful to talk to most importantly so much love every time we leave our pup we know he is in the best of hands! I cant speak more highly of pacific beach pet care we are so grateful for them they are the absolute best!!

Vinny and Shirine are absolutely fantastic! We’ve been leaving our dogs with them for the last five years and they are always extremely accommodating and take excellent care of our doggies. Even after we moved out of PB, we still bring our dogs out to them because we know they’ll be well taken care of and they’re fairly priced. We also have referred them to a few friends and they’ve had great experiences as well.

I love PB pet care ! Vinnie and Shirine are amazing professionals and they love Luna ! . They literally go above and beyond for Luna’s care. Luna gets to be a dog for the day and I get to be at work stress free knowing that’s she’s in great hands. The drop off and pick up process is quick and easy. The response time is right away and the care for these dogs is like one big happy family in the most convenient area of pacific beach.

Vincent and Shirene and Pacific Beach Pet Care are awesome. I've been taking my Golden (Chloe) there for over three years. She loves the care she gets and playing with the other doggies - especially Goldens! Great environment for dogs to play in. They are very accommodating with last minute drop offs when necessary. I came to Shirine and Vinny with my husband for two of our pups now and I can’t say enough good things about how well they treat our little babies. First we used to bring our older dog, Violet (husky mix), for daycare on a daily for over 6 months. During that time, Vinny and Shirine helped us shape her into the amazing dog she is today, by giving us A TON of training guidance, tips and even training her when they found some time during normal daycare hours 😍 More recently we took our relationship with Shirine and Vinny a step further with our new puppy Silo. Knowing that Shirine is a FANTASTIC dog trainer we decided to bring him in for the boarding program, where Shirine took him in for over 4 weeks and worked day in and day out with him on multiple basic and advanced commands. He’s at a place training wise that we never even dreamed off for him to be as an adult dog, let alone a 4 month old puppy. We can’t wait to see the fantastic dog he will become and nothing of this would be possible without the incredible work done by Shirine on his boarding 🙌🏼 In summary, for ANYTHING DOG RELATED Pacific Beach Petcare has got your back! Whether it be basic daycare for a day, weekend boarding, training, you name it!

The owners genuinely care concerned about every animal that comes through their doors as if it is their own I have had instances where I needed to bring a dog that belongs to clients or what not from my company and they have been available with short notice and their prices were remarkable the care & concern they show each animal is just wonderful. Rumi has been taking great care of my cats for over a year now. She is super reliable and even makes sure she can be available at short notice when unexpected plans come up. This, to such a degree that when we arrived back to pick them up at the end of their stay, they showed no signs of anxiety or eagerness to leave! Alicia is the most cat loving lady I know. Her place is clean, beautiful, and calming. She is very attentive to my shy cat's needs, and she communicates with me about how my cat is doing constantly. I am relieved to know that my cat is in good hands when I am not in town.

My cat LOVES spending time at Alicia's home. And I would not trust anyone else with my furry daughter when I have to leave town for work. The other places I looked at wanted to board my cat with other cats, or to board them in these tiny kennel cages. But with Chiquis' Kitty Resort, I know that my cat will be the ONLY one there at Alicia's condo. And I don't have to worry about her being locked up in a cage. Without a doubt, Alicia is the best canine therapist in San Diego. Our precious dog is 10 and is walking great and healthy because of her. Not too long ago, he had a problem and he went down and couldn't walk. A good friend recommended that I call Alicia and I am glad I did. She designed a program for him to include massage and a variety of other therapy methods to make him better. In a week or so he was up on is feet. About a week after that he was going strong and has has not stopped ever since. It seems like he is half his age. We see Alicia on a regular basis to keep the inflammation down in his arthritic joints and to promote his circulation. Alicia, thanks for saving our precious dog!
