Diane took great care of our 12 year old dog for a week. I called periodically to see how he was doing since he had never been kenneled before. She always called me back. She spoiled him she even sent me a picture. I would definitely use her again.
Great place to board. I do not worry about my dogs when I go out of town. Diane is great and cares for each dog in her care.
Great kennel and very friendly staff! I've taken my dogs to Diane for years and have always felt she does a great job. The kennels are always clean and my dogs are happy to go there. I recently took 2 dogs that had never been kenneled before and while they were happy to see me when I picked them up, they weren't in a mad rush to get to the car. I trust Diane and her staff with all of my pets.
Awesome place for your dogs. Diane and Trish are great caring loving people, they go above and beyond for the dogs. Diane helped me with my Izzy girl to put her up for a while. Being my first time kenneling my dog i think this place is the best. My Izzy loves it there and im happy cause she made a friend. So i would recommend this establishment to anyone in need of kennles for there dog.😄
I can't say enough great things about Diane and Woodland Kennels. She was so incredibly pleasant and accommodating, and took the best care of our dogs while we were away. Thank you, Diane!!! 🐶 …
A great place for my fur baby while we are away skiing! Diane is so friendly and will treat your dog like her own!
Brought our dog twice this month for day boarding. We are in fronm out of town. Nice people, nice place & most of all my pup was happy & well. We will be back, thanks y'all! Anne & Scott D.
Hours are extremely limited. They don't answer the phone. They have placed tape over their hours listed on their gate. Not the same type of care that used to be given.
Pleasant staff. Our dog has went a few times when we needed a few days care and they always take good care of her and very accommodating to get her in last min.
They lied, they told me one rate and when I picked my dog up it was a different rate. The place smelled horrible and there was a huge puddle of animal urine outside of the door.
Leona has been great figuring out our dogs who are all rescue with issues. I like a trainer that can work on issues and not just sit. She has such calm demeanor that dogs are attracted to her and listen to her. She truly in this for dogs and to help their owners.
I have worked with Leona on multiple occasions. My dog was originally signed up for group classes with Spruce Mountain, and after one class, he had a hard time with being around the other pups. After speaking with Leona, she offered to switch him to individual sessions and we would revisit group training later. Due to my schedule, and living 45 minutes away, this was greatly appreciated. Leona has always been flexible, worked with me, has even boarded my pup with her to do some extensive training that I have not been able to do myself. This is my first puppy, and the work Leona has done, continues to do, and I am sure I will continue to work with her has been nothing short of fabulous. Leona not only trains my dog, she cares about my dog, his well being, and gave me the sweetest gift after he was boarded with her. It was a collection of pictures of him in various mediums and it melted my heart. I love working with Leona and so thankful she is such a pleasure to work with!!!!
Leona is the ultimate dog trainer! Hands down, she is the best animal trainer - I have had the privilege of knowing Leona for over 6 years and she has trained my 2 dogs expertly and compassionately. My dogs ADORE her yet they respect her authority. If you love your dogs (and who doesn't?) you won't regret hiring Leona for all your training needs.
Leona has helped with both our 9 month old puppy and some walking issues with our 9 year old dog. Leona is always patient with both the customer and their pups and does a great job providing positive reinforcement. Additionally Leona is passionate about helping the families that come to her for help and she provide external resources for information. My pups love Leona and we will be going back for any training needs!
I give this 5 stars but wish I could give more. Leona, shes kind and very knowledgeable and is extremely trustworthy when it comes to talking about my dog and just in general... and was extremely helpful and superb with training & regarding anything!!! Really loved her! Hire her for ANY of your pet training needs and shes GOOD for advice too! Thank you Leona!!
We have been clients of Leona since early 2021. No complaints until our cat died under her care. At first, our cat’s death seemed from natural causes. However, upon returning to our home, there were things found in different conditions than when we left them. What was found in our house makes us question the care of our cats and we will not be trusting Leona again with our pets.
Leona, is so good with my dog, Nory. Her training has helped Nory so much especially walking her on leash. I recommend Leona for dog training and any pet care needs. She is very reliable. Thank you, Paula
Leona is the sole person that will work with you, no passing off to another trainer. She has helped us with noise sensitivity, lease work, nail trimming and other issues. We love her!
We’re so grateful that you took the time to share your feedback with us. It’s our pleasure to serve customers like you. Have a wonderful day! Spruce Mountain Paws LLC
Thank you so much for the 5 star review Stefanie. Can’t wait to work with you again next summer!
