This place is the BEST to leave your buds for either boarding, play dates (doggy daycare) and even grooming. I have done all three and cannot tell you (well yes I can) how impressed I am - and how happy and cared for my dog is when I pick him up. They love him and he loves going. He has a medical issue and I felt confident leaving him for a 4 day boarding - he was given his meds as directed and had no issues whatsoever. I can say unequivocally this is the best place to entrust with the care of your pet.. Believe me - it’s a jewel in the desert. I have recommended it many times and no one has been disappointed.

I needed a safe place to take my male dog after my female dog had a major surgery. PetSuites helped me same day and gave me the time needed to care for my sick pup. Wonderful place where they love your babies like family!

First visit for our pups. The staff was caring and paid attention to our fur babies. We appreciated the feedback about their stay. Hope to be able to put them in the premium rooms so we can see them when we’re away.

Pet Suites in Cave Creek, AZ when I need to travel without my dogs. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and the environment is immaculate. My dogs come home peaceful, not stressed, and excited to see me—without a care in the world. I am very thankful that there’s a truly wonderful place for my dogs. Grateful and Thankful for Pet Suites in Cave Creek, AZ! They take such great care of my pups! They love going for daycare .. and when we need to leave town .. they take the utmost care of them while we are away. I love that they have cameras on so I can watch my pups play in the yard, I love that I can text and check up on them or get daily reports if I choose ... and I especially love the love and care my dogs receive from all of the staff! And... it's always SO CLEAN! My dogs were recently there for a long stay .. and weren't eating as much ... Gena, the GM of Cave Creek Pet Suites .. sat in their suite and hand fed them to make sure they ate. Not many places would do that. If you're looking for a local dog boarding facility .. or day care .. I highly recommend Pet Suites in Cave Creek!

We were able to view live video of both their ‘townhouse’ and play areas of our girls. The daily paw-gress reports with pictures were also very appreciated! But the best thing of all was that they noticed an issue that developed with one of the girls and we were able to get her to emergency treatment quickly. This was NOT a PetSuites issue, and am happy to say she is recovering nicely. We are very grateful they noticed!

Charlie loves to go to PetSuites. He can’t wait to get out of the car. Everyone there loves the animals and treats them well. It is clean and doesn’t smell. I’m happy to have them for Charlie.

First time grooming client and they did great! It was easy to book an appointment and the staff was very friendly. Bonus was my dog looked great and I could tell the staff they took good care of him.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! My dog Rosie was hesitant at first, by the 2nd day she went right to the door with her wagging tail. She likes the other dogs as well.

My dog had a hard life and was rescued from a breeder that kept her in a kennel and bred her. She’s so timid and afraid of everything. I’ve used the Carefree pet resort in the past. They are always good. However this thine they were Amazing 🤩. They took so much time and effort making sure my girl was cared for and felt safe. Amber went above and beyond what was expected. Amber called me and sent me updates. She took such great care of Winnie. Many many thanks !

I brought my very loved but naughty and difficult dog here this morning to be groomed. Everyone I came in contact with was so fun and kind, supportive and thoughtful as well as being professional. Our experience was simply great and Lucky Banana is clean to the bone!

I took my Dog to get groomed at Carefree Pet Resort. He came home with a nice hair cut and two cut front paws. It pains me to see him like this. I don’t blame the groomer. I believe he spent the hour waiting for the groomer trying to escape the cage. I wished someone was watching the kennels, maybe this could have been avoided.

We had an amazing experience with Carefree Pet Resort! They took wonderful care of our little love bug. They sent us a few "postcards" via email to tell and show us that she was doing well and having fun. We also appreciated the care the groomer took when bathing and grooming our Sophie pup. (Sophie has a heart murmur and can't take on stress.) She looked beautiful, calm and so happy when we arrived to pick her up. She usually looks anxious and stressed when we've picked up from other pet hotels. We will definitely bring her back here when we need this service again.

Our two dogs always go right in the doors and are greeted by the staff with “hello” and “welcome back” so we feel fortunate to have the great staff who are always willing to help whether it’s grooming or a weekend stay!

Holly is so kind and caring, she took time to pick up my moms puppy in the pet van when my mom was ill and could not drive to dog daycare. Amy the groomer did an excellent job with my senior, blind Havanese.

Michelle and company have been wonderful. I need weekly service to cover for the days I have early morning meetings, and they've always been super accommodating. They take great care of my pup Riley, and using the portal/receiving updates and pictures reassures they're getting excellent care.

The team at Paws & Claws is hands down the best pet sitting service on the market. My husband was very wary of ANY pet sitting, and we had to go away for a family funeral. With their friendly meet and greet, professional website, cost conscious pricing, and updates every time they saw the pets, my husband had to admit that even he loved the service! They were also fine with us having family friends show up when we accidentally overbooked people to check the pets. We got wonderful updates every day on if the dogs ate and went, and they even took on two bearded dragons (which I'm sure is not their usual repertoire). I was so impressed that our dogs ate almost every meal, which does not normally happen, we usually get stress starvation strikes. They also went above and beyond, cleaning up poo in the backyard, scooping the ferret litter, and washing out bowls. Our house was more pristine than when we left it. I could not recommend this service more. Save yourself some stress when you're away from home and hire Michelle and team!

Michelle and Kara were amazing! Not just the organized and thorough preparation they provided before their service began, but the wonderful time they spent with our very shy Golden. Mike doesn't take to everyone, but he loved these two. We really appreciated the pictures from home. I must admit that after we got home, Mike waited by the gate in the mornings hoping that one of them would come by for his morning walk. We walk him too, but he loved the routine visits. By the way, I love the calendar that lets us see what we have booked ahead of time.

I have been using paws and claws since September 2017. Michele is very organized with her time, loving to our three dogs and trustworthy (which is very important since we are never there when she goes into our home). I highly recommend her if you’re in need of help with your fur babies!!

We have used Paws and Claws multiple times for pet sitting our two older dogs. They are always easy to work with. They reach out before the are to be on call and are really attentive to our specific needs. We love receiving the photos and updates while we are gone. I was in need of a pet sitter to watch our two kitties while we went on vacation. We scoped out a few options and chose Paws and Claws and we couldn’t have made a better decision. Kelly and Michelle were great with the kitties ensuring the had fresh food and water and clean kitty boxes. They also made sure there was plenty of play time Ending in some treats! I got daily updates along with pics of my fur babies too which I loved. I also love the fact the employees are insured and bonded which gave me peace of mind. We have used their service multiple times over several years and have been extremely happy every time. We have two cats, a bearded dragon, and a guinea pig so visits to our house require a lot of time and effort, and they always have exceeded expectations. It is clear that they really love and care for animals rather than just going through the motions. Plus, we appreciate all the cute pictures they sent as updates!

Our sweet Sully dog is scared of strangers but requires more exercise than anyone with a job can provide. We are so happy to have found Ken with Pawfect Pet Sitter. They take WONDERFUL care of our fur family while we are away! Alecsandra made it her personal mission to win over even our shyest kitten. Their app is GREAT as they email you pics of pets, and walks every visit - very reassuring. We have used this service several times for both short & long vacation/away times and I would highly recommend them. Very thoughtful & great attention to detail.

Let me start off with saying that Amber and her family are amazing. Its stressful enough leaving your fur babies with anyone for a moment, let alone for several days. After dropping off my Bichon's Dillon and Shammy with Amber and her family. I can't imagine leaving them in the future with anyone else. She is totally amazing and caring, and treated my boys as her own...thank you Amber. Her home is very clean and organized, and she provided pictures and updates on a regular basis.
