Susan was absolutely amazing in taking care of our kitten Miza. She spent there half a month when we were on a long trip overseas. She was updating us everyday with pictures and videos. She looked very joyful in her cat's paradise) Very good ratio of price and value. We were very happy with their services and definitely will make this our permanent place for Miza to stay when we are away!)

Susanne was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly and took great care of my cat. I had to increase the boarding dates last minute a few times due to my flight being moved around and she was more than willing to accommodate the extra days. She sent pictures, videos, and updates on my cat every day and was quick to respond to my texts and calls. I highly recommend her and would have her watch my cat again should the need ever arise. The room she set up for the cats has a few cat beds, a cat tower, toys, pillows, and a tv playing nature videos on it. My cat was nervous at first being in a new area away from home, but he quickly settled in and started enjoying the environment. Thanks again, Susanne!

Suzanne was the best sitter for my cat tuna. She provided images and videos everyday and took time to make sure tuna was comfortable and in the best care. When tuna was angry and hissing, she was patient and took time for tuna to become comfortable. In the end tuna loved her so much! Can’t wait to take her back to him when I’m traveling again. It is great we can leave our three cats in a home with a dedicated and passionate caregiver. Susanne provided a great space, excellent care. She kept us informed and sent pictures and videos. She was also flexible for pick up and drop off. Highly recommended!

Susanne has been an angel in taking care of my kitty. I have used her services twice and been very happy with the daily photos, videos, and overall love she has shown towards Miyuki. As all cats are, Miyuki was shy the first trip. The second trip, Miyuki is now a best friend. I will use Susanne and her services every time when needed in the future and 100% recommend.

Best boarding that we have found, our dog Mickey loves to stay there and of course play in Susan's house pool when is hot, she really cares for him, ours is a Golden Retriever and he is very active, we never felt disappointed with Susan care, she really cares for our pets.

My pup has been going there for awhile now. They always give him lots of love and attention and they have a backyard which is great for even more exercise and playtime. He is always safe, happy, and healthy there and they love him like a dear family member.

You get a lovely detailed update on the visit as well as adorable photos. I have never been comfortable with the idea of having someone come in the house when we aren’t home and or take care of the cats. I am so comfortable and trusting of this company and their staff. Night of the Living Pets is the absolute best! Rio and her team are so lovely and professional. Rio listened to what we needed and paired us with the perfect sitter for our dogs. We have one dog with several medical issues, requiring multiple daily pills, specific feedings, and an eye on any new symptoms; and we had not left her before with a sitter and were quite nervous to! Rio paired us with Emily June, who was extremely attentive, prepared, and loving with both our pups during a weekend away. We felt so confident leaving our dogs in the care of Rio and her team, and have done so many times since that first overnight (both for long stays and short walks or drop-ins). Being able to trust your fur babies with someone is huge, and we are so grateful to have found Rio and Night of the Living Pets. We love being a part of the spooky family!

I recently used Night of the Living Pets’ overnight house pet-sitting services to take care of my two dogs, Poppy and Natasha, while my husband and I went away for a weekend. To be transparent, our dogs have a history of being reactive towards each other, so initially, I worried Rio would turn us away because of the behavioral issues. I was honest with Rio and told her our concerns, and let her know our dogs are currently in behavioral training to work on their reactivity. Rio matched us with Kelleigh, and immediately I knew she would not only take care of the girls like they were her own, but she made us feel confident we didn’t need to worry about their reactive behavior. I was so impressed by how attentive Kelleigh was with our girls. She arrived earlier than expected and sent us updates regularly regarding feeding, walks, and bedtime. I could tell from the pictures Kelleigh sent us that our dogs did not miss us while we were away. Kelleigh followed the feeding and walking schedule to a T. I felt completely at ease leaving my dogs in her care. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Night of the Living Pets to anyone in need of a reliable pet sitter. I cannot thank Rio enough for giving us a chance and matching us with Kelleigh. I will continue to utilize Night of the Living Pets for all my pet-sitting needs.

We love Rio and Night of the Living Pets!! I reached out to Rio for a sitter to watch our 4-month-old pup, Liam, and she responded immediately. We were a bit nervous to leave our boy overnight for the first time with a new person (even though it was at our house), but Rio was so kind and made the best experience for our boy! She came over to do a meet-and-greet and instantly bonded with him. She asked all the right questions, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and truly a breath of fresh air! Because Liam is so young and not fully vaccinated, he required a lot of Rio's attention for 2 straight days staying at the house and she did not disappoint. Rio communicated while we were gone and sent many videos, photos, and status updates throughout the day. We are so thankful we found Rio and Night of the Living Pets, and Liam looks forward to his next play date/adventure with Rio and her team!

Rio and her team are the absolute best! My pupper loves when they come and give him a walk or play time if it's too hot outside. They've been great about working around his anxieties with being left alone. (He's doing much better now) I recommend them to everyone who needs a walker or sitter. The photo updates and summary after their visits are one of the highlights of my day.

Rio and her staff have been taking care of our fur babies for 2 years now. They are beyond legit!!! They are reliable, communicative, and flexible. They are attentive to the health needs of our dogs and genuinely care for their welfare. We feel like we are part of a family. Our dogs are so excited to see them each day! I would give them 10 stars if I could and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They also use a mobile app that makes communication, scheduling, and billing so easy!

So when I got my pup two years ago, I was like wow I don't think I can travel or work anywhere that's not remote because - how can I trust anyone with this little guy (he likes to dart and forgets all commands in the wild). I met Rio at a little farmers market popup and when it came time to go back into the office she saved me!! Emily is our regular walker and I love that Ziggy has gotten to know someone who is consistently with him and knows his quirks. I get updates before, during and after walks and so so many cute pictures! I tried doggy day care and Ziggy always came back wired and in a weird mood (no proper breaks, no training, no boundaries with the swarm of pups wanting to play and no actual enrichment) I didn't want to keep taking him back and having all my training disappear, which is especially important with younger pups. Rio also organizes pup play dates and matches pups who would play great together, which means Ziggy has a little tribe now. Can't recommend this enough!

I’m so happy to have found Rio and her team through a mutual friend. It feels so amazing knowing that if our family is going to be gone - whether that’s an afternoon or a week - that we have pet care / house sitters to reach out to that are reliable, trust worthy, and so darn good with our pets. Both Rio and Kelleigh have helped us several times and I have nothing but positive things to say about their work ethic. If you need someone to check in on your pets, look no further!

I cannot recommend Susan’s Pet Boarding and Daycare enough! For years, I have been taking my large, easily-excited (and dog reactive) 80lb American Bully to them every time I leave town, and I always leave them with peace of mind knowing that everything will be okay. They are experienced, know what they are doing, are easy to reach and effective effective communicators, and check in with me every so often to let me know how things are going. It is a tremendous relief knowing I have a good boarder to take my dog to when I need to leave town!

Ally and Travis are angels from doggy heaven!! They kept my little Frenchie so happy and protected while I was away for 7 days. They treat all the dogs like they are their own, with all the love and hugs one could ask for. Beautiful, clean facility. Constantly updated me throughout my trip with pictures which I loved! They will be the only people I will trust with my dog!

Ally is the best dog sitter - doggy daycare in all of LA. She is so attentive, clean and friendly. She just knows her dogs, and she won’t let them be cooped up, they actually roam around and socialize and they have the best time. I am strong believer in making sure your dogs are cared for like your children and dog sitting by ally just does that. She updates you, she sends you texts. She goes above and beyond. There have been numerous times ally has come to my rescue, she really is the best. The environment that these dogs are in— they just leave so happy but be warned your dog WILL love ally and her partner much more than you because she just has that magic. Your dog will be loved, well cared for and secure here. When I travel or I’m at work I don’t have to worry knowing my pup is so happy. This is the one business I recommend to all my friends because I am so satisfied and my child aka my pup is so happy and safe.

Ally and Travis are great with our dog Zuma. They send frequent updates and our shy rescue loves Ally which is rare bc she’s a timid rescue puppy. We feel comfortable leaving her overnight when we’re away. Highly recommend this doggie daycare.

We are so lucky to have found Ally. Our dogs used to go to a commercial daycare and it broke our hearts. We’d watch them on the cameras and they were trapped in a glass room, with so many other dogs and just walking around in circles. It broke our hearts to board them. When we found Ally, it’s like we found a second home for our dogs. The joy when we tell them they’re going to see Ally and Travis for a sleepover is amazing. They can’t wait to jump out to the car when we get there. Ally sends tons of pictures while our boys are at “camp”. They are happy and well loved. They have an outdoor play area and a full house, complete with couches and beds! They are happy and exhausted when they come home. We love our fur babies so much and I can honestly say that I would recommend Ally to any doggy parents. I’m so grateful we found her!

Ally’s dog sitting / boarding is an amazing place! I have been taking my dog there for 3 yrs now 5 days a week ! Ally is a responsible, compassionate and a caring dog sitter ! To her it isn’t just a job it’s her passion and she looooves my little Charlie ! She takes excellent care of him, entertains him by going to the park and gives him lots of attention. Here’s my very happy Shepherd Lilo with Ally!!! I boarded Lilo there for a vacation. Ally updated me with photos daily. And just loved on my Lilo!!! I think Lilo enjoyed the time, and was happy tired when I picked her up. Ally also took Lilo to a groomer during the stay! 5 stars ⭐️. And the price is right!!!

I’m so glad I took a chance and came to this place! The staff are very sweet and attentive and really care about the dogs. They were very helpful in sending me updates about my pup and in working with my schedule. My dog seemed to really love her time there and was completely knocked out from a fun play day! It was a great experience working with them and I’m looking forward to going back.

I've taken my dog here for daycare 2 days a week for the last 3 weeks. Life. Saver. Life Saver! Our doggy sitter has a car situation can't come by. Tried a dog walking service came once canceled 3 times. Ok that's out. Called dog daycare by work and home...some didn't take big dogs, most closed too early or were full. Pawparazzi was one of the first on the list of ones to call by work. Never called the rest. The website said we'll send you pictures on how the day is going 😃. Called back that day 😃 they take big dogs 😃. They have plenty of staff for the amount of dogs there. They offer training classes and other perks and benefits, they have movie time (so jealous). She loves it there! I have the pictures to prove it! They're so good with her, they handle her nerves so well...she already has favorite people there. They responded quickly, had an immediate opening for the behavior test, and were in budget. Thank you all for taking care of my 4 legged kid! Happy German Shepherd dog mom❤

PAWparazzi is the only place we board our dog! We drive from Culver City to board him since they provide such amazing, personalized care when we are out of town. They provide us frequent updates and make us feel at absolute ease. Our dog is a key part of our family and we love him so much. We only trust him with PAWparazzi. Krista and the team, you are amazing!! Do not just take my word for it - you can see in the picture how much he loves it!

Been taking my Aussie, Sylvie, here for several months. Sylvie loves her doggy daycare. She gets so excited to play with her pawparazzi pack friends. Staff is incredibly friendly and caring. Have 100% confidence and trust leaving my dog here all day. There are lots of enrichment and activities available as well. I 100% recommended Pawparazzi to anyone looking for an amazing doggy daycare facility.

We are new to the area and were looking for a safe and responsible doggy daycare/boarding facility and we definitely found that, and more at Pawparazzi. Krista, the owner and founder, works there full-time and actually did the first initial call/check-in with me. They do a temperament evaluation for all of their dogs, so you're able to relax knowing every dog is safe for your pup to play with. They also have three different day cares for dogs that prefer a lot of play, older doggos, and small dogs! On top of that, they only allow 15 dogs per daycare (if I remember correctly), which is super small compared to some of the major pet retail boarding/daycare companies. Additionally, they were so aware of the hot weather, which was in the high 90s, and cut off outside play after 11am. You can even request add-ons to your boarding/daycare package, including doggie enrichment actives, pupdates of your dog (images and text from the day of your pup), frozen kongs, cuddle time, and more. I could go on and on about how much I love them there, but you will have to check it our for yourselves!

Pawparazzi has been such a great place to have nearby, would have definitely missed this place if we had to relocate. Freyja loves coming here and can hardly contain her excitement once we turn the corner onto the street. The staff is friendly and I feel so secure knowing freyja is in good hands. It's never a boring day for her and they are always adding fun activities, like pool parties and this upcoming super bowl party. And OF COURSE they take photos of your pet and you get to capture moments you may have missed at home! I really appreciate everything they do for my pup and highly recommend this place to anyone needing some care for their dogs and cats!

We had an outstanding boarding experience with PAWparazzi! Their safety protocol, exceptional communication (daily texts, photos, and videos), interactive enrichment classes, and evident care for our dogs made our vacation worry-free. The staff at Pawparazzi are wonderful! We took our newly adopted dog in for an evaluation and daycare. We were provided with an update within the first hour, and then a debrief with video at the end of the day. Although this was his first time attending daycare, our pup was relaxed and happy when we picked him up. Truly appreciate the attentiveness paid to the dogs, who are actively monitored to ensure their safety and well being.

Mi pupperz absolutely loves it here! In case of any emergency, I can rely on them to take care of her as a family member would. She looks forward to visiting and doesn't cry when I leave (which makes life that much easier).

I don’t know whether they have a second facility that they showed the other reviewers, or whether something has changed drastically since the last review, but the location I visited today (see pics of outside) was filthy, smelled terrible, and the dogs were kept in abysmal condition. I wouldn’t leave my dog there if it was the last place available and I had to cancel a trip. It appeared to be one man and his daughter (no more than 8 years old) caring for 10+ dogs, and the “outdoor area” was a 5’x10’ concrete pad covered in pee and poop. NOT AS ADVERTISED, DO NOT RECOMMEND

We had an absolute great experience! From drop off to pick up, it felt like family—like we were leaving our puppy with our relatives. We constantly got pictures and videos of our baby having fun with the other dogs, wagging her tail, laying comfortably with staff petting her and playing with her. It made us really feel she was happy, which made our vacation easier. The facility is clean and neat and the people are so kind and accommodating, it made for an extraordinary experience all around.

I was initially excited to leave my dog with Jack & Manjula due to the good reviews. When I first inquired, I was told that I would be able to see the inside of the daycare and that I would be provided with pictures/videos throughout my dog's stay. The day of drop off, the "office" was extremely warm. This was concerning because the day care is in the same place. I also wasn't allowed inside the day care because of a supposedly "crazy" dog. I was told, however, that I'd be able to see the inside when I pick up my dog because the "crazy" dog would have been gone by then. Left my dog, gave them his feeding schedule, etc. Throughout my dog's stay, there was only 1 video provided. Mind you, I had to ask for an update, and didn't get one until the next day. I let that go because I understand that they might be busy, considering they are dealing with dogs. It’s also a little shady because the videos and picture I was shown was outside the day care. It was a little fenced box with a tiny patch of fake grass. The day of pick up, I was surprised when they showed me my dog's leash that he had "eaten/bit off." Odd, but I also let that go 'cause I was just over it. I still wasn't allowed in to see the inside of the day care. My dog STANK & smelled like pee. He's been to other boarding care and he never smelled that bad. It was horrible! I got home and my dog was extremely thirsty, peed for what felt like a minute, and also went #2. Made me wonder how they really took care of him. Safe to say.. I won't be leaving my dog here again.

This day care is one of the best place to leave your fur babies. Manju and her family took care of our lil baby like their own. They made sure to send us a lot of pictures and videos while we were gone. We felt really safe to leave our dog there. Highly recommend this place!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Your dog with them is not a profit it's a family. Manju gave us update of my fur babies activities with pictures and videos. We felt at ease on our trip bcoz we know they were in good hands. Jack the leader of the pack was very sweet and welcoming to our dogs. Nicole, Manju's daughter helps with caring the dogs too. Next time you consider traveling I strongly recommended Jack's Doggy Daycare.

It's been great so far. I would drop my baby off here and when i come back, she would always return with a big smile. They take care of her like she is their own child and always send videos and pictures of my baby playing with other dogs.

This is a smaller facility and is family owned. The place is great and they take good care of your dog. I’ve been using this facility for a few months and have had no issues. They are flexible with time and their rates are reasonable. The family is also very nice. I recommend them highly.

Hideaway Kennels absolutely AMAZING! The staff, the owner such a stressful job/business and doing it with such care and extreme love! The owner runs a tight ship and loves what she does, which makes it easier for the transition of leaving your fur babies with Hideaway Kennels. You know they're going to be well taken care of when your away. Safe and very well taken care of, other than that? It would be a shit show like other Kennels, total freaking chaos! All that being said? I would like to thank you so much Hideaway Kennels for all you do, for all of our fur babies with all the care and love that you give.❤️💯

I recommend Hideaway Kennels for boarding your dogs when you can’t take them with you on your travels. Book your pets’ stay at least 10 days in advance or you might be out of luck if the kennel is at full capacity. The only negative is dealing with the owner who can definitely improve on her communication skills and body language. She is very much “by-the-book (her book of of course) and stands firm in with her policies, which is fine, but the problem is how she conveys them to her clients, no finesse or empathy whatsoever. She has that “my house, my rules” attitude that is off-putting especially since her body language and facial expressions display a “bitchy and annoyed”. You can run a tight ship and still create a fun atmosphere. Someone needs to let her know and too bad that someone has to be me. Lighten up and enjoy the business you’ve built. I know you love dogs but can you love their owners too?

This place is the Best Kennel in all of Los Angeles. The Ladies there are the best and our Dogs Love going there. They also do an Amazing job Grooming our Babies. Rest assured that your Dog or Cat will Love it here.

We took our almost 1 year old kitten for a stay because we were heading out of town for 2 1/2 weeks and it was too long to leave him alone at our house. I was hesitant because he is our baby and would anyone love him as much as we do?? Boy was I pleasantly surprised....they sent me almost daily pictures and updates to let us know how he was doing an all the love he was getting from all of the staff. It was also his birthday while we were gone and they decorated his kennel with a birthday banner, fed him the special treat I left and gave him lots of cuddles for us all. When my sister picked him up since we got home after they closed and couldn't stand to be another day away from him they told my sister how wonderful he was and how they wanted to keep him. I wouldn't hesitate to bring Mookie back to them anytime we are away from the house.

So happy with Hideaway. The ladies who work with the dogs are truly gems of humans. Our dog was well loved and cared for, and seemed to enjoy himself at the kennel for 8 nights over the Easter holiday. We loved getting a text update with a picture of our dog mid way through our vacation, and the bath on pickup day was especially appreciated.

This is the best boarding facility in the area. We have tried the fancy ones and had issues. The people here truly love and care for dogs. I couldn’t ask for anything more when I need dog boarding for the dogs I consider part of our family.

I have been going to Northridge Pawsome for years. I have bought 2 of my cats (so far) to them, and the 3rd is going for her first visit tomorrow. They have been WONDERFUL. One of our cats had to be put down and it was an emotionally traumatic experience, but the staff was caring and supportive throughout the whole visit. Their cost seem reasonable and I have been very happy to have them taking care of our extended family. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Will be taking our new puppy there very soon.

We had a great experience with Sit & Stay for boarding, daycare and light grooming. We were in LA for a wedding and needed last minute care for our 75 lb goldendoodle and the Sit & Stay team was able to accommodate us on short notice. The team was caring and kind and professional and our dog had a great time over the weekend! We would highly recommend them to anyone for boarding or daycare!!

This place was great and gave awesome care to my little fur baby. It was her first time boarding so it was important to me that I find somewhere that would give her not only physical care but love too! Sit & Stay more than exceeded my expectations.

I was in a stressful situation and needed a place for Bob to stay for the day and night since I couldn't take him to where we were going. Bob is an apartment cat and doesn't have a lot of experience in the outside world. Not only that, I've never really been separated from him since we started hanging out about 3.5 years ago. I guess the staff noticed all this when I contacted them to see if they had room for Bob on short notice. Not only did they have room for him, they sent me a pic of him a few hours after I dropped him off to show me he was ok. It was at that point that I realized I had nothing to worry about. Bob was in the best hands imaginable. The staff, Sara, Nicole, Mary, and six others I didn't get to meet, are amazing. Bob had a great time and was comfy. They took great care of him. Bob didn't get the chance to stay the whole time as we had to shorten our original plans and pick him up early. Once again, no hassle. I love this place. I wouldn't consider taking Bob anywhere else. Thanks guys. I'm telling all my friends!

I had to leave my senior pup while I was away here. I left worried and had major anxiety detachment issues. But everyone here at Sit and Stay put me at ease every day with an email of how he was doing and photos. He had so much fun, I dont think he wanted to leave his new friends.

I cannot say enough good things about Valley Pet Sitting. We have used them for several years now to visit our cat, Mr. Pudds, whenever we travel and the service has been outstanding. We just returned from three weeks away, and each day we looked forward to the full report and photos we received to help us feel connected with our cat. In addition to the daily cleaning of the litter box and feeding and playing with Mr. Pudds, they brought in packages, brought up the trash cans, and watered the plants. We have been using Valley Pet Sitting for the past 6 years and are very satisfied with their services. The pet sitters they send to take care of our kitties have always been cat lovers (which is essential!) and they follow our instructions to the T! We also find their prices very reasonable and their online portal easy to use. On a personal note, when my 16 1/2 year old cat died last year, I was too emotional to delete her as a pet from the online portal, and Sharon with Customer Service very kindly offered to do it for me. Those little touches mean a lot.

As a woman living alone with my young daughter, I take extreme caution with the people I allow into my home, especially in my absence. My two cats mean the world to my daughter and I, so it was no surprise that I have been apprehensive to take a getaway and leave them home alone. In researching my options, I came across VPS and talked to someone over the phone after reading through reviews on several different sites. They were so reassuring!! They completely understood how important my home and animals are to me and helped me every step of the way. I got detailed status reports after each visit and the BEST photos I have ever seen of my babies!! They are always fast to respond, even to the smallest of questions or even little comments about my visits. When I got back home, it was as if I had never left, everything was done as if I had done it, including not only my cats but by two fish tanks and several houseplants as well. Clean and tidy, no messes left behind and I'm pretty sure someone wiped down my countertops before organizing my mail in a neat pile! Very attentive to detail, and go above and beyond in their service. Unlike other companies, their office staff and pet sitters work together to make sure both you and your pet are taken care of. Other companies I looked into just send sitters alone and there is no one there to help them if there is an emergency! I highly recommend VPS to everyone with or without pets (they do home care too!) , if you are leaving on a vacation they are a must have option for assurance that everything and everyone at home is a-ok. We love VPS!

We have been really impressed and SO happy with how Vally Pet Sitting has taken care of our sweet kitty buddy when both of us are out of town. Our cat tends to have a lot of anxiety when both owners are not at home and has not done well with many sitters in the past. Vally Pet Sitting spends time with him, loving on him, caring for him and we have noticed a huge shift in out cat’s behavior when we come home from long trips. Highly recommend them! Their online booking is really easy too! Communicating and updating is seamless. We never feel out of the loop or unheard.

Reposting an old review, I still use VPS and will always use them forever! : I love this company! I've never used a pet sitting service before (I'm not trusting type and always used family/friends), but holidays and covid meant I needed to either hire someone to come to my home or board my two cats. I didn't want to board my little fur balls since that's stressful for them (one came from a shelter and has a fear of strangers/new places), so opted to hire Valley Pet Sitting for the two weeks I was out of country for Christmas/New Years. I'm so happy! They answered all my questions before signing up, they helped me figure out the app, price was reasonable, and super flexible when my plans changed (airline cancelled my flight so I had to change dates/flights). The sitters themselves were super friendly and definitely were animal lovers. I got daily pictures and a written updates (totally going to keep the cute photos of my kitties 😻). Everyday the cats got fresh food, water, clean litter boxes, and pets/cuddles. I liked how the sitters were able to gain the trust of the cats and one even jumped into their laps for cuddles. How cute! I'm definitely going to use this company again and I feel better knowing I can book them in future whenever I want to leave town for trips.

When it comes to taking care of my various fish tanks ranging from Fresh to Salt water, Plants, and Breeder tanks, Valley Pet Sitting Inc. is the most trusted choice. They are the only ones that can handle all the various conditions and feedings my fish need, and I know it will be done as well as if I had actually taken care of them myself! They kept me updated after every visit not only taking care of all my tanks, but also watered my plants, brought my mail and packages in, and took out the trash on trash day. I got pictures as well which were wonderful so I can see my fish!!! I highly recommend Valley Pet Sitting Inc. to everyone that needs peace of mind when they travel and I plan to go again in a few weeks and will be calling them.

The best! Highly recommend. Personal touches like posting daily visit pics of our cats and a cleaned litter box. Also our sitter posts a diary entry of how each visit went! I LOVE VALLEY PET SITTING!
