Highly highly recommend Tina! She goes really above and beyond for any dog! I was quite worried as I’ve never had someone care for my dog before, but Tina made sure to put me at ease and sends cute pupdates! She gives Elmo ( 4 months old ) a great enrichment, helps with training, puts his best interest first. He also has a health issue and Tina has made sure he has the best care and makes sure that his health issue is monitored and puts things into place to prevent issues happening. She Is honestly so very caring towards him, the area made for them is great too! Lots of toys, lots of fun games, there’s a area for a chill out zone, sandpit, water and all the attention he could want with walkies! Tina has a great understanding with dogs and is able to understand dog ques to avoid problems. She has knowledge within first aid if needed. Elmo has the best time ever with her, he is always happy when he comes home, Tina even gives a little fuss to my cat at home, this setting is a lot better in my opinion as it’s more small and personal with more one to one care with Tina, so if your dog is a small breed and you need them looked after, I would 10000% recommend Tina, your property is safe and secure with Tina, with that myself and Elmo recommends privileged pups 100% ( Photos taken by Tina while in her care 🐶🥰)

We found Privileged pups for small dogs when we were driving home one day as we saw Tina’s van. Tina came over and met our puppy and went through everything in detail, also meeting him. Vinnie is always so so happy to see Tina and we as a family trust her to look after our precious boy. He does so many lovely activities and has socialised with others dogs, which has really helped Vinnie to adapt more confidently when walking or meeting others. Tina has so much stimulation for the dogs she cares for and I know he is very comfortable and content. We would always recommend Tina to friends and family.

Tina looked after my 2 terriers (1 very elderly) for a comfort break, she provided idea some enrichment in the garden for them and kept me informed of thier wellbeing including photos & videos. Tina is a friendly trusted person and has all dogs' well-being and safety at the top of the list. Fab service!

My doggo absolutely loves attending Privileged Pups daycare! The smaller setting is well suited to her and she benefits from getting a full walk, all the enrichment activities as well as the calm time. She absolutely loves cuddles with Tina too!!

Priviledged Pups and Tina have been an absolute find for us. Tina is fantastic, our dogs are very well cared for, their specific needs are taken into account with great thought. We can rest in the knowledge they are in incredibly safe hands and have the fulfilment they need. Tina is very experienced and goes above and beyond, we couldn’t be more pleased and the daycare option is second to none compared to what else is available locally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Privileged Pups provide’s a great service. From dog walking to pet sitting along and more the team is really friendly and accommodating around everyone’s busy schedules. All you want is someone who you can trust when it comes to leaving your pet in their care and I always feel like my dog is in the best hands. Tina has years of experience and is so knowledgeable and is always there to answer any question’s.

We have used Whiskers Pet Care for a few years now to look after our bunny & recently our cat. Knowing that our beloved pets are well cared for while we are away is so important & means we can relax & enjoy our holiday. Liz sends regular updates & the odd photo, she is completely trust worthy & really cares about the pets she looks after, we wouldn’t use anyone else to look after our pets, thanks Liz for doing such a great job.

Liz is fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She is extremely flexible in terms of looking after our cat (Mia), has great communication providing updates and even pictures whilst we are away and even puts our bins out and waters our garden for us. All of this for an extremely good value price. If you are after somebody to look after your cat, then look no further

Liz has looked after my cat for some time both for holidays but also the odd occasion when I’m away or late. Liz genuinely cares about my Tiger (who’s a sensitive sole!) and therefore provides that all important confidence that he’s being looked after not just fed and watered!! Dependable, reliable and safe,what else can I ask for!!

Liz was awesome...and so caring, despite that it was just our old and frail pet rat...she sent daily reports and pics and was very amenable to our fussy feeding and handling needs! So grateful, thank you Liz...definitely going to contact you again...sorry about that! ;)

Liz looked after our cat, Pepper, whilst we were away. It was our first holiday away from Pepper, but from the initial meeting with Liz it was clear that Pepper was in safe hands. Throughout our time away we received regular updates on how Pepper was doing, as well as photos. It was a great comfort knowing that Pepper was safe and well. Would recommend!

My Doggy Day Care is amazing, our dog Gunner started in September 2019 when they first opened, he loves going and is so excited each time we drop him off. Anna and Callie are so kind and wonderful with the dogs, I get regular photos and updates, there is so much space for the dogs to run and play. Highly recommend this day care for your dogs, the dogs are well looked after which gives peace of mind, also, the interaction and socialisation with other dogs is so beneficial to our dog. Thank-you Anna and Callie.

I can’t recommend My Doggy Daycare enough. Both Anna and Callie are warm, kind and nurturing to the dogs they look after. They understand how precious the dogs they care for are to their owners. Our dog loves to go and play and has a whale of a time socialising with the other dogs. It’s helped her build up a tolerance to little puppies and taught her how to play nicely with each dog she comes into contact with. She is shattered when she gets home!

Absolutely recommend My Doggy Daycare. Anna and Callie take the time to get to know your dog and make every effort to make the transition from home to Daycare as smooth as possible. They are also great at keeping in touch, from updates on Sherlock's progress to planning logistics. They've made having a dog with a full-time job an easy reality and I'm truly grateful to them for that.

An amazing place with great dog carers! Maudie is quite nervous around other dogs but with the care and attention she has got from Anna and Callie she is so much more confident. They are also great are keeping you informed about what your dog is doing, sharing pictures and training too. It is lovely to think that Maude is happy and safe when she goes and that she'll have fun. The pick up service is also a great bonus as it relieves a lot of stress for me. I can't recommend DoggyDayCare Alto highly enough.

This was Gus's first day with Callie and Anna and hes now sound asleep after a busy and funfilled day. After a not so good experience with a previous dog carer, finding these guys has taken a HUGE weight off of our minds and given us complete piece of mind knowing he is having days like he had today. The set up, absolutely perfect, Callie & Anna, absolutely wonderful, and as much as I would like to keep My Doggy Daycare a secret I cant..if you have a dog, and need to have trust and belief that it's being looked after and having fun, look no further ! Great facilities. Two acres of secure paddock for my dog to run and socialise with other dogs, indoor areas for when the weather is not so good - all supervised by friendly, caring trained staff. My dog is so excited when he is collected and tired when he comes home :) I can recommend My Doggy Daycare - my dog is well looked after and I am happy he is having a great day.

This feels like a treat day for my puppy, and I have absolutely no guilt about leaving him with the amazing staff for the day while I go to work. I think he’ll actually be wishing he was there when he’s not! They look after the dogs in their care with so much enthusiasm and love, and with a lovely balance of structured activities and free play, I cannot recommend My Doggy Daycare enough!

Simon is Great!! Looks after our Vizsla Dave like his own. Dave loves going there and hanging out with his little doggie buddies and always comes back happy and well exercised. Simon is really flexible and accommodating and a super nice guy. We couldn’t recommend K9smart any higher.... JUST AWESOME!!

Simon is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about everything to do with dogs. Our dog loves her day care days and comes back exhausted. Highly recommended.

My dog has been going to WillyBobs Dogs twice a week for a couple of years. He absolutely loves it! He has the best time playing with his buddies and comes home a very happy boy! Kate and Rose are great and provide extra enrichment activities to keep the dogs occupied and happy while the are there and we love seeing what they are up to with videos and pictures posted on social media. Our dog Elsie has been going to WillyBobs since almost day one and the care and love she's received has always been first class! Kate and Rose and the team are brilliant -.Elsie prefers going to 'school' than staying at home! She also stays with the team for holidays and is looked after like one of their own. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WillyBobs to anyone. Thank you lovely team!

We couldn’t cope without them. They are genuine heroes and it’s clear how much the dogs love them, and how well cared for all of the doggies are. Brian is a rescue and has lots of quirks and sensitivities but they are always looking out for him and making sure he’s happy. We wouldn’t feel comfortable using anyone else! We have often sprung last minute requests which they go out of their way to support. We have a very content, sleepy dog when he comes home after a day with the WillyBobs team!

We have been using WillyBobs for a couple of years and Nala loves her days at doggy daycare. The team are amazing and will try to accommodate any changes you might have with your days or very last minute home visits that are needed! Very much recommend, your dogs will have an amazing time!!

Our dog Murphy has been with this amazing team for 2 years now. We cannot fault them. We have used group walks, day care, house sitting and stay at theirs. Each service is so accommodating. They’re very receptive to last minute requests and fitting Murphy in quickly if needed. They take brilliant care of him, love him like their own. The team use both mental stimulation and physical work to tire the dogs out during the day. Best dog pet service around - recommend to anyone! Even added touches of Christmas biscuits 🩷

Fantastic and knowledgeable team! My dog can be tricky with other dogs and they managed introductions to the group of dogs he walks with amazingly. Having a qualified trainer on the staff makes such a difference. Pick up and drop off is smooth and hassle free, previous walkers always caused a hassle but Rose and team always follow entry instructions and have never left the back gate open!

Our dog Rufus has been going to WillyBobs Dogs for over 2 years and absolutely loves it! Kate, Rose and the team are great and are always reliable and quick to respond to any queries. I would definitely recommend to anyone and we always know Rufus is being looked after!

All the staff obviously adore dogs which is a great start when entrusting your dog to someone else. My dog is always happy to jump in the van for a day of fun and always comes home clean and obviously well cared for. We have used another doggy daycare in the area which fell very short of the care given at willybobs dogs.

Frank has been doing doggy daycare with these guys for 3 years and he loves it. He's so excited when the puppy bus arrives in the morning and arrives home happy in the evening. He also stays with Rose for sleep overs and they take great care of him.

My active (maybe boisterous) lab has been looked after these guys now for a couple of years. Day care and holiday overnights. She loves it. Always has loads of fun and the team clearly love dogs. Wholeheartedly recommend them.

Marita was an absolute star, She helped me in an emergency with my dog and cat at home and made sure they were walked fed and happy , 100% recommended

Marita is an absolute life-saver! She goes out of her way to help us whenever we need day care and we know that our pup has a fantastic time running around and playing all day. He always comes home very tired and very happy! Marita is hugely knowledgeable and has been a wonderful sounding board for us as we have raised our first puppy. Two years later, we feel very lucky to be able to leave him with someone who we know will always take great care of him.

Brodie - our very mischievous Cairn Terrier - was fortunate enough to spend his holidays with Marita just after Christmas and what a wonderful happy time he had there! He thoroughly enjoyed playing and socializing with the other dogs (and cats), spending time at Marita's heel and generally enjoying life and the freedom to run unrestricted, whilst his people family were on holiday in far off lands. At the end of his stay he had a lovely haircut and grooming session (Excellent results!) and we collected such a happy dog on our return. All in all we are so very pleased to have met Marita and relieved that it was such a stress free experience for Brodie too. We cannot recommend her highly enough and Brodie hopes to spend many more enjoyable days there. Marita is a true animal lover and such a lovely, kind, caring person too. We cannot fault our experience in any way!

Our Tibetan Terrier started having his regular trims with Marita and loved his time there so much that he now goes for sleepovers when we go away for weekends or holidays. He is always excited to be dropped off to spend time with his doggy mates giving us huge peace of mind. Marita provides a professional and flexible service, which is very reasonably priced. I would recommend her to family and friends.

Marita done a fantastic job cutting our Black Russian Terrier/Giant Schnauzer cross. It was his first hair cut, so alot of puppy hair needed to be cut off. He looks so smart and handsome, he looks and feels like velvet now. 5* review I would definitely recommend anyone to come and use Marita's Animal Care, the love she has for animals is extraordinary. Marita has been fantastic with Baghera our cat. When we come home he’s always a happy chap which for us is superb. It really nice to know we can go away and actually switch off knowing we can genuinely trust Marita to care for him. We also get periodic updates which is lovely reassurance. Our Labrador has been going to Marita two or three times a week for nearly two years. He loves going and can't wait to get out of the car to see Marita and all the other dogs. We would recommend Marita to anyone looking for doggy day care.(Sam)

Marita is a life saver, literally. She has our little chap Dougall regularly to give him a tidy up, it was on one of these visits that she mentioned that she thought there was something wrong with his teeth. It turned out, he'd broken his jaw and his whole jaw was infected. He's fine now thanks to Marita going that extra mile and being knowledgeable and experienced. He always comes back from his pamper session a happy little dog, absolutely wouldn't send him anywhere else.

Our fur-baby Rocky recently stayed here for 17 days. We'd 100% use again! From drop off to updates, photos and collection, their service was flawless. He's a one and a half year old intact male American Akita. Rocky's booking was refused at a few other local kennels due to his breed, but Gay Dog were confident and capable of looking after him! It was his first stay in kennels and away from home. They ensured he settled in straight away and thrived throughout his stay. The moment we left Rocky in their care we knew he'd be safe. The updates we received were heart warming and reassuring. Plus lovely to see photos of their walkies! We were very impressed during collection, the team were lovely and Rocky was immaculate! We expected him to smell of dog and be a bit grubby but he clean and tidy! We will definitely be using Gay Dog again when going away. P.s. Big shout out to Hannah who was great during drop off, sent beautiful updates and was lovely during collection! She's great! Thank you to the whole team! Jodie, Aaron & Rocky x

My beautiful dog Lazaro and I have just moved to East Hampshire a few weeks ago. I travel a lot for work and cannot always bring him with me - sometimes I need him to be looked after for a day, sometimes a few days. I drive 35 minutes to get to the kennels and it is worth it every time - it's easy to find and has good parking. The reviews online is what encouraged me to try them having had a negative experience further down South. From the first trial visit I have been very impressed with the staff - everyone who I have met has a genuine love for dogs, they take very good care of him and already knew his name on his second visit. The booking process online is very convenient, the check-in process is very thorough each time regardless how many times you've already been and you get lovely, thorough updates. You're welcome to bring your own food and they stick strictly to your preferences, e.g. my dog is a large breed and at risk of stomach bloat, which has happened to us recently somewhere else! I shared this concern with the staff and was taken very seriously. It is also very well priced and cheaper than some surrounding kennels. Lazaro always comes back very happy AND very clean which I am always impressed by. We will be using the kennels going forward having had several one day stays and nearly a week long stay now as well. 10/5 service!

Absolutely brilliant kennels! Have used them on a number of occasions for our two Japanese Akita Inus. Our male can be very wary around strangers so we were a bit worried the first time we dropped them off but not only did he take a particular liking to Cody, one of the male staff members, but in later visits he now loves all of the staff members. They are always super friendly and helpful and gave us updates and pictures to help reassure us the first time we used them. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a dog kennel and very reasonably priced for the level of service they provide.

Our dog Monty enjoys his stays at Gay Dog Kennels. The staff are always cheerful and look after Monty really well.

We were recommended gay dog boarding kennels from a few friends. We felt at ease from dropping Bruce off to collecting Bruce a few days later. We got an update reassuring us that Bruce was having a good time and getting lots of loves! Will definitely be using these again. Thank you for taking such good care of him. =)

We drive our dog up from Cornwall and drop her here on the way to Heathrow because they take such great care of her. The groomer is great too. We really trust and are grateful for Gay Dog Boarding Kennels. Peace of mind is priceless!

First time using Gay Dogs. They seemed to love it, came back really happy.

I visited this Kennels as it has a 5 star rating and is closer to home than the one I currently use. Upon arrival and outside the main entrance, the noise from the dogs barking was extreme and before I'd even stepped into the main reception the very strong smell of doggy wee took my breath away. I observed a chocolate lab being exercised in an outside area which was full of poo, I mean at least 10 piles of it. Obviously these areas are not cleaned out between dogs exercising and this has the massive potential of spreading infection to other dogs and humans. The kennels looks tired, in need of a good clean and redecoration and the individual kennel areas have a concrete floor which didn't seem to slope to allow for any accidents to drain to one area. I realise the weather wasn't great, raining but there was no excuse for the smell or poo and won't be entrusting them with my dog.

Great staff, very caring & extremely knowledgeable, made us feel at ease,Knowing our pain of a Chow Chow was being given the best care.

Our Cavapoo, Dougal (aka Doogs), always rushes up to greet the owners at this local kennels and he seems to enjoy his stay there. Serendipity is a small, family run kennels in the heart of the countryside and there is plenty of space for the dogs to exercise and live in. We have been using this kennels for our frequent trips away and have no hesitation in recommending the establishment to others (as long as they don't get too booked up)!

Really unhappy with the whole experience. We took our 11 month old cat to stay for two weeks to cover two holiday destinations. We weren’t blown away by the cage sizes, but we thought they must know what they are doing. 6 days later when back in the area we called to check on him. The owner said our cat had scratched him and as such hadn’t come out of his cage. He then asked us whether we ever kick him!!! We were stunned to be asked such an awful question. We decided to take our beloved cat out of there immediately. Anyone that would ask such a question so casually cannot be trusted to look after our family member. The owners response to this was “good, we’ll be glad to see the back of him”. I called him an ignorant, horrible man and hung up. Felicity who works there was great in contrast. She was professional and helped us collect our cat without bias. Felicity was the one good experience from all of this, and is far better than that awful man deserves. Avoid this place. I would not trust the owner to muster the care needed to water a plant.

The staff really care about the dogs welfare and my dog always does in happy and comes out with his tail wagging !

We have boarded pets here since we moved to the area 7 years ago. Serendipity is friendly and helpful. They looked after our old boy well and now take care of our two young dogs with kindness when we go away.

Sadly disappointed. Contacted to arrange boarding for our dog. All was fine until we said ours is a staffie x. They seem to have a blanket policy against taking on staffie looking dogs.

Lovely place, simple and uncomplicated. Lovely setting and wonderful owners and kennel manager.
