Left my 5 month old ferret here for a weekend, he seemed to love it and matured a lot over the time span! Lovely man running the place. No complaints.

First time holiday for my tortoise and while he doesn't say much, the owners were welcoming, friendly and caring and the place was immaculate. Well-thought out pens eg rabbit pens with large pipes for jumping and hiding, fresh food everywhere. Excellent and good price at £5 per day.

Steve is amazing with our Bunnies when they stay over! we have took our Bunnies here for around a year now and we've never had any problems. They are very well looked after and we feel safe for them to go here. The hutches are heated so you are reassured that your companions are going to be warm throughout the night. We take our own food however Steve feeds them hay on top which we are thankful for. They always come back in a great mood (we have noticed) and since taking them here they have wanted to be handled alot more as usually they are shy Rabbits. Steve also let's them out in a huge pen and updates us on how they doing if and when we ask. Please use this Pet Boarding it's reassuring and reasonably priced ❤️

Fabulous, been coming here for years. I travel from South Staffordshire to them. Very helpful and supportive especially when the ferrets escaped in the car. Spotless accommodation, easy to get to. Highly recommended. Thanks Steve Ann and Alan!

Steve had our bearded dragon for 10 days and we asked could he carry on with our care plan so we can see how he getting along. With out a doubt steve did the care plan every day and also gave the dragon baths while we was away. This holiday home is the best by far and steve will alway be our first choice

So glad we found this place!! they have taken such good care of our Indian Ringneck over the last 8 days, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who wants to go on holiday knowing their bird is in safe hands 😊 …

Had my ferrets here for 2 weeks while on holiday, very big and clean facilities, they were very well handled, cleaned out regularly and really looked after for a good price. Will definitely book again as owner was very polite and friendly as well.

We have sent Terry our African Pygmy hedgehog here a few times now and he is going again in a few weeks. Steve is brilliant with him and he is always really well looked after and we are so glad we found this place!

Never again!!! Our dog was booked into Country Kennels for 9 nights as his usual kennels were fully booked. On collection he had lost 1.2kg in weight and was found to be severely dehydrated…he required urgent veterinary care consisting of two days of IV fluids, blood tests and other medications. It has taken him two weeks to return to his normal self, as he was significantly unwell. We feel he wasn’t monitored closely enough with diet and fluids during his stay, and we are thankful he wasn’t in their “care” for any longer.

DRUE Dobermann Rescue UK and Europe are delighted to be based at Country Kennels for 12months. The facilities are excellent. Our Dobermanns love the fields with all the obstacles and we use them every day to keep our dogs happy and healthy. I am happy to drop my dog off at Country Kennels. He is happy to go there and I have found all the staff very friendly. I like that he can go into the doggy day care on weekdays, so he gets additional interaction with other dogs and loads of exercise. The booking is very vague. It doesn't give you much detail other than your booking being accepted, but once you have done it once you know the drill. You can book to go in and look around before you drop your dog off.

My dogs seem to enjoy staying at country kennels they was groomed also, and smell gorgeous. only thing I would have liked more updates how they was doing, pictures! they did respond when asked. Thanks for looking after Lily, Milo,and Reggie. would definitely recommend

We recently boarded our dog Luna at Country Kennels, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff took excellent care of her, ensuring she was well looked after and happy throughout her stay. The facilities were impressively clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind. Luna had plenty of activities to keep her entertained, and it was clear she enjoyed her time there. On top of all this, the prices were very affordable, making it a great value for the level of care provided. We highly recommend Country Kennels to anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their pet. We will definitely be bringing Luna back!

Hands down the best place we have used to board our Bull Terrier. The staff are very friendly and happy to provide updates on our girl when asked. Nala absolutely loves her time at Country Kennels.

The best kennels, I've used these kennels for almost 20yrs with my first dog delilah and now chase, chase is very anxious but they always make sure he's OK, the new kennels Re amazing it's the inky place would trust with my dog

Lovely staff, excellent kennels, I use the sound proof ones as my Saluki is easily startled. Highly recommend

We contacted Country Kennels due to our regular Kennels not being as confident due to the distance we had to travel to get to them (we had been using them for 10yrs) we wanted somewhere more local. We first tried them for the weekend and we're very impressed, our chocolate lab is an old boy now so leaving him anywhere is always a concern, knowing this they sent us some photos helping us feels more relaxed, he had a lovely time and you could see how happy he was when we collected. So when we went away in the summer for 3 weeks we were more than happy to send him to them. They gave him the right level of exercise, which was tailored to his health needs, and ensured he had all his medication. Again when we collected him he was happy. They looked after him so well

Bob has stayed at Country Kennels for a few years now. Each time I take him he’s pleased to go. Lynn and her team are fabulous and always take great care of him. He does require a bit of extra care and they all look after him extremely well and seem to know him well. Once I picked him up and although he was very pleased to see me he wanted to go back in. That says it all!! I can highly recommend.

I really can’t recommend Cain9 Camp enough. Maggie started out nervous and a bit reticent with other dogs. After just 1 week she was having a great time, interacting with all the other dogs and having a fabulous time. Macey and Lucy are amazing with the dogs and always greet you with a lovely smile in the mornings. On top of that you get lots of fabulous photos to show what a great time they’re having

Rusty has been going to Cain9 Camp for about five years, he goes on ad-hoc days when his humans are not working from home. He absolutely loves his days with all his Cain9 friends. There's always something going on and lots a special themed days for Christmas, Easter, Halloween and birthdays. Rusty had an amazing day there for his birthday, running around with his friends, chasing balls and relaxing on the pooch sofas. The staff there are so wonderful, always greeting us with a smile, no matter the weather and giving me pupdates on Rusty's day. I love seeing all the pictures of the happy bunch on the group page. Rusty and his humans could not be happier with Cain9 Camp 🧡🩷

I can't stress how amazing this daycare is! My dog absolutely loves it here! She is so excited every time we on the way! She is usually little shy and anxious of new places and new people but is a completely different dog after starting to attend here. My dog has made some many new friends and I can have a stress free day at work knowing my dog is in the best possible place! Highest quality of care and always go the extra mile. We have tried several different day cares and we are so pleased we found this one because its by far the best! Both indoor and outdoor facilities are great , Staff are lovely and you see photos on facebook of all the dogs having fun! Highly highly recommend :)

Cain9 is simply the best place!! The team are truly amazing and are always going the extra mile. Wilson, our dog is so excited to always go into the doggie day care and always so tired coming out. The team are a great blend of professional, helpful and genuinely caring about all dogs. We would be lost without all that they do!!

Dexter has a black lead for all his walks and exciting outings. Dexter has a red lead for daycare days. When the red lead is selected the excitement and anticipation levels go through the roof. He can’t wait to get there. He has been going a minimum of 2 days a week since a puppy (now 3) - it still remains the highlight of his week. Best decision we ever made for him. Thank you Cain9 for all the love and care you give our babies. Fabulous facilities with the very best team makes this daycare the obvious choice. All dogs loved and cared for, played with and nurtured. Dexter’s favourite place on earth ❤️

Lexi has been to doggy daycare a few times and she has loved it so much. There have always been photos posted on Facebook so we can see how she is getting along. We put lexi in for an overnight stay as we had my daughters wedding to attend and honestly, she had a whale of a time. She literally loved every second of it. Would not hesitate putting lexi here again. I genuinely know she is loved and cared for so well ♥️

First time stay for our 3 dogs, our youngest one is a bit nervous with new dogs and I was so impressed with how this was handled. She had a great time, they all did and it was lovely to see how happy they were on all the pictures. Highly recommeded for doggy daycare

Cally loves her days at Cain9 Camp. As we arrive in the car park, she begins yelping with excitement and can’t wait to join her human and dog friends for a fun filled day. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, approachable and professional. They understand the needs of each individual dog and have great indoor and outdoor facilities. It’s lovely to see the dogs having fun via their Facebook page. I would recommend Cain9 Camp 100%

Wendy is looked after, cared for, entertained and loved by the whole team at Cain9 Camp in Wheelock. I trust them all to ensure Wendy is safe, in a secured perimeter, enjoys air conditioning for hot and freezing days, gets plenty of exercise in fresh air and socialises with her doggy friends. I cannot recommend Cain9 Camp enough. Thank you all ❤️🐶

Cain9 Camp have lovingly cared for our young doggy Sebastian for over a year now. He howls with excitement when we turn up the lane. All of the staff are so friendly and we trust them entirely to look after our boy. There are alternative doggy day care businesses much closer to us but we consider Cain9 Camp to be worth the extra distance.

Rachel looked after our 2 bunnies whilst we are away. She sent us daily pictures and kept their house very clean!! Can't recommend her enough!

My dog has been going to Abbey Grove now for a few months twice a week. He was unsure on the first day, but now runs out the car and straight up to Jason! The dogs are so well looked after, scheduled rest time between play times to ensure they aren’t overworked. I’ve been sent a few videos of his time there and he is loving it! Supervised mixing with a few other dogs and lots of fun playing with toys. I feel comfortable and confident leaving him in Abbey Groves caring hands. Thankyou!

If you could see Charlie's little dance when it's doggy daycare day, you'd also know in a heartbeat how much he's loves going to see the pack down at Abbey Grove. Given how knackered he is when he gets home, they've done a good job keeping him busy! Keep it up Gang, we're blessed to have found you.

Luna has been an attendee for a few years and now is obsessed with Jason and the gang and she loves every moment! the peace of mind I have when she’s there is a good feeling ❤️

Our female Miniature Dachshund started going to doggy playgroup after she had a litter of pups to give her a bit of a break (her pups are now 3 yrs old)... she enjoys it so much at Abbey Grove and absolutely has the time of her life ... she can not get through the gate fast enough and loves Jason the owner. She has made many friends, not just other Dachshunds but several large dogs too. She comes home happy and tired out ready for a snooze before dinner.

My 1 year old beagle pup, Ollie, had 12 nights here after attending the doggy daycare for a short period. He absolutely had a blast and was well looked after the whole time. We received regular videos and pictures of how he was doing and made loads of new doggy pals. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and I am sure Ollie is looking forward to his next stay. Thanks both :)

Abbey Grove has been absolutely fantastic for our greyhound, Poppy. We were really comforted by the selection process, including a visit and introduction to some of the other dogs, to ensure that Poppy would get along with them all. She absolutely loves her time there every week, and we're really happy with the service Jason offers. We've also used their boarding facilities, where it seems like they really go the extra mile to make the dogs feel at home. I'm always happy to leave her in such capable hands.

Our dog Wilbur loves coming to Abbey Grove. It’s worth every penny as he has a fabulous day and comes home shattered. Jason is great, always friendly. It’s clear how much he loves dogs! Wilbur’s always excited to go through the gate.

Our dog Tato is always happy to leave us to come here.....so that's got to be good! He comes back content and sleeps like a log! Jason is also really friendly and even helped when our car broke down.

Can't recommend Abbey Grove Day Care enough. They are fantastic with our dog and genuinely seem to care for her. They have a great facility for the dogs to play and rest and have been very flexible with drop off and pick up times. We've also used the overnight boarding and had the same brilliant experience. Our only concern is we think our dog likes Jason more than us!

We frequently use pet care academy and there is no one we trust more. The love they have for our daisy and all other dogs is lovely to see and it’s so reassuring knowing Daisy is in safe hands when we’re away. We frequently receive updates, videos and photos and you can see Daisy is thoroughly enjoying herself. 5 star for sure x

Simply the best. My dog is always very anxious to leave me, but he really enjoys going to doggy daycare at Petcare Academy. He has really settled in there and loves his cuddles from Elvan, Bora and their sons. I know I can rely on them if I ever need someone to look after Kodi. Their advice has been really appreciated too, from dietary needs to health advice, they are always happy to help. I would highly recommend Petcare Academy for all of your dog care needs.

Our working cocker spaniel Bruno has been going to ‘Pet Care Academy’ for over 2 year now. It is the only place we feel happy leaving him. His wagging tail as we arrive to drop him off there shows us how much he enjoys it. It really is a ‘home from home’ and we know Bruno is treated like one of their family. A wonderful family offering a first class service.

Rocket has just returned from his hollibobs and has had the bestest time. He’s been treated by Elvan and Bora as part of their family. Their daily updates whilst we were away gave us the reassurance we needed and we could see he was happy and having great fun. Rocket has loved playing with Leia and is looking forward to his next holiday with Pet Care Academy.

We had a meet and greet with Pet Care Academy, we were made to feel so welcome and at ease and the other dogs there were so calm and so well behaved, so we decided to book a weekend for our cockapoo Rosie to stay over. I was sent updates each day to let me know how Rosie was getting on and she was kept busy all day, she loved playing with the other dogs it was so nice to see them getting along together. We are booked in again for a week next month 😁

Wonderful dog care family. My dog Rocco had socialising issues with other dogs which meant we were struggling to find somewhere to look after him whilst we were away. Pet Care Academy did a meet and and greet session where Rocco spent nearly the entire time barking and growling, but they were so patient with him and eventually he came round. They then did a trial night which went really well and then when the time came for him to stay for a week with them, there was very little concern and everything went really well and we could enjoy our holiday without worrying. They even set up a WhatsApp group and sent us regular updates of his adventures with them. Can't recommend Pet Care Academy enough. Their passion for dogs comes through so strongly and Rocco had a great week with them.

Elvyan and Borra have been the best hosts for our dog. She is always so happy to go there and is so well looked after. Thank you again

Highly recommend Cheshire Dog Lady🤩👏🏼 Emma looked after our French Bulldog Bruce for our wedding in May. We had a familiarisation visit where we got to meet Emma and see where Bruce was staying. From the moment we met, we felt completely at ease that Bruce was going to be well looked after. Emma gave us regular updates before and after the wedding so we didn’t have any worries. She was incredible on our wedding day, interacting with guests and helping us to get some brilliant photos. Everyone commented on how fantastic she was & how she was in complete control of Bruce (anyone who has a Frenchie can understand😳😂) Bruce came back home absolutely exhausted and it was clear that he just had the best time! We will 100% be using Emma for any dog care in the future. Bruce’s photo has even made it onto her wall😅 Cannot recommend or thank CDL enough🥰🐶🙌🏼

We recently got married and we were struggling to find someone to not only look after our dog Kash but to also bring him to our wedding so that he could be included in the photos, we came across Emma and we are so grateful to have found her, she went above and beyond anything we could have expected. She completely put us at ease knowing that Kash would be well looked after. She brought him to the venue and not only helped us with Kash whilst we had pictures with him but she also took him to see all of the other guests and got some amazing pictures of him with our children, it’s one of my favourite pictures of the day :). She then had him overnight and we picked him up on our way home the next day. If you are looking for a wedding chaperone for your pets then we would highly recommend Emma she was incredible throughout the whole process and we can’t thank her enough ☺️ xx

Emma was a wedding chaperone for our dog Marley just before Christmas and she was incredible. Marley just loved her instantly and everyone commented on how brilliant Emma was with him, attending to his every need and keeping him calm throughout the day. He’s in our pictures and it’s just everything we’re wanted. We are so glad we came across Emma on Instagram and decided to have Marley at the wedding. Prior to the wedding Marley stayed at Emma’s and gave us updates about how he was settling in and what he had eaten. Emma was brilliant and I know Marley can’t wait to stay with her again! Emma and her team are simply the best there is! We are so fortunate we found Cheshire dog lady upon getting our puppy last November. With my ever changing football schedule Emma has gone above and beyond to make sure she is there when we need her. We have the peace of mind knowing our Elvis is in the best of hands with all the services provided whether it be his daily walks with regular updates and pictures as well as dog boarding when we go away on holiday. We booked our dog in with Cheshire Dog Lady for the wedding chaperone service with two nights stay over. Emma was absolutely amazing! My dog has never stayed away from us before and I knew he would be incredibly nervous, however, the care and compassion shown to make sure he was as comfortable as possible including giving him the space he needed away from other dogs when he was worried was so reassuring. Emma kept me updated throughout and was upfront and honest about how he was coping which I would much prefer than to just be told he was fine but to know yes he was anxious but here’s what we have done to reassure him was exactly the update I needed. Our dog was calm when at the wedding which is a credit to Emma as he obviously trusted her and felt safe with her as he would have made it clear to us if he wasn’t. Emma was also amazing with helping with photos and could not have been more accommodating. I 100% recommend Cheshire Dog Lady thank you so so much for allowing us to have our boy at our wedding!

Emma was our wedding chaperone for our Golden Lab Woody. She was absolutely amazing, worked so well with the venue and our photographer Adam Roberts to make sure everything ran smoothly. I can honestly say Woody had a fantastic time boarding with Emma for 2 days and also on the wedding day as we wanted him to be a part of our ceremony. Emma really was so good with Woody, making sure he was always comfortable and behaving. I had alot of comments from guests saying how smoothly she handled Woody throughout the day.

We booked the Cheshire Dog Lady wedding chaperone service to look after our two dogs during our wedding. Emma was brilliant on the day and took great care of our pups, especially as one was very scared of the new surroundings and she looked after him perfectly. The pictures she captured of them were fantastic too and it was lovely seeing what they were up to. Emma also looked after them overnight so we could enjoy our wedding without worrying and they had a brilliant time. The dogs loved being there, they played with the other dogs and were spoilt rotten. Highly recommend!

Claire (in Emma’s team) is so lovely with our dog, who is a little fearful of new people. Claire is confident and ensures she has a great walk/ play. Emma offers an excellent service, always clear comms and easy to book. Thoroughly recommend.

I could not recommend Cheshire Dog Lady’s home boarding, day care AND walking services any higher. I trust Emma and the team wholeheartedly to look after my boy and he always comes home smiling after making tons of new friends. Emma and the team treat Murphy as their own - CDL really is his home from home.
