We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. Again we feel lucky to have found her, and feel she would be a great sitter for any pets!

Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. Caitlyn, KJ, and their pup Sully were excellent house guests and pet sitters, and we would highly recommend them! I was able to meet Caitlyn and KJ prior to them house sitting for us, and we are always super appreciative when sitters are able to make that work and are willing to take time out of their schedule to come over and get the lay of the land. Their dog Sully was full of good boy energy and was a great playmate for our two Golden Retrievers. During the stay, Caitlyn & KJ sent us photos every day and followed all of our instructions for pet care to a T. They were super self-sufficient and gracious guests that left our place looking just like it did when we left, and we were very at peace knowing that our dogs were in great hands, getting lots of exercise, and romping around with new friend Sully. Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. Kelly and Chris are attentive housesitters. They went out of their way to connect with our dogs, especially Smitty, our rescue. The dogs were walked, brushed, and played with throughout the weeklong sit. They sent pics of how our fur babies were doing and truly seemed to enjoy their time with them. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. I absolutely never leave reviews on anything. I was looking forward to making this my new groomer due to all the good reviews I’ve seen people post. However, I have called this place multiple times, and left several voicemails to please give a call back. All just to ask somebody if they take walk ins for a dog’s nail trim before I drove the whole way there in case they were only appointments to save me and them time. Very unprofessional.

Regina is my go to for nail trims for my two pit bulls. Neither of them like getting their nails trimmed. But Regina is always extremely patient and kind and never rushes them. She never ties them or muzzles them. They like to sit on her bench in the lobby with me. Regina treats my girls like they are her own. Also her prices for this service are very fair.

Got nails trimmed on 2 dogs during our visit. Both of the dogs were comfortable with the owner and it went very well. I plan to take them back again for other grooming needs in the future. Our pup LOVES his time at Mountain Pets! He's stayed with Joanna several times and gets to play with her dogs, swim in the pond, go for long walks on the beautiful property 100 acre property, and soak up lots of attention. He is so excited to see her every time. Joanna is a true professional who takes the care and well-being of your pets seriously and has extensive experience. She is also a terrific communicator and sends lots of photo and video updates during their stay. I can't recommend her highly enough! We now don't need to worry about our pup when we are traveling and its as much a vacation for his as it is for us!
We could not have picked a more perfect person to care for our dog, Wilbur while we were away for 10 days. Joanna went above and beyond to update us twice a day with pictures, videos, a description of what they did for that day, as well as an update of the well being of Wilbur. She welcomed our pup into her home as one of her own. I know that our sweet boy received all of the love and exercise from Joanna, that we give him on a daily basis. Joanna is a trustworthy, reliable, professional, and friendly person who is extraordinary at her job! Joanna and her business Mountain Pets have been wonderful to us and our Sheltie, Max, since the time he was a puppy. Max enjoys his daily walks in the woods, the way he is made to feel at home and the way Joanna cares about him while there. We could not ask for a better place to leave our dog while we are away from home.
Joanna has watched our dogs several times over the past year, at drop off they are always excited to see her. She does a great job maintaining their home routine by taking them on walks during the day and giving them down time in their crates. Joanna is extremely professional and does a fantastic job at keeping us updated on the pups with pictures and text messages. We are fortunate that she is nearby and that we don’t need to take our dogs to a traditional kennel while we are traveling.
Joanna is a very caring person for my bunny while I was away for a month. Our dog, Mack, had the most amazing time with Joanna. Her place is special, and I think Mack felt special being there. He went on hikes with all the dogs and enjoyed the vast amounts of land. BUT, my very favorite part of Mack's stay with Joanna was when she would send me photos of mack sitting or laying on her lap or Aaron's lap. It was awesome to see that Mack became part of their family for a week. I would highly recommend Joanna's Mountain Pets.....it is like no other pet sitting around.

Joanna is an experienced and knowledgeable animal caretaker, and our dogs, cats, goats, and horse were very well taken care of while we were away for a week. Joanna goes above and beyond - worked HARD to secure a spot in the fence where our Aussie determinedly tried to get out, shared her own ‘slow feed’ bowls when she noticed them inhaling their feed, added ways for them to get more exercise. She included photos/video/updates each visit, and responded immediately when we reached out. Joanna totally fit the bill for us so we could relax when far away. I’d highly recommend Mountain Pets, and will reach out to Joanna first in the future.

Mr. Wags Pet Salon & Kennel has always treated our two dogs very well. Lana the owner and care giver always has them in her best interest. She is always trying to make them fill at home and comfortable. Our one dog is not very people friendly but with Lana he is different. She was able to take him in and out of the kennel and feed and water him with no issues. She checks in with you throughout there stay to ease your mind of how they are doing and even sends a picture of them to show you they are just fine. I would recommend Mr. Wags Pet Salon & Kennel if you want your dog to fill at home with lots of love.
