Henry is a lovely combination of kindness and understanding with efficiency and reliability. Just what you want when someone is caring for your much loved pet. We so appreciated the updates and photos of our cat he sent us every day we were away. The initial set up, information and briefing were all clear, and Henry’s experience shone through. Laura was absolutely brilliant at looking after our fur babies when we went away. She went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and that she saw them both at each visit. I had loads of updates and photos which was lovely and returned to happy cats! Utterly brilliant service. Right from the initial meeting, it was so clear that so much genuine love with professionalism goes into this business. For the first time ever, our boys were so happy, active and energised when we came home. The fact photos were sent when we were away just showed us how happy they were, and made us miss them lots, but reassured us that they were ok. Our boys are very picky and can be shy but they were acting as if we were home and handling them - a clear indication of how good and experienced Henry and Laura are. Cannot recommend enough.

I was really impressed with the professionalism and communication of the Home and Pet Visit Company. Henry took great care of my rat and two guinea pigs while we were away and I felt really confident that they were being well cared for. Plus he sent me great, detailed updates to let me know everything was okay with my babies. I would definitely recommend Henry to anyone looking for some knowledgeable and experienced holiday care for small pets

I cannot recommend Henry highly enough. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our cats are well cared for whenever he comes. His attention to detail, proper love, care, patience and clear passion for animals makes him just brilliant at the job. Communication is always immediate, he sends us a message after every visit, often with photos - which has been such an important thing for us, as one of our cats isn't very well and incredibly picky with her food! He is incredibly experienced at giving medicine, both pills and liquid and always spends proper time with the cats, giving them cuddles and love. He also takes very good care of the house and often closes curtains, turns on lights for us if we’re not there. I would give more stars if I could!

Henry has been fantastic looking after our cat and guinea pigs, for a week, whilst we were away. His daily updates and pictures were so reassuring and he did such a thorough job, for instance calling and checking on the whereabouts of our cat and playing with her etc. I really felt we were in safe and professional hands. Our cat really seemed to take to him which was great. Thanks Henry!

Henry has been looking after our cat over the Christmas period and has been excellent - very reliable and trustworthy! He updated us frequently, which gave us peace of mind. Will 100% be using The Home & Pet Visit Company for future cat sitting!

I highly recommend Henry - the dog whisperer! He has taken care of our big labrador several times at short notice. I was a bit anxious initially as he is sometimes unsure of people he doesn't know and wasn't used to people coming into his space. Henry made time to meet him beforehand and he warmed to him immediately, like I've never seen him do with anyone before! It was so reassuring to see and he's always very happy to see Henry! He is a genuine animal lover and a total natural with dogs. He is professional, personable, flexible, and it is so lovely to be able to relax whilst away, knowing that our dog is in excellent hands. Our dogs love Sam nearly more than they love us!! When he arrives they can’t wait for him to open the back of the van so they jump in the drivers door. Sam adores them and takes excellent care of them , managing both diet food and medication when needed. I also get lovely photo updates ,so I can relax knowing they are in safe hands .

We are so pleased we found Sam and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a dog walker. Really liked that Sam came round to meet us and our dog before as it gave us all a chance to meet before the first walk. Reggie loves his walks with Sam and comes back a very happy and tired boy.

Sam has been walking Cooper and Coco for about a month now, they enjoy their time out and when Sam arrives I don’t exist, they are taken to all sorts of different places and they just love him and I get a peaceful afternoon, Thanks Sam

Very happy with Sam and his dog walking services, he takes my boy out and he comes home happy and tired! We had to take a break from Bruno’s regular walks for a few weeks due to injury and nothing was too much trouble for Sam who kept checking in on progress and even popping by at short notice to take my boy for a walk to see how he got on. Highly recommend!

Marita was an absolute star, She helped me in an emergency with my dog and cat at home and made sure they were walked fed and happy , 100% recommended

Marita is an absolute life-saver! She goes out of her way to help us whenever we need day care and we know that our pup has a fantastic time running around and playing all day. He always comes home very tired and very happy! Marita is hugely knowledgeable and has been a wonderful sounding board for us as we have raised our first puppy. Two years later, we feel very lucky to be able to leave him with someone who we know will always take great care of him.

Brodie - our very mischievous Cairn Terrier - was fortunate enough to spend his holidays with Marita just after Christmas and what a wonderful happy time he had there! He thoroughly enjoyed playing and socializing with the other dogs (and cats), spending time at Marita's heel and generally enjoying life and the freedom to run unrestricted, whilst his people family were on holiday in far off lands. At the end of his stay he had a lovely haircut and grooming session (Excellent results!) and we collected such a happy dog on our return. All in all we are so very pleased to have met Marita and relieved that it was such a stress free experience for Brodie too. We cannot recommend her highly enough and Brodie hopes to spend many more enjoyable days there. Marita is a true animal lover and such a lovely, kind, caring person too. We cannot fault our experience in any way!

Our Tibetan Terrier started having his regular trims with Marita and loved his time there so much that he now goes for sleepovers when we go away for weekends or holidays. He is always excited to be dropped off to spend time with his doggy mates giving us huge peace of mind. Marita provides a professional and flexible service, which is very reasonably priced. I would recommend her to family and friends.

Marita done a fantastic job cutting our Black Russian Terrier/Giant Schnauzer cross. It was his first hair cut, so alot of puppy hair needed to be cut off. He looks so smart and handsome, he looks and feels like velvet now. 5* review I would definitely recommend anyone to come and use Marita's Animal Care, the love she has for animals is extraordinary. Marita has been fantastic with Baghera our cat. When we come home he’s always a happy chap which for us is superb. It really nice to know we can go away and actually switch off knowing we can genuinely trust Marita to care for him. We also get periodic updates which is lovely reassurance. Our Labrador has been going to Marita two or three times a week for nearly two years. He loves going and can't wait to get out of the car to see Marita and all the other dogs. We would recommend Marita to anyone looking for doggy day care.(Sam)

Marita is a life saver, literally. She has our little chap Dougall regularly to give him a tidy up, it was on one of these visits that she mentioned that she thought there was something wrong with his teeth. It turned out, he'd broken his jaw and his whole jaw was infected. He's fine now thanks to Marita going that extra mile and being knowledgeable and experienced. He always comes back from his pamper session a happy little dog, absolutely wouldn't send him anywhere else.

I brought both of my cats to Mrs Coles and they stayed there for over two months last year from late July to early October. Both were clean, well fed and loved. I do strongly recommend this cattery.

My three working cocker spaniels had a wonderful time staying. Very easy to book, very accomadating and freindly. Will be booking again for sure!

We left our two rag-dolls at Upper Ridgeway for two weeks initially, which was then extended to three weeks. Upper Ridgeway was recommended to me by a colleague, and even though we are quite a distance away in Kent, we chose to come here, and we are really pleased we did. Our cats came back completely happy, and it definitely looked as if they had been well cared for. Arguably, they were better groomed and brushed when we collected than when we left them :-) When speaking to the owner you really do get the feeling she and her staff care about the cats - it definitely doesn't feel like "just a business". If and when we are next on holiday, we will most likely take the cats here again, even though the cattery is 1.5h away by car.

My cat Shackleton used to really struggle in kennels, we started bringing him to Upper Ridgeway last year and have just been delighted with the service received. Shackleton always comes back with his coat looking shiny, he’s happy and settled. He’s clearly been well loved and fussed. I highly recommend this lovely, caring kennels/cattery

I took my cat to Upper Ridgeway cattery recently and ended up having to leave her there for around 1 month. She was so well looked after and loved, I was so happy. The best cattery I've found - such friendly staff who really love the animals. My cat was in great condition when I picked her up and although she often has a sensitive stomach, she was perfectly fine for the entirety of her stay here which goes to show how happy she was. I can't recommend enough!

My ginger boys (Jasper & Carrot) and (Harvey & Nix) love it at the Upper Ridgeway Farm Cattery. The ladies are truly magnificent. They tell you stories about your boys, they cuddle them and make it a home from home. The boys love their runs...their heated maisonette and come back in perfect condition. Mind you it is now getting far too popular and busy...so don't take their space over the summer holidays.

We've used Upper Ridgeway twice this year. Lovely people and peaceful, rural location. Our cats always return well groomed and chilled.

The most wonderful kennels you will ever find; certainly nothing like it anywhere near London. Owner Pat Coles a delightful character and proper dog lover (reminds me of Prince Philip; marvellous sense of humour). His loyal staff are similarly considerate . Nothing ever a problem. You can go away and be rest assured your dog will have a lovely time. Why is it so different from normal kennels (dog prison)? Space. Your dog will be let out to play with other dogs of a similar size and nature five times a day. Of course there is someone watching them all the time. Also, if you like, you can ask for your dog to share her/ his pen with another dog. This is perhaps the best thing for me as i have a Setter (English) who just wants company. She can't wait to get out of the car every time we arrive. No fuss at all if your dog is not neutered or spayed. They will take care of everything. Worth the long journey from London. It's so beautiful in the Surrey Hills

It was our first time leaving our kittens with anyone but ourselves and we were a bit nervous, but Upper Ridgeway made us feel at ease. When we returned after a week’s holiday, our kittens seemed as happy (and naughty) as usual!

Our cat Mr Bear adores Gemma! She doesn’t just feed him and clean his loo, he always gets a nice groom, and they play together with his toys. Gemma also sends us a photo or two so we know he is happy, and in good hands: she took the one below! Very highly recommended!! We wouldn’t go to anybody else.

Gemma is so good with our new puppy Betty. Very experienced, professional and reliable. I would recommend Gemma to anyone seeking a dog Walker. We love the idea of Betty getting socialised with other dogs whilst walking with Gemma and feel confident that she is in safe hands. We searched for a long time to find the right Dog walker and are so happy with her service.

Gemma is such a wonderfully caring person, who really takes care of our dog who she walks twice a week. She is very dependable and flexible which I am so grateful for. She matches similar doggy personalities so they feel comfortable on their walks, and if it's particularly hot she will collect our dog earlier in the day and go on shady walks which is great. Our dog absolutely loves Gemma to bits ❤️

Gemma has been looking after our cats many years and they love her. She is reliable and really cares about the animals and also their humans, sending updates with pics etc. it’s such a relief knowing our cats will be well cared for when we’re away.

I can't recommend Happy at Home Pet Care highly enough. The way Gemma cares for animals is so full of kindness, understanding, knowledge and perfect attention to detail. My dogs totally love her and my (usually very nervous) cats let her stroke them! I get regular updates during her care of them too which puts my mind at rest. I'd give 10 gold stars if I could ⭐

We cannot recommend Gemma highly enough. She is not only great with our dog but she is reliable, friendly and trustworthy - and very reasonably priced. We initially had her visit whilst we were out when our dog was a young puppy - it was such a relief knowing that he would be well looked after and she even did some training with him whilst she was visiting which really helped towards getting him trained. Now she walks him regularly and is flexible and will do whatever she can to help out, she even recommended and organised another dog walker whilst she was on holiday as we were unable to find one ourselves. Always fab at communication and I can’t put into words how excited our dog gets when he sees her which just shows how much he loves spending time with her. Can’t thank Gemma enough for everything that she does. I feel completely happy with the care she provides for our young dog.

Gemma looks after our dog (smudgie). She is very organised, good time keeping and great communication, would highly recommend. She always has our dogs best interest at heart, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Kelly runs such a professional and caring dog boarding service. Our precious boy Alfie has been boarding with Kelly since he was 6 months old and Kelly treats him as her own Alfie always comes back happy and content which makes our holiday better as we know he is in good hands, would highly recommend Kelly ❤️

Our boxer Coco has been enjoying day care with these guys for a few months, and has also stayed as a boarder for two weeks when we went away in August. I have total confidence in my dog's safety and wellbeing when she's with Four Paws. I know she has a LOT of fun during her time there, because she waits at the door tail wagging and eager to go out when the van pulls up!

Kelly at Four Paws Pet Care took fantastic care of my dog Theo whilst I was abroad for 3 weeks. Theo became a true member of the pack and really enjoyed his own mini holiday. Kelly was in contact daily with photos and messages, which really helped to ease my worries about being away from him for so long. She also miraculously got him to start eating daily at a certain time. He’s a really fussy eater but she spent time working with him 1-1 to make sure he ate. My dog likes to sleep on the bed and this was no problem for Kelly. I would definitely recommend and will be using Four Paws Pet Care again in future.

Poor attitude to dogs and poor service. Many times when walking my dogs she returned back with only one saying she had lost the other. When she lost me as a customer she decided to slander me on the internet which is definitely not professional at all.

My dogs love it here they even wag their tails when they see the staff ! They let dogs out 6 times a day in compounds for 30 minute runs. 10 pm a treat before bed, heated beds when needed and classical music played. A lovely family run business. Highly recommend.

Went to visit/View with plan to board my dog there,nice welcome from Sara who explained procedure and showed us around,nice location, good accommodation for the dogs with ample exercise areas.Max is looking forward to his stay and making new friends.

Really impressed. Nice people who looked after my two furry Samoyeds very well. The people clearly card about the animals they look after. Cost is reasonable £30 for a day and night for my two.

My boy came here for the first time the other week as he is to big for home boarding, I was hesitant as he’s only young but he absolutely loved it, they took amazing care of him and I believe he would be very happy to go back. Brilliant service, lovely staff! No faffing around. Will definitely use again.

First time putting my dog into kennels and Frensham Pond Kennels was recommend. From when we first got there they were very polite and happy to show us around and where our dog would be staying. Would definitely use them again.

A great experience. We had never put our 2 year old Pippa into kennels so we were nervous, would she be ok? The staff were very friendly and confident. When we picked her up she was happy and had had a little pug to run with. We were really pleased and know she will be OK in the future. Thanks to all involved, you are very professional and we would recommend you to anyone looking for kennels in this area.

Often booked far in advance but for good reason with facilities being clean and comfortable. Our dogs are always happy staying here and the staff are friendly and go out of their way to try and help. Located next to Frensham Big Pond so convenient for Farnham and surrounding areas. Parking is never an issue.

Our dogs have enjoyed staying at Frensham Ponds kennels for years. I never worry when I go on holiday as I know my dogs are 100% safe and very happy indeed. My labradoodle drags me off my feet in his hurry to get into the kennels - he loves every minute. Thank you to the wonderful staff and lovely caring dog and cat mad owners!
