A Paw Above is the best daycare and boarding spot in the Colorado Springs area. Our two dogs have been to other daycare/boarding businesses around town and after starting at A Paw Above we were blown away by the level of care and attention they have received. The owner and staff members quickly learned our dogs' quirks and how best to handle them. We get updates on how they are doing throughout the day and their progress socializing with other dogs over time. The biggest indicator for us that our dogs love it here is that they are so eager to get into the building every time we bring them for daycare. This was not the case at other daycare/boarding businesses they have attended. I highly recommend A Paw Above, they truly are the best!

We drive 20 minutes across the Springs just so our Charlie can go to daycare here! She loves it, and we love that she has a safe and supervised environment to socialize and play. The staff are wonderful, always answer any questions we have, give feedback, and truly care about your pup. Plus, they post stories on their socials so you can check in and see your pup playing during the day! 10/10 recommend.

We left our last doggy daycare because there wasn’t enough interaction for our high energy boy, now Maverick storms through their doors, wagging his tail eagerly waiting to play each week. They also post on their Facebook stories throughout the day, so you can enjoy watching your pup play! They truly do love and care for your dog here!

We highly recommend A Paw Above to anyone! We have done both boarding and daycare there. They are patient with pups, including the ones who are timid/shy. They truly care about dogs and make it a point to show how much they care everyday. They understand our pup’s needs and make him a home away from home. Our pup truly loves it there! He charges in happily each time we go. Tail wagging all the way! When we go on trips, we know APA will treat our fur baby like we would. From the bottom of our hearts, we are thankful we found such a place like this!

We love this place and would highly recommend it! They take fantastic care of our dog, Keyote, and have made sure they have gotten to know him and his personality (which can be big). There have been a couple of times my wife and I have had to be gone for work for multiple weeks and we have peace knowing he’s well taken care of!

As an active duty military member I tend to do a lot of traveling. I have been boarding my Great Dane here for over a year. They are super reliable, friendly and responsible. I was really surprised at how well they know their canine customers. My dog has some anxiety issues, so it helps me to feel at ease knowing they monitor him to ensure he’s feeling safe whether in doggy daycare or in his run. They are also very strict about vaccination currency so I’m not worried about him picking up anything there. I highly recommend this place to take care of your pets when you’re away.

Absolutely incredible team at APA! My husband and I were in town from Arizona and found this kennel online. After talking to the owner, Alan, I knew our boys would be in the best hands. We called halfway through the boy's stay to check in on them and Alan was able to give us the most descriptive, detailed report on how they were adjusting and behaving. We were blown away! You can tell they really care. Before dropping the dogs off, we walked through the facility and were very impressed with how clean everything was! My only request would be that they open another location in Scottsdale so we can make A Paw Above our regular kennel!

If you are looking for somewhere for your pups to be well taken care of while you’re away, this is the place for them. I have brought both of my dogs here a handful of times and have always had a wonderful experience. Clean facility and they always are flexible with dates if I need to bring my pups in a day early or need them to stay a day later. I can trust that my dogs (Sylvie and Buddy) are in good hands while I’m away when they are at a paw above.

My dog absolutely LOVES to go to daycare here. I am not able to bring her often, but when I do, I know that she is being well taken care of. She always gets so excited when I tell her where we are going and she HOWLS (which she never does) the minute we turn the corner into the parking lot! The price is reasonable, the workers actually engage with the animals, and I always feel safe bringing her to A Paw Above.

Camp Bow Wow in Colorado Springs is absolutely fantastic! My dog Jasper loves going there, and it's clear the staff genuinely care about the dogs. Every time we drop him off, he’s excited and comes back home happy and well-exercised. The facility is clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and the webcams give me peace of mind knowing I can check in on Jasper whenever I want. We LOVE LOVE LOVE Camp Bow Wow East! Our dog Daisy has been going here for 4 years and all the staff love her. She is treated so well there, whether it be daycare, boarding, or grooming. Every single staff member is fantastic! They all truly care about our pup and all the pups in their care. It’s fun to watch Daisy play on the cameras while we are at work! We trust them 110% when we leave Daisy for boarding and she always comes home exhausted from daycare at the end of the day because of all the fun she has. This place is fantastic!

Tried to set up boarding but they require all dogs over 7 months to be spayed. Our giant breed dog can't be spayed until 18 months VET required because she hasn't finished growing yet until then and it can be harmful for her. Camp Bow Wow doesn't care.

I'm so grateful to have found Camp Bow Wow! The staff is amazing, and the facilities are top-notch. My pup, Ranger, loves spending the day playing with his new friends and getting all the belly rubs from the staff. Ranger comes home exhausted but happy, with a big doggy grin on his face. I can't recommend Camp Bow Wow enough - it's a true gem! 5 paws up.

Unfortunately, I need to update my review. Recent changes have occurred that prompted me to withdraw from this facility. The owner instituted changes which include locking the dogs in "cabins" for 3 hours out of a 6 hour half day session. The staff used to take really good care of their charges. And most of the older staff still do. I answered the survey and the owner replied, if I wanted enrichments I needed to pay for them. The website clearly states Colorado Springs East Our Enrichment Model Dogs need physical, mental and emotional stimulation in order to be happy and healthy. Camp Bow Wow offers enrichment opportunities to help your dog live their best life. The miswording is his. The website says camp counselors are trained. He addressed me by name but misspelled my dog's name. I am very disappointed since we used to love this place. UPDATE: In response to the owners reply, no one told me about the dogs being put up for lunch. I saw it on the cameras myself and called the camp to ask where my dog had gone. It happened every time I took her to camp. The evidence is on the cameras.

The service at Camp Bow Wow is exceptional. Their staff is very knowledgeable and care about each individual pet. You can also download their app and watch your dog playing with the other dogs. They put them with others their same size or about. My dog loves to go to Camp Bow Wow and mingle with the other dogs for play days. Whether you use them for a day here and there or boardi9 while gone, you can always rest assured your pet is in excellent hands.

Our pitty loves spending time at "puppy camp!" It's great socialization for her! The staff is attentive!

Just picked up our little guy from day camp. He had a blast. Staff was attentive and kind. We've been going here for years and our little shih tzu always loves it. They also have a teacher discount which helps. Highly recommended. Just make sure your dog is up to date on shots; they won't take them unless you have that on record.

Camp is fine in winter, no outdoors play ground was a deterrent for me and my daggie. The outdoor was small, not enough space for my dog to run, run, run is what I meant, espacially for a month this summer. But they have cameras to check on your pet. Do you have more than one camp?

This was our first time going in Colorado. The people were great at communicating ahead of time via email and they scheduled the initial interview to test dogs sociability, friendliness, etc. quickly and at my convenience. Everyone was friendly and courteous when we arrived. They communicated clearly, were great with our 3 dogs and after our dogs "passed" their initial interviews, they kept them in daycare for 3 hours all at no charge to further evaluate them and get to know them and get the dogs comfortable with a new location. During that 3-hour trial time, I could get on their app and watch live feed of the dogs to see how they were doing, which reassured me that all was well. Our dogs are now registered and official "campers" and we plan to use Camp Bow Wow regularly for daycare. I was really impressed with the thorough vetting (to protect my dogs and others' dogs) and with everyone's great attitude. I would definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow Colorado Springs East location if you are looking for doggie daycare!

We needed someone to watch our dog, Titus, at the last minute when plans fell through. PlayTime Pet Sitters was able to help and made the process so easy! They were quick to respond to our last minute request, friendly, and easy to work with. Titus got his food, his walks, some love, and all was right with his world! He was clearly happy to have a new friend visit him based on the pictures we got while we were away! Thank you so much for taking care of him!!

My 3 month old kitten had a great time hanging out with the sitters from PlayTime this past weekend while I was out of town. Deb and Sara sent me several pictures and a text about everything they did each time they visited. It was great to see he was well loved, taken care of, and had plenty of play time while I gone. It was also nice to come home and see that his litter box was fresh, the area around his box was free of all the litter that usually follows him out, and his food and water bowls were clean and full. I know he's looking forward to the next time he'll get to hang out with his Deb and Sara and I'm glad there's one less thing I have to worry about next time I travel.

My dog loves her PlayTime walkers! They have been really responsive, easy to schedule, and reliable. They always send text updates with cute pics after the walks, and leave a "report card" for how the walk went. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Where do I even begin? Susan and her staff have been quintessential for my family’s well-being. My husband and I are both officers in the Army, and we frequently deploy to training rotations and have recently had a nine month deployment overseas. PlayTime Pet Sitters has been a pillar of our pet care while we are away at work. We have an assortment of pets, which includes three birds and two dogs. I simply would not trust any other business to take care of my animals in my absence. There is a lot that I could write about the special care and authentic love for animals Susan and her staff have, but, I will instead summarize it with a single event. In January of 2022, our beloved dog swallowed a plastic squeaker that became lodged in her small intestine. I was alone, as my husband was deployed to a training center, and it was the middle of the night when I took my dog to the Emergency vet. About $7000 later, my dog underwent emergency abdominal surgery, and was recovering well. It was about 9 PM by the time I got her care plan, and I was overwhelmed with anxiety about how I was going to manage her post-operative care, as I had a week-long field exercise starting the following morning and I would not be home. I contacted other pet sitting businesses in Colorado Springs, and they all refused to schedule visits so last-minute despite my desperation. I contacted Susan at PlayTime that evening around 2 AM, in tears, desperate for a sitter that could care for my first and only dog as an adult at the time. Susan could not have been more superb; she reassured me that she would help me, and provided me with caretakers that gave my dog the best post-op care. Including feeding her baby food three times a day, and administering all medications with only written instructions from me on a letter I left for them in my home. PlayTime Pet Sitters has taken care of my family for well over a year. Their care is unmatched, and their dedication to animals is admirable and almost unbelievable. I have had a wide range of pets my entire life, including iguanas and a variety of farm animals. I am passionate and serious about my pets receiving the best care possible. I do not and will not give my business to anybody else in Colorado Springs. I would pay double the fee if it meant I could guarantee Susan and her team would look after my pets. If you are looking for a business that will love your furry, scaly, and feathered family members as much as you do, look no further. Thank you Susan, Linda, and every other incredible caretaker that has been a part of our pets’ lives. You have made our oftentimes challenging and unpredictable lifestyle more secure.

We had a great experience with PlayTime! In the past we’ve boarded and had friends watch our cats, but this was much better for the cats and us. They are very thorough, attentive, and professional. We felt good knowing that some of the people watching our cats actually had experience as vet techs or were studying to become vet techs. We got pictures and messages at each visit and it was nice not having to worry about the cats at all while we were away. And when we got back the cats were completely themselves! In the past they’ve had about a 2 day period of being mad at us.

We just had our first experience with Playtime Pet Sitters this weekend and we are amazed! Susan is incredibly responsive and reliable, and Sara and Deb took great care of our sweet Indy. I was impressed with their punctuality and their communication, and when we returned home we couldn't see any signs that anyone had stayed overnight that weekend. They took great care of our home and possessions, and we are very thankful to have found Playtime. Loyal customers from here on!

Playtime Pet Sitters is the best pet sitting company in Colorado Springs! The prices are reasonable, but that’s definitely not the only great thing. They truly care about your animals, and isn’t that the most important thing? We hired them to care for our pets during a weekend away, and I will never hire anyone else. They came ahead of time to meet our dogs and see where the dog food and crates were. They were polite and thorough. I made a mistake in the scheduling, but they were happy to work with me and make sure the pets were cared for. They came each day at the scheduled time and took lots of pictures! They even leave a little handwritten report of what happened while you were away. I never worried about the dogs because I knew they were in the best hands. If you’re on the fence about hiring them or still looking around, you’ve found the right place. You will not regret it! You won’t find a company that can give you as much peace of mind while you’re away from your fur babies!

Loved my experience with PlayTime Pet Sitters! I went on a last minute trip out of town for a weekend and they were able to accommodate my request and were very professional which I appreciated. My cat and I got to meet my sitter (Susan) before my trip and it’s clear she has a lot of experience with pets and is very trustworthy. She made a lot of effort to understand my cat, his habits, quirks, favorite toys, and so on, which made me more comfortable with leaving him for a weekend because I knew he would be in great hands! It’s a little pricier compared to getting a pet sitter from a site like Rover but at the end of the day, I want to hire people I trust with my pet and will continue to use PlayTime Pet Sitters for my pet sitting needs. 🙂

We needed a pet sitter to care for our new cat and they took such great care of him while we were gone! Followed instructions to a T and sent lots of cute photos from the visits. We came home to a happy kitty, a nice report card of how they spent time with him , and all of our mail stacked neatly inside. Prior to the first visit, we had a home visit where the sitters met us and learned where everything was. Easy to book and pay online and the sitters were kind and professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great pet service!

Picked up my pups from a meet and greet session and they throughly enjoyed themselves. The staff was very nice and helpful and the facility looked and smelled clean. Looking forward to their first long stay later this month!

My dog loves going here. Of course my dog loves going anywhere that he gets to play, but the people here seem great and really seem to love working with the animals in their charge. The pups get time to play together, but aren't stuck in a room together all day, which is probably good (they get a mid-day nap/lunch break). They offer a nice selection of treats at reasonable prices that they will give your pet, and they will even send daily "report cards" with how your pet is getting along and a picture of them playing if you want.

My puppy ate a sock whole… the team at Aspen Meadows Pet were amazing! Most importantly, they took care of sweet Fiona right away, she came out a health pup and successfully vomited the sock. They also made me feel calm and welcome. Thank you so much for making our first emergency vet visit a breeze. We hope not to eat any more socks… but if we do, we know where to go!

I wanted to love this place and establish a boarding facility we could continuously use when my husband and I travel. Unfortunately, my dog was bit here on the neck by another dog and required stitches.

I've been bringing my dog to daycare here every week for a year now. My dog loves it here, and the staff is always excited to see him. He did have some anxiety issues while there for a little while, and the staff made sure to communicate to me how he was doing and even suggested I stop bringing him if I felt that was best since he wasn't enjoying it. So, I know they have the pet's best interest in mind. Now he's doing a lot better, and every day I bring him they tell me how his day went (always positive now). They had to raise their prices recently so it is kind of expensive now, but I fully trust them to take care of my pup so I don't mind. They also do these cute little puppy parties for holidays where they dress the dogs up in a themed outfit and send pictures, it's hilarious and adorable. Overall highly recommend if you want your dog to get some play time while you're at work!

I love Aspen Meadows! They genuinely care about my fur baby and take excellent care of her. She loves going there to play, gets all her energy out, and has tons of fun! I can tell how much she loves the caregivers there and how much they love her. It’s conveniently located right outside of Peterson, which is a plus for me because I work on base. Their hours are great as well. I can also get her bathed and nails trimmed during the day when I need to. I can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend!!

After trying (unsuccessfully) to find a reliable pet sitter on Rover, I was so happy to work with Play Time Pet Sitters. This was our first experience using a pet sitter for our two dogs and it was a wonderful experience. They were professional, paid attention to details, always on time, and best of all… the dogs were at ease and got lots of care and attention. They were always in communication with us and we enjoyed the updates and photos sent. They go above and beyond to help bring in packages, water plants, etc. I was very impressed that even our shy dog allowed them to pet her. They got lots of play time in the yard, went for walks, and got treats while we were away. I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Playtime Pet Sitters is a great company to take care of your precious pets. I have had great experiences interacting with several staff, from asking questions about signing up, website bookings and service outline, to showing off our old cat’s hiding places and sleep spots. Each person took our feeding and care routine seriously and asked several times if medications were needed or other household tasks could be done. This service has really put our mind at ease for making sure our Archer is looked after while we are out. It seems no task is too small, and we look forward to using them more.

We had never left our dog with a sitter or a kennel before and a last-minute trip out of town had us needing to do so on short notice. After talking with the wonderful office staff I already felt better about hiring these guys vs. dropping our beloved girl at a kennel where we would be all extra stressed. The first meeting with the sitters made us feel even more confident in the decision to have them come take care of her at home. You can tell the sitters know how to interact with dogs and they were stellar during our thirty minute preliminary meeting. Went over everything they needed to know, made sure they knew where her food and water was, etc. Were very patient and professional, which we really appreciate since the four-legged kid can take awhile to warm up to new people. While we had a whirlwind, hectic, sometimes stressful trip, we had one less thing to worry about knowing that our dog was being well looked after and wasn't upset in a strange place. The check-ins and photos we got just lifted our spirits during such a tiring trip. Everyone was great about updating us, and making sure our girl was fed and walked and given treats. Most of all, it really feels great knowing that they're not just caring *for* your fur family, they care about them too. Our dog wound up getting along with them so well, which would not have happened if they weren't kind and respectful to the animals they look after. Such a great staff working for this business, we would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Jo(anna) saved my bacon, figuratively. I had arranged another sitter, but communication problems caused a last-minute screw-up. When I contacted 5-Star, Jo worked with me to setup our schedule, and on meeting her I was quite pleased. Her care for my four chihuahua/mix dogs was perfect and reasonably priced. Less than I was quoted by other services that were booked out weeks ahead. Thanks again!!

I was referred to JoAnna from my previous pet sitter since I have a fairly high-energy puppy who was going to be too much for my former sitter to handle. I was very impressed with JoAnna from the moment I met her! She makes sure all of her employees are vet tech trained, so that added peace of mind in case any small emergencies popped up. She has been nothing short of amazing from the day she started. She obviously loves animals, and it shows in the pictures and messages she sends at the end of each appointment. I could tell immediately that she loved my dogs and wanted to take the time to get my stubborn puppy to love her back. (He's not super warm to strangers initially). She listened to any suggestions I had about ways to get him to trust her, and she found some other ways on her own. They are definitely on good terms now, and visits have been going better than ever! I have never been more impressed with a pet sitter! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know, even if they have a "difficult" dog or have had a bad experience in the past. JoAnna will do nothing but put your mind at ease. She clearly absolutely loves animals, and I could not ask for someone better to come take care of my babies a few times a week!

I had gone to a different dog sitting place that starts with R. My dogs weren't taken care of. I came home to poop in the house and all over my deck. Then the worst part is a couple months later, realized I had been robbed. No way to prove it. VERY SAD!!! Then I found Five Star Pet Sitting. Talk about night and day experience. I got reports every time anything was done with my dogs, and cat including pictures. We even had a flood in our downstairs basement while we were gone on vacation and they helped take care of it. When we came home from our trip, my 3 lovies were happy and content and you could tell that they had been pampered as we would have if we would have been home. I will never go anywhere else. Joanna was the most amazing caretaker we've ever hired and we are so grateful for her service, attention to detail, communication and quality of care. She came to the rescue at a time when we were gong to have to cancel our travel plans, learned the ropes at our horse facility in a matter of days, and hands down went above and beyond in EVERY way. Our two pups also were very well taken care of. She sent pictures and daily messages keeping us informed. Thank you once again, Joanna! You are the best!

Joanna From Five Star Pet Sitting took excellent care of my two cats while we were out of town. She came to feed them, played with them, cleaned the cat box and administered medicine to one of my cats twice daily, which is not easy! But she did an amazing job and my sick kitty is looking a little better and eating better too! JoAnna also picked up food from the vet for me since i was not able to get to the vet office before they closed and was leaving town the next morning. Lastly, she also cleaned the floor and watered the plants. Her service was MILES better than most Rover sitters. We were just so impressed! I will definitely keep using Five Star Pet Sitting and recommend it to everyone with pets!

We had an AMAZING experience with ProCare Pet, Eric, and Jacki! We cannot recommend their team enough! They took excellent care of our pets and our pets loved them too. They kept us updated with plenty of info and photos throughout our booking and they were very conscientious and considerate in leaving our home absolutely spotless and tidy. It’s such a relief to be able to come home after a trip and just relax without worrying about anxious pets nor having anything to clean. My experience with ProCare was TIP TOP. I love that they use current technology to do their business which makes it streamlined. More importantly I loved that my pets were HAPPY! It gave me peace of mind after the first visit. This was my first time using them. I took a lot of time getting all of the details together to make sure what I needed was clear. My provider was Eva and she was the BEST!! I loved getting photos of my animals when she visited. She gave a full run down of what happened and what they did during her visit. I will definitely be using ProCare again - my animals loved Eva (you know as a pet owner how you 'know' things). My old dogs were SMILING in the photos and my cat was being her normal self...as expected. I'm super happy with ProCare and Eva! Thank you!

Eric and all of his staff at ProCare Pet Sitting and Dog Walking are always helpful and reliable. I have trusted them with the care of my pets for several years, and they have been able to take care of complex medical needs, such as medication administration and even insulin injections, for which I have been tremendously grateful! I also have to admit to being a last-minute scheduler, and they have consistently accommodated my lateness in scheduling (up to a few days before services are requested). I really can't imagine anyone doing a better job at being loving, compassionate, and professional with my pets! Thanks for all you do!!

Jennifer and Sandi were/are amazing. I'm not one that likes to trust people coming into my house, but after the initial free consultation that Jennifer, the owner, attended herself, I was very comfortable with them. They updated us on every visit with pictures and a note about what was going on with our fur kids. I couldn't be happier. We are new to the area so I'm glad someone suggested ProCare. I’ve used ProCare for about two years and love how professional they are. I have two cats that need to be fed twice daily. They send me daily photos with the times they have visited and I love that! Jacki was excellent with my kitties. They were so relaxed and happy when I returned from my trip. It’s definitely worth the extra money to have ProCare take care of them. I always feel so secure when I’m gone very far away knowing they’re in good hands.

I’ve been working with Jennifer and our walker Elicia for a little over a month and I am SO glad I found them to take care of my fur babies!! Both of my dogs are anxious/ reactive and Elicia has done such a good job going at their pace so that they’re always comfortable. They also both came by for meet and greets for no fee to ensure my puppies could be comfortable with visits! Jennifer is also very understanding and easy to work with as my schedule can be hectic. I’ve done pet sitting, dog walks and overnights for my babies and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly suggest this company to anyone who wants high quality care for their loved pets.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt it necessary this time. We used ProCare during the holidays, and although we were skeptical at first to the idea, it will now be our "go to" for these services anytime in the future. We in fact, already hired them again to watch our dog for New Years. My military husband is fairly strict, and we have cameras set up in our house. During the visits, Eric actually PLAYED with our little guy. It was such a relief to know our puppy was in good hands. He followed all the feeding and visit structures properly. I am too cautious to send our dog to boarding, as pets are way more comfortable in their own home. I highly recommend them

Literally the best dog walking business I have ever dealt with. My puppy is happy and I know that I can trust Eric and Jennifer with him. The best part is knowing that they care about my dog and treat him as if he was their own. I never have to worry about his safety when he is with them, and I know that they have no problem adapting to my schedule. They are the greatest!

We are a military family who recently moved to the area and needed someone short notice to watch our cat while we traveled out of state. We are usually very weary of letting people come into our home while we are not there, but as soon as we met Eric we felt completely at ease. We loved his deep history working with military and appreciate his generous military discount. Eric was very friendly, reliable, hardworking and trustworthy. Our cat loved Eric immediately; you can tell he really cares about animals and that it is not just a "job" to him. He allowed us to fully enjoy our trip by knowing that everything was fine at home. We will definitely be using him again & highly recommend him to everyone we know!

Elise did an amazing job taking care of my dog. She watched him for an extended period of time and treated him like he was her own dog. She made sure he was well taken care of and loved. I wish I still lived there so I could continue to use her services for my pets.

We are very happy with the care given to our 2 dogs while we were traveling for 12 days. They visited 4 times a day, every day, even in over a foot of snow that fell during this time. They fulfilled every special request - even brushing both dogs' teeth every day. We received reports including pictures after every visit. They are very reliable and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Playtime Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers. Jennifer & Danielle took care of our two bunnies while we were on vacation for Thanksgiving. Each time they visited, they would send us photos of our fur babies & detailed descriptions of how the visit went. They went above & beyond our expectations! DID NOT GET SERVICE! But I need to note their amazing customer service. Called for 6 days of sitting 5 days before we needed it. They told us what they could manage with the short notice. They then told us they could accommodate our entire schedule thanks to the owner stepping in to care for our pups! Rare to find an owner who goes the extra mile. That level of commitment is why I will trust them in the future. This time a relative stepped in last minute and gave our pups 24hr care so we canceled. The owner was just happy the pups were getting the best care possible. Come for the professionalism. Stay for the love.

PlayTime Pet Sitters is amazing! I recently had to travel for a week and had to leave my little dog for one of the first times. Susan, Amber, and the team were so wonderful and did everything they could to work me into the schedule. My little guy was so well loved and cared for while I was gone. They sent pictures and communicated everyday with me. I came home to a very happy, healthy little puppy! I’ll faithfully use PlayTime Pet Sitters for future travel again! I highly recommend them to anyone who has to travel for long trips or just daily visits for our beloved little furry friends.

Susan and her team were amazing. Their portal system is so convenient and user friendly. They upload pictures from each visit, with a description of how the visit went. There is a reply portion if you have questions, and they respond very quickly. When I called Susan in a frantic state that we were stuck in the airport and wouldn't arrive until the following day, she made sure our "babies would be taken care of until we came back home". I couldn't have asked for a better petsitter. Thank you girls so much!

PlayTime Pet Sitters were great with our dogs! Since our dogs get far too stressed in a kennel we used to rely on friends, but that was a lot to ask. Playtime Pet Sitters came the the rescue and allowed us to make sure our older dog got his medication on time, and gave our puppy much needed play time. We got photo updates along with a description for every visit and they managed to clean our yard, get mail, packages, and put out the trash too! I'm glad there's such a reliable service in our area and we're looking forward to using them again.

I used Playtime back in 2020 when I first moved to the Springs and was very impressed with the care and services provided then. Fast forward a couple of years after having friends and neighbors looking in on our cats and finding that everyone is suddenly busy traveling and getting back to their lives after the pandemic. We had a few trips where we needed to call in the professionals and we were so happy to return back to Playtime. From the personalized phone call from Linda to the in person meeting with Susan, we were all around impressed. The communication and updates from the visit eased any anxiety about leaving our cat alone at home a few days. Would 100% recommend them and already have them on the schedule for trips this summer.

Sam is the best dog sitter Ive ever had! He’s so attentive and active with the dogs. I always feel super safe and calm leaving Axle with him. Axle loves being with him so much that I have to force him to get in the car with me to go back home. That’s how you know your pup was well taken care of!

Not only do we love and trust Sam to watch our dogs but THEY love and trust Sam. Anytime we are gone or working we have zero concerns knowing our Leonard and Lola are under Sam’s care. Even if he isn’t watching them, If my dogs hear his whistle, they go running to him to say hi! They adore him. Sam is not only a reliable caregiver but is also a great trainer. Seriously could not have found a better dog situation for my sweet mini Aussie Olive while in CO Springs for a recent work trip. Sam was great, and it’s apparent he enjoys the dog’ company! Olive is a shy girl, and this was a great way to get her socialized in a friendly environment with an attentive human to moderate. Sam communicated well and sent lots of photos throughout the day too.

My dog (Porter) has so much fun here, he doesn’t want to leave when I pick him up! Sam is so thoughtful and attentive in caring for dogs. I love that each pet gets a tailored experienced based on there needs. I enjoy the frequent updates/pics and convenient/flexible meet-ups. I am able to fully engage in my trips knowing how well my dog is being looked after by a handler who is highly experienced. I can’t recommend this service enough. 1000% satisfied

Sam has been a life saver, helping me now for 1.5 years with a very active Husky who loves playing and running with the Pack. During this time, Sam has provided great training and discipline skills that have been very noticeable here at home. Sam is keen and attentive to a dogs needs and alerts me to anything he sees going on that I may not, right away pick up on. Highly recommend!

Sam has been the very best since he has started caring for my dog, Harlow. He is flexible with my schedule and accommodates pick ups and drop offs as needed which eases my mind when I work long hours. He also makes a point to send photo updates on how Harlow is doing throughout the day(which is what I most look forward to). Harlow comes home every day tired and happy which is what we love! Sam the Dog Man was fantastic with our Girl Belle!! We are enjoying an extended road trip with our RV and our Pup and we (on occasion) have a need for daycare/overnight boarding for her. Sam has been very responsive and super easy to coordinate her care with. We met for a meet and greet and toured his home where he is very organized with the care of his "regulars" and those passing through..... like us. He is clearly a "Dog Person" and enjoys what he does. He takes the pups to the best local dog park each morning to play and run and wear themselves out.... Belle was whooped each day after pick up and was calm all evening. He also offers care for doggos who prefer quieter time and individual walks instead of group play.
