Mary was fantastic from start to finish and looked after our elderly dog with love and attention to her needs. She also looked after our home with respect and care. We couldn't have asked for a nicer sitter and would highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs.
We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!
Abi and David were FABULOUS pet sitters during our 5-day trip. They were devoted and fun dog walkers, park-goers and ball throwers. They communicated well and sent pictures. And when we got home, the house looked great, and the dogs looked calm. We would gladly have them. Sit for us again and highly recommend them.
Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. They had took great care of our dog and chickens and left the house and car in great shape. Plus, they’re just a really sweet young couple. We’d highly recommend them as house sitters.
Not only did Krista take great care of our cat while we were away, she left the house cleaner than she found it. She also kept in touch with occasional photos and videos of kitty antics, which gave me peace of mind that the cat was well-cared for. We definitely recommend her as a house and pet sitter and would ask her again in the future!
Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! We hope she can come again sometime.
Lindsay and Bryce provided excellent care to our two cats while we were gone. They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. We would absolutely recommend them as responsible and thoughtful pet sitters who can be entrusted with the care of your home and pets.
We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. It was a pleasure to get to know her. We would welcome her back to our house as a friend or a sitter anytime. Highly recommend!
Debra was a Great pet and house sitter !! She communicated well throughout our long trip and sent us frequent pictures of all of our pets. She watered our plants and brought in all the mail. Our home was immaculate when we arrived home and the dogs and cat were super happy !! I would recommend Debra as a wonderful, responsible and reliable pet and house sitter !
David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

My dogs love Tails A Wagn! They go there for daycare, boarding and baths. My 11 month old chocolate lab went today for daycare and was so happy when he saw where we were at, and now tonight he’s out like a light from all the fun and exercise he got today! The facility is clean, with beautiful cabins for the dogs to stay. The outdoor play area is huge and full of trees and toys! The employees are all friendly and you can tell they love what they do!
They have a fantastic dog trainer there, and her classes are very enjoyable to work in. My puppy and I completed the star puppy program under their dog trainer. Photo is of myself and my puppy at Tails A Waggin.
We had made reservations two months ago had her vaccinations done at Shipman nearby vet a month ago we paid our deposit we confirmed shipment would email the results to Tails A Wagon A Wagon confirmed this week that the reservation was set that we are confirmed on our vaccinations and we were confirming our drop off time and pick up time. The lady that helped us was very kind. My name is Teresa and my husband Jim Strode, when we went to drop off Sambo on Sunday, a lady named Katie said we were not able to let him stay that the vaccination information had not gotten documented and we leave on an airplane early in the morning we were put in a corner with no place to board and no consideration or accommodation to make things work out After confirmation was made this past week we were put in a bad position with no place or no one to take care of our pet
Well I’m not fully sure what happened to my dog as I was not able to watch as advertised. Please read this in full I beg you. My dog is small and not crate trained so I ensured he would leave my arms and go right into the groomers arms. This was perfect, talked about cut, showed pics from his normal pro groomer who was out of town, blah blah blah, said she’d call me 30 minutes before he was done so I could come back and get him. All of this and the cut was good. The problem started that night and into the next couple days. My dog was scared and limping and dragging his bottom constantly. He was unable to get comfortable from the hips all the way back down his legs with special attention on his little butthole which was red and slightly swollen. I called and was told the anal glands were expressed however there wasn’t very much inside them and when I asked for further clarification as to why this might be happening, I was told there is none. Considering he did not go in there with any hip issues, sore back legs, a sore, tender, and slightly swollen butt hole—-something happened, but I’m yet to get to the bottom of what that was because of this I will no longer be using their services.
I took my first dog Tiny Tim to see Mishelle when she worked out of a salon built on her house. That was 20+ years ago! I still take my current dogs to see Mishelle and her team at Tails A Wagn! The kids love Spa day!!!! Would not go anywhere else!!!
Had to have my long haired cat shaved for the summer. Liz did an excellent job!!! And my cat wasn't stressed out when I went to pick him up. The place is very clean, and all the ladies there are so sweet. Will definitely be going there again!!!
I took my husky here today (12/23) , and everyone was super kind. A major shoutout to Clara for detangling and making him handsome again- you did an absolutely phenomenal job. Thank you!
Tails- a -Wagn We were recommended to Tails-a-Wagn for our Shih-Tzu’s. Our first experience was great, bought our dogs in and we went out to lunch, got a call about an hour later that they were done and what a great grooming they did. Second time in, there was no communications, we called in several times and told they needed another hour or 2 because they were busy that day, we sat in the parking lot with the engine running because it was 117 degrees that day, dosed off and noticed everyone was gone, found out our dogs were in a kennel in the back corner and forgotten about, we were never notified they were done. Our dogs were never taken out for a break as one pooped everywhere in the office area, they helped to clean the office area however our dog had poop on him so by the time we got home we had poop all over us. Third time in we sat in the office area, for 3 hours, one of our pups was severally burned on his belly, blisters and bleeding (Makenzee, was the groomer) and they yanked on his legs pulling muscles in his rear legs, he had trouble walking, $80 Vet bill, Vet stated it was a rough grooming and the vet would call the owner to let her know, we never heard anything from Tails-a-Wagn. Forth time in, we rescued a new little 7lb Shih-Tzu girl, she came home and would take a couple steps then sit down, she had no energy. Back to the Vet, Tails-A-Wagn expressed one anal gland but not the other and yanked her back legs pulling muscles and dislocated her knee cap. $65 Vet bill. Haily front office appears to be great however, either she is not telling the owner what’s going on or the owner doesn’t give a s&!% as we never hear anything back. Brook the groomer does a great job grooming, even one of our pups is a real pain to do and she looks great when finished. We think is has to do with the bather who is yanking legs and pulling muscles however as this place will not allow you to watch, the room with a window to watch is locked up, we are not sure what is going on. 3 out of 4 times we had horrible results, we will now find someone else to groom our pups. Where we came from our groomer came to our house, groomed the pups and we would have dinner together. Our pups would be waiting for their turn, now they are afraid and have become aggressive. Also, I have noticed a lot of good reviews, a few bad, they respond to all reviews however we never hear back after letting them know they hurt our dog. Every grooming cost me another trip back to Claremore to see our Vet and a Vet bill with puppy meds. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Response to Owner comments. Sorry there was 5 times we were there, 4th time we dismissed Makenzee and Brook did both dogs and she did a great job with no injuries. Fifth time we adopted a 7lb Shih-Tzu and her back leg was yank and dislocated her knee and did not express the anal glands properly. 1- 6/18/24 Perfect 2- 7/30/24 Forgot our dogs all day long. 8/5/24 9:07am we talked to you (owner) 3- 9/18/24 Burned Ollie and hurt hind legs 9/20/24 Veterinarian services $80.34 Walmart, Ointments for burns $34.65 Haley and the Vet were to let you know what happened and we never heard from you. 4- 10/30/24 No Makenzie, Brook did both dogs and did a great job. Upon paying the bill with another nice lady (sorry I don’t remember her name), there was nothing on file about Ollie’s injuries. 5- 11/18/24 Rachel, Hurt back legs, dislocated knee and improper anal gland expressions. Later this day Haley was contacted about Rachel’s condition, it was explained as typical after a grooming. 11/19/24 Veterinarian services $64.89 Above are visits, dates, brief description, vet visits and my costs for your improper care of my dogs. If you wish to discus this further, you can contact us at the 4877# on file as we can not reach you.
I love this place! They took great care of our baby Gunner and made him so handsome.... Great place!!!
Don't waste your time. Give it a 0 if I could. Gave it a second chance after last time i was never told her quik got cut. Their was blood on her front leg. Today After she squealed 1 time lady basically gave up. Didn't cut her cat claw at all and yes cat claw and not dew. She's part Pyrenees and only has 1. Front nails are way too long. back nails got done first. When I mentioned it i got flack and said she needed to be on table. Hell no if that's how you treat my buddy in front of me. Next time I'll just drive to my vet in tulsa that doesn't mind not putting her on table.
The. Staff treat all fur babies like family. All well trained and very professsional and educated to keep fur babies safe in a home away from home . All are given tlc when in their care Highly recommend
Great operation. The owners are phenomenal. The training academy has trainers that know dogs and know how to train them and the parents! The daycare is great as are the treats for the dogs I can't recommend Carmik enough. Also the annual Barktoberfest held here in October is real fun. Batgirl Stella loved it!
I've had nothing but good experiences here. Have boarded and had groomed three of my dogs, and the staff has never been anything less than accommodating and caring towards me and my pets. They offer extra services like full grooming, play time, and let me board my animals in the same kennel so they have the comfort of being together. They feed and medicate according to my instructions, and have homemade dog treats available as an optional upgrade.
Really grateful for the care our Elli receives here. The Owner has been incredibly accommodating. The services here are off the charts. Carol, the Trainer my. Husband and Elli met, is top notch. We are looking forward to some classes to help Elli overcome her leash reactivity. She's a rescue who had bites all over her face when she was found at a QT. Despite whatever she had been through, she was sitting calmly at the front glass doors greeting people with a waging tail and almost a smile. She's passed all her AKC Good Citizen markers except meeting another dog on a leash. If we can learn to help Elli overcome that, we can go to the next step for her to visit Veterans in residential centers. We are hoping Carmik can train US. We are doing boarding and grooming and will report back on those Services. So far, wow. Totally impressed!!!!! We appreciate you, Carmik Team!
Thank you Carmik for always taking excellent care of our dogs with doggie care, grooming and training! Carol is an amazing trainer and I have learned so much. Without her skills in training our experience with a new puppy would look so different! We have never been disappointed in our experience with care or grooming. Thank you for ALL the wonderful care and services you provide!
We absolutely adore these guys at Carmik! They take such good care of our Luca every time we leave town. The prices are great. The people are great! We trust them. We will never take him anywhere else.
DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE! Unless you want your animal to ABUSED OR NEGLECTED. Facility is not cleaned properly, the secretary is high consistently, owner is never present. Failed to feed my dogs for two days. Never answer the phone even just to check on dogs.
Besides not listening to explicit grooming directions, they did a great job. We brought our 3 big dogs in 2 for baths and one for a groom. Not thrilled about the lack of ability to listen to my instructions about not touching her face or ears during the cut and I specifically asked for no glands and i dont know im confident that they didnt do that but We will give them another try with specific instructions again. The baths were great and my dogs no longer stunk.
I cannot believe the lack of communication. I went out of town for a few days and left my babies with them. Whole time there was a massive storm and I didn’t get an update until 3 days after the storm and after I left a few nasty voicemails. Not to mention that my dogs got a haircut that I didn’t ask for. Told me “they look kinda silly”. NEVER AGAIN
Our Rosie just recently started boarding at Carmik Pet Daycare and we love her being there. Rosie has room to stretch her legs with the indoor/outdoor runs. Everyone loves Rosie there. She gets a good bath before we pick her up so she is super clean and soft. She comes homes so much happier 😊 …
This place is a joke. It’s horrifying to know that our baby was locked up the entire week. Please don’t take your babies here. Our emergency contact was nerve called. They wanted to argue that he wasn’t neutered and couldn’t tell that a male was neutered? What kind of crap is this place? Never never again
It was our first time using this location of Camp Bow Wow. My dog was so happy when I picked him up and he loved the staff. Strongly recommend.
The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond. My puppy came home clean and bathed after playing outside on a rainy day without me even having to ask, which shows so much dedication. It’s also super convenient (as a worried dog mom) to be able to watch my baby have fun throughout the day using the live WebCams. I’ve used dog daycare before and had some pretty awful experiences with my first dog. The interview process and the expectations Camp Bow Wow sets to make sure the dogs they accept are friendly reassured me that my pup is in good hands. Thanks for making my experience with dog daycare such a great one :)
Our family loves Camp Bow Wow. It is great for extended care while we travel as well as daycare!
Consistent staff who all know and love my dog. It is a pleasure to see them at drop off and pick up.
Great staff. My dog Ellie was apprehensive at first... but came home happy and excited.. she was also very tired, so she played hard.
I’m glad I found this place for my pup. She always comes home exhausted, so i know she had a great time. They know her by name as soon as we walked through the door, we is great!
Decided to forfeit my day care package a while back because I don’t feel comfortable taking my dogs here. The stench of dirty dogs is overwhelming, the staff isn’t very friendly and overall just not what I’d expect for a facility for dogs. I expect the same cleanliness attempts of that of a daycare for my son and this place just isn’t cutting it.
Great facility, great staff, great owners! Camp Bow Wow is one of the best in Tulsa. You can guarantee your dogs will leave tired and happy from all of the fun.
They took care of my dogs so well and I loved it so much, And the worker "Joshua" was very hot 🥵 …
I love picking my dog up to a fresh smell and look. The little bandana adds a sense of a fresh washed doggie. Ladies are all friendly and seem to love their job. Thank you!!
Highly recommend this place, i believe the lady who did my dog was named April. my dog is 13 and had never been professionally groomed before but in her older age its been harder for us to keep her cleaned up. I let them know everything and that she may get agitated. they were happy to help. i was informed it would be about 4-5 hours. it took a while longer than that so i showed up around 8pm to make sure she wasn’t giving them a hard time. unfortunately she was definitely giving them a hard time. but April was super patient with her, her personal dog even made friends with my dog! she looks so so much better, i’ll definitely be bringing her back. Big thanks to everyone at the shop, and most definitely April ❤️❤️❤️
I have a westie and they have always done a wonderful job with him!! Highly recommend
My dog Lily was groomed and clipped there for years! Outstanding service and sweet people!
My pup was skunked early one Saturday morning and I didn’t have time to clean her up. Took her in and they treated her with tea tree oil and other products. Oh boy what a life saver they are! That dog smelled better than any bath ive ever given her.
They were wonderful with my 4 babies and they smelt and look so good Thank you
I used to take my chihuahua to get her nails filed here before she passed and they were always very gentle. However, they over schedule themselves. I waited 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time before they even acknowledged my cat. I assume he was sitting on the floor all day in his carrier while they favored walk in/ later appointment dogs. It only takes an hour to groom him. After 4 hours and 15 mins he was done. I will not be returning.
I have been a regular customer for several years. Our dogs are both over 16 years old. Many groomers will discard you as a client when your pets get older. This grooming business specializes in older dogs and cats. The owner and employees are kind, loving and professional with the service. Other groomers recommend this groomer when they no longer want to work with you.
For many years Clips and Bows has been my groomers they have had to handle every breed and age of my long furry companions and also my service Dog ! They have preformed many task on my animals from Standard Bathing, Grooming, Clipping, of Nails and Passionates I consider clips and bows to be the top of my list, my animals needs are always Important because my animal has to be in public and around other people. I want him clean and well mannered, He Loves Seniors and Children, He's truly loves Women, and Cheesburgers and Ice Cream. So if you see a boxer having Ice Cream in Claremore Okla you can stop and say Hi Mavorick he will always wag his short stubby Tail for you!
I have been taking my dog here for many years but in the last year more than not, he has been left in a cage for more than 4-5 hours and sometimes longer. The last visit I was told it would be about 6 hours and when I called to see if he was ready, I was cursed and hung up on. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere.
We have had amazing experiences with Dogville in both weekly play days for my. Mother’s older small dog and our older deaf husky with needs when boarding. They have always responded to us in times of emergency as well. Our little dog lives in assisted living with my mom and never gets off leash except at daycare and loves her time there. She is adored by staff and runs to the door when we arrive. She plays with dogs her size. Our husky is 15, very old for a husky and she doesn’t have to be in a cage and is cared for well despite her incontinence. She will be treated like gold under their “comfort care” program. I have nothing but praise for them!!!
The staff at Dogville are always so caring. They know who your dog's best friends are at the doggie day care and who was interacting with whom. They truly seem to enjoy watching all the pups having a good time. I feel confident leaving my dog and knowing she is a safe, secure environment.🤗❤️ …
My dog Riley has anxiety issues and I was concerned about leaving him at Dogville boarding. The staff there went above and beyond. When Riley became anxious at night, the manager came on his off time to provide his experienced services and calm Riley down. Kudos to the staff and we plan to use their services again.
We have been boarding our dog with Dogville multiple times a year, for 3 years now. We have never been concerned or dissatisfied with the care she received. The staff members are all incredibly friendly and kind. Thankful to have such considerate and helpful people to care for our pet!
Dogville has taken excellent care of my German shepherd on two different occasions. Staff are friendly and caring, and I like the option of adding text and photo updates at a nominal charge. My dog does well there and comes home healthy and happy. Thank you Dogville!
I have used Dogville several times over the years and always had a wonderful experience. I’m moving soon and realized when I get to my new state I’ll have to find a new dog boarding place, which made me reflect on how wonderful it is to have a place you trust to leave your furry family member with! Without a doubt, when I come back to Tulsa and it’s needed I will still use Dogville, and I will continue to recommend them! I always love to opt in for the pictures because they take the cutest ones and I love that it looks like he’s smiling while running around their yard :)
Papi went for his evaluation today and I am extremely pleased with how the staff treated him. He is a recent rescue and still quite nervous about new people and places. The staff went out of their way to help him feel safe. Thank you!
Dogville is an amazing daycare and boarding facility. They take care of all my dogs as if they were their own. We’ve been loyal patrons of Dogville for many years. We had a dog going through chemo and we never had to worry that he was going to catch something or not be well taken care of while we were out of town. Since our cancer pup passed on, we adopted two pups that absolutely adore going to daycare. Even our “old lady” doesn't mind going to day boarding or boarding. We will be moving away soon and we are devastated to lose their services. They set the bar high for quality daycare and boarding. It will be incredibly difficult to find a similar facility near our new home. Highly recommend Dogville to anyone in need of daycare or boarding services.
Our fur babies had a wonderful time at Dogville. The staff was friendly and caring. Our fur babies came home happy and tired. We will be back. As you can see in the last picture our sweet boy is giving his approval. Thank you Dogville!❤️ We will see you again!
Best boarding experience ever! We have two dogs, one puppy and one older dog. They are very good at figuring out the needs of each dog. Helping them eat if they have a difficult time. Making sure they have play and exercise. Excellent care. Highly recommend!
Gracie Land Resort is amazing. I’ve been boarding my American Bully here for a couple of years now and I will never go anywhere else. They truly love my fur baby and treat him well. They answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner if not right away and they have the best prices in town!!!!
Want to show some love! We were nervous about boarding our dog, we’ve never done it, and I’ve heard horror stories. Everything went so well. The pricing was awesome and the location is great for pups. Our GSD stayed Monday to Friday, we just got her back. She looks happy and healthy. I’m thankful the team could care for our family member while we were away. Great pricing! Much love y’all!
The best place hands down to take your furrbabies while you're away. Mike and his crew are phenomenal! The loving care they show Woo and Damu makes my heart very happy! I don't stress, because they're in good hands! Mike sends updates which puts this Dog mom at ease, since I'm missing them even if it's just a few days away lol! They totally get it!! Clean place, pups seem content, it's really a vacation for them too! Won't go anywhere else.
Dogs are not fans of boarding but they don't mind Gracieland. They are very professional here and keep a clean facility. Their prices can't be beat either! They stay booked up so plan ahead and make reservations early.
Mike and the staff at Gracieland are the best of the best. There is no place else I trust so explicitly with our beloved pets.
Gracieland is so good for my dog. My dog is not the friendliest and very shy. The first time I left my dog I was a nervous wreck. He stayed for a few days and when I picked him up I watched on the cameras as they went to get him. I KNEW they were good to him when I saw him wagging his tail and jumping up on the guy who went to get him. He DOES NOT got to ppl he doesn’t feel comfortable with. I love this place and will only use this place. Thank you for everything!
Our gang has stayed at Gracieland several times. They always work hard to accommodate their needs. This week they really met a need for us. Had a family emergency and they were able to help us by keeping them at a moments notice for a couple days. Really made my life easier as I never worry about their safety while there. Nice people who truly care about you dogs.
The boys LOVE GRACIELAND and they are treated very well by all the workers.
I am new to the area & was so nervous about boarding our rescue dog for Thanksgiving week. I researched at least 15 boarding places in the Tulsa area - and visited a few. But each one felt really overwhelming & cramped & didn’t have outdoor access for each kennel. The moment I discovered GracieLand Pet Resort, I knew it would be the best fit. I toured GracieLand the week before our dog’s stay to see everything in person. My hopes & expectations were far exceeded! Mike was phenomenal. It is very obvious he cares for each dog & enjoys what he does. On my tour, he greeted each dog by their name as they came to the doors to say hello to him. Every tail wagging like crazy. The Resort is set in beautiful country. It’s a calm & peaceful area. Because our dog is a rescue (& very high energy & easily excited), I didn’t want her to have “group play.” I was so pleased to hear that they do not practice “group play.” Rather, they get more individualized time with the employees. When we picked her up (after 5 nights of her being boarded there) she was happy as ever! She ran up to me, but quickly ran to the other 2 employees she spent the week with - excited & wagging her tail. She loved them. We are SO grateful to have found GracieLand & have 100% decided on making this her home away from home when needed. Thank you, GracieLand!
The best boarding facility we have ever dealt with. They truly care for your pet as they were their own. Our dog has never come back from boarding as happy and loved on. Thank you for taking such great care of Roxy!
My dog Bella has been going here for about 9 months and she loves it. She is very excited when I bring her in and runs straight to the employee who takes her in the play area. When I pick her up she always goes to each employee she sees to say goodbye before she will leave. They have always taken good care of my dog.
Sam & Briana have been such a blessing for my furr babies. They come home looking great (without having to stay all day) & without trauma. Priceless! Highly recommend
Horrible Organization !! I have been using this facility for years, always trying to breathe with each & every incident that continue to happen with our babies. I have 4 dogs that have been groomed at this facility for years. Between the constant grooming staff changing to kennel cough, locking my animals in a room & no one had a key. Going several hours or all day with no water. Remember your babies can't tell you what really goes on. The staff all look like something out of a 1960 remake, dirty, no shoes, very low rent. After being called a liar yesterday by a so called Manager aka "village Idiot" we will no longer be spending our over $200 per month. Our babies mean the world to us & we spend good money for vaccines, grooming and care. This is not acceptable & I truly hope you think twice before using this very LOW Rent Business !! It's very unsanitary all of my dogs were very sick and no one even said sorry. They don't check vaccine records after you are set up. 2 yrs never asked for any updated or current. You are truly at your own risk !! God Bless !! Owner Response: I love reading the comments by owners that truly always skate around the issues at your LOW RENT facility ! Your manager called me a liar with your several witnesses. We loved our groomers just not your nasty facility. Thanks for the response again ignoring the issues. You will continue to have unhappy people & pets. It shows in other reviews. You can't change Stupid !!
If you love your dog...DO NOT USE Bouse Fur House!!!! We started using them in 2022. Everything was okay until over the summer of 2023 when my dog stayed there for a week. We sent pre proportioned food and they failed to feed my dog 3 feedings that week and blamed it on she had refrigerated food and it was forgotten. We addressed the issue and gave them another chance this November. I picked up my dog on Saturday and 6 hours later she threw up at least 2 feedings of food along with a large rubber piece. I thought that was the end of it however the next day she was in so much pain I could barely pick her up to get her in the car to the vet. $2,000 in vet bills and exploratory surgery, her intestines were "telescoped" by the foreign object and all the vomitting and diarrhea. Were never informed by the Bouse that when the dogs go on the playground they are exposed to foreign toys. My dog is an Italian Mastiff and I only buy hard toys for her, nothing rubber or soft. I have checked with several local boarders and this is not common practice to allow foreign toys on a dog playground. Bouse won't help with vet bills and recommended we find a private sitter, however they would give us $600 in credit which is a slap in the face because they know I would never trust my dog in their care.
My little guy LOVES going to Bouse Fur House. As we turn onto the street for day care he starts to bark with excitement. The staff always greets him by name as I drop him off and say bye to him when he leaves for the day. Everyone is always so pleasant. I enjoy being able to check in on my dog during the day with the live streaming and Always LOVE getting pics of my dog having a fun day. I have been to another establishment and would not take my dog back. Bouse Fur House is the only place for my pup and I!
My German Shepherd mix stayed here over the weekend and I am so glad he did! I loved that I was able to check the live stream at any time to see what he was up to. The employees also told me if i wanted pictures or updates on him all I needed to do was text and ask them. Jack also received the BEST bath he has ever gotten! His fur is so silky soft and he smells so good! We will be coming back!
This place is the best!! I take my Sheltie here for both doggie day care and grooming. Everyone on staff is always friendly, caring, and you can tell they all have a passion for dogs. I've been very happy with Emmy's grooming. It's hard to find someone who can groom a Sheltie well, but they've done a great job. Emmy especially enjoys the day care and is always worn out and smiling when I pick her up at the end of the day. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to give their pups a fun outing!
been taking our dog Gus here for 8 months. He loves it and darts around the corner without so much as a second look. The staff cares about the animals and are super friendly. Prices are decent if you buy a package, and hours are also reasonable. as for their other services, hair cuts and nail trims are good. We used them to give Gus a bath right before a 15 hour car trip and he came out smelling fresh and clean (they are very accommodating when it comes to requests like that). I do wish they opened at 630am since I like to be at work by 7am, but that's nit picking. very happy with them and will continue to take the little rascal there!
We have had nothing but the best experiences with Bouse! When we first moved to Tulsa, our dogs went to daycare every weekday and LOVED it! This was years ago and they still get excited when they see their harnesses as they think it means daycare. We often board the dogs there and they have the best time playing with other dogs during the day and snuggling with each other at night. The employees really seem to care about the dogs and, once the dogs go there for a bit, they know them by name!
They are amazing! Go see Sarah. Your dog will look amazing and smell amazing. Thank you
I've been taking my Golden Doodle dog here to be groomed for more than seven years and they always do a fantastic job. She's like a new dog when she walks out of there so pretty and I actually think she knows it. She comes home full of energy just prancing around like a princess. We love it and we love this service. The people are always friendly and super kind. We've tried other places and always come back to them. Their prices are the best in town, too which helps with the budget. I give it a thumbs up.
This place is truly a blessing!! My black lab, Deli, is a rescue and is unsure about boarding situations. Deli has been twice now and the staff is so good to her! I’m an overbearing pet mom and always message the pet resort to see how Deli is doing. The staff sent me pictures and videos and kept me updated on how she was doing! Amazing people! They genuinely care about your pet and will do anything and everything to make sure your pet is comfortable. It’s so hard to leave Deli, but when I have to I know she’s in great hands! I drive 40 minutes to get to this place and it is so well worth it. Great prices and they do a great job on their grooming. Highly recommend!
This review is based on the grooming services only and specifically related to doodles. If you have a doodle, of any variety, I would not bring my dog to BA Pet Resort. Before scheduling with them, I asked if their groomer had experience working with doodles and I was assured she did. My doodle looked like a soft cuddly teddy bear when I dropped her off. You can see the results in the pictures. I have now bathed my dog 3 times since going to BA Pet Resort and her hair still isn’t the same. I’m not sure if they used some type of product to blow her hair straight but I’m hoping her curly hair will come back.
We've been boarding Bonnie (our little Morkie) at Broken Arrow Pet Resort multiple time a year for 6 years. We also get her grooming done there. They love her and treat her so good. Bonnie is always excited to see her friends that work there and all the workers are excited to see Bonnie. It makes me feel good every time I drop her off to see how excited she is.
Great staff and you can tell they care about the animals and our pets seem to like it. They are also really wonderfully about booking on short notice. Thank you Broken Arrow Pet Resort!
We have two brothers who are field bred English Cocker Spaniels who are a little over 2 years old. I am so pleased with their grooming. I took them to a place here in Tulsa that wanted to groom them like my English cocker, but they are different dogs. Anyway, thank you guys for helping me get them back to their original style!
We left Stella and Barlow here for 9 days. It was our first time there and they were so happy when we picked them up, we could tell they got lots of love and exercise! Thanks and we’ll definitely come back.
Are you wondering if this place will take care of your pet. YES, with joy and happiness, your pet may actually prefer to stay here even if you want them to come home. Think of it this way, your kid is scared of preschool but by the end of the week they're running from the car and YOU to get inside the building. That's what we've experienced with our girl, she LOVES GOING and getting her to leave is hard, she wants to stay and play. The employees are wonderful, they're happy, show genuine care for my girl and she loves being with them. The key is the animals show they're happiness here. I'll be introducing my older dogs soon. Thank you to the Staff at BAPR for taking such good care of my LL.
Great! They always take good care of our pets!! Very sweet with them.
My dogs have stayed here over the last 10 years. We are happy with their services and they are good with the animals.
