Jeannette was the absolute best pet sitter anyone could ask for!  She was communicative and easy going.  She took very good care of the house, but most importantly she took superb care of my dog, Bodhi.  She took him on long walks and fun adventures everyday.  While I was out of the country, I received pictures and updates of their "vacation".  I loved seeing Bodhi's and Jeannette's smiles in all the photos.  They definitely bonded. :)  I would highly recommend Jeannette as a pet sitter and also as an excellent person who cares about people, animals, and the planet.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jill! She’s a wonderful sitter and I felt so comfortable leaving my dog and cat in her capable hands while I was out of the country. She was thorough in making sure she knew exactly what each pet needed, had excellent communication, and provided me with daily updates. I came home to a house that was even tidier and more organized than when I left and two very loved pets. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for a kind, caring, consistent pet sitter. Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

Kyle was a great house sitter and pet sitter for us. We had a good dialogue prior to him sitting for us, and we also did a short walkthrough the week before. Kyle formed a great bond with our dog Charlie and also took good care of our rabbit Poppy. A couple of minor issues came up with systems in our home due to an unexpected power outage, and Kyle was quick to connect with us and then was able to work 1:1 with the service providers to resolve the issues. We look forward to working with Kyle again.

Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets!  Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks.  She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement).  You would never know this was her first TH sit.  She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!!  Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies.  She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working.  We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime.  Our whole family hopes to see her again-either for a visit and/or for a sit :)     Thank you, Thank you, Melissa!!!

Exceptional Pet Sitters - Highly Recommend Diedre and Keith!

I am thrilled to leave a glowing review for our trusted house and pet sitters, Diedre and Keith. They took exceptional care of our long-haired cat, Molly, and our home during our absence. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and their communication was top-notch. Dierdre and Keith provided regular updates, including delightful pictures of Molly, which put our minds at ease while we were away.

Upon our return, it was evident that Molly had been well cared for and was content. The genuine love and understanding Diedre and Keith have for both dogs and cats was apparent in their interactions with Molly, and it was clear that they had made her feel comfortable and secure in their care. Their friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience truly enjoyable.

In addition to taking great care of our beloved pet, Diedre and Keith ensured that our home was in excellent condition upon our return. They even went the extra mile by informing us about the leftovers they left in the fridge, which was a thoughtful gesture.

Rebecca was the best pet sitter ever!  Our chocolate lab, Kona, fell in love with her instantly and loved every minute of being around her.  She was extremely attentive to Kona, taking him for daily walks and she did a great job of sending us updates, video clips and photos.  We really loved that, knowing that Kona was being so well taken care of.  As my husband said, "OMG, she is the Dog Sitter Champion of the world!!!" She is definitely at the top of our list for future dog sitting.  If we could give her 10 stars, we would!

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip!  From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative.  He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay.  While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby!  When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom.  I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again.  You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups!  Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals.

Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals!  We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!"

Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair.

Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours.   The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned!

When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years.

Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. 

Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day.  The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend!

This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow.  Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with  a rock star.

Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being.

This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral.

Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation.

Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade!

Gowri was very patient and caring with Irisi who got sick the day before I left.  I cannot commend her enough for how she rose to the occasion and took care of my baby.  She even pick up meds from the vet.  My cat, Squinty, was very comfortable with her to jump in bed and wake her up early in the morning (as he would with me).  I am not aware of him doing that to other sitters that have stayed at my place.   I would give her 6 stars for Pet care if I can!  She updated me with Irisi's condition which really help ease my mind, knowing someone looking after my furry really cared.   I would certainly have her back again!
