What a great facility! I brought my dog to Country Dogs daycare for years when she was in Bolton and then Clinton. Karen the owner is wonderful and would even board Wilson at her own home when we went on extended trips. Wilson loved it there so much he would bound into the facility almost ripping my arm out of the socket. He is 13 now and a little too old for the daycare however I would always recommend Country Dogs.

On Sunday we picked up a rescue German Shepherd and she didn't have a good owner and she was so matted and so smelly so I called Country Dog grooming on Tuesday and they gave me a 3pm appointment We took Pipper in and when we picked Pipper up she looked amazing and yes smelled so much better Country Dog grooming did an amazing job I highly recommend them Thank you for taking such good care ❤ of Pipper

It's impossible to get your dog enrolled. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. So annoying!

Wipe open area when I stepped in so my dog wasn't crowded. There's tons of treats and accessories for sale. The groomer was very kind and told me how much my dog enjoyed the wash!

My dog has come back with multiple bite marks and scratches. When I went to ask the person who greets me most mornings he said it was up to my dog to correct the other dogs. They seem to think because they babysit dogs that they’re vets and know an extended amount about dogs. Imagine explaining to a vet tech that a puncture wound is a wart? Then I picked him up today with a huge welt on his shoulder. They’ll just explain things away and not do their job. If you care for your dog like I do mine then I wouldn’t send your pup here. Not a safe or trustworthy environment. Just my terrible experience 😊

This is a warmly welcoming facility. Previously evaluated dogs are well supervised by personnel who enjoy dogs of all breeds, sizes and safe dispositions. My dog loves to go there, to be greeted enthusiastically by staff and then to play for hours. Rest periods, fresh water and toilet breaks are all part of the experience. Wonderful!

Absolutely love country dogs daycare! Lucy is so excited every time she goes in, and she never wants to leave! The employees are so sweet and professional. You can tell they genuinely love animals. Honestly worth every dollar.

After 4 years of bringing our dog to Country Dog’s, the owner texted us saying that he is no longer welcome. That morning when I dropped our dog off, he got excited in the drop off shop area and broke a glass counter top from something he had accidently knocked over. Little did we ever think we would get a “text”, not even a call saying that he is too much and they do not want him going any longer. This was something that he enjoyed, and looked forward to once a week as he got to play with dogs his size and do what dogs do, ‘Play’. There were a few occasions that we were told they had to seperate him from a couple of other dogs because they were getting crazy but never did we feel like it was the other dogs. The owner always made us feel like it was ours but yet never told us or even warned us that he would not be welcomed back. If you want your dog crated for a while throughout the day, this is the place for you! I could crate my dog at my own house if I wanted and not spend the $35. Not why I brought him! Now that this has happened, I don’t feel comfortable ever sending my dog somewhere where my wife and I feel like our dog isn’t being treated properly. When you think your dog is playing all day and you find out he spends time in the crate, not the best feeling.

Our puppy just had her first haircut here and they did a great job! The owner was friendly and called us when she was ready for pickup.

Karen and the staff are truly amazing dog lovers! They’re the most compassionate care givers to these dogs. Not to mention you can’t help but fall in love with the boutique the minute you walk in! Clean, cute, and professional as you can get! You can not dispute the facts Country Dogs is the place to bring your furry family members ! 💕🐾

Our Teddy has so much fun at Fenway Bark. If we drive past, he gets so excited because he thinks he is going to daycare. If we call names of other dogs at the daycare he runs around the house to look for them. He can be very shy and was nervous on his first day, the staff at Fenway Bark are so kind to him and treat him like their own, since his first day we have noticed how happy his is after attending daycare. Thank you to everybody at Fenway Bark for taking great care of him while we are at work! We love seeing pictures of him playing with his friends (especially the big dogs😂) and all the fun activities they do with the dogs.

Willa gets so excited when we drop her off at Fenway Bark! She runs around and plays hard the entire time she is there. They don’t use crates at Fenway Bark. Willa never wants to leave! She is an exceedingly high-energy puppy, but when she comes home from Fenway Bark, she is EXHAUSTED for a couple of days thereafter. It gives us a much needed respite from her antics. The staff is wonderful; they get to know each individual dog, and they are constantly working with the dogs to teach them and improve their behavior. They have all sorts of fun activities and treats to choose from. Very reasonably priced.

Beyond blessed for Fenway Bark! Today was my Hamilton's second day at doggy daycare and they treat him like their own and it is the best. The coaches really put the time and effort into getting to know Hamilton and it is more than I could ask for. Hamilton has came home happy (and exhausted) from the fun he's had both days he has been there and I'm signing him up for even more. Definitely recommend Fenway Bark to all who has a pup. You won't be disappointed!

This is hands down an amazing facility. Their attention to detail for the dogs and the owners is second to none. I was impressed with the indoor and outdoor play areas not to mention a brand-new state of the art grooming facility. Fenway bark, (you can't help but love the name), is a win win for every family and their beloved pet. When Fenway Bark first opened, we decided “why not!?” Let’s give it a try. Our girl, Sunny, absolutely LOVES going to Fenway Bark! She comes home exhausted each time. The team shares photos through the day (which help this dog mama heart know she’s having fun) and love her like their own. Since starting there, we have noticed that she is quicker to calm when guests come over and is jumping on people less! Thank you Fenway Bark! We look forward to spending more days with you!

I can't say enough good things about this place. It's so welcoming and clean. The boys that run it are awesome. My two dogs are absolutely exhausted when they come home. It's a must if you have a pet dog.

this is our 1st experience with doggie daycare , and its been really nice, we really like that it is family run , great staff , and rusty our chocolate lab, needed to be around other dogs, and he comes home tired from all the fun ,its been a really nice experience for us and rusty, would recommend to family and friends,

After adopting my rescue in October, I immediately got him into training classes here and we haven’t stopped since! We’ve done positive training level 1 and 2, dog sport, and multiple levels of nose work. Each class has been amazing and I’ve gained so much knowledge from the trainers as a first time dog owner. I have boarded my dog here both for the day and over night and I love seeing how excited he gets when we pull into the parking lot. Every staff member knows him by name and genuinely cares about him and get excited to see him come in. There prices are extremely reasonable for the level of care and love that is shown to your pet during their stay! I can not say enough positive things about Champion Kennels!

My boys love Sherry , best place for a grooming session. Also, I have done training here in the past. Great instructors, well ran kennel facility.

We recently boarded our dog and cat overnight at Champion for several days, and we couldn’t be happier with their kindness, care, and professionalism! Both pets had little to no experience with boarding, and so we were a bit apprehensive about leaving them in an unfamiliar place. Everyone at Champion was so kind and patient with us, answering all of our questions and reassuring us that our pets were in good hands! Plus, we were really pleased at how clean and spacious their facilities were. While we were away, Champion staff were extremely responsive when we asked for updates/photos, and at pickup, we were thrilled to see how happy our pets were. It was clear that they were very well cared for! They also came home with little report cards about their stay, which was a great personal touch. We’ll certainly be using Champion’s services again, if need be. Thanks to everyone there who made this such a positive experience for us!

After a horrible experience with a boarder in Sudbury Mass my Vet recommended that I try Champion Kennels in Sterling. My babies have had 2 day visits and one overnight. They have been loved and welcomed by the staff and I could not be more pleased. I can now leave Howie and Charlotte knowing they are not only well cared for they are happy. Cannot say enough good things about Champion Kennels!

They are a complete Kennel. They offer many different type of classes. My best behaved dogs have been trained at Champion Kennels. I currently attend a class with Kris. She has been wonderful with my dogs. She understand dog behavior and explains why the dogs do things so you can understand how to train them. Within 6 months I was able to get an obedience title on my dog. They have top quality dog food and toys for sale. They have great kennels and grooming for your dogs. Everything you need for your dog is here.

Recommended. Will be back for cat boarding! Allowed me to use my cats dry brand of food to avoid stomach upset. My cat gets car sick and they cleaned him up on my arrival. Friendly staff and hours are more convenient for picking up and dropping off compared to some other boarding facilities. Definitely worth visiting Champion kennels if you need pet boarding. Edit: Unfortunately they have become more popular for cat boarding and they went up their rate to the same rate as many other boarding facilities. Also, they started booking up so I couldn't board my cat at all. I had to go elsewhere, closer to me, for the same rate.

Champion Kennels is a great training facility. Our instructor Kris listened to what we needed from our dog, got to know the dog, and then as easy as pie she got him to do just what she asked. Amazing gentle techniques, all very painless and pleasant for each one of us. Perfection!

We took our dog for a private lesson with Kris. The dog was aggressive toward young girls and I have a number of nieces and small children in the house. I brought the dog and one of the little girls and Kris taught us exactly what to do to modify the dogs behavior and help the young girls get comfortable with the dog. They are now best friends thanks to the suggestions and exercises that Kris gave us.

one trainer here kicked puppies and recommend we yank a nipping puppy's leash to correct it. the trainer who came after her whipped a dog with separation anxiety and told us to be the alpha over our dogs. I left classes extremely confused at times.

I am so glad I found Fur-Sure! Pet Sitting to care for our two kitties. Brenda provided reliable care to our pets while we were away on a couple trips this summer. She took the time to meet our kitties in advance of the first trip which was helpful so she could get to know their home environment and habits. Our kitties are indoor/outdoor, so in the past my biggest worry when going away was that they might escape out the door…one of them has proven in the past to be a master escape artist. Brenda took extra care when entering and leaving. In addition to feeding them and cleaning the litter boxes, Brenda spent time with the kitties each day petting and brushing them. She also accommodated the daily habit of one of our kitties who likes to drink directly from a faucet. She also helped with keeping our dehumidifier emptied, taking in mail and packages, and taking apart and cleaning the kitties’ water fountain. Daily text updates and pictures were provided which were greatly appreciated. It’s interesting to see how your pets behave when you are not home. My two kitties have their own self-designated territories in the house, but when we were gone, they switched. On a recent trip, one of our cats suffered a tail injury several days prior to our departure. It was still in the healing process when we departed so Brenda kept a close eye on this for us and provided a daily assessment of how it looked and how he was responding. She made us aware right away about a reversal in the course of healing that required medical attention, so we were able to come home and attend to him. I highly recommend Brenda at Fur-Sure! Fur Sure! Is a “diamond in the ruff”! Brenda and her husband are kind and loving people who truly enjoy the company of pets. Finding FUR SURE ( Brenda ) was like hitting the lottery for me and my little guy. I had been searching for someone to watch my dog for the Christmas holiday . But to no avail on ROVER or many other sites. I was at my wits end. Suddenly Brenda’s website popped up. What a find. I emailed her right away. She got to me shortly after . We talked about the situation and decided to do a meet and greet. It was absolutely the perfect , beautiful , clean place for my guy . It is like a haven for any dog. Big or small. There are great fenced in areas and trails for walking. Brenda loves to walk. Depending on the elements of course. The love and care she gives is amazing . She goes way out of her way to make sure your dog is safe and secure and comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone . She is definitely my new best dog sitter.

Brenda at Fur Sure Petsitting was beyond amazing! Especially with the amount of visits I requested. My husband and I both work from home so leaving my older pup and older kitty for 10 days worried me very much. I wanted 4 daily visits and Brenda went above and beyond making sure my fur babies were well cared for. She even helped to take care of a wound on my pups cheek. I could tell my animals were not stressed or anxious as we have a puppy cam and i would check in on them frequently. Having peace of mind to attend my sons wedding and a vacation after was priceless. She came by the house to meet me and our cat, Mushu, and she gravitated towards Brenda right away! We needed a pet sitter to come feed and play with Mushu, and since we were traveling internationally we wanted to make sure Mush would have exactly the type of care and attention needed. We left our dogs with Brenda for 10 days, this was our first time ever leaving them with anybody other than family so I was nervous, but they were in great hands with Brenda. This is the best retreat my pup has been coming here since he was 6 months old, he 5 now, everyone is friendly, professional, they all get to your dog and personality, loves your dog like their own, always honest and trustworthy, and they throw great birthday pawrties! So fun , there's a great play yard outside and in the summertime if your dog swims they will take your dog over across the street to the lake to go swimming that's an exciting day for your dog! 10 stars for lakefront dog retreat!

It's such a beautiful facility and my dog loves going there! They really take care of you pet and their needs. The staff is knowledgeable and take the time to pamper and love on your dog. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice, clean, responsible place to leave your dog for a day or for a week! They also offer grooming and training with well qualified staff. You can tell that everyone there cares for your pet and are very engaged and attentive! My dog has so much fun when she goes there that she doesn't want to leave!

I signed my puppy up for doggy daycare here just a couple of months ago. It seemed expensive at the time, but she is a lab puppy (6 months old and quite destructive). I couldn't crate her for more than a couple of hours so I had no other choice but to find somewhere for her to play when I was at work. Now, I would never go anywhere else. Slightly more expensive than some of the other options, but worth every penny. I dragged Dakota in the first day... And she has bounded through the door every day since. The owner is caring, responsive, and always greets you with a smile. She and her staff love dogs and it shows in everything they do. There's a birthday party for someone almost every week 😂. I highly recommend lakeside dog retreat.

This place is very good if you're looking for a commercial daycare or kennel experience and the owners are nice people who seem to enjoy working with dogs. When I brought my dogs, I personally was not impressed by the facility itself. It felt cold both physically and emotionally, although the owner Lena was extremely kind. I agree with the other reviewer who said that they do seem to have a large quantity of dogs, but I can not speak for the level of care as we were advised that due to being first time boarders, a commercial boarding facility may not be the best fit for me as an owner, or my dogs. Lena went out of her way to provide me with numbers and contacts for other facilities, which was nice and something she certainly did not have to do. The dogs that were leaving seemed to be in good spirits and exhausted, which was nice to see. The prices are very reasonable.

This place is amazing. Took my two dogs for a couple weeks while we were moving and they came home exhausted and happy! Professional and attentive staff, accommodating to schedule changes. They have a beautiful clean facility with an easy booking process, and post pictures frequently on Facebook. Will be returning again and again!

Lori and her team are the best..My dog Rex absolutely loves going Stow Road Pet sitters day care. He has fun, enjoys , plays is well cared for and treated like family. We were on a search for a kind, reliable, trustworthy border to send our Shiba Inu, Benny, to for an upcoming family vacation and we got so much more. We began daycare services with Lori about a month ago. The initial drop off for doggy daycare was a little overwhelming for Benny as he hadn't been in a group play setting with other dogs before. Lori was great to slowly introduce each dog one by one, and shortly thereafter, Benny warmed right up! Now as soon as we turn onto Lori's street for drop-off, Benny knows exactly where he's going and can't contain his excitement! We've also noticed that Ben is much calmer and better behaved at home. We highly recommend Stow Road Pet Sitters for anyone looking for services for their pet.

Lori is the best! I needed vacation home visit cat care-not just the normal food, water, litter care etc. –but both of my cats are on several medications which need to be given every 12 hours. She came for a few pre-visits to meet and get them comfortable with her (and she with them). During the vacation week, VERY attentive to them, their needs, my needs(!) and a bonus – I loved the visit reports including multiple pictures (and even videos) that were sent to me following each visit. Lori is very professional in all aspects of her care and love for animals, and I will definitely use her again.

We had an amazing first boarding experience with Lori! Our pup is a super nervous guy and this was his first time being away from us, but Lori knew exactly how to care for him and make him feel comfortable. Lori was great about keeping us updated with daily texts and photos/videos. It was clear from all the photos/videos how much fun he was having! We are looking forward to setting up some daycare days so he can spend more time with Lori and play with more doggie friends!

Lori is an excellent pet sitter! We boarded our 1 year old Labrador with Lori for two nights at her home. We had a great first experience working with Lori! We needed someone to watch our cat (last minute, I might add) and Lori was able to accommodate our request. She met with us beforehand, thoroughly going over all of our cat's needs. While we were away, she communicated with us every day and sent us pictures and videos. Shelly has groomed my dogs for about 8 years now, and she is the best! All of my dogs are nervous, and one of them is a rescue who is extremely anxious around strangers, but Shelly does a perfect job with even that pup! She cuts my Chinese Crested Powderpuffs beautifully. Top notch, worth every penny.

Barbara, Pauline and all the sitters I've had are amazing. I am ashamed I haven't written this review earlier. We have been using them for a few years now and I always rest easy knowing my fur babies are in good hands. They make sure they have emergency plans in place for all our critters and take such detailed notes. They have watched my cats and turtle. My cats are sheltered pandemic babies who have met very few people and are skittish. I am always amazed that they get at least one of the cats to come out and play! Also, great communication and updates. Highly recommend!!

Friendly well educated staff. Maggie is very anxious but I feel comfortable leaving her in their hands. They do such an amazing job. We have been coming here for a year now and I will never go anywhere else. My mom and a few of my neighbors now bring their dogs here too and all love them. Highly recommend.

Wonderful groomer - easy to get an appointment, incredibly friendly staff, very reasonable prices. These people clearly love animals! They see very understanding with dogs who need a little extra care (anxiety, illness, etc). At other facilities you feel like you are an imposition, but not here! Definitely the best local groomer.

Today was our first visit and we were so impressed. Our little lady Gracie who is 17 and needs extra tlc and patience certainly received it there and then some. I highly recommend them. When we picked her up which was an amazing thing in itself as it was all done in an hour and she looked and smelled great but she was not stressed at all. Was actually happy and so comfortable. I also thought it was very affordable too.

I am a brand new customer with a sometimes difficult, older little dog. Very finicky as well. I was in need of a new groomer and my vet recommended Companion Pet Sitting. I have found them extremely caring, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly patient with an out of the ordinary dog, who by the way looks absolutely amazing! If you're someone who needs a new groomer, I can highly recommend them! Wish I had known of them sooner!

I have an old man cat who complains incessantly and demands walks. Sitters from Companion Pet sitting have been so kind with him on their visits. They are very accommodating and it's a great deal when you book them for longer visits.

We’ve had our dogs attend daycare at Butter’s since March, and most recently we had them stay overnight at the facility for almost a week. We are very happy with Butter’s and their care for all the dogs. They sent us daily pictures (which we asked for) and answered all our questions before their first long stay. There is always a staff member on site overnight which we value. They have daily dog limits and staff to dog ratios which is reassuring (and isn’t always the case as we have experienced prior at other daycares.) Whether it be from daycare or boarding, the pups are always happy and tired when we pick them up, and that’s what we love. We trust Butters to watch and care for our dogs and we appreciate all the work that Kim, Bob, and all the staff members do on a daily and nightly basis. Pics with this review are taken by Butters during their first overnight stay this past week.

I just boarded my cat with Butters House for a 9 day stay while I went away. I was so concerned for my cat given his kidney disease and age that I almost cancelled my vacation all together; however Butters house did such an exceptional job at caring for my little man that I could vacation entirely free of worry. They sent pictures of him daily which was incredibly reassuring; and went over all of his needs and preferences before hand as well which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a place that you can truly trust with your animals wellbeing and care. The staff really care and go the extra mile, it’s worth every penny and more. I couldn’t be any happier with my experience. The staff and owners are outstanding.

To show how good Butters House is, my dog Jake just goes thru the door to await his adventure. He used to shake as dogs will do when stressed. No longer shaking and that's a good sign. Thanks Bob and Kim and all the staff.

When our elderly dog suffered a health incident over the summer right before an upcoming trip, we were desperate to find a place we felt comfortable leaving her with. EVERYONE we talked to said the only place that could handle what we needed was Butter's House. I'm happy to say that our old girl has recovered well from her health scare, but she's still almost 16 and takes a lot of meds, supplements, eye drops, etc. and isn't as steady on her feet as she used to be. She can't mix with crazy puppies anymore, etc. Butter's House gets it ALL. They took wonderful care of our old girl and seemed to generally have enjoyed her company in the process. We'll be back!

Butter's House took great care of our German Shepherd, Hank, when we did a therapeutic boarding there. Hank has DM and has a difficult time getting around but they made sure he was comfortable during his whole stay.

Butter's House takes excellent care of my large but very sensitive dog Grace. They are expertly organized and really insure that my dog is safe and well cared for. I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the staff. The facilities are very clean. This is the only place around that I will board her.

We have been taking our dog to daycare at Butter’s house and cannot say enough good things about them. We have also boarded him there and he just loves it there. The staff genuinely care about the wellbeing of the animals there and also find creative ways To involve owner and pet by doing fun things like costume contests, pictures with Santa, doggie ice cream parties!! Simply the best!!

I never need to worry about any special concerns I have with the care of my dog. This is our second visit and Penny always comes home safe and well cared for. 8/22 We stayed again and everything was perfect. Penny was still recovering from ACL surgery on week 12 and they took excellent care of her. She was well cared for. Highly recommend this place for your pet. Return visit this spring 2023. My Penny has a lot of unique issues and Butter House always makes Penny feel special and cared for. I know she is safe and well cared for every visit. We can relax and enjoy our vacation knowing she is treated with such attention to details. Thank you so much Butter House. Another great stay at Butter house 2024. Penny is so well cared for snd loved. They truly care about your pet and love them when you are away.

Butter’s House was incredibly helpful when we recently welcomed our first baby. Our dog Finley was both boarded and attended daycare over two weeks while we got our little family in order. It took a huge weight off our shoulders knowing he had somewhere safe and fun to be. I can’t thank the staff enough for all their help! Highly recommend!

This is by far the best place, not only do they LOVE the dogs, but love the dog parents too! My parents found Woof through Jim who has groomed my parents dogs for years. I got my own little girly and she now not only sees Jim, but LOVES playcare! My 8 pound menace has come out of her shell, is getting trained, and did a better job at boarding while I got married than her mom did! Special shoutout to Jim, Maria, Valdita, & Makayla!! The whole staff is the BEST!!

I wish I read the recent reviews. They need training in customer service. The person I talked to over the phone was condescending and this should not be tolerated by any customers. That is not how you treat customers even if they get upset with certain circumstances especially rescheduling last minute. Instead of apologizing, she felt the need to be righteous and tell me all grooming places do this. This is my dog's third appointment. I told her thats incorrect and she kept talking over me. Definitely she needs to consider training in customer services. I am happy to look elsewhere. There are better grooming place than this. Run away if you want reliability and pleasant services.

They are such wonderful people here. They love the dog's so much and the pups clearly love them. My Reddington is always so happy when he arrives, he loves you all so much.

Laura is AMAZING with my cat Beauty! Always does an amazing job!!! Perfect lion cut every time! Super flexible about taking her just when she needs a nail trim too! Highly recommend!!!

Our boys Oliver and Charlie absolutely LOVE coming here! The staff make them feel right at home which is so important to us as they are rescues! 11/10 recommend

I have been taking my Goldendoodle Jewel here for 5 years now for her grooming, day care, and occasional boarding. I wouldn't take my dog to any other day care. The staff here are outstanding and they do a great job caring for pets. I drive to Woof from Lancaster just so my dog can go to a daycare center that truly takes the best care of pets! Thank you Woof!

If you’re looking for reliable service DONT go here for grooming. I have been taking my dog here for about a year and a half to see groomer Morgan and have struggled to obtain reliable service. Appointments are cancelled either day of or day before always for some other excuse. This year alone (2023) she and the company followed through with 1 scheduled appointment on time. I will reiterate - if you need reliable service, do NOT make an appointment here. In perspective, if I book an appointment once a month and so far this year most of them have been canceled or rescheduled, it makes you question what appointments she will show up for.

Pam is amazing! You can tell she really cares about the dogs she hosts at her house. She is very communicative and made us feel at peace during our time away. Most importantly, our pup had an amazing time.

Went for a visit to board my Shih tzu. Owner very nice, it's a house transitioned over be a kennel. All the dogs I saw were large and well taken care of. I felt my fog is to timid to be among all these big dogs. She was willing to separate him but I think just the barking and excitement for a small dog that lives with 2 retired people would be to overwhelming. I would highly recommend this establishment for a active dog.

It’s a smaller place but my dog loves it, he always gets so excited when he realizes where he is and whines when he has to go home. I appreciate that they separate dogs based on size and energy level so my crazy dog won’t terrorize a little shih tzu.
