I left my dog active and happy and he returned with severe wait loss as well as bad allergies and has commonly been throwing up. I apologize for leaving this review however it is true.

We have used your services on several occasions, I would say between 3 and 4, we have never had any problems and we have complied with all the requirements, and the services provided established by your entity were paid for, such as the mandatory bathing of the dog if she spent more than 1 day in your establishments. The unpleasant situation on May 20th was simply an argument with several people from the staff who answered our phone calls at 8 am on that day May 20th to let them know that we would pick up our dog that day at 1 pm (5 hours in advance and we had been told the day we dropped her off that we should call 3 hours before the pick-up time) and if at any time we were forceful, it is because they wanted to impose on us that the dog would not be bathed, because they already had many dog pick-ups planned for that day, and they did not have any manager at that time available to speak with us when we requested. I remember that I told the employee who answered my first call that if they didn't have enough employees to enforce their own rules (bathroom is mandatory after 1 day in the establishment), and if they had that huge amount of pick-ups that day, they should hire more staff, but at no time was the employee on the phone disrespected or personally offended so that when we called to make a new reservation we were told that we were unwelcome people because one employee ended up crying on May 20, 2024. Excuse me, but I'm not going to DM this situation to try to hide it from the public, we feel very offended by the action taken to cancel our account without having a manager or owner call us after the incident. Very poor professionalism in handling an unpleasant situation for both the customer and the staff.

Today was the second time I have brought my golden retriever here to get groomed. The first time he looked super handsome and I loved it, they even put a tie on him. Today, however, was the opposite. I wanted them to make it look cleaner (he had some curly hair flying around), I told them I wanted his hair to stay long, just a little more organized. Well, that didn’t happen. No long hair on the legs, nor on the chest, only on the tail. And you can see in the picture that it was not done properly. Also, we got there at 9am and they called me to pick him up at 2:30pm, last time it took them 2 hours tops. I am very disappointed because not only they cut too much hair but they did not do it right. UPDATE: I got a call from Pet Paradise, they apologized, explained what happened, and gave me options to make this better, which I appreciate. I will give it one more try in the future just because I understand that things can go wrong sometimes and because they did not hurt my dog at all.

It's a nice clean environment and caring staff but as I watched live I saw very little activity with the dogs. They were just let out and wander about. No playing like ball throwing etc. And I think my dog was in the kennel at least half the time which I didn't understand as there's plenty of space to let small in one section, med in one and large in 3rd section but they do the in stages and each size is let out one at a time so my dog sat in a cold gray kennel most the time. I don't get it but...I do not plan on any future play days. Oh, it's 40 bucks to let ur dog sit in a kennel.

Lack of communication I made plans to board my dog and the took my reservations never told me his vaccine was due I usually get a notification from them nothing at time appointment was made they could have said hey before you come he needs xyz I would have done asap BUT the day of dropping him off that’s when they tell me we can’t take him and I have a flight to catch so needless to say that messed up my day and I even offered to pay EXTRA to keep him separate from other dogs they didn’t even want to work with me so they lost a customer I definitely won’t be back !!!!

Great location to bring your pets. Valentina is very welcoming and attending !! She made reservations a easy and simple process.

I spoke to two employees who verified the was a promo for new guests for Free Night Boarding. After lengthy wait, I was transferred to LINDA. She sounded angry and irritated she had to deal with a potential new human customer. I was considering boarding my two dogs because Pet Paradise offered a free night. Linda angrily interrupted me stating”there is no free nights boarding unless I had paid three hundred ninety five dollars” . For what she didn’t specify. She also stated there was “ a mandatory grooming “ for my two dogs. $75.00 for one dog and $60.00 for a second. What’s up Pet Paradise? Your website indicates there is a free nights boarding for new customers. All dogs that stay at a boarding facility are bathed at no extra charge. Pet Paradise, get LINDA some customer service skills. She is horrid . I am afraid to leave my dogs there.

If your pup is too young to be neutered, don't bring them here. At 7 months old (my GSP) They don't get to play with other dogs which is not a deal breaker, but they only get 15 min outside twice per day. Plus bathroom breaks which the staff told me will total around 1 hour per day outside of their one room. Whereas the mixed dogs go outside and play for 45 min at a time. That's just ridiculous, especially since you pay more for them to stay separately! But you can purchase additional time outside lol! I do understand logistics but you have to do better for my pup for me to leave him here that's such a sad thought that for 23 hours he's just by himself in a room like he did something wrong. GOH! After reading more reviews I am more than relieved I did not leave him here and chose to leave.

We decided to leave our 8-month-old Golden Retriever in Per Paradise because he supposedly has the best care of all! Supposedly it has good reviews and supposedly they have an appropriate place for our puppy that I eat from our family. Supposedly we paid for a super expensive service because we wanted them to take him out to play and relieve themselves on time. He stayed there 2 nights, however, when we arrived to pick up our puppy at about 4 pm but he started to urinate a little and we thought it was emotion, but the surprise was that he urinated for 1 minute or more there at the reception, we know our dog perfectly because he is trained to urinate outside and always warns to urinate, we asked the receptionist and she told us that a few minutes ago they had taken him to urinate but it is not like that! They lied to us, they hadn’t taken him out of his private room for more than 7 hours and our dog waited until he managed to get out of there. They didn’t answer anything, you can tell that they didn’t play with him all day and we paid for this service. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE IN OUR LIVES, THEY ARE LIARS! NOTHING TO TRUST. I don’t recommend them.

Ohana pet services is my go to when I need help watching my dogs. My dogs love them. They are always on time and treat my dogs like their own.

Ohana always takes such good care of my pup. Bambi loves Ohana so much that I think she barely realize it when I’m away! They’re thoughtful, responsible, flexible, and always on time! I also love getting picture and video updates from them as well as messages about how my dog was during the visit- the picture I posted was one Daliana sent me while I was out of town! Really reasonable prices too. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur baby!

Daliana and Elizabeth have been such amazing caretakers with my dogs! I have to travel frequently for my husband’s work and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets! They are always keeping me updated daily and show my dogs true love and affection. I couldn’t be anymore pleased with their services, highly recommend!

Responsible, reliable, and so sweet!

I am absolutely in awe with the care my pet received. I felt confident dropping her off because everyone i spoke to and emailed with seemed knowledgeable and they were consistent and clear about prices, offers, packages, etc. They were very detailed and also personable. During the busy holiday all of the staff were friendly, caring and seemed knowledgeable and interested in my dog. Out of all the animals they have they make it a point to familiarize themselves with your dog and even provide feedback. I will 100% board my dog here again and recommend to everyone I know. The prices are fair, especially for the care you receive. At the end of her boarding she was nice and clean and happy to see me, I felt as confident dropping her off as when I picked her up. My dog was so happy and Holly Acres was an amazing experience for both of us.

My dog stays here whenever I’m out of town and he loves it. He is a ball of energy, but I can always count on him being knocked out the day after I bring him home from a stay. The staff gets to know your dog well and if you message them on Instagram, they’ll try to post pictures of your pup while you’re away. Prices are more than reasonable.

My parents have been taking the family dog here for years. She's an old girl and very skittish. She always comes home happy, healthy, and freshly bathed. The other nice thing to note is that if there ever is an emergency with your pet, there's an animal hospital right next door. We've never needed that, but it's comforting. Will definitely use again.

My pup was “kicked out” because he was too big or hyper. lol They have old grannies working here so understandable they can’t handle strong/big dogs. Pet lodge in Fort Lauderdale/pompano is amazing and caring. It’s a little farther drive but soooo worth it if you have a bigger dog. Also, they didn’t want me to come to the back to check out the boarding cages ……. looks like a dirty place to be honest.

Absolutely fantastic pet resort! Our shepherd mix spent 6 days there. He enjoyed the lazy river, the food, and play time. He felt cared for and loved. The special daily treat is a huge added bonus. The people here really care about the animals that they are entrusted with. So happy to have found such a gem!

Left my pup here for 5 nights and it turned out to be a complete disaster and traumatizing for our dog. Received her with lacerations/wounds that no one ever noticed during her stay. You pay an “inspection fee” come to find out this is only to check for fleas and ticks once their going home. Still waiting to hear back from the owner of this facility……

We left our dog for a weekend stay and the care they gave her was beyond measure. She was so happy when we went to pick her up and would run between us and the employees. They were able to give a detailed description of what she did over the weekend and gave us tips on care when she arrives home since this was our first time leaving her anywhere. They even gave her a bath so she would be clean when we picked her up! Definitely will be using their services again. Update: 3 years later and we still love and trust holly acres with our baby. Beba's allergies have been challenging and they still provide so much love and care to her. We are forever grateful to know we can leave her with a peace of mind.

I called to ask questions about booking a weekend there for my dog. She’s 12 years old & never stayed away from home. The young lady who answered the phone was very patient with me and answered all my questions, addresses all my concerns. You can tell she really cares about your dogs well being. I appreciate that! Highly recommend!! This is the only place I have taken my Aussie since he was a pup. We fell in love with the people not to mention the property with its splash pond. While it’s always sad to leave your pup, it’s reassuring to know they are loved and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team. You all rock! See you soon!

We love all the staff at Paws to Play. They are always available to take care of our sweet Lula. They come take her for walks or even pick her up from boarding and bring her home for us! Highly recommend!

Planned a last minute vacation and needed a pet sitter for our two dogs and cat ASAP. Found Paws to Play on google and couldn't be happier with the service. Cheryl explained the registration process and set up a meet and greet with our potential sitters Kirsten and Isabel. After the meet and greet we were certain that Paws to Play was right for us. The website and portal is so easy to use to fill out registration paperwork, request services, and make payments. While we were away, Kirsten and Isabel took turns caring for our loved ones. They texted when they arrived and when they left. They gave a detailed narrative of the visit, photos, and even provided a google map for the distance of the walks. We did not worry once while we were away and when we returned, our pets were as happy and cared for as ever. Price is very reasonable for the service. We have found our forever pet sitters. If I could give Paws to Play 10 stars-I would! From the first time I spoke with the owner, I knew I had finally found the right people to take care of my fur babies. They took the time to get to know the boys and to learn their daily routine including meds. The girls showed BB and Cruz so much love and attention that I didn’t feel as guilty leaving them. They cared for the pups like they were their own. They even took extra care to make sure they were safe and happy during the week of the fourth regarding all the fireworks. The peace of mind I had knowing they were in such good care was priceless. The best thing was they were happy when we returned. Thank you ladies!! 🐶🐶💕

Cheryle started Paws to Play shortly after we happened to adopt two brother puppies from the same litter. I was BLESSED to have such a stellar situation with Cheryle. Having a new pup was a challenge-with work or travel, we wanted him to have the easiest and most positive experience when we needed some help with care. Cheryle did drop-ins/walks and he ABSOLUTELY LOVES staying with Cheryle when we are out of town (I saw stay, because she treats her charges like family, and to our dog it was not some cold, constantly caged boarding situation, but a nice stay with his bro and aunt. We adopted a puppy mill tortured elder dog who needed a lot of care and understanding - oh, and diapers. Cheryle is a true pro! She gets all the info and handles things as the owner wants/needs, but with real love, patience, kindness, and another important skill required in this type of business - being confident and very prepared, which gives such peace of mind to any owner!

Cheryl was trustworthy, reliable and detailed oriented as our dog's "handler", or "concierge", for our wedding. We wanted our dog to be a part of our portraits and wedding reception introduction, but knew we would need a "handler" to focus attention on our dog as we all enjoyed wedding festivities. Cheryl did more to help us than we could have expected or anticipated. She took her role as his "handler" serious and I appreciated that so much. We gave her many small details to follow including: a doggie-timeline, a tux for our dog, and instructions for arrival and departure as our venue was not pet-friendly. The days leading up to our wedding, she was in constant communication to confirm our last minute wedding details. On our wedding day, she arrived early and had dressed and groomed our our dog perfectly! He looked so adorable! We were so happy to have him there and it could not have happened without Cheryl! She kept him occupied while we took portraits until it was his turn to take photos. She took care of everything pertaining to our dog. We could focus on wedding events, yet still have him be a part of our biggest day. It was so special to have our doggie, and Cheryl, be a part of our wedding! We are so appreciative to Cheryl! She is very best!!!

Paws To Play is a wonderful pet sitting service. I have 3 small kittens and was out of the country for 11 days. Paws To Play made 2 visits per day, I received arrival notifications, plus a report on the kittens with pictures each visit. They were reliable and on time. My kittens were well taken care of and shown much love from the sitters. Paws To Play also goes over and above by bringing in mail and packages and putting out garbage. I highly recommend Paws to Pay.

I can’t begin to thank the entire staff of Paws to Play. After trying a few dog walkers through the Rover app and having horrible experiences I finally found the amazing Paws to Play. They were so detailed with the care of my puppy Greddy and was so helpful every step of the way and super communicative. I used them for walks a couple days a week and I couldn’t imagine raising my puppy if I didn’t have them to help while I am busy at work! I highly recommend :)

Cheryle is fantastic! We have used her to watch our dogs for over 10 years. Cheryle and her team are extremely reliable and they care for our pets as if they were her own. My two miniature schnauzers Vadar and Hans Solo love going to visit Kristopher and Melissa at Royalty Pets. They are treated like part of the family and are happy to stay at their beautiful home. We never have to worry about our fur babies because they are treated with lots of love and attention.

The absolute best place ever !!! This isn’t even a place, you are leaving your dog in a family home with them. Can’t ask for more! I used to take my dog to Pet Paradise but never again. I went away for a week and left my mini golden doodle with this family and I will only be using them forever. They are so understanding about how a pet is like a family member and do everything to make you feel comfortable. I even did a meet & greet with them before I signed up to leave my dog with them. Throughout my trip I got updates from them with photos and they are always so helpful and nice and easy to communicate with. I will be a forever customer here and I will never let my dog stay anywhere else. This is the absolute best place ever to leave your dog if you are going away for a few days. Can not say enough about how amazing this family is. They even reached out after my dogs stay to check in to see how he is doing. That just shows you how much they care. 10/10!

We needed to go out of town for few days and we were looking for a pet hotel for our 2 poms. After visiting a few Pet hotels we found Royalty Pets, a family owned dog boarding and pet sitting service. We contacted them and got a reply right away. We set a meet and greet a few days before the boarding date. Royalty Pets was very caring and responsive towards our concerns and needs and communicated with us frequently to let us know how our dogs were doing. Upon pick up our puppies looked happy and well cared for. Kuma (the brown pom) didn’t want to leave! This was the best pet sitters we have ever had. No other pet hotel could ever compare to the homey feeling, the love and care Royalty Pets provided to our dogs. Thank you so much, Royalty Pets. We will see you again soon!

I used Royalty Pets for my dog, Ash, this month. She was there for a week and I felt SUPER comfortable with her being there. It was my first time leaving her without a family member, but after meeting Kristopher and seeing where she would be staying, I felt 100% comfortable with leaving her with them. They gave fast responses anytime I asked about Ash and also kept me updated without me having to ask. I enjoyed my experience with Royalty Pets and I know Ash did too! I just relocated here and found Royalty Pets online. Based on the reviews, i set up a meet and greet. I was very happy with their clean home. I left our two havanese dogs for a few days and felt very comfortable. Everything was great. In fact, they even gave them baths because they smelled so good! I would definitely use their services again.

My dog is a Beagle/Frenchie mix. She’s anxious plus she charges at ducks, squirrels, people and cars. Scarlett and Sean have been walking her for years now. They have even boarded my dogs when I needed it. Luna loves them and I feel so comfortable leaving her at their care. They do exactly what you ask them. The best!

I can’t say enough great things about Sean as a dog walker! He is incredibly caring, attentive, and patient with my dog, and it’s clear he genuinely loves what he does. Sean takes the time to make sure my pup feels comfortable, safe, and happy on every walk. Sean comes to walk Murphy every day around 4pm. I don't know how, but he knows the time and anxiously waits for him to arrive. Murphy is only a year and a half & needs alot of exercise & Sean delivers that with a nice brisk 20 minute walk. Murphy loves him & has fun with him! Highly recommend.

We just started taking our Bella ( mini golden Doodle ) to Scarlett's pet sitting and she just loves going . She comes home all tuckered out from all the fun she has there. Very caring there :) We also have a new addition Bailey ( mini Berne doodle) which has also been to Daycare and Boarding . House & Hound has provided excellent service in taking care of my 3 dogs. They actively maintain a backup walker in case the primary walker is unavailable, and communication has always been timely, providing me with updates. Am very satisficed with them.

We have brought our energetic lab here for both daycare and boarding since he was only a few months old. He LOVES coming here and playing all day with his friends. They truly care about the animals, have great hours for my job, and are very reasonably priced. We can’t say enough great things about Matt and everyone else at Living the Pet Life!

Our pups love it here! We feel extremely comfortable leaving our babies with Matt, he treats them like part of the family and sends photos of them daily so we’re never concerned and know they are doing well. They get to spend time with other dogs and have fun while we have to travel! They are extremely reliable and great with our pups!

I had to board my nine month old puppy for 4 days because I had to go out of town for work. Matt was very attentive and patient with Tucker. He gave me daily updates and my puppy really enjoyed his stay. Living the pet life does a great job and really cares. Definitely my new go to place for boarding and daycare.

Matthew did a great job watching my dog Arya. He sent picture updates on her letting me know she was alright and has wonderful hours for those of us who need some leniency with our dog sitters. Price is very reasonable too!

When my wife and I were planning to go abroad for a couple of weeks, finding a trustworthy spot to board our dog was a major concern of ours. Luckily, we found Living the Pet Life. Matt took great care of our boy and made sure to send us updates and photos regularly, enabling us to enjoy our vacation without worry. I had this place recommended by a friend. They are a local Puerto Rican family owned business that’s been around for year’s. And they are absolutely amazing. Mat, kept me posted on my little buddy Blacky while I was away. And even sent me photos of Blacky hanging with his new buddy Gio. I highly recommend these good people, if you need to board your dog in a pet resort. While you are on vacation.

I will definitely being using them again for my Yorkie Bella when I travel. It felt like leaving my baby with family. I felt very comfortable and Bella adjusted without any problems. They took care of her like their own. Sent me pictures daily to assure me that she was doing well. She made a few friends there as well ! She will be returning for doggy daycare and boarding in the future. Thank you so much for treating Bella like family ! <3

I recommend Living the Pet Life LLC 100%. They took great care of my Rubi and even sent photos of her throughout the day. I never felt the need to worry. I’m glad I found her a home away from home when I’m away.

I travel a lot for work and wanted to find a dog sitter for my boys where they feel its their second home, as sometimes I am gone for 3-4 weeks. I found Matt's family owned business on Facebook and his reviews were great. Well, they were right! The dogs love the big house with a huge yard and the love and care they get. Matt sends pictures every day and never forgets the dates. So reliable that Ive not met many people as him. Boys always come home happy, healthy and with a big smile! Even dogs cannot speak, we understand their language :) On the top of this.. prices are way below anyone around, and is really really a phenomenal care. Highly recommended!

Matt and Living The Pet Life have been a true blessing to ours and our dog Jameson’s life. He is incredibly reliable and has been completely flexible with my husband and I’s odd work schedules and last minute requests. We currently utilize the daycare services and overnight boarding services, and Jameson loves every second he spends there and often does not want to even leave. it is competitively priced with other similar services we looked into, and Matt provides hands down a more complete and loving experience. My dog América went to Luxe Pawz Care for doggy daycare a couple of times. I can’t express how excited she is when she gets there. I receive lots of pictures while she’s there. She did an Easter egg hunt, had a water day, and learned so much. I love it! Can’t wait to bring America back.

She shows them more love than I have to offer. She’s constantly keeping me updated on how he’s doing and sends me pictures throughout the day! You can tell he’s always having a great time! Laura is absolutely amazing! I’ve left Teddy with her twice now and will continue to each time I travel. She is so attentive, kind and gives constant updates. I always have photos and videos sent to me daily. She genuinely cares about the pets she’s watching and it shows. I am so lucky to have found her. Teddy really enjoys being there and playing with all of the other dogs. She treats them all like they’re her own family. I can’t recommend El Safari enough :) Thank you for taking the best care of my baby.

I was really hesitant about writing a bad review because the owner also runs a rescue Ive recently donated to. I have 2 rescue dogs myself. I set up two dates for dog boarding for 1 dog that we agreed to. First one to make sure my dog would be okay before leaving on vacation. Second one for when I was out of town for vacation. The day before the first boarding the owner txts to cancel both dates. She stated that she will be out of town on those dates. We confirmed less than a week ago!? I definitely wont be donating to rescue or attempting to board again.

Laura and Sean are the best taking care of my dogs. It’s already 4 years leaving them there and the most important thing, the dogs are really happy staying there. I would highly recommend them to leave your best friends

Keeping up with el safari has been a life saver for my dog Bailey and me. I would travel with bailey most of her time while being a puppy. Then it started to get a little expensive for me so I was torn with the issue of leaving her behind with someone I can trust. That would take good care of her, actually play and exercise her and over all keep her safe. My friend recommended KUWES. They meet all expectations and bailey goes crazy with excitement when she realizes She’s staying With Sean & Laura. I couldn’t be more grateful for them.

Laura is wonderful! We entrusted her with our three dogs while we were out of town for a week and felt so comfortable knowing they were in good hands. It was the first time we had ever left our dogs with a pet sitter and we were a little nervous; but Laura sent us daily pictures and/or videos that reassured us they were happy and comfy on their “vacation.” It is clear that Laura loved and cared for our dogs as if they were her own, and we are grateful for her. She is very affordable and we will definitely use her again when needed!

Fetch! Pet Care of Plantation is the best, hands down. When I moved to Plantation, I tried another petsitting company for my cats, and...the care was severely lacking, and even after traveling internationally and coming home...I was underwhelmed. My sister and I went away for 4 days and was the first time using any type of pet sitter. I have a very finicky scardey cat so I was very nervous but this was our best option. First, they are so flexible and got to meet Laurie before hand and could tell right off the bat she was the best fit for us! Although my cat wouldn’t come out to meet her. During our time away, Laurie worked her magic and eventually our cat came out and Laurie gave her lots of love. I was shocked to say the least! She was so sweet to her and took care of her as if her own. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Fetch and Laurie again in a heartbeat. Very easy to schedule and we made a million changes to the times etc. they can pretty much do anything you want!

We have used Fetch multiple times over the past two years to care for our three older cats when we needed to be out of town. The sitters went above and beyond for us and gave us a lot of comfort that our babies were doing okay with regular pictures and updates. I'm a first time Fetch! customer and so happy we came across them at Woofstock this year. I had very short notice for an appointment opening at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN but Fetch!was able to get us a sitter right away. Jaime was INCREDIBLE with our 3 typically skittish fur babies. She was incredibly patient and thorough, providing us detailed updates on each pet and pictures. Our pets are typically skittish to strangers but they took to her, even my senior Chihuahua. When I joined Fetch!, I had a direct conversation with Jill, the owner, who assured me that she personally hires, trains, and supervises all her staff, and that they all undergo background checks. She also told me that they have a backup sitter ready in case of any emergency, which gives me peace of mind. Fetch! is similar to Rover in that they provide a detailed report of each walk, including the duration, distance, map, and any incidents that occurred. I also appreciated the opportunity to meet Emily in the free introductory visit, so that my dog could get to know her. Jill (the owner) was very easy to work with, as she responded to all my inquiries quickly and warmly. Thank you, Emily, Jill, and the entire Fetch! team.
