Another amazing sit by Anna and her lovely family - our cocker spaniel Holly has had the best fortnight with these guys with lots of adventures and endless amounts of love and attention! Highly recommend as 5-star house and pet sitters - thank you Anna - hope to see you again!
Tina was a fantastic house/pet sitter for my cat Trixie - I can’t recommend her enough! She was very communicative and also self sufficient and I felt completely at peace with Trixie in her care. She took it upon herself to water my plants and also trimmed Trixie’s nails, which I always struggle with! She provided perfect company for Trixie, playing with her, brushing her, loving her and giving her daily medicine. She also left my apartment in perfect condition. I would gladly have Tina pet sit again. A 10/10 experience.
Rebecca was amazing! She is a kind and clear communicator, took loving care of our pets, and left the house in perfect tidy shape. My husband commented, "You can't even tell she was here!" :-) Her calm demeanor, intelligence, humor, and common sense experience as a pet owner made her the ideal sitter for our 7 pets of varying species, ages, personalities, and needs. She managed the pet routine like a pro—including diapers and daily meds for our older dog—and cared for all of our pets as if they were her own. If you're looking for total peace of mind, Rebecca is your sitter!
We were lucky to have Andrea back for another sit with our elderly dog and feral cat. She has been wonderful both in the past and on this last sit for a month! We trust her implicitly and are always at ease that our pets will have the most kind and careful attention. She is excellent with videos and communication and very clean and tidy. Again we feel lucky to have found her, and feel she would be a great sitter for any pets!
This was my first time using house sitters and Shanen and Ryan were wonderful. She sent me pictures of Calla and game me updates on Calla’s activities. She would be welcome to pet sit for me anytime!
Anna and Alan were absolutely brilliant. This was my first time using a sitter for our pup and from the start Anna was reassuring and put me at complete ease. They sent regular pictures while we were away and were incredibly easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend Anna and Alan for any pet sitting needs. Robyn
Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.
Andrea was the perfect sitter for our older Italian Greyhound and our shy cat. She followed every request to a “t”, and helped us to feel comfortable and care free for a long zeewoi. The communication of photos and videos were a warm reminder of how well they had been adjusting to our absence. Andrea showed care and consistent compassion for Darcy and Hammy. She seemed to enjoy them and our home as much as us! We returned to an absolutely spotless home, without anything left undone. She thought of everything related to us and our pets, so we could have a seamless late evening return. We highly recommend Andrea for any zeewoi, as she is a jewel. Anyone looking for a “perfect” sitter would be lucky to have Andrea as a trustworthy, considerate and kind person to care for their pets and home.
Milly was a lovely house sitter and I’d highly recommend her. She submitted a really great application and after a FaceTime chat it was an easy decision to choose her for our sit. She is the youngest sitter we’ve chosen but she has a maturity beyond her years and it was clear she had so much experience with animals that we felt confident leaving her in charge of our menagerie. Olive our young Pom has never been left with a sitter before so we were a little worried about how she would be but Milly was so patient, gentle and kind that she quickly won Olive over. So much so, on the morning Milly was leaving ,Olive would only let Milly put her harness on her before going for a walk. All the animals were perfectly cared for while we were away and we returned home to happy pets and a tidy house. Milly’s communication from our first contact and right through the sit was great and she even sent a lovely video of the dogs having fun on their walk. I’d have Milly back to housesit for us again anytime.
Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

My husband and I love to travel, so it is essential that we have consistent and reliable care for our three dogs. We call on House Call VERY regularly to help us, and we've always been pleased with their service. The dogs absolutely LOVE the sitters... sometimes I wonder if they like them more than us (haha!). The House Call team also visits during the work week to get our pups outside to stretch their legs. The sitters are so friendly and responsible that our neighbors are familiar with most of them. We have been customers of House Call Pet Services for several years, and it has been a wonderful working relationship. All of the staff that we've encountered have been qualified and super professional. The scheduling is easy, cost is reasonable, and each visit is very well documented with notes about the visit. When we're away, the sitters send text messages, so we never have to worry. Shawna is wonderful. She is very flexible and has been able to cover almost all of the visits that we've requested. I highly recommend House Call Pet Sitters to anyone seeking top notch care for their pets.
I've been using Housecall Pet Services for many years. I feel so comfortable knowing that they are caring for my cats (I have 3). They send me text messages to give me updates that they've been there and also report in on my pet's behavior. My cats have become accustomed to them and actually come out to visit when they stop by. They are very reliable!
I recently used Housecall Pet Services for a trip to Cancun. I am very pleased with their services. I LOVED getting my text updates and my doggies looked so happy in the pictures they sent me. Everyone was very happy when I arrived home. Shawna did not miss a beat! I will be using them exclusively for future trips!!
Damon has been amazing! We needed fast help for our puppy and our senior dog. He came the very next day and has been a steady support system for us every day since then. I sincerely appreciate his communication about their walks and how the dogs are doing. He is always keeping their needs his top priority.
Shawna and Damon of House Call Pet Services are incredible! The love and care they have given our two dogs is remarkable. Our girls are our babies and leaving them in the hands of someone else has always made us nervous, but with them the nerves are gone. I swear Shawna is a dog whisperer ☺ . They helped us more than they know after our daughter was born and we will be forever thankful. They are trustful, reliable and the care they give to animals is incredible. Thank you Shawna and Damon!
I love this service . Joanna takes great care of my dog. I have been home several times when she came. She walked the dog twice., fed hear, played with her, and gave her treats. Watching her with my Lucy made me feel wonderful about the service. David is also a joy to work with.
We absolutely LOVE this service! Diane is amazing with our kitty, and she always provides updates and pictures while we are out of town. We will always use House Call Pet Services as our pet sitter!
I'm researching pet sitters and dog walkers for an upcoming hospital visit and checked Housecall out. Services sound good but as I'm finding out, such services don't come cheap. But our furbabies are worth it.
We have been using Housecall Pet Services for quite a while now and they have never let us down. The peace of mind that gives us is priceless. We are so fortunate to have a service in our town that offers such professionalism, reliability and caring attention to the well being of our furry family member. Thank you!
Let's just say if you even consider using this company, you should use a nanny cam to discover what they do not do, and how little time they spend taking care of your pet. You'll be lucky if they are there even 5 mins each time, instead of the prepaid 30 mins. Horrible, horrible company. I do not believe any of the positive reviews are real based on what we actually experienced.
Absolutely the best! Sending our quarantine puppy to doggie daycare twice a week has been the best decision I made. Luna has a lot of energy and with all of us working and schooling from home we just couldn't get her enough exercise. At Furever she gets much needed socialization and exercise. Greg is so kind and even sends me pictures of her playing with all of her friends. She gets so excited every time we sing the daycare song, she absolutely loves it! We've also boarded her there twice and it was such a relief knowing she was somewhere she was comfortable with people who genuinely care about her getting plenty of attention and play time. 100% recommend Furever Furry to anyone!
Nissa did such a great job grooming both my doodles!! Cut them super short like I asked, they look so good and all their fur is even! She was also extra gentle with my 14 yr old girl who is sore all over and nervous when getting trimmed. Happy to have found her and have a new favorite groomer:)
Highly recommend FurEver Furry Pet. They treat my girls (mini golden doodles) like their own whether they are there for the day, overnite or for a grooming. I'll skip my vacation and stay home if I can't leave them with Greg, Nissa and Katie. They're absolutely the best.
By far the best dog sitter that I've ever had watch my dog. The amount of care and love that Greg has for the dogs he's watching is phenomenal. I would recommend Greg to anyone and everyone who are looking to ensure their dog gets the best care.
Greg and his family are really awesome! They treat your pets as they would their own! Its amazing! Check it out! Support small local businesses!
Greg is great, my dog loves his place, feel safe leaving my family member in his care when my family is out of town!
The gentlest groomer in Parker! Our dog doesn’t want to go anywhere else!
Such lovely people, great service, great pricing.
I own a male Akita which is a challenging breed. We recently neutered him which made his anxiety worse and socializing him was more difficult. The workers at come sit stay were all understanding. Especially Chloe. She took charge on our first trial day and thereafter. She was informative in sending updates, photos and videos to ease us while we worried about him. She was extremely professional with him and so loving. She understood his character and needs. After 3 separate trial days we felt comfortable leaving him for 5 days. VIP worked best and I recommend it for more anxious pups. We’re glad to have found Come Sit Stay !!
I’ve been bringing my pup to Coke Sit Stay for over 5 years and can honestly say they are the best. I travel for work so he’s there a lot and have become a second family to us. The facility is clean, their communication is excellent and the service from all the staff members is top notch. Special shout out to Allison who’s always there to greet us during drop off and ensures my pup is well taken care of.
First time boarding my 2 dogs on 12/14/24. Wonderful experience, curbside check in was convenient. Karen really eased my mind about boarding my dogs, when I pick them up, they did not want to leave.
Our dog Scout lives Abby and everyone that at Come Sit Stay. The best place around for day play and overnight Pet Resort.
I felt compelled to write this review as a wakeup call for the management of this place to perhaps up their professionalism. I recently had my pups stay there for a week. I have a Portuguese Water Dog and a 4 pound Chihuahua. Upon reaching my destination in South America I was informed by my daughter that she received a call from this place that they had lost my Chihuahua. I had to call several phone numbers in order to reach a person to get an understanding of what was going on. I was informed that my dog had snuck out of the dog run crawling below the fence. I further was told that the paper collar they replace the real collar had be torn off in the escape. Long story short, they put me through 4 hours of hell hopelessly waiting for some kind of word. I left my cell number again with them and was assured by the "manager" that he would personally call me with updates. I received one update and to this date, I am still waiting for the call to inform me of what happened. My daughter (emergency contact), called and was informed they had found him 2 neighborhoods away and was safe and sound. I had a family member pick them up on the last day of their stay and they came home with what we are not supposed to call Kennel Cough. I understand that this is common when boarding dogs. My problem is that simple communication would have been appropriate. Again, no communication. Currently we are in at $400 and counting for the vet visit and medication. The last insult to injury was the only call we received after their visit was to tell us the staff had forgotten to return our medication we sent with our pups. They told us they would place it in the lost and found box for us to pick up. I thank God they were able to find my dog and hope this was a perfect storm of errors or just a real bad day. Either way for a kennel to lose a dog I imagine is not good for business.
The staff here is absolutely amazing and great with all the pets. I have done the boarding and daycare. My pup is obsessed with the day care and darts out of my car to go play. The only place I am comfortable leaving my pets. Thank you to the staff for everything.
I love this pet Resort ! Alexis is very sweet. Every time I travel I dropp my 2 dogs here. Very nice staff. Expensive but worthy . I love dogs .Tucker and Rintintina made a lot of friends . I drive 40 minutes because I’m in Thornton but in my area are not good places like this one in Parker. My dogs are my family .
Come Sit Stay has been taking care of our Golden Retriever for 9 years now. He always comes home happy and healthy and we can tell he has had plenty of attention and lots of hugs!
The team here does such a fabulous job. When different teams members come to your car and know your dogs names it’s very heart warming. They come home happy and tired. Thank you for all you do. Beau, Boogie, Julie and Mike Jackson
Only place I would let my fur baby, Sophie play! The staff is so caring and kind. Allison and the rest of the crew, truly love my little girl.
We love bringing our pup, June , here. The staff are absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable, we love how tuckered out she is when we bring her home after a fun day with her favorite people and friends. Thank you for such amazing staff, and the opportunity to watch our girl thrive in your care.
I took my blind and deaf cocker spaniel here for daycare. The staff immediately came up to greet us and were enthusiastic to have my pup over for daycare. I overheard the staff shouting "HE'S A PUPPY!!" and I immediately knew he was in good hands. We will definitely be returning and I recommend you take your pups here for daycare and well.
Currently my family and I are out in North Carolina. My dogs have stayed here since the 24th. At first, my dogs were given a lot of attention and allowed to play throughout the day. But yesterday (the 26th) and today, they have barely been let out. We have watched the cameras constantly just to see our two dogs locked in a room barking. We even reached out and were told that "they should've been let out and we're sending someone to let them out and play". It's been around 30 minutes and they're still stuck. We are paying the highest rate to make sure our dogs get the care and attention they deserve, yet this doesn't seem like gold treatment. We also paid for the luxury suite but there's 1 bed for our dogs, and no patio to go outside. The wording does say large luxury suite or patio suite, but it's still disappointing to see no way for them to go out. Our dogs should have all day play, because we paid for such. I rated 2 stars because my animals were having fun, but now they are stuck in a small room. We never vacation because we have pets, and are considering coming home early because of this inconvenience. It took two calls to get them in a play room with other dogs. I understand being short staffed, but that shouldn't change the benefits we are paying for. It's hard enough leaving our rescue animals at a boarding place, so seeing them in a small room with nothing to do is awful. I appreciate the staff's kindness on the phone, but this isn't what we paid for.
The people that work here genuinely care about the dogs and do everything they can to make sure they get the best care. Also Iesha and Lindsay are the best bosses. This is the best place you could take your dogs
Our dog Daisy doesn't get along with female dogs. The staff did a great job playing with her one on one, giving her medicine, and taking excellent care of her. On top of everything, they gave us a military discount. All around great facility and staff.
Previous managers and staff are great and are very accomodating when I first initially started to use this place in 2020. Be careful and make sure you ask what they are charging you. I came to drop off my dog last week for a daycare and I asked the day before if I could use two of my half days so my dog can stay half day and have her get a wash in the afternoon. Normally when you schedule for a wash, u don’t get charge for a day care they just keep your dog until they are done. Well they charged me for a full daycare and did not even let me use my two half days (package) that I already paid. Previous manager are okay with that considering they are actually getting more from me as the half days cost more. Definitely disappointed with management and the staff who was not helpful at all when I talked to her on the phone.
I can no longer take my dog here. We had positive experiences in the previous years she stayed. This last time was a nightmare. No medications were given (staff literally said oh we didn't print med sheets...), missing items (that I had to realize were missing) as they tried to hurry me out. I tried reaching out by email and phone several times and no response. I mean I don't even think she was fed her food (extra cans i left at drop off were missing) and she had an upset stomach for the last 2 weeks. Horrible care. I can't wait for the canned response from the manager to this post....
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this groomer. Last weekend, I dropped off my Yorkie for a simple bath and haircut, but midway through the appointment, I received a call saying they had ‘grazed’ her but reassured me she didn’t even feel it. When we picked her up, we were horrified to find a huge chunk taken out of her skin — there is absolutely no way she didn’t feel that. They completely downplayed the situation, which is unacceptable. We will not be returning and cannot recommend them. On a positive note, I highly recommend Scenthound Parker, where we just took our other pup — the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish.
Do not leave your dogs here. Two separate times I have had to take my dogs to the vet because they were injured at this facility. I made that mistake twice, don’t make it once. Upon picking up my dogs on July 29 at 1030, I paid for their stay, but immediately afterwards, the young lady who brought my dogs to me informed me that she noticed fluid coming from my dog’s ear. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that it was not only fluid but also a large amount of dried blood, indicating a severe infection. This was viewed by two separate employees who quickly tried to use saline to wash off the dried blood and state they did not see him get into any altercation. Based on how much blood was present, it appears that this condition had been present for several days and was not addressed while my dog was in City Bark’s care. This is the second time that my dogs have returned from City Bark with injuries. The first time was in November 2023 where my dog was attacked by another dog and received several stitches in his face. Given this repeated issue, I am deeply concerned about the quality of care provided. I said because this is a second time my dog has been hurt, I am not going to let my dogs stay here anymore and asked for a refund. The employee said the manager, was not present and she could not issue a refund without her. The employee said she would call me Monday. I called and emailed multiple times throughout the weekend but was not contacted. I reached out to City Bark again on Monday July 1st, and the manager finally answered. She said before she could issue the refund, she just needs a vet note for him first. I got the Vet note to her, but she then called and said she could not issue the refund because it was an ear infection. The refund is not because of an ear infection, it is because they neglected to care for my dog while he was there, indicated by the fact that they did not even know about the copious amount of blood surrounding his ear until I picked him up.
Don’t bring your pets here these people do not care about your pet. They will tell you everything you wanna hear but as soon as you leave they lock them into a kennel or they let them roam the yard unattended where many dog fights happen and for cat boarding they will make the room look all nice and welcoming but then completely forget about your cat for the duration of their stay. If you care about your pets life or well being do not bring them here there have been reports of casualties here and horrible service
Lynn is exceptional! She dedicated time to understand my dog's requirements prior to our trip and offered outstanding updates during my dog's stay. It is evident that she genuinely cares for the animals entrusted to her. I felt entirely reassured knowing my dog was in her skilled care. Each video update I received showed my dog appearing comfortable and content. If you have any concerns about leaving your dog with someone or a service while you are away, Lynn is the ideal choice. I highly recommend her services!
I am writing this review while I'm out of town and it is my baby's first stay with Lynns Loving Pet Care. First of all, Lynn and her closest ones have been taking great care of my baby Biscuit. She sends video/text updates very frequently and makes sure that I am enjoying my vacation while she is taking care of my baby. Biscuit is a tiny 5lbs dog with very sensitive stomach. Any little thing can affect his stomach like mommy being away, new home environment and other many things. I brought up my concern when I dropped Biscuit off and as I expected, he started vomiting blood in couple days of myself being away. Lynn handled the situation VERY professionally. She gave me a call right away, noted me with the incident, asked me about medication dosage for treatment and kept him on a bland diet until he felt better. Biscuit was able to recover without any issues in a day. I now trust Lynn with my baby 200%. She will be my go-to boarding for Biscuit if I need to travel out of town. She will love your baby as much as you do and take care of your baby with all her heart. Thank you Lynn, Scott and Jimmy. See you soon when I'm back ❤️
We have brought our dog Gingersnap to Lynn’s Loving Pet Care several times. It is such a relief to know our pet is very well cared for while we are away. Lynn has been in this business for a very long time. The attention to my dog’s needs and personality is unique and comforting. She deeply cares for each and every animal. She gives us such piece of mind! I strongly recommend Lynn’s Loving Pet Care for boarding your precious fur babies.
Lynn did an excellent job of taking care of my little Sophie. She Sent us daily updates so we could see How she was doing. I would highly recommend Lynn as she truly cares about the animals.
Lynn and Scott have been taking care of my dogs for ten years now. I can always depend on them and my dogs just love going over there. They get so excited when they know we are going there. Lynn is very responsive to my needs and any questions that I may have. They seem to genuinely love our dogs and they take excellent care of them!!!
Lynn is fantastic! She took the time to get to know my dog's needs before our trip and provided excellent updates throughout our dog's stay. You can tell she truly cares about the animals in her care. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in her capable hands. My dog seemed comfortable and happy from every video update I received. If you are nervous about leaving your dog with any person or service while you are out of town, Lynn is your best bet. Highly recommend!
We boarded our 11 year old dog Bear with Lynn’s Loving Pet Care. He could not have had better care. He has many health issues and was taken care of so well. Lynn kept us updated about him and sent videos and pictures of him enjoying himself. There are no cages involved and he enjoyed lying on the couches and bed. Lynn deserves more than a 5 star rating. We will be happy to board Bear with Lynn again.
Lynn’s Loving Pet Care is the absolute best. I originally stumbled across her website when my planned pet sitter had to cancel at the last minute. Trusting your fur babies to strangers can be incredibly stressful. But Lynn immediately relieved that stress. You quickly realize that your babies become her babies. I won’t leave our fur baby anywhere else. It is truly her home away from home.
Highly recommend Lynn for your boarding needs. She watched our 8 year old lab mix this weekend while we were away and did an exceptional job. She shared pictures/videos and updates throughout the day. She does not kennel the dogs in her home which was one of our top priorities when choosing a place to board our boy. We felt so comfortable leaving our dog in her care. We will definitely be coming back!
We took our golden doodle to stay at Lynn’s loving pet care for the first time and we had a wonderful experience. We are always skeptical to leave her anywhere because she hates being away from her home and family. Lynn does such an amazing job with the dogs. She is licensed and has been doing this for 22 years, she treats your dog just like one of her own. Our dog is a very picky eater and she actually gained weight there. Lynn checks all the ingredients to assure they are safe for your pet. I loved that somebody was always there to tend to the dogs Lynn, her husband and brother in law. The dogs get so much attention and love and Lynn sent me a video everyday to show me how she was doing. We couldn’t be happier and have finally found her home away from home. I highly recommend Lynn’s loving pet care, excellent.
Kelli and her team are AMAZING! Recently went out of town and needed someone to check in our two kitties. They were so professional and helpful. They administered meds and made sure our cats were well loved in our absence. We will definitely be using them for ongoing pet sitting needs!
Kellie and Gwen have taken such great care of our dog over the years. Love that they send an email confirmation with notes and sometimes pictures after each visit. Our dog always seems well loved and happy!
I have been helped by Kellie and PAWS Pet Sitting for a couple years now when I am out of town and she is simply fantastic. She is responsive, professional, amazing with my kitten, and truly is everything I could possibly ask for when it comes to caring for my kitten in the comfort of her home. THANK YOU!!!
Kelli has been such a blessing for us and our 2 rescue dogs! We not only utilize her for when we do vacations, but she also handles afternoon visits (aka walks) when my husband is traveling. We have Ralphie who hates dog daycare because he has arthritis and would rather chill at home. Our Burkely is not a friendly guy, but she knows exactly how to handle him. He is able to enjoy his walks and attention as we would do for him. Having her come to our home eliminates stress from their lives AND ours as we know they are in excellent hands! She gives them both all of the love and attention we could ever ask for while we are away! We could not have asked for anyone more perfect. ❤️
I love PAWS pet sitting and so do my cats! They take great care of my cats but also my plants. They go above and beyond and also check my mail and set the trash/recycling bins out when needed. They are super nice and caring! I highly recommend their services!!
Highly recommend. Kellie is great. She took awesome care of our two dogs and we plan on using her services over and over. Thank you.
Paws pet sitting kellie i can't thank you enough for looking after my doggies I highly recommend this company
Didn’t show up for our scheduled meeting even though I had confirmed with them the day before. No call or no email.
We have been leaving our tortoise here several times when going on trips, and always feel confident he will be well taken care of. They are knowledgeable about pets and seem to genuinely love animals. Won't leave our tort with anyone else.
Extremely reliable specialty pet boarding. Have been using for several years for my guinea pig. Absolutely no issues. The owner is very nice. Reservation is made by leaving a voice message. The owner gets back to you within a day or so.
This place is the best for your exotic pets! From geckos, to rabbits, from snakes to birds, they can do it all. We had Jenn watch our 6 rats while we were out of town for 5 days, the kids loved their updates and the girls (rats) were happy! They will be staying again in the future for even longer, and I am less nervous knowing Jenn will be there taking care of them.
I had a Great experience with Creature Comforts Pet Hotel. I had a nasty combination of work trips that aligned in quick succession right before a planned vacation that resulted in me needing a place to board my 20+ year old leopard gecko for just over 2.5 months. They graciously offered an "extended-stay" discount and ensured that my old leopard gecko was well accommodated during his extended time away from home. They helped him with stuck sheds (he has had some trouble shedding as he has gotten older out here in the dryness of Colorado), and i got him back looking as healthy as ever. I'll definitely make the drive back up from the Springs and be a repeat customer if I ever need to again. Creature Comforts Pet Hotel was great, especially since I was worried about finding somebody who had experience with leos since mine is pretty old and I'd be devastated if something happened to him while I was gone.
The owner, Jennifer, clearly loves the pets she's taking care of. Our tiny dwarf hamster Miso has stayed here twice in the past six months, and Creature Comforts is the only place we will board him. Family and friends are well meaning to pet sit, but sometimes can't properly take care of exotics. Creature Comforts is a clean, well run space, and Jennifer provides the extra attention our little guy needs sometimes. She is very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend!
Jennifer was nothing short of sweet, kind, and hospitable, which makes this review challenging to write. We had a few back to back trips and were desperate to find a exotic pet boarding house for our little friend. We were thrilled when we first found Creature Comforts as it was affordable and the only place in Denver area offering this service. We brought our bearded dragon to stay with Jennifer two times. Both times, he came back with large brown spots on his underbelly, leg and eye. We've never had any other exposure to another reptile nor have been anything short of keeping our husbandry top notch. When shown the photo's of the spots, Jennifer who said she has years as a vet practitioner claimed she could not figure out how that happened... Our vet spotted it immediately, did a biopsy, and it came back positive as yellow fungus. We're at a point where euthanizing our little friend is time. His fight with the disease that we feel strongly was contracted at Creature Comforts Pet Hotel is coming to an end. The reptile enclosures use repti-carpet (well known pathogen harborer) and between the birds, rodents, and other exotics in a very small space, the husbandry has major room for cross contamination. Obviously hindsight is 20/20, but after sharing our experience with our vet, the conditions, and his medical history we highly suspect this is where our little guy contracted the fungus from. Please bring your pets here at your own risk.
The staff here is extremely friendly and they set my ferret baby up with a huge cage to himself. He got lots of playtime and they even gave him his daily medicine. This place is super inexpensive for boarding and Jennifer is a sweetheart. Highly recommend.
Brought my two rats here to stay for the week and I'm very glad I did. The owners clearly care about the well-being of the animals and really went above and beyond to make sure my two boys were happy, healthy, and entertained during their week long stay. Unbeatable prices, a clean and roomy cage for my two boys to stay in and an overall great experience!
Jennifer was great to work with, and really goes out of her way to make sure your pet is cared for. We boarded our conure there, and we were very happy with the services offered. Jennifer provides a "species specific chop" for all birds, and even offers out-of-cage time in a quiet bird room for your feathered friend. You can tell she has lots of experience! She asked us questions about our bird to make sure she gave her the correct attention, treats, toys...etc. The place is clean and well-kept, and all animals look healthy and happy. We will definitely continue to take our bird to Creature Comforts!
It is so hard to find boarding for our pet rabbit, and Jennifer's facility was such a wonderful spot for him while we were out of town! She makes a real effort to learn about the details of our bunny and his preferences, and she provided him a fresh salad of greens and some play time out of his cage each day while he was there. We will be back the next time we leave town!
Aspen pet sitting is amazing 😍🤩 our Rottweiler loves going and comes home happy, tired, and ready to go back for more. We have used Aspen pet sitting on numerous occasions for short trips to long ones and we only trust our dog with them. …
I’ve brought my dog here 3 times so far and I’ve noticed she’s getting more and more confidence which has helped with walks and visits to dog parks. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the facility is very clean. I like that I can check the cameras, and there’s always someone watching the pups. The social media pages also provide fun updates and opportunities for dog treats. I also like the interview process to make sure it’s a good fit, and the vaccination/health requirements to make sure all the dogs are safe.
Camp Bow Wow is great! My dog loves going there and is so excited when we walk in the door. I like that everyone knows her by name and knows who I am when I come to pick her up. I really look forward to the fun photo shoots they offer, too. Great pictures!
My dog gets so excited to go to camp! It's the only place I trust to board her and makes me feel so much better that I know she loves it. The staff is so attentive and caring (they greet her by her name every time we go in)! Could not recommend the Parker location more!
Roscoe loves coming to Camp Bow Wow! The staff is awesome and treats him like their own. His energy level and behavior at home is so much better when he comes to Camp Bow Wow regularly. He just runs and plays all day! Best place ever!
They do a great job! They have different activities for your pets through the month. Marigold likes the pool parties. They listen to your concerns about your dog. The front desk staff with a heads up to Al are always respectful, friendly and professional. They care about our dogs. My biggest praise is Marigold loves going there to play. I don’t have to drag her in.
My pups love playing at Camp Bow Wow! The staff is always friendly and know us by name.
We love bringing our girl, Berry, to day camp. The staff is always so friendly and they definitely “know” each dog. They always go the extra mile, even to wish her a happy birthday!
My baby is always soooo excited to go to camp. He comes home exhausted and that’s how I know he has had a good day. Al and staff at Camp Bow Wow Parker are absolutely amazing!!! Safety is their top priority! They continue to ensure our babies are taken care of and having fun and taking breaks when needed. We all love Camp Bow Wow Parker, Al, and amazing staff!!!
I watched the video feed during the interview process, and my dog Everest has an absolute blast. I was also not aware that they were offering a half day care that day included in the free interview, so it was nice to be able to leave my dog and see how well she did. I went home, pulled up the feed and left it up on one of my monitors while I relaxed. Watching my dog ever so happy in awhile, loved and cared for. Loved it!
My dog needs a little extra help. She’s got some people anxiety from the trauma of her past life. It takes time for her to come out of her shell. All of the staff have been amazing with her. I was worried my dog had to be perfect to be a part of camp bow wow. That’s not the case! They are willing to give her what she needs to succeed there. They’re so patient, understanding, and show that they really care! All of the staff are outstanding. We love the idea of camp bow wow too. Use camp bow wow for boarding so that your dog doesn’t sit in a cage all day! It’s literally camp for dogs.
I bring my dog Dakota here when I have to travel and I won’t go anywhere else. I have tried other locations around Denver but have found the staff / caring for the dogs at this one is so much better! So I drove 30 minutes to bring her here anytime I go out of town. She loves the staff and any issue they are quick to call me and let me know. There was one instance when she was a puppy and first started going where she wasn’t eating. They figured out it was the bowl and fed her from a paper plate to make sure she didn’t go without food. Its little things like that, that make the difference and make me feel less anxious about leaving my dog.
The workers are very good at remembering us which makes our experience feel very personal. They were quick to check up on our Opal girl when she got sick. They send lots of pictures when our pup is participating in activities. Would & have recommended to all my dog owning friends! Thanks for all your hard work and care with our pup!
With several convenient locations around Denver and the flexible care they offer on weekends, this company has been a game changer for our puppy who needed socialization with other dogs her own age, size and temperament. The workers are friendly and engaging, while the facility itself is clean and freshly updated with warm, welcoming wood tones that makes one feel as though they’ve escaped to a cabin in the Rocky Mountains. But what really sets Camp Bow Wow apart from other daycare facilities in my opinion is the option for live stream through their app, which allows you to check on your fur baby throughout the day, making separation anxiety a thing of the past. I also appreciate the fact that one’s dog can easily be transferred to a different facility in their chain of businesses, after completing an initial interview process where they evaluate the animal to ensure all is as it should be before moving forward. I even noticed my mini golden doodle puppy snuggling up to one of the handler’s at one point during the afternoon, which is shocking since she usually refers play over petting of any sort. My girl came home at the end of her first day tired and happy, a perfect combination! I pawsitively recommend!!
I love camp bow wow in Centennial. The staff is super friendly, the hours are great and the vetting system is perfect! We have never had an issue with another dog. My dog loves it there.
Our dogs have always loved going to Camp Bow Wow. We've been using their services for nearly 13 years since first using the Parker location. Now, we mostly utilize this wonderful Centennial location based on convenience to our home. Our furry girls are always in good hands at these two locations! We love the staff and marvel at how well the employees know and love our dogs. It's also amazing to consistently interact with many of the same employees for over a decade.
Boarded our 2 huskies for 11 days and we are very particular about boarding because we've had some bad experiences in the past. This facility was great in every way. They were very easy to communicate with and we had a change in plans that was easily accommodated, you could tell that the staff and those running the facility really cared about our dogs and their business, and that meant a lot to us. The cameras were great to be able to check in and see how our dogs were doing. Overall, it was a great experience start to finish. We picked up our dogs and they were healthy, energetic and seemed to have a great time there. We've boarded our dogs in the past with other facilities and they acted as if they had just been put through doggie torture, so we were so happy to see them well taken care of.
Our little pup, Strudel, always has a blast going to Camp Bow Wow. The staff members are always so nice and accommodating. We trust bringing our little fur child to Camp Bow Wow. 10/10 highly recommend.
The staff is very professional, helpful, prompt and communicative! The facility is clean, my pups come back happy (and tired!!), and I love the creative themes the office provides!
Me and my dog Casper had such a lovely time with Camp Bow Wow! It was his first time going to doggy day care and they were so great in explaining the rules to me and making sure he was well integrated. Can't wait to come back!
It’s been… fine. They keep the dogs inside for most of the day has been our experience (even with good weather). And inside is just one large play pen with one ramp in the center. Not much room for them to run around. Our dog comes home happy, but never seems that tired even after a full day (due to lack of space to actually run around).
Took my 2 small dogs to City Bark for the first time, and was met by a group of very friendly and obvious animal lovers! Not being able to get them groomed for awhile... they were kind of a mess with matting. My girl Crystal took great care of them! They looked and smelled great when i picked them up! Pricing is also very affordable, which is critical to me with TWO dogs to groom! They also offer doggie daycare and boarding, which i havent used, but the facility for that looks clean and the dogs looked happy. I'll definitely be back! Thanks again Crystal!
This was the first time I used the Centennial location and my reservation didn’t go through however, they were very helpful in getting me set up! Thanks for working with Frankie and I on her stay, I know she had fun…she was exhausted when we headed home! Lol
Both our fur babies absolutely love coming to City Bark Centennial! Our last experience was their best stay yet totaling 14 days when we left them in City Bark’s care when I went to have a baby. They’ve never stayed in daycare so long and I was nervous how they would handle the separation anxiety but City Bark kept us informed on how they were doing sending pictures and texts and it really put us at ease. I wouldn’t trust my dogs in the care of anyone else besides the great care takers at City Bark! The manager also is so kind and is always so helpful and patient. Thanks for a great stay city bark!! We will see you again soon! <3
Took us in for first time on pretty short notice as our normal daycare was full. They were kind, sent great updates and photos throughout the day, have a great app where we could spy on our dog, and did way more outdoor time than our usual place. Our dog seemed way happier and more worn out than usual - both a plus ! Already bought the month unlimited special and plan on making this our go to spot !
I do have concerns about leaving my dogs here. Several times upon picking them up from being boarded for a long weekend, they exhibited behavior leading me to believe they had been without water and without a potty break for hours on end. In addition, their employees lack basic knowledge. For example, when my dog was brought out to me, his choke chain was on incorrectly, causing him to get loose in the lobby which could have been very concerning had there been any other dogs in the area, or had I been outside. I do believe that knowledge of basic collar options should be a requirement for employees of a business like this. Upon dropping them off for their last stay, I had to drag my husky out of the car when he realized where we were, which to me is an indication of his apprehension based on negative treatment in the past. My dogs are not high maintenance and I do not have an unbelievably high standard for their care, just the basics (food, water, potty). They also fail to give updates or “report cards” as they advertise in their boarding packages. Unfortunately, these people are not professional dog handlers. They are merely minimum wage employees (that hopefully at least have an interest in caring for animals) so you cannot expect a lot. As a dog parent, unfortunately places like this are a necessary evil when going out of town. I can’t say that any other boarding facility in the area is any better and I will most likely continue to use City Bark out of pure necessity. However, if your dog has any behavioral issues or special needs, I would steer away from this place as I am not confident they would be able to accommodate anything more complex.
The staff I’ve seen really care for all animals there. Brody (my dog) is so excited when he realizes that he’s going there and is exhausted when he goes home. The cost I feel is very fare and I’ve recommended this facility to other people. I’ve also boarded Brody there knowing he’s safe and comfortable. ✔️
Our first visit to City Bark was great. My very nervous Maltese did so well with the groomer Crystal and she did a great job on him and called me as soon as he was ready. We will be going back for future grooming.
I started using City Bark Centennial for boarding in June of 2023, and have since used them to board my dog on 8 different occasions. The team has been extremely friendly each time, has taken great care of my dog, and worked with me when I've had flight cancellations that carry into the day after my scheduled pickup. I'd usually go with the Classic Suite for each night, and then the bronze play package for each day excluding pickup/dropoff days. Upon booking my dog for this past weekend, I was told that they changed their policy and now require playtime packages on all days (including pickup and dropoff days). While I would definitely still recommend City Bark Centennial to others, I can no longer justify using them myself when I can now hire a house sitter on Rover that will play with my dog several times per day in the comfort of our home for the same price.
They acclimated my JR Terrier with other smaller dogs and turned out great….no more anxiety!!
I think having the option of leaving your pet in a hotel for pets is great. When I asked about our dog, I got quick response, and that was so nice and I felt relieved. I know our dog was anxious because we were not around, she destroyed her bed and she never had bitten it at home. That is normal when dogs are anxious. I think it is a better to have spayed dog so they can be able to play with the other dogs in the hotel, ours is not yet. But, they did great job, is my overall opinion.
