I can honestly say that our fur babueschad the time of thrte life with Ronnie and all the other dogs and pups!! I was in hospital for over 2 weeks and Ronnie kindly fitted them in . She came to our house red them, let out into our garden firca play, then walked them to her house to make nea friends, which they did! The reassurance that they were happy and cared for was such a relief. Ronnie has a heart of gold and loves what she does. I will definitely leave my babies with Pets be Happy anytime

Five stars isn't enough. Ronnie was amazing. Not only did she do a wonderful job taking care of our two cats - Zora and Hugo, but she kept us updated every single day with lots of pictures, videos and detailed updates. It made our trip SO much more relaxing to know that our cats were happy. Zora is usually very anxious and shy around strangers, but she LOVED Ronnie and so did we!

After my son moved out I realised I needed to find someone to home board my dog Mellie. I explained to Ronnie how anxious I was leaving my fur baby in home boarding as it was the first time. Ronnie arranged several meeting with me & Mellie in the local park, then at her home, she really went over and above to accommodate me and my timid dog. I got daily photo/video updates (optional) which allowed me to really relax and enjoy my break. I definitely recommend Ronnie and will definitely use her again.

Our miniature Yorkshire terrier stayed with Ronnie whilst we were on holiday. We got regular updates and pictures of our dog "posing" in the garden and relaxing around the home. The garden is fully enclosed and safe. We relaxed on holiday knowing are dog was being well cared for and loved. I fully recommend Pets be happy

Ronnie took great care of our cat while we were away. We received news (pictures, video...) on a regular basis which was very comforting. Very good service, fairly priced and reliable. Highly recommended.

Ronnie looked after my jack Russell and Lakeland terrier cross two brothers called Ronnie&Reggie while I was playing in a golf tournament they can be abit of a handful to say the least first time they had been to her what a lovely lady puts you at ease straight away that she will take care of the two Herbert’s to be honest I felt more worried for her lol but she had them under control in no time sent me photos and updates of them all out enjoying the walk together in fact I think didn’t really want to come home they enjoyed themselves that much fed them dinner when home both flat out on the sofa very content terriers I cannot recommend Ronnie enough even gave both of them a kiss goodbye patience of a saint!!! if you need someone to look after your dogs and in safe hands look no further will definitely use again if my numbers not barred lol thanks again Ronnie rgds Jimmy

After moving to the area, I was looking for a dog sitter for my dog who has epilepsy. I want to be comfortable with who I leave him with, especially as he is epileptic. I found The Wanderers online and after Lorna reassured me she had experience with epileptic dogs, I booked him in for a couple nights. He was very well looked after, I got sent photos/videos, updates and he really enjoyed himself! He has stayed a few times now and I have more bookings coming up, Lorna & Stan are always really accommodating as I’m always needing last minute stays! My dog now runs to the gate when we drop him off as he loves to stay there! Wouldn’t have him stay anywhere else! See use soon, from Bentley :)

I have used Lorna for a few months now when we need overnight care for our French bulldog. Our dog absolutely loves her stays there and always comes back pooped!! Lorna is very kind natured to the dogs she looks after, and I know ours is treated like another member of her family. Really glad we found her ❤️

Just collected my dog from Lorna and she was very happy, clean and it was clear she had a built a great relationship with Lorna. My separation worries were eased with lots of regular photos of my dog out on country walks and having cuddles at home. Lorna and Stan have been very welcoming to our boy Harvey, he has stayed a few times now to get settled in for a bigger stay we have planned. He is always greeted with open arms and big hugs and his tail is wagging happy to see them both. It is great we get to see pictures of his stay as well for peace of mind, and it is a home from home experience which we love.

We use Lorna & Stan for the dog boarding service and we never have to worry about our dog when we're away. We love Lorna & Stan! They are so friendly and super flexible. We often forget we need a dog boarder till the last minute and contact them last minute but they are so accommodating! Would highly recommend xx

I was really worried about leaving my puppy and saw the wonderful reviews for Wanderers on Facebook so thought I”d try it. It was definitely the right decision. Lorna is amazing and my puppy loves going there, she’s always so excited when she arrives and can’t wait to go in. She also happily stays overnight. I can’t recommend Lorna and Wanderers enough.

We’d been looking for a local daycare in the Dartford area for our two-year-old rescue golden doodle Bailey for bi-weekly and ad-hoc daytime care and potential overnight boarding. We were very nervous about leaving him overnight for the first time as he’s an anxious boy who really struggles being left on his own and when he’s not with us. We saw The Wanderers Pet Service on a Facebook group. The fact Lorna had so much training and background working with, caring for and studying dogs as well as her first aid training, made us really keen to meet her. Bailey had an initial meet and greet and the first day went swimmingly! We were so thrilled. He’s since been back a number of times and just had his first overnight stay! We can’t thank Lorna and Stan enough for their obvious care and attention with Bailey. He now runs to get into the gate to see the other dogs (and Lorna and Stan of course!). Lorna really helps put my mind at rest with updates, and it's lovely to see photos and videos of him and the other dogs on their walks and playing together. We are so pleased that Bailey has found a special place to go when we can’t be with him and we know he will be looked after impeccably. He can’t wait for his next visit! 🐾

Lorna has been taking my little darcey out for her walk for me while I am at work. Darcey absolotely loves her. Lorna is very reliable and flexible! I would highly recommend! I am so glad I have picked Wanderers pet service and will be using them ongoing!😁 I get photos and update of how she is! x

After 3 days my dog didn't want to say good bye. It was obvious my nervous and shy dog really enjoyed his time at the Wanderers. I can't recommend Lorna and the Wanderers enough. Brilliant service!

Lorna was an absolute star, i have known her for years through facebook and i know she treats her dogs like her own. she sent me daily updates on peaches, with pictures and videos and she was honestly so understanding as this was the first time leaving my girl with anyone else beside family. My puppy has been going to doggy daycare for three weeks, I’m very happy with the service provided and so is my pup. I receive many photos, videos and updates throughout the day and she comes home tired but happy and obviously well cared for.

Four Legged Friends is the best thing that ever happened to our dog! She absolutely loves going to daycare, she knows when she's going and waits at the window to be picked up and is the happiest girl when they collect her. We trust the amazing FLF team so much with our girl and we cannot thank them enough for the amazing care and service they provide! If anyone is looking for day care for their dog I would highly recommend Kelly and her team. I was really nervous sending Chester as he has never been before but honestly I completely trust Kelly and her team, they really care about the dogs and this just shines through. Karen collects Chester and is also so amazing with him and makes us feel at ease. I also love the pictures throughout the day as it's lovely to see what he has been up too! it's rare to find somewhere so amazing and we feel very lucky to have found four legged friends pet care!!

Kelly is amazing. Both my dogs went with Kelly and she looked after them so well. They were always happy to see her and always keen to get in the van and get walking. They always came back tired, and also I found they were more confident when seeing other dogs. Kelly is very understanding as I work shifts which made life so much easier. She sent photos and updates of their walks, everything is run smoothly and perfectly meaning I didn't have to worry. Shame I have to leave Kelly now due to moving otherwise my two dogs would have had the best dog walker I could ask for. Completely recommend Kelly and her team.

My two girlies are my whole world so their care and happiness is paramount and Four legged paws understands this.

After reading lots of positive reviews and having a few recommendations, I decided to book my puppy in for classes; what can I say, but WOW! Ineta is an absolute star who has helped me gain confidence and also has given me lots of tips and exercises to do/practise with my pup. Her patience is boundless, and she has a fantastic sense of humour, too. 😀 It goes without saying, that I've booked my bundle of fur onto the next stage of classes - we can't wait! I really can not thank her enough and we are now going to dog meet-ups on a Sunday morning, too, which has been wonderful: not just for my dog, but also for me and my family. I've met some wonderful people and my little fur ball of fluff has her soul partner who she just can't leave alone, not even for a second. This is a well organised and safe environment for all the dogs to play, let off steam, have fun and practise the different command etc that we've learnt. Also, they can have a try at the agility, which is something that I want to pursue. I can not thank Ineta enough.

First puppy I’ve had in over ten years so was very nervous/anxious about training, puppy classes and just having a puppy overall. Ineta instantly made me feel at ease, being very supportive to all in the group, and both puppy and I have grown in confidence. Her knowledge and her experience are immediately obvious, despite there being a few dogs in the class, she’s always aware of how all the pups are doing, and gives additional support, guidance and encouragement to both pup and owner if things aren’t going the right way. Our session today we had to bring ours senior dog as our other senior dog recently passed away and we didn’t want to leave her home alone so soon after, she was so warmly welcomed by all staff straight away, and and encouraged to get involved in play and our training exercise for that day which was so nice to see and experience, just honestly haven’t a negative thing to say about our experience! Would highly recommend, have actually recommended to relatives, and we’re excited to be continuing on to the next class with them

We attended the puppy class held in Dartford, as first time small dog puppy owners we were extremely nervous, and our pup was still very small and young. We were greeted on the first day by hugs to our pup and total reassurance. Loved every single class, learnt so much to teach our pup, and as owners. Maverick (our pup) passed puppy class and made so many new friends, we are going back to do the next level and cant wait. We get so many comments on how well trained he is, which is all thanks to this class. Definitely worth the time , effort and money. Really recommend. If we are ever in need of a boarder, we will also go with this company as they has such a passion and love for dogs, you kn ow your dog is in great hands.

So good, well be back for more! We initially set out to join puppy training classes to socialise the dog but Ineta has exceeded expectations. Ineta has provided tailored support and advice in and around classes which is great value for money. We're even considering boarding/day care as we know Peppa will be well looked after, socialised and trained. 5 stars from Peppa too - she gets excited when she realises she at school!

We have just competed our 1st puppy training course. Ineta is such a fantastic trainer, she's friendly, approachable, patient and a fountain of knowledge where dogs are concerned. she makes time for everyone and makes you feel like no question is a silly question.... she will answer them all. Had a 1-2-1 session with our German Shepherd and Dachshund puppies, both 5 1/2 months old. Ineta has such a great approach, put us both at ease straight away and so friendly. We’ve signed up to group training classes and I don’t doubt that we won’t go the full way with all the classes. We’ve even enquired about dog boarding for one night in the near future, after only meeting once. Cannot wait to get started!!

Our French Bulldog Ajax has been to the puppy and bronze classes now and I can honestly say it’s the best thing we could’ve done for him. Lots of French Bulldog owners say their dogs don’t listen or are really stubborn, can’t walk on a lead nicely etc. Ajax has some of these traits occasionally, but he is so much better now than he was before we started classes. He walks wonderfully on the lead, he listens and answers when we call him, he can even do sit and stay for a whole minute! And all of this is thanks to Ineta and Top Dog, I fully recommend this training school to anyone who needs help with anything for their furry friends. Ineta is so patient and understanding, but also is willing to tailor the training to maximise your dog’s potential. Thank you Ineta and Top Dog 🐶🐾

So happy with Keira and quality pet care Dartford! Keira took such good care of Buster like her own pet that I don’t think I will leave my pet with anyone else the next time Iam on a holiday! We used Kiera from Quality Pet Care this month and I cannot thank her enough for the incredible care she offered our dogs. Kiera communicated with us throughout the whole time from being flexible with timings of pick up and drop offs to updating us with lots of lovely pictures and updates on how the dogs were doing while in her care. Our two dogs arrived home healthy and happy from their mini holiday.

Keira looked after our French Bulldog for 2 weeks. Picking him up and bringing him home every day. She was brilliant with him. He was always very happy and excited to see her and came home clean , happy and very tired from all the playing . Can highly recommend her. Such a relief when you find someone you can trust . Kiera and Andrea provide an excellent service, very friendly and accommodating, safe and comfortable surroundings for any 4 legged friend. They were able to look after my Puppy at short notice and even dropped him home after!! This was my first time me using this kind of service and will definitely be using them again. 5 stars from me!!

Keira looked after our dog while we were on holiday and she was brilliant. She came to meet us and our dog before we went away, and sent lots of updates and pictures when we were on holiday which were really appreciated. Caroline has been has been looking after my diabetic cat for many years now & I can relax knowing he is well looked after & his insulin is administered as is needed. I get daily updates and he always seems content and happy.

Fantastic service by Caroline of Caring4paws ltd. My furbaby is a timid old girl and doesnt take kindly to new people or changes in routine. Therefore I was worried about going on holiday for the first time since giving her a home. Absolutely nothing to worry about. With daily videos and photos, and contact from Caroline when my furbaby had scratched her face and required some healing spray, completely put my mind at rest. Caroline from Caring4Paws has wonderful cat whispering skills that make my timid house cat feel immediately comfortable with her each time she visits him. I love that she asks lots of questions about his routines and hiding places, spends plenty of time grooming him (his favourite) and sends me videos of him happily accepting a fuss. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough and it makes travelling so much easier knowing he’s content and comfortable.

I cannot tell you how blessed we are to have Caring Paws look after dog. Caz looks after the animals with amazing love and care. My dog doesn’t even say goodbye when we leave him with her, it’s certainly a home from home I cannot recommend it enough Thank you

Our dog has been a regular boarder with Caroline for about 4 years, when we go on holiday, and Caroline has also visited our cat at our home. Our dog is treated like royalty every time (even gets Christmas dinners and presents!) and has lovely long walks and loads of attention. We've always felt very comfortable to leave our keys with Caroline and would not hesitate to recommend her for any pet sitting, visiting, walking and boarding. Caroline regularly updates us and sends photos and videos during the pets' time in her care, which is lovely as you get to see how well your pet is being cared for.

Already like a second home for our dog) When we left Stormy for the first time, we were very worried about how it would be and whether she would be able to cope with the separation from us, but as soon as we came to visit Shirley, everything immediately became clear, the dog will like it here) Before leaving our dog, Shirley invited us to visit so that our dog would have time to get used to the new place, that we would make sure everything was okay and meet her super cute dog Ruby. Shirley sent us pictures of our dog and wrote all the news about our Stormi! We have visited Shirley's 4 times now and know for sure that we will come many, many more times! My dog Amber has stayed with Shirley several times now and I never have any concerns about leaving her. When our original dog boarder had to close her small business during covid, we didn't think we'd be able to find another who would look after our fur baby as if she was her own . Then we found Shirley, who immediately put our minds at rest. She was so friendly and Luna, who can be quite nervous of people, took to her straight away. She showed us all her insurance and registered boarder documents . While Luna is staying with her, she is very good at keeping us updated and providing photos . We'd highly recommend Shirley 🤗

Shirley has been great and set my precious siberian husky with a great dog walker named David. David is so loving to Diesel, really puts Diesel through his paces and leaves me lovely notes regarding the walk they had. Daisy and her team are fantastic, they really look after our girl and she always comes back from walks absolutely knackered. We've had daisy for around 7 months now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. She has really helped our young cockerpoo socialise with other dogs and her confidence has grown massively. I have numerous pets; 2 cats, 2 chinchillas, 2 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs, 4 tortoises & an outdoor fish pond & needed someone to care for these animals for 8 days by coming into my home & feeding & cleaning them. I contacted Daisy & we met to discuss what needed to happen & subsequently agreed upon a price. Daisy then returned the week before to collect the front door key & make final arrangements for the daily care. During the 8 days we kept in touch & photos of how the animals were fairing were provided with me answering any concerns Daisy had regarding their eating habits. When I returned I found all the animals to be in good condition & cages tidied as agreed. I have no hesitation in recommending Daisy's services at all; she showed a professional & caring manner & a genuine desire to ensure everything went as agreed...…..I hope to use Daisy's services again in the future, which in itself is testament to how well I think she did...…..thank you Daisy (from me & the animals) for a professional & caring service.

Top, well-organised service! Highly recommended. Our puppy Riley attended once per week and was always excited to leave with Glenn or Rodger and then fully stimulated/tired when he came home. I love Happy Tails Instagram page with a lot of pictures of dogs playing in the fields. They are fully licensed, compliant with all requirements (they asked for vaccinations, medical history, etc) and incredibly accommodating. I recommend them to all the dog owners we meet. We have been using Happy Tails for several years now and are so very happy that we were recommended this jewel. Our dog Truffle is only there 1 day a week but this is THE day that she lives for. She is so pleased to go, adores her time there (she does let me know but if in doubt, all I need to do is look on Instagram and see proof that much fun was had) and comes back exhausted and all played out. The staff are phenomenal and so accommodating. Above all, it’s clear that they love their job, love the dogs and even care about the welfare of the owners!!! I cannot fault it

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Happy Tails. Prior to leaving our dog in their care, we had two telephone conversations with them to discuss our dog, including some separation anxiety. We then undertook a site visit, where we again discussed our concerns over potential separation anxiety. I was assured each time that he would be fine, and they were used to that sort of thing. We paid the £25 registration fee and 3 weeks worth of sessions up front. We dropped our dog off and in less than 30 minutes I received a call to say that we ‘needed to remove our dog from site’. We were told he was very distressed by the situation and growling at staff. This came as a complete shock to us as he has never exhibited behaviour like that. The tone and language used left me feeling awful, as if we had somehow failed in relation to our dog. We immediately went to collect him and, as we are only a 10 minute drive away, he spent less than an hour there in total. Whilst I of course understand the need for both dogs and staff to be comfortable, the lack of time spent trying to help our dog settle in is very disappointing. We contacted Happy Tails afterwards to request a refund, which was processed after a few days. Unfortunately they chose to charge us for a full session (5 and a half hours) and keep our registration fee. Given the circumstances, and the fact that our dog was there for approximately 45 minutes in total, I cannot see how they are able to justify this. I contacted them again to ask if there had been a mistake and was told that two staff members needed to be with our dog for the short time he was there so they were charging a full session. This is false as I was told he had been put in a cabin and left alone to keep him calm. I again made a request for a full refund but this was ignored and I've received no response. I feel that other potential, and existing customers should be made aware of how this business operates. We have been in touch we alternative doggy daycare facilities, who have all said this is not standard practice. It was a deeply saddening experience, for both us and our dog and the customer service is truly shocking. Please avoid, there is no excuse for treating anyone this way.

Really nice local daycare - they collect and drop off my dog twice a week for half a day, and he's always so happy to see them. Big fields with lots of room and things to play with, and different areas for puppies and bigger dogs. Would definitely recommend to anyone locally with a puppy - great way to get them socialised and used to other dogs (and tires them out!)

We have been taking our dog here for years and they are a fantastic kennels, our dog absolutely loves staying here and they really look after her, I would recommend to everyone, Genuinely lovely people who really care about the animals and nothing is too much trouble. Very reasonable prices and location is perfect for the m25 access. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

I have boarded my dog Alex here on numerous occasions. He pulls towards there, with a wagging tail, as soon as we get him out of the car and goes in without even a glance back! He always comes back looking well and happy. The place is spotless and the care they give the animals that board there is second to none. The family themselves are caring, trustworthy and experienced. I am very protective of my dog and they are the only people I would leave him with. Highly recommended.

I take my dog Boris to Davenden Kennels for day boarding Mon-Fri whilst I am at work and he absolutely loves it! I have been taking him there every day for nearly a year and a half now because he is getting fed, loved and exercised 9-5 rather than being stuck in a house whilst I work. Barry and Gill are the most lovely couple and they look after their boarders just as well as their own dogs. They are so helpful, and look after Boris to the highest standard. I trust them completely and could never think of taking him anywhere else now. I have had dogs all my life and boarded them in various places across the country when I have had to , and this is by far the best! Both for standard of care and also quality and cleanliness of runs.

We took our 2 cats there for 2 or 3 days while we were away. When we came back, we saw the facilities..... the doors were bared and my cats cowered on we the bench in the "room". The food was fresh and untouched. My cats came back skinny and fragile. One on them wouldn't leave my side for months. I have no experience with the dogs side of things but if you're looking for cat shelter, keep looking

We are very thankful to the girls at Davendon after they took in an abandoned pregnant cat we found. It was all very short notice after weeks of trying to capture her. She had her kittens on the 27th December in a warm comfy environment. We are very thankful for their support and last minute help.

Very friendly dogs are walked on a regular basis all dogs are neutered and are health checked. Would I recommend them. Yes 100%. The owner is very helpful.

Barry day boards my Cocker Spaniel from time to time. He gets a run and Barry Feeds him. He goes in from 8am-5pm, all for £10 which you cannot say fairer than. I’ve been late to collect once or twice, I also have needed to get him in earlier than 8am. Both of which Barry has been happy to accommodate.

My large 8 year old dog Ace stayed here and came home today. He looks like his really enjoyed himself . Thankyou so much for looking after Ace. Hope you enjoy the box of fudge 😍😊 xx …

Evelyne and Paul take such good care of our pup Harley I cannot recommend them enough. I look forward to the photos and video updates and I trust them implicitly knowing my girl is in the best of hands and enjoying so much love and play time when staying with them ☺️
