Can't say enough about how accommodating they were at the last minute as we're leaving for jaimaca and out prior boarding calls to let us know they were evacuating due to Milton..the staff was fantastic and our dogs text us w the burner phone I gave them..in case it got rough in Genpop;) we will certainly board w them again even though they're almost 2 hours away. Thank you to everybody who stayed w them during and after the hurricane we truly appreciate it more than yall know!!

We just started bringing our Goldendoodle Cookie here and I’ve been really impressed with the way Tiffany cuts and grooms her! She is very communicative and friendly!

Best place to take your pets!! I had my puppy in daycare here for 2 days and it couldn’t have been any better. The staff is super friendly and my puppy came home so happy. They send you Paw-gress reports and pictures; which is amazing. Thank you New Tampa Pet Resort! Dunk will be back soon. ❤️

I had to shelter my two dogs for the hurricane last minute. The staff was friendly, attentive and even ready to take on the challenge of my recent rescue pup. Despite the power outage following the hurricane I was kept informed and reassured that my babies were cared for and due to the fact I am a first responder I was tied up at work. The staff kept in touch and extended my dogs’ stay on a day to day basis. My guys, Asher and Ali, were well cared for and I received a positive feedback on their personalities. Thank you again to dedicated staff. I was able to perform my duties without a worry.

While I was out of town for a long planned trip north, my sweet pup “Pepper” rode out hurricane Milton at the New Tampa Pet Resort (first visit) with great care being given to her. They communicated via text and sent a picture showing that she was happy and healthy the day of the storm. A staff member stayed overnight with the pets. Her appearance and habits after I picked her up reflected great care. Thank you to your staff.

BEWARE!!!! I’m giving this 5 stars but….. My pup came back with $185.36 in vet bills from injuries and smelling like he swam in a swamp. First, the staff is very nice and transparent. While away they communicated everything with me, including his injuries (from playing). I was unable to see where or what his room looked like, but I also did not ask. Might be nice to be given a tour if able too. Also, it cost more for your pet to have free time. So the price of the boarding goes up and up. I would do your research and price everything out before you commit. If I were in a pinch and had to go here again , I’d say YES. Clean lobby and friendly staff make me believe it’s a good place. 5 stars

Mochi loves it here! She goes to daycare 2-3 days per week. The staff are very attentive and really love the dogs. Is hard to keep her contained when we pull into the parking lot! Great place!

We are so happy we found New Tampa Pet Spa. The customer service is awesome, they are so nice on the phone and have a texting service that is so convenient when your stuck at work. The grooming service has been incredible. It’s hard to find someone that can cut doodles and the groomer has some serious skills! Both of our doodles look amazing. They even give you a report card when you pick them up, it’s cute. We definitely will be going back New Tampa Pet Spa is by far our favorite so far.

I have referred several friends for their grooming services. I can always get an appointment in a timely manner and they do a good job with both of my dogs. They also have reasonable prices.

I definitely highly recommend wags and wiggles! I was a very nervous dog mom trying to find the best pet service for my new baby Noel🐶, trusting that they would care and love my dog as I do. They ABSOLUTELY HAVE and continue to do so!!. I love my pet sitter "Carol". She is so loving, caring, and an amazing all around lady!! She goes above and beyond. She knew Noel was having his neutering surgery and called to check on him the following day because she was worried and wanted to make sure everything went well. Noel has learned some new tricks from Carol as well. Love Love Love Carol!!! I use wags and wiggles 4 days a week and couldn't be happier!! I had never considered having a pet sitter come to my house until I started to do a little research. I was a little skeptical initially having a stranger enter my home while I was away. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process. I love the fact that the sitter comes to meet the animals and get comfortable with their environment. Our sitter was very attentive and was wonderful with communicating with me. I will never send my babies to a kennel again. I am so much more comfortable with them being in their own home and find a familiar face to greet them everyday with 100% attention during that time. I would definitely recommend this company.

I worked as a pet sitter with Wags for over a decade. I met wonderful people and amazing pets and through it all Diana ran a tight ship and accomplished super human feats time and time again. If you need kind, caring and capable pet care I highly recommend Wags and Wiggles, every sitter I co-sat with was great and my clients always raved about my co-sitters when they cared for the pets if I wasn't available or if I covered when their usual sitter wasn't available. That is another benefit of this company, there is a built in network of back up sitters in case your usual sitter is not available. That is very convenient for a pet owner not to have to make a million calls but to have an alternate sitter provided to cover your visits. The variety of services as well is great. You truly can set things up the very best way for your pets comfort and happiness while you are away from various lengths of visits to overnight stays so they aren't alone even to sits for several hours during things like fireworks. I did several visits where I sat with dogs during fireworks while their owners were out (not having to worry that their babies were nervous wrecks) we listened to music and cuddled and they were happy as clams when mom and dad got home. So I said all that to say... Highly recommend!

I have been using Wags and Wiggles for over 4 years now for my two girls Sadie and Coco for walks and sometimes when we go out of town and I could not be happier with our service! Both our walkers Lisa (from our previous address) and Michelle have been beyond amazing. From daily texts and pictures to our daily note I always know I can count of them to take care of my girls the way I would. I know Sadie and Coco love Michelle and that she treats them like they are her own! Diana is always accommodating with any schedule change we have and I will continue using Wags and Wiggles even as we move to a different area in Tampa. Thank you for taking such good care of my dogs!

I would never use this service again. When we came home from a short trip there were multiple pee accidents all over the house that had not been cleaned up, and the water bowl was bone dry. If they had been visiting with the frequency they were charging us for, neither of those things should have happened. When I called to complain, they expressed disbelief that this sitter, "one of their best" would do this and essentially told me they didn't believe me. Terrible customer service move, and does not reassure me as a pet owner that they care about my babies' safety.

Been using Wags and Wiggles for our three dogs for almost 4 years and they are fantastic!! Nancy is amazing and treats our pups like her own. I often need a last minute appointment and they always accommodate me. The best is the biz!

We have used W&W several times now, and couldn't be more pleased with their service. It's often several months between the times we need a pet sitter and dog walker, so we schedule a reacquaintance visit prior to us leaving town. When the caregiver arrives, our dogs are ecstatic to see her, literally jumping for joy. They couldn't be happier. When we're away and our dogs are being cared for by W&W, everything we ask for is done. Dogs are fed, walked, and loved. We always receive a visit-by-visit log to read upon our return to let us know how things went. In short, we can enjoy our vacation knowing that our pups are being well taken care of while we're away. Excellent service.

I have had and do have great service from wags! They are a great company. I will never higher Karen to ever work for us again! She thinks she is better then everyone else! When I ask her a question she goes right over me and texts my husband. He works! I am not good enough for her to talk too. I would not higher her to watch my fish! Thank you for being a great company and sending us great dog walkers!! A ++ company. NOT KAREN!

Don't use the company! I paid them for 30 minutes sits and found out that on average they were only there for 10 minutes, some visits were less than 5 minutes! No way they could have fed, changed water, scooped liter and given my babies some love! When I brought it to their attention they suggested I find another petsitter and will not return my house keys.

Reliable, convienient and loving pet sitters!! We know our kitties are in good hands when we are away!

We have been taking our dog to this place ever since we got her and we love it!! Dave, his wife and the staff just love dogs and it shows. They know which dogs go together, which are better apart and they take tons of videos and pix you can see. There has never been a single dog incident I am aware of at this place - that's how well they know and manage all the pups. They also alternate between outside time and downtime so it's a good mix each day. My dog loves going to "school" and runs to the car when its time. If we playback a video and she hears the workers voices she gets so happy! Doggie daycare really helps with her energy levels and mischief around the house. I think their prices are more than fair and if you live in Lutz/Odessa it's easy to get to. Just make sure you are careful going in and out with the schools nearby (kids go flying down the sidewalk and its hard to see). This place is not fancy and your dog will be dusty when you pick them up, but you can rest assured they are treated like family when they are there!

Dave, Maria and the Staff are always helpful with questions & anything I need. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome. Their Check- in system is precise and personal; They take their time with all the needed details about each pet. For an added bonus, I receive progress reports of videos and pictures of both pets everyday , which makes me laugh. It's my 2nd time bringing my Cat and Dog, it's a Blessing l can breathe easily and not have to worry while on Vacation knowing both of them are in safe hands.

The Barkery has been my dogs home away from home for the last 5 years. They love going to daycare, and feel safe when we have to travel out of state. Dave and Maria and their staff take great care of my very active dogs:)

It’s hard to find someone that cares as much about our pups as we do, but Dave and Maria definitely do! We’ve been leaving Keto and Koda with them for over 5 years now and love that we can rest assured that they are being cared for. Knowing that they are having just as much fun on their stay as we are makes our vacations that much more fun and we can’t imagine having them stay anywhere else! Even when the hotels or AirBnb allows it, we still opt to drop them at The Barkery!

We boarded our guinea pigs here, and they had a great experience. They took such good care of them and sent frequent updates. We are so happy to have found The Barkery!

Our twin weimarners ,Denver and Vegas, have been going to daycare at Barkery since December of 2021. The owners David and Maria as well as the staff are amazing they truly care about our boys. We love that they always post pictures and videos to their social media sites.

The Barkery is the only kennel we take our 13 year old Maltese . We’ve tried several in the area and this is by far the best we’ve found. He’s treated like he’s one of the family! Thank you Dave and Maria and staff for doing such a great job!

Our small service dog, “Arrow” attends daycare and we couldn’t be happier. Arrow is busy making friends and having fun while my wife has a intense College schedule. She gets him back worn out and more comfortable around other dogs while walking him. The place gives off a family feel as opposed to a big business which makes us more comfortable as well. The couple Maria and Dave who own this Facility do a SUPERB job! The dogs who attend this daycare are so spoiled and loved . The rare staff turnover speaks volumes to me. The kindness , consistency and care for each individual animal is something I have experienced over the 3 1/2 years that our dog has been going to The Barkery. It is the same as when a parent chooses to send a child to school. There will be roughhousing and wild playing. Sometimes some scratches and bruises . However , it is in the same line as when kids play . This must be considered when you choose to have your dog attend any daycare program. At The Barkery , dogs are allowed to be dogs and digging in the dirt is just part of the play. This is something that dogs do naturally, and the fact that they are able to do that at the Barkery is enormously good in my opinion . My dog has been nothing but happy and he attends three days a week. As a result, I have a well, disciplined, obedient, well balanced happy dog. Who is very well socialized, and gets along with most others. The thing is “most others “ not all others the same with humans. I am so happy that we have The Barkery as a resource. It is not an expense we consider it an investment in the well-being and care of our precious Finn. We love this facility and the people who work and own this place . We are most grateful !

Impressive and Outstanding!! I am so thrilled to find such an amazing Groomer for my pups. I am very particular on how my pups look. I do have probably a lot of instructions. I was very nervous about finding a new groomer. All of my worries were put to rest. I have found my savior. I was impressed for the level of care that they have for pets. They are both loving and caring and really looks out for the dogs best interest. Not only do my dogs look wonderful, but it literally took over 5 hours for them to get the matts out of my dog. I can't begin to tell you how impressed and happy I am that they both took their time and did not stress out my dog. They took pictures and always kept me informed. They listened to my instructions to the T. My dog (who has anxiety) loved being there and even went back into the home as we were leaving. I could not believe my eyes!! My dog even came back in and was playing with the groomers. He could feel the love and so did I. Both my pups were so happy and not stressed at all. They took breaks throughout the process and I appreciate that so much. I would highly recommend this company for grooming and dog care. They truly love animals and it shows.

After two biting incidents at Petco and every other groomer refusing to touch her, my Sadie baby was absolutely spoiled at Mad Max. The owners made her feel comfortable right away and worked together to keep her calm during the entire process. We have definitely found a regular groomer.

Brian and his partner Starr run this Dog Daycare service efficiently and professionally. They are very close to where I live and so it is convenient for me to drop off and pick up. They have a great home for dogs with a large fenced backyard and a huge area covered with artificial turf which is awesome for the dogs. There's also a large area of mulch along the perimeter of the yard which is also home to a fairly good-sized above ground pool. They were both great with my energetic 18 month old poodle Winston who came home tired and happy. He spent one day there in anticipation of regular daycare every couple of weeks as well as for extended care which we will be needing at the end of March. I would not hesitate to have these folks take care of any of my pets. Plenty of other dogs on the premises both owned by Brian and other customers. He screens the dogs well for compatibility and is well-versed in handling any type of disciplinary issues among the dogs. I received all positive feedback and am comfortable that if they had concerns about my dog, they would raise them immediately. The dog was safe, well-cared-for, and loved. With other sitters, we have sometimes had an issue with our pup eating his kibble because of excitement and strange environment however Winston had no problem eating all of his food. This means that he was comfortable and well exercised. Would definitely recommend to friends for daycare or Extended Stays.

My first time at Mad Max and all my wife and I can say is thank you for the great work. Definitely recommend. Milo didn’t wanna leave the place.

Buster and Lola love spending time with Brian, Star, and all of the other dogs in their care. They always come home exhausted from the mass amounts of playtime they get. They have a beautiful, huge backyard that is perfect for the dogs to play in. They definitely know how to take care of your fluffy babies. I always feel at ease when I leave them here and always get pictures (multiple per day) of my puppies playing with the other dogs! I would highly recommend them to anybody that wants to leave their dog with an awesome sitter. Thanks Brian and Star!

Brian and Starr are PHENOMENAL with the dogs. My Doberman and my Aussie was boarded and they took excellent care of them. They are well exercised and they send me pictures of them playing and running with the other dogs. My Doberman also goes there for doggie care each week too. He loves it. I highly recommend them.

I left my dog Abbey with Brian and Star for the day while by boyfriend and I went to Busch Gardens. We were in Florida I’m vacation and didn’t want to leave her at the Air Bnb for that long. I booked her stay here just one day before, and they were so flexible and accommodating. They have a great area for the dogs to play, and security cameras watching all the dogs! I was very impressed when Star told me how much care they took in introducing new dogs to the group each time. Abbey came home so happy and tired out from all the play time. I felt so comfortable leaving Abbey here, and I would recommend them to anyone!

They are excellent Groomers. I use to take our old Yorkie to them before she passed, and now our new pup as well. He is a hand full and they were still able to get him comfortable to be groomed, which is difficult with a 5 month old pup. Best Dog groomers I have ever used hands down.

Our family had a great experience with Mad Max Dog Sitting. They were available to take our boxer on short notice and during her stay sent several pictures of her in action, playing with other doggie friends and taking walks. Their home and yard is well maintained and perfect for lots of furry friends. I highly recommend Mad Max Dog Sitting and am so grateful I found people I can trust with my dog.

Brian took such good care of our boy. This is the longest we’ve left Marley with a sitter but we were so impressed with Brians level of organisation and commitment to the dogs he was boarding, we left him there feeling very secure. Clean home, lots of backyard space, ample playtime throughout the day and great photos and updates all day! Marley has been missing all his friends he made there and is a little sad since we got him back home :( Would 100% recommend Brian’s services and use them again in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy!

We cannot say enough good things about Debbie. She has watched our pets multiple times now over the last few years. She always takes excellent care of our cats and dogs. Debbie is highly communicative, texting repeatedly throughout the time we’re gone, sending pictures, and keeping us reassured. It is always hard for us to take trips and leave our fur-babies at home, but I feel so much more reassured that Debbie is checking in on them, and that they are able to stay in their own home as opposed to being boarded. Even outside of her pet sitting, she stays in touch, she’s asked after our new puppy, and checked in on our older dog who had gone through surgery. You can tell she really cares. Our dogs and cats are obviously always well cared for when we return home. I feel very safe, leaving our babies in her hands whenever we travel. Debbie is extremely responsible, and very professional, yet at the same time, warm and friendly. I am so grateful that we found her when we moved out to Pasco. Thank you Debbie for being such a good caretaker of all our babies!

Debbie did a great job watching my little "beasts of purr-den" Thelma and Louise. Thelma, my skittish kitty, even came over to her to check her out on the initial visit which is a big deal. Louise loved her pettings from Debbie while I was gone, and I know I loved getting pictures of my cats while I was away! A big win for all of us. Thank you Debbie for all you do.

Debbie is an amazing person and pet sitter. I would recommended her to pet sit your family's fur baby anytime? My family went our of town for Thanksgiving and had reserved our usual spot at the local boarders for the holidays with hesitation. See our girl Phoebe is very loving, however she can be quite anxious sweet girl. The ideal situation would be for her to stay in her own home while we were gone where she would be more comfortable, but finding someone who would be a match for Phoebe was going to be a challenge. Long story short I found Debbie via the internet where we all find everything we need. Once Phoebe met Debbie, I knew by Phoebe's reaction that it was a match made in heaven. Debbie too the time to ask questions to understand our girl which was very refreshing. Debbie is more than a pet sitter she really cares about our fur babies. While we were gone I sent several texts worried about my girl and she answered every message to reassuring me all was good and included pictures. I have recently selected Debbie to care for our epileptic dog Cooper by walking and providing his mid-day medicine for a few days along with taking care of Phoebe she did amazing with both of them. This was a huge relief because with Cooper's issues I was very nervous but Debbie provided updated immediately letting me know all was okay :). If you are looking for someone to take care of your families fur babies I highly recommend Debbie to provide the love and care they deserve. Debbie took great care of our two cats and betta fish while we’re away. And brought in our mail for us. She took the time to meet us and take note of our cats names and personalities and where everything is kept. She gave us such peace of mind while away. We’re so grateful we found her.

Debbie is phenomenal. We have two kittens and I am always confident leaving them in her care. We have gone on a few week long trips and it really is nice to know we have reliable, professional, affordable, and loving pet care right in our neighborhood. Debbie at Pasco Professional Pet Sitters is a neighbor of mine. She's loved and trusted by the whole neighborhood. I am a Cat Rescue and as such it is super hard for me to go anywhere because I always have cats to care for, clean up after, feed and MEDICATE when necessary. A year ago my mom passed away, I'm an only child and I wanted to brighten up my dads Father's Day with a surprise visit. Debbie made that possible because not only is she a GREAT PET SITTER but she knows how to MEDICATE CATS which is never fun. My oldest dog passed a couple of months ago and my other dog has been sad. Also another reason it was so hard for me to leave. But she LOVES Debbie and Debbie's visits brightened her day. I got texts from her while I was away to reassure me that everything was okay. I'm home now and everything is in order and EVERYONE is happy and healthy. Thanks Debbie!!

The facility was very very clean, organized, well taken care of, and efficient, and the staff were very friendly. You could tell they cared for your pets and enjoyed the work they do. I felt like I could trust them with my pets and I felt like the facility was top-notch, clean, organized and a safe place for my dogs. I also loved that I could opt in for digital report cards of my dogs, as well as baths for them before pick up. When we picked up the boys, they were clean, happy and so tired after a week at Pet Paradise!

Just picked up my pup after 2 days of boarding. This is how this place returned my dog. I picked him up at 9 am, and after 15 minute wait I was told that they were bathing him because he had stepped on poop. 2 things wrong with this picture. The first one and more obvious, these pet suites are not cleaned or not cleaned often at all. Second, if you are bathing the dog, the least you can do is dry him up. Certainly not a place I recommend. Will go back to The Lodge. Never had any issues there. Hope the best for your business.

My dogs always love it here! We have used Pet Paradise for boarding as well as daycare. My dogs are always so excited at drop off and happy and tired at pick up. The booking process is extremely easy with their app. The facility is clean. The staff is always friendly towards us and our dogs. Its also nice that they have webcams to be able to check in on your pup during play time

Legolas had such a fun stay at Pet Paradise! The staff are amazing and really care about your pets. It’s obvious that they prioritize the health and safety of the pets. I got a really thorough pawgress report and the furever connected feature was worth it just for my own peace of mind. Seeing the pics of my little boy having a blast made me less homesick for him. The team is amazing. The facilities are clean! Legolas came home exhausted from playing and having so much fun and he was so happy!

Such a fun experience for my puppy Monday- Friday! He’s always cared for here and loves the entire staff. Tail starts wagging every morning we make the turn into the parking lot. :)

I visit Pet Paradise in order to train my dog. I bring her to the fence to get exposed to other dogs. From what I can see, the outside area looks very clean with a water area for the dogs to play

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Pet Paradise during Labor Day weekend. While I appreciated the initial call about my dog's scuffle, I was shocked to discover multiple injuries upon pick-up, to include a cut above his lip, several gashes on his face and one on his ribs, a slit on his throat and two punctures in his ear, indicating a concerning lack of supervision. My expectations for a safe environment were not met, and the communication from management, particularly with Jennifer, felt dismissive as she repeatedly spoke over me and shifted the blame onto my partner. Despite assurances that we would receive a refund for both the vet visit and the stay, we have only received the latter. This experience has left me uneasy about entrusting my pets to this facility due to their lack of safety and care. We will not be returning.

I trust 100% our doggies Thor and Percy with Elisabeth Butterfield. Thor is our older dog, he is almost 4 years old and he has been going to Your Puppy, My Pad since Thor was a puppy. And now his little brother Percy also gets to enjoy play dates and fun sleepovers with Elisabeth. One of my favorites things that I LOVE and appreciate is that Elisabeth sends us cute short videos of our dogs running around and playing all over while they are staying over at Your Puppy, My Pad. Including photos of them taking naps. They love and trust her so much that every time that we pick them up, they always always always looks like they are having a great time. They sometimes even wanna stay longer at her place to keep the party going. LOL. Elisabeth has such a wonderful authentic nature about her around dogs and they love her back. She treats them all with kindness and love. If you are considering her with your dogs, YES! Your dogs are going to feel right at home with Elisabeth. She has a special gift almost like a dog whisperer and that is rare to find in other pet sitters.

I can’t begin to thank Elizabeth and Angel for taking my baby Porky on such short notice before Thanksgiving holiday. She is very professional and loves animals. I love Your Puppy My Pad. Elizabeth is the perfect mom-substitute for me. What have impacted me the most is that she treats the pups as if they were her own with lots of attention, awareness of their habits and needs at all time. She has even sent me funny pictures and was able to detect a potential medical issue on my pup. She is now 8 yrs old and healthy with the best pet nanny in town. I don't mind driving an hour to leave her because I can travel and work at ease. The picture was taken right when she stepped on the grass when drop her off at My Puppy My Pad.

I am absolutely beyond grateful for finding Lisa and Your Puppy, My Pad. After adopting a 10 week old puppy who refused to be alone at home, escaped his playpen on multiple occasions causing me to miss work, I was flooded with anxiety and in total desperation to find someone to watch him on the days my husband and I are at work. When looking into doggie daycare, I didn't know where to begin. Something told me to send Lisa a text for availability. She immediately called me and put my mind on rest. She talked and listened to me about my stress and was so quick to schedule a meeting to meet my puppy the same day. Her home is so welcoming and relaxing. I spend a few hours with her and my pups so he could get used to her home. Although most of her "clients" are not puppies, she knew exactly how to meet the needs of my anxious puppy and she pays close attention to his needs (as far as bringing him along to her meetings, holding water up to him to keep him hydrated, etc.). Lisa is also helping to train him on a leash, how to be more independent, helping him overcome his crate anxiety, and so much more. I couldn't recommend her services enough!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Your Puppy My Pad is a safe and fun place to drop your small four legged friend off when you need a sitter. Elisabeth is well educated on your pets needs and is excellent at teaching dogs basic skills for interacting with other dogs. I would recommend my friends and family to trust their loved ones in her care. Since her services are hosted from her house, your pet also gets the comfort of being in a home as well as the opportunity to hang out with other dogs and make new friends! Lauri was absolutely amazing! She watched our Holland Lop bunny for a week while we went on vacation for Christmas/New Years. She is very flexible with drop off and pick up times and made everything very easy. She would send updates and pictures throughout the day which I loved! We will definitely have Lauri watch our bunny again the next time time we need a pet sitter. Thank you so much Lauri!

I left my pet bunny with Lauri during thanksgiving for a couple of days because my usual pet sitters were not available. Not sure what happened but i’m not so sure Lauri took good care of him. When we picked him up, he smelled so badly of urine. It’s visible that he didn’t use his litter box. Lauri did not let us know any of this (not even sure if she noticed). After picking my bunny up, he was a little down and wasn’t as active but he still ate a little. The day after that, my bunny became very lethargic and didn’t eat at all so we took him to the vet today. Unfortunately he had SEVERE gas in his intestines and passed away within a couple of hours at the vet. I don’t know what caused the gas but from the X-rays it was visible there was no food in his system so i’m not sure if he was eating properly while lauri was watching him (she didn’t tell me anything). My rabbit was completely 100% fine before dropping him off with lauri and now he’s gone. Idk what she did and I don’t want to point fingers but it seems a little too coincidental. Especially the fact that he smelled really badly of urine after picking him up which has never happened before. It’s as if he was rolling around in his own pee. I tried calling her to get answers but she has not been picking up. I would not recommend anyone to trust Lauri to watch your pet. After watching mine, he passed away.

Lauri took great care of my babies. I have an Umbrella Cockatoo that demands attention and an Old English Sheepdog/German Shepard mix that is an escape artist. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much Lauri ❤️

My mom and I left my childhood dog, Pompeii, who is now 18-years-old with Lauri while we went out of town. Since she is a senior dog we worry about leaving her at a standard kennel as it can be overwhelming for an older, smaller dog. After seeing fabulous reviews about Lauri online we set up an introductory meet-up and booked a sleepover stay. Lauri makes sure to keep all of the animals separated, which is very appreciated. Lauri let Pompeii have the entire entryway room for her overnight visit, and she also sent us adorable update pictures (without us even asking). You can tell Lauri truly loves and cares about the dogs that she watches. Laurie is an absolute Gem. She cared for Felix like he was her own. She agreed to watch him even though I did not have a pre arranged time scheduled. Our little Frenchie Stu loves going to Lauri's! He gets to play with the other dogs all day, and Lauri throws the ball for him and gives him treats. He has a blast! We feel comfortable leaving our dog with Lauri. She knows how to interact with dogs and all kinds of animals, and Stu felt comfortable around her from the start. We leave him with Lauri every Saturday and whenever we go out of town.

I called this business to get a quote and ask a few questions about the services provided and she was extremely rude. I usually never write reviews, but this was straight up wrong, I asked how many dogs she thinks she may have and she responded by saying “well that’s a stupid question, I won’t know how many I’ll have way out in the future” then she proceeded to rush me off the phone. As a service provider and a human and general you don’t talk to anyone like that let alone a customer…I was just getting information and everything sounded nice until then. Just rude. She called back and apologized however, I advise as a business owner you must be able to control your emotions.

She provides a safe and comfortable environment for the fur babies and cares for them as if they are her own. She even sends pictures of our baby while we are away so we can see how he's doing! Bravo K9 far exceeded my expectations Serena is the beat you will ever meet, she cares and you can tell she loves every pup that comes through the door. Lola and Loki had the time of their lives. They made new friends, got plenty of exercise, played everyday, got individual attention. She even celebrated their birthdays and got cute pictures, she post videos everyday so you can watch the pups. Our dog has some health issues that require time, attention and understanding of her extensive needs. Serena and Bravo K9 have been a blessing to our family. We moved 10 hours from home, away from family who normally watched her for us, making it challenging to travel. This is the first and only place she has been boarded in her 5 years of life, and I can’t imagine having anyone but Serena care for her. She is patient, understanding of Rue’s medicines, special diet, personality quirks and brings her out of her shell. She sends videos, photos and updates frequently (we love seeing her hang out with the other dogs, squirrels, horses,etc). I never worry when we are gone because I know Rue is in the best hands! Would highly recommend Bravo K9!

We recently moved to Lutz with a 7 month old Mini Australian Shepherd and wanted her to get exposure to other dogs in a controlled environment. Bravo K9 was a perfect fit! We send her for daycare a few days a week which she loves. The change in her confidence is amazing and you can see it all on camera. She went from not wanting to leave Serena's side to running with the big dogs after a few sessions. Now we have a perfect place to board her when we go on vacation with no worries. Highly recommend!

Bravo K9 Tampa is the best! Our frenchie loves going to doggy camp and having Serena take such good care of him. We love the ability to be able to see photos and videos of what he’s up to throughout the day. No other place we would rather take our dog because Serena is the BEST out there!

Happy, Happy, Happy! That’s what my dog is every time I pick her up from Bravo K9. And I think I know why - they treat our pup like family. The owner, Serena, is hands-on and very loving with our Ridgeback. Our dog has lots of energy and gets her fill of fun and run every time she’s there. And because our sweet girl is familiar with the daycare setup, overnight stays are a breeze, she feels like it’s her second home. Bravo K9 is fun, clean, orderly and ran very well. What a gem of place!

We absolutely love Bravo K9/Serena! She took great care of our puppy Stella at both day care and boarding. We were able to see videos of her playing and meeting new friends. It brought us comfort knowing she was in great hands when we were out of town. We 10/10 recommend!

Bravo K9 Tampa is the best of the best! Owner/operator Serena is competent, dedicated, experienced and loves dogs. My greyhound Riley likes Serena better than she does me, I sometimes think. Recently I could not return home from a business trip as scheduled because of hurricane Helene. Serena texted me and said don't worry Riley was safe and sound and extended her stay at Bravo K9 until I was able to bring her home 3 days later. There is simply no better place in the Tampa Bay area for caring for your dog! Kudos, Serena. . . .Riley loves you!

I could not have asked for a better situation. I wanted to get my new pup (German Shepherd) off to a great start, which includes discipline, exercise and good social behaviors. Bravo K9 is providing this and so much more. Serena truly cares about the pets in her care, you are not just number. She is excellent at reading a dogs personality and behaviors. I can't imagine putting my boys care in anyone else's hands.

We have tried so many daycares/boarding facilities and Bravo K9 is hands down the best facility and we are beyond grateful we found Serena. Serena is amazing and so good at what she does. She truly cares about each dog and is constantly working to improve the facility and the experience for the dogs/owners. Serena posts videos all day and you can watch your pup having fun with her and the other dogs. We love that Serena plays fetch with the dogs and lets them have toys (such a bonus for our lab who loves to play). Thank you, Serena for all you do, we appreciate you so much!!

Bravo K9 is the only place I'll take my dog! Whether it's daycare or overnight boarding, I know that he's being well cared for (especially because he's always so excited to see Serena). Serena is extremely reasonable considering all of the playtime and attention all the dogs get. I am impressed by the time she takes every single day to create doggie play groups to ensure all of the dogs are comfortable and have a chance to socialize with one another. I cannot recommend Bravo K9 highly enough!

We were very anxious about leaving our fur baby for over 2 weeks but our concerns were immediately erased after dropping her off at WestFetch. Biscuit absolutely loved her time there. We received tons of photos of her running around, playing with other dogs, lounging on the patio and even smiling! It made it so much easier being away from her knowing that she was having fun and was so well cared for! We highly recommend WestFetch and will definitely be back!

I used WestFetch to board my standard poodle for 4 days and 3 nights. This was the longest I’ve boarded my dog and before that was just over night, 2 different times at more traditional places that use kennels and have a mass amount of dogs. I chose WestFetch because it offered the closest environment that my dog is used to: a regular home, couches, huge backyard space (upgrade from my place) that is divided into 3 sections, and the most important aspect being the human to dog ratio. Other places commonly have about 1 person for every 15 dogs. At WestFetch I think the most dogs boarding at one time will be 6 (not counting day care) and there is always someone there. I dealt with Craig from start to finish and he was always prompt with responses and a pleasure to work with. I dropped my dog off for an hour for a meet and greet session a week or so before my trip. The house was great from the outside and warm and comfortable feeling inside. For boarding, I dropped my dog off on a Thursday morning and picking him up on Sunday was supposed to take place around 5pm but with a delayed flight it didn’t allow me to arrive until 7:45pm. I kept Craig posted and he was extremely accommodating. You will pay more to board your dog here VS large boarding operations but if that keeps my dog out of warehouse style places with kennels all lined up, no grass, a surplus of dogs, and an uncomfortable environment then paying more is what I’ll continue to do every time. I would 100% recommend WestFetch’s services and I’m so happy to have come across this business that offers something that I have not witnessed anywhere else. Did an excellent job with our boys. You can tell that he genuinely cares for your dogs. One of ours had a small issue, and he let us know immediately. He went as far as arranging a vet visit on our behalf. Luckily, it was nothing major, but it was nice to know for sure. Also, the communication period was outstanding. Lots of updates with photos and texts. This will absolutely be our go-to for all boarding and daycare needs. While there are other places closer to our home, the drive is well worth it. Our boys came home in much better spirits than with other places. I chalk that up to a staff that truly cares and a home-like environment that required minimal time to adjust to.

Craig and his team are amazing at what they do. The communication is outstanding and we have always felt safe knowing our Great dane was in good hands. We used West Fetch for boarding and in house visits and again- the service and level of care was wonderful. I truly believe that they care for each animal

Our golden retriever had a great time at boarding while we were away on vacation. Big yard for the pups to play. Craig was pleasant to deal with. We’ll be back next time we head out of town!

I love WestFetch. We have boarded our 16 month old labradoodle twice with 3 more visits scheduled in 2023. I love how Craig and his team care so much for her. They make sure she is paired with like dogs, has indoor and outdoor time. They send me text message updates with photos. And not just generic updates, but detailed updates based on her play style. For example “she was just observing this morning but started playing with the other dogs this afternoon”. Since my dog is my only child, I love that Craig and the team at WestFetch treat her like family.
