My experience with this Company has been great. Paula has come out to help with Walking my Dog on several occasions. From the very first time Paula took my Dog for a walk my Dog was comfortable and sensed right away Paula was an Animal lover. Well since that first time there has been many more occasions where Ive booked Paula for my Dog. Each time my Dog came home happy, relaxed, and you could tell it was because she was just so comfortable with Paula. My Dog can be quite difficult to walk. In fact it's a main reason I was looking for help with walking. I have an Elderly Mother who absolutely can not walk my Dog because the dog is to strong. Fetch of Boca Raton was a godsend when I had to go out of town for work! They took excellent care of my 2 cats, sent update photos and notes and did everything to ease my anxiety. They were sweet, knowledgeable and communicative - they even were able to shift when I had a last minute change in travel plans. Everything about my experience with them was comforting and easy. I will use Fetch any time I need to go out of town!

I moved to Florida with my Boston Terrier and found Fetch through the Thumbtack app. The best luck I could have had. As I have many last minute appointments, Paula is extremely accommodating. She and Jorge are reliable, on time, careful, through and loving to my 3 year old Boston. Jorge is amazing. He plays with Orley and has taken interest in his tricks. Plus, Jorge has the best smile ever. It's a joy to know my dog is appreciated and enjoyed in such a happy way. The overnight last week worked out very well. Orley came home clean and with shorter nails. Much appreciated. Don't hesitate to contact this company. Fetch has a user friendly app. You receive information on what your pet did, photos and tracking of your pets walk. All in all, it's a winning business model because of the great people who work with the pets. Thank you

I was impressed with the company the first time they came to take my two cavapoo puppies out. The owner " Paula" brought the dog walker and observed. She then called later in the day to say exactly what I had been thinking.... that the girl was not a good fit to handle the two puppies together and she offered to take them on herself. Paula is forthcoming, easy to communicate with and best of all... we feel that she truly cares about the pups and enjoys her job. She also brought in another walker a few days to train her with our dogs in case she is not available and now I trust her implicitly with making that call. We are gone now for the season but we look forward to using Paula and Pet Care Boca

I strongly and heartily recommend this particular Fetch franchise run by Paula. And definitely not the neighboring one for Boynton Beach. Paula and her team were great with my big dogs, one of whom has some special Medical needs. They were good at communicating, being available for transport to vet visit if necessary, and able to skillfully handle my dogs when they were reactive to other dogs. I wish I could have continued to use this franchise but the scheduling office for this area switched me without notice and warning to the awful Boynton Beach franchisee who never had the courtesy to introduce himself.

I love Fetch!!! I have been using them for over a year now and have never been disappointed. We travel often and they are always available. They take superb care of my fur babies! Last week I had a death in the family and needed them on super short notice. They took care of my kids so I could go be with my family. Last summer our air conditioning went out while we were out of the country and Lucia met the A/C guy at our house several times to let him in to do the repairs. These guys go out of their way to take care of our babies. I cannot sing their praises enough.

We needed a dog walker twice daily for our Mom who went into an assisted living facility…. No way was she able to handle a puppy. Missy was wonderful taking care of my kitties. She really loves the pets and made sure they had their food and water and the litter boxes were clean. She brought in the mail and made sure the kitty litter went out on garbage day. I highly recommend!!

Paws in the Air and Missy have been a blessing for our baby, Willis (yes, we consider him our baby) She comes to visit, walk and feed Willis when we are out. I know Willis loves her visits because he waits for her at his window (picture attached) If you want a reliable, loving person to watch over your baby (Pet), then Paws in the Air is your call.

I have two awesome dogs. One of them is a 7 month old full of energy, house broken and a professional thief cocker spaniel and other one is a 7 year old, super lazy and emotionally sensitive cocker spaniel. Those two guys are bonded each other with love and hate relationship. Little one is sometimes annoying older one. I looked for a pet hotel for those two however I couldn’t find a place to make both of them happy at the same time. I saw Happy Paws, I was very skeptical at first. I thought it is a kind of scam. 33 reviews, few photos looked suspicious but I dialed the number anyways. Once Liz answered phone, I felt like “that s the right place”. That lovely, kind and positive positive voice made me sure that my guys will be happy in there! My babies had stayed almost 4 days with Liz and they were super happy. Liz sent their photos and all their info daily. Highly recommend her if you need a lovely place for your babies when you are away from them.

My dog loves staying with Liz. I feel like he gets more individualized attention during daycare than he normally gets at a typical doggy daycare. Additionally, prior to using Liz’s services, I’ve never trusted any place to leave him overnight for “boarding” because he has separation anxiety and he doesn’t do well in a cage or kennel but Liz never keeps dogs in cages so long story short, her first ever overnight stay was a huge success! Finally, Liz is very flexible in terms of hours and is very quick to respond and keep you informed of how your furbaby is going. Thanks so much to Liz and her family for taking such good care of someone who I consider part of my family. 100% recommended!

I feel so fortunate to have been recommended to Liz at Happy Paws! I have never felt so comfortable and safe leaving my pup while I go away. He was so cared for while I was away and Liz is so nurturing and treats the animals as if they were her own ! I was sent pictures and updates the entire time and I never once worried about my dog. I even went home with pictures from his stay! She is the only one I trust and will use to watch my dog ! Highly recommend!

Greta is very reliable, caring and respectful. Our cat, Thumper, loves her. She gives him a lot of attention and has fun playing with him. I like that she communicates with us and also writes a summary for each visit. We feel very comfortable having her take care of our little guy.

My puppy absolutely loves Greta! I met Greta while she was caring for a friend's puppy and when we got a puppy, I knew she would be the right person to call! She is responsible and trustworthy. She goes above and beyond to make sure our little puppy gets love and attention while we are away at work. We get video/picture updates as well as a message letting us know how the visit went. I feel confident in recommending her to my friends and family. She even offers other services like dog baths, pet supply runs, and pet taxi!

We initially visited without our doggies to get a tour of the place and to get some info on the packages available. We were impressed with the options and with the cleanliness of the facility. This was going to be a first for my dogs, as we've always taken them on vacation with us to "pet-friendly" hotels (which have never been friendly to our doggies). Needless to say, it was the right decision. For once we were able to go on vacation without receiving a call because of our dogs barking. A miracle. We had peace of mind knowing our dogs were in good hands, and with the ability to see them via webcam as we booked them together in a Crown Jewel suite(see photo). We will most definitely book again when next we are on vacation, and have advised other family members to do the same with their doggies. Thank you Chateau Poochie for treating Oreo & Rusty well & for allowing us to have a vacation without worry.

Both our older dog and new puppy love going to daycare! They are well received, the staff is beyond sweet and our dogs run go go in. That says so much! It's not for everyone but Chateau for us has been a saving grace! 😍 Praline is 6 months old now and well exercised, socialized, as well as she gets 6 walks a day while there. My husband and I started to businesses and have been so busy leaving our two goldendoodles Delilah and gunner without their parents all day. Obviously This is not the life any dog parent wants for their baby so we started using Chateau poochie. They go here for daycare and for training But I really wanna take a moment just to recognize Ellen Gray. Our puppy Delilah is really hyper not very attention motivated, and if she was a human would be a total ADHD diva selfie, glam, queen LOL. Our dog Loves to learn and loves to please people if he was a human he would be the A+ student who couldn’t wait To take a test lol. Very different personalities. Ellen gray the trainer has done leaps and bounds with them in their training. My trouble child Delilah is not such a trouble child anymore. She loves to learn because ELLEN has made it fun for her she has calmed down knows all her basic commands and actually listens now. She seeks human attention because the time Ellen Has dedicated to her. She constantly challenged gunners A+ student mind with puzzles and other interactive activities. Both of my dogs cry in the morning until we finally bring them to day care. They stand at the door and demand to go to “school”. Their walking experience that use to be difficult they now enjoy after having proper training. They are overall much happier since working with ELLEN. I could rave on and on about the parties the school throws for them. THE PHOTOGRAPHER. Management is awesome too. My dogs would live here if they could. It is their home away from home. ELLEN is amazing amazing amazing in her reward based training that dogs enjoy because they feel encouraged and not punished. 5 stars.

My Bentley loves his friends at Chateau Poochie! I appreciate all of the fun activities they have for the pups. Bentley always has so much and even celebrated his 1st birthday there! I trust the staff completely and wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else!

Amazing place to bring your dog! They also offering training services. I bought a package with Ellen Gray and my dog has improved tremendously! She’s a fear free trainer and you can tell it is her passion. She has taught my dog so many tricks and really helped him with our walks. He no longer pulls and is so obedient. I definitely recommend her and this doggy day care. Everyone is wonderful and very friendly. You can watch your dog on the live cameras all day!

My dog goes to Chateau Poochie for day care and will go there to stay when I go on vacation and she absolutely loves it! The staff is so friendly and they are so good to the dogs! If you are looking for daycare or boarding with a friendly, caring, atmosphere look no further. Ness loves going there and playing with her fur friends! They treat my Steven like a prince. He loves going and never comes home smelling of pee like he used to when he went to another doggie daycare. They are caring and really make sure the dogs play safely. Love this place

We have used Kitties N K9’s now a couple of times, and Vicki Lombardi is amazing with our 2 cats, Thor & Loki. We’ve experienced some terrible cat sitters out there, as many pet sitting services will watch cats, but don’t actually understand cats or even like cats. Our security system would show the person coming in and staying for less than 5 minutes, with zero interaction with our cats. We’d return home to the cat’s whining/crying out as yes, cats do require human interaction and stimulation! And the house would be a mess, with food and litter all over the place, and water bowls completely dry! This was NOT at ALL the case with Vicki at Kittens N K9s. We arrive home to happy cats, food bowls with extra food, water bowls filled, and maintained litter boxes. She even sweeps the floors and cleans the counters, so the food and litter isn’t scattered everywhere. Vicki is very attentive and sends multiple pictures, and videos during every visit! We can finally travel in peace knowing our 2 buddies are in good hands with a kind and patient professional cat person!

I'm new to the area and had to go away on short notice. Kitties N K9s came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They took great care of my fur-diva, are very accommodating and sent me daily pics and videos. I will definitely be using them again.

I was extremely pleased with the overnight dog sitting services for my pug dog GiGi. The sitter (Jade) sent me photos and described to me how GiGi was doing every night. It was wonderful to have peace of mind knowing that GiGi was being take care of with affection and diligence. I highly recommend this service for true dog lovers.

This was my first experience with House and Hound Care and I must say it was positive. We used walking and overnight in house services and Monika and Kate were wonderful. We had a slight mishap with our stubborn dog the first day, but we were able to communicate and get quick responses through the app. The sitters pitched in and switched up schedules and managed to keep Finley happy so we could continue on worry free. Having text updates and pictures was also a nice touch, we didn't have to worry did anyone show up and could see how happy he was. Definitely will use them again and recommend to others.

We have been going to Pompano Pet Lodge for Daycare/socialization and boarding since I adopted my “Little Boy” who is approx 10 years 3 mos. 2 and 1/2 years ago. He’s a sweet heart now but had a very rough start, yet every single person at the daycare couldn’t be more caring and more kind if they themselves had adopted him. I feel as though they are all part of our adoptive family! I can’t say enough wonderful things to say to each of them! From Little Boy and Myself. “Thank You”. Absolutely love this place! My dog is very excited to go and always has a fun time. My pup is a bit of a crack head 🤣 she just loves to play...all the time. I had problems with other daycares handling her but not with pet lodge! They work with you and your pup so everyone has a good experience. Highly recommend this place for any fur baby!

I would recommend this location to absolutely anyone looking to board their pet or even just daily daycare. They introduce your pup to the rest of the gang in a comfortable way for both dog and handler. They offer pool time for the water loving dogs and a lot of play time. Cheese enjoyed 2 daycare visits and stayed for 12 days while mom+dad were on vacation and she had a ball. They give little report cards at the end of their stay so you can get a little rundown on how your pup did throughout the day. Again, this is the best facility!

I love bringing my dogs Bailey and Benji to daycare! Their hours are really convenient and help with work hours and they come home exhausted from all the playing and socializing. Big plus from daycare are the cameras you can check in at any time and watch your dogs socialize with other dogs. For sure will 100% recommend the daycare service for people who work all day and their pet is home alone all day.

I recommend getting them groomed while they are there for the day. I am always pleased with how they look and smell. One thing I really appreciated was a phone call from a staff member sharing that my Frenchie was not doing well in the heat. I promptly picked him up and was so grateful that they were watching him that closely in group play. You can trust the fine people at Pompano Pet Lodge to take great care of your fur babies!

My dog and I are in love with this place! Social daycare was my 75lb dog’s first time around a group of dogs like this so I loved their process of slowly introducing the dog to the environment and paying extra attention to make sure they are not getting stressed. After coming here weekly for months I can definitely say my dog’s temperament has completely changed, his walks are much calmer and he rests so well after his daycare visits! I have also boarded my dog multiple times and they offer so many options to make everyone comfortable. Knowing my dog was getting socialization and exercise instead of sitting in a crate also made me so happy! The staff really get to know the dogs and follow their lead. I would recommend this place to everyone as they have a small dog section as well.

This is the gem I was looking for my beagle in south Coconut Creek and Pompano Beach. They have a large, caring, brilliant staff. They have the accessories you might need at a moment's notice. They have the environment you need to keep your dog socialized. They emailed me status reports on my dog! This is what you're getting with the Pompano Pet Lodge. If I had a quibble with anything, it's that you will need to ask about the long list of benefits you can enjoy. It's a LONG list and you can probably tailor your pet's needs in a one-stop-shopping kind of way. This place is a resource, and I found it very affordable and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Love, love, love this place! We've been coming here since it was just the small area, before the expansion. Our dog always comes home tired but happy. The staff is great, helpful, attentive and amiable. Obviously love their job, which is always a good feeling for dog moms. Take your pup here, you won't regret it. That's my baby, there.

I highly recommend Pompano Pet Lodge for daycare and boarding. The staff is always attentive to my dog. I love it because she gets to play all day and also go in the pool. She is always happy when i pick her up and also exhausted. I also feel happy knowing she is safe when I am in and out of town!

My baby loved his vacation with Michelle. She was attentive and loving. He seems to have integrated nicely into her home and enjoyed her baby and all the other dogs. Her process is very professional and organized with clear invoices and guidelines. While i was traveling, I appreciated all the updates with great pictures and, most importantly, knowing he was in good hands. Thank you!

I used Michelle to watch my 3 dogs when I was away for the weekend. I really enjoyed how professional and responsive she was. The dogs seemed to all get along really well with her and I enjoyed her prompt responsive and picture updates. I will definitely use her again when I am away!!

They take good care of my dog all the time, very loving environment, I pay for unlimited daycare, the people who work there are the most caring folks who shower all the dogs with love. My lab mix loves it here. She has even stayed overnight for boarding. We also do grooming (aka doggy spa) here. She comes home fresh and clean with trimmed nail.

Love this place! My dog didn't go to any sort of dog care facility for the first 7 years of her life so I was curious about how she would do here and she clearly loves it - she has developed her puppy friendships and is always extremely excited to pull up in the morning. The staff here are rock stars, you can really tell they love dogs and enjoy the work they do. One staff member even went above and beyond for me a few months ago by bringing me a cup of water to pour into my car's cooling system when I was having auto issues out front, which he didn't NEED to take time out of his day to do but did anyway, and that saved my hide that day. I look forward to taking my dog here for the foreseeable future :)

Love this place! They really care about all the dogs in their care. I bring my 2 pooches there every work day on their unlimited plan. It is very affordable and they have activities planned everyday. My dogs are always excited to go and are very happy there. The staff are truly professional animal lovers. It is a very well run dog utopia!

I recently visited Dogtopia and while the receptionist was friendly, I was taken aback by the strong odor of urine in the facility. Unfortunately, I don't feel comfortable leaving my dog in an environment like that. My pet deserves a cleaner and healthier space.

I was in Florida to visit my family and heard about this place through a friend. They are absolutely a five star business and I would like to note that their employee Kellen was extremely good with my dog Lilah and handled her very well! When I come back next year I know where I'm going!

My bulldog Roxie loves this place! Every morning she's hopping out of the car and rushing to the door. Prices are fair and they include a healthy snack, photos, paw print crafts, etc weekly. All the trainers are friendly and Roxie literally won't leave until she gets to say goodbye/get her pets from the staff. Attached are some of the photos they have sent me.

We have been using Margie and My Other Mommy Pet Sitting for nearly a decade and I recommend them to all of my friends and family. We never have to worry about our dogs when they are with Margie and she is happy to care for them for just a day or for an extended vacation. She knows and loves them as if they are her own dogs. She cares for dogs' individual needs, their temperaments and any special diets or medical needs they may have. I cannot recommend Margie and My Other Mommy Pet Sitting enough!

When my wife and I need to travel, our dog Spooky always stays with Margie and My Other Mommy. Margie does not crate the dogs - she has made a comfortable living space for them and a nice backyard - and she sends us picture updates to show us how Spooky is doing. Our dog is frequently anxious and visibly shakes when we have to bring her to the vet or to be groomed, but she actually gets excited when we take her to Margie's and she always runs straight in. It is an enormous relief to know that our dog is safe and well cared for when we have to go out of town, and it is very clear that Margie and her family love the dogs and that she is in good hands. We have been working with Margie for years and I recommend her to everyone.

Margie and Summer from My Other Mommy have been life savers for us and our cats. They take a daily picture of the cats so we know they are doing well and keeps us connected with the little ones. My Other Mommy Pet Services are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend their services. Over the past 10 years, they have watched and cared for 4 of my dogs (two were very old with lots of medications). We first met Margie at her house. The house is immaculate and clean with a very open back yard that is safe and enclosed so the dogs can run. Margie and her team are responsible, safe, loving and caring. They are very organized with files for food quantity and medications and follow the directions perfectly. She has taken my dogs to the vet too and cares for them like they are her own. My dogs LOVE going there. Its a very social environment for them and they get to run around safely. My Other Mommy Pet Services send daily updated with pictures while I am away! I leave on vacation knowing that my dogs are in safe wonderful hands. I HIGHLY recommend My Other Mommy.

My dogs have been there twice - once for 11 days - and they loved it. Margie goes all out to make sure they're comfortable and have fun. My one big dog wasn't eating, so Margie mixed in some ground beef for a couple of days to get her appetite back up while we were gone. That's going above and beyond, in my estimation. We love my other mommy, and wouldn't leave Tsuki anywhere else.

I have been sending my dogs Sarge to stay with Margie and Summer for almost 3years. It has been the best experience for both Sarge and us. We are worry free when we are traveling because we know he is in great hands. We would not leave Sarge with anyone else. Their home is clean, organized, and safe. I highly recommend my other mommy.

I have been leaving my 2 dogs with My Other Mommy for years now and don't have to worry! They come back happy and tired which is great for me and Margie always keeps me up to date with photos while I'm away. Margie is a gem. She was very kind, compassionate and understanding when I was looking for a place to house our larger German Shepherd while we were away. She was thorough, showed me her credentials, made sure our fur baby was a good fit, and ensured she took the time to integrate her with the other dogs. Her home is clean and well organized. While we were away, she sent pictures and updated me often. I appreciated her honest feedback and would definitely recommend her services. Our fur baby will be visiting again!

I have taken my dogs to My Other Mommy for over five years. I have always felt they were very well taken care of. Margie is a very well organized person with strict rules and I appreciate that. It insures that all the dogs under her care are vaccinated, healthy and manageable. I am glad to fill out a detailed form on my dogs’ doctors, that is for my dogs well being. Margie has gone out of her way with my dogs to give them eye drops, or stick pills down their throat (epileptic dog), she is a woman to be trusted. My dogs are glad to go back to her place, that says a lot too.
