I’ve used Appletree as my dogs boarder for several years and can thoroughly recommend Penny as an excellent sitter. My dog is always happy to stay with Penny and her guests and is reluctant to leave. I always feel very comfortable leaving Cooper - he’s well looked after and has plenty of space to chill either inside or out. You won’t regret choosing Penny if you need a reliable, flexible sitter. Penny is always quick to respond to requests and is usually able to take the fuzzball.

Our dog Jasper stays with Penny for a couple of weeks every year. Each time we arrive he is super excited! He makes new friends, has lots of fun and each time I leave him, I know he will be well looked after. Penny is great and gives regular updates on how he is getting on which is very reassuring. Top rate place, can't recommend highly enough.

As the owner of an Irish wolfhound I needed a home from home for her where she was a part of the family. Penny has been brilliant, we started out with a try out session just to make sure everyone was happy and that Juno would fit in with the other dogs. Happily she really settled in well and has continued to do so on many occasions. It’s very reassuring to know my dog is happy while we are away. Also I love the little updates we get during her stay. Hamish loves being here. He always comes home as if he’d just had an amazing holiday with many friends. Penny has an amazing way with dogs. We can relax in the knowledge that Hamish is having excellent care and being treated as one of the family.

We are so lucky to discover Penny, we have a Vizsla called Paddy, that loves to be with people and Penny and Steve make him feel very much at home. He loves time spent at Penny’s. There is always something for him to do or other friendly dogs for him to socialise with. Penny’s dog care business is the epitome of a professional canine carer.

My Vizsla Hugo stayed with Penny for a few days to see how he got on before our 2 week holiday at end of the year. I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Penny had 5 more Vizslas visit her through his stay. I received many photos and a videos of him having a lovely time and he came back a very sleepy boy.

We have been taking Abby and Squid to Penny for a few years now and I wouldn't send them anywhere else. It really is a home away from home so that you can relax and know that your dogs are well taken care of while you are busy elsewhere

Penny has been looking after Rodney for a few years now. He loves it there (doesn't look back when he goes in) and is comforting to know he's well looked after whilst we are away.

Just picked up our beloved dog Winston after a weeks stay with Sharon - he had a wonderful time and we thoroughly enjoyed our daily pup-dates of photos. My dog Winston has health issues which they fully accommodate - so for us to be able to go on holiday gives us huge peace of mind. A very worthy 5 stars

Sherlock loves going on holiday to We Love Pets Bury St Edmunds and we get regular updates and photos so we know what he’s been up to. He comes home happy and relaxed which is a relief as we tried other options and he came home very anxious. They really know how to look after him!

Where do I start. From first contact with Tasha I just knew my furbabies would be loved and looked after. When Tasha first popped over to go over everything and meet them she instantly got down to their level and spoke with them. All three of my furbabies have very different personalities and having given a brief before meeting them instantly knew who was who. I got updates and photos everyday which meant I could relax and enjoy my break knowing they would be just fine In her company. I also added an extra day while away and Tasha said it would be absolutely fine. Knowing that my furbabies were in their own surrounding and meant they were kept to their own routine was totally reassuring. Along with my house being kept safe aswell. I’ve had house sitters in the past and they didn’t quite look after the house either. So it was lovely on my return that it was clean, tidy, and nothing broken. 🥰 Shall defiantly be using this service again when we hopefully get booked to go away again in oct.

Tasha and Andy looked after our grey tabbies while we had a week in Cornwall. They sent us photos every day and kept us reassured that our babies were just fine. They didn’t just pop in - that stayed and played with our curious affectionate kittens. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them again and can highly recommend them both.

From first contact and meeting Tasha, Milo, our dog, was in love! Communication was great, and Tasha gave us options for house sitting and also boarding with a pop in for our cat. There was no pressure for either option. In the end, we used Tasha and Andy for House sitting for our dog and cat while we were on holiday. This was the first time leaving our animals with someone who was not family, and Tasha put all my anxious thoughts to ease. While we were away, we got daily and sometimes twice daily updates with pictures, which I found fantastic. Upon coming home, Tasha had hoovered, mopped, and even cleaned the bathroom while also washing the bed covers. This was amazing to come home to after a long flight home! We would definitely recommend We Love Pets BSE and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you again, especially from Milo and Mittens.

Tasha was great from initial contact through staying with our pups! She loved our babies as her own and sent plenty of pictures and videos for our peace of mind. Our pups definitely missed her when she left!

An excellent service provided by genuine animal lovers who love and care for your pet. I am confident whenever the team look after our cat, that she is well looked after, given plenty of attention and our property is looked after and safe.

We Love Pets looked after our two cats and two indoor Guinea pigs for two weeks this summer and I honestly cannot fault them. The pets looked very happy and relaxed when we returned. The cages and litter trays were super clean. We got pictures everyday which was really reassuring and they sent us regular updates. We will definitely use them again.

We have just been away for a stress free break knowing that We Love Pets (Bury St Edmunds) were house sitting our 2 beloved older ladies. Apart from the dog & cat being well, the plants watered, the house left in a good state, the daily emails & photos… I think the best thing was having the confidence to know we could enjoy our break without worrying about the really important stuff. Would recommend to anyone that loves their pets too.

Suzanne looked after our dog Buffy since she was 6 months till she was 2 1/2. We are moving out of the area soon and will miss having someone so trustworthy to look after our girl. Our dog adores her and was always pulling the lead towards the house, which made us so happy. Couldn’t ask for more! She communicates brilliantly, is compassionate and just a lovely person all around. Rare find!

Spot On is run with a kind hand & canine orientated hearts! I have been using their boarding services for several years now & judge them by my dogs reaction & returned to me status. My dog is excited as soon as the overnight bag comes out. By the time we are packing up to drop off, he is ready & waiting to get in the car - such anticipation! You may expect a well administered, regulations adhered to set up. A clean & warm home to accommodate your four legged family & a friendly welcome! My dog has always been happy to return & so, therefore, am I. Thoroughly recommended family team making it a home from home experience for your pet!

Su and family have provided Dog walking, daycare, holiday stays and emergency cover for my dog for the last 7 years and before that looked after my elderly fragile cat. Their service is fully insured and they adhere to high professional standards. They have a great bond with my pets who really enjoy spending time with them as they are treated like one of the family - a home from home. Spot on were key holders for my house which was so useful when I had to rush away on a family emergency. They were able to collect my dog and all she needed and look after her until I was ready to come pick her up. I tried other companies before I discovered Su and family and this is the best by far.

Spot On Pet Care have been looking after Stanley for over a year now.We used their Dog walking service regularly when Stanley was a puppy and now he attends day care and stays overnight and whilst we holiday! I only have to mention Suzannes name and he is chomping at the bit to get round there. Would Highly recommend anyone wanting home from home care for their doggies.

Phoned up to arrange a stay for my dog. She asked what sort of breed he was and if he was good with other dogs. I answered he is half border collie half golden retriever and that the border collie breed makes him pretty excitable but he is a good boy. She promptly said he wouldn't be a good fit because it was in her home. I can understand not wanting a misbehaved dog in my home. But what she failed to find out was my dog is 9 years old and as sweet as they come. It would have been more professional to maybe arrange a meet and greet. Or to at least find out more about him.

Barney loves going to day care each week and Suzanne takes so much care of him - starting to think he likes Suzanne more than me! He can never wait to get through the gate. Suzanne is very caring and I know Barney is in good hands. I would never dream of sending him elsewhere. All queries are responded to very efficiently. Excellent service all round. Would definitely recommend

We have taken our dog Millie to Suzanne for boarding many times now when we have been away and can not take her with us. She is well cared for in a nice family environment and is always happy to go there. I would recommend Spot On to anyone who wants to know there dog is in good hands when you are away.

We definitely recommend Fiona and David to anyone! We nearly cancelled our holiday because our dog got a skin infection and needed supervision most of the time, but then we bumped into their website. Bella had a trial day, and we understood immediately we were in the right place. They really care about their "guests", and because Bella had special needs, they looked after her as if she were their own. When we went to pick Bella up, she was happy and relaxed, and her skin infection was gone too. Thank you again, Fiona and David; as soon as we plan our next holiday, we won't hesitate to contact you!

Fiona and David are lovely. They are clearly very experienced with dogs, and people you can absolutely trust to care for your dog when you're away. My dog became unwell when staying with them, and Fiona dealt with it superbly, keeping me informed of her progress. I would absolutely recommend the Dog Hotel to anyone.

We live in Bristol but rather unusually were looking for home boarding in Suffolk. We had quite a specific list of requirements and the Dog Hotel met these and more. Our dog had a great week with Fiona and came back happy and relaxed. Highly recommend, would definitely use again!

Wow! We are so lucky to have found Fiona and David at The Dog Hotel. The owners are super kind and understanding. There are no limits to exercise (which we’ve experienced elsewhere before) the dogs receive so much love and affection in a home from home environment. I have two energetic spaniels who need to run and be outdoors. 12 acres to play on is their heaven! Thank you again from us and two sleepy dogs 😃

Put simply, we know we couldn’t do better. Fiona and David ensure the wellbeing and happiness of our much loved dog Arthur to such a degree that it would be impossible to ask for more. Arthur loves his visits to the Dog Hotel which of course means that we in turn are able to go away, relaxed and care free in the certain knowledge that he is being cared for in an exemplary manor - a real home from home, we are so thrilled we found such a wonderful place.

Our boy is so excited to arrive at The Dog Hotel we know that he is happy to stay with Fiona and is extremely well looked after. He dashes in on arrival, we couldn’t ask for more. Fiona always takes the time to get to know our dog’s needs and is ready to tailor her care.

Fiona and David take excellent care of our small dog. We know when we go away that we don't ever have to worry about her as she is lovingly looked after. I would highly recommend the Dog Hotel.

We have used the Hotel for a number of years and they are fabulous. Fiona is great and our dog Teddy loves staying there, in fact he never wants to leave when we go to collect him. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Carol is brilliant. She works with you and has great attention to detail wanting to know daily routines and patterns so that your pet is completely catered for. I felt at ease being away knowing my dog was being looked after. I even got regular updates and photos. I would never hesitate to use Stellar Pet Care and neither would my dog!

The poor customer service skills of Camptails staff is extremely poor , yet they are proud of it. Read the other one star review which matches my experience with them. They have so much attitude over the phone and in emails. They told me about their cancellation rules only after appointment was made and then needed to be cancelled. At that point its too late to bring that up to the customer. I never actually got to using their service as the appointments part was so uncomfortable. Up your game if you want to succeed. You work with our precious dogs, how can we trust you when you can’t even treat the dog parents respectfully. Hint: Lay out all your ground rules prior to appointments.

Our dog goes in once a week, he really enjoys it . The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. All he dogs appear to be well looked after/ entertained.

My mini Yorkie puppy loves chasing his friends and getting cuddles here. The staff make sure he enjoys his playtime with other friendly dogs.

Excellent, friendly staff and it always seems very clean. And most importantly my dog loves it. They do a great job in the Groom Room as well.

Tails is a wonderful place to leave your loved pet! Please do not confuse this place with your standard dog "storage" kennel. Camp Tails is an all day activity centre with trained staff caring for and engaging with your dog around the clock, litteraly. Their space is awesome, it's open and stress free, the level of socialisation your dog gets is exactly what they need. Our dog Pepper loves the attention and comes back home exhausted after a day. The staff are excellent and super helpful, I have no worries in leaving my dog here and leave with peace of mind that she's being looked after to an excellent standard. Thank you!

Potato has been a day camper for several years and he absolutely loves it! It is wonderful to see him excited to go through the door knowing that he will have the best standard of care and supervision whilst there. Everyone wants their dogs to have fun and be safe at the same time - Camp Tails have nailed this! All of the staff are super friendly and their love and commitment to all of the dogs really does shine through. Potato comes home in need of a post day-care nap after all of the interaction and fun he has had with his doggie friends :) Goes without saying - I highly recommend Camp Tails, they truly do make dogs happy!

Indy had an amazing first day at Camp Tails and came home knackered! They did a report card for her first day and even posted videos on what the dogs get up to! They do enrichments for them such as puzzle feeders and agility which is perfect for a spaniel! We will definitely keep using Camptails, thank you ☺️

We have recently returned from a family holiday and although we take our dog wherever we go on this occasion we couldn't, so leaving her was not easy especially for my girls. However, Julie made this so much easier and I'm sure our dog had as much of a holiday as we did. We had regular updates and photos which was very reassuring for my children who really missed her and it was lovely to see her playingwith the other dogs. I was also very happy to leave her knowing Julie meets for a dog walk with all potential customers to make sure they are suitable. When we next have to leave our dog behind I will most definitely use Cedar House Dog Sitting 😊

We are so pleased we have found a home from home for Rocco to stay when we’re away. Knowing he is with Julie, Pat & Moss allows us to relax fully. He is welcomed the minute he arrives, he now runs in and doesn’t even look back! Julie has a great knowledge of what dogs need and love and walkies are plentiful! She also appreciates we miss him, so sends the perfect number of photos and messages - not too many, just enough. We feel very fortunate to have found Cedar House dog sitting.

Our dog Bo was welcomed into Julie and Pats home from day one! We felt he was safe and well cared for with plenty of walks. This is the first time we have left our dog Larry at a sitters and I can't recommend Julie enough to care for your dog if you are at all anxious about. She gives lots of updates whilst away which I really appreciated and treated him as if he was her was own. It's definitely a home from home experience which is what we were looking for and judging by how tired he is he has definitely had the most wonderful time.

We were a bit apprehensive about leaving Ellie, our Golden Retriever for a week as she's never really stayed with anyone she doesn't know. We found Cedar House Dog Sitting whilst searching online for someone suitable. We arranged to meet Julie for a dog walk. Cedar House is surrounded by lovely walks and woodland and Ellie seemed quite happy with Julie's dog Moss. During her stay Julie kept us updated regularly with comments and photos which really helped to put our minds at ease. She had lots of walks and some swimming too so we knew she would be happy. I thoroughly recommend Cedar House Dog Boarding, Julie made our dog Monty’s stay very enjoyable with lots of lovely countryside walks and games in the garden. We met Julie and her dog Moss before we booked Monty’s place with her which was brilliant as we could see how the dogs got along and got to know Julie before our holiday. This was the first time we had left Monty as he is only two, Julie reassured us with pictures and messages of how Monty was doing which meant we could relax on holiday knowing he was having a good time too! Ozzi had his first stay for a week. Julie and Pat really got to know Ozzi and his querky ways. We have learnt from this stay that ozzi is happy with 1 or 2 dogs but not settled with a lot of dogs. Moss has also become ozzi s pal. Thank you so much for looking after Ozzi. Definately will bring Ozzi to stay again

My dog had a brilliant time at Cedar House. He stayed for 2 weeks and I got heaps of pictures and the odd video to show how he was getting along. I will always ask Julie if she has space for him before I look anywhere else in the future. Kennels can be so noisy and solitary, it does make a difference knowing my dog has friends to play with and staying in a normal house is fabulous.

Lola stayed with Julie, Patrick and their dog Moss at Cedar House for just over 2 weeks. I can't say enough good things about about these two! Lola was so well cared for and Moss was very welcoming to Lola and a great playmate. I was put at ease during our entire holiday. Julie kept us up to date with how Lola was settling in and would send over pictures every now and then. I think Lola would have loved for our holiday to be longer so she could stay at Cedar House! We will definitely use Julie and Patrick anytime we are away.

We couldn't wish for a better "dog holiday" for our little black cockapoo "Poppy" than staying with Julie and Pat at Cedar House. Poppy has now been several times and is looked after as one of the family. She enjoys lots of walks and games with their dog Moss and when we are away they kindly send pictures of Poppy enjoying herself. Julie and Pat are clearly very experienced dog owners who offer safe and stimulating care in a lovely rural setting. Highly recommended . John and Helen.

Sarah has done a great job looking after Reggie our house rabbit whilst we were away for a few days. We were sitting having our tea and "ping" our phone went - Sarah had sent us a video of Reggie enjoying himself and some lovely photos of him really chilled and relaxed. A weight off our shoulders and we felt reassured he was being looked after and loved whilst we were away. So happy we've asked Sarah to look after Reggie again later this year :)

We've used Sarah many times to look after our cats in our home. We can thoroughly recommend her. Totally trustworthy, the cats love her and she copes with our cat with renal issues. We never worry about Mikey and Mavis when we go away.

Highly recommend jessicas pet care, I have 3 fur babies and I get extremely worried about leaving them but jessica is reliable and instantly made me feel at ease with leaving them in her care. Trustworthy and professional and my 2 dogs and cat love her and that says a lot as they are very fussy bunch!
