I am an anxious dog mom and I do not enjoy leaving my dog, but when I have to board him for travel reasons, I do not worry one bit while he is at Wagsworth. The staff do an amazing job making sure he is happy and cared for! And definitely add on the photos, they are well worth it and they send a nice update as well! I will always use Wagsworth for boarding needs, so thankful to have such an awesome place.

From making the appointment, to working in Wagsworth’s wonderful customer portal to the actual visit, pictures and easy checkout - I’m so impressed. My lab is happier than ever!!! We can’t wait for his next stay!

Our GSD Kasi takes a vacation to wagsworth every time we go away, and it’s always a pleasant experience! The staff is so sweet and handles our drama queen with understanding and ease. Wagsworth is the best! My giant breed dog has stayed here multiple times over the last several years, and every time is well taken care of. I love that Wagsworth allows me to choose options that meet my dogs needs and I always feel comfortable that my dog is good hands while I am away.

My husband and I are both insane helicopter cat-parents so when we found out, short-notice, that we would need to be away for up to two weeks, we were in a panic! Luckily we were recommended Wagsworth Manor by our vet. I am so happy with our experience and grateful to the staff for taking such great care of our boy! The staff was incredibly organized and professional. They were able to give our cat his prescription food and medications with no issue. Every time we were nervous, we could call in to receive a detailed update of how he was doing. Thank you so much to Wagsworth Manor for making this as easy for us and our pet as possible.

Wagsworth is the premier dog and cat daycare and boarding business in the Delaware Valley. A range of pet care services are offered, including swimming. Our family has used Wagsworth for four years and we have always been pleased. Our dog loves the place—we have to almost drag him to the car when we pick him up because he loves the it so much.

Our pup Sadie loves Wagsworth, and so do we!! Today when my husband picked her up she was happy, & not stressed! Sadie is sometimes difficult and takes a while to get used to new people, but at wagsworth she seems to enjoy her training and handlers, and they are all so kind and patient with her. its all good stuff! We Joke, and call it Wagsworth Academy! (School for the furry elite!) Lol. ❤️ We wouldn't have Sadie stay anywhere else!

Kaya loved her 8 day stay at Wagsworth. She was so happy when I picked her up. I love that there are different suite options for sleeping. Wagsworth isn’t the cheapest boarding but the care makes you able to go away and know your dog is happy.

I took my first dog, Whiskey to Wagsworth ever since we got her 14 years ago, and she loved it! Once she passed away we got a new dog named Daisy who also loves it! Daisy goes to daycare and gets the swim package when she boards and she’s all smiles when I go to pick her up! My cats unfortunately hated it but that’s because they’re felines and you just can’t please them. 🤷

We have always been pleased with Wagsworth - they are worth the money. They are very professional and we never have a worry when we board our dogs there. We recently boarded a deaf 11 year old, and a 2 year old where this was her first time staying, and both were perfectly fine. They came home happy but not too happy, which is just what we want as pet parents.

Will took care of my dogs for the day while I was at a wedding. One of my dogs has separation anxiety and will tear things up if left alone in new places. I called around to see if I could get her boarded for the night, but no one responded. It ended up working out, because Jogs with Dogs worked with me and sent Will out for the day to watch them, the price was reasonable and I was able to enjoy the wedding without worrying about them! Love working with Jogs with Dogs! They take great care of my chocolate lab, and give him great attention on his walks. They’re always sure to leave me a photo/video of him during the walks! Would definitely recommend trusting them with your pets!

Phil was fantastic with my special needs Frenchie. He carried her up and down steps, fed her, gave her meds and stayed overnight while I was away for work. He sent daily updates and took great care of her. Highly recommend Phil and Jogs with dogs for your pet sitting needs!

Since moving to Exton, have used Jogs with Dogs. Nothing but great things to say. My dog gets an excellent 30 min walk/run for $30 and (he told me) he comes back happy every time. Phil is clearly an animal lover, and my dog warmed up to him instantly. This is the service I'd use again when moving to this area. Cannot say enough good things.

If I could give 10 stars I would, Jocelynn was AMAZING, we did the over night stay for 2.5 days and they warmed up to her immediately. Let me tell you they had the time of their dog lives running and playing and a vacation from the kids lol. She was so caring and sweet. It was last minute and she had no problem at all. The way she cares for dogs and her customers is amazing. There is no hesitation at all to say she is by far the best and we will be telling people about her because she deserves that much. What free spirited person.

K9 Resorts in Malvern have always taken such awesome care of my dog , Dexter. He has boarded there several times and they always deal with his fussy eating habits with the utmost patience and concern. Whenever I call to check on him , they are so kind and understanding. He comes home happy and clean. I love this place and everyone who cares for him there.

I had a fabulous experience with K-9 Resorts! Brielle was professional enthusiastic and went above and beyond to ensure Philly would receive the care he needed while his mom was away! Our pups love K9 Malvern! Everyone is always so nice and we know they are taken care of when we have to go out of town. They even celebrate their birthdays!

Our dogs love it here! They get to share a room and enjoy meals and play time together. They can also get their medications and even a bath before coming home! Not to mention you can watch K9's Instagram to hopefully see your pets featured and having fun while staying there.

We absolutely love K9 Resorts! The staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and loving toward my pup. My puppy loves it there! I know this because when we arrive in the morning he can hardly contain his excitement and he darts to the door leading to the daycare space as soon as the leash is passed to the staff member ushering him back. He’s exhausted when he comes home, which is just what he needs being an Australian Shepherd mix. He’s high energy and needs to run and play all day. It’s nice seeing photos of him playing when they post them on their Facebook page, such as the one attached here. I know he is in good hands!

After looking at 3 other local options, we were so excited to walk into K9 Resorts and not smell a kennel. They did an assessment on Lilly, my 10 month old Peke, and she did well. She is a dog who is pleasant and social, but has to scope out a situation and then she decides if its right for her. After a few visits, it was obvious we had found the right match. She loved the staff who are pleasant, courteous and attentive. They took good care of her and have been our lifeline when I need her to have active socialization or an overnight stay. She learned good manners, and was potty trained by them . Everyone in our building comments on her great personality, good manners, sweet disposition. She has made great doggie friends and plays hard. It makes her happy and confident. I cannot say enough about the staff and how helpful and reliable they are, every one of them, so K9 Resorts is doing a great job recruiting and training them. This place is well run and clean. The dogs are loved and doted on and it provides peace of mind to owners. Their packages are a good value and their day rates are reasonable for the services that they provide. 5 STARS to the Team

2024 Update: Grace is now almost 3 years old and is still attending K9 resorts at least twice a week! She still loves it and we have never had any issues. The staff always communicate even minor issues. Every day when I drop her off, she gets so excited and when I pick her up, they have to “drag” her out because she doesn’t want to leave. We will continue here as long as it’s needed! Definitely worth the price to know your dog is well taken care of and having the best time! My mini Aussie puppy loves it here! She not only has TONS of fun and comes home tired, she has also learned many social skills from the other dogs and employees. Bringing her here is by far the best decision I’ve made for her!

We love K9 resorts Malvern! I can't say enough good things about this location but I truly believe the staff make it. The staff here is the best. They go above and beyond and treat your dog child as if they were their own. Chloe loves going to day care here, she always has a blast. Words can’t describe how wonderful K9 Malvern has been. Our dog Chiggy was immediately made to feel welcome and loved. We never worried for a second while he was at daycare here. We travel a lot for work and this is probably the best daycare we have gone to. The employees and manager should be so proud! Lucie's is the BEST! They take such great care of my fur baby and treat him like family. I always know he is in the best hands for daycare, grooming and boarding with Lucie's. The staff is so friendly and accommodating.

Since we began bringing my dog there, I have nothing but the best things to say for both the facility as well as the wonderful people who run it. They are all genuinely animal lovers who care about not only the dogs but the experience to their customers. I never worry and I feel so safe knowing that she's in great hands while she's there. In addition, she has a ball! Also, there are other places around that may be a bit bigger but, this place is by far the most affordable and wonderful of all these places! We have moved around alot and this is by the friendliest groomers we have ever been to. The whole staff to me are the real dog whisperers who handled our usually nervous 2 little dogs with great care, and the grooming was perfect. First time I have ever seen them so comfortable going in to get groomed. They went in happy and came out even happier. Thank you guys.

Lucie's is amazing. I had an issue where the vet put the wrong expiration date on my dog's rabies certificate, making it expired when it should not have been. They won't bring a dog in with an expired certificate, for good reason! Lucie's and Michael specifically went above and beyond and worked with the Chester County dog warden to get it rectified when the vet refused to fix their error. Our previous dog went to Lucie's into his old age, and he always came home happy. We now send our second dog to Lucie's and she equally enjoys it.

I have used Lucie's for boarding and grooming services for years. The staff is wonderful and compassionate, I always loved how excited the staff would be to hear the dog's names when I made the reservation. From the moment they arrived until they were picked up I never doubted they were in amazing hands. Thank you for all you've done for my dogs.

My dog loves to go to daycare here, she's always so excited. And she sleeps GREAT when she gets home. More importantly, all of the staff know my dog's name and treat her with genuine care and appreciation. It's heartwarming to see. Highly recommend.

This place is great! We've been bringing our dog here for years. They know him by name, and know all his quirks and preferences. He gets excited as soon as he walks in the door because he knows he's going to have a good time playing with his "camp friends". It's great being able to drop our dog off and know he's going to be happy and well taken care of while we're away.

By far, probably the best place to take your pets for daycare or boarding. I’ve been taking my dog for almost 2 years. Whenever I have a business trip, she stays over night and she loves the daycare. She can’t get out of the car fast enough. The staff is so kind, and treats each animal with compassion and love. I walked in one day, and there were a bunch of dogs laying and surrounding one of the staff members - it was super sweet. You can tell that the pets feel very comfortable there. I will always recommend Lucie and her team.

My Golden Doodle is there, pretty much every day for day-care. He loves the place. And they live him. They make him feel very welcome and loved. All their staff is amazing, hardworking, courteous, polite, attentive towards your concerns and very affectionate towards your pets. The place is clean, and the staff works hard to keep it clean

My husband and I have 2 pups and have been taking them to Lucies for the past 8 years. Our dogs get so excited when they go and sleep like babies when we get home. We absolutely love all the staff and have all our dogs needs taking care of from daycare, overnight stays while we vacation, grooming (amazing job, smell & look so good!!) and vet care (reasonably priced and great care). One stop shop and the pups absolutely love going, Would highly recommend.

This is the first place my dog has been where he seems to really enjoy his time. We come for doggy daycare, and I would have absolutely no issue leaving him here for boarding! The staff are incredibly friendly and love what they do, and you can see it in how much they care about every dog that's there. And it's affordable as well as spacious for every dog. Definitely worth it to come here!

Great valley is amazing! The entire staff is incredible…so warm, friendly and they clearly love what they do and love the dogs! My pup runs to the door and it is always evident she has had the best time when she comes out to see us. We mostly take her to doggy day camp but have also done boarding and spa services and all have been wonderful. Highly recommend!

Pascal had a lovely stay at GVPH. When I picked him up I could tell he had definitely enjoyed his stay. The regular updates from caregivers left me reassured that he was very happy and was having a great time while I was miled away. Thank you GHVP.

Picking the right pet hotel for our dog was important. After all, he's part of our family! We've never really had our dog stay at a pet hotel before since family has always been available to watch him. This was a first for us, and we were beyond happy with the customer service and care they've provided our family. I appreciate that this is a family owned business. There's something about the type of care your dog receives, as if he's one of their own. From what we saw from our dog, he was well taken care of. The staff seemed very friendly, answered any questions we had, and provided a tour of their establishment. We felt comfortable with Great Valley Pet Hotel. Thank you for taking care of Logan!

Oh my gosh!! My doggies just love this place! The staff is so helpful and kind! We’ve had to make last minute reservations and they were so accommodating! My dogs love to romp and play with their friends during their stay. You’ve got to give Great Valley Pet Hotel a try, whether you’re going on vacation or just need a day to spring clean without the dogs underfoot. They are so wonderful!

We highly recommend the Great Valley Pet Hotel for dog boarding. Our 1.5 year old border collie needed boarding when we were away for 10 days; although she was initially anxious, Mark, Halle and the team really helped her settle in. GVPH allows you to bring familiar foods, toys, and bedding for your pet's comfort. They offer 1:1 and group play, with daily treats and email updates with photos so pet parents remain informed on their pup's adventures. This was a very positive experience for all of us, thank you Great Valley Pet Hotel!!

We are so happy with Great Valley Pet Hotel. We had our 10 month old pup attend day camp today and she did so well. We love that we got a report card at pickup and hearing that she had so much fun. We can’t wait for more camp days and will absolutely board too when needed!

Sweet people, but our dog came home sick (major tummy troubles -- with blood involved) the last two times he was boarded here. We've boarded him plenty of times throughout his life and haven't had this problem before. Maybe something changed at this facility. Today we were scheduled to pick up at 3, my husband arrived at 4 and they still hadn't cut his nails (nail trim had been requested at time of booking) and also failed to bring his belongings out with him until my husband asked. Seems unorganized, and I'm really not happy about the infections/parasites he's picked up here.

This was our first time here. Super friendly staff. Very easy to make reservations and they answer all your questions. Our pup was very well taken care of while staying here for a week. We will def be using GVPH again. Highly recommend.

Buds always takes excellent care of my pups! They are reliable, trustworthy, and they even message us with updates through the portal and leave us note cards about their visit. We will never use another dog walker!

Buds have gone way above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't walk my two husky/akita mixes by myself as they always competed with whose in front of the other. I can now walk both dogs with a loose leash and they are always looking at me for commands. When we first requested the service they worked with both dogs separately in order to get the dogs comfortable with them and get to know their good/bad habits. They asked us what we wanted out of their service and presented a plan on how they would go about it. This was not what I expected. My dogs are beyond excited when they go for their walks and have developed a true relationship with Tori. If your dogs are your family, you'll understand how important this is to us. I'd give them a 10 star if I could!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Shauna and her team at Buds. On the businesses side - I have never been met with a more professional and courteous team in my life. They will do everything to make sure their communication is top tier and 100% transparent. Everyone takes time to listen to your needs & concerns. On the dog side… wow. Just wow! We have rescues who are reactive and cautious. He is, as Shauna and her team have nicely put it, a “challenge dog.” I have searched high and low for a sitter who is as experienced and knowledgeable as Shauna, and I feel SO blessed to have her in my dog’s life. Her commitment and consistency to providing my dogs with the best care is unmatched. I reached out for a sitter, but the time and energy Shauna invests into my dog is more than any trainer has ever done, and is getting more results, too. We are Buds’ clients for life!!!

I love Buds! The owner and staff are amazing! I have met many of them at various events as well as have had them caring for my fur crew for over a year now. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and it is wonderful to go away and have no worries about their care. This has become especially important since my one cat recently developed diabetes. My husband loves Buds because when we are away I am not a nervous wreck! We also use them for mid day visits for the pups on long work days so there is no guilt about bored dogs doing a potty dance! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about pet behavior and can help curb bad habits while walking your pup. The owner is extremely involved In the local community and gives back by sponsoring events and raising money for local shelters and rescues. If you are looking for someone to care for your four legged family member(s) when you are not able, Buds should be your go to without a doubt!

Fantastic service! Shaunna and her team are amazing. I cannot say enough good things. We have used them for years and they are so great with our dogs. Their team is professional. My doggos LOVE THEM and are so excited when they come over. The team is even so flexible they can cover and come 3 times a day on fairly short notice (I don't recommend giving them very little notice, it's not nice, they totally saved me). 10 out of 5 stars. Highest of recommendations!

Shaunna and the Buds team are wonderful! We were worried about what we would do with our puppy while we were at work during the day. However, our initial meeting with Shaunna put our minds at ease. She answered all of our questions before we even asked them. Buds visits with our Mia several times a week. The service was great while we worked outside of the home, but it has been so helpful during this pandemic to give Mia walks during the day while my husband and I work at home. They are so sweet with Mia and very respectful of our home. They have an app that makes it super easy to communicate with them, and they are extremely responsive. They are also SO flexible! Due to changes in our schedule, we often have to cancel or reschedule a visit, and they couldn't be more accommodating, even when it's last-minute! Mia loves her Buds, and so do we!

My husky started at Waggy Tails in March when we moved to the area and so far I have nothing but the highest praise for this business. Having worked at a doggy daycare myself I know that some facilities do not take as much care as others. Right of the bat when I called to set up an evaluation and spoke to Sarah, she made me very confident in their care of the dogs. Huskies are not everyone’s favorite breed and my boy is a pain with fences so I made sure to talk that over with her. Not only did she reassure me that he would do okay but she said she would even be willing to measure their outside fence if we needed. My pup loves other dogs but seeing his tail wag when he said hi to Mike, the other owner, really made it. He can be aloof with other humans other than “his people” but clearly they have become his people. I’m so glad we found them.

We have had a great experience at Phoenix Waggy Tails! We have two large labs who have stayed for overnight and daycare and they practically run to the door when we drop them off. I love that we get updates via photos and a report card at the end of their stay. The facility is clean and organized and the owners Sarah and Mike are very personable and helpful. The portal technology is super helpful as well. The overnight staff member Kate has been great too. Glad we found Phoenix Waggy Tails!

We recently started sending our 9 month old puppy here to get his energy out and socialize with other dogs and he absolutely loves it! He gets so excited on the days he gets to go to daycare and comes home completely exhausted. The staff at Waggy Tails is so friendly and accommodating. We love seeing his report card and all the pictures of him playing. I highly recommend sending your dog here!

We were finally getting to take our retirement trip to Maui for a full week. Having dealt with Sarah and Mike before, through their other company MuTTch Better Dog Walking Service (also a 5-Star operation), we were confident they could handle our two Babies. Teddy is 5 and a very fearful dog with big trust issues, River is a 15 year-old Mini-Dachshund with DDV (is incontinent and has been in diapers for 13 years). Not an easy pair to take care of. Once we toured the Waggy Tails facility, saw the cleanliness and attention to detail (real beds to sleep on) and the 24 hour coverage, we were MuTTCH more than just happy that our babies were safe, we knew they were with Dog People and they were being loved on. Thank you again Sarah and Mike and the whole team of Dog Walkers, Dog Lovers and just GREAT PEOPLE who take care of our little ones while we are away. Finally, when we would leave them in the past, it took them a week to get back into their routine, this time it was less than a day. 🐶 🐾 🦴

Where do I even start?! Waggy tails is easily one of the best doggy daycare and boardings around. The owners and staff are so personable, attentive and caring and you can tell they take pride in what they do there. My husband and I have a senior pup and I was very nervous about leaving him for a week. But our ole man settled right in and even made a friend! I love that the second I met with them - to have my dog observed, I felt a sense of security and knew it would be a good fit. Thank you so much Waggy tails for making our ole man feel right at home so we could be worry free while on vacation! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend waggy tails!

My pup loves to go to Waggy Tails! She gets super excited when we drive into the parking lot. She gets to play and socialize with other dogs. Rosie has stayed overnight and we love that someone’s always there with them at night and they’re not put in crates, that they have beds that they can sleep in and feel like they’re really at home.

Audrey and her team are so awesome and professional. They were wonderful throughout the intake process for my almost-2-Year-Old pup. We love their booking and message system. Their packages make their rates a super deal! My pup has now also attended their training and boarding. Both were wonderful experiences, despite an anxious pup for whom it was his first time in boarding. They gave him 1:1 attention when he had trouble sleeping. This place is terrible! I feel awful for anyone that leaves their dog here. They do nothing my neglect your dog while away. I live close to this kennel and I can hear that they just put your dogs outside and do not stimulate or play with them at all. I can hear and see all the dogs in an awful outdoor space just barking to come back inside because knowing is watching them. Occasionally an angry man comes outside and yells terrible things at the dogs to keep them quite. Which only helps for a few moments then the dogs all start barking again. I have called the malvern police on multiple occasions because the noises I hear the dogs make sound like abuse. STOP BRING YOUR PETS HERE!

My dog stayed for two nights and came home happy and healthy. Booking his stay was an easy experience. I would board here again.

I had an amazingly good experience with Pets Companion PA! Anisha took very good care of both my cats and communicated with me every day so I could see how great they were doing. It is comforting to know they are in very good hands and they will definitely have a repeat customer.

Anisha was very accommodating since I called her later than I usually do to schedule care for my cats. She was very friendly and sent Rachel over to meet with me and the cats, although they didn't come out for introductions. 😀 When Rachel visited she even pictures to me. Both Anisha and Rachel were happy to discuss what I was looking for. I will definitely call Anisha again to sit my cats.

I was traveling for about a week and I had peace of mind the whole time knowing Anisha was there to take care of my cat. Excellent service and great communication at a fair rate!

Anisha and her team took amazing care of our Aussie, Scout, while we were away on vacation. Scout is a nervous dog with lots of energy, so we were nervous having people she wasn’t familiar with come take care of her, but Anisha accommodated us by coming to meet Scout and introduce one of her team members before we left so Scout could get to know them. They played frisbee with her multiple times a day and followed somewhat lengthy and maybe over-done instructions on my part :) we are so appreciative of how caring and thorough Pets Companion PA was when caring for our pup and we especially enjoyed the daily updates and photos.

We found Pets Companion online and used their cat sit service recently for a 11-day trip. Anisha (owner) helped set up the visits easily and quickly, and Rachel (sitter) provided excellent service during her visits to the house. We have 4 kitties, and it has been a challenge for previous sitters to keep the litter boxes clean. Rachel did a great job, and she also watered the plants and helped with some unexpected incidental tasks around the house. It was also very comforting to get photos with each visit, so we are ensured the cats are doing well. We really appreciate the help from both Anisha and Rachel and would hire them again!

They did a wonderful job with my anxious pup. They were very professional and I trust them to take the best care of my dog when I'm away. I will definitely be hiring them for my next trip!

My dog loves coming here! The prices are very reasonable. Some daycares give the dogs a “nap time” which I think is ridiculous but here they let my wild husky run her little heart out all day and she comes home exhausted. Love taking my girl here and will be taking her for daycare and boarding as long as I have her!

I called Karen's canine the phone which is keep ringing and ringing some ignorant guy he does not know how to run a business doesn't say the pet hotel name has an attitude if you want to have your business open don't be so rude to people.

Her grooming is always top notch and keeping or Daisy looking so beautiful. Stephanie is so kind to my husband and I and always so sweet and considerate when I called to schedule. Love these guys! All of the workers are great.. you see the same faces when you go.. Steve and the other regulars take great care of our two big dogs whether it is daycare, boarding, or grooming. We have been coming here for years.. our one dog is getting older but still wants to be a puppy and they pay attention to him making sure he takes breaks once in a while as to not overdo it.. the other one had horrible separation anxiety and the socialization has helped her a ton.. they are always happy to be dropped off which makes us happy too. Christmas cards with my pups on them as well? This place is the best. And it is affordable too! Would highly recommend.

Karen's was so helpful right from the start! We had to find a kennel last minute for a long holiday trip and they were more than willing to accommodate three dogs on short notice. They were by far the best price we received and the dogs could play all day long. Other kennels charge for play time...? I wouldn't even consider going somewhere else. On top of everything they reassured us when we called to see how the dogs were doing and were willing to talk. Karen's was super helpful and friendly, a true picture of customer service. Thank you! My 2 dogs were so happy at Karens K-9 while we were away for 1 week. I was nervous especially for German Shepherd because it was her first time for boarding but she was so comfortable from first minute. Thank you so much to a staff . You did an amazing job to taking care of our dogs. We will be back for sure!

This place is fantastic - my dog always loves staying there and is exhausted after from having spent her time playing with all of the other dogs!

My three dogs had a great time at Karen’s! They were also groomed during their stay and look beautiful. Affordable and the staff was professional. No extra fees when boarding - the daycare is included!

I trust Karen’s K-9 with my dog and drive 30 minutes it means that much to me!

*Edit - four years later and my dog still suffers from when you let her run into traffic and get hit by a car. Disgraceful. I was very happy with the service until my dog fractured her femur in two places under the "care" of this place. As anyone who leaves their loved ones with strangers I had to trust Karen's K-9 to ensure the safety of my pet. I understand that there is risk when a bunch of dogs are put in a small area but why would you add children's play sets and other environmental structures to increase the risk of injury? Dog's don't need slides. I received the call a little before 5 pm from Karen's. They said she had fallen off of a play set and I should come get her. I took my dog to an emergency Vet hospital which performed surgery. She had a large plate implanted with screws. I'm embarrassed to admit to this but the cost was over $6000. I still have more x-rays and possibly the removal of the plate when the bone is healed. I called Karen's to see if they had insurance or if there was anything they could do to help me with the bill. I was told the owner "wasn't in" and they would call me back on Monday. I never got that call.

I cannot say enough about the service provided by PetCare Group. We have never had to leave our dogs by themselves overnight, but this company made me feel very confident that all would be fine. They did exactly as was advertised and we loved the fact that we didn't need to board them. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if necessary. Thank you, Jenna!

PetCare Group was recommended to me as I was looking for a new walker having moved from out of state about a year ago. They have been wonderful to work with! Jen is super professional and accommodating and responds to questions right away. My dog is picky when it comes to the people he likes and he requires a fair amount of care. Jen scheduled the perfect walker for us, even setting up a meet & greet initially to make sure we were comfortable.Our walker kept in touch daily with updates and pictures so I could rest assured that all was well. It has been easy to call or email to set up daily walks/feedings as well as overnight care. PetCare Group is a wonderful find!

Jen and her staff were great! It was my first time leaving my cats together. I always boarded my older lady, Alley, she is on medication but the stress last time was too much for her. Our younger girl, Nubby, does not do well with strangers and usually hides. Jen came out for a visit and I immediately felt at ease with the way she greeted my girls. I gave a long list of instructions for my endless amount of litter boxes and water bowls ( you would think I have 10 cats) and they followed them perfectly. Scheduled them for an hour in the morning and evening and got detailed emails with pictures which in turn was a nice surprise and calmed my anxiety. I could even see on my front door camera Nubby hearing them pull up in the driveway and meeting them at the door. Which, no matter how food motivated my chunky girl is, that was a first and most people understand if your nervous cat trusts someone then you trust them too! Also the convenience of being able to have nails trimmed adds another star they don't give me an option for. I absolutely will use them everytime and highly recommend Petcare group with the love and safety of your home as well as your pets.

I loved working with PetCare Group! I had amazing experiences all throughout my time there. As a college student who was only home for the summer, It was a great way to make money and spend time with all sorts of pets. I love animals, so it was an incredible opportunity. I cannot wait to come back and work over break!

Jen is the best pet sitter that I’ve worked with. She’s very professional, kind, trustworthy, and down to earth. I have a lot of pets and I was a little anxious to see if she could take on caring for all of them while I went away and she was so pleasant and eager to offer her services. I always receive detailed nice updates from her after each visit along with pictures which always puts my mind at ease. I would highly recommend her services. She’s the best at what she does.

We just started using Pet Care Group and they have been awesome! As someone who is anxious to leave her pups, I was so happy with the care given to my pups, Marty & Mabel! The staff always followed my notes and sent me email updates and photos. I so appreciate how they go above and beyond for my pups including changing their water out every visit & spending time playing! Highly recommend!

Pet Care group is AWESOME!! Her staff takes time out to change my puppy’s blanket in her crate as she’s not trained yet . They absolutely go above and beyond for your dog . Highly recommend just don’t cancel a walk after 5 pm the day before or you still have to pay 🥴 …

Jen and team were a blessing when we went away on a vacation for 15 days. I was very anxious about the whole trip because it would be 1st time away from my cat for such a long time but thanks to my friend for recommending Petcare group.
