Our two dogs love their stay here every time we go away. They’ve been going for years and always so happy to be there. They’re so well looked after under Catherine’s care and it’s great to see little updates on their Instagram page. Photo of the happy pair during their most recent stay.

Used the veterinary service here to help send our two dogs to Australia. Denis was excellent and helped ease our stress and concerns. A true animal lover Would absolutely recommend them for all veterinary needs

I have no words to describe how grateful I am to Lissenhall Bording Kennels. In January 2024, due to a veterinary error in Brazil, my two dogs were stuck at immigration and were forced to be quarantined. They took them from my arms at the airport, gave me a piece of paper with an address and left me without news for more than 12 hours. It was the worst night of my life! On the other hand, when I got there, I was very well received by Dennis and Catherine. They let me hug my dogs and were always helpful, explaining everything that was happening and what I should do. I decided to give them a vote of confidence and leave my dogs in the kennel for quarantine, as returning to Brazil with them would cause us even greater damage. And it was the best decision I made. We missed them for 4 months, but I could see how Catherine took great care of them, letting us see them whenever we wanted and regularly sending me photos and videos to show they were ok. Although the situation was horrible, finding people along the way who understood our pain and wanted to help us made it less painful. Thank you for everything! I will definitely leave my children when I go on vacation somewhere!

Highly recommend , super clean and our dog has always been so well looked after while boarding at Lissenhall over the last 10 years. Gets a great run and great customer service , the staff are lovely its very well managed.

Just found out I had posted this in the wrong place as in the Vet Hospital so posting here now. Even though it's 8 months old, it still applies. Sooo... Would never leave my beloved pets anywhere else. Catherine and staff take the best of care of them and knowing there are vets on site makes me feel very safe for my furbabies.

(Back in December since they take this post down constantly) Picked up my dog who could walk before being taken to Lissenhall kennels totally paralyzed. They do not cover the kennels from the rain. Took me a whole month to nurse him back to health. No idea what they drugged him with he lost 10lbs didn’t eat there either. Charged me 400$ for the privilege to clean his teeth terrify my dog and leave permanent hip damage along with soft tissue damage. This veterinary clinic should be closed straight away,They are The only clinic and cattery used by The department of agriculture for quarrantine ,they treated me and my family very ,very bad,they told us if we don t pay 850 euro for The quarrantine period ,they ll put The kitten down.They let us waitting 2 hours in The car park ,our kitten is subnutrited and very dirty,they treated us as garbage,they re very rude and they like to humiliate People,I hope somebody Will do something about this,myself I wrote to The minister Charlie MC Conologhue about this as should be more cateries allowed to quarrantine pets,as Estuary cattery ,Airport cattery,etc.They treated us and our pet as misery,I live în Ireland since 2001 and dealing with them I felt an inmigrant!

Our dog loved it. Stayed for 4 days. Very reasonable and look after the dogs really well. Will definitely be using again.

Always have a great experience with Irish Rosettes cattery, you can tell they really love animals.

Brendan and his lovely daughter are two of the nicest people you could hope to meet. The shop has everything you could ever need for your pet at the best prices. We have finally found a food that works, the Natural Brand lamb and as a treat Turkey has helped our Boxer so much. No more sick stomachs and all found through Brendan’s expert advice. We recommend this shop to everyone we meet. You won’t find more knowledgable and helpful people . Fingal are lucky to continue to have these brilliant family run stores.

Our older pug stayed in a heated kennel with them for Christmas and New year's (so a good 17 days) and came home healthy and happy. She is very social and attached to us so I was worried but they had no issues taking my calls and giving me updates on how our dog was doing, so great care and customer service. Will definitely bring her back to them again. Highly recommended for anyone who considers their pets part of their family.

Have been using Rosettes cattery since we moved to Ireland in 2015. They really helped us accommodating our first cat for a period of more than a month while we were trying to rent an apartment. Since then it is our favourite place to leave our two cats now when we have holidays or house renovations. We know that cats will be taken care of, happy, groomed and fed. Brendan always answer my questions and send photos via Whats app so I can sleep well knowing that they are ok. Once we used an another cattery as Rosettes was booked out and it was a very bad experience as one of our babies got some viral infection and we ended up using antibiotics which was very stressful. Last time we used Rosettes this year in April and collected two very well rested cats. Couldn't recommend this cattery enough!

Best of the best! We drive 1 hour to leave our lovely cat thanks to their amazing attention & love even though we do have many more other options.

Great famiky owned pet shop! Good selection of products, and the owners are knowledgeable and very frequently. Strongly recommend.

This facility looks great but they are not taking any new customers, regulars only. They’re advertising a service that basically isn’t available. They didn’t respond to my email enquiry but I see they replied to my review! If they’re not accepting new customers why do reviews matter?

Wonderful pet service, my dog (Elkhound) has stayed on several occasions now and I couldn't be happier with Gem Dogs and Jen! Every time we take the turn down to Jen's, my dog gets so excited in the car, he knows he is in for a great time and this gives me so much reassurance. He doesn't even want to come home when I go to collect him, but when I eventually get him into the car, he sleeps all the way home and though the night. He's a high-energy dog, yet he comes home very well exercised. The house is absolutely beautiful with a lovely pen for the dogs to eat in and have down time and a gorgeous large back garden too for fun and games. My dog absolutely loved Jen and why wouldn't he, she is a total animal lover, so friendly and welcoming. I'm thrilled to have found this place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Will definitely be back again.

Big Thanks Gerry you really helped us out when we were desperately stuck for many weeks. It is affordable Gerry does a great job looking after the dogs place is cleaned everyday . Dogs are safe and fed , great location to bring the dogs on a walk would recommend thanks again.

Not heated, cold and wet kennels. Dog came out traumatized and began shedding profusely.

Stay well away. Was told we could pick our dog up at a certain time, when we arrived there was nobody there, I called the owner and was shouted at down the phone and then hung up on. I’m not sure they even feed the dogs in the evenings on the weekends based on what she said. Stay far away from this owner.

Great Kennels have been leaving my dog and cat here for last 5 years multiple times every year. Always friendly service from Gerry and Audrey. Great value no nonsense service. Animals come back well fed and happy. My dog actually gets excited in a good way when he gets there as he is very social and loves the interaction with the dog in the adjoining run through the mesh that seperates them.

Do not leave your pets there, it's a filthy place, my dog and my sisters dog both got the mange from it.

Sent my Jack Russell here for 4 nights and he was really well looked after. Have rebooted for 2 weeks in the summer. I would highly reccomend

Dog was well looked after left for 9 days Told the owner that she doesnt mix well with people he had no probs with that she was feed the food we left .. Quick wash when we got her home and she is brand new

Had a look around the kennels today with a view to boarding the dog for a few days Gerry the owner answered all our queries and explained the routine for the dogs,looks clean and well organised so I have no worries.

A very basic kennels. Had our two dogs kenneled together for a week over Christmas and perhaps I was wrong and there was the option of heated kennels with proper beds but all our two had was a piece of plywood to sleep on in a cold unheated kennel. What annoyed us most was that they hadn't realised that when being fed that our older dog ate both bowls and our 1 year old came out very skinny with her ribs and spine very prominent and all tissue wasting badly. Never ever again...even though they say that you get what you pay for...this was very lazy service

Very nice people. They did a great groom on my poodle, despite him being unwell. Ann-Marie even reached out to give me some advise on improving his condition and helping build up his weight. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience. We brought our Goldendoodle here to be groomed. Both ladies, Anne-Marie (sorry I didn’t get the other groomers name) did a fantastic job and for a fair price. Will definitely bring our boy back again and would highly recommend Madra Magic. Thanks again guys!

Good value. My dog had never been washed or had nails cut professionally before because he's nervous but the groomer made him feel relaxed and very happy. I will be returning to Madra Magic!

I brought our Cockapoo along to Madra Magic and he was there for 3.5 hours and still there were patches of hair everywhere that were missed. He wasn't even combed down after the grooming. When I arrived to pick him up, it had almost seemed like they had forgotten they had agreed that I pick him up at that time and "finished" him off. He also had a bow that seemed to mask more tufts of hair that had been forgotten! Wont be going back. I recommend management sit in for a few days to see what is actually going on. 60eur is a rip for what we received.

Anne Marie was a life saver to my rescue collie Milo! He had been attacked by two bull mastiffs and was traumatised by the experience, so I didn't want to annoy him with being groomed until he recovered from the attack. I left him for a few weeks until his wounds healed before getting him groomed. He came back from Madra Magic smelling beautiful and looking gorgeous - thanks Anne Marie - fantastic service.

This was Millies first time getting groomed here. From the moment we arrived cathy made us feel so welcoming, and millie couldn't wait to go in. I think millie even made a friend 😁😁😁 all very professional and gentle. We will definitely be back. Xx

So , there was a really good person here and I actually brought my dog here until that girl moved to Australia. There was a new girl working now . I brought my dog in and after I saw a big cut on my dogs paw she was whimpering and I really dont recommend this place it's terrible dont waste your money.

My second dog ( a Morkie) did not have his head or face groomed.When I asked if my first dog could have his Mohican ( the hair on his head had been chopped unevenly ) corrected the response was poor.Closing for lunch with everyone gone at the same time seems to be a priority.

Unfortunately not happy with the service here. Had my dog returned to me very dirty. It was clear that she had been lying in her own excrement and this had been wiped off rather then washed and cleaned. Also asked owner why this occurred and was told it hadn't been the case. Owner won't let you see the kennels and leaves you standing a long way away from where dogs actually are..the advice via ISPCA is to be able to have a look at where your dog will be. Sadly not up to scratch

Great kennels for dogs in the north fingal area. We have had our dog drè stay here a couple of times and he loves it. Great rates and very professional set up. Would recommend.

Brilliant place, I was nervous leaving my dog in as she suffers with separation anxiety Fran made me feel at ease so professional and really cares for the dogs. my dog came out so happy and you would definitely know she was so looked after for the week would highly recommend.

We have left our Bulldog here 2 times this year with no issues. Fran is great and makes you feel comfortable that your dog will be well looked after.
