Boarded my two dogs for 19 days while away on vacation and they had a blast! They were well taken of and it was nice to get to see them playing with their new friends (dogs & humans) on live feed! Getting to check on them put my mind at ease while being away so long! The staff was wonderful and communicated with me during their stay so I was informed of their behaviors. I highly recommend The Dog Stop Knoxville, and I know my boys will be going to play with their friends again, even if it’s just to get some playtime in! ❤️🐾

Love love love this place! So clean and so accommodating to various needs for my puppy! I love the new events they have for the dogs and I am looking forward to the new enrichment options! Communication with staff is phenomenal as they are sure to keep me up to date on his behaviors and his play times!

I boarded my dog here for the first time after searching all over Knoxville for a place that I felt comfortable with. I am extremely particular with my baby. They were all so nice and seemed to really care for my pup who is nervous and rarely stays away from home. They were careful when doing a behavioral evaluation with him to ensure that he would be safe to play with other dogs. The doggy cameras are amazing & you can watch your pup at all times. 24/7! He was well taken care of and never left in his boarding space for too long - from what I saw! They also kept me updated on him through their chat feature on their app. They respond very quickly, great communication! 5 stars for our first visit.

This is a great daycare facility! I get photos of my dog and great updates throughout the day, I love watching him on the camera. All the employees are super nice. The VIP boarding is my favorite, he gets to watch tv and I have camera access makes me feel safe leaving him while I go on a trip!

The Dog Stop is an awesome place to bring your fur babies whether they be puppies or seniors. Butter had such a great time yesterday at doggy daycare. She was able to interact and play with other dogs. I have to say Brennan, she is absolutely wonderful. She has such a bubbly and fun personality. I know all the dogs must truly love her. I’ve met a couple of other people, but I don’t know their names. I was able to check and watch Butter on the Dog Web Cameras at any time. She was definitely having a good time because her tail was wagging and I could tell she was happy. The staff that came in the room, they interacted with all of the dogs and made them feel comfortable and loved. If you are looking for daycare for your dog, or just need a few hours to have someone you trust to watch your dog, then definitely check out the Dog Stop 🐾❤️

I absolutely love the Dog Stop. I can’t imagine taking Bogie anywhere else. They go above and beyond any place I’ve ever encountered. They took such great care of him and were very quick to pick up on how to make him feel comfortable in a new place. Thank you so much Dog Stop for taking such gentle care of my friend Bogie. And you have to try their little baked treats. I bought some to celebrate our reunion 😊.

Our dog Hoover loves going to the Dog Stop. He comes home clean and sweet and tired out. The staff communicates with us really well and provides great service!

We love The Dog Stop. The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable and really care about the dogs which shows by how they interact with them. I really appreciate the communication and them letting me know how Bogey and Millie did during the day. The place is clean and doesn't smell like other places do and the best part is they have an outdoors which Bogey and Millie love!

While traveling cross country, we needed a bath and dry for our very shy pup. After a very bad experience trying to get service at a large pet store chain (told a 3-4 hour wait for bath and dry to be completed after our appointment time), The Dog Stop came to the rescue! They got our pup in immediately and she was finished before we completed lunch. The Dog Stop personnel were so kind and treated our pup with such care. We will definitely be back to The Dog Stop if passing through Knoxville again!

Yogi had a great time! Very awesome staff who was patient with me (I’m really annoying when it comes to my dog) and were patient with Yogi who gets anxious. Absolutely confident in them whether it comes to day care or as a kennel for a few days.

I checked out a few different places for dog boarding before I came to Pawz. The staff was very friendly and everything I saw during the tour made me feel very comfortable that this was the place for my dog, Penny. During her visit, I was provided with a daily report card to inform me of the progress Penny was making, as well as some pictures of her. I spoke with the owner on multiple occasions and he and his staff were very helpful from the beginning of Penny’s stay all the way until the end. They went above and beyond for us and Penny. I recommend Pawz to any dog owner out there that is looking for doggy day care or dog boarding!

We are so grateful for Dandylion’s second family… PAWZ. They are patient with her special needs and we feel so comfortable leaving her where she’s happy to be. We book our dogs with PAWZ every time we go out of town. They always take great care of our pups and seem to care for them as well as we do at home. They are always responsive to our calls and messages and flexible with us if travel plans don’t always work out exactly right. Thank you, PAWZ!

We love boarding our two pups with the crew at Pawz. They always take such great and detailed care of them, and it's a fun vacation for them to get their energy out! Gracie loves Pawz. We’ve used daycare and boarding services and are extremely happy with both. We’ve never seen our dog strain her leash to get inside a boarding place before we found Pawz. Staff are friendly and welcoming and clearly care about their furry clients!

We needed a doggy day care for a short period as we were passing through the area. I called and they were able to fit Samson, our 90 lb golden doodle, in their facility. They offer door pick-up and drop-off service along with grooming, training and a plethora of services. See their website for services. Samson loved his playing there and the staff loved having him. We’ll go back when we get back in this area. I was pleasantly surprised the first day with a report card which had pictures and videos. Awesome place!!! Had a last minute lodging need for our 100 lb dog...who was still recovering from a recent surgery. Owner Alisa was able to accommodate us quickly, asked all the right questions, offered special services given his condition and regular updates all week long. It's not easy to trust a new caregiver with a family member, but we were in a pinch. RBSC exceeded our expectations!

I didn't know of this place until I was house sitting and needed to take their dog to doggy daycare every week. The people are so nice. They really do love your dogs like their own. The client's dog I was caring for LOVES this place. She knew what days she would go and would always get so excited when we pulled up. She couldn't wait to get out of my car and into daycare. I have dogs of my own and won't lie, I wouldn't mind putting my dog here either. It really is a wonderful facility. Recommend 100%

We started taking our 9 month old Doberman Puppy to Daycare at the end of July. Even after the first visit we were sold on Royal Bark and the staff there. Roma loved going and was always so tired after a day of playing with all her friends. But, not 2 weeks after we started regular daycare visits, we had a leak at our house causing substantial damage to our home making it not livable. Jama and the whole crew at Royal Bark didn’t bat an eye and took Roma in for boarding and daily daycare at the drop of a hat with less than 24 hours notice. Over the next few weeks as we worked out when we could and couldn’t have Roma with us they were so flexible on letting us make game time decisions on if we needed to board her or not. We are finally out of the worst of it and can get back to just our normal daycare routine but I will always be grateful for how they made the care of our girl one thing we didn’t have to worry about during that time! Royal Bark makes everything so easy in terms of getting a reservation and communication. The online profiles are user friendly and easy to navigate and we love getting a report card daily, and photos and videos of our girl at daycare! We, and Roma love all the crew at Royal Bark and are so glad we found them! The easy pick/up drop off line and Thursday/Friday optional pupcups don’t hurt either 😊

We’re new in town and found this place on google. What an amazing job they did on my golden doodle Brody! They were so kind, worked very fast and did a fantastic, meticulous job. We will definitely be back!

We needed to travel cross country and had never boarded our 8 year old dog. Needless to say, we were anxious. Alisa, Jama and staff came to the rescue and took wonderful care of our baby, sending regular updates complete with pictures and videos. We would never board her anywhere else.

Our dog Ruby has been going to Royal Bark since she was a puppy. I’m positive that she is a happier, healthier dog because of her years of playtime there. We love seeing her report card photos and knowing that a whole team of people loves our dog as much as we do. We have used Royal Bark’s daycare, bath, and boarding services and would recommend them all!

We visited town for a family event and needed a place to drop our pup off for the day. They were great to work with over email, told us everything we needed to know, and scheduling was so easy. She was exhausted when we picked her up, very clean, and we got a report card that night that showed her playing with other dogs. Great experience. We will definitely bring her back next time we are in Knoxville. If you live there, this is a great spot for your dog!

I brought my small, crazy dogs here that are notoriously difficult with nail trims. Caroline was patient and kind and did such a great job. Met the owner and he's a solid dude. Very kind and I trust them completely. Plan to board my dogs here next time I take a trip! Got a tour of the facility and it feels safe. I've never boarded my dogs before and this is the first place I've ever been excited about!

I have been boarding my dog with Happy Yap for a couple years now, and every time we visit it is a great experience. Christine and her husband are amazing people with big hearts. They show a lot of care for the dogs and the owners. I have worried about boarding my dog at other boarders, but I have never had to worry about my dog while he has been at happy yap. The owners have run their boarding business for a long time and their experience doing it shows. I have been impressed by the communication and consistency in boarding my dog with happy yap. One of the unique benefits of boarding here is that dogs get to spend the days playing in large fenced in horse pastures and then get to spend the nights in individual kennels inside. I have a dog with some separation anxiety, and a severe fear of being left locked up. The atmosphere and setting at Happy Yap let’s him get socialization with the other dogs and let’s him get his energy out during the day, so that he ends up sleeping well in the kennel at night. I can’t say enough good things about the this boarder and the people that run it and I am so grateful to have found a boarder where I don’t worry at all about my dog while I’m away. Happy Yap is an amazing daycare and you can tell they truly care about our pets. They have multiple open areas where the dogs roam, but the fencing around the perimeter is secure. Their rates are also among the best in town, plus they do boarding!

This place is GREAT!! We've been going to Happy Yap for over a year and couldn't have found a better place! Kevin and Christine are very intuned to each of the dogs there to insure the safety of all the dogs in their care. They spent quite a bit of time evaluating our dog to insure a good fit for her and the others already there. They also maintain very high standards for health. We love that the facility has a barn and fenced land to roam and explore. The dogs are played with and exercised and most importantly loved. Camp days are our happiest🐾🐾

Our pup, Red, loves going to camp at Happy Yap. Like someone else mentioned, he get’s excited when we pull into the driveway and is always tired and ready for a long nap when we pick him up! I couldn’t recommend HY enough if you are looking for overnight / weekend boarding options. It is comforting to know Red gets to run around outside while we are away instead of just sitting in a pen all day. Take a look at the screen shots of his activity when he stays at HY - when it’s not raining all week, you can see the difference on Fri-Sun! Happy Yap is the perfect place to keep your dog active while knowing they will be safe and take care of.

Christine and Kevin are great and selective with the pups who come to Happy Yap so you know your pup will have a good time and be safe! My pup always comes back home happy and exhausted after a day of playing with his friends 😊 …

I take Riley to Happy Yap about twice weekly, and he could not be more excited each time. From the moment I say "camp" when he wakes up to pulling into Happy Yap, he is jumping for joy. It feels great to know that while I have to work full time, Riley is not sitting at home bored. The icing on the cake is that Christine and Kevin each have a caring, personal relationship with your dog. And an exercised dog is a good dog. Overall, I could not recommend Happy Yap more!

Our pup Ruthie loves her days at the farm with Kristine and the gang. She comes home calmer and already gets excited when we pull in the Happy Yap driveway. Best place we have tried in Knoxville! I think Kristine takes dogs that seem to work well together and makes sure everyone is happy!

Happy Yap is an amazing doggie daycare! The owners Christine and Kevin are wonderful and really take great care of the pups. They also offer boarding if your dog is a customer. Our dog loved it.

I have sent two dogs to Happy Yap, a husky and a pug. They both loved it. My pug still goes once a week and as soon as I pull in the drive way she gets so excited. The owners clearly love dogs and I love that my dog is getting fresh air and exercise.

Happy Yap is the best place you could ever dream of leaving your puppers. It’s a family run business and you can tell they truly care for the animals. This is especially noticeable when you pull up and your dog can’t wait to get out of the car and doesn’t want to leave when you go to pick them up. All I have to say is “daycare” in the morning and my pups is waiting by the door, tail wagging. The facility offers outdoor running areas, covered areas, inside areas (with heat in the winter), and someone out playing with them the entire time. The rate for daycare (drop off as early as 7am and pick up as early as 6pm) is super reasonable ($22), and they also offer bulk packages. Boarding is also offered for only $30/day - this includes one day of daycare and an overnight - but you must already be a regular daycare participant (since they’ll be with all the other puppers throughout the day). If you give them an opportunity, you’re guaranteed to love Happy Yap and your pups will love you for taking them.

The bark has created a place for my 10 month old puppy, and 11 year old senior dog to live their best life!!! The staff is AMAZING, they treat Brandy and Willow like their own pups. My girls are full on tail wagging and barking with excitement when we walk up to the doors every morning! I could not recommend a place more! Wheather to hang out with your pup on the weekends, bring your pup to daycare, training or leave them while on vacation!

Due to me becoming ill, and then my mother unexpectedly passing, I over boarded my 6 year old rescue, Juno, at another facility. This resulted in her losing the ground we had covered the 2 years I had her, before July ‘22. The anxious, timid dog I adopted in 2020 had become a confident, happy & spunky girl with lots of love and attention from me. However, in Nov ‘22, I got a call from the facility that was boarding her that she was biting at staff and the other dogs. I went to pick her up and kept her home with me for a couple of months, giving her some extra TLC. However, I found that I was going to have to get some help with her care. After researching my options, I contacted The Bark to set her up with their Board and Train program, with focus on anxiety and aggression. Well, the team at The Bark completely turned the situation around and got Juno back to the confident, happy & spunky dog that she had been prior to me over boarding her. Allison, the Board and Train Specialist and Auburn, the Certified Trainer on staff, went above and beyond to help Juno feel secure and to train her to better regulate the reactivity that had reached an all time high at the other facility. They also worked with both of us to show us how we could manage better together, considering my physical limitations. Allison, Auburn and the rest of the team treated Juno as if she were their own. Juno adores them and loves going to see them and to play at The Bark! Juno is playing fabulously with her new dog friends there!

I had a great experience here! My trainers Danelle and Erika were the best! My dog completed the aggression and anxiety private training course and not only did I see huge improvements in her behavior, but I also learned a lot as an owner. The course was designed to be flexible and adapt to my dogs needs each week. My dog started the course at 6 months old, and finished when she was 8.5 months old. She gained so much confidence and I am excited to use the tools the bark taught me to keep helping her out!

My dogs love The Bark! I recently boarded my 3 dogs there for a few nights, and it felt like the first real vacation I’ve had in 10 years because I knew they were in good hands and I didn’t have to worry at all. One of my dogs is fearful and dog reactive, and she needs a dog-savvy pet sitter. Not only did the staff follow her instructions to a T, they took extra time to go at her pace and make her feel comfortable. I got report cards at the end of every day, and the staff really made me feel like they cared about my dogs like they were their own. They got to stay in their own little hotel room, and boarding them was less expensive than hiring an in-home sitter. Cannot recommend them enough!

Always curious how this place was, so I stopped by today. The ladies and new employee/gentleman were SUPER friendly! Truly made me and my puppy feel so welcomed. The play area for the dogs is super clean and the sweet young lady working outside to keep everyone safe was so helpful. We will definitely be back!

My favorite place! When I adopted my dog, he was basically a cat. He was terrified of other dogs, didn’t know how to play, and had terrible anxiety. First couple of visits were a nightmare for him. He was so nervous. After a few months coming here, he’s a totally different dog, even at home! He’s so social now, loves to play, and gets so excited at the end of my work day because he knows we’re about to head to The Bark. As a human, I also greatly enjoy my time here. Great selection of beer, and generally great vibes. This place can completely turn a bad day around. 10/10 recommend

I absolutely love this place! From the fact my dogs can run around and play without getting muddy. To the amazing fact that if it’s raining, dark, or to hot they have an inside area too. The daily activities or themes make each day unique experience. I go about 2-3 times a week, I have can have a drink, socialize or do some work and my dogs get their energy out. Both of them especially love the Rangers and the love they get from them!

Tucker, my wife, and I had an absolute BLAST at The Bark! Very affordable entry fee, wide selection of drinks (Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic), and friendly and attentive staff. I love that vaccinations are required, your dog must be neutered/spayed, and that your dog must pass a behavior test. For "over protective" dog owners like us it's definitely nice to be able to go here without feeling worried about whether or not everyone else's dogs are taken care of and will behave themselves. :D Will definitely be going back and highly recommend!

We’ve had nothing but excellent experiences so far at The Bark. Clean, creatively-designed facility… staff onsite who monitor dogs’ behaviors and help if there’s conflict (and refill the water bowls— so important!)… doggie friendly gift shop in the front… sun sails and seating… cold, canned beverages… super fun community activities like Dog Field Day and foam/water parties… I have no complaints! Heads up— harnesses, vaccines, and friendly behavior are requirements, but I appreciate this business’s dedication to safety and comfort for all. The Bark is a bit pricey, but the staff and their hard work is worth it.

First impressions: A much better dog park experience than a public one. It is a business, currently $12/day or $50/month. There were 10+ dogs of all sizes just having a blast even in the June heat. With the bar having great prices I sat under a sun sail and relaxed while watching all the play time unfold in front of me. The park ranger kept a good eye out for any hijinks which was awesome. The pup is more tired out and happy looking though than just after a walk so I may have to do the membership! They have classes as well, more $, that I haven't tried yet. Also doggy daycare and boarding that we've not done.

Laura is the perfect combination of a petsitter with the equivalent of a veterinarian's knowledge when it comes to cats and a level of caring and compassion that can only be matched by a pet parent. I am so thankful to have found her! My cats are well taken care of and happy when I return from a trip. What more could I ask for?Thank you Laura for your expertise, professionalism and caring!

I have absolutely loved having Mrs Laura as a pet sitter! She has been so sweet and kind, while staying professional and understanding 1000x percent what my cat needed! My cat can be picky and clumsy and is way too spoiled, but she was pleased to listen to every little thing and work with me! She also was so nice and would send me updates daily - couldn’t have asked for better!

Laura Perry is an excellent petsitter. She cleans up after the cats, washes all their bowls, plays with them, gets my mail, she goes out of her way for me. I know that the "Kids" will be safe when I am gone. Laura understands that taking care of animals is not always and easy job. A couple of my cats were seniors and getting to the end of their days, Laura was not put off by any special need they had nor was she hesitant at the thought that she might find them "sleeping". I appreciate her so much.

To sit the record straight from the start, my furry babies are my children. Winston and Clementine are the miracles that make my life fulfilled. So, I wouldn't trust their care with just anyone, and I certainly wouldn't let just anyone into my home without my being there. Being a single "mom", retired, and loving to travel warranted the best pet sitter I could find. I found the best in Laura Perry. Whether I have to leave my "kids" for over night, or for a week or longer, I know Laura's care of them will be of the highest quality. Not all of her caring visits to my home have gone without problems. However, her professionalism in taking care of the issue(s) was amazing and my babies were safe, secure, loved on, and well treated. Laura is definitely a jewel to us furry friend lovers.

Laura is a dream. She is very reliable and very comfortable--and loving--towards my cat Rudi. She really cares about him. She has cared for him a few times and we really depend on her because he needs medication twice a day. On one occasion, when we were away for quite awhile, our kitty had a medical incident and she took care of taking him to the Animal Emergency Clinic, contacted us, checked on him, brought him home and so on. She was amazing! She really went the extra mile. I have tried a number of sitters with varying results and I have to say that Laura is outstanding. She really knows what she is doing and you know your animal is safe and loved with her.

The absolute best fur baby sitter in the area. She does it all! My animals love her she really goes above and beyond pet sitting! I adore her so glad that I found her. Such a blessing. Laura is a wonderful, caring petsitter who communicates exceptionally well. She has cared for my two cats for several years, whenever I travel for a few days up to a full week. Daily I get calls detailing how they are doing and she always lets me know about the status of my house, mail, plants or anything that seems a little out of order. I feel completely at ease knowing she is looking after my cats and my home. I particularly enjoy her messages about them - she describes how they are playing, or asking for attention, or wanting to go outside, and sometimes she sends picture messages of them. One of my cats requires an oral medicine dose daily and the other has required topical treatments. Laura makes certain to understand precise instructions from the vet and my preferences regarding food amounts and types. She has shared insights and tips regarding what works and what doesn't with her own pets. We recently made a long trip and she provided excellent ideas for traveling with my cats and a boxer, together in one vehicle. I highly recommend Laura to anyone who dearly loves their pet(s), and needs care for them while away from home.

Laura Perry is the reason I can go on vacation with confidence knowing my pets are getting better care than if I were home! Laura is the consumate professional; she is organized, meticulous and dependable. She takes the time to really get to know each of my pets, and since I have a multi-species family, that's a challenge. My dogs, cats and birds are happy and relaxed when I come home so I know they've had great care. Laura also takes care of my mail and waters my plants. If there's anything out of the ordinary going on at my home, as in roofers ariving a week late, Laura handles it superbly. Laura truly cares about providing the best care possible for our pets. She is thorough, clean and professional. Some of our kitties have special needs and diets, and she handles all of it wonderfully. I appreciate her flexibility and her preparedness in case of an emergency.

Laura was great with our 2 dogs. They love when she comes over and they get to spend time with her. Being able to schedule Laura when we had to work late or had events came up made us rest easy that the dogs would be cared for.She is flexible and provides reports on how they did that day. They went on walks and played in the yard and she always makes sure they have water and anything else they need. We definitely recommend Furry Friends!

Waggy Tails is the best! So easy to schedule. Jana takes such good care of our pets while we are away. We never have to worry and it's so much less stress on the pets than going to a kennel.

Summer and her team are great, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! My husband and I are both from out of state so when we needed to be gone for a weekend having family watch our puppy was out of the question. Finding Waggy Tails was the best thing that ever happened. Puppies need a little extra attention than the regular dog and we definitely didn't want to board him. Waggy Tails was the perfect solution. Ace was able to stay in his own home and the overnight visits were exactly what he needed. He just wasn't able to last from the usual 10pm to 7 or 8am times that a neighbor may be able to check in. Waggy Tails is very reliable and you can trust that your dog will be loved and taken care of while you're away.

I haven't used Waggy tails in a while but Waggy tails was great! Jana was great, I was able to meet her before my trip and she was very sweet and patient. My cat needed a pill twice a day and needed to be separated from my other cat while I was gone so she'd actually get her food and Jana made sure both cats were fine and that my cat moochie got her pill. She sent photos and update every time she went over. I would highly recommend but it does get expensive if you're gone awhile.

I moved here about 6 months ago and my dog trainer recommended Waggy Tails for my 3 dogs when I travel for work. Every experience has been wonderful, the dogs and my home are cared for very well and I enjoy the updates while I am away. The cost is actually cheaper than keeping the dogs in a kennel, and my pets are less stressed and get more personal attention. Having large and "agressive" breeds, it can sometimes be difficult finding sitters who are willing to take on the challenge of 3 dogs, but Waggy tails welcomed my four legged family with open arms. Since I don't have any family or close friends in the area, I was so thankful that during an emergency hospitalization, I was able to contact Waggy Tails and have someone in my home that very evening caring for my dogs. I strongly recommend setting up a meet and greet with a Waggy Tails sitter and giving them a try, I don't think you'll ever want to use anyone else!

My husband and I moved to Knoxville last year and have been using Waggy Tails for our dogs regularly since then. They do an excellent job and the dogs love them! I am a veterinarian and I have been very satisfied with their work. They have braved snowy/icy conditions to come see my girls and always keep me updated on any situations that may develop. They are also very accommodating to other needs and will bring in our mail and feed our fish also! Our dogs are MUCH happier at home than they would be in a boarding facility and Waggy Tails is extremely competitive with their prices. I highly recommend them!

Summer & her team at Waggy Tails have been amazing with our pets. Our golden loves seeing them come and is always well taken care of - which says a lot; he's a handful. Waggy Tails always worked around our hectic schedules. Even if only notified the night before we needed them, they were always willing to take care of us. We feel like our pets have a fairy godmother who is always there to watch out for them. Two paws way up!

Isabel, Jana and Summer went above and beyond to care for my two beloved cats, during a SNOW STORM none the less!! I went out of town for the weekend, but ended up stuck for an extra 2 days due to the snow causing flight cancellations. So not only did they care for my cats an extra 2 days without hesitation- Summer trekked out in 8 inches of snow on bad road conditions to make sure my cats were safe & fed, even walking up a snowy icy hill impassable by vehicle. They kept me updated the entire time and sent sweet photos. Life savers!! THANK YOU!

I LOVE Waggy Tails! My dogs are my children so leaving them with a stranger is SO hard to do. Even from the first meet/greet, Lisa has always taken such great care of my 2 huskies Zoey and Dylan! She is thoughtful, caring, fun and will always call if something seems out of sorts with my dogs. Our dog loves going to Dogtopia throughout the week. The workers know her and us by name. We feel at ease sending her there knowing how much they care about their pups!

First day of bringing our pup, Kelsey, to Dogtopia. My husband and I loved being able to see her at any time on the webcam. The staff was so nice and answered any question regarding my fears of dropping our girl off for the first time. We look forward to bringing her every week. Kelsey is snoozing hard after a full day. We call that a success in our book! Thank you Dogtopia! We will be recommending yall to anyone looking for doggy daycare.

I briefly managed this facility. The owners have no idea what they are doing. Within the first month of opening, there was a Kennel cough outbreak due to not checking of current vaccine status. There is no outside access for the dogs to go potty, so they urinate and defecate inside the facility. There were multiple dog fights resulting in injuries to the dogs and humans. I would not take my dog there. Edit after childish response from ignorant owner: I work in the veterinary field and know veterinarians in town who have treated some of the dogs that were previously at this facility. From a safety and medical standpoint, the people who own this facility are very irresponsible for the health and safety of both the dogs and the workers. It's sad to see how desperate the owners are to protect their reputation instead of being honest about the conditions of their facility. I left because I have morals, and this was a very toxic work environment. The only thing they care about is their image and making money. Sad to see.

I can’t give Dogtopia of Bearden more praise. They are SO amazing and love my dog like their own. When I first enrolled my golden he unfortunately became super sick before I even brought him in for the meet & greet. The staff was so kind and patient through it all, the girl on the phone even cried with me when I was giving them updates. They have the best staff!! They even know you and your dog by name and always have friendly conversation when you come in. The facility is super clean and even smells amazing. They have weekly and monthly activities and events that keep things fun and interesting constantly. Another big thing I love is that you have access to an app where you can watch your puppy play via live webcams. Furthermore, the location is amazing as it’s the one of the only dog daycares in the Bearden area. If you’re looking for a daycare that will treat you and your dog like family, this is the place. So thankful I found them!

We appreciate having Dogtopia in the Bearden area. Chester loves going there for his “Play days” and enjoys being with all his friends. The people there are all very friendly and it is obvious they live our little fur babies. The spacious open area is ideal for letting the dogs roam free and staff members keep the area spotlessly clean. Nap time is nice. Chester gets so excited when we tell him to get in the car, we have a hard time hanging on to him.

Bear(miss) loves coming to Dogtopia she loves everyone also would love to come every day. When we pick her up, she is so tired it takes her several days to recover from Daycare, I would recommend Dogtopia to all my friends and family. You all are AWESOME I'm so glad I found Dogtopia.

Absolutely recommend! I take my dog here 3 days a week.. he loves it. It’s safe and clean and if I want to peek in on my dog I can easily access the cameras on their app. They do fun activities daily and you have the opportunity to sign up or not depending on your budget. The activities’ proceeds go towards a good cause so it’s a win win. The dogs are never left alone and the staff is SO friendly! They recognize each individual dogs personalities and celebrate them. YES!

We love Dogtopia of Bearden! It's clean and friendly, and the staff is wonderful. We feel so safe leaving our dog there for daycare and boarding, and she absolutely loves going!

Emily is great, she is always so helpful, very patient and kind when fielding all my questions or concerns! Having the Webcams makes it nice and easy to check up on our puppies during the day and we can see how happy they are playing with their new friends.

Yesterday was my Winstons first day here. He loved it! He’s a puppy. I live in an apartment and work six days a week, so I have always felt bad the few months I’ve had him because I’m not able to give him the exercise that he wants or needs. But luckily, Dogtopia has solved that issue. The staff is super friendly and gives you a lot of information so you know that your dog is safe and cared for. Winston met lots of new friends. I also love how they do events and special treats to the dogs every once in a while. Winston will continue coming here for a long time.

Pets R People is an amazing daycare. I have 2 dogs that have gone there for years. The staff are amazing and truly care about our pups. From the front desk, to the owner -everyone has always been very helpful and personable. A special shout out to Leslie, as the very few times I have had a question or concern she has promptly and personally called to clarify. We truly love this place and will miss you all (since we're moving...)

My dogs love it here. We boarded our babies June 11-20, 2021. They love the staff. They took such great care of them and sent me a few pictures during their stay. Very accommodating to give me updates when I would text or call. Wonderful place to board and doggie day care. I want to thank them for their service they provide and the quality of care provided. I really love this place for a ton of reasons. My dog is naturally anxious and the staff is so great and patient with her. Their communication with me is always effective and timely. I feel 100% comfortable boarding her and dropping her off for day care. I would absolutely recommend bringing your pet here!

My GSD loves this daycare!! When I make the turn on the road heading to Pets R People 2, she becomes excited. It is such a comfort to know she is having such a great time.

The best place in Knoxville for our dog! Mr. Binx loves going to daycare here and we even board him here while out of town. We have tried a few different locations around Knoxville but this is by far the best!

So far my experience was that the people there really care about the pets which gives me assurance to leave my dog. The staff are friendly and cooperative. We asked them to see us the facility and they were nice enough to show us around and give us a tour. I have left my dog for a week there too and he seemed to have some good time. The staff also sent us photos every now and then which was just fantastic. I would definitely recommend this daycare!

Thanks to all the amazing workers here. I know that my pup feels so happy and safe with them. My only concern is that if you're boarding your dog and want daycare after that night, make sure you stop by in the morning, checkout your dog, walk back to the frontdesk, check the dog back in, to save yourself from "late charges". Good luck making sense of that. The system is becoming less friendly in my opinion. I just boarded my dog overnight and picked her up the next day by 7PM (the usual time at which I pick her up after daycare everyday) but Instead of using her daycare passes for the day after boarding, I was charged as "Late Checkout Care". Basically what this means is that if I stopped by in the morning by 11AM picked her up and literally gave her back to them the same second, it'd have counted as daycare instead of late checkout. Edit: despite my concern above this place is definitely a 5 star

We have been clients for several years and can't say enough good things about Leah and her team. Leah hires the best pet sitters who love our boys like their own. They have awesome attention to details, follow our requests, send fun updates and pics after each visit, keep us posted of everything. We are very thankful for Leah and her team and would recommend their services.

Super easy to work with and very friendly! I recently had to go to a conference for work and needed to schedule some pet sitters to watch my dog and my cat while I was away. I’ve never used a pet sitting service before, but after working with Professional Pet Friends I’m hooked. It was very easy to schedule through their app and I loved that they came by my house ahead of time to do the initial consult and meet my pets in person. While I was away, their sitters were always prompt and arrived within the windows that they said they would. Plus, each visit came with a very detailed update, including pictures, about their visit and how my pets were doing—which was very reassuring while I was away. When I returned, my animals were in amazing health and had clearly been happy and well taken care of while I was gone. I will definitely be working with Professional Pet Friends again and I’m already recommending them to all of my friends.

Leah and her staff have been taking great care of our fur babies for the last 3 years when we go out of town. They are always reliable, respectful of our home and give detailed reports (plus lots of cute pictures) of their visits. We appreciate their personalized approach to each pet and their unique needs such as more play/walk time for our high energy pup versus a gentler approach with extra treats with our previous senior dog. If you need a pet service this one is perfect. When I leave for a trip I never have to worry about my cat. All I have to do is click a few buttons to schedule and make sure the lock box is on my door. They give you real time information about your pet every visit and pictures so I never have to worry about him. I would recommend Professional Pet Friends, LLC to anyone I know. They are excellent!

I had an excellent experience with PPF. I stumbled upon them last minute in search of a sitter for my two cats before a week long vacation. We were able to promptly schedule a free meet and greet with Leah and I knew I hit the jackpot! I received daily check-ins while I was away with photos and write-ups following each visit. All the requested tasks were completed daily and I felt at ease knowing my cats were in safe hands getting the attention and care they need. It was very easy to set up, schedule, and pay for the visits - I will definitely use PPF again!
