I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

We feel like we’ve won the pet and house sitter lotto with Scott. Most importantly, he’s taken great care of our much loved little dog, giving him a lot of care, affection and attention. He paid close attention when Tingsha began scratching (allergy to an insect bite) which needed vet care, with great communication with us. He even took Tingsha to his agility school class each week (great fun had by all) and to get a groom. We’ve come home to a contented and very happy dog. The house is spotless, cleaner than we left it, with fresh flowers and the bed all made up. Perfect! We had regular contact with Scott all through our five week trip and being “fellow travellers” (in all senses) enjoyed sharing lots of local travel tips and experiences as we each visited new parts of the world. We were happy to lend Scott our car and he’s been great with it, super responsible. Scott is a really terrific guy and a fabulous journalist and story teller (you must listen to his podcast about his travels, it’s a cracker). In sharing our home and trusting our beloved dog with him, we feel like we’ve made a new friend along the way. We recommend Scott without any hesitation and thank him for a wonderful experience, we’d love him to come back and see us, anytime. Thanks a bunch!

Carolina was a fantastic Pet sitter. From the beginning, it was straightforward to communicate with her. She met us before we left our trip and ensured she understood all the house and pet logistics. Luna and Cal were very comfortable with her and were best friends with her fast. She was very affectionate with them, and Luna and Cal loved her and were very happy with her. Carolina was very responsive and sent updates. She was really lovely and easy to communicate with. She was very respectful of our space and very tidy. She even washed the sheets and towels she used even when she didn’t need to. She put a lot of care into caring for Luna and Cal, and they looked very comfortable with her. Having Carolina as a pet sitter made our trip very easy, knowing our pets were cared for so well. We would love to have her back to sit for us again and highly recommend her.

Janis is a wonderful person and also an incredible sitter -- we were very, very fortunate that she agreed to care for our beloved pets and rural log home for 3 days. We were confident that everything would be perfect – and it was. We returned to a home as clean and ordered as we had left it, inside and out. All plants were thriving; outdoor hanging baskets were blooming profusely. Most importantly, our beloved dog and 4 cherished cats had obviously been lovingly and attentively cared for. The koi were also active and happy. Janis is a “cat whisperer”. She is especially skilled and patient with shy felines, so we truly appreciated her patience and caring for our sweet Angie (with a semi-feral background). Janis immediately understood that Angie, despite her reclusiveness, craves affection and was able to start to earn her trust even with such limited time. Among Janis’ many gifts: she is a talented photographer and delighted us with frequent updates and photos of our furry children. They are so beautiful that we, with her kind permission, plan to include several in our zeewoi profile. Janis’ communications, reliability, self-sufficiency, and punctuality were exemplary, start to finish. We made a wonderful new friend and have already invited her back to sit again. If you are privileged enough to ever have Janis sit we are certain that you will be as delighted and happy as we are.

Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.

Neil and Anne have just sat for us for a second time, for a week. They are outstanding sitters in every way. Always punctual with communication and arrival. They both have responsible jobs and this is evident as they are both very organised. They care very much about the animals they look after. We were regularly sent updates, pictures and video clips of them, which is great to see when you are away. When we came home we were greeted by happy pets and an immaculately tidy house. We cannot recommend Neil and Anne enough. As far as we are concerned they are perfect housesitters! …...Hopefully they will come back and sit again soon!

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

My dog Blossom goes here 3 time a week daytime only. They are absolutely wonderful and my dog loves everyone who work there. They genuinely love the animals they look after. Always a pleasure to deal with the team at Turnpike. Have used them for nearly 20 years now, first looking after our Lhasa Aphso dog and now our British Short-hair cat. Trial runs are always advised when you first start out to make sure your pet , gets used to the fact that your coming back and helps calm them for longer stays.
This kennels are so loving and genuinely care about your furry friends and make sure there okay and stick to whatever you say your furry friends diet is.
We have used this kennel several times now, and or cat & dog always come home healthy & well looked after. The staff act on any requests to make sure our pets are fine.
Would highly recommend the guys at turnpike. My 5 month old. Cockapoo absolutely enjoyed his time at the kennels. . The needs of the dogs are second to none . Clean kennels. Great. Owners . My rottweiler stayed for first ever time in kennels when I collected her she was all smiles. She was well looked after. Update this would be my 4th time going to kennels, staff are great my girl was alittle bit apprehensive about going in so we took our time getting her into kennel, I didn't feel rushed and they made me feel at ease when I left her . Nobody really wants to leave there animals but when we do we want to make sure there in safe hands and not worry about a furry friends whilst away, they even spoke about options for making it alittle easier on her like coming for the day or entering from a different door, there amazing and would recommend to any of my friends. ❤️
Have given 5 stars now as the current owners are great, our two dogs aren't the biggest lovers of kennels but they always seem fine here and not overly anxious when dropped off. The small team of staff genuinely care about the animals under their care and I wouldn't take my boys anywhere else.
They looked after our dogs while we were away for a week. We felt the price was reasonable. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who met with us and our dogs to their enclosure. The place looked like it was kept very clean. Our dogs were extremely pleased to see us on their return, but looked like they had been well looked after. The staff members we encountered were polite and friendly, and very patient with us while we said goodbye to the dogs for a week. We are likely to use them again when we're travelling abroad in future.
Max had a wonderful first time at the kennels. They gave him his meds easily and he left wanting to go back when we popped him in the car! Owner is lovely and so are the lovely small team. Thoroughly relieved to find a safe happy place for our beloved pooch to stay in when mummy and daddy need their quality time.

We feel so lucky to have found Amanda! She is absolutely wonderful with our dog, who clearly loves his outings with her. Amanda has also checked in and looked after our cats whilst we have been away and it was great to know that they were being so well cared for. Always understanding when there have been changes to our weekly schedule, we really couldn't manage without her.
Amanda has been fantastic for our lab Jago. She is always careful about which dogs she walks him with - he can be anxious around other boy dogs. Amanda never compromises on his safety or well being. He is always very pleased to see her and he always comes back happy & relaxed. The walks are varied and interesting. Can’t recommend enough!

Amanda has cared for our cat, Emma, for over a year now, from when she was just a little kitten. We feel relieved when we go away knowing Amanda is there to make sure Emma has everything she needs. Would highly recommend Sue. Our pooch recently stayed for a week and he was made to feel right at home. He had the most fantastic time playing with the other dogs and enjoyed the lovely walks. We really appreciated the updates and felt so relaxed knowing he was in such safe and caring hands.
We have a rescue golden retriever who is anxious with new people and dogs. Sue has cared for her several times for short stays and we have just returned from a week away where she has been so settled with Sue, enjoyed the lovely regular walks, made new doggy friends and clearly had all her needs met. We were able to relax and not worry about her as we could see from the lovely updates that she was very happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sue to other dog owners looking for care.
We would absolutely recommend Sue to look after your dog. She was amazing looking after our Cockapoo at short notice after we’d been let down. You can see how much Sue loves all dogs and we felt very reassured and comfortable leaving our dog in her capable hands. He had a lovely time! Just wish we lived nearer so we could use Sue more often!!
Highly recommended Sue. She looked after our pooch whilst we were at a wedding for the weekend, there is a big garden space for the dogs to run around and they get regular walks in the nearby field. Sue was lovely and made us feel comfortable leaving the dog with her.

Wonderful place for your dog to stay for both day care and boarding. Top rate care with walks and care as if at a family home, which it is. No kennels or caged runs. We met with Gary when our GR was very young to discuss our requirements, we were looking for a flexible & reliable pet care company and that’s what we found. Our dog has ad-hoc walks, sitting & she has been to stay at Rebecca’s when we’ve gone away. She is always so well taken care of and comes home very happy. The prices are fair and we know our dog is in safe hands. They’re not a ‘one size fits all’ outfit which can be quite hard to find. Highly recommend.
Jackie and team organised home boarding for my 3 year old Labrador, as well as providing pet sitting services for my two cats and rabbit. The service was incredible. I got updates on my pets daily which helped ease some of my anxiety about leaving them, as well as coming home to healthy and happy animals. I would highly recommend using them. The whole time are kind and empathetic and passionate about animals
Jackie has recently looked after my 3 dogs and my tortoise, she was also asked to housesit for two days . One of my dogs is a rescue dog and is extremely nervous. This is not the first time I have used We love Pets, Jackie is very professional and extremely caring I can go away knowing that my pets will be well looked and loved. I met a few dog walkers before I met Jackie. Straight away I knew she was who I wanted to care for my puppies, she was professional, organised and genuinely cared for and interacted with my dogs. Jackie has been walking my dogs daily for 10 months now and I have no complaints and our dogs love her. She gives me regular updates and nothing is ever too much trouble. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
A late review, sorry, however I'm happy to leave a positive one. Jackie provided a Cat Stting service for me whilst I was away on holiday for a few weeks. My cat is very homely and loves having people around, especially me. I was therefore concerned about her. So I employed Jackie's services. Everything about Jackie, her service and her care for my cat and home whilst I was away, was reassuring and professional. Jackie even sent me texts messages to say how my cat was whilst i was away, nice touch, and reassuring. Would happily recommend.
We Love Jackie! Our dog, Poppy, LOVES Jackie. Jackie is Poppy's favourite person! Jackie arrives with treats and sometimes fellow dogs suited to walk with Poppy. Poppy comes back happy, well-exercised and sleeps for hours! Jackie is brilliant; she understands the behaviour and needs of our dog and we cannot recommend her highly enough!

I recently had a chance to work with Branscombe Kennels & Cattery as one of our dogs is staying at the kennels as a long term resident (although it looks like he found his new home now). And I just want to say that I always found the kennels to be super clean and staff super polite and very friendly. I visited several times and had the chance to see the kennels, the outdoor space and the really handy large enclosed area where I could exercise the doggo without lead and give him some “free play” time. All spotlessly clean. I’d be very happy to leave my own dogs in their care if I ever need to. Nadyia and Steve are both genuine people and it’s always a pleasure to pop in and see them before going the see the doggo. 🐾

It was a very great relief to find such a kind and relaxed kennels with staff who are used to sighthounds and are completely at ease with one very nervous and one very boisterous lurcher. Our dogs share a kennel while at Branscombe and are almost certainly as skittish (Scout) and barky (Mole) as they are at home, but the staff recognise that being a bit scared and being a bit too confident are often part and parcel of the personalities of rescue dogs. They are always greeted with kindness and treated very well by all the staff and return home healthy, happy and ready for a return to their sofas (even Branscombe cannot quite run to a sofa per dog, but they do provide beds!) You see all manner of dog turn up at Branscombe, Nadja and Steve are genuine animal lovers - of all kinds - and we never have any worries about leaving our dogs with them. The on-site dog groomer also appears completely bombproof when dealing with their claws and does a great job too. So: many thanks, five stars and see you next holiday!
Truly the best Kennels out there, Digit and Dolly absolutely love staying here and I wouldn’t want them to stay anywhere else definitely worth the hour drive to drop them off there, all staff so friendly and definitely dog people who take pride in their jobs
Our sproker has come back with an infection on his tesicals he was also extremely dirty and smelly after just 2 nights this shows that it is probably not the most cleanly place unfortunately i would not recommend this and wont be returning.
My 2 dogs have been there from puppies. It's a real home from home, welcoming staff, clean kennels, owners fabulous. Always aim to be accomandating. Wish we could collect on a Sunday, but I appreciate why not.
My 6 cata stayed here whilst I was moving house. The cats were well.lpoked after the pens were all clean and tidy. My cats seemed happy when I collected them and looked well looked after. The owners were lovely and I felt like they cared.
Our cocker spaniel stayed for 10 days while we were away. On picking him up he was as happy as when we left him no anxiety issues he was obviously very well looked giving us peace of mind. We highly recommend you. Thanks to all the team
We have been using these kennels for a few years now & can honestly say our dog charlie loves it, he cannot wait to get in there. Staff & owners go above & beyond to make his stay as happy & comfortable as they can. I would definitely recommend these wonderful kennels.
We’ve been taking our family dog Poppy, to Branscombe for 7 years now we’ve had no problems throughout. She always goes in as if it’s her second home. The staff always make a big fuss of her and are so attentive. There appears to big be such a happy atmosphere about the kennels. The kennels are very clean and your first impression on arrival is very welcoming.I would recommend to all.

Karen is so kind and knowledgeable and her own dogs are absolutely beautiful and a real credit to her. I would 100% recommend them for dog care / dog walking. I'm so glad we found out about Karen as I felt so comfortable knowing our dog Finn was well cared for the week we were on holiday. It was clear how happy and relaxed our dog was was upon collection.
Karen is clearly extremely knowledgeable with dogs, you just have to look at her own. Karen was extremely easy to deal with and although we only booked our dog in for a couple of days whilst we were on holiday in the area she was lovely to us. I highly recommend her services.
Wonderful service! Karen and Steve has been brilliant right from day 1 with our young dog and acknowledged he was a playful and excited so have done a brilliant job and making sure he is settled in which he has thoroughly done now. Our dog enjoys going each week and always comes home happy and exhausted. We have even trusted them enough to leave him overnight there with no concerns at all. We feel our dog is so very well looked after with Karen really a home away from home! Would recommend to anyone :)
I was recommended Karen by a good friend and our local vet.Our two little working cockers love going there for the day, and we have been extremely happy with the service. I could not recommend her enough!!
It’s become a home from home for my dogs . Karen is so professional and in demand though that she tends to get pretty fully booked up . But I appreciate the security of being able to go away and know my dogs are so well looked after . Dog and animal welfare are always at the top of her agenda
Pup/dog was there for a couple of days, when picked up the owner(s) were obviously stressed, he’d been a little bit of a pain, keeping the family awake apparently which I told the lady who took him (he’s an anxious dog, nothing major). He came back with a couple of marks one on the knee (looked worth away) & a scratch/Bute mark on the leg. I’m more than aware how a pack of dogs can play etc & I’m more than aware that the marks were not there when he was dropped of at the house. The owner/manager just denied any responsibility, not that it was a huge deal but since then we have not been able to settle him in another boarding house/kennel. I’m pretty certain he had a run in with one of the many smaller nippier dogs & as he doesn’t react to violence etc would have just dealt with it. Far from happy about the service & after specifically saying he was a liability around open doors & roads it was a little worrying when we turned up to pick him up & the front door was open due to her daughters boyfriend (I believe). Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, quite the opposite. Edit & response to ‘Steve’. I live in Amesbury, Steve I have a 7 year old Doberman, I doubt you get many of them so I assume you know who I am. Feel free to pop round to varify the marks & don’t just flat out deny it as Karen did. She was quick to tell me how he’d disturbed you for the majority of the night, sorry about that, I made Karen very aware of his anxieties. Don’t use the old ‘it’s some competition’ etc you know fully well that your service is a) not top notch for any large dog (imo) & b) you’re running it from your house, this isn’t a professional kennel/stay over for a dog. I do not know who posted the first review, however i can assure you they obviously either do not know Karen, or have a negative agenda in their review, because Karen and her business cannot be faulted! Would not trust anyone else with our dogs!
