This year was the first time I have ever had to leave my fur baby with complete strangers. I cared like a baby when I got to the truck after dropping her off. I called first thing the next morning to check on her and the staff really put my mind at ease. They sent me pictures of her the whole week which made my day because I couldn't wait to get home to my girl. They run a very clean kennel and are very professional. I will be using them again in the future since they stepped up and took such good care of my girl while I was away.

They have an AMAZING new facility! Staff is great and I would highly recommend this kennel! The dogs have a huge run to play in and explore. They offer daycare and kenneling. Very spacious kennels and exercise and play areas. Everything is super clean! Just an all around great, new local business! Owners are excellent with their dogs and caring for them and treat the clients' dogs the same way!!

My puppy was given a spa treatment, beautiful haircut and shampoo. I was so pleased when I picked him up. He had gone somewhere else before and left, anxious and they shaved him rather than trimmed. Cozy Inn trimmed him beautifully and he left in a super happy mood!

Fantastic staff and great facility. They treat you like family and make my dogs feel right at home. We’ve also used their aqua-therapy services to rehab our GSD after major hip surgery. Not only did he heal well, he came out stronger, healthier and more confident! Highly recommend.

My dog stayed here for 7 days and was cared for exceptionally well. She is on supplements which were given to her as I instructed. She also has special requirements which I explained to staff and they followed. Staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in and out. She got a bath before check out and smelled great. She was ready for check out at the time given and they were quick to reunite us. If you miss your pet when they are staying here please just check their Facebook, they post A TON of pictures so you will probably get to see your pet there (which is awesome!). It is also nice that there is a veterinarian right next door so incase something happens they can get care quickly. Anytime I need to board my dog, she will go here and I highly recommend Cozy Inn to anyone interested in boarding. It’s a 45 minute drive but it’s worth it! I have heard horror stories of boarders losing clients dogs but this place is secured with fencing for the runs and if your dog goes to the activity fields they are also secured with appropriate fencing.

Cozy Inn cared for our 1 and 3 year old aussies while we were on a road trip and needed doggy day care for a few hours. They had a primary caretaker and got to play with other dogs, which my dogs love. They were happily worn out on the drive home. The staff was thorough, professional, courteous, and friendly. We really appreciated their willingness to provide a one time service and would use them again if ever in the area again.

The price is very, very fair! The staff was super nice. Also, the complimentary bath omg amazing. He was so stinking soft!! Softer than when we take him to the groomer. If we didn't live in another state I'd bring him back there for any other future boarding we'd need.

I tried them for a few months. It's overly expensive and while some of the women here are very friendly, some aren't. My pup came home with a gouged paw that had him limping for a week after we kenneled him for a vacation. I figured, dogs will be dogs and it wasn't enough to put me off entirely. I decided to stop using them when I found matting behind my dog's ear (despite monthly full grooms) that would definitely have taken a long time to form. I then had him groomed elsewhere and the haircut was considerably better than what he received here. All in all, my complaints are small- I just don't get a good vibe from how this business is run, from their strict hourly policies to their not letting you see where the dogs sleep, to a particularly gruff and unprofessional woman I had to deal with a couple of times. It's a little weird.

Rebecca was the first person that we trusted with our Newfie. Her and her family were great with Cooper. I received lots of pictures while he was in her care. I could see how much fun he was having with her and her family. When he came home he was exhausted! When Rebecca left he watched her until she drove away. He slept all day after his vacation at Lucky Duck. I will use and recommend Lucky Ducks Pet Care for any pet service you may need.

I completely trust Rebecca watching my pup. I don’t have to worry or feel guilty about leaving her, she actually gets excited to go! Her and her family take such good care of her and I love getting pictures sent of their fun time together. So lucky to have found a great doggy day care.

I suffer from migraines so Rebecca is a godsend! She comes and picks up my pooch and they run her all day. My dog is a Jack Russell and does NOT tire easy. Rebecca and her family do an amazing job watching, feeding, playing and medicating her. I don’t have to worry when she is there and I always receive lots of pictures and updates. She does an amazing job, and I couldn’t ask for a better family to watch my precious pup.

Rebecca has been taking care of my Roxi, a Belgian Malinois, for over a year now. She’s friendly and capable with larger breeds. She’s never missed a scheduled walk and I would highly recommend her services.

Tom came over for a meet and greet and went over everything in detail. I felt very comfortable letting him watch my dogs. He followed my instructions exactly as I explained them to him. I loved the report card and photos! I highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again!

We could not have asked for a better experience!! Tom was very thorough and wanted to make sure that no box was left unchecked before babysitting our poodle for our vacation. I received updates every single day with informative notes to let me know how Oliver was doing. Tom was responsive to my texts, and very loving to our baby boy. Clearly, Tom and his team worked with our Oliver during his 30 minute walks as we noticed Oliver with much better walking behavior upon our return! Tom and his team were faithful in watering our plants, ensuring that Oliver had music at night and had cuddle time every day. We are grateful and will use Tom’s service again ♥️♥️♥️

Initially, I became aware of Tom and Desiree through Petco‘s rover app. We started with them approximately eight months ago, and I will never have anybody else as long as they’re available. My litter boxes are clean when I come back as if I were there myself. He sends pictures of my cats, even to show that he plays with them. I recommend them highly

This is the third (or fourth?) time that I have used Tom & Desiree's service and they are just wonderful to work with. Their website makes the booking and payment process super easy and they have been great at communication leading up to and at the time of service - I have used them for both drop-in visits and dog walking for my two Labrador retrievers. They always send me a detailed "report card" - including photos - after each visit and the best part is that my dogs absolutely LOVE them (especially Tom) so I never worry about them when I know Tom & Desiree will be stopping by!

Being my first experience doing something like this I was nervous leaving my fur child but Tom and Desiree took great care of my pal baron, fed him on schedule took him out to play and interacted with him, even cleaned up an accident. They sent me pictures and he was happy and enjoying the new friends he made. The house was just like I left it when I returned home along with one happy doggy thank you so much for taking care of my best friend.

Tom & Desiree are the best! They took care of my dog Mia while I was recently on vacation. They walked her 3 times daily and showed her much love and attention. Mia is a Lab/Beagle mix and at times she can be a handful!! Her hunting instincts kick in when she see a rabbit, squirrel or chipmunk and to say she pulls on her leash is an understatement!! Tom handled her very well and was up to the challenge. I can honestly say I did not worry about her at all while she was in their care. I will definitely use Tom & Desiree Pet Service in the future! I have multiple animals. Not all of them required attention but they took time to become acquainted with them. Of those cared for, none were rushed and all were given positive encouragements. Very patient. Even went out of the way to secure pill pockets for one needing medication. Also asking if anything else was needed before finishing up

Tom took great care of our dogs and our home while we were on vacation. My dogs are still watching the door hoping he is coming back to play. Tom and Desiree are very nice people. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Tom and Desiree’s Pet Sitting business! I feel so relieved that my cats are in Tom’s care. He is the most efficient when it comes to taking care of my boys! He plays with them, gives them lots of love and treats. He has to give meds twice a day to one of them and that’s where the relief comes in. He treats my pets as if they were his pets. Plus, Tom will bring in mail, clean, water plants and even feed the birds outside. I feel so very fortunate to have Tom & Desiree are in my life! ( he also sends pictures every visit!) Dianna & Co. are the best! They took care of our animals on several occasions. We are so sad that we had to move so we can't use her services anymore!! Our hounds have been kenneled in the past with our vets office and even private kennels but they never received the attention that Dianna & Co gave them. And her prices are so much better than the vet/kennel because of the special attention she gives them. Our hounds were able to sleep and play in their own environment so they seemed so much happier when we would arrive home. I can't believe we never used a pet sitter before. I just hope we can find a comparable sitter in our new location. Dianna was so sweet to come over and say good-bye to us and the hounds before we moved. We would trust her with our kids any day!!! We miss you!!!!!

Awesome service, Diania and her employees are amazing people!!! She makes sure your pets are cared of and more. When she agrees to look after your furry loved ones she goes above and beyond her duties. It just amazes me how she is with animals. I'd absolutely use Johnstown Pet Services in the future!!

Diana is just awesome with the pets. Boarding pets can be a hassle, and having to deal with kennel cough after your vacation is not fun. Diana cares about your pets just as much as you do. She just doesn't look after your pets when you are on vacation, if you have to work later than usual, she can stop by and let your dogs out so you don't have to rush to get home.

Unless you have a dog that gets let out and fed, don’t bother. They don’t like the smell of cleaning litter boxes.

If I could give Mylyssa a zillion-star review I would do it. She is absolutely phenomenal with our super sensitive older Mastiff. Fred just loves her and she takes such good care of him. When my 7 month old kitten was diagnosed with a disease that had treatments that required daily injections for a period of ~3 months, I wasn’t sure how I was going to manage it on my own but Dr. K from KVet recommended Mylyssa & her services to me for when the vet office wouldn’t be able to help. Mylyssa was very accommodating, fitting us in her schedule and was a huge help to me with my cat’s treatments and was very pleasant to work with. Truly first rate in every respect, with clear communications and fair pricing. The owners are lovely people who will love your dogs. Our family travels regularly. And as much as we love them, we can't always take our two dogs with us. A friend recommended trying Faith and her family at Mad Pawz for the very best care in the area. And our friend was right - we feel like we hit the jackpot in dog boarding.

We found Mad Pawz by chance while we were frantically looking to board our Bo right before a trip Puerto Rico. The place we normally take him was full because of course we wait until the last minute. Of course I was hesitant as he had never gone there before but I tell you what, I’m normally not a lucky person, but we hit the jackpot. Mad Pawz isn’t a typical boarding facility, it’s a home away from home. What boarding facility has ever sent you pictures of your pets every single day? Without fail, every day I received a picture of Bo and I could tell that he was so happy to be there by the look on his face. It made me smile and tear up a little every single time. He’s not sad in a kennel all day. He’s happy and playing with his new best friends! It gave me a peace of mind that you can’t really even put a price tag on. I didn’t worry about him for one second while I was gone. I only leave reviews if I am so extremely happy with something that I feel I have to tell others. If you’re looking for a HOME (not a kennel) away from home for your pets, I can’t recommend anywhere better!

Mad Pawz takes great care of my dog when I'm away, and it's been a big help with her socialization with other dogs. Prices are fair, and with their new location, the dogs have a big yard to play in.

Horrible customer service from Faith. She did not check the paperwork or ask any questions prior to his first visit nor did she try to get to know him before taking him inside. We heard Faith screaming at the other dogs from the front yard when we arrived. Then she continued to tell us that she was leaving to run errands but her husband was in the yard. When we arrived for pickup, Justin was in the yard and the dogs were inside. Completely unacceptable to be paying for a sitter and he’s not being monitored especially when other dogs are present. Justin was very nice and friendly during pickup and the only positive outcome of this experience

I was very apprehensive about leaving our boy Loki with a boarding place and I’m so glad we chose Mad Pawz! He was taken such great care of and he absolutely loved it there. Such an amazing dog daycare spot! My family & I went to go experience the Allegheny train ride, so we needed to drop our little fur baby for a couple hours. He had lots of fun with the other dogs and would definitely recommend it to others! Faith was super sweet and we felt very comfortable dropping our little pup.

When we started to plan a trip to Italy, I couldn’t get too excited until I knew who would watch our dogs. Our regular sitter could only cover the first several nights, so I had to find someone to cover the rest of the trip. I looked for hours to find someone who meets our high standards and could stay at our home, especially since we would be an ocean away. Once we did a meet and greet with Gabby I knew she would be perfect. Our dogs loved her and she sent us tons of photos, videos and updates. There is no doubt these pups had constant love and attention. I never had to worry about them which allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. When we came home they were calm and healthy. I would not be able to say that if we left them at a kennel. We feel like we made a new friend and am so happy to know I can trust her with our kids. Our home was clean and all secure when we returned, what a great experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Salute!

I don't even know where to begin. Let's just say I have two high maintenance dogs, one being elderly and one being a Jack Russell (enough said on that one!) I always struggle to relax when I am away, because the older dog has separation anxiety, and at nearly fifteen years old, I know her days are numbered. It is hard for me to have peace of mind not being able to be the main caretaker of her. Then I found Gabby. I have never had a vacation where I was able to relax and not be worried about how everything was going at home. Gabby went above and beyond, even with the crazy medication and supplement schedule I have the senior gal on, and the demanding nature of a high drive breed. She sent updates and pictures every single day. I did not have to wonder what was happening or how everything was going. I honestly could write pages about how amazing our experience with Gabby was, but let's just say this.. BOOK HER NOW. I'm already looking for dates for vacation next year so I can be sure to have her in advance. Could not have asked for anything more from her at all. If I could give an infinite amount of stars, I would!!

I have 2 tiny dogs that have super sensitive stomachs and eat 4 times a day. I had to travel out of state for almost a week and was extremely preoccupied about leaving my 2 little ones. I found Melrose pet resort, and let me tell you that Gabby is the most amazing, comprehensive, and pet lover dog sitter you could found. She took care of my babies like they were hers, she went above and beyond to accommodate them so they could be separated from bigger dogs, as I asked, they could have their meals at their regular schedule and she also kept updating me constantly with videos and pictures of my little ones. They had such a great time with her, got to make a few little friends that were staying at her place, and even participated in a Christmas photoshoot!. She gave me piece of mind while on my trip, and I definitely will be using her services next time I travel.

I cannot recommend Gabby and Melrose Pet Resort enough! As a bulldog owner I’m always looking for the best care possible since our boy tends to need a little extra attention, and we absolutely found it with Gabby. She followed our directions to a “T”, and went above and beyond. She also sent us videos and updates throughout our vacation, putting my mind at ease about how our boy was doing. She also took great care of our home while we were away. Gabby is the best and we can’t wait to plan our next vacation and get on her schedule!

Gabby’s attention to detail is on another level. She did an amazing job with our dog, Remi. He is a creature of habit, and his transition from us being out of town to Gabby staying with him and taking care of his routine was seamless. She thinks of everything to ease your mind of what is going on. Her love for animals is apparent, and I appreciate that so much. Remi has specific medications that have to be taken, and I was not worried about Gabby covering everything perfectly. All the wonderful pictures she sent was a bonus, she should consider being a pet photographer! Thank you so much for taking care of our spoiled boy, Remi!

I cannot rave about how great Gabby and Kris were with my dog! Being a sitter myself I know I can trust them with my anxious little boy going forward. I have never left my dog with anyone but my family before and him being an older and anxious dog I was not sure how he’d do. But almost immediately Gabby and Kris made him feel so comfortable and right at home. He received all the attention and affection he needed and I also received all the updates and pictures I needed to know he was doing great. Knowing how well he was taken care of now makes me wonder why I was even worried about him to begin with! Talk about an AMAZING dog sitter and person, Melrose Pet Resort is a far better pet sitter that I ever came across. I came from out of state, and we were recommended to Melrose Pet Resort while we look for a home. Contacted her and immediately got a quick response. I never in my life have as much interaction with her as other dog sitters in the past. I have a Deaf dog and one with diet needs... Gabby constantly send photo's and video's of there activities, and I could see how happy my fur babies were. She is very personal and active with my pets and I am excited to have her again and as well as Chico and Bella. I am glad I am moving to Florida knowing when I need Gabby again, I will never have to worry about my fur babies again, knowing they will be in great care.... WOOF WOOF APPROVED

Hands-down, the best pet sitter I've ever had the honor to work with. It was like leaving the dogs with a family friend. If I even had the slightest worry about them or their care, it vanished in the rain of delightful photos and videos and the constant updates about breakfast, dinner, lizard hunts and games of Ball. It is just possible that my dogs had a better time than I did while I was on vacation. They stayed in their very own room, in crates for everyone's safety, but were out and about quite a lot of the time (certainly WAY more than they would be in a kennel or daycare) and they were treated like family. They got to "help" make dinner and cuddle on the sofa and watch TV. Obi even got to chase MANY BALLS AT THE SAME TIME. Heaven! Obi and Ursa can't wait to stay with Aunt Gabby again!

We recently put our baby Jasmine here after searching for a boarding facility for weeks. And I can't say how happy we are that we decided to choose Melrose Pet Center opposed to one of those facilities. Not only did she get personalized care, she got love and affection the entire time. We know so because Gabby sent us updates daily; mornings, afternoons when she could, and night. She sent Pictures and videos and Jasmine looked like she was having the time of her life. I also loved the cute bandanas she had while we got the pictures. We were even lucky enough to get a pic of Jas with Santa in their home (Thanks Kris!! Lol). Jasmine also enjoyed playing with her dogs, tiring them out all day! If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Thank you again for treating our pup like she was one of your own!

Starting this off with I don't do reviews, I've left maybe 2 in my entire life and has to be something that has changed my life. That being said Josh & Bob have changed mine and my fiancé's life consistently for the better. I am a non trusting person especially with my best friends (my dogs). The two of them have basically adopted my dogs as their own and take care of them sometimes better than me. Doesn't matter if it for daycare or days. I never worry about dropping my dogs off. Honestly they are more excited to go to their house than my own. If you ever need anyone to watch your pets this is the place... Thank you both again for giving my dogs another home!

I can’t even put into words how thankful we are that we found such kind people to watch our dog! It was our first time away from our beagle/hound so we were anxious, but Josh soothed our worries during our whole trip! They are so very thorough with care and specific needs for your pet. Salem recently recovered from heartworm treatment, and they had a vet tech check his heart and lungs every day as a precaution. Josh loved Salem like he was his own and sent us lots of photos of Salem playing with his new doggy friends that were also staying! It’s a huge sigh of relief that we found the place that can watch Salem if we ever need them to. Josh and Bob are truly dog people and we can’t thank them enough!

The Pittsburgh Pet Concierge is an amazing boutique pet boarding facility, that loves your fur babies like they are their own. I have taken the most difficult pup there and they accommodated him to his needs, and now our new pup who is easy going. They have play yards that they can play in, you get photos of your fur friends daily as well. I will only use the Pittsburgh Pet Concierge knowing full well my fur kid is in the best hands ever. Pittsburgh Pet Concierge was a truly amazing place and a home away from home (literally a home!) to board my dog, though they don’t even call it "boarding"—it’s more like a vacation spot for pets! From the moment I reached out, I knew I had found something special. My usual pet sitter canceled on me at the last minute, which I initially thought was a disaster, but it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. This was the first time my dog, Maggie Mae, had ever been away from home, and I was incredibly nervous about how she would handle it. But Pittsburgh Pet Concierge made the entire experience easy and stress-free—for both of us! She had a boarding counselor with her day and night and actually received more attention and supervision than if I left her at home with visits. The team there is nothing short of wonderful. They put my mind at ease right away, and their loving, attentive care made all the difference. Maggie Mae didn’t just cope with being away—she thrived! She actually did better at Pittsburgh Pet Concierge than she does at home when I’m away. I could tell she was relaxed and happy just by the photos they sent whenever I asked for an update. Pittsburgh pet concierge is an amazing facility that treats your pets like their own! They are so communicative and helpful with me and my puppy. They offer so much flexibility with my work schedule since it’s in a home with 24/7 supervision. My Australian shepherd is always so excited to go and is always tired when she gets picked up. They continue to go above and beyond the other doggy daycares/ boarding facilities I have been to previously and could not be happier to have found them!

Bodhi had a great time! I was nervous about boarding my buddy for a week but pet concierge put all of my worries ease. They came up with a customized plan to help him feel as comfortable as possible while he stayed there. We will definitely be back!

A review just isn’t enough honestly. Josh & Bob are two of the most AMAZING human beings I’ve ever come into contact with. They are kind, accommodating and most importantly selfless. They have been watching Lola since she was a year old. Lola sometimes doesn’t do well with strangers and they took on the challenge. They never pushed her. They went at her pace. They never made me feel bad for her reactivity. They never made me feel like a bother or that she was a burden. She is truly VIP here and they love her as if she was their own. Loki has been seeing them for the last 2 years. He too has his own issues. He isn’t the best in new environments with dogs he’s unsure of and Josh & Bob didn’t bat an eye at taking him on too. They truly treat them like their own dogs. I never have to worry about them when they’re there. Sadly, we are moving 9hrs away and will no longer be able to use PPC. This is probably the hardest thing about moving and trusting new people with our dogs. But Josh has offered to help in so many ways to ease our transition and any chance we can have to have them watch our pups again, we will. Josh & Bob have become more than our dog boarders, they’re our family. If you need someone to watch your dog I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. PPC is the absolute best place.

We had THE BEST experience possible at Pittsburgh Pet Concierge. We had never done any kind of boarding for our 3 pups so we were extremely hesitant to do so, but needed the service as we were going on a week long trip. We had called a few places around the Pittsburgh area but Joshua at Pittsburgh Pet Concierge was so attentive and helpful from the very beginning which made this place really stand out. From the registration, to the transparency and the attentiveness, it really is a 5 star experience from start to finish. We live in the north hills but will drive the extra 25 minutes every time. They make the process so easy and Joshua kept us updated every single day with photos, videos and questions. They were so happy and relaxed. The dogs do not sleep alone in cages, they have someone with them at all times, which was huge for us. I could go on and on and on about the experience that we had with them but I will sum it up by saying that if you choose any other boarding service in the Pittsburgh area, you’re truly doing your pups a disservice. I used the cat boarding services for my 2-year-old tortie while I was on vacation and my expectations were met beyond my initial expectations! Josh and everyone were very respectful and reassuring that my cat would be safe and happy, and they proved to be right on the money. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my cat was in good and safe hands, and not in sound pound with limited space or surrounded by other cats or dogs she doesn't know. Going forward, this is where I'll be taking my cat the next time I go on vacation!

We boarded our dogs for the very first time at this kennel. We won't ever take them anywhere else. Wonderful, caring people run this kennel. They treat your pets like family. Our dogs are always happy to go there. Highly recommend.

We love Mays! The pups are always excited when we get there! That says it all! EDIT: I posed this review two years ago, since then, their daughter (a veterinarian) has taken over the business. They continue the same high quality service. Ollie still is happy to go visit!

The staff took care wonderful care of our babies. Our dogs loved them all and so did we. They are such sweet, caring people. Not to mention they are very affordable. We wont take our pets anywhere else!
