Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Natalie and Christian were dream pet sitters while we were out of the country for 2.5 weeks. From start to finish, they were reliable and professional, with excellent communication. Monique was very nice and easy to schedule with. She sent us pictures of our dog Maisie while we were away, which we enjoyed seeing. Maisie was well cared for and had gotten plenty of exercise by the time we got home. The house was spotless, which was lovely to come home to! She had taken the trash and recycling bins out, even though we hadn’t mentioned them to her before we left. She made sure to let us know if anything was amiss so there were no surprises when we returned. Would definitely recommend her as a pet and house sitter for others. :)

Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

First time using any sort of at home pet care and Wow! What a great company! Laura and staff are friendly, extremely caring and helpful. They are well organized and have great communication! The app they use is awesome to keep in touch while away. It’s provides detailed visit info and pictures along with many other useful information and tips. They went above and beyond to watch our pup (along with other things like grabbing the mail and watering our garden) while we were away for a week. Kelly was the staffer who was watching over our Colby. Colby is an older German Shepherd with bad hips, she was extremely kind and caring towards our old man. This summer was the first time we ever used a pet sitter and I could not be happier with our experience. Emma, Katie, and Mike took care of our cats while we were away. They went above and beyond what I ever expected for my little guys. We were away during the extreme heat wave and they figured out how to keep my house cool and comfy. This was our first time using a pet sitter and they did not disappoint ! I love how thorough they are by having you create a pet profile and having a visit to the home to meet the pets. ALL THE STARS. This morning, 2019: We hadn't been there in more than a week, when suddenly a mandatory overtime shift left us in the lurch. As we pulled into the parking lot in the wee hours of the morning, my dog was SO excited to realize where he was! I barely got him to contain his enthusiasm as we waited for the center to open. And, I didn't even know if we'd have to drive right back home, since we definitely weren't expected this morning. But without even a heads-up, the owner still welcomed us with a big smile when we arrived. Of course they'd make room for my overly enthusiastic puppy! What a relief! And now, I'll be able to sleep tonight, because my dog will be tired after a wonderful, active day, when he could have been stuck alone in his room for as much as 8 hours - something we really didn't want to do to him! This place is a godsend. They clearly love the dogs, and the dogs love them. They kept our boy the weekend we were out of town, trimmed his nails when they noticed that needed doing, and even shared video of our pup playing in the pool with the other dogs! Raising a happy, healthy puppy is so much easier knowing we have the support of the amazing staff at Valley Dog! 10/22/24 Update: Could I have more stars to give them, please? They're still our go-to caregiver and our dog's second family. I telework now, so he only gets to go when we're out of town and he needs to board - but he's every bit as excited to get there, bursting with joy as soon as we reach the neighborhood, and tries to drag us inside as soon as he's out of the car. We feel so incredibly lucky to have these people in our life to provide such amazing care for our boy whenever we have to go away. A million more stars for them, please?
The staff was wonderful and did a great job with our dog, she looks great! She is a shepherd mix so she's tough to shave down but they did a very nice job. Our family has also used their boarding services as well and they took great care of our dogs at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them for your grooming or boarding needs!
After a scheduling issue that the owner was able to correct, we were able to have our dog groomed. Overall, Very happy with the quality grooming. If it wasn't for the appointment issue, it would be 5 star service. Will go back next time.
Highly recommend Valley Dog for doggy daycare! My dog has been going for a few weeks and loves it. The staff is super sweet and you can tell they have love for every pup that walks through that door.

While I wasnt able to board with them due to my pups not having the proper shots, They went over and beyond to try and help me while My wife and I had our first child as over the road truck drivers. I would highly recommend FurKids PA to anyone who is looking to have their animals cared for. Karen has been walking my dog several times a week for going on two years now and I feel totally at ease knowing that she is watching after him when I can't be home. She always texts when she leaves my house to let me know that he has been taken care of and often even sends pictures which makes me smile. I am very particular about who I leave the care of my dog to and I know that Karen takes care of him just like I would. I would without a doubt recommend FurKids PA to anyone who is looking to have their "furry kids" looked after.

I had Karen from FurKidsPA care for my cats while I was away. She came when expected, and always sent me pictures and updates. Any time I had a question, I heard back from her quickly. Fantastic service, and I'll be using FurKidsPA again.
Where do I begin with this review? Since moving to the area as a single person with no relatives around, I needed someone to help me with my puggle while I was at work. After meeting with two other people I decided Karen was the best option. Over the course of the last two years, I switched jobs a few times with different schedules. Karen was always able to accommodate us. Sometimes I needed her help in the evening or sometimes early in the morning. Regardless, she was always able to help, I am sure it wasn’t always easy for her but she made it work for me (thanks Karen!). Currently, Karen stops by Monday through Friday weekly and neither my pup nor I would want it any other way. My boy also loves his Karen time. He loves when she comes to visit, sometimes I feel like he’s looking for her at her normal time even when I am home. I also enjoy the pictures she sends me from their meet ups. This isn’t just a job to Karen , she really loves coming to see my boy. Part of me did not want to write a review. Reason being, I thoroughly enjoy Karen being a secret only a select few know about. However, due to how wonderful of a person and worker she is, I have to help spread the word of FurKids of PA. Your pets will be happy as will you.
Karen at Fur Kids is an amazing pet sitter! We've been using her for more than 7 years. She's cared for our cats, our fish, and even our hamster! She always goes above and beyond to make sure our property is cared for while we are away, from bringing in the mail to watering the plants! Karen has bought treats when we've run out, fixed our cat feeder, and several times has extended her services for additional days with little notice when our trips have run long. She's incredible! Karen is wonderful! She's taken care of our three dogs when we were out of town and takes them on their regular walks as well. The pups always complete their walks with big smiles on their faces and they sense, as I do, that she is a real dog person and cares for them and all animals which is very important to us. Karen is professional and conscientious. She texted me pics of our pups when we were away and she sends updates on how they are doing which sets our minds at ease. I highly recommend her.
My beasties (2 cats) are my babies and when my friend who took care of them for me moved away, I didn't know what I was going to do. Karen is amazing. We received daily texts letting us know how each visit went. When we came home, both cats were happy, content and very well cared for. Now, when we have to travel, we can do so secure because we know there is someone taking care of them who really cares about the animals she watches. Highly recommend!

We can’t say enough about Lesley and Jeff. They were absolutely fantastic with our fur babies. We recently adopted our dog and it was the first time we had to leave her at home alone. This was also the very first time we had a pet sitting service take care of our animals instead of family. Prior to us leaving we had a meet and greet. Upon meeting with them we were very much so at ease. They have a very compassionate energy and our animals picked right up on it. They really tailor to your pets needs. We got daily texts with reports and pictures of our fur babies each time they stopped at the house. Walks/playtime/cuddles and lovin were given as well making our animals feel more at ease and loved.They even help us keep an eye on our koi pond! If your weird about letting people in your home when your not there Lesley and Jeff are the people for your needs. I am very weird about that. They are VERY trustworthy and respectful. Lesley and Jeff recently just watch my cat Maple. They were amazing with her. They sent me updates every time they stopped by and pictures. My cat loved the company and all the attention she got from them. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again when I go away.
Piddle Paws truly care about your pets when you are not there for them. They have been great to work with and are very kind people. Our dogs warmed up to them after a few trips and loved having someone there to let them out. I would highly recommend them!
Lesley and Jeff are terrific! They took care of our dog and our daughter's cat while we were away and I couldn't be happier with the care they received. We've used PiddlePaws several times now to provide care for our cats. They are very polite and professional and perform everything exactly as we request. It is very comforting to know someone is ensuring our kitties get fresh food, water, treats, and a clean litter box while we are away! The daily updates are nice as well. PiddlePaws does the other little things that we often forget about, like watering the plants. The last trip we forgot to put a hold on the mail and PiddlePaws checked the mail for us each day. I strongly recommend PiddlePaws if you are looking for pet sitting.

Piddle Paws went well above my expectations. I have been looking for a pet sitter for so long and I found Lesley and Jeff through Google. I decided to take a chance and they turned out to be the best pet sitters I ever had. They sent detailed notes and lots of photos to me after every visit they had with my dog. They followed all my instructions, took amazing care of Oliver, and my house looked like they were never there. Following a change in ownership from Karen and Paul Price to Kathy Petriga, K9 Korner Inc Dog Daycare and Boarding facility is no no longer the crown jewel private daycare and boarding facility it had been for the last twenty five years, under the Prices care. With Petriga, the business is no longer a private facility. Formerly, services were offered only to K9’s TRAINING CLIENTS, a perk which ensured EVERY dog was professionally screened and socialized into the packs. This is no longer so, and has certainly come at a dire cost for me. Kathy puts on a great show for you, but she is clearly out of her league with this business. I should have red flagged it when she never opened her front door when businesses reopened. Nothing like using a pandemic to hide what you don’t want customers to see! Kathy deceitfully advertises that she still only accepts dogs trained by K9 Korner Training, a separate business, run by the former owners of the kennel. That she NEVER bothered to inform long standing clients that she was changing policy to openly board to the public, enrages me. I would have pulled my dogs immediately had I known this fact. As a client of over 13 years, I am confident that my ability to assess Ms. Petriga’s ability to run her kennel safely and with the quality of care and standard of excellence with which the Prices excelled for over 25 years is demonstrated in my photos attached. My 4 month old puppy was attacked, allegedly while sitting against a chain link run, by an older dog who was on his second day as a guest to the facility, a dog that surely should have been far from the young puppies. Apparently, my pup’s ear found it’s way into this dog’s mouth, and he literally tore an inch off the bottom of that ear, right through the fence. I received a call first saying my pup was in a scuffle while in the run, whom Ms. Petriga later claimed was a 2 or 3 year year old Boxer mix, that he lost part of his ear, and was on his way to the Vet for Emergency care. Puppies are always separated from older dogs, but I was upset, so I let it go for the moment. Several texts revealed that my puppy’s ear was torn off, marking a permanent deformity in my pure bred English Labrador puppy. Ms. Petriga did foot the bill for this emergency care, but was also sure to collect the $30 daycare charge for my Golden Retriever when my husband picked him up. Classy. Petriga refused to reveal to us the identity of the owners of the dog that attacked, as we needed to confirm vet records. In fact, she refused to acknowledge that it was an attack at all. My pup’s ear was given to me in a Zip Lock. We asked for just a picture of the dog. This was also a hard no. Following several intense phone calls with my husband, she provided the name of the dog, owners last name and the vet. We called. This is when we learn the dog was a one year old Pit Mix, quite a contrast from the 2 or 3 year old Boxer. I will never understand why Ms. Petriga chose to adamantly protect the identity of this dog and it’s owners who she knew for two days over us, who were loyal patrons of this kennel for over 13 years, utilizing both daycare and boarding on a weekly basis for two dogs, happily paying K9’s higher rates for what had always been, until Petriga, superb care for my dogs. My pup NEVER should have been that close to an unknown, older, bigger dog. A dog that never would have been allowed into this kennel under original agreements. I understand accidents happen. This was a BRUTAL ATTACK. Period. Ms. Petriga refused any accountability, protected, with gusto, the aggressor, never had the decency or compassion to call and ask me how he was. Rather, she had the gall to ask me to put myself in THEIR SHOES. We loved K9 Korner for many years. I am saddened to see this business sink to this pathetic level. Save yourself the heartache. More dogs will get hurt under this watch. It is an outright SHAME that Ms. Petriga is riding on the coattails of the Prices’ reputation of decades of quality, painstaking work and driving it into the ground.

K9 Korner has been great with my difficult dog. It's such a sense of relief that I have a place that my dog enjoys going to and is well taken care of when we are out of town. They have also been really good with grooming him and accommodating his behavioral needs. I am very thankful for K9 Korner.
I live in clarks summit and work down by wilkes barre. Looked at company site before bringing my dog down to daycare. When we arrived they would not take my 6.5 year old golden retriever who is up to date on all shots, fixed, has been to other daycares, and passed his therapy dog exam. They said he needed a scheduled appointment before they could let him in. Which is not listed on there website. So i had to drive all the way back home before going to work. Only reason for 1 star for respectful staff
We have been taking our two dogs to K9 Korner since they were both puppies, we board 1-2 times a week and we have gone through their training programs. We have never had a bad experience. The staff never hesitates to help and the owners are extremely knowledgeable. I tell every one who comments on how well behaved our dogs are that K9 Korner is the place to go.
The absolute best. They have helped us with our Husky who is now- not only wonderfully obedient- but the happiest dog I have ever seen! He gets so excited when he knows he is going to K9 Korner. The whole team is incredible. Paul is absolutely amazing to work with. They also care for our crazy clan of cats when we are on vacation and do a wonderful job with them as well. I have recommended K9 Korner a dozen times and will recommend it to ANYONE who wants a happy obedient puppy. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!
I have been boarding my dogs at K9 Korner for years and am very happy with the service. If I happen to be out of town, photo updates are provided whenever I phone. I highly recommend K9 Korner because I think the girls go above and beyond to ensure that my dogs are well taken care. Highly recommend.
K9 Korner staff have been wonderful to work with. They helped to train my rescue dog, Bella, after we adopted her. Bella used to be shy around strangers, now she wants to give them lots of love! She was trained using a pinching prong collar. I was initially scared using that type of collar on my dog. The collar does not hurt her or leave any marks around her neck. She now listens for the jingle of the metal prongs and instantly begins wagging her tail. She associates the collar with good things such as walks, training sessions, or day care. Bella always looks forward to "daycare days" when she gets to play with all of the other puppies. The staff has been very accommodating with my fluctuating work schedule. I have kenneled Bella several times during travel. I am satisfied with the variety of options available during her time at K9 Korner including grooming and additional training. I recommend K9 Korner to anyone looking for a trusted and well educated group of staff members who love taking care of all animals. I cannot thank K9 Korner enough for being so wonderful to my dog for the past 1.5 years! I don't know what I would do without them!!!
If it weren't for K9 Korner and Paul with his excellent training we probably never would have been able to keep 2 wonderful dogs that we adopted. The first dog was good with me but very skittish around all men including my husband. We brought him to K9 for a free evaluation. Paul was wonderful in explaining what would work with this dog and didn't try to push any type of extensive program on us. We took our dog to a few private lessons and then were able to practice at home with a lot of success after a few months. Our second dog was very possessive of anything that fell on the floor and would bite us if we would try to pick it up. I was in tears thinking we would need to return her but once again Paul worked with us and our dog and after some time she was comfortable with us. She started to show us some respect which led to a great relationship between she and us! I adopted another dog a few years later and had some potty training issues due to his young age. I brought him to Paul and he gave some fantastic advice. Each situation was different but all outcomes were successful thanks to the fantastic advice. Paul always took his time with us and he genuinely has a love for dogs. It's obvious when he sees the progress made with them! We worked with his wife as well and she was also very helpful! I highly recommend their training and their group classes are very helpful! You're able to socialize your dog in a safe controlled environment. Tony is a fantastic trainer. My K9 and I were certified in detection but wanted to do handler protection and criminal apprehension. Tony brought out the fight in my dog with his patient and years of experience. I now have a solid confident patrol dog. Tony is the only trainer locally I would trust with a police K9. I have utilized Pawsitive Pup's services for over 8 years, ever since my Siberian Husky was a little puppy. I've never had a bad experience with day care, boarding or any of their services and they truly care about their customers and animals! I've also utilized Pawsitive for grooming and taken my pup to training there. The entire staff is friendly, easy going and fun-loving. Highly recommend to anyone for their services!
Took my dog for a trial day and she had a wonderful time. The people there are great with dogs and I definitely will be taking her back
So this business is just amazing! I had to board my pup for a few weeks and I also opted to do the obedience training. My pup, Professor McWinnie (Official Title), was under a year old & he's a French bulldog and Jack Russel mix. So he's about 50 lbs now and he continually jumps when excited. He is super excited when my 5-year-old is home & he always knocks her over, so the jumping was a big issue for me. When I came back to get my pup, they not only taught him the basics of obedience, but significantly the jumping, he ceased to automatically jump and I was thrilled. You can see it in his behaviors that he wants to jump, bit he catches himself & ends up just staying down and leaning on your legs and looking for some lovin. So that was so impressive that they were able to control that in such a short amount of time. Not to mention the other behaviors they have helped him remember and listen to. One thing I can not stress enough is consistency & continually. Just because the pups go through the obedience training, doesn't mean they just remember it for life. You have to continue to keep training them at home and in different scenarios and locations. Consistently have them use what they learned by applying them in daily routines or different scenarios and continue to do it daily. That is how the training pays off, consistently and continuously. This location also has a doggy daycare, so if you want your Pup to be able to have a fun day with other pups, you just drop em off and do what you need to do for the day. You get stuff done and the pup gets to have fun at the daycare. I also had him groomed while there. So they offer quite a bit of service. Boarding, puppy daycare, grooming, photos. I'm sure there's more. I just can't thank the staff enough for their efforts in helping my pup be a little less excited & learn some good behaviors. The price seemed to be fair, I don't have experience in other locations, but it def seemed to be a fair price for what I received in return. I also learned that a harness isn't always the best option. When they have a harness, there's nothing that convinced them to not pull, it gives them more leverage to pull harder believe it was explained to me. If you're in the area and need to board your dog, a puppy daycare day or just need basic or in-depth training, this place will serve you well. I have absolutely nothing but gratitude for how professional this business has treated me and my Winnie bear. P.S. I did not allow him on the table. I came upstairs from the basement & this is how I caught him. Didn't budge.
I absolutely can not say enough about Pawsitive Pup! My dog can admittedly be stand-offish, but Pawsitive Pup exercised patience and compassion with my boy. They do a "temperament test" for any new pups, which I appreciate since I know my boy will be safe with any new friends that come in.He LOVES going to play with his friends, and when I need to board him, I have no apprehension to leaving him with Pawsitive Pup. This place is always clean, always smells good! The girls treat my dog like one of their own, and I can't thank them enough for the peace of mind I have when he is at Pawsitive Pup.
Love this place. The stuff seem nice and professional. My dog is always happy after a day of daycare, just wish we could see how it looks on the inside without having to look at Facebook pictures since I’d like to know where my dog is.
I'm extremely disappointed with the way my Airedale was treated today. I wanted him to play with the other dogs, but when I picked him up I was told he was shy. That is rubbish, he loves to play with other dogs.so they just put him on a run by himself. I asked to have his nails clipped, they were not. And when I got him home he drank two large bowls of water.

Great daycare center. Our puppy has gotten much calmer and confident going to daycare. And training lessons have been equally as rewarding for our puppy. Very capable and knowledgeable instructor. Would recommend to anyone in the valley.
My baby has been boarded several times, we travel a lot and he is too big to fly with us. He has had a terrible experience with boarding at another facility as well as grooming but this was a wonderful experience for him. Everyone we met was amazing and seemed like they honestly care for the dogs. He was groomed during is stay and his coat is shiny, soft and smells wonderful! It even seems like they worked on correcting some of his bad puppy behavior. i highly recommend Pawsitive Pups for any boarding, day care or grooming needs. we will be back!
I would not recommend this place to anybody. Horrible experience. Tried it out for my dog’s first time going to daycare when she was about a year old. We were greeted by the owner telling me my dog was “rude”. Which followed with him grabbing her leash out of my hand and snapping it so she would stop jumping. She was excited and had never been to daycare before and she’s a very friendly dog. When I picked her up I was told she was put with the smaller puppies because of how hyper she was. I felt horrible that I even left her there the whole day. We ended up finding somewhere else that is much more professional, friendly, and actually shows love to the animals and never returned to this place.

There is no one I trust more with my kitties. Joie is the BEST. She truly loves animals and cares so much! One of my house cats got out once and she helped me so much with getting him back. She set up a humane trap, a trail cam in my yard and stopped by daily while I was at work to look for him. Her help was invaluable in getting my baby home! And this was all on her own time when she heard he was out. I have 6 cats and 2 hamsters and I know they are in excellent hands so I need not worry. We all just love Joie!!!!!!! We used Kim as our dog's groomer for close to a decade. We moved North 45 minutes and decided that it was just too far to go for a grooming. Fast forward 2 years and many kind and talented groomers later, we headed back down Route 81 to Bark Avenue and Kim. She does a wonderful job with our dog who is very anxious but seems to do quite well with Kim. Since we got home today we just keep saying "Look how beautiful she is!" Kim is a real pro, we are so grateful for her talent!!!

I took our dog to Bark Avenue for a bath. It was our first time at the salon. I was not only amazed but very impressed at how efficient and organized the business is run. Jack looks wonderful and his coat is soft and silky. I can hardly wait for Jack's next appointment at Bark Avenue!

Dunkins regular groomer quit so I had to find a new one. I came across Uptown Pets reviews and called for an appointment as she was taking on new clients. As always I was nervous. As soon as I talked to Tessa I felt more at ease! She answered all questions I had without hesitation. She's excellent with Dunkin! He looked and smelled fabulous! Highly recommended!!

I used to be a customer, she was so gentle with my dog Cash, we had gotten him from SPCA recently so to say he was skittish would be an understatement. He barked a lot, a lot of the time back then. Tessa talked to him during his bath...he still complained, Lol, but you can tell he was calmer. She was able, somehow, to adjust the way she approached the whole grooming experience for him. He let her do everything (haircut, nails, ears, even let her lift up his back legs (to clip underneath) WITHOUT A PEEP!!! I was nervous cause it was his first time there so I sat in small waiting area the entire time, without him seeing/hearing me. I knew Tessa before (like just saying hi and bye)--her kindness towards Cash and her patience with me when I barraged her with questions before and after the appointment proved she is truly a knowledgeable professional! She also gave me some really great tips on how to handle him at home!!! Thank you Tessa!!! After one visit, the customer in the waiting area talked with me, telling me how she knew that her dog didn't like getting handled & gets really anxious, she said she had gone to several groomers and she sees the difference in her dog since bringing her to Tessa-- said that he is even calmer at home after the appts. Said she doesn't know what it is about Tessa but she was very grateful for her to take her on as a customer. This was before covid though. I know right now she is not accepting new customers-being a small business, I know she still handles ALL her clients (animals) herself. When she starts taking clients again, I am most definitely going back to her!!!
My dog used to shed a LOT, even though I brushed him regularly. I took him to get a treatment here (almost 2 weeks ago), and 98% of his shedding is STILL gone. They did a fantastic job, have great prices, and are super friendly. I highly recommend this place!
