Play warmly welcomed us and even said we were part of the family. I was very skeptical, we've been back three times. Our 3 pups come home Happy and healthy, no sign of stress. And as we get in the car it's almost as they have one more bark out to say goodbye to their friends that they've made. We are going to use them for training. They are different programs for training, problem fur babies can be helped here. The groomers are patient, loving and kind.

Our dog loves doggie daycare and she loves the staff! Everyone is very nice and accommodating there. So glad we found this daycare! Recommended to my sister and now she takes her dog too.

We send our puppies, Nova and Shelby, to Doggie Day Care three days a week and they LOVE it!! From 6:30 AM to 6 PM they run and frolic with other dogs, enjoy doggie pools on hot days, and had their first grooming with Noel, who made them soft and gorgeous! Trifecta also offers boarding. They take photos daily and post them on Facebook so you can see them playing and be confident your fur babies are safe. We love the staff, and so do Nova and Shelby! They are happy to go, and happily tired when picked up! We love our fur babies so it makes us happy that we found a place we can trust!

I take my dog Cocoa to Trifecta for both daycare and boarding. She is always well cared for and happy when she is there. She gets so excited when I ask her if she wants to go to daycare that she zooms around the house and then stands at the garage door crying waiting to get in the car. When we get there, she pulls to get in and never looks back. She is always excited to see me when I pick her up. She responds the same way when I tell her she’s going to camp (boarding). The people at Trifecta are so friendly. The owner treats us and everybody like we are VIPs. I highly recommend Trifecta for your daycare and boarding needs.

We took our dog to get groomed for the first time and we absolutely had a great experience. He looks and smells great! New customers for sure!

i am so grateful to have found trifecta, the staff was wonderful, im so happy that i was able to have my dogs groomed. she did a great job. the owner is the nicest person you can ever meet. he put my worried mind at ease. i never put them in a kennel to go on vacation for a week. my 2 dogs had the best time. i was able to see pics of them playing , they have more friends than me ! i highly recommend trifecta kennels. thank you !!!! I have a chocolate lab named Sadie. Trifecta is the only place I feel comfortable to take care of my pup. They are fabulous with her, the place itself is so clean and the staff are all so kind . My pup can be anxious when away, but she is excited each time we have brought her to Trifecta and happy to see them. It gives me a such a feeling of comfort knowing how well she will be taken care of , and how much Sadie loves her friends that take care of her.

Our dog has been going to Trifecta day care for a month now, and the care staff treat her like their own. During daycare, the dogs get outdoor time 2x a day in a huge fenced-in area. They even post photos each day of the dogs playing. I've also used their grooming services, and they have done a great job! I'd recommend this shelter to anyone!

I have / had an extremely aggressive and protection driven female Australian Shepherd. I was completely shocked at the progress Trifecta (Eugene) made in our very first private class. Chris then took over Brandy's training and honestly, within a few weeks Brandy not only was following good commands but was allowing others near herself as well as me. Soon after, Chris (trainer) said she was ready for group classes. And again, after a few weeks I could tell that not only was she improving with her commands and socialization, she actually was exited to come to class. As soon as I made the last turn in the car, she'd be up on all fours excitingly looking out the windows. She's not done learning but for the most part she's turned into a nice and sweet dog who is beginning to go up to certain familiar people and also allows them to pet her and show affection. I would have never believed such a change could be made and I believe 100% that it was Trifecta's doing. I addition, I need to give Noel (groomer) huge praise for giving my other Aussie a spa day. Ruger is very friendly and doesn't go to training class with Brandy although I hope to get them both into Agility training for fun. But back to spa day. Ruger is a giant Aussie and Noel made his day with a nice bath, blow out, de-shedding, coming out, thinning the thick wooly mammoth fur, cutting up some long spots, trimming his nails, and I'm sure a few other things that went along with his spa treatment. He looks and feels so good! And I honestly think he knows it because since his spa day, he's been strutting around like to say "look how handsome I am". And I promised him that every few weeks he can go have a date with Noel again.

Martha has been caring for my pets for many years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies. Her knowledge and dedication are second to none. I highly recommend her and her staff!!!!!

My pup waits every morning to see if “today is her day” to go see Martha and her doggie friends. As soon as she sees me grab her leash she is excited! She jumps out of the car, tail wagging, ready to play! In addition to daycare, my girl goes for boarding as well. I never worry while she’s there because I know that for her, it’s just like home. I couldn’t ask for anything more. ❤️🐶

Highly recommend! Martha is the best! We have boarded our dog a few times this past Summer, and he has come a few times for just the day. He loves coming-he is ready to jump out of the car each time. We love knowing that he’s safe & loved.

I've had my dogs with Martha for several years now. They both love her (2 jack russels,, 1 which can be temperamental). They both jump out of the car and run to the gate of her place when we arrive. I wouldn't trust anyone but her to care for my fur babies!!! - Cheryl Henderschedt

I am in from out of town and left my Yorkie for the day. I got pictures and videos of my baby during the day which eased my mind Spencer came home happy and tired! I would highly recommend this facility!!!

Too expensive!! I think its ridiculous that you have to pay for her to MEET your pet. Then on top of that she has the highest price in the area. I can find a pet friendly 3 or 4 star hotel for that price. Ridiculous!!

Our Maverick was well taken care of. I'm so happy that they boarded our puppy with less than 24 hour notice! We had to submit proof of all required vaccinations and he was on his way. Very professional and classy place. We are definitely going to board him here again.

Friendly, organized, clean, loving, affordable, skilled...the list goes on and on! Besides my own home this is the only other place (and ppl) that I trust with my babies. Do not snooze on this place, Melissa is fabulous.

My dog came back happy and healthy. It is a nice setup. I like that the dogs have private rooms with access to a doggy door to go outside and Melissa let her hang out in the larger room if she wanted to when it wasn’t too busy.

The Pawty Shack is AMAZING! Melissa is a true visionary. She treats Willie and Waylon just like one of her own family members. The Pawty Shack is a clean, safe, cage-free boarding facility with the cutest individual one of a kind suites with individual cameras so you can "visit" with your fur babies while away from them. Melissa is passionate and educated about your pets and really takes incredible care of them. We have no worries when we are apart from them, and that's not easy to do. We highly recommend Melissa and The Pawty Shack. Highest quality in dog boarding! Thank You, Melissa.

Georgie LOVES going to the Pawty Shack! Melissa is kind, professional, flexible and takes such good care of my pup. Georgie is always excited to go there (and that’s different from other daycare/boarding); I admit to bring a bit jealous of how she clings to Melissa. I truelly think my dogs had a better time here then they do at my own house. I love the fact I can view the Webcam in my dogs little suite and check up on them when ever I want. The love and attention that Melissa shows each and every dog under her care is a truly amazing. Will recommend her 10 out of 10 times.

For the first time, I feel like I’m missing the words, the compliments to describe a place. I was always afraid to put our dog in someone else's hands and calmly go away on vacation. After a long search, we found the newly opened kennel, THE PAWTY SHACK. A beautiful place, consistently developing and being expanded. The owners put a lot of heart and money into creating a second home for your dog. A real vacation for your pet..your family member. A second home. The professional, family atmosphere will give you peace of mind and wherever you are, whether on vacation or in the hospital, you can be sure that your dog is in the best place you can dream of. As a customer, I might be compelled to ask for a lower price, because that’s what we as consumers do especially in a time of various “good deals”. In this case, every penny is worth it. Easy access to the Ring camera to check in on your pet(s) you miss. Really see how they’re doing and feeling there. In the times of large corporations, I am very grateful that such a paradise, a family home for animals has been created. I don’t even treat it as a “business”. When I picked up my dog after 5 days, I had the impression that he was a bit disappointed that I interrupted his vacation :))) This is a place full of soul and love. Thank you for being around!!

Its home away from home. Melissa, the owner is wonderful. The kennels are cleaned each day and everything is fresh, clean and bright. It’s a five star hotel….for your pets! Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with the grooming services! Axel looks absolutely fantastic—clean, well-trimmed, and so handsome. The attention to detail and care shown is truly impressive. I highly recommend this groomer to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!

Let me start with the poor communication with booking. Then I’ll tell you how dirty it is down to the door handle. Upon arrival I was asked if I wanted to pay extra for them to take my dog out to the “field” which is really a small yard. I suppose if you do not pay extra they will stay in the kennel the entire time. I text them, no text back. I call to check on the dogs, no call back. They ask for a pick up time and if you show up late you will be charged- but THEY were late they didn’t even have the place open for our pick up time. Food was on the grooming table when I picked my dogs up. I can go on and on. Find another place if you love your pups.

I scheduled my dog Shelby (7 month old puppy) to be boarded (for the day) and groomed on November 10 and 11. We previously used this businesses grooming services once prior and is why we scheduled another grooming/boarding appointment. We dropped Shelby off early in the morning with a bunch of her items including: bed, leash, harness, toys, food, bowls and some treats. Everything seemed fine throughout the day however, when I sent my two sons to pick Shelby up, that is when everything went wrong. As soon as they arrived to pick her up (around 6:30pm, dark out) they see Shelby had escaped and is running from one handler chasing her and calling her name. My two sons jumped out the car to help and once she heard their voice she reluctantly stopped (the handler could not catch up as he was slow). They asked what had happened and why she was out to which they go a blatant response of “I hooked her leash up to the ring that holds her tags and she bent it and escaped”. We brought Shelby back home to which we find a bump on her snout which no employee told us how she got. In addition her leash was not given back to us and they never gave her the food we brought her with. We passed on having her board on November 12 and immediately texted Dayna (the manager) as we wanted an answer to what happened with Shelby. I spoke with Dayna on Monday and all I got was a bunch of half ass response. “Oh it was a mistake, we were not aware of how she acts, this will never happen again”. I asked her why was Shelby outside the Kennel prior to my sons picking her up, no answer. I asked why did the handler hook her up to the tag ring when they were given a harness and martingale collar, no answer. I asked why does she have a bump on her snout, no answer. I asked why did she escape, no answer. I asked why no other employees went out to get her when she was running away, no answer. I asked why we were not given the leash back, no answer. I asked why she was not fed the food we gave her, no answer. That lady is a joke of a manager if she does not know what the employees are doing while you are not there. I instructed her that I will be there Tuesday for a refund and to pick up the leash. I arrive on Tuesday and the leash is missing, they can’t find it. The employees working there have no clue where it is or even why I am upset with how they handled Shelby. I asked for a receipt of the services and they refused me one. I asked to speak to or call the owner and I have yet to hear from him/her. I highly suggest no one bring there dog here for grooming or boarding. These people cannot be trusted and when you ask to know what happened, its a bunch of “I don’t knows”. These people are not professional.

I brought my four basset hounds here for boarding and grooming and could not be happier. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and love pets. The boarding kennels are clean, appropriately sized, well lighted and safe for the dogs. The personnel go the extra mile to make sure the dogs received the right food and treats and well allowed out for exercise at appropriate times. My dogs were kept in the same area and were in great spirits when I returned from my trip. The center also gave them all baths and nail trims while they were there. This place is highly recommended.

Extremely knowledgeable. Never made me feel rushed and really explained a lot of things about Shihtzu’s to me, about their teeth, skin, what problems they’re prone to and how to take care of them at home (not trying to sell me anything). I found her more helpful than my own vet. The cut was exactly what I asked for. My dog is very nervous and not used to grooming, but seemed pretty happy by the time I picked her up. Initially I was a little apprehensive about making an appt here because I saw some sketchy reviews but now that I’ve been here I think those people must have been very uptight / hard to please. The owner tells it as it is, and she is very nice, but she’s honest (and some people can’t handle honest) but that’s what I love and it helps me trust her with my dog. The prices are super fair, probably even a steal and include nail cutting, paw pad shaving etc. Already booked routine appointments and excited to go back.

Very disappointed Sammy devevoloped hot spots due to what ever shamppoo they used Now she's on a 2 bout of medication.Crystal has been groming her for about 5 years with wonderful results.unfortunatly some on else groomed her with a shampoo that left her with hot spotsnd on a 2nd bout of medication

We had a weekend away booked and wanted to board our pup close to us, found Camp KCS and am so happy we did. From the initial phone call, to dropping him off with the sweetest staff, to seeing picture updates…it was a great experience. We loved having peace of mind that he was being taken care of and having a blast. Will definitely come back here if we book any time away in the area.

Our Zoey loves her time at Camp!! Staff is excellent with all the fur babies, so loving and kind! They are just as excited to see us arrive, as we are to get there. Zoey gets to make new friends and play with her furpals. Camp KCS is a true blessing for fur parents looking for safe, reliable boarding and/or daycare that treat the animals as their own. This is Zoey's home away from home! We love it there and highly recommend this wonderful place.

The Team are great. They look after our furry family members with love and care just as we do. They are consistent with the way they handle the pups and are always willing to try to accommodate our needs whenever possible. Daycare and Boardings have been a great experience. The little touch of posting photos of the furry ones has been a great glimpse for us to see how they are and Also to see the new friends they make during each visit. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. We actually drive 40 mins to bring our pups here vs other places that are 2 mins away because of the level of care provided.

This is absolutely our dog's happy place! For both daycare and boarding, she gets so excited to go to Camp! The staff is absolutely amazing. They're incredibly friendly, treat the animals like their own family, and are all experienced, confident, and respectful when handling dogs. We've been sending our dog there for almost a year now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. She gets lots of exercise and socialization that has become vital to her routine, and we're happy to have a place where we can confidently board her without worry while we're on a trip. I'd 100% recommend Camp KCS for anyone looking for daycare or boarding in the Poconos.

Highly recommend! As much as I hate being away from my dog, I know he's happy and cared for while he is there. He gets so excited that we can't even let him know he's going until we're ready to leave and take him there lol. He loves the staff and getting to safely play with other dogs outside. We know he's in good hands there.

Excellent Kennel, and they take awesome care of my 2 pups. One of the few places that board them together. They have Facebook postings and playtime available. A great option during a stay there. We trust them completely and have been boarding our 2 German Sheperds there since they were puppies. They come home just fine and seem very happy. Have had zero issues in 5 yrs with them.

I have taken a bit to write this because it wasn’t easy typing it up. But I am finally able to share what my experience was like over Veterans Day weekend. It was our first time ever trying out Day Care for our buddy and I noticed this place had good reviews so decided to give it a chance. The girl at the front desk was great and made us feel good about giving it a shot. My small Cavapoo is not great with new people so we tried to get him accustomed to the workers there. It was going well until he was put on a neck leash. He is not used to that at all so I should have stopped it but I figured the workers knew what they were doing. He started to choke because he was trying hard to get out of it and the workers didn’t react until I loosened it from his neck. Other workers came out to include a girl and a young boy. Right off the bat the kid give me a bad vibe but I ignored it because it wasn’t important at first. The girl told us to just head out and they would take care of it but the way she was worked up had me a bit concerned. I almost said to forget it that we would take him but I really wanted to give it a chance so that my Cavapoo could started getting used to staying away from us. We were not at ease the entire time because I didn’t know if they would mistreat him based off how things went at the end. The girl said she would keep him away from the other dogs since he was a bit overwhelmed. I just prayed they took care of him well. What got me was when we came back after about 5 hours. The young kid worker that gave me bad vibes at first came out along with another female worker. They were both young, maybe in their teens. I asked, “How was our dog after we left?” and they definitely did not give me the reassurance that it was all okay. The girl didn’t even bother getting off her phone to talk to us she just said,”he was good from what I saw” but said it very nonchalantly. The guy just said, “I don’t know, I didn’t bother working with him” and that too me raised a huge red flag. They dismissed the whole conversation with just those comments and continued to charging me. He went to get my Cavapoo and I looked at my girl, we both agreed that it did not make us feel comfortable. For it being our first time, I was not at all convinced they treated him right. No play time was involved, he was locked up the whole time. Which I understand but it made me feel like they were just worried about the money rather than the service. I will never come back to this place and probably won’t leave my dog at a Day Care again because of this experience. Everyone’s dog is family to them and for me, my pup is everything and to feel this kind of vibe from the place just didn’t reassure me I can trust others. They need to change their workers if this is the experience they give costumers especially if it is their first time ever. The worst feeling is that the kid that works there, skinny male teen, gave me vibes like he mistreats dogs there and doesn’t have good communication skills. Good luck to anyone else trying to give this place a shot. I would like to see footage of what happened after we left to at least ease my mind. If you can make this happen please feel free to reach out.

Country Breeze is our go-to for boarding our St. Bernard. Whether it’s a short or long stay, Jessica consistently puts us at ease about leaving our dog. She even goes above and beyond to help with his anxiety while we’re away. We couldn’t ask for better care. Highly recommend!

Country Breeze kennels took great care of our two dogs Hunter and Mya. It was our dogs first boarding experience, and the owner sent us several updates throughout the week! We were very pleased and will be using country breeze again in the Future! Rates cannot be beat! Highly recommend!

Almost 10 years ago I met the best dog I've ever met she's still going strong and is one of the best decisions I've ever made if I was ever going to get another dog I wouldn't hesitate not to make the trip back!!! Super good people that love each as their own!!

Let me start by saying that my dogs are my life. I love them more than most people. Leanne and Mike are the most kind and caring people I’ve met. You can see their passion and love for animals with each interaction. I have been using their services for three years now and never once was left disappointed. Extremely reliable and trustworthy. You cannot ask for better people to watch after your fuzzy family!

Leanne and Mike are awesome! We have been bringing our Doberman here since they opened. They are super responsive when communicating and are very accommodating.

I highly recommend Camp-4-Paws! They took wonderful care of our Cosmo, who is a needy dog. They tended to his medical and personality needs, and it was clear they gave him love too while he stayed with them. They offer everything we, and he, needed!!

Our great Dane and Jack Russell loved their sleepover at Camp 4 Paws!! You guys are the best!

Our dogs stayed at camp 4 paws for the first time last weekend. We were so nervous because our dogs have so many special needs. The owners were so attentive to our boys and made sure all of the dogs needs were met. When they brought the boys out to go home, our one dog tried to run back into the kennels lol. This will be our go to play to board from now on. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our boys.

My German Shepherd is my barometer. If she doesn't want to do something she puts the brakes on. We have boarded with Mike and Leanne many times and Cheyenne always walks in like it's her home away from home. They have been great with with my 14 year old lab and all her meds and my 4 month old puppy and a puppies unique needs as well. We have no doubt our dogs are well taken care of.

I am leaving another review, this place is amazing. Highly recommend bring your pets here. I left both pups overnight and never once did I worry about them. They are treated as if they were their own dogs. I am that fussy person. Believe me, your pets home away from home.

Such a great place! I boarded my dog here while in town for the weekend and everyone was so kind. They made my anxious dog comfortable, provided updates and were very responsive and flexible with me. I would absolutely board here again if I am in the area.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! This place sucks they're extremely rude, liars and prejudice. Wanted to adopt a kitten so i submitted an application for one. My husband texted to see an update on my application after a few days and the woman he was texting seemed so vague, rude and couldn't get her stories straight. She proceeded to say I was denied but I never received and email or a text message telling me so. Also there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my application. I've had cats my while life and I've always taken amazing care of them. Anyway, my husband asked why it was rejected and she couldn't come up with an explanation, he then asked why I wasn't informed and the lady lied and said I responded to her message that she sent. He asked me and I told him she never reached out to me and he told her that, she never responded. I'm extremely upset and annoyed at the plain disrespect that whoever is in charge of adoption is. And I know the reason for my rejection was because I'm black and I have a unique name because there is absolutely no reason for the disrespect. I would stay clear of this place they seem to be racist and rude liars.

Watched our dogs and cats for a week while we were away. Sent us a picture and a video every time she went just to check in we never even requested that that, very thorough very clean and extremely caring we are so happy with the services and have already scheduled another trip! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Sharon is not just another pet sitter. She is someone you can rely on plus the care & love she puts into her care is over & above. We had never needed anyone but due to a death in another state I was in a panic to find someone I was comfortable with. I said my prayers & by chance I found Sharon. I don't hesitate knowing if I need her our kids will be loved & cared for. A++

First grooming of my puppy and they masacre him, they even cut his whiskers and eyelashes!!! So bad trimming ever. Never come back there!! My puppy is traumatize. And on top they charge 60.00 for it.

Missy is a incredibly passionate about animals. She is the dog, cat, turtle whisper etc. She can take care of anyone's pet better than anyone I know. She is good with giving good medical attention and advise for animals with certain health conditions or administer medicine.

Missy visits and walks my dog on a regular basis. She is a pleasure to work with and is professional, reliable, and a great communicator. Best of all, she loves my pup and he adores her. I never have any worries when she is watching him.
