PJ is terrific! She walked/watched my dog Barkley from 2015 - 2021. He just adored her and loved staying over night when I traveled. PJ is very flexible and helped pick him up or drop him off if needed. She also gave him a good bath in between grooming appointments, which was a huge bonus! Now PJ watches / walks my new girl, Casey Brown. She helps with the training and sets up play dates for her to socialize and play with other dogs while I am at work. She has so much fun and it gives me such joy to see her so happy. I couldn’t do it without her! I have had to travel and have no worries when I have to board her @ Yanni’s. I have such peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands when I am away. A true treasure for your pet!

I have used Yanni’s pet sitting service for over 10 years. I never worry about my pup when she is with this sitter. She does private boarding and when my pup sees the sitter come to the door, my pup goes crazy with excitement. She also watches over my cat when I’m out of town too. I would recommend this sitter 100 times over. Nothing better than knowing your fur family/babies is in good hands and that the fur babies are happy. PJ is absolutely wonderful with our dogs when we were out of town for 2 weeks. She sent us periodic updates, including pictures that really put our minds at ease. We are confident that our dogs would be looked after and loved while we were away, and they absolutely were. PJ is extremely professional and friendly. Couldn’t recommend her more!

I am thrilled about PJ's awesome services as a dog sitter! Now that I know of her, I will be sending my beloved dog to her every time I go out of town. She kept in touch with me while my dog was with her which I really appreciated. Also, she took the time to take pictures and videos so that I could see for myself that my dog was adjusting well. It was my dog's first experience being away from me and I felt so secure and safe knowing that she was in EXCELLENT hands! She gave me much needed advice on certain topics pertaining to dog care when I came to pick her up. Her place is perfectly designed for taking care of dogs. The beds and crates are appropriately placed against walls. There is a wonderful outdoor area for dogs to be in, along with umbrellas to shade them. One of the pluses in having her is that she genuinely loves taking care of dogs. It is not just a job, but a job that she LOVES and CARES about. Even though I reside in Pinellas County where there are many dog sitting facilities, I prefer driving to her home in Tampa, a trip well worth it. I strongly recommend her, without any reservation, in using her services.

I was incredibly happy with the pet sitting service here! My 9 month old corgi had a pleasant experience and I felt very relieved to have put her in such good hands. Prior to the pet sitting, my puppy had been struggling with obedience and after staying with PJ, she came home better trained and way more obedient! First of all, she is 100% trustworthy, professional, and reliable. I receive a daily text message with pictures, an update on the walk, if my dog peed/pooped, and if she drank water. She will also feed my dog during the visit if I am working late. Each visit includes cuddles and plenty of love, too! :) Also, she is so flexible and accommodating! My work schedule is always changing and sometimes I work evenings and weekends. PJ has never missed a day that we didn't plan for way in advance!! And on the rare occasion she wasn't available, she went out of her way to make accommodations so that my dog would be taken care of. I recently needed some last-minute help on a Saturday and texted her with little warning. She had special plans that day but still went out of her way in the late morning to make a visit to my house! Best pet-sitting service in Tampa! Had a death in the family and needed to leave town abruptly. We googled local sitters and found Yanni’s about 4 hours before our flight departed out of Tampa. PJ actually drove out to the airport to meet us and pick up our 2 dogs (50 lb. Vizslas) for the 1st time. She sent us pictures daily, took them into the pool and did just a terrific job making our rambunctious pets feel very at home and comfortable. She even washed their blankets so they would be clean when we picked them up! PJ is wonderful. Great care. Safe. Very well cared for. And very accommodating. Highly recommend!

PJ is the best! Her rates are very reasonable and I always feel comfortable being out of town knowing she’s looking after my cats. She goes above and beyond for me - checking my mail, watering some plants, taking out the garbage - all without me needing to ask. I love that she sends daily updates and multiple photos. The longest she watched my cats was for 6 weeks while I was out of the country. As a pet owner, it’s always hard to leave your pets but I trust her 100% to give the absolute best care possible. She even feeds the TNR cats I care for while I’m out of town. Could not recommend her more!!!

What a wonderful gift of relaxation Jenny and the team with Rover Heights gave me by providing such wonderful care for my Luna. Jenny responded quickly to my last minute holiday need for overnight pet sitting and WOW did the team ever come through. While I was away, I received beautiful pictures of my sweet girl in different settings during her walks. Luna looked so happy and that allowed me to enjoy myself and completely relax for the first time in many months. I cannot recommend Jenny and Rover Heights enough!! I recently used Rover Heights for the first time to take care of my dog while I was out of town—including staying in our home and pet taxi services. From the moment I first reached out to Jenny to our meet and greet with our sitter Jeanne, I was impressed by the knowledge, experience and warmth of the team! My dog is routine-driven and can get sad when we are away. What truly stood out was Jeanne’s care and attention to his routine and putting him at ease. We received regular updates and photos, which reassured me that he was in excellent hands and having a great time. My dog was happy and relaxed staying in his home with his new friend, and he even got lots of extra love and walks at the park (his favorite)! A few years ago I needed to travel out of town and my dog (a German Shepherd) was not responding well to being left at home alone even when I had to go in to the office post-pandemic. Jenny (and the most amazing dog walker, Danielle) were so patient in working with me, getting to know me and Alexis. Since then, they've been my go-to and Alexis loves them! I love the way I know I can count on them to stop in, even when it's short notice. I also appreciate the pictures they send during the visit so I can see for myself that she really is just fine. :)

Finding people you can trust with your pets and home can be really challenging. The ladies at Rover Heights really go above and beyond to care for our animals. From weekday walks with our 2 active dogs to weekend checks on our cat when we are out of town, we can count on them to provide excellent care for our pets! I love that they give photo updates of each visit, and even take care of extra things like bringing in the mail or picking up after one of the animals has gotten into some trouble around the house. We were in a pinch and needed someone to take care of our pup over the holiday weekend. Rover Heights came to the rescue! Jenny not only provided food/water service, but also spent quality time with our pup and gave her plenty of TLC. Jenny also sent us pictures with updates to let us know how our pup was doing, which made my family very happy. We will definitely use Rover Heights services again! I used this company in November 2019, and I am very happy with what it stands for, how it operates, and it's value. I needed someone to check in on my dogs, let them out, feed them, etc during a week in November, and this company surpassed all my expectations. Jenny, the owner, is on top of all communication, she uses an app that makes all communication (and payment) very easy. My dog sitter was Danielle, and she was fantastic, sent me pictures, and was very good with my large dog as well as my smaller ones. She also took in the mail, and any packages outside the door. She was very easy to communicate with, and the app this company uses allowed Danielle to check in and out, which let me know when she was there for a visit and when she left. Overall, I gave this company 5 stars because they cleared all my concerns while I was away, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, they were organized, reasonable, excellent with the timing and methods for communicating with me, and their prices are excellent. I am very happy, would recommend this company to my friends and family (and have) and will use this company again! Edited to include that it’s now 2023, and I’m still using this company, I’m still very happy, and I greatly appreciate the consistency as far as their service!🙌🏼

My dog goes to camp in st Pete and Tampa! He definitely favors this camp due to smaller groups. Hes been going for several months and also had grooming. They sometimes upload photos at the end of the day which is nice to see and your pup gets a report card. I love the flexibility of drop off and pick up. It’s such a huge convenience to not be locked into certain pick up and drop off times! I highly recommend.

Thyme stayed with Paws Paradise for 5 days, they were very hands on with her special requests, sent photos and returned calls immediately. The suites are spacious and well equipped and clean, will definitely use again.

***RAVE!*** SEPARATION ANXIETY REVIEW - 1st Time Customer: My pup was stressed the first night I dropped her off but the overnight staff stayed with her to calm her nerves so she could sleep with some companionship. They slowly integrated her into group settings and she was able to enjoy the outdoor space. I received several photos each day and that eased my nerves tremendously! The staff was incredibly responsive to our WhatsApp message thread and I even received a phone call to discuss my pup’s first update. I know my dog’s mannerisms very well since we are inseparable and together 24/7. I posted several photos on this review but I can easily identify the sole picture from night 1 with her heightened anxiety look and pinned back ears. The subsequent photos are in sharp contrast and she’s visibly enjoying her new friends. We will absolutely be back for my remaining business trips! I highly recommend the facility and staff which are top tier! Background of Anxiety and Previous Boarding Facilities for Reference: My basenji pup had severe separation anxiety since day 1 of her adoption and it has not subsided when we are separated. My job recently required travel again and my 1st 2 business trips were an absolute nightmare dealing with the aftermath of previous boarding experiences. After the first trip, my pup left a different boarding facility with a bout of diarrhea requiring me to take her out every 2-3 hours for 2 entire days. The second trip ended with a very expensive late night emergency vet appointment due to anxiety induced colitis. She was so stressed that she lost 2.5 pounds in a few short hours and I rushed her to a 24 hour emergency clinic. (VEG Tampa was fabulous!) It was heartbreaking to see the toll my travel was causing my pup and I was beginning to consider a resignation if I couldn’t find a good fit. In addition to her severe anxiety, she’s a master escape artist that would rival Houdini. She’s escaped kennels, collars, harnesses, fences, chewed through her leash several times in seconds and has high prey drive. She tends to immediately run to the busiest street with the fastest cars to chase. As a result, I’m extraordinarily overprotective and terrified that unqualified facilities would not be able to board her safely. The staff at Paws Paradise Fur Life exceeded my expectations and threw me a lifeline. I’m very impressed by their business model as they are geared towards pet owners who are passionate about their fur babies happiness and well-being rather than stacking up small kennels and cramming as many dogs as possible into tight spaces. This was my first time dropping off my dog here Where are you? and it was last minute during Thanksgiving and they were more than accommodating. My dog was so happy here they sent pictures of my dog running, and he looked like he was having so much fun. It was such a relief to know that he was in good hands. As a first time user of any kennel service, I was very nervous about leaving my dog overnight without his family. Little did I know Paws Paradise Fur Life IS like a second family! I received photos of my pup looking extremely happy while staying here during his visit, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I recently started taking my dog here for daycare and it has been an amazing experience! Every-time we pull into the parking lot, Tito gets excited because he knows he’s going to get a day with so many friends. He’s only 2 so has a lot of energy and they do what they can to help him burn it off. I know he can be a rowdy puppy but they always welcome him with a smile and so much love. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place and their staff!!

I have been taking my large 1 year-old dog and 13 year-old diabetic dog to Paws Paradise Fur Life for the past year and cannot give them enough stars. The owner, Cindy, and her team of professionals are committed to providing fun and safe care for daycare and boarding. We attend weekly daycare and board frequently. They group the dogs by behaviors so someone is always available for playtime. I have yet to find anything close to providing the care for my fur babies or as responsive as Paws Paradise Fur Life. My diabetic dog requires insulin shots, meds, and eye drops daily and they never miss a beat. They also have pup treats and grooming, which we enjoy. Don't miss out on peace of mind and come bring your dogs to play with Louis Vuitton and Tashi.

This is my dog’s first time at doggy daycare, and of course I was nervous, but I am already at ease thanks to the amazing staff here. Lauri was absolutely amazing! She watched our Holland Lop bunny for a week while we went on vacation for Christmas/New Years. She is very flexible with drop off and pick up times and made everything very easy. She would send updates and pictures throughout the day which I loved! We will definitely have Lauri watch our bunny again the next time time we need a pet sitter. Thank you so much Lauri!

I left my pet bunny with Lauri during thanksgiving for a couple of days because my usual pet sitters were not available. Not sure what happened but i’m not so sure Lauri took good care of him. When we picked him up, he smelled so badly of urine. It’s visible that he didn’t use his litter box. Lauri did not let us know any of this (not even sure if she noticed). After picking my bunny up, he was a little down and wasn’t as active but he still ate a little. The day after that, my bunny became very lethargic and didn’t eat at all so we took him to the vet today. Unfortunately he had SEVERE gas in his intestines and passed away within a couple of hours at the vet. I don’t know what caused the gas but from the X-rays it was visible there was no food in his system so i’m not sure if he was eating properly while lauri was watching him (she didn’t tell me anything). My rabbit was completely 100% fine before dropping him off with lauri and now he’s gone. Idk what she did and I don’t want to point fingers but it seems a little too coincidental. Especially the fact that he smelled really badly of urine after picking him up which has never happened before. It’s as if he was rolling around in his own pee. I tried calling her to get answers but she has not been picking up. I would not recommend anyone to trust Lauri to watch your pet. After watching mine, he passed away.

Lauri took great care of my babies. I have an Umbrella Cockatoo that demands attention and an Old English Sheepdog/German Shepard mix that is an escape artist. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much Lauri ❤️

My mom and I left my childhood dog, Pompeii, who is now 18-years-old with Lauri while we went out of town. Since she is a senior dog we worry about leaving her at a standard kennel as it can be overwhelming for an older, smaller dog. After seeing fabulous reviews about Lauri online we set up an introductory meet-up and booked a sleepover stay. Lauri makes sure to keep all of the animals separated, which is very appreciated. Lauri let Pompeii have the entire entryway room for her overnight visit, and she also sent us adorable update pictures (without us even asking). You can tell Lauri truly loves and cares about the dogs that she watches. Our little Frenchie Stu loves going to Lauri's! He gets to play with the other dogs all day, and Lauri throws the ball for him and gives him treats. He has a blast! We feel comfortable leaving our dog with Lauri. She knows how to interact with dogs and all kinds of animals, and Stu felt comfortable around her from the start. We leave him with Lauri every Saturday and whenever we go out of town.

I called this business to get a quote and ask a few questions about the services provided and she was extremely rude. I usually never write reviews, but this was straight up wrong, I asked how many dogs she thinks she may have and she responded by saying “well that’s a stupid question, I won’t know how many I’ll have way out in the future” then she proceeded to rush me off the phone. As a service provider and a human and general you don’t talk to anyone like that let alone a customer…I was just getting information and everything sounded nice until then. Just rude. She called back and apologized however, I advise as a business owner you must be able to control your emotions.

We've had great experiences working with Lauri of Lauri's Pet Sitting Service, using her to board our dog when we travel. We have been using PL&W as our only walking and boarding company for almost 2-years now and have zero regrets or complaints. The best feeling is whenever we run into Hannah and Rookie is more excited to see her than he is to see me -- makes my heart smile knowing he's in the best hands that he loves too. Hannah has seen Rookie on his best days, dealt with him on his worst, and even stayed with him while he was horribly sick and I had to be out of town. It makes traveling, working all day, needing extra help one day -- you name it, so much easier and brings so much peace to my life knowing that my dog is well loved, taken care of, and plenty exercised! You won't find anyone better than PL&W! The day that we have to leave Tampa will come with a huge (& very sad) hole in our lives because we depend on and love Hannah so much <3

Alissa is the best dog groomer! My Golden Rory girl loves her! She always cuts her hair perfect according to the current season. Maybe a little shorter for the summer or just a trim all around during the cooler months. She is also very reasonable with her prices! She even trims my cats nails occasionally. My cat tries to bite me when I attempt but not with Alissa. She is quiet as a mouse & lets her do all 10 nails in seconds. She is a huge animal lover and they love her even more! I will always trust Alissa to take good care of my furr babies!❤️

I cannot recommend Alissa enough! I have been so impressed by her professionalism and care for my dogs. My golden was difficult for the dryer and Alissa has made her so much more comfortable! I think the at home environment is so much more relaxing for both my puppy and my senior. Her attention to detail and gentle approach she has taken with both of them is outstanding. Alissa is truly amazing & incredibly talented. She is the only one who knows how to truly groom my Tibetan Spaniel. He is not a big fan of the groomers, vets, etc. The only exception being Alissa. She took the time to bond with him & now he happily goes to her to get groomed. She’s the only one I trust grooming him. My dog looks so amazing every time he gets groomed. I love how she adds a little touch & puts a cute bowtie, tie, or bandana on him after each groom. Alissa is also so so so talented when it comes to pet safe dye. The rainbow tails she has done are incredible. Whenever I’m out with my dog, I constantly have people stopping me asking about his tail & where I get him groomed. If you are looking for a groomer, Alissa is the one for you. I highly recommend her.

10/10 experience with Alissa! It was my puppy’s first time getting groomed and he was a bit nervous. Alissa took her time and made sure he felt comfortable and safe throughout the whole process, keeping us updated as well. Alissa did a wonderful job grooming our golden retriever, Mason! We recently moved from Milwaukee and we are lucky to have found Alissa. Mason has been much more comfortable here with his new groom and haircut. We highly recommend her services and she is extremely friendly and clearly loves animals! I definitely highly recommend wags and wiggles! I was a very nervous dog mom trying to find the best pet service for my new baby Noel🐶, trusting that they would care and love my dog as I do. They ABSOLUTELY HAVE and continue to do so!!. I love my pet sitter "Carol". She is so loving, caring, and an amazing all around lady!! She goes above and beyond. She knew Noel was having his neutering surgery and called to check on him the following day because she was worried and wanted to make sure everything went well. Noel has learned some new tricks from Carol as well. Love Love Love Carol!!! I use wags and wiggles 4 days a week and couldn't be happier!! Thank you for making this dog mom so at peace knowing her baby is in great hands!!❤❤❤🐶🐶

I had never considered having a pet sitter come to my house until I started to do a little research. I was a little skeptical initially having a stranger enter my home while I was away. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process. I love the fact that the sitter comes to meet the animals and get comfortable with their environment. Our sitter was very attentive and was wonderful with communicating with me. I will never send my babies to a kennel again. I am so much more comfortable with them being in their own home and find a familiar face to greet them everyday with 100% attention during that time. I would definitely recommend this company.

I worked as a pet sitter with Wags for over a decade. I met wonderful people and amazing pets and through it all Diana ran a tight ship and accomplished super human feats time and time again. If you need kind, caring and capable pet care I highly recommend Wags and Wiggles, every sitter I co-sat with was great and my clients always raved about my co-sitters when they cared for the pets if I wasn't available or if I covered when their usual sitter wasn't available. That is another benefit of this company, there is a built in network of back up sitters in case your usual sitter is not available. That is very convenient for a pet owner not to have to make a million calls but to have an alternate sitter provided to cover your visits. The variety of services as well is great. You truly can set things up the very best way for your pets comfort and happiness while you are away from various lengths of visits to overnight stays so they aren't alone even to sits for several hours during things like fireworks. I did several visits where I sat with dogs during fireworks while their owners were out (not having to worry that their babies were nervous wrecks) we listened to music and cuddled and they were happy as clams when mom and dad got home. So I said all that to say... Highly recommend!

I have been using Wags and Wiggles for over 4 years now for my two girls Sadie and Coco for walks and sometimes when we go out of town and I could not be happier with our service! Both our walkers Lisa (from our previous address) and Michelle have been beyond amazing. From daily texts and pictures to our daily note I always know I can count of them to take care of my girls the way I would. I know Sadie and Coco love Michelle and that she treats them like they are her own! Diana is always accommodating with any schedule change we have and I will continue using Wags and Wiggles even as we move to a different area in Tampa. Thank you for taking such good care of my dogs!

I would never use this service again. When we came home from a short trip there were multiple pee accidents all over the house that had not been cleaned up, and the water bowl was bone dry. If they had been visiting with the frequency they were charging us for, neither of those things should have happened. When I called to complain, they expressed disbelief that this sitter, "one of their best" would do this and essentially told me they didn't believe me. Terrible customer service move, and does not reassure me as a pet owner that they care about my babies' safety.

Been using Wags and Wiggles for our three dogs for almost 4 years and they are fantastic!! Nancy is amazing and treats our pups like her own. I often need a last minute appointment and they always accommodate me. The best is the biz!

We have used W&W several times now, and couldn't be more pleased with their service. It's often several months between the times we need a pet sitter and dog walker, so we schedule a reacquaintance visit prior to us leaving town. When the caregiver arrives, our dogs are ecstatic to see her, literally jumping for joy. They couldn't be happier. When we're away and our dogs are being cared for by W&W, everything we ask for is done. Dogs are fed, walked, and loved. We always receive a visit-by-visit log to read upon our return to let us know how things went. In short, we can enjoy our vacation knowing that our pups are being well taken care of while we're away. Excellent service.

I have had and do have great service from wags! They are a great company. I will never higher Karen to ever work for us again! She thinks she is better then everyone else! When I ask her a question she goes right over me and texts my husband. He works! I am not good enough for her to talk too. I would not higher her to watch my fish! Thank you for being a great company and sending us great dog walkers!! A ++ company. NOT KAREN!

Don't use the company! I paid them for 30 minutes sits and found out that on average they were only there for 10 minutes, some visits were less than 5 minutes! No way they could have fed, changed water, scooped liter and given my babies some love! When I brought it to their attention they suggested I find another petsitter and will not return my house keys.

Impressive and Outstanding!! I am so thrilled to find such an amazing Groomer for my pups. I am very particular on how my pups look. I do have probably a lot of instructions. I was very nervous about finding a new groomer. All of my worries were put to rest. I have found my savior. I was impressed for the level of care that they have for pets. They are both loving and caring and really looks out for the dogs best interest. Not only do my dogs look wonderful, but it literally took over 5 hours for them to get the matts out of my dog. I can't begin to tell you how impressed and happy I am that they both took their time and did not stress out my dog. They took pictures and always kept me informed. They listened to my instructions to the T. My dog (who has anxiety) loved being there and even went back into the home as we were leaving. I could not believe my eyes!! My dog even came back in and was playing with the groomers. He could feel the love and so did I. Both my pups were so happy and not stressed at all. They took breaks throughout the process and I appreciate that so much. I would highly recommend this company for grooming and dog care. They truly love animals and it shows.

After two biting incidents at Petco and every other groomer refusing to touch her, my Sadie baby was absolutely spoiled at Mad Max. The owners made her feel comfortable right away and worked together to keep her calm during the entire process. We have definitely found a regular groomer.

Brian and his partner Starr run this Dog Daycare service efficiently and professionally. They are very close to where I live and so it is convenient for me to drop off and pick up. They have a great home for dogs with a large fenced backyard and a huge area covered with artificial turf which is awesome for the dogs. There's also a large area of mulch along the perimeter of the yard which is also home to a fairly good-sized above ground pool. They were both great with my energetic 18 month old poodle Winston who came home tired and happy. He spent one day there in anticipation of regular daycare every couple of weeks as well as for extended care which we will be needing at the end of March. I would not hesitate to have these folks take care of any of my pets. Plenty of other dogs on the premises both owned by Brian and other customers. He screens the dogs well for compatibility and is well-versed in handling any type of disciplinary issues among the dogs. I received all positive feedback and am comfortable that if they had concerns about my dog, they would raise them immediately. The dog was safe, well-cared-for, and loved. With other sitters, we have sometimes had an issue with our pup eating his kibble because of excitement and strange environment however Winston had no problem eating all of his food. This means that he was comfortable and well exercised. Would definitely recommend to friends for daycare or Extended Stays.

Buster and Lola love spending time with Brian, Star, and all of the other dogs in their care. They always come home exhausted from the mass amounts of playtime they get. They have a beautiful, huge backyard that is perfect for the dogs to play in. They definitely know how to take care of your fluffy babies. I always feel at ease when I leave them here and always get pictures (multiple per day) of my puppies playing with the other dogs! I would highly recommend them to anybody that wants to leave their dog with an awesome sitter. Thanks Brian and Star!

Brian and Starr are PHENOMENAL with the dogs. My Doberman and my Aussie was boarded and they took excellent care of them. They are well exercised and they send me pictures of them playing and running with the other dogs. My Doberman also goes there for doggie care each week too. He loves it. I highly recommend them.

I left my dog Abbey with Brian and Star for the day while by boyfriend and I went to Busch Gardens. We were in Florida I’m vacation and didn’t want to leave her at the Air Bnb for that long. I booked her stay here just one day before, and they were so flexible and accommodating. They have a great area for the dogs to play, and security cameras watching all the dogs! I was very impressed when Star told me how much care they took in introducing new dogs to the group each time. Abbey came home so happy and tired out from all the play time. I felt so comfortable leaving Abbey here, and I would recommend them to anyone!

They are excellent Groomers. I use to take our old Yorkie to them before she passed, and now our new pup as well. He is a hand full and they were still able to get him comfortable to be groomed, which is difficult with a 5 month old pup. Best Dog groomers I have ever used hands down.

Our family had a great experience with Mad Max Dog Sitting. They were available to take our boxer on short notice and during her stay sent several pictures of her in action, playing with other doggie friends and taking walks. Their home and yard is well maintained and perfect for lots of furry friends. I highly recommend Mad Max Dog Sitting and am so grateful I found people I can trust with my dog.

Brian took such good care of our boy. This is the longest we’ve left Marley with a sitter but we were so impressed with Brians level of organisation and commitment to the dogs he was boarding, we left him there feeling very secure. Clean home, lots of backyard space, ample playtime throughout the day and great photos and updates all day! Marley has been missing all his friends he made there and is a little sad since we got him back home :( Would 100% recommend Brian’s services and use them again in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of our boy!

Fairy Tail Pet Care made our wedding day so special! It would not have been the same without them and having our sweet babies there. You could tell instantly the love and passion they have for animals! They took the time to meet and learn all 5 of our babies unique personalities and rescue stories. This meant the world to us! Within 10 minutes they were our pets new best friends almost as if they knew our babies forever. I never once had to worry about their well being. Even with 5 rambunctious beagles it went so smoothly. They were so well taken care of and listened to all my concerns. They were on time and came prepared for everything including having the squeaky toys ready for pictures, fancy water bottles that our puppies loved drinking from, and extra leashes and lots of cookies. Ilana one of the founders is such a special person. She was always in contact with me and took the time to understand our pets unique situation and provided love and compassion on our special day. The whole team was absolutely amazing!! Fairy Tail Pet Care were the biggest blessing at our wedding and deserve so much more love and appreciation than I can express through words.

I can't recommend FairyTail Pet Care enough! They were incredible to work with and were phenomenal with our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Bentley. They made him feel comfortable in a very scary and stressful new situation. They answered all of my questions and were very thorough asking questions about what we needed and what would happen on our wedding day. Communication was excellent and very fast! Our two handlers went above and beyond from picking him up and taking him to the venue, getting him acclimated to the space, having him mingle with guests, have him ready for photos and two handoffs (he walked down the aisle with the groom and was our ring bearer) and also took him home, fed him, made sure he went potty and had plenty of cuddles! I was very worried about how Bentley would do in the wedding as it wasn't something I could easily train him for, but they made sure he did great! On the big day they arrived right on time to pick him up, had him ready in his wedding attire, and kept an eye on the time and what he needed to be doing. They brought treats and squeaky toys to help with photos, and we got some great photos because of them going the extra mile! Their care is above and beyond and very professional, and they made sure to cover everything he and we needed! They also texted us pictures and an update as well which was so appreciated! I could see how passionate they were and how much they cared about Bentley and making our day special and go smoothly. I highly recommend FairyTail Pet Care for your wedding. The extra cost is worth it for piece of mind and to have your beloved pet have the care he or she deserves on your wedding day. I truly feel like things would not have gone well if we did not hire them! Our fur babies Sid and Sugar were in such great care during our wedding thanks to FairyTail Pet Care! We got to enjoy our special day knowing our babies were in great hands. Sid and Sugar got to meet one of the handlers prior to the event which was great. The handler got to see them in their element which eased some of our nervousness leading up to the wedding. During the wedding day, the handlers walked, feed, and cared for Sid and Sugar. We did pay for overnight care which we highly recommend. The best part of the whole day was having Sid and Sugar involved in photos and cocktail hour. All of our guests got to mingle with them thanks to FairyTail Pet Care! The handlers took so many videos and photos for us to cherish forever. My husband and I would highly recommend booking with them! Your fur babies will have the best time during your wedding day!

I honestly do not think I can say enough good things about FairyTail Pet Care!!!! They were hands down the best purchase I made for my wedding day!! Worth every single penny! As soon as Ilana came in the door to my bridal suite, she immediately went to Diesel & got on the floor with him and introduced herself and it was like love at first sight with those two!! Diesel took to Ilana so well, I was just in awe! He was so relaxed & comfortable with her from the get go and that put me at ease as well! We booked Ilana for 6 hours and she did the most phenomenal job taking care of Diesel and assisting him down the aisle, assisted during photos & made sure he was included in every step of our wedding - all with the biggest smile on her face! Ilana truly loves what she does & it showed!! Diesel was so well behaved for her and I truly did not have to worry one bit because I knew he was in such good hands!! I would HIGHLY recommend FairyTail Pet Care to ANYONE! I added a picture of Diesel & Ilana just to show the most adorable chemistry that they had!! It truly makes me smile & I cannot thank Ilana enough for taking care of my little man and being such a big part of our special day!

FairyTail Pet Care was incredible to work with. Our three handlers were the perfect match to take care of our three animals. Not only did they assist with handling our very energetic Jack Russell mix, our very anxious Australian Cattle Dog- they kept our sweet tabby cat entertained and loved on all day! Everything was such a breeze to book. This is a service that is beyond amazing to have for your special day but really just takes away the stress of our animals on the wedding day and allowed them to be a part of the festivities!

The best date we could have asked for for our pup! Kelly did the best job following all the instructions we provided and he had such a fun time. He got lots of walks, lots of great photos, and lots of socializing time. We had complete trust in Kelly and Fairy Tail pet care taking care of our dog, Stanley. They even created a timeline for us to coordinate with our other vendors for important parts of the day. Highly recommend!

My pup Murphy and I LOVE Pet Suites Carrollwood! They’re always so kind and attentive to my boy and he comes home happy, healthy and worn out! We have developed great relationships with the employees, especially Alisha, who goes above and beyond to care for my fur babies! We truly adore her! I’ve been to other doggy day cares and boarding facilities and this is hands down the best, and the best Pet Suites location! Love love love!

I've been taking my sweet puppy Sunny to PetSuites for their puppy preschool program while I work, and we both absolutely love it! The staff is wonderful, and I feel so comfortable and secure leaving her there instead of having her home alone. Sunny comes back every day happily tired, which is perfect for a full-time working dog mom with an energetic pup. I highly recommend PetSuites Carrollwood to all my fellow dog moms! Plus, they provide an adorable "pawgress" report with pictures and updates about your pup. The attached images are some of the photos I've received, and they always brighten my workday!

My other dog boarding was not available for when I needed it so I came across this place while driving and stopped and asked for a tour. I was very impressed by the facility and the staff I went ahead and booked for the weekend I needed. Drop off was super easy and I loved the daily paw-gress reports and pictures I received! I also added on a bath and ferminator package. I loved that it was done right before I picked up my big baby! I loved it so much and so did my fur baby that this is now our first choice for boarding.

Petsuites took very good care of my babies. I received a pup report card and this helped easy my anxiety as I was away. I definitely recommend them for boarding.

They are always Making sure that all your furry friends are watched and taken care of. They cater to your pets needs and attention. Their staff is always so nice and friendly, Tiffany always greets us with a smile and fun energy. They really make you feel welcome, My pup loves it there. He gets so much love and attention. Their puppy preschool is a great learning curve for you pup as well. Highly recommend!!

Staff was very kind and friendly, and they were SO good to my cat when she stayed there for day boarding. They played with her and made sure she was well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I have to say that I think it's insane that they charge you for playtime!? It costs extra for a potty break?! And isn't the "Suite" a kennel? I would never take my dog here. I would rather bring her to a place that offers unlimited love, playtime, and potty breaks for free! I would much rather bring her to a home daycare with only 1-2 people she will interact with. I don't want to have to pay someone to play with my dog. The dog can sense and feel that someone is basically being forced to play with them like it's a job to play with my dog?!! I can't believe people choose this place. It's absolutely insane. Also waaaay to many dogs in one place! That's a safety issue and can be dangerous.

We dropped off a chubby, feisty kitty. We got a nice update on day 2. We picked up a chubby, feisty kitty seeming none the worse for wear. There isn't much else to say regarding cat boarding, since they stay in a condo. The staff gave her the treats she was used to and she even let them pet her!

Enzo has stayed at PetSuites multiple times. Due to a special trip, he was a guest for a full month. He had a nice Townhouse and I was able to view his activities during playtime and while he was back in quiet time. Each time, he seemed very playful and happy. I was very satisfied with what I saw from the sitters, as they played with the dogs and kept a close eye on their activities. It was really tough leaving him for so long, but I know he was in good hands and was being treated with love and care. Thanks to all the staff !!

I honestly have nothing good to say. Last week I dropped my dog off at 12 PM for solely a face trim, it wasn't until I called 2 1/2 hours later that they told me the groomer Sam couldn't give my dog a haircut or do anything not even cut his nails or do a hygiene cut. If I didn't call, I don't know how long it would've taken them to call me to let them know that my dog has been there for absolutely no reason for a whole two hours and a half. Just sitting there in a cage. Very unprofessional and not communicative at all. When I walked in both of the people at the front were busy on the phone and nobody talked to me. They simply asked me the name of my dog and took almost 15 minutes to go get him. Why? I have no idea. When I confronted them, they had no excuse to why my dog was just sitting in a cage for over two hours. I decided to give them one more chance after a promised discount and took him today. Not only did the groomer try and charge me the price for a full grooming after a horrible experience just for a trim on his face, she cut it so uneven and crooked. I’m attaching pictures. She also did not even give him a hygiene cut, and when I came back in, she said she was off the clock so she couldn’t do it even though I had left less than five minutes before. I paid almost $60 for this haircut, when a full groom is averaging $75. The groomer was so incompetent. I didn’t even wanna go back in and ask for a refund, which I surely should’ve gotten. Look at these pictures and tell me that it was worth paying $60. You can’t. It’s garbage. The front desk was super nice, but I can’t say the same about the groomer Sam. The reason she couldn’t cut my dog last week was because of her arm being broken or dislocated, and she still has a brace on. Why is she even cutting hair? I will never be taking my dog back to this place.
