Lolly took care of our two dogs and two birds while we were on vacation and we couldn’t be happier. She was amazing with them, sending us picture and videos. Communication was always easy, and she made us feel 100% comfortable that our pets were safe and well taken care of.

I've been going to Pet Lounge daycare for 2 years now and its still an awesome place with amazing owners! Roly had my boy Sam since he was 4 months old when I had to go back to work after lockdown. It was so nice to see they posted photos throughout the day on FB to see how your dogs are doing. He takes the time to understand their personalities and tendencies. When I inherited my Abuelas Chihuahua Mix, I advised him she is a tough one (Barky and anxious) - but with love and patience, he was able to win her heart over. Truly a rare establishment that puts quality over quantity as they ensure to never accept too many dogs. You'll LOVE this place!

I can not say enough great things about Pet Lounge, Roly and Paola. My wife and I love our dog like our child. We visited literally every dog day care/boarding from south beach to Boca and NO ONE will take better care of your dog than Roly. When I was looking for a place for my baby, I looked at various places and was not satisfied until I found Pet Lounge Hotel. They are a small place, but they keep the place very clean, never smells. Roly and Paola are very caring with all the pets. They are always posting pictures of the pets days throughout the week . I have an Italian Greyhound who is super hyper, when my baby comes home, every day she is calm and ready to share her love with us. I also used their boarding, while Gia stayed for boarding, they would make sure to put her pajamas on everyday along with eating her food. Thank you Pet Lounge 🐕‍🦺🐾

We have two rescue German Shepard mixes. They are young and high energy so they require a ton of play time and attention. They absolutely love going to Pet Lounge for daycare. The facility is immaculate and the owner provides excellent care. We recently boarded them there for a week and they did great. It is a wonderful feeling to know your dogs are in good hands under Roly's care. I would highly recommend Pet Lounge for daycare and boarding, we are extremely picky and this place is by far the best we have found in Miami.

We have brought our Miniature Pinscher to daycare and hotel stays for over 5 years and we wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else. We can leave her and go on vacation and not even worry if she’s being taken care of. She is friends with all of the big dogs and little dogs and is exhausted at the end of they day when she goes. The owners and staff are absolutely amazing and I will recommend Pet Lounge to anyone look to board or do daycare with their dogs. Simply the best!

I am so happy I finally took my dog to Pet Lounge!! They did a great job leaving her ultra clean and with the hair shining like never before but also got her so socialize with other dogs in a controlled environment. Roly is so knowledgeable and handles dogs like a total pro! My dog is shy and not always friendly with other dogs and he sent me pictures of her being a completely different dog! Lol! Now I am so happy to know that every time she goes there will be some time of hanging out with other dogs without me panicking because I am not sure how to handle it. I can’t recommend the place enough!! Is also so pretty and clean! They are doing an amazing job!!

I can not put into words how grateful we are to have found Claudia and her company Love 4 Paws. We have been using Love 4 Paws services since our 4 yr old Rhodesian was a 12 wk old puppy. She is not the easiest dog - timid with strangers and in general very shy, but she LOVES Claudia. I never have to worry when she is in Claudia's care. We have used the walking, dog boarding, and home day care services. Claudia is an excellent communicator, sends photos often, and is always willing to help with a last minute request. If you are in the Miami area and in need of someone to care for you pet - Love 4 Paws is it! Recommend 5/5.

Claudia is the best person to take care of your pets. She is super caring and responsible. She has always treated my furry babies as her own and Boss is actually the best assistant she could wish for. He is always willing to play with other dogs and even when my very loud chihuahua bothers him, he is always patient. I feel like she always comes back better behaved after staying with them. I appreciate that my dog is never in a cage and that the same level of attention and love is provided for every doggie under her care. I cannot recommend her enough.

I can’t express how amazing the facility and staff are at DOG Hotels Miami Shores! My fiancé and I have a 9-month old puppy, Moose, and as much as he’s the love of our lives, we swore that nothing/no one in the world be able to tucker him out… he’s constantly going a million miles an hour! He’s the sweetest boy, he just has such a passion for life. We felt bad keeping him at home while we were at work, and are SO fortunate to have come across DOG Hotels Miami Shores. It’s been a game changer for the three of us - it’s like he’s a new puppy. He’s just so fulfilled and happy going to daycare, he doesn’t want to come home. Every morning when we walk in, he’s just overwhelmed with happiness to be back. We were nervous because he very much is a Velcro dog, but he is the happiest version of himself thanks to daycare. It’s also awesome that they post videos to their Instagram, it makes us so happy seeing him so happy! I can confidently say, all of the dogs look like they’re in heaven. i took my baby a couple of weeks ago for grooming. the place was amazing. very clean, organize and very big. The groomer was so nice and gentle with my dog. while i was waiting i saw the indoor park, lots of dogs having fun. playing and running ❤️ i love the place and i am coming back for sure 👍 …

I was at my wits end with my 3 month old Labrador pup. She was the energizer bunny on IV caffeine and her Shiba Inu sister and I couldn’t keep up. I always drove by this place and never knew about doggie day care but one day after weeks of sleepless nights, I decided to visit their website and check them out. (Their website needs some work in the ease is use and booking functions which is the ONLY complaint I have). It might sound like I’m exaggerating but D.O.G. Gave me my life back. My pup loves it there so much and now I’m introducing my shy and socially awkward shiba and she’s loving it too. The entire team is just top notch. They love their job and it’s so obvious. And I love watching their IG stories to follow my babies’ days. Thank you so much for creating such an amazing environment in our neighborhood and being so wonderful with our fur babies. Cannot recommend this place enough! (Picture is of Talia passed out after picking her up from day care) Oh, and I used their grooming service today for one of my pups. Just fantastic!

Words cannot express how upset this makes me. The owner has dealt with the issue but nevertheless this is upsetting beyond measure. Took my Pomsky pups outer fur layer completely off. Incompetence. Among other issues, For boarding, you’re not really allowed inside the facility to tour where the dogs stay. I had to ask multiple times about the size of crates and was never given a real answer. After having issues with our young puppy and accidents in his crate (he does have separation anxiety I will say that) , but nevertheless we then found out that no one is on the premises with the dogs at night. Just cameras. From 7pm when they close to 7/8 in the morning, the dogs are in the crate. I find that to be a ridiculously long amount of time for the dogs to be crated alone. We booked the largest crate possible to try to avoid him having accidents on himself and the bed and it seemed to help. There is also very little flexibility with pick up and drop off resulting in full extra nights paid because they refuse to take dogs on Sunday’s although there are workers present. Same for pickups. I understand there are policies but I feel like we have given thousands of dollars to D.O.G to have several incidents that led us to leaving. They do not allow refunds but they did ultimately refund me for this haircut and our outstanding daycare days that were paid in advance. I suppose they can break policies if the owner is hysterically crying about the possible permanent damage that was done to their dogs coat.

Our Westie Doug goes to daycare at DOG about once a week. He ABSOLUTELY LOVES playing with the other pups and immediately runs over to the boarding area door when we drop him off - he can’t wait to get back there to play! It’s the highlight of his week. We’re delighted to have a great place for him to play with his friends so close to our house.

TLDR: My dog contracted kennel cough from this facility, and they also neglected to inform me that my dog peed in his carrier because they kept him waiting to go potty. I had my dog stay here for a week while I went on vacation because the facility had primarily positive reviews. The day after I picked my dog up, he started making coughing sounds. After a few days, I ended up having to take my dog to the emergency vet in the middle of the night because his symptom got worse. The vet took x-rays and confirmed that the changes my dog’s lungs are most consistent with kennel cough and put him on antibiotics. Outside of boarding at D.O.G., my dog isn’t around other dogs. We are the only tenants our landlord allows to have a dog, we don’t go to the dog park, and we don’t engage with other dogs on our walks. So, the kennel cough is most likely from him staying at D.O.G. Miami Shores. Furthermore, my dog has a soft carrier that he loves to retreat in when he is experiencing anxiety. I told the staff at D.O.G. Miami Shores to keep the bag in his kennel because it will help with his separation anxiety while we were away. When I picked him up, they neglected to tell me that because they are short-staffed on Saturdays and have shorter hours, my dog peed in his bag because they had him waiting longer than usual to go to the bathroom. My dog has never peed in his kennel when we have left him at home for a few hours, he’s never had accidents at other dog hotels that he’s stayed at in other cities, and he’s never peed in that bag when he’s traveled in it on flights or in car rides, so that is how I know they kept him locked up and unmonitored for an unusual amount of time because if he has to go, he will let you know or hold it until you come back home. Because we weren’t informed that he peed in his bag, he rode in that bag on the way home and it wasn’t until we took him out and he smelled like pee that we realized that the inside of the bag reeked of pee and cleaner trying to disguise the smell. I had to give him another bath (which highly irritated me because they charge you for a sanitation bath if your dog is boarded for more than 3 days). When I called D.O.G. Miami Shores and told them about the kennel cough, they denied knowing they had any outbreaks of it (the vets said no facility would ever admit to this even if the knowledge is there) and they initially told me my dog didn’t have an potty accident, but then called back 20 min later and told me that he did, in fact, have an accident and they tried to clean the bag. I told them the fact they neglected to tell me in the first place is a red flag and that the fact they sent him home with that bag is unsanitary and they should have known better. We ended up having to toss the bag because there was just no way we could continue using it because the smell was set into the fabric. The moment they told me that they don’t provide daily progress reports for your dog and that you need to check their IG story to see how your dog is doing, I should have known not to send him there. Additionally the way they dealt with these issues when I raised it with them was extremely poor. The least they could have done was offer a refund for the sanitation bath since they sent him home in a bag that was not sanitary and I had to give him a bath all over again. I do not recommend this facility if you are looking for boarding for your dog.

Love this place! They are always pamper my little one and he is SO happy every time he has to stay here. I have a Fenchie and he es allergic to everything. Every time I left him in other hotels or daycare he returned with some type of allergie. Since he is staying at D.O.G. Little River, he returns happy and radiant. Thanks for all your love and care!

Every time I travel for long periods of time South Florida Pet Sitters is my number one choice for boarding and sitting. I have peace of mind that both my dogs and cat are loved and well taken care of. Every time Lucky and Guiness see them they greet them so excited and even forget I'm around. Seeing how happy they are to see them makes me so happy too. I highly recommend them!

So I moved to Miami March of 22’ and was looking for a dog friendly property for my two dogs and it was extremely difficult after 8 months I was able to find a place and South Fl took care of my babies the entire time. I highly recommend their services. My fur babies had only ever stayed with close family members outside of me and 1 sitter I found on rover that didn’t go well. It was important to me that they weren’t locked in cages all day and had a similar schedule to what I provided at home and South Fl did just that I am beyond grateful for the care and stay they provided for my babies.

Kern and his team did an excellent job caring for my dog long term (7+ days) He made sure she felt welcome and cared for so she was able to continue to be her expressive, happy self. He was also patient and disciplined with her as I would be to make sure she stayed on her schedule and within her boundaries. Kern is great to communicate with, coordinate with, and have take care of your fur baby.!!!!!

Have been using this group for boarding for a couple of years now. This team is amazing. They are organized and prompt. I know I can rely on them to take care of my bulldog and Great Dane. Also, my dogs are always excited when they show up which is kind of weird, but makes me glad as well, since it’s obvious they like Kearn and have a good time. Would recommended to anyone looking for a great place to board their dogs. Usually dogs have their own rooms and areas which is great for my dogs as they come as a pair and my bulldog has some breathing issues. The rates are clear and reliable and no hidden fees or scary unexpected bills. Thanks for all you do! We are glad to have found such a great team!

My shih tzu Polo goes to daycare twice a week and he is ALWAYS way too excited when Isiah comes to pick him up. They are super friendly, great to communicate and coordinate with, you can really tell the dogs are loved and pampered while they are there. The daily pictures and videos are a great plus!! It feels like a personalized service, not like you are dropping your dog off with 50 other dogs and hoping it goes well like in other places. Would 1000% recommend this place to everyone who wants their dog to be loved and taken care of.

We left our pup with the South Florida Pet Sitter team for 3 days. We were nervous at first because we have never been separated. They sent us multiple pictures of our pup while we were away and she was having such an amazing time! We will definitely bring her back next time we leave town. They are trustworthy, quick to respond, and it’s obvious how much they care!!! 10/10 highly recommended!

I was stressing when my last pet sitter moved away but luckily I found South Florida Pet Sitter to watch my 2 pups! I don’t trust my dogs with just anyone and Kern and Isaiah have both been amazing with them. It gives me such peace of mind knowing they’re in great hands and being well taken care of, plus I love that they send me updates and pictures while they are there.

My dog Apollo loves coming to day care and staying over night. Literally pulls me to the door when I get there! And he always comes home a happy healthy dog. I like that they have their own rooms to sleep, not cages, and can play in the backyard. We live in an apartment so he needs that outdoor play. Highly recommend!

I've entrusted my rescue lab Murrow to the South Florida Sitter team for years now. My dog is special needs & can be kind of a handful, but these folks are pros! Murrow is so happy when he sees them and when he comes home. They provide a loving active space & have vast knowledge of caring for all kinds of dogs. They respond to me when I have questions regarding health & behavior even if they're not sitting for Murrow at that time. They are punctual, fair & always on point. I highly recommend these guys!

Kern and Isiah was fantastic with our elderly American bulldog. She’s both easy and difficult, as she needs to be rolled around in a wagon most of the time. They were patient and gracious with her, even with her uncharacteristic accident in his house. And we feel like we got a professional photographer with the start, with how beautiful his daily pictures were.

Yoli's is the best. The only place we bring our dog. He's very particular and the environment Yoli's creates is unparalleled. A true home away from home that isn't a boarding center with crates. Our dog always has a great time and they said videos multiple times a day so you're reassured your best buddy is doing well. The grooming services are phenomenal. They do hair masks that make my dog's fur puppy soft. Pickup and drop-off services that are very convenient and always easy.

This has been the best experience for my little pup! The way Yoli runs her pet care is truly special. My poor puppy (chai ) was going through a depression from moving homes and getting separated from his best friend, and to put more stress on him I was going to be gone for two weeks. Luckily I found Yoli’s Dog house! Chai wasn’t eating because of his depression and was very nervous and fidgety. Through out my whole trip I was updated every day on his progress. I was so grateful for that and to see him little by little turning back into a happy pup again! He was very pampered by Yoli, she would try different ways to make him eat and would ask my permission to add broths or pumpkin to his meals to get him out of his funk. I’m so happy to be back and see my little Chai running around being his playful self with everyone including other doggies again! As soon as we got home I added a little food in his bowl for him and he scarfed it all down in seconds, even with eating earlier! I’m so happy that I found Yoil’s dog house and so is Chai. Now he has a lot of dog friends to play with. We will be definitely be coming back here in the future! :)

They were kind, nurturing, and took such good care of my little baby. And not only that, they also suggested a diet plan for my dog, since he was overweight. SoBe Pooch is awesome! They always are on time and communicative. My dogs love them and are so excited to see them every time they are around. I trust them with my two pugs, which are like my children. My two dogs are over 13 years old and require lots of medicine, strict regimes of eye drops, etc and they always have been so diligent about making sure to treat them like they were their own. I have used them for almost two years now and I would recommend them for anyone who wants responsible and caring pet sitters and dog walkers.

I have 2 bengal cats, and honestly I’m so happy that i have found waggy tail to care for them when i go out of town. The waggy tail team is amazing. They are animal lovers. Michelle is a dedicated business woman who runs a top notch operation. Her crew looked after my two dogs 24/7 for three weeks without missing a beat. Waggy Tail has been taking care of my cats when I travel for a long time now, they provide excellent, prompt service, and send you lovely updates with photos of your pets and a checklist of the tasks that have been taken care of. I always come home to happy cats, and their service allows me to travel without worrying about my pets.

I was nervous to leave my cat alone for the first time and wasn’t sure how to start with finding a cat sitting service - I am so grateful that I came across Waggy Tail! I truly felt like the sitters treated my pet as their own. I got the impression that they do this work because they love and are passionate about animals, and that it is not just a job. After each visit, I received a report with several photos and I have never seen my cat this happy or comfortable with new people! The process for booking and coordinating was also very smooth as they use an app where you can schedule services, pay bills, and communicate with quick responses. I am so happy that I found Waggy Tail and will no longer feel nervous about traveling knowing that they are taking such good care of my pet.

I've been using Waggy Tail for over a year for walking and boarding. I originally wanted a service to walk my older dog while I was at work, (since he looooves walks) and for overnights, because I travel for work. He loves all of the Waggy Tail walkers and is so relaxed and happy when I get home! They are also great with my new puppy, even cleaning out her crate when needed! I know there are lots of options in the MB area, but I'm really happy I chose Waggy Tail. They genuinely seem to care about my pets, the walkers are all super friendly, and their interface is easy to use. Plus, they send you a cute report card with photos and notes to let you know how your pet did on the visit!

Excellent service provided by Karla and Anthony! We can down to vacation in Miami and we couldn’t have our dogs at the Airbnb and had to find someone last minute. Not only were they accommodating but they were so sweet and caring towards our two dogs! We felt so comfortable and had peace of mind knowing they were under their care. They sent us pictures and updates almost everyday. We really appreciate all their help and wish they had a location back at home! We will definitely use them when we vacation down in Miami again and will recommend them to everyone we know! Thanks again Karla and Anthony for everything you do!

Great customer service, Summer has been going to Peace love paws for over two years, they treat her as her own, it's a great environment for your fur baby. The owner will always send you videos and pictures which make it so important for us that travel for more than a month in a row, it makes it assures us she is doing great! I highly recommend Peace Love Paws.

Where do I start? I have a pitbull/labrador and she’s 3 years old and name is Luna. I have been so so scared to leave her alone, but this time I had to because my sisters wedding was in Arizona. I was terrified. My child being away for a week at some daycare…let’s just say thank God I found Peacelovepaws, they were actually referred to me by my sister’s friend and although I was nervous, I trusted my sister’s friend. I left Luna here for exactly 5 nights and one day. Can I just say how amazing of a job they did to making me feel so secure and reassured me Luna was going to be ok. They are very organized and the setup they have at their home is amazing, the dogs are so friendly and wonderful and at first Luna was shy, but she opened up and had a damn blast!! They have so much play time and never alone. They sent me videos and pictures while I was away and I was able to text them and ask questions and they were right there to respond quickly. Luna was really happy as I could see in the videos and I’m just happy I picked them. I finally have a place where I can feel safe leaving my baby. I highly recommend them! Karla and her husband are so sweet and the dogs adore them!

Never ever again. Stay away. When my dog got home, early in the morning he drank water like there was no tomorrow. Very, very thirsty. I belive they kept him caged almost all day long. He even lost weight there. Barely send pictures and it takes them forever to answer calls or texts. And last but not least, make sure u clarify what the price is. Shes not clear up front. Initially, I was told 55 per night and she ended up charging me 65.

This place is amazing! Carla and Anthony truly care about your pet as if it were their own! As a first time dog owner I felt immediately comfortable and assured that my pup was safe and well provided for. They send you photo updates throughout the day which can put your mind at ease. Every time I arrive to drop off my dog he is so excited to be there he nearly jumps out of the car to dash right in!! This is the only place I trust with my dog, so grateful this business exists!

People able to pose 12 or more dogs for a beautiful photo speaks volumes about their ability to handle animals. For us, and also for Simba, our pet, this is one of the best places to leave dogs in the Miami area. He loves to stay there. Also, the location of it is unbeatable.

Theo had a great time staying at Karla and Anthony’s for thanksgiving. They were very accommodating especially towards my concerns of his anxiety but he didn’t even need his medication And had a great time with all his new friends!! (Theo is the black schnauzer) Thanks again Karla and Anthony!!!

Karla and Anthony are absolutely incredible! My two pups, Olive and Lola, love staying with them when we are away. I recently moved to Miami and have no family here, so I was very nervous to leave my sweet pups when I travel for business. Finding Karla made all my worries go away! It means the world to know that my girls are safe and happy when I’m away.

We moved from nyc last year and had no idea who would groom our dog, Gustav. I asked around, but he’s extremely large (110lbs) and was always put on a waitlist. I finally got an appointment on Lincoln rd and it was HORRIBLE. We already knew Valentina from the neighborhood and Gustav loves her, maybe more than me. I begged her fit him in and we’ve never looked back. I drop him off in the morning and he has the BEST day at her house, playing with all the other dogs and getting groomed. It’s always a full day because of his size, but she never complains and drops him off in the evening. She’s honestly the best in Miami. She also boards dogs, which I haven’t done, but she’d be the only person I’d leave gustav with!!

Valentina is awesome. We trust her with our dog when we are away. You can tell how much she loves dogs and how much the dogs love her. I feel at ease knowing that our dog is with her. Highly recommend!

Where do I even begin?! Valentina has been helping my dogs since they were a couple months old. She is simply the best in Miami. She boards them, grooms them, and helps train them to be better dogs. She can seriously do it all!! She’s always available to text or call. She seriously cares about your pets like they’re her own, which is why I will always only have Valentina watch them!!! I love going on vacation knowing my boys are taken care of. She updates you all the time on their wellbeing! We just love her. I would recommend her 1000000x over! :)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Like many, I rescued my pup during the pandemic. When I returned to the office, I was so overwhelmed about what to do with my dog on those extra long days and thankfully found Valentina's company!! Valentina and Giorgia took the time to come meet my dog and answer any/every question I had. Giorgia walks my pup and is AMAZING with her! Even with pouring rain, I can count on her. My pup isn't always the easiest, especially when you first meet her and can pull your arm off sometimes when walking, but Giorgia is just the best walking her. She also sends me an update on how the walk went with pictures and videos. Helps so much!! Highly HIGHLY recommend :) And you can see some of the pictures I received from Giorgia during my pup’s walks :)

Valentina is EXCEPTIONAL! She took care of my parents difficult & spoiled English bulldog with kindness, thorough attention, and patience over a long weekend. Valentina provided photos and updates via text throughout the dog’s stay with her, which gave my parents much peace so that we could enjoy our vacation. Valentina has known theo since he was a puppy over 6 years ago. Theo loves and respects Valentina. When we travel, Theo stays with Valentina and we know he is in good hands. Valentina is very knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior. We can call her anytime and she always has the answer to help with Theo. She is always available when we need her and accommodates to our crazy schedule. I could not think of a better person when it comes to Theo.
