Absolutely love Wildwood Pet Adventures, almost as much as my pups! Lisa and Gloria are wonderful and such great caretakers of our beloved fur friends. I’ve been using them for before they were a business (14.5 years now) and they are the only people I trust with my dogs other then my immediate family. No kennel (unless of course they like that) tons of property and access to trails to run and smell, wonderful lake access with an dock good for jumping into the water for fun and shallow water at the shore for the little friends, other furry friends to play with and the best belly rubs ever! You pet is in great hands with them, and recovering from time away, it’s nice to have your super energetic dog be worn out form all the play, they are happy to just snuggle in and nap. Can’t recommend them enough

We were on our way to Muskoka for our annual trip, when due to a "Rover" issue, we found ourselves without care for our 5 month old puppy. We almost had to cancel our trip to Santa's Village, which we had travelled up north for when I found the PAWliday Inn. After speaking with the team and doing the meet and greet, I felt so reassured leaving my puppy with the team for the day. The level of professionalism and the willingness to go above and beyond to help us out in our last minute situation will have me forever singing their praises. In addition, having worked in the pet care industry and animal rescue for years, I am very particular about where I would leave my dog and can say that it was evident immediately upon meeting Maddie that Rory was going to have an amazing day with her! The other dogs in daycare were clearly super content and having a great time playing in the yard. Maddie, again went way above and beyond, checking in with me and letting me know that Rory was doing great while we were out so that I could relax and enjoy my day as well. At pick up, I pulled up to see her having the time of her life. She slept so great on the way home and can't wait for our next trip up to Muskoka so that she can visit her new friends at the PAWliday Inn. Customer for life and would absolutely recommend!

We have been a number of times now and it is a fantastic place. Prices are excellent, the staff are genuine and sincere about caring for your dog, and they are flexible to work with. I can't say enough positive things. When we pick up we see staff cuddling our pup or him playing with other dogs and he is so happy (and tired) when he gets home. The group of dogs they have are all really nice so it's a real positive experience and I don't have to worry when I am at work. Highly recommend!

After a bad experience at a different kennel nearby, I needed a new spot for my 5 year old German Shepherd to stay when I travelled. Jen and her staff are very competent and I trust he is well taken care of when he is here. I very much appreciated the initial meet and greet and half-day trial to see if my dog was a good fit for Pawliday - that means all the other dogs have been screened for safety and behaviours, too. He came home tired and calm from his stay here and I heard he was a Very Good Boy. I’m so happy I have a place I can trust with my pup!

Doubel charged me over 2k and very difficult to get refund. Tried to help my mother out by paying for dog boarding when needed. But then the next time my mother used their boarding they kept charging me instead. When I notified them about it they said they would refund but instead double charged me. Had to go through credit card company to request a refund. Very disappointed

Murphy and Roxy had their first boarding for 10 days, and had a blast. I will definitely be sending them back for any future trips we take. They have also had some doggie daycare days which let me have a break from their high energy, and they come home exhausted.

We've been going to Pawliday Inn since moving north 6 years ago. We have a 10 lbs terrier and a Golden Retriever. They can share a private room, keeping them together makes them feel like home.

Only place we trust our fur baby with. Always à great experience. Thank you so much.

Mary Lou is a God-send. Her staff are just the same. To name a few, Jenn and Grace are amazing. I've been blessed with housing my dog while in a temporary emergency shelter at the Lighthouse. Sticks N Bones is incredible. They take care of my dogs like their own. I have been boarding my pups here for a few years and the care is very consistent. My one dog has mobility challenges and they were beyond accommodating and very cautious when handling him. It can be very anxious leaving your dogs when going away but there is no need to feel that way when your dog stays here. They post on Instagram so you can see what they are up to and have special treat days like whip cream and pizza day. There are many closer places to board my dogs but it is worth the drive for me knowing the are being taken care of and given the attention they need. I can't say enough great and positive things about Sticks N Bones. Definitely recommend!!

Friendly and qualified staff, they are just the best with dogs and people! I had left my huge cane corso at other daycares, but never longer than 8hrs, so this was his first time away from us for over a week. I was very worried, but the staff was phenomenal and I saw he was having a great time through all the many photos and videos they posted of him. There is a large fenced area outdoors for dogs to play and get fresh air. All of the trainers and staff are amazing with dogs. They are also very accommodating to various diets and meal plans. Will definitely be bringing him back here!

Our dogs love this place. The owners are so attentive, and their staff constantly updates Instagram with pics and videos. Such a cute way to put us at ease while we travel!

We have used their services many times for when we travel, in the past 5 years or so. Our dog loves them, we don’t worry about our dog because we know they are being cared for. They have also been able to accommodate us last minute. Great place, highly recommend.

Alexia was our trainer and she was amazing!! We wanted to get our newfoundland puppy trained well before she grew HUGE so we decided to take the 5 class course and in 5 classes Alexia taught us how to deal with barking, walking, jumping on people, potty training, leave it commands, stay and recall as well as healthy dog to dog interactions. She even brought her own dog to our sessions so that our puppy could learn how to socialize and respect other dogs boundaries. We’re very happy and have continued to use the techniques that were taught to further train Luna our newfoundland poodle!

I have boarded my dog twice now with Sticks n Bones and both times had great experiences! I love the themed days and I really enjoy being able to watch her on their instagram stories. My dog loves coming here!

The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I needed training for my pup and they paired me with a wonderful trainer named Alexia. She was so patient and calm with my dog throughout all the sessions and stayed very consistent. She was very punctual and communication was very professional. I am so happy to say that thanks to her training abilities my dogs behavior has improved so much. She taught me everything from basic dog training, leash manners, walking, recall, crate training... you name it! She was so informative and encouraged me to keep trying when things didn't seem to work. Its bittersweet that our training has come to an end but I would highly recommend her to anybody that seeks training for their puppy.

My dog has been going here for 1+ years and the staff have been nothing short of amazing. He's not the easiest dog to manage (still a puppy at heart, very excited) but they're always accommodating to his needs and interests. I also love that they update their socials regularly so you can see what your dog is up to!

Our boy Tristan adores Barkaritaville, and so do we! We get to see how much the staff love Tristan, and it makes us feel so safe sending our pet away with them for 8+ hours at a time. We know he will play, learn, engage, and come home exhausted! Maddy has been especially great to us. She always greets us with a big smile and is soon after showering Tristan with all the love. We love all the staff, the knowledge they provide to us and Tristan, and not to mention the silly posts and photoshoots they do. 15/10 recommend Barkaritaville to all the dog parents out there!

I can't express enough gratitude for how grateful I am for finding Barkaritaville for my rescue dog Coco!! Before bringing Coco to Barkaritaville, she was so scared around other dogs and would bark at them. I was a little nervous leaving her at doggy daycare not knowing how she would react, but the first visit went amazing! We even had a phone call check-in to let us know how our girl was doing! After just 2 visits she can't get enough of Barkaritaville! :) She absolutely loves it and has learned to recognize that dogs are fun and safe to play with! The love and care that the staff put into the dogs is noticable. It's so much more than just a "daycare" the staff are so kind and caring and make sure you're fur-baby has the best day! Coco is absolutely exhausted from all the play and stimulation she falls asleep as soon as she gets home! :) I feel safe and comfortable keeping her at Barkaritaville as I know they take such good care of my girl and are amazing with rescue dogs! I can't thank them enough. :)This is Coco's favorite place! She knows where she's going and runs right out of the car! She can't get enough of it! :) 10/10 highly recommend this doggy daycare! Both my dog and I were a bit nervous starting doggy day care for the first time. Not knowing how my girl or the other dogs would react and behave was a tad scary but, as soon as I arrived, the staff were amazing and welcomed her with lots of love. When I arrived to pick her up, she was all smiles and I was sent home with treats, a bunch of pictures and a report card. I highly recommend Barkaritaville Barrie to anyone who needs to start day care for their fur babies. They’re in good hands :)

Our puppy LOVES Barkaritaville! She has fun all day with the amazing staff and other dogs and when she comes home she’s ready for a nice long nap! The staff there is amazing. Super nice and always happy to see our pup!

I can not recommend this place enough! The staff is so friendly, and you can tell they truly love the dogs they work with. My dogs had never been to daycare before, so naturally I was nervous in taking this step, but my girls warmed up in no time! Mishka and Sophie adore the days they go to daycare, maybe even more than the days they are home with me!!!!

Brooke and her team are fabulous. They worked with my rescue who is timid and "stranger danger" and has been able to really bring him out of his shell. I highly recommend Barkaritaville to everyone I know in the area! Also, the daily report cards are a hoot.

This place is the best for dogs. I have an aussiedoodle and she has learned to be one quite social with other dogs. She always is happy to go there waiting for me to open the door to go in. When she gets home she is tired from all the play and attention. Looking for a daycare. I highly recommend Barkaritaville!

Our girl loves Barkaritaville! She is always so excited when we drop her off in the morning. She plays all day long, and comes home ready for bedtime. We love the packages of 20 days at a reduced cost. Means we can send her whenever we need and have her day already prepaid for. All the staff are very easy to communicate with and super easy going. We're very happy to have found this facility.

Fairly new to Barkaritaville but my dog Buddy just loves it. Anxious to get in and when I pick him up he’s worn out which shows he had a wonderful day. The staff are ver friendly, caring and accommodating. It’s obvious they are animal lovers and it’s not a phoney façade that they put on. My dog is my friend and I just love him and I trust Barkaritaville to take exceptional care of my Buddy “Buddy”

Speaking on behalf of our dog (Dougie), he couldn't be happier whenever we pull up to Top Dog. He can't wait to get out of the car and into the complex to see all his friends and pals. Great staff and ownership, they actually smile and chat with you (unlike some places in town) and Dougie is really looking forward to all the new features planned for their new site. We have been bringing our dog, Buddy to TopDog K9 Services for many years. He loves it there. The staff are trained, friendly and do a great job of looking after all dogs. We highly recommend them.

Top Dog is so incredible! Our dog Archie is a very energetic dog and he comes home absolutely exhausted. He is always very excited to go and doesn't want to leave. The staff are really amazing and very nice. Always great to talk to and treat the dogs like they are family.

I cannot speak highly enough of TopDog in Barrie. I've been using their daycare and boarding services for well over a year now and appreciate the care, professionalism and understanding that staff demonstrate time and time again.

I don't attend Top Dog however I am a professional dog trainer and I also board dogs. I have known Kathy for many many years in a professional capacity and we have worked in a professional organization together. I know first hand how dedicated she is to her business and to the care she provides. It is pretty clear that she is experiencing something that we all dread and that is an internet smear campaign. I am also a breeder. Just yesterday I recommended Top Dog to one of my puppy buyers because I know how much Kathy and her staff care. I would only recommend Top Dog for one of my puppy owners. I wish you strength Kathy while you sort through this. I know how difficult this must be for you.

Our boy Hank absolutely loves going to Daycare at Top Dog! We turn onto the road and his tail starts wagging and he can not get out of the truck fast enough! He drags us into the building - this is definitely the type of behavior that puts my mind at ease that he receives the best of care here! Thank you Kathy and all of your loving staff!

I have had 3 dogs over the years attend Top Dog K9 Services with very good results. My current puppy is attending the Puppy Socialization classes and has shown huge improvement in his training. He LOVES going each week and is happily exhausted when coming home. Kathy Eyers , Kacy and their staff are professional, and always provide great advice and ongoing support for my pup. I feel very confident and assured when I leave him in their care knowing he will be well cared for and encouraged to grow. I cannot say enough about this great daycare, training facility!! Bauer loves going to Dogging Day Care. This is him pulling up to have a play day with all his friends. At the end of the Day he is exhausted from all the activity he has had during the day. I really like how the staff tell me how well he did during the day when I pick him up.

We are so incredibly blessed to have Liana's Pet Services in our lives. Liana is a wonderful and kind human; she genuinely cares for our fur babies (dog and cat) as if they were her own. She gives a detailed report after each walk, and even includes pictures of the walk as well. I would trust Liana over anyone else to care for my pets, and I think anyone would be lucky to have her care in their family.

I just wanted to say how amazing Liana is at Liana's Pet Services. I have a very reactive dog. It's very difficult to find someone that I trust to walk my Skye when she has behavioural issues when it comes to some other dogs. I never, ever, let anyone else walk her, but I put my trust in Liana and I'm so glad I did. With Liana's knowledge and training in regards to dogs, I feel so comfortable leaving my Skye in her care. I have so much anxiety when it comes to Skye, but Liana always sends me the cutest videos and pictures of them together and how well she does on her walks, which makes my anxiety go away. She treats Skye like she was her own! I truly recommend Liana's Pet Services to anyone thinking of hiring a dog walker or for someone to check on your animals when you are at work, vacation etc.. It has been almost a year since Liana has started taking Willow on walks for us when our work schedules get busy. I have used Pampered Pals Petcare a few times now & I consider myself lucky to have found them. I just came back from a 3 week vacation south & did not worry at all about Sadie my 13 year old cat. She was in excellent care with Meggin looking after her. Sadie is on medication for arthritis, she was given her meds on the days she was to get them, fed well, made sure she had water, litter box cleaned and most importantly she spent time just sitting, playing & just snuggling with her. Sadie has become very affectionate in her old age. Meggin sent me pictures & updates on her the whole time I was away. She is a very caring woman & her love for animals certainly shines through. We feel so fortunate that we have connected with Meggin. We have a 17 year old Shitzu named Sammy who with age is now blind and deaf and requires meds throughout the day. It is because of the TLC that Meggin gives to Sammy that we were able to go away overnight since before Covid.

Took excellent care of my cats, including giving medication. Sent me updates with photos while I was away. They got so much attention, they didn't even care when I came home! Highly recommend.

There aren't enough positive things to say about Sherry and James and the team they've built over at Out N About. I have been using their services for over two years and I can say with absolute confidence that I would not be able to do my job without their support for my fluffy buddy. As a shift worker with a constantly rotating schedule of days and nights, Sherry and James have been nothing but graceful, accommodating and patient with my dog's needs. As he's an older guy now and a newly minted single child, he's had big changes in the last two years. Sherry, James and the whole team have given my Morris the much needed love, stability, routine and doggie play dates he deserves when I can't be there. They deserve all the recognition and high fives. If you're worried about how your furry kids will do with a walker, trust that this team is the one for the job.

It’s been a year since we have been using Out N About! Sherry and her staff have been phenomenal in caring for our pups since they were wee things (10 weeks old). They have become a big part of Layla and Lionel’s life. They get so excited seeing the staff because they know they are going to have a good time!

We have been so fortunate to have the team at Out N About Pet Care look after our dogs for the last year and a half. When we welcomed a new puppy into the home they helped to train him and look after his needs during their daily visits. Our senior dog also needed special attention due to her age. The entire team handles the puppy and the senior dog so well, ensuring both of their needs are met. We get updates after each visit and our neighbours have commented on how nice the team is to meet when walking the dogs. The app-based booking system is very easy to use, and we now feel like we can get away for the occasional trip to the city and know that our doggos are looked after. I honestly can't imaging how we would function without the team! They are highly professional, conscientious and clearly love dogs. We could not recommend them highly enough!

Sherry and her team are just so wonderful! We hired Out N About to take our 4mo pup on a weekly walk they're so amazing. They do a home visit first and are super trustworthy. Ruby seems to really like them and does well on her walks. We get a report with a map of where they went and some amazing pictures. I can't wait until our girl is older and can do pack hikes with them. Highly recommend this professional company to take care of your fur babies.

If you're ever in the need of a dog walking service, I highly recommend Out n About pet care service. Due to a hand injury, (infected dog bite 😬) I needed help. I messaged sherry Sunday and we were all set. I originally was only going to need them for our vacation coverage and had already had the pleasure of meeting with Sherry and James for our assessment. It was easy peasy and now I have two happy, tired pups 😄

We left the NUMBER ONE member of our family with them -Sherman, our Goldendoodle - during our 8,000 mile boat trip on America's Great Loop while we had to return home for a few days. They took such great care of him, and we are forever greatful for that!!

My dog Ozzy loves this place more than a dog park. He's always extremely excited as soon as we turn into the Covered Bridge driveway. He's well cared for by all the staff. The staff are all professional and happy, they are attentive and accommodated Ozzy's feeding and medication schedule when he had digestive issues a few months ago. If I could give them 10 stars I would without hesitation.

Hello humans !!! Yes, you who are boarding your four legged family at this kennel, time to wake up!! Did any of you read the contract put in front of your face to sign before you left your most valuable friend in this place!!!!! I am speechless! You have all, signed a contract so binding if anything, let me repeat anything happens to your pet while, in their care you just signed away your dogs life, limb, soul, body. This contract covers the kennel 5000 ways to sunday [if] anything let me repeat anything!! including your pets very LIFE if it is lost while in their care YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE! Oh, I am also asking what price did you put on veterinarian care??In the contract you signed, you had to put a dollar amount on how much you would be willing to pay a veterinarian, if needed while you are away? how does any pet parent put a dollar amount on their best friend? What if you say $500.00 and the veterinarian wants $600.00 what do they do? let the pet DIE? What the heck, my husband and I had just lost our kennel we had used for the last twelve years and had contacted covered bridge kennel, as we wanted to go away for a very needed break. YES they want to access your dog to see if it is a right FIT! Are you kidding me, we were there for about 40 minutes as our girl was let out into one of the fenced areas and then put in an inside run while we were having a discussion about this infamous LEGAL document. We said we were NOT signing their LEGAL DOCUMENT and left with our princess in tow!! Any boarding kennel that is worth it's weight in puppies would only have in their contract, that you would agree to veterinary care if needed in an emergency while you were away, and NOWHERE in a respectable kennel would they mention the DEATH of your loved one. what I surmise from this experience is the covered bridge kennel needs an assessment!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Don't ever say I did not educate YOU OH pitiful unlettered dog owners

Great boarding facilities for Sophie! She loves it there. Covered bridge takes good care of our pet and that is very reassuring.

We have been going to Covered Bridge for 9 years, since our chocolate lab was a pup. They have always been very accommodating. The facility is spotlessly clean and the owners and staff are always friendly and you can tell that they are animal lovers. My dog gets so excited every time we turn onto the driveway, and is tired when we pick her up from all of the fun play time with other dogs. Highly recommend.

Sweetheart Tails is a fantastic, loving, and reputable dog care business that I would recommend to anyone. My family and out dog Moose have been clients since October 2022, and have never had a bad thing to say about them. They are open early, and have been able to accommodate last minute requests, including occasional weekends. Moose comes home tired, happy, and clearly loved. On the few occasions we had to board him, Moose had a great time with Jessica and her family. BEST doggie daycare in Barrie, hands down!

Jessica did advanced training for me and my dog Ella. Ella loved her from the moment they met and was eager to learn. I found Jessica to be knowledgeable, firm and kind, and we benefited greatly from her expertise and training. When I had to travel out of the country, I felt very comfortable in leaving Ella with her for extended periods. When I picked Ella up, she was happy, silly, relaxed, and well-behaved. Jessica is very organized, and well able to handle multiple dogs of varying breeds, temperaments and sizes. Jessica is relaxed and very professional, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

We came across Jessica a year ago because she was highly recommended to us. Our pup is always happy and excited whenever we are dropping her off at Sweethearts' Tails. She also spent several overnights at their care and it is always amazing for her. Our two dogs have stayed with Jessica on a few occasions, including when we were travelling for Christmas. She has been patient and understanding and has taken the time to get to know our dogs. Jessica is amazing. I brought my puppies to her and she was fantastic. They are often afraid to stay with new people but they felt immediately at home there with her and the other dogs. She was very flexible with drop off and pick up times and was incredibly professional. It's clear how much she cares for the well being and safety of the dogs in her care. Also her prices are very reasonable. I would have happily paid more. Thank you Jessica!

Sweethearts Tails has been fantastic! We have been sending our energetic lab to her for daycare and boarding since moving to Barrie and he loves it! She takes such great care of him in her home and always sends updates during boarding. She has a big back garden with lots of toys, and he always comes home tired from playing. Jessica has been very flexible too which has been a lifesaver if working late etc. We tried other daycares before and didn't feel comfortable with their care, but I fully trust Jessica and our dog is always excited to go back.

Jessica and her family are the absolute best! I've been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy and he loves them! I love that they are always available to care for my pup, even at a last minute call, they are very dependable. They have a big heart. They were able to accommodate us even during difficult times and are willing to help any time. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a doggy daycare! ☺️☺️
