This is the nicest facility I have ever experienced. It is immaculately clean the owners and staff are very friendly. They are thoughtful and consider each dog individually. Absolutely love this place! We have been taking our puppy here for a few years now. They are very kind in person and on the phone. Our Belle loves coming here and I wouldn't trust anyone else with our baby! She is a ball of energy. The owners always make sure she is up to date with her vaccines and inquire about any new preferences or changes since her last stay. I would highly recommend this Kennel! In fact I have and my friends are very pleased as well.

We had never used a boarding place for our dog before finding Leiter's Country Kennel. Pam and Bob are amazing and LOVE our dog. They make sure that he has time to play, heat, air conditioning, and even soothing music! The place is spotless, and the staff is so friendly. I never have a question about him being happy and cared for. He is so tired out and happy when he comes back home. He absolutely loves going there and I would never take him anywhere else. The price is very, very reasonable for the attention our big guy gets!

We love Leiter’s Country Kennels so much! A quiet country setting, beautiful Kennels, and lots of love for your dog are just some of the reasons we LOVE this kennel so much! Pam is wonderful to work with and cares a great deal about your dog... sending pictures and reports to you. Our Dog, Chloe, gets so excited when we pull up she nearly knocks down the door to get in! Thank you Pam and staff for caring for our Chloe and giving such attention to detail. We wouldn’t leave her with anyone else!

I boarded my dog here over the weekend. She has been boarded in the past at another place and did not do well there. She would hardly eat, she literally would climb up on my shoulder and cling to me for dear life, and she would cry all the way home. What a difference bringing her to Leiter's Country Kennel was. She ate fine; I could tell she was happy to see me when I picked her up, but it wasn't the anxiety-ridden greeting I've had in the past; and she didn't cry at all on the way home. The kennel is clean, the owner is really nice, and she has people working for her that spend extra time with the animals. I think that makes a big difference. Plus they sent me photos of my dog while I was gone, which was a nice touch. I will definitely board her here again if the need arises.

We have boarded dogs for roughly 7 years now at over 6 different locations in two states, and this is the best place they have ever stayed. They go hog-wild in the car once we turn down the gravel road! It is not the cheapest (it's pretty close), but you absolutely get what you pay for. Their shed is clean, climate-controlled, and very spacious (dogs get an inside kennel and an individual outdoor kennel space). If you stay during off-peak hours, Pam and Bob let your dogs have near-unlimited outdoor play as long as they are quiet (and don't try to tunnel out!). Our dogs have actually bonded better as a pair when staying with these folks. I highly endorse their recommendation.

Incredibly nice people and very caring of dogs. We brought our dog who is often nervous when boarded and around other dogs. They texted us updates and photos of her to let us know how she was doing. They spent the time to get to know her and care for her. Would recommend to anyone, amazing service and care.

Leiter's Kennels were very accommodating on getting my dog in last minute for daycare. I really appreciate their professionalism and will definitely use their services again.

I have been using this kennel for both long and short-term for a little over year now. I have been thoroughly impressed and grateful . They have always been able to accommodatell my two Goldendoodles, Sammy and Sade Rae, at even the shortest notice, every time. Additionally , when I plan to stay a few days longer on my trip, they have always been very kind and happy to have them for an extra day or two. The price is extremely reasonable, the staff very kind, and the social set up so great for my fur babies as they are enjoying the company of other dogs and taking away the added worry of thinking of them cooped up in a crate. Most importantly, Sammy and Sade Rae''s behavior and disposition regarding going to or leaving Leiter ''s Country Kennel is indicative of how well they are treated there. They love the ride there and as soon as I pull in the their driveway they are jumping around in the car to get out! Never once have they been anything but their happy self when I have to pick them up. This kennel is very clean. It is heated and has air conditioning. This is a great business that I am happy to support and would recommend to anyone who''s pet would enjoy the social experience offered at this fantastic kennel.

Excellent place to board your pet. Owner sent me updates and pictures of my pet through my trip. My cat came home happy and contented. Would definitely use again.

First time leaving any of our pets with anyone other than family/friends. I’ll never have to ask family/ friend to pet sit again. Our “baby”, Lady, was so well taken care of. She even came home in a festive handkerchief. So, so cute. WE WILL BE BACK!

First time using their service this weekend. We will definitely use them again. They asked us if we would like to tour the facility, and we did. Very clean and organized. Very nice people to work with. We have a black lab and an aussie-Doodle. Both well taken care of. Good prices too!

I rate below one star. I had called & left a VM about boarding my dog there. In the callback I outlined my dog's medical needs. The woman yelled at me, "WHY IS HE STILL ALIVE!" So unprofessional let alone cruel. That's between me & my vet. Just say no, don't be nasty about it!

My two dogs, Jax and Hunter, were very well cared for. They stayed for 5 days. They smelled nice when I picked them up and they seemed to really like the staff. Staff sent photos through text at my request while I was gone. Will always use this dog hotel for my hounds.

We have used Paula's Pet Sitting for over 2 years now and taken advantage of the wide range of services they offer. They are always flexible with our ever changing schedule and always go above and beyond to make sure our fur baby is taken care of. Another great feature is the time to pet app that they use. Everyday I get an update with pictures of how our little fur baby is doing during her visit. The pet sitters are always professional and always respond quickly to questions and schedule changes. I have only used them a few times so far but HIGHLY recommend!!! My friends first showed me how to get a pet sitter with an app while I was away visiting them and I loved the idea so I could set up times without having to call. When my one of my other friends told me about Paula's Pet Sitting it was exactly what I wanted! Unlike Rover and Wag you get to meet your team and that was extremely important to me. They came, saw where we kept pet items in the house, and met me and my pups. When they came both times, they were fantastic! They let you know when they have arrived, and then at the end they send you pictures of their visit as well as a message letting you know how it went. It is so nice to have finally found a pet sitter I feel comfortable with and with many options to use (dog walks, mid day let outs, overnights, etc.). Again, I HIGHLY recommend them.

I brought home a 6 week old puppy and hated leaving him alone during the day. Driving home on my lunch break daily was not a sustainable plan. A friend recommended Paula's pet sitting and I am so pleased I contacted them! My puppy gets visits twice a day and loves each woman on the team that is assigned to him. They refresh his water, prep Kong toys, replace soiled potty pads, and send me a report with pictures after each visit. I am still working on training and the ladies work along with me. If I require the dog sits before a gate is opened, they do the same. If I reward my puppy for relieving himself in the correct place, they do to. I don't have to worry that visits are counteracting the training. If you are considering using a pet sitter- go with Paula's!

We used to avoid travelling because it was so uncomfortable asking friends and neighbors to care for our cat while we were gone and the cat would get upset and pee on the carpets. With Paula's we know our pets routine is as normal as possible so they're happy when we get back. They even water our plants and come at 12 hr intervals to administer meds to our 17 yr old cat.

We have moved to Midland in 2018 we needed to travel shortly there after. We are so lucky to have found Paula’s Petsitting. Without her and her staff it would’ve been very difficult to go on trips and feel assured that our “hairy “children are very well taken care of. Before moving here we used to “board “ our Pets and having them at home in their own environment is such a reassuring thing. Thank you for giving us peace of mind !

We hired Paula's pet sitting on 2 different occasions now. Their service is outstanding. The pet sitters are going above and beyond at each visit, they will check everything and keep you informed every step of the way. Last minute requests are responded to within minutes. Will definitely continue to use.

We planned a trip and three months before we left, decided to get two more westies, in addition to our four year old. We have only left the four year old with family members, but with two puppies, thought it would be best to keep their routine at home. Our vet recommended Paula's and the experience was wonderful! Daily updates and pictures made our vacation so much more enjoyable, knowing our boys were at home, playing in their own yard and sleeping in their own beds. Gigi did a wonderful job with the dogs and answered every question I had while we were gone!

Paula's Pet Sitting provides excellent care and recreation for my crazy cat, while providing me with peace of mind. And that is all I ask. I receive 'real time' reports and photos, which when shared with others always evokes the same response: "I don't get that kind of service from my pet sitter!" I will continue to use this service and confidently recommend it to others.

We are so happy to have found Paula's Pet Sitting! Paula and Amy take great care of our older dog, who is beginning to experience some health issues. It's comforting to know that she is in good hands when we are away from home!
