The absolute best dog daycare ever. Dexter has been going since he was 6 months old. He used to go to give me a break - now he goes because it's his happy place. The staff are amazing and the dogs love their social time. I don't know what I'd do without Stephanie and her gang.

Unleashed staff are very friendly and know how to take care of a pack of dogs! Very clean daycare and I never worry about my guy when I take him. And…they take sweet photos of your pet on holiday occasions! Highly recommend!

Excellent staff and very knowledgeable about proper dog behavior for play on groups. Dogs are constantly monitored and the staff loelve each and every one of them. There are sectioned off areas and safe play areas. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because there is no outdoor play area. The dogs are taken out on leash, for bathroom breaks.

Very happy with this daycare service. I took my 8 month old PWD pup in for his first visit and temperament assessment. He slept in the next day and was noticeably calmer - it was great. And it was so nice knowing that he go to visit with other dogs and have a great day while there. We will be using the service again! :D

When my poodle was just a puppy I took him here several times a week for daycare when I could not come home at lunch to give him a bathroom break. The ladies that work here are awesome and truly love dogs. They were great with him and he loved going. For my dog, it was REALLY helpful for house breaking and socializing him with other dogs. He was so timid and scared of other dogs before this he could not pass one on the sidewalk without shaking and crying but now he loves to meet and play with other dogs. Such a great experience here.

My 11 month old Doodle went in for a grooming 21 days after being neutered. I mentioned to be careful around his recently healed incision. I checked his area the morning before dropping him off and after picking him up I realized a big red welt next to his area. What’s even more aggravating about them not taking extra care near his sensitive area was the fact they didn’t mention it to me. They chose to not say he got clipped and somehow thought I wouldn’t notice? Extremely unprofessional, careless and unbelievable conduct to sweep it under the rug. Do not use this groomer.

Amazing! They are always so friendly, and attentive to our puppy who has been going since he was just 4 months. They send us photos of him at day care and call us to check in on him when he is sick/got neutered - they clearly care. They are very flexible and adaptable to our ranging schedule. I could not recommend the Unleashed crew more. They always take such great care of June and I can leave her in their care with peace of mind. They go above and beyond and they send Christmas cards as a personal gift at the end of the year. If you need a dog daycare in the West end, this is the place to go!

I have brought my Yorkie to unleashed many times. He is old. The girls there are terrific. He always looks amazing when I pick him up. He is not at all scared, quite content. Would recommend unleashed.

The only place I trust with my dog. Everyone is great and I get to geek out with the staff and talk dogs when I pick up my boy! Our boy is so excited to go and so tuckered out when he gets home. They screen well for temperament and ensure the dogs get along.

Loving Paws was recommended by a family member and surpassed our expectations! Sophie took great care of my two cats while we were away. She kept in touch with me to let me know my cats were happy and doing well. What impressed us the most was when Sophie brought a slow feeder and let us keep it because the cats ended up loving it! Truly a great service that genuinely cares for the animals they take care of. The prices of Loving Paws services is much more affordable than the prices of pet hotels around the city which was big plus! Highly recommend!

We hired Loving Paws to look after our three cats during a short vacation in February. The intake was very detailed and included an option to leave two sets of keys in the possession of the sitter and back-up sitter, which we did. We were surprised to learn that our primary sitter was a vet tech, which was great because one of our cats is diabetic and needs insulin injections. Unfortunately, our experience was not ideal— our sitter was unable to ensure our admittedly stubborn cat ate his wet food in the time they were at our house, so he missed several doses of his insulin (ultimately this was the correct decision on our sitter’s part, but the fact that the sitter was not able to encourage the cat to eat a sufficient amount and that extra time for this kind of medical complexity was not built into the schedule was not great. It was clear that the sitter had a tight schedule and this just didn’t work for our situation). My husband spent an hour per day of our time away coaching the sitter via text on how to work with the cat to ensure he was fed and medicated. Ultimately he only received 3/6 of his insulin doses. The sitter did communicate extensively with us but we did not feel confident that the care our cats received was up to the standard we expected. We feel that in a situation where there were no medical needs, the care would’ve been quite good, but due to the complexity of our situation, we felt our sitter/this service was not a good match for our pets. We decided to take our keys back upon our return and though we were able to get our keys back the next day from our primary sitter, we spent two weeks trying to negotiate a meeting with the back-up sitter. This was incredibly frustrating. In the end, we had high hopes and wish things had gone differently. I think we learned from this experience that our expectations needed to be adjusted, but unfortunately, were disappointed overall.

Loving Paws is a great service and I highly recommend them. Helen in Ottawa has watched over my two cats and if you can request her services specifically, I suggest you do. She provides excellent care, always lets me know the cats are okay, doesn't hesitate to ask questions if needed, and my cats are very comfortable around her (including my one cat who is not too keen on strangers). It's a relief to be able to go away and know that my cats are in good hands.

I have benefited from Loving Paws services since 2012. It is so easy, as a returning customer, to book a cat sitter when I have travel plans. The cat sitters come and care for my cats, but they also play with them and look after the house. The regular visits ensure my house insurance stays valid and I come home to happy kitties. I have recommended Loving Paws to many friends and they have all had great experiences too. Thank goodness for a business like this!

During several trips, my two cats have been well taken care of by a visiting sitter. The best part is reading the daily diary of how things are going no matter where you are and little anecdotes along the way. Since then, ongoing medical appointments every 3-4 weeks have gotten us through, and most recently, a couple of boarding requirements were arranged on short notice. The service is quick to understand the need and timely in its responsiveness. I recommend Loving Paws to answer to your needs in many ways. Please give them a call if you're looking for a hand with any pet need.

We are very pleased with the homesitting services provided by Loving Paws. We don't have pets, but needed someone trustworthy and reliable to check in on our home to water our plants and check the mail while we were away. Caroline did an excellent job and even ran our taps, flushed the toilets and checked for any leaks. This gave us great peace of mind while on vacation. Now that we know this company exists, we might even consider getting another cat! Thanks again Caroline:)

We had a very positive first experience with Loving Paws. Our caregiver Audrey was just lovely! She kept us updated about our two cats and our mail. She is super friendly and loves animals so much. We will definitely recommend Loving Paws to our friends and family and will definitely have Audrey over again to watch our pets.

I have used Loving Paws for many years now and they are great. Better than others I tried before I found them. Their Pet Sitters really care and take great care of my cats. My current sitter is Nick and he goes above and beyond the call of duty. One of my cats passed this last November and over the Christmas holidays I am usually away and I was very worried about my other cat being alone. Nick was so good with her and me. He took the time to send me photos of Brianna to show me she was OK and he even did an extra visit just to make sure she was doing fine. You will not find that kind of understanding and caring somewhere else. Price is reasonable and service is great. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

I have utilized Loving Paws several times now for pet sitting services. Excellent customer service from the admin staff. They are very courteous, professional, understanding and responds promptly to inquires. My pet sitter Naomi is caring, efficient and does a wonderful job with my kitty Simon. She cleans up my home of tracked kitty litter so well it was like I never left. Her daily notes are wonderful to read when I return home. She is a true gem! I would recommend Loving Paws and Pet Sitting to anyone who requires pet or home sitting services. I can leave my Simon in their care and feel confident and have peace of mind that he will be safe and well taken care of. I am happy to have found them!

My experience with Loving Paws was excellent. For two and a half years Stephanie came to the house every 3 days to administer subQ fluid to my cat who suffered from Chronic Kidney Disease. On occasion when Stephanie wasn’t able to come she arranged for Caroline to do the treatment instead. Both Stephanie and Caroline were great. Their dedication meant my cat never missed a treatment and I believe that is a big part of why he lived comfortably and happily until the age of 20. After I put my sweet boy down Stephanie stopped by with flowers from both her and Caroline, which I found quite touching during such a difficult time.

Very friendly and caring. Left my dog there for 5 nights and she had a great time. It was my first time bringing my dog to a kennel so I was a little nervous. After seeing how she was when I got back, I would definitely bring her back. Thank you for taking care of my puppy! ☺

Personnel are not trained or equipped to Handle dogs that are nervous, scared, or aggressive in the least ! Brought my boy there for a weekend while we went to the states, the kennel was filthy, sooo many barking dogs- you couldn’t hear yourself think- I left him there Friday and immediately regretted it. Called my son and he went Saturday morning to get him- the owner told him she would not and HAD not taken him out of the kennel to go pee/poo because he was aggressive ( he wasn’t like that when I dropped him off) he was so scared when my son went to get him that he showed his teeth to him and snarled- behaviour he has never exhibited before!!! His enclosure was FILLED with flies and feces and urine ! I hope NO ONE ever takes their pet there. She even admitted to my son that 2 dogs attacked another dog there, while in her care and she had to hit them with a shovel to get them off the other dog ! I do not recommend this place ! If I could give a no stars I would !!! This place should be closed down !!!

Emily (and her little helper) is so wonderful with animals. Not only does my dog LOVE going here, it is also a battle getting my kids to leave the Kennel! The place is filthy, the enclosure is too small for dogs to play. Owner is very unprofessional, every second word was a swear word.

We got daily updates with videos and she took the time to give updates about our geriatric kittens! And she checked in with us for our arrivals home incase things like flight delays happened. I was nervous about leaving my cats for the first time before my meet and greet with Heather. After our encounter, I could tell that Heather is a skilled and thoughtful petsitter with high standards. My two energetic and somewhat mischievous young kitties were well-cared for by Heather and her staff. We have three dogs and recently needed to go away for a long weekend to attend a wedding – bringing all three of the dogs with us was not an option and we knew the dogs would be most comfortable staying in their own home vs going to a sitter’s home or a kennel. Thus, we started our search for an in-home dog sitter in the west-end Ottawa area. We wanted a professional service company with a good reputation; through our research we stumbled upon The Fabulous Beast and we are so thankful that we did! From the moment we got in contact, Heather clearly laid out all of the options (we ended up going with the “puppy pyjama party” service with an add-on for a lunchtime visit each day) and she was receptive to finding someone within her team who could accommodate the specific needs of all three of our dogs (e.g., one of our dogs has recently recovered from IVDD and needs to be carried up and down stairs, one was a puppy and needed more frequent outings, etc.). During our weekend away we received consistent updates at least twice a day, including photos and videos! It was really great and helped put our minds at ease that our anxious dogs were doing okay. This was our first time having someone stay in our home, and our first time leaving all three dogs in the care of someone else and overall we had a really great experience. We left with full trust in The Fabulous Beast and would absolutely book them again for future trips away. Thank you so much Heather and team 😊

Choosing The Fabulous Beast Pet Sitting to look after my beloved Mojo while we were away was the best decision I have ever made on his behalf! He was healthy and happy for the whole two weeks we were away. I could tell from the daily pics that he was relaxed, unstressed, well fed and clean. Heather and her team did everything possible to make sure that he was safe, stimulated and cuddled every day and they reported, in great detail, how he was looking, eating and behaving. Heather did a great job of looking after our cat. Jar Jar is very shy and did her best to hide but Heather was able to ensure she was still eating regularly, playing and using her litter box. Heather texted me and kept me aware each day of her visits and what was going on. It was a really great experience knowing that someone was so invested in ensuring Jar Jar was well looked after while we were gone. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Fabulous Beast Pet sitting and without a doubt I will be engaging their services again.

Thank you Heather and Jade for doing such a marvelous job looking after my cats. They took great care to make sure that my "babies" had a great experience. Although my cats are shy I have photographs of them making new friends. Best of all, when we arrived home they acted like we had never left them. They come to my house twice a day and I receive concise reports for every visit and pictures of what my girls are up to. We "chat" whenever necessary. Heather and her team did an amazing job of caring for our cats while on vacation. The oldest was recently diagnosed with diabetes and we were still in the learning stage. Heather and her team put us at ease knowing that Levi was being monitored and well cared for. The youngest has separation anxiety but there were no issues while we were away. They even were able to make friends with her. I’m sure they miss the attention that Heather and her team gave them each visit. Thanks to all.

I reached out to Andrew’s dog care business to inquire about services for our dog. I was surprised when Andrew refused to have a voice conversation, insisting on electronic communication only. This policy wasn’t mentioned anywhere on his website, which made the situation unexpected and confusing. If you got so angry about a phone conversation then why didn't your website say anything about a process? What I found most frustrating was that Andrew seemed to expect me to already understand how his process worked, despite there being no detailed information on his website about the business operations. I believe it's unreasonable to discuss booking dates without first understanding how a service works, and also to see if our dog fit with Andrew . Unfortunately Andrew only wanted to talk about dates. A dog is like a child. When I asked for a conversation to clarify things, Andrew’s reaction felt erratic and disproportionate to a simple request. I even tried to be accommodating, I asked if there was anything I could do to reassure him and was offering to write everything down if that made him more comfortable, but his unwillingness to engage in a basic conversation left me feeling uncomfortable. I’ve never encountered a business that refuses to speak directly with clients over something as important as pet care. Andrews behavior was completely rude and unnecessary. We weren't asking Andrew to go above and beyond what is reasonable for a situation like this. Because of this experience, people should think twice about contacting Andrew.

We love Tippy Taps! I'm so glad I found home based care for our dog. Tippy Taps is easy to deal with, updates you throughout the day with texts and pictures, and takes great care of our dog. Pretty sure our dog Lady enjoys going to see them too as she never seems upset when I leave, and always smiling when I pick her up. I never feel bad leaving her with them. We'll forever use Tippy Taps.

Andrew is very professional and positive! We left our dog Charlie with him and his own furry friend Malachite for a weekend as we headed off for a trip outside of the city. Andrew was super friendly with Charlie and kept us informed each day with tons of photos and messages! When we picked Charlie up he was super happy and relaxed. I’d give ten stars if I could! We left our Aussie shepherd pup Boone in the care of Andrew this past weekend and he had the BEST time. Everything about our experience with Tippy Taps was so positive, Andrew was so thorough and patient with me, going over all the details and taking time for a meet and greet before I dropped Boone off. His love of animals is evident and I immediately felt at ease and reassured knowing Boone would be in caring hands. Andrew kept us updated throughout the weekend with photos and texts and I felt great seeing that Boone was having just as much fun (if not more fun!) than we were having. Boone can’t wait to go back - it’s safe to say we’re clients for life❤️

As with most dog owners we are always hesitant to try someone new with our dogs. We have 2 Bostons, 14.5 and 9 yo, so they are pretty set in their ways. Andrew was accommodating and completely on top of things with our oldest, who just started taking medications. He stayed in our home while we were away for a week and took care of that too. He kept us up to date on all things Boston, and when there was a question he made sure to find out. They clearly loved their time with him given we got the silent treatment when we got back. Always a great sign they were well cared for. I will not hesitate to use Andrew (Tippy Taps Barrhaven) again and will certainly tell everyone about their 5 star experience. Brodie and Dazzler are looking forward to our next trip, so they can get spoiled again. Thank you.

Andrew is an excellent person and a professional pet sitter. He took care of our two cats for almost a month. Every day he updated us about the cats status and sent us pictures of them, they always looked happy and relax with him around. I definitively recommend him for taking care of your pets.

Justine and the team have been an amazing help with my very active puppy (almost adult now). I love that they have water play (during summer hot days) and that they group the dogs by their size and age for doggy daycare. My dog is always happy to arrive and is happy to see me when I get there to pick her up. Overall it’s an excellent place to take your dog and I would not hesitate recommending to anyone!

My dogs LOVE going to Dogs & Compagnie. Having worked in the canine industry, I won't send my dogs anywhere. I visited numerous boarding kennels before choosing one for my fur-babies. As soon as I walked in, I knew that was the place. The staff is friendly and always in a good mood. They understand my dogs' personnalities and that's huge. They bring them out in the yard with dogs that match best with ours. My border collie is very particular and I would not leave her anywhere. The first thing she does when she gets there is hugs the staff. Our dogs love it, it's truly a home away from home for them :)

Absolutely horrible grooming service. Explained that my dog got into a bur bush, and has some matting that needs to be removed! She told me not to worry that she will do the best she can and that it will be a longer appointment. 4hours to be exact! After 30 -40 minutes, she called me telling me that the price went from 100$ - 250$. That would include nails, bath, and getting the burs/Matting out! Said the matting was more than she expected. I advised her that 250$ for grooming services is insane and to stop working on my dog! As she did what she can with the matting it was now the bath, and nails (for an extra 150$???? 😡) all of this was said in the hour of dropping him off! Which was suppose to be a 4 hour appointment? The receptionist told me that even after I told her to stop working on my dog, she continued to work on him for another half hour! Did she ever work on him!!!! Take a look at the pictures! They were rude and have no idea what they are doing!

First time there today. I bring my dog to a few dog daycare but this daycare should be shut down. I brought my dog at 8:00 and was informed that I can pick him up between 5-6. That should have been a clue right there. An emergency came up and had to pick him up at 1:00. Drove to go get my dog and no one was there. I knock on the door. Rang the urgent number and no one. I mean who leave around 15 dogs alone for 2 hours and 15 minutes. She finally arrived at 2:15 and told her that I’ve never encountered something like this. She replied that she went to the hospital to visit someone and told me that she has a life. I’m sorry but you wanted to open a dog care then you are responsible for those dogs. Anything could have happened to one of those dogs. I should have called Russell humaine which I think I will do on Monday..I am still furious! My heart went out to the other dogs there.

Very kind staff. My pup is a little fearful of other dogs and that's partly why I send her to day care. They help her interact and I sometimes get one on one time for her and she's allowed to bring some dog friends for a smaller play group. We also get her groomed there and the groomer is so great!

Such a disappointing experience we had. We brought our dog in hopes it could be a place we could take him when want to go away. Our pup is a 1 year old rescue who is a very gentle soul, however, we did mention to the staff that we were unsure of how he is around other dogs. This was just a conversation piece and certainly not a warning to them. After we dropped him off, we contacted the staff a few hours later to see how he was doing. They told us that he hadn't settled and that he was caged up. We wanted to leave him there for a couple days so he could socialize with other dogs, but was told that he spend majority of the time in a cage. And if that wasn't bad enough, they blamed us for this lack of socialization saying they we "should have done our due diligence".... What a disgusting comment to make in order to cover their lack of attention and empathy. Since his visit, he's been dealing with anxiety cause by Dogs & Compagnie. In closing, I'd warn you about this place... Sure they seem nice to your face, but true colours come out once you leave. I'd never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pets.

I left my dog here for a week while on vacation. She seemed to really like being there with the other dogs. They took her out a lot in their yards and kept updating their Facebook page with pictures of the dogs playing together. She had a cough when I dropped her off and needed to be given medication while I was gone and the staff took really good care of her. When I got back, her cough was gone! Very friendly staff!

I've been dealing with dogs and comp. for years! They are great with my dog and to deal with. Plus they put pics on they're Facebook page so I can creep on my dog lol.

Our sweet boy loves going to see his friends at Dog & Compagnie. He gets so excited when we tell him we are going! The team is fantastic, and we are confident our boy is well taken care of. We love the photos and videos on their page, that allows us to see how he is doing.

Genevieve has a beautiful way with dogs and people alike. She is able to help the humans understand their pups and their pups understand their humans. She is patient, professional, knowledgeable and willing to take care of the "students" in her classes. Anytime we have had a question for Genevieve, she is quick to help. I would recommend her courses to anyone looking for a pup and looking to train their fur baby. Great job Genevieve!

I highly recommend Genevieve, Beyond My Leash Trainer, especially if you want someone who will teach you how to care for your furry friend in a loving and calm way. I have three dogs, Kira and two of her daughters. Kira would bark at everything, and it was hard for me to know if it was aggressive or not, which made me nervous. But Genevieve changed all of that, she educated me on how to read my dogs body language and training exercises to help build Kira’s confidence with ONLY two training sessions. She was able to answer all my questions even if it didn’t have to do with Kira’s behavior. She educated me on a healthy diet for my pups, how much exercise they need and one of my pups had a skin irritation and had gone to the vet three times and nothing was working, and Genevieve suggested a tip and it worked!!!! My two pups Nala and Athena attended the Obedience Class, which is amazing!!!! So many great tips to make walks easier and more enjoyable with a new young pup especially if you have TWO!!! After every training session I left feeling more confident and relieved because I know that I am raising my furry friends the correct way. Thank you, Genevieve!!!! Can’t wait to start Obedience Training 2 with you.

Geneviève is an excellent trainer with our Cotton de Tuléar. She is very knowledgeable and she knows to read our dog and me too. She is very energetic, and passionate at what she does. I recommend her whole heartedly as a trainer. She is perfectly bilingual

The training Genevieve provides is amazing! We took group puppy classes and it was totally worth it. We and our dog learned a lot. The socialization with other puppies is also very valuable. Will be going again for more advanced training!

The BEST dog trainer we've had. She is a behavioral dog trainer, certified and very patient. Dogs need trainers, but humans also need to be adequately prepared and trained for the type of dogs you have. I highly recommend Genevieve. :)

We have 4 x cats at home and were looking for 2 x visits per day during are vacation. We reached out to Priority Pet and Boarding. The entire process from the beginning was seamless and the communication throughout are vacation was great! We were very satisfied with Adam and felt are cats were well taking care during are time away. We will definitely use their services in the future!

** Unprofessional and Irresponsible Care at Priority Pet ** We recently trusted Priority Pet with our dog, Lucy, and paid extra a household stay instead of cage boarding, hoping she’d get the best care [total of $372.90 for 5.50 days]. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. When we picked Lucy up, we were told by the sitter, Sophie Cleroux, that Lucy had limped after getting tangled in her leash. Shockingly, the sitter used Lucy’s indoor collar instead of the no-pull harness we specifically requested for her walks. This oversight could have easily led to an escape or more serious injury. Even worse, we discovered that Lucy’s paws were badly burned during the last heatwave, likely from being walked on hot pavement for too long. It was heartbreaking to see her in pain, and it left us questioning the attentiveness of the sitter. To make matters worse, despite being promised that Lucy would be the only dog during her stay, there was another dog there when we arrived. This lack of transparency really shook our trust. When we brought these concerns to the owner, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner deflected responsibility, emphasizing their "99.999999%" satisfaction rate—irrelevant when your pet is part of the unlucky fraction that didn’t receive proper care. They downplayed our concerns and even suggested that injuries like Lucy’s are often the fault of pet owners, which was both offensive and inappropriate. We ended up with vet bills ($223.80) that could have been avoided if Lucy had received the care we paid for. If you’re considering Priority Pets, I’d urge you to think twice. Our pets deserve better care than what Lucy received.

Great service from Wyatt and the team. We had to board our 3 cats multiple times on short notice this fall and had a smooth process each time. Received regular updates even though the trips were very short, sometimes less than 24 hours in length. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with my cat last year, not as good the second time around. Wyatt is amazing and very quick to respond, the sitter I had seemed wonderful, however we were not told our cat would be socializing with other cats in the house. She came home with broken whiskers and a big black mark on her nose and some scratches in her chest (it’s been 2 weeks and the mark where her hair is missing is still there), her collar was taken off of her for some reason, and I was told when picking her up that her dry food spilt so I was sent home with no dry food. I do not think the food was spilt, I believe it was kept by the sitter as it was more than half a bag of Hills Science diet (not cheap) and because I also did not get the food scoop that I had in the bag back from the sitter (which should have been given back to me if the food spilt, also who just throws out dry food when it falls on the floor?). Again Wyatt was amazing and offered to cover any vet bills. But I was not happy at all with the state of my Cat when I picked her up.

It was Jiji’s first boarding experience and his first interactions with other cats. It was the best experience for him, and was extremely comforting to us, knowing that he was not stuck in a kennel all day. Wyatt and his family treated Jiji like he was one of their own. Jiji returned home a more socially interactive cat. Thank you!!! He will be back again soon!!!

Bronn had an amazing stay! Knowing that my boy was receiving EXCELLENT care helped to reduce my stress while moving. Bronn WILL be back and I would highly recommend Priority Pet Boarding. Not your typical boarding experience.

Priority Pets was the perfect place for my cat Pinot! He does not adapt well to regular cat kennels but Priority Pets was the perfect solution! Pinot was spoiled and pampered and received all the belly rubs and chin scratches that a cat can get in a day. He was so happy he even wanted to stay longer. I can't say enough about the whole team as both Wyatt and hosting home were very responsive and understanding to scheduling changes at the last minute. I highly recommend Priority Pet Boarding Services and will definitely be calling them again for future travels.

This place is a cat heaven. The couple was very helpful and caring for my cat. This place is the best place if you want your cat to go on a little vacation.

Wyatt set up a family to look after our senior (and pretty annoying) cat Rocky while we were out of town. Rocky was extremely well taken care of and she had another cat in the house to interact with. Pickup, dropoff, payment, all were extremely easy and we felt very safe using their services. We look forward to our next travel especially knowing our cat will be safe and sound. Thanks, Wyatt

Priority Pet boarding services is the best place you could board your cat while traveling. It was my first time leaving Louie and I was worried how he will manage to be in a new place around other cats because he stresses out when never I take him outside home. PriorityPet has taken a good care of Louie. They loved him a lot and I could see from the photos that he was really enjoying his stay with them. Plus he got to know Bernie (his best friend 😸). Wyatt and his wife are very awesome people. It was very easy to communicate with them, friendly and caring. I would leave Louie again with them because I know he is with good hands. Don't be fooled by imposters...there is no other person we trust with our dog than Bone Voyage! Our Bernese Mountain Dog is really high maintenance but he LOVES going to see his favourite caregivers (even if he loathes the car ride!). We've been using BV for all of our Conan's life (4 years) and have left him with caregivers for a day, a weekend and for a week and each time, we have peace of mind knowing he is safe and healthy. Even when we fail to plan ahead, Sandi is always very accommodating. We trust her implicitly with the wellbeing of our dog, whether he is staying with her or one of her team. You can't ask for any better than Bone Voyage!

I just dropped my two Goldens off with Sandy for the weekend, and I couldn’t help but smile at their happiness walking into her house. This is the girl’s third visit with Sandy and her incredible family and I already feel like it’s their second home. Sandy is the most beautiful, reassuring person and Colin’s love of dogs is so evident. The girls were even overjoyed to see Sandy’s daughter greeting them at the front door, you can really tell they quite simply adore dogs. My girls have had a tough time trusting after previous sitters have let us down, so I can’t believe how lucky we’ve gotten. Thank you for everything ❤️

I have been a loyal client of Bone Voyage for years and have always appreciated their exceptional service. However, I’m sad to say that my recent experience has been far below expectations. For the first time since the pandemic, I submitted a booking request expecting a prompt response, as indicated on the website. Unfortunately, despite reaching out multiple times via email, phone, and even text, I received no reply whatsoever. After contacting my previous dog boarder, I learned that Bone Voyage is now under new ownership by someone named Sandy. While I understand transitions can be challenging, the lack of communication and responsiveness has been extremely disappointing, especially from a company I once held in high regard. This is no longer the reliable, professional service I used to count on.

My husband and I love to travel and try our hardest but can't always bring our fur baby with us. We have the most ultimate trust in Sylvie (Our pet sitter)! Sylvie is very accommodating and just a lovely person in general. Our fur baby is treated like family while she's there. The website is user friendly and very detailed to make sure you get matched with the best family. Prompt responses and easy to pay the invoices. Honestly couldn't say more about bone voyage!

I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE ENOUGH! I was VERY nervous about leaving my two little dogs with someone I didn't know. My dog groomer recommended I reach out to Bone Voyage. I filled out all the information about what kind of home I wanted them in, their sleeping arrangements, how they are with kids and other dogs. I was VERY specific. Low and behold, I was matched with a family that was beyond perfect. I honestly couldn't believe how accurate the pairing was. Karen - the women who took care our my dogs - is absolutely amazing. She has a wonderful home and you can just tell that her and her husband love having dogs around all the time. They sent me 4-5 updates over the 2.5 days they looked after my Parker and Leo. She sent me pictures of them playing and cuddling them. I never felt nervous or worried about them. Bone Voyage is a great business and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a dog kennel alternative, is nervous about leaving their dogs with other people. It's actually really cost efficient as well, which is a bonus. THANK YOU BONE VOYAGE!

We boarded our golden with Sandy this past weekend. What a great experience. Denali almost didn't want to leave when the weekend was over. Our dog is terrified of thunder and there was a thunderstorm at 4AM one night. Sandy was up conforming Denali until the storm passed. We would definitely use Bone Voyage again.

Being new to Ottawa and with a beautiful yellow Labrador that has health issues we had many reservations about where to leave her when we want to go away. Our vet recommended we try Bone Voyage and boy are we ever glad we did. Christine (despite suffering damage to her home from the tornado) was quick to respond and answer questions and concerns.She found us the perfect fit for our girl. Christine is a professional and runs her business efficiently and professionally. When you make a booking you pay a deposit that ensures your part of the deal as well as theirs. She will find a good home for your dog and if something happens to that booking she will find another home. We decided to try our pet sitting family for one night before our other long trips and know that we made the right decision. Tom and Caroline obviously love dogs and Summer was welcomed with open arms. We know she is in good hands. When we picked her up she was full of excitement and had lots of kisses for both Tom and Caroline as well as mom and dad. They have a very dog friendly home and we're attentive to her needs. It was Summer's home away from home. For us, Bone Voyage is the perfect solution for our pet sitting needs. Well done Christine and thank you Tom and Caroline!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Bone Voyage. They were able to help arrange transport to and from the airport with ease and I truly felt like my pup was getting the best care possible. We have been using this fantastic service " Bone Voyage" for more than 6 years. We have always been extremely pleased when our dog returns home healthy and happy. Christine, the owner, is extremely reliable. All host families exercise the dogs regularly and comply with all dietary requests. The families that host the dogs are carefully chosen by Christine. "Bone Voyage" even accepted our dog when she had a damaged tail which meant changing bandages and trips to the vet. We would never use any other service. Our dog is very unhappy when we return from vacation.

We've been using Bone Voyage for two years (approximately 8 stays) and the service has been excellent every time! Christine is exceptionally fast (and friendly) at replying to inquiries and the families we've had our dog placed with have been fantastic. Before our first stay we filled out a very comprehensive questionnaire that covered everything from Hudson's routine to his medical history. Afterwards, we were matched with a family that could accommodate a large, high energy, Golden Retriever. We particularly liked that we could meet the host family and visit their home before making any final decisions. Hudson has stayed with two different families (we usually request the same one for him because he loves visiting them) and it was clear that they are both dog-lovers. For the same cost as a kennel, you can have peace of mind that your dog is being placed with a loving family - makes for less stressful travel.
