I have 2 elderly dogs whereby I was very anxious leaving them anywhere. I spoke with Lillian and I knew straight away that my 2 dogs would be in excellent hands. They had an amazing time, Lillian sent me videos of them playing, interacting with other dogs. , you could see how happy they were and how loved they were by all the team. Lillian thank you so much x

I was super nervous about leaving my pup for the first time in a boarding kennel but oh my God, our experience was amazing. Lillian and her team were so great with her. Lots of happy videos were sent to us while we were away and they kept constant communication with us. Lemmy came home so happy and tired from all the activities she experienced. I can't thank everyone at Moyvalley enough and would 100% recommend. They really do care and put you at ease if you are a nervous dog mom :)

She was on a long stay with you and you took such great care of her, thanks for all the updated videos over the break and for spoiling her so, you went above expectations, even having her chill with u on yr couch. We were so nervous as it was the first time leaving her with a sitter for overnight stay, but your reassurance and communication throughout, put our minds at ease so we could enjoy our holidays as much as she was enjoying hers. She made pals there with the resident dogs and visitors and we’ve noticed quicker response on our recalls with her since being home, so that’s a bonus for us. After having a bad experience in another boarding kennels , I was nervous about leaving my dog while I went away on holiday . I explained everything to Lillian , and she put me at ease and suggested leaving my dog for a few hours beforehand to get him used to his surroundings. Lillian has great knowledge when it comes to animal behaviour, and my dog instantly loved her . The staff are amazing and I received regular updates and videos of him having playtime and exercise , he looked so happy and relaxed there . I would highly recommend Moyvalley Pet Hotel and will definitely leave my dog again knowing he will be safe and happy and well looked after .

I hate to be writing this since I know that this place is genuinely great for some people but my experience hasn’t been like that, the service myself and my family received was absolutely abysmal and being treated like dirt under the owners shoe upon arrival every time. We used to bring both of our dogs, happy and lively cocker spaniels here because we really thought it was the best of the best but the way we were treated certainly wasn’t that. The worst of our experiences happened in October/November 2022 when we brought our dog to stay, I arrived eight minutes late (minimally after the allocated arrival time) due to a miscommunication and honest mistake with my mother over text and after arriving genuinely apologized profusely to the owner whom i assume is Lillian, instead of being understanding and accepting the apology like a service provider would be (from my personal experience as a service provider serving customers), she almost spat in my face screaming “you’re not sorry, you’re not sorry at all!” And while I remained extremely calm during our conversation I was deeply disturbed by the awful service that was supposedly due to a late arrival, which I honestly admit to but it’s not like I was arriving at two in the morning so the hysterics were absolutely unnecessary. She then proceeded to insult my dog telling me that he is extremely overweight and that she will be putting him on a diet during his stay which not only was insulting because my dog was perfectly healthy, I will provide a picture of him from the time below and you can see for yourself that he is a perfectly healthy weight but this also had me worried at the treatment that my dog was going to receive while staying there. We were away for 9 nights and our flight out was the following night so we had no where else to leave him and from previous experiences with my dogs returning in good form we decided to leave our pup with the staff there that night. Upon returning due to reasons completely out of our control (our flight being delayed) we were late picking up our pup once again. Again we were not hours late, less than twenty minutes late actually and we offered to pay for two extra days of stay for the trouble, but we were once again screamed at regarding a matter private to the owner which was completely unprofessional and entirely inappropriate for such setting (Lillian, I apologized profusely and genuinely meant it at the time, but if your private matters are bringing you to treat genuinely apologetic customers like this then that is something that you need to deal with as a priority rather than take it out on PAYING customers), she told us that we, as well as our dog, who was supposedly perfectly behaved during his stay, are “not to come back”. Now while this was bad enough, my poor puppy returned home skinny, unhealthy (with a runny nose for about a week) and depressed for reasons I have no clue about, we were so worried that we brought him in for a vet visit. I really don’t think I could recommend this place after such an experience, we have found a lovely place for our pup to stay in while we are away and we certainly won’t have any reason to be returning to moyvalley anytime soon. I’ve kept this all to myself for months because I assumed this was the standard, but no, after bringing our boy elsewhere I am happy to conclude that our experience at moyvalley was disastrous at best.

I cannot recommend highly enough Moyvalley Pet Hotel. I have been availing of their services since March 2023 and each time my very anxious rescue dog comes bouncing out looking very relaxed and happy. Lillian and the girls are fantastic, they are definitely dog lovers and dog experts. Lillian has given me great advice about my rescue and how to ease her anxiety. I have had two occasions this year where I needed to leave my dog with short notice and each time Lillian has accommodated immediately and provided me with video updates on my dog’s progress, so I had one less thing to worry about. I plan to use Moyvalley for many more times to come. It is a home away from home for our girl. Angela

I can't thank Lillian enough for looking after my two fur babies for the past 5 weeks. I was hesitant at first to leave them for so long anywhere but home, but Lillian put me at ease and has looked after them both extremely well. Numerous updates with pictures and videos daily, and phone calls to give me updates on how they were getting on, put me at ease. The facilities were clean and warm and never had an issue! My smallest one (mini yorkie) doesnt like other people or dogs much, but to see her in videos playing with other dogs and looking very happy gave me great confidence in lodging them at Moyvalley Pet hotel. I would highly recommend Moyvalley Pet hotel, and I will certainly be booking them in in the future.

I wish to thank Lillian and her crew so so much for taking my dog Lukey for 3 weeks and then once again for another 2 on short notice, only for her I would have been very stuck !! And to say to anyone out there thinking of putting your dog into her hotel,do not hesitate, Lillian can read your dog like a book ,she just knows what works for my lad !! The place is super safe and spotless and everytime I picked Lukey up I noticed his behaviour with other dogs much more relaxed ,which made me feel more comfortable while out mixing in the public.I have no hesitation in recommending Lillian s pet hotel and shall hopefully be using her services in the near future,now that I've found someone I trust with my dog I don't need to look anywhere else. once again a massive thank you Lillian and your lovely staff,keep doing what your doing!! xx Breda

Excellent facilities and service. We left our two Westies where for three days and they were treated like royalty. The kennels are spotless and lots of area to run around. The staff are fantastic too! The dogs smiles say it all..

We were so lucky to find Enfield Boarding Kennels. It is paradise for dogs. Linda and her team do such a wonderful job looking after, and caring for our dog, that she runs in every time! We are kept up to date with daily wellbeing videos, which really puts your mind at ease. They have such a vast expanse of space to run, play and exercise. The facilities are 5 star, as is the care and treatment our little dog. Their rooms are so clean and even have heating for winter time. So much love, care and attention to the dogs and their environment, you never worry when you drop them off, you know they'll be so well minded and cared for. Delighted to recommend Enfield Boarding Kennels.

We just collected 2 of our dogs from Linda, we went on a short staycation to Limerick and we were kept updated about how they were keeping on. The service and the love and attention the dogs get is amazing, they seemed so happy and didn’t mind that we had left them. I think their little holiday was just as good and they got to meet some lovely new friends. We recently asked Linda to mind our dog while we were away for a wedding. When we called she asked would we like to view the kennels. We were astonished when we arrived. Its a really well maintained and well run kennels. Linda asked was our dog up to date on vaccination and worming and we were happy to tell her we were all up to date. The kennels are clean and well maintained inside and out. Each house is thermostatically controlled to the specfic dog. We got regular updates and pictures as well as videos. Kirby (our dog), is back home now and appears to be the happiest hes ever been following his return from his little holiday. We are very happy customers and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Enfield Boarding Kennels for the care of their dog. We have even booked him in again. Thanks Linda from us and Kirby too!!

Top class accommodation for my cat mittens. Very secure . Mary is a lovely lady that takes great care of her boarders . Fully recommend . We have used it a few times and will be using in the future.

I have just collected our cat "Tom" the Cat Club for the third stay here. I have already pre-booked him for two weeks this summer. Tom is so well looked after (as are all the cats) and I can leave him here knowing he is so well cared for. Each cat's individual feeding and bedding habits are catered for. (Food is provided, but you can bring your own if you prefer). They are so safe in their very spacious room - which has double shelving with a wooden access ladder from one level to the other. Each cat separately enjoy regular exercise in the "cat corridor'"! The cattery is exceptionally clean and hygienic. It is great that there is such a professional and well run cattery in Kildare area. Best of all the owners Mary and Pascal adore cats!!!! Highly highly recommended.

We've used the cattery on numerous occasions and will continue to do so. The accommodation for the cats is clean and spacious, Mary is so reliable and we know our cat will be safe and well cared for.

We would not board with any other Cattery. Mary and Pascal are really nice people and their setup is second to none in the Kildare. They are caring, accommodating and kind towards the animals in their care and myself and my wife cannot recommend them enough.

Mary's cattery is spotlessly clean. She is so good with the cats. Their runs are very comfy and they have plenty of room. I would highly recommend the Cat Club.

Nice place, very cat friendly. Cosy location. They actually love cats. Reasonable fees. We'll definitely use them again next time.
