Privileged Pets did an awesome job with my 2 puppies and well trained dog. They came at a moments notice when my sitter left my dogs locked in my house with no notice. Privileged pets ensured my dogs were safe, fed, and unharmed. They will be the first one I call in future. I’ve already booked my next service at end of April. We have used Privileged Pets on multiple occasions now and are always pleased with the quality and care of our 4 pets, of which our 2 dogs and 2 cats are “seniors” and are on various medications and schedules. My fiancée and I were desperately looking for a reputable pet sitter in Eureka Springs, as we needed some help watching our dogs on our wedding day. I heard of Privileged Pets through recommendation of a vet tech who must’ve had some mutual clients. Fiona and Jack handled our two shepherds with expert care, like they were family. My normally skittish younger dog trusted them and relaxed with them, and that spoke volumes to me. Fiona and Jack were kind, helpful, hilarious, and just all-around lovely people. I was anxious about how we’d take care of our pups during the chaos of our wedding day and when I handed the leashes off to Fiona & Jack, I knew I didn’t need to worry about a thing. The relief was priceless. I can’t say enough good things about the experience, I can only hope that our paths cross again.

I strongly encourage you, if you are considering the idea of leaving your beloved pet with this lady, to Look Elsewhere. In all the times that I have used a boarding facility, and I have used quite a few, I have never been required to sign a waiver pertaining to the death of my pets. If you just ask a simple question about this policy, she becomes very rude, noticeably angry and annoyed. She appears to not want to be bothered by pet owners who are concerned about their pet's livelihood. My question was regarding something along the lines of me not being able to be reached due to the remote location I would be staying at. Being that I had no other choice, because my flight was leaving in a few hours that same day, I agreed to sign. And also, given the fact that I have never experienced problems with any of the boarding facilities in the past and this one was much closer to me than the others, I decided to trust this woman with my beautiful dogs. The reason why I am writing this review is because it appears this lady purposefully tried to poison my dogs. I say this because when I came to pick them up, both of my dogs became very sick in her care and required immediate veterinary attention, which cost me hundreds of dollars to get them healthy and well again. Plus, the dog bed I left with my dogs, as well as my dogs, were covered in excrement/feces. I know it had nothing to do with change of diet or anything like that, because I had brought a huge bag of their food and it was almost gone. Plus, in the past I have switched their food and they have never become sick from it or if they did it was very mild. So my only conclusion would be that she tried to poison my dogs to prove her point that dogs can die at anytime. Which is true, but giving the circumstances and that my dogs were both only 2-3 years of age, it did not make any sense. This woman shills her own reviews and in my humble opinion does not like dogs or animals for that matter. I would advise her to find a different profession, since she the worst I have ever seen in this industry. Dear Fiona, Thanks for responding to my honest review regarding the one time I decided to try your business. If I did not feel so strongly about how I was treated and how my dogs were treated, I would never feel so compelled to share my story with others or waste a single second telling it. I brought in my two long haired chihuahuas. Everything I said is true. The other reviewers here were lucky but I was not or more rather my poor dogs. This lady appears to like gaslighting and lying and is very manipulative. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else who has a better reputation.

I was very blessed when I found Jack and Fiona Richards with Privileged Pets per recommendation from a friend of mine in Houston. I had just acquired a Golden Retriever 8 week old puppy and was working full time. From the moment I met the folks at Privileged Pets I knew I had hit the jackpot of dog sitting/boarding/training!! Their professionalism, care, attention and love they give our animals is by far the best. To see my dog now a 10 month old run out of the car when I am dropping him off at Privileged Pets and being so happy to see everyone there is a huge indication as a dog owner that my pet is being treated to the high standards. Their facilities whether rain or shine are always clean, smell clean and I am a neat freak so this is another great indication of this business. Another great indicator is when I pick him up he always smells clean and not that typical boarding place funky smell. Fiona and Jack along with Desiree, Penny and the crew have taken care of my Duke since he was 8 weeks old through pet sitting, doggie day care, boarding and training. They have helped me raise this pup who is now becoming a great dog that is accustomed to everyone and any dog or size. Couldn't have selected a better place to help me take care of my Duke and teach me how to be a better dog owner. I highly recommend Privileged Pets to any pet owner and I usually do not recommend anyone so this says a lot about my personal experience with them. Fiona and her sitters have been cat sitting for us for 20+ years. They've always done a great job. We have two or three sitters that cover our part of town. Often the sitter sends us daily updates and pictures of the kitties. Not too long ago, I made a mistake in the dates I had reserved - and Fiona and her sitters juggled their schedules to make sure they could still take care of our kitties. Fiona really went the extra mile.

I have the privilege of knowing Fiona and her team - they care a great deal about taking care of not only the animals in their care but also of the animals in our community. I know she loves animals very much and she is extremely active on the board of our local animal shelter, Good Shepherd Humane Society-the only no kill shelter in our county. When we need our next pet sitter we will gladly use Privileged pets!

We have been customers for 5 years and have been extremely pleased. The pet sitter (Gina) has been incredible. We trust her, she is on time, thorough, and most importantly our cat likes her. Every visit we receive a text and pictures. Twice we have had troubles with our return flight back to Houston and we reached out and she immediately helped us until we could get back home. Visited for their recent NADD Dock Diving event and had an absolutely wonderful time. The facility was very clean and the shaded picnic table area for folks to sit at in between rounds was really nice. This was my first dock diving event and the folks running the event were so kind and encouraging.

We travel to Bentonville quite a bit and love to bring our dogs but never had anywhere to take them when we wanted a night out or to stay while we’re at a race. My only issue was not being able to tour the facility. We were unable to make a tour reservation on the site (there was no option) and they’re only on set days. Hopefully next time! Juno loved it and we really enjoy the daily photo uploads 🤩🐶 Can’t wait to be back!

We just had a really great weekend at Cool Wag for a Dock Diving event! So fun to have a welcoming, low stress place to learn and practice a new to us sport. My girlie knows when we turn off the highway to head that direction and can hardly contain her excitement!!! For the people end of things? An area with clean bathrooms, A/C and internet connection. Give it a try...you and your dog will be glad you did!

Dickens and I started with CoolWag through the puppy classes with Nicole. She was great, and the class was too. Dickens started going to Daycare there a few weeks ago and he loves it and so do I. I love that I can drop him off and know that he will have a great time, and most importantly be safe. This weekend I had a last minute family emergency and CoolWag was able to get dickens in for boarding even with the little notice. I had to extend his stay by a day and they were happy to accommodate since they had the space. I picked up a very tired and happy boy today and I can’t thank CoolWag enough for taking such good care of my boy.

I wanted to say how wonderful the staff is at Cool Wag. I’ve been spending quite a bit of time there, lately. Every time I ask for help, or I compete in Dock Diving, all of the folks there are so eager to help and give me answers or find what I need. Thank you for being so organized and pleasant during a busy and stressful time. It’s a great place to play with dogs.

Love! We dropped our two big dogs off for boarding for 3 nights and couldn't be happier! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful from our first phone call, through our initial visit (to ensure it would be a good fit for our girls and to view the facility), to picking up the dogs from boarding. The facility is great with lots of play area inside and out and multiple options for separating small dogs or others that need space. Multiple staff on-site to provide doggie supervision in each area. Individual lodging rooms (not crates!) for dogs boarding, more than big enough for dogs from the same family to stay together comfortably. They also have an apartment on-site, allowing for 24 hour on-site staff (opposed to many boarding options that leave the facility unmanned during the overnight hours). My favorite part was that they sent regular photo updates of both our girls, via text, so we could see how much fun they were having during their stay! I was totally surprised to get the pictures and LOVED seeing my babies and knowing they were being well cared for while we were away! A close second to the photo updates is the all-day play! The dogs get supervised play and socialization all day long (not counting meal times and bedtime) and HOURS after picking them up our two normally very energetic pups are still pooped and napping! As a side note, when we picked up our dogs after their 3 night stay, they were certainly happy to see us but MORE than comfortable in the surroundings at Coolwag and with all of the staff and other dogs - I think they will gladly return in the future! Highly recommended!

CoolWag is an amazing place! We dropped off our pup, Sky, for daycare and it is clear that the staff is very well trained and knowledgeable. We felt confident that Sky would be fine and that she would have a wonderful time and she did! She was excited to go back the following day for a second day of daycare. CoolWag also texted us to let us know how Sky was doing, sent a picture, and provided us with a summary of how Sky did during the day. We will definitely use CoolWag when we’re in town and need daycare for our pup. Thank you, CoolWag, for taking a great care of Sky!

Thank you to everyone at CoolWag for taking such good care of my ferret, Badger! I was out of the country for 3 weeks and knew she was being well cared for. I got photos and texts about how she was doing throughout my trip. Would recommended CoolWag to everyone!

CoolWag is our favorite facility to take Skye to. We've used a number of daycare facilities in Orlando, and another in Missouri, and feel this is the best. The entrance is great, with divided areas to go through, as Skye gets anxious when surrounded by other dogs when he's on leash. He seems to enjoy playing with the other dogs, and we appreciate the pics they post. We especially like the enrichment options, he enjoys the dock diving and agility. The trainers are friendly and have excellent suggestions!

I recommend! Place is about a 15 minute drive from Eureka Springs—very easy to get to. Folks that run it are very kind and helpful. Reasonably priced, too.

We had to board our lab 2x's here. They were very accommodating and work with our time schedule. They were a life saver. Very reasonable too.

Lucky is always so happy to spend the day at BPB while I work in Eureka and I feel reassured with the knowledge that he is safe and having an awesome time, even when staying overnight! Thank you for taking such great care of my best friend!

My cavapoo Trixie stayed here for 10 days. She came home with better manners than when she left home. She made a couple of dog friends and met a cat. When I picked her up, she was calm and clean. There are a lot of really good changes at Beaver Pet Boarding with more to come. I recommend this business. I trust them with my dog. I will be taking her there again soon.

We went to Eureka and found out we couldn’t keep our dog. We were told about Sue for the boarding. I was an emotional wreck for having to leave my Bear somewhere new. Sue immediately made me feel better and less worried to leave Bear. I highly recommend her and am forever grateful to her.

Sue is a really nice lady. We dropped off our dogs for the day while shopping in Eureka Springs and it worked out great. Reasonable prices and very accommodating for each of our dogs.

Sue has been really good to our pets. We have used her wonderful services over the years. Our pets have actually been exicited to see her. Our pets passed and when we get another she will be our choice when we travel.

Sarah came over for a meet and greet. She never voiced any concern. We have 3 small dogs. One of the little Chihuahuas, a male, is an alpha male and protects me. Yes he barked and growled the entire time. Yes I had to hold him the whole time and yes he did lunge at Sarah while she sat on the couch. I did let her know he is missing half his teeth and he is only 10lbs. Rather than discuss her concerns with me at that time, and I could have advised her he has never bitten anyone, and is a different dog when I am not there. Instead Sarah stated she wanted to come back with her other sitter so that the dogs can see her again and the other sitter can meet us all. A few days later, I get a text stating that due to my aggressive dog she will not sit for us. She is scared my small dog might bite her. I find it very unprofessional and weak that she didn't have the courage to voice he concern or just say she was not interested to my face. That is the whole point of the meet and greet. If she is scared of a 10 lb Chihuahua missing most of his teeth, I wonder how she acts with other dogs?

Working with Arkanpaws has been like having family nearby.My husband and I moved to the area about two years ago. Given we were new to the area, when we got our new puppy Neala we didn't know where to turn. We were planning on using their dog walking services for only a few months until she was old enough for day care, but we have loved Arkanpaws so much that we have kept up with weekly walks. They treat our dog with such love and compassion. They write detailed notes after each visit. Most times they even take in our mail. I have absolutely loved the care and attention that they give our dog. I always feel so comfortable knowing she is good hands. I have recommended them to a few people who have had similar positive experiences.

We have trusted our family with Jodi and The Pet Sitting Company since 2015. On the first meet and greet, Jodi knew the personality of my dogs within 5 minutes. The business uses a handy app that shares photos and videos we can see and the sitter adds comments. Very handy while traveling. They know my dogs are social and active and Jodi will bring other dogs out to run and play with them and keep them busy. Our three dogs are our besties and we would only entrust them to caregivers we trust.

Every day I get an update on how her walk went with photo evidence of my dog meeting cows, walking around lakes, or looking thoughtfully into the distance in the middle of a field of flowers. We send our 5 month old GSD puppy here and he loves it. He always gets so excited to see the staff and they are very loving and caring people. I don't normally trust people in general but I trust dogs and these folks!

I used their cat boarding service. My cat was healthy when she was taken in. When I received her a month later, she had developed feline jaundice (a condition that does not develop overnight) and had to be put down the next day. When asked for a refund, they refused, stating they did the best they could when they clearly didn't. Steer clear of this place if you care for your pets.

Bronco loves coming here! Cameron and the crew do a great job. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I feel very secure having my dog stay there during the days and boarding overnight too.

You can look at my profile and see that I don’t usually give bad reviews, but I have to give an honest opinion of my experience in hopes that their customer service will improve for other customers in the future. I’m not from the area, but my dogs attend daycare regularly back home so I’m used to this process. The first day (Thursday) I checked in was for assessment for two days of daycare. I had all of their vaccination and medical paperwork with me but no registration forms as I thought these would be completed when I arrived. I was told that they were busy and I would have to go to a computer to print the forms. I didn’t have access to a computer and asked if they could be printed and she printed the forms and I signed them but only after asking. We then talked about food and she told me it was ok to bring food the next day and it wouldn’t be an issue. Friday I checked them in with a different lady other than the one who helped us one day prior. I handed her the dog food and she asked “What is this for?” I told her it was their food. She then asked me if they had eaten and told me they only feed puppies. I told her they had eaten early that morning and explained to her that both of my dogs are still puppies, and had to tell her their birthdates just for her to take the food. I completely understand rules and regulations. However, it would’ve been nice if all the staff were on the same page when it comes to policies as well as a little more polite and friendly. It also would’ve been nice to tour the facility, but it seems as if no one has time or it’s just not something they do here. A positive is that they seem to be very nice to dogs. It served its purpose for two days but to be honest if I was a resident here, I wouldn’t send my dogs back.

Excellent service and wonderful staff! Everyone is friendly and accomodating. Most importantly, my dogs come home super happy and exhausted. I use DogWatch for both boarding and daycare. Our dog absolutely loves it here. He loves the people so much he whines with excitement every time we pull into the parking lot, jumps out of the car , runs to the door tail wagging. Highly recommend. The staff are fantastic.

We have been to other day areas in the area and Bella cried all day and sat in the corner. I brought her here and she loves it she plays all day and cant wait to go back!! The staff is loving and call her by name!! Thank you so much for a safe loving place to leave her. She also had issues eating and they helped us find a good nutritious meal and now she eats!! We love dogwatch! I brought River here when he was just puppy! He started out as such a shy puppy but the workers at dogwatch did an amazing job in helping with this! He has now been going over a year and he loves to go and gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. We are always welcomed when we enter the door and River gets so excited to see the employees there. This place is amazing!

JC is my cat. He stayed for 8 days while I was on a vacation. The care he received was great. They trimmed his nails and bathed him. JC was looking good when I picked him up. The cost was very reasonable. The employees seem to care a lot about the pets left in their care. This will be my go to place for pet products, vet care and boarding.
