We absolutely love PAWS ZONE! It’s the best doggy day care ever and we are so glad we have chosen this as our doggy day care! The staff (Ella, Roxy, Hayley, Chloe, Amy and Andrew) are so wonderful and very welcoming. My dog has separation anxiety and they have made her feel so welcoming. I love receiving little updates about her day and the photos to go with it. This is hands down the best doggy day care ever ! We can’t wait to come back and visit each week… I wish there was more stars that we could give !!!! Lottie says that she loves everyone at doggy day care and loves all the cuddles and especially likes playing on the slide with Ella .

Staff are all super lovely. My dog has a great time and I love all the photos I get of his visit. Not only do they offer doggy day care but dog grooming too.

Milo our kelpie loves going to doggy day care at pawszone. The staff there are professional and caring. I have tried several other doggy day cares in Melbourne and Pawszone is the best by far. We have come across just recently to paws zone from another daycare. All I can say it how incredible our experience has been. Instantly felt the love the staff have for the dogs there and it makes me feel so comfortable knowing my babies are loved like this even in such a short time. The staff are awesome friendly and welcoming and I am so glad I came across them!

We are so grateful to have found Paws Zone! Our 1.5 year old corgi Mushu has benefitted so much from their service, since attending as a pup. He is so well socialised and friendly which we attribute heavily to paws zone! Mushu gets so excited the moment we turn into the paws zone driveway. It is his home away from home. We utilise the daycare service weekly and have used their boarding service also, both of which have been amazing. The staff are so kind and their love for dogs truly shows. As a very protective paw parent I am quite fussy with who I trust with Mushu, but I can say hand on my heart, I trust the paws zone staff with absolutely everything. The team at Paws Zone are simply amazing! They came to our rescue last minute while we were doing some home renovations and had no where to leave our puppy. It’s the perfect place where your dog is cared for with love and affection, along with wonderful socialising with other dogs. We were sent several photos and videos to ensure our pup was having a great time! I would definitely recommend these guys to all my family and friends in the future. See you guys again soon.

I have used their Services regularly and my dog has always came back happy. They took good care of Casper, shared pictures and videos regularly. Owner is always welcoming and a good individual to have a chat or two. No issues or concerns so far.

Sharon looked after our boy for 3 weeks while we were away. He came back happy and healthy so it was clear that he was well looked after during his stay. He also enjoyed the company of Teddy and other dogs. She was easy to get in touch with and promptly gave us updates when requested

Sharon and Jessica care for my two golden retrievers on a regular basis. The dogs now run in happily when they are dropped off. Sharon sends regular updates and photos. She is reliable and the dogs are well fed and exercised and given lots of affection. Sharon genuinely cares for all the pets that come into her care.

Sharon takes the best care of my 2 golden retriever girls. One has more anxiety in general but she loves going to GoldenPawz and runs in the door happily when we take her. We are so comfortable knowing they are in such good hands.

I was recommended Golden Pawz by my cousin who said it was like dropping your dog over to a friend's house. Sharon and Jessica clearly love dogs and it was it was great to know our border collie Koby was having a nice time while we were away. The photo updates and messages from Sharon made us feel really comfortable that Koby was happy and being well looked after. We will definately be using Sharon again to look after our boy. Sharon and Jessica have been caring for Klaus (black and tan dachshund) for a few months now. They have special sausage dog play days and Klaus can't wait to visit! He is always very excited to leave the house and always returns home tired and satisfied. Thanks for all the care!

My greyhound Inky loves the staff at KIP Bayswater! She goes weekly and comes home ready for a snooze. I get photo/video updates during her stay so I can see how she is getting on. It is evident the staff love the dogs and I’m very grateful to them for the excellent care they provide.

Checked our fur baby in for day care. Were met by a very friendly and professional staff member who explained the process thoroughly. When we picked up, were informed of any issues (good or bad). We could tell by the smile on our dog that she had an enjoyable time. Will definitely use this location again when next in the area.

My choc lab absolutely loves spending time at Hop and scotch. He has connected well with the ladies who work there and is very social and friendly will all of the dogs. All positive experiences and we would and have already recommended the service to people we know.

Rolo loves his weekly daycare visit to Kip! The staff are very friendly, and have taken the time to build trust with my dog who can be on the nervous side (especially Caylee). They also always take the time to let me know how his day went and what he got up to. It's hard to tire a Kelpie out but Rolo always comes home and puts himself straight to bed. I love seeing the beautiful photos and videos of all the happy pups throughout the day! 🥰🐕

My dog has been going to KIP (formally known as Hop&Scotch) for just over 3 years. The staff have been brilliant with my nervous boy. Taking time to gain his trust and now he loves bounding into day care weekly and boy does he sleep well when he gets home.

Hugo my Staffy pup, loves his weekly visits. He started when he was 12 weeks and since then pulls me into the premises with excitement. Amazing boarding. Our 3 dogs go here including our super anxious, nervous JRT. They have worked wonders with him and he loves this place! All our dogs are so well taken care of, clean and happy there, highly recommend. Thanks Kartina, Belinda and all the other wonderful staff who make it happen.

Lovely place for my dog. Have left my dog with them a few times for a long holiday and he's very happy and well cared for. Only issue is that, they are really hard get in contact with. I have to ring and text them multiple times for them to respond and this is during their business hours. Apart from that, quite happy with their service.

Boarded our 2 large dogs for 4 nights. Katrina was very welcoming to us and our dogs (one is shy/timid of strangers and a bit nervous but warmed to them). Very knowledgeable, friendly and gave a great handover when we picked them up. Fantastic place and service. Added bonus was Katrina put us onto a larger biscuit that is similar to one our dogs loved while living overseas and fed them these while they stayed.... We stopped at the pet supplies shop Down the road from there and got a large box On the way home! Both dogs enjoyed their stay at the kennels and are stuffed! We will definitely board them with her again and highly recommend Clematis boarding kennels! All the 5 star reviews are evident of the fantastic service and care she provides for our fur babies.

Our two fur babies stayed at Clematis Boarding kennels for 16 nights. We picked them up this morning and we could see they have been taken well care of. They looked healthy and happy and although delighted to see us were also happy where they had been. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone who loves their dogs as much as we do! I left my dog at Clemantis and my experience was amazing. When I picked my dog she was looking very happy and healthy. I forgot my dogs medicine when I dropped her but Katrin ordered those tablets for me and feed medicine to my dog everyday. Thanks Katrina for looking after our dog and for your help. I will definitely recommend and use this kennel in future to family and friends.

They take wonderful care of my highly anxious Minature Pinscher. She goes there for both day care and overnight stays. She went from extreme fear to running in with her tail wagging. No one can hug this dog except me - and the wonderful Katrina and Belinda at Clematis Boarding. They are very flexible, and it's easy to book. Highly recommend

Our three fur kids spent a week with Katrina and co at Clematis Boarding Kennels and we could not have been more pleased with the care and service we received. Our pooches arrived to their new home smelling and looking fresh, and all three were their usual cheery selves. Highly recommend!

Great boarding kennel with quality care. We are always happy to leave our cat and dog there. This last time was 9 days and they both came home healthy and happy.

Briony and the team did a great job looking after our dear Snowball while we’re on holidays. They promptly responded to my email requests for photos and updates on how our cat was while he’s with them. We picked up Snowball a day earlier and a refund for the early check out was given—something we didn’t expect so thanks for that! The cattery is clean with good lighting and ventilation. Also, they have enough spaces in between the cages hence the place doesn’t look crowded. Food/brand options are available which was great as our cat can be a bit picky as he only likes certain flavours. Will definitely use their service again next time.

Highly recommend this cattery. We had never used one before and we left our cat there for 3 weeks. You can tell the ladies love cats and they loved ours. Will happily leave out cat there again .

A big thank you to Art and the team at 4 Paws for the love and care you gave Willow and Jax while we were away. We felt comfortable leaving our cat in the capable hands of Briony and the team. Despite not being in a cattery before, he adjusted well and we were sent photos of him having his turn in one of the large play spaces. He returned home a happy cat! My elderly cat stayed at 4paws while I was overseas. All the staff were friendly and lovely. When I went to pick up my cat she was healthy and happy and had obviously been very well looked after. The facilities are clean and big and comfortable. Every effort was made to ensure my cat was happy and comfortable. 11/10 service, would gladly use again.

LOVE leaving my babies here whenever we go on holidays... They really care about your cats like their own. Mine never come back stressed ahah.. Clean shelters, easy check-in, they let me visit every single kitty that is also staying at the shelter before I leave/pick up.. Its a necessity!

Recently boarded our rabbit at Lou Lou's, and we brought home a very happy rabbit. The rabbit facilities are excellent, and the hay was great! They know rabbits, so I would highly recommend.

We had our cat here twice now, he is happy to come here. Not that is better than his permanent accommodation, but he is happy here, more than any other places he is been at.

We used Lou Lou’s for the first time over the Christmas break 2023. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The place was very clean and it didn’t smell. Our two cats stayed together and were very well cared for, so much so that they didn’t give us any kitty revenge payback!

Our rabbit stayed recently at Lou Lou’s and was well looked after from the moment he was checked in! We have no doubt that he was happy during his stay. The cages are clean, hay always available and play time scheduled! This is also the 1st cattery I’ve been to that does NOT smell (even in the slightest). The team is wonderful and genuinely cares about all the pets in their care. We will definitely use Lou Lou’s again. Highly recommend!

***in response to company’s reply: I have absolutely no issue with that, you were incredibly rude- that is why you get a negative review. I called another local cattery after yours and the staff member there was INCREDIBLY polite and understanding. Although the answer to my question was the same, she was lovely and so helpful as to what my other options could be. My cat will be brought up to date with his vaccinations very shortly (he strictly an indoor cat and is only slightly behind) and I will be 100% using the other cattery when needed. Nobody needs to deal with rude staff like yours. Wow, the way I was just cut off and snapped at on the phone just for asking a question. So rude. Won’t be using or recommending this business!!

Very happy that we chose LouLous to take care of our little bunny Nola for 3 days. Booking with them was easy and straightforward, and I appreciated the email reminders about the booking on the lead up to the dropping off date. They were flexible with drop off and pick up times which was amazing! The cost was worth it, knowing that our rabbit will be getting quality hay, oxbow pellets and a clean and safe space to stay in! When we picked her up the staff were very friendly and professional— they took the time to discuss how Nola was whilst staying with them. They also had a very clean space (almost sterile but not hospital-sterile smell), had hand sanis and disinfectant sprays, which we were most happy about! Will recommend Loulous to all our bun/parent friend, and will definitely be our go-to boarding for our little bun.

We head off on holiday knowing that our rabbits are being well cared for in our absence. Makes our holiday worry free. Thank you Jess and staff!

Absolutely fantastic service! Our bunny was well looked after, and came home very happy and healthy. The prices are incredibly competitive compared to other animal boarding places, as well. Would highly recommend for anyone with small animals.

Clare looked after our cat Mr Mittens for three weeks. We found him very relaxed, happy and healthy after his stay at Canterbury Tails! Clare did wonders with him. I can tell he was very well looked after. Communication with Clare was excellent, and you can tell she is a passionate cat lover. Mr Mittens even got a little present to take home at the end of his "holiday"!

Morris recently had a week stay at dogdayz Silvan. Even though he is a bit of a loner and enjoys his own company, he is happy to socialize with other dogs when he wants too. On the other had he loves the staff and they are fantastic with him. He always comes home exhaused but healthy and happy. We will only ever use here as we know he is so well looked after.

Cannot express how much we love Dogdayz at Silvan. Our two dogs have been visiting fortnightly for the past two month's to familiarise themselves with the staff and their surroundings. We have just picked them up after a 10 day stay and cannot be any more happier. The level of attention and care is amazing as our little Chloe has a medical condition and was well looked after with her daily meds. We also received a report on how they interacted and ate daily. Both Chloe and Jaxon were washed and came running out with smiles. After searching for the best place to leave our pups, I highly recommend Dogdayz at Silvan. Thank you and well done to the staff at Silvan.

Our girl Bailee is a regular at Dogdayz Silvan a few days a week for daycare and twice now for when we’ve gone on holidays she’s stayed in for boarding. She absolutely loves it and has made lots of doggy friends so she has a ball whenever she goes. Heidi and all the staff at silvan are fantastic and they make sure Bailee is happy and well looked after. Lots of cuddles and you can see that all the dogs are so happy. Bailee won’t be going anywhere else but dogdayz silvan we love it 😊

Both of my babies (Panda and Boo) love being here, they are both well looked after and are able to board/sleep together, which is very important to me. I love that there is a daily note on how they are doing, the cost is really affordable. Very friendly and kind staff. I would recommend Dogdayz to anyone.

I've only ever boarded my Labrador once at another kennels and he came out very unhappy with some strange marks on his back paws. So I was nervous about him going into kennels again. The staff at Dogdayz were very friendly and professional. My boy Max, after his first day of being a little wary, had the time of his life. I know he would have loved the outside space in such a lovely environment. He came out a very happy boy. A big tick for Dogdayz Silvan.🐾🐾

Disgraceful. You people received two happy, healthy, well-socialised wolfhounds to take care of, claiming you had experience of giant breeds and their requirements, and your additional marketing for 'special needs'. You don't even deserve one star. If I could give you minus points I would but google doesn't allow it. I am so upset about your staff's treatment of my beautiful boy. I received the odd verbal update over the phone informing me all was well other than requesting extra funds and that the boys being a bit fussy with their food and that you were experts who had everything in hand. I even authorised extra funding to purchase their regular food (initially sold your regular diet as being high quality with the addition of of sardines, chicken etc which my boys love) because a week plus in, I was informed they weren't eating. Initially I thought this was merely a disruption to routine and maybe some separation anxiety. I thought they may just he being a little picky. I saw some questionable social media updates where you shamelessly and without permission, used my boys 'as reindeer' harnessed to a cart containing an adult male dressed as Santa, sitting in a cart which neither they nor I consented to because 'santa' ended up on the floor and both boys looked unhappy at best. When I spoke to staff they were adamant the boys weren't coerced despite no consent being sought. The photos speak for themselves. Both boys arrived home with swollen, inflamed and lacerated hygromas on their elbows which they've never had, and the 'notes' you emailed to me 40 minutes before my arrival to collect them ,which I did not have time to read properly and respond to in person, have caused great distress. Attached to the email was an invitation for feedback via phone call/ email and a request for a review. I am way to upset to speak to anyone without breaking down and have submitted a partial email response. Here is my review. My boy who throughout your 'report' was referred to as 'naughty', 'doesn't listen and doesn't care' and required 'staff to get quite physical with him', which quite frankly sounds abusive, has returned home with an inverted left rear leg and obvious bilateral weakness having previously been a young physically healthy and strong hound, checked over by our vet just days before admission to your facility, is also displaying overt signs of reactivity, fearfulness and introversion. I will be taking him for a full physiological and psychological evaluation with our long-term vetinarian who's known him since he was 12 weeks old. You will be fully informed of the results. FYI, our other boy who you incorrectly determined to be 'correcting' the behaviour you identified as 'problematic' was actually protecting him, as I informed you of verbally on the phone. Given you allowed him to be attacked by a German shepherd and then allowed yet another exposure, this was a natural response. Yet your response was to put my sensitive boy in isolation, Further punishing him by depriving him of social interaction because of size discrimination if your notes are to be believed. I was going to respond to this privately via email, but I want to warn other specialist breed owners to exercise caution before accepting your convincing sales pitch at face value. Caveat emptor. If you have any problems with this, I strongly suggest you go back and read the report sent to me by the staff I trusted to take care of my beautiful boys.

Was a bit nervous leaving Norman in a new boarding facility but the staff were super friendly, welcoming and thorough when asking about his meal routines and anything they may need to look out for or now with regards to his behavior. Norman can get cranky and act out when overtired so this was our main concern when leaving him at an unfamiliar place for him so when the staff let us know that he could get plenty of time out and rest when needed, we felt so much better leaving him in their care. Norman came home a very happy and tired doggy after his 4 days of boarding and the staff were so great in letting us know how he went and also forwarding their daily notes from his stay. Turns out, Norman was Mr Popularity! But as promised, was given plenty of rest between plays. Thank you to all the staff at Dogdayz for taking such good care of our boy! We will definitely use your services again!

A great place to look after your puppa when your away. Staff give them lots of love and attention, cater to special requests, great socialisation with other dogs, post photos on Facebook twice a week, and give you a written note of how they went each day. My mini spoodle is always happy n healthy when I bring him home.

I signed Bob up for Kip's "Board & Train" program as I was going away, and wanted Bob to learn basic dog manners (not pulling towards other dogs/not pulling on the leash during walks). The staff at Kip are respectable, patient, and truly give all the love and attention your pooch deserves. Kip Homestead is located on a massive space, so there are plenty opportunities for your dog to learn new tricks and run around with some new friends (dogs are protected from each other by a fence). Olivia was assigned as Bob's trainer; she is incredible and our dog Bob absolutely loves her. I've seen her with other dogs too from the other videos on Kip, and it's the same with them. She's knowledgeable, confident, and just knows how to work with dogs (and people). I appreciated all the regular updates about Bob and his progress! And I also want to thank Olivia for the thorough handover at the end of the program to ensure that I'm able to continue the same level of training at home. Highly recommend the Board & Train program to anyone who wants help to improve their dog's overall behaviour/want somewhere safe to board their dog while going away. I've already recommended this place to all of my friends with dogs and I'm excited to see their pooch's progress. I'll be sending Bob here next time I go away (and I'm sure he'll be excited to be back at Kip Homestead)!

We’ve seen huge improvements in Dirks reactivity and general manners since we picked him up from his board and train program. His trainer Catherine provided lots of updates over the three weeks to keep us at ease and provided comprehensive guidance at the handover session so that we can continue his training at home. We will definitely bring Dirk back in for more top up sessions in future.

Our black lab, Charlie, recently completed their 21-day training program, and the results are beyond amazing. Olivia worked wonders with him—Charlie is now so much calmer and significantly less reactive to his environment. One of the most noticeable improvements is his loose leash walking—it’s like night and day. Seeing this new version of Charlie has made every penny spent on the program absolutely worth it. Our handsome Smooth Collie, Hugo, spent 3 weeks with David, the master of working dogs. From the moment we met David, he was confident and straightforward about what might be going on in our pup’s tiny head, based on his working breed heritage. We were immediately relieved, knowing that Hugo would be in good hands during our trip. While Hugo already has good manners and a gentle soul, he had been showing some unwanted reactivity towards strange/unfamiliar things/people. David and the team at Kip listened to our concerns, worked with Hugo, and cleared up some misunderstandings we had about his alert barking. Hugo is now handling new situations much better, because we, as owners, understand what he needs in order to manage his vigilant nature. The handover 1:1 session was very helpful, as was the online course, which I can revisit at any time. David also sent some additional information afterward, which showed the care and attention Hugo received during his stay. While the training wasn’t 100% force-free so that I can’t say it’s concurrent as in trend, we genuinely appreciated the efforts and care Hugo received during his time there. From the pupdates we received irregularly, we could tell Hugo was comfortable, with his tail wagging happily to the right. Overall Hugo will be going back to Kip Homestead whenever we can't take him with us.

We left our 2yo dog reactive Goldie with Cathrine for 3 weeks in the board and train program. We went in not expecting miracles, but to help move along in handling our girl day to day, understanding how to approach situations out of our control and getting her better on leash. It’s honestly night and day to when we dropped her off. Cathrine was very real with us, which we appreciated, that our girl just isn’t a dog’s dog. And likely never will be, but that’s ok. She has helped her walk on leash so much better to the point where, now a few weeks after picking her up, we can now go for 20 - 30 minute street walks without anxiety of what to do if another dog passes by. She even has got to the point of sniffing another dog for a few seconds and not showing aggression / fear. We know that she won’t ever be a dog who can be off leash and play with other dogs, but we have been blown away by the progress she made and tips in our toolkit to continue these good behaviours. Our regret is not finding Kip earlier in her life and leaving her with you guys. We loved the update videos and they provided us lots of laughs and happiness while away from her for a few weeks. We will definitely bring her for another stay at board and train when we are away next!!

My 6 year old GSD had her first stay over the weekend, and we couldn't be happier! She has had a few issues in the past with fear aggression and they addressed her care very diligently, the updates we received daily were very reassuring and when we picked her up today she was so happy and looked beautiful! She had no issues, and we are so impressed with Kip and can't wait for our puppy to have her next stay 😊 it's a bit on the pricier side, but well worth it!

Our dog Coco recently stayed here for 3 weeks while we were away and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From the very first moment, it’s obvious how much the team at Kip genuinely love and care about the dogs. We looked forward to the daily updates and photos to let us know how she was going which made it so much easier to be away (especially for our kids!). We booked daily bushwalks and a couple of training sessions for her stay and she was freshly bathed when we picked her up. Our only concern was that she wouldn’t want to come home ☺️ thank you so much to the team for taking such good care of our girl.

I recently enrolled my Pomeranian puppy, Little Foot, in the board and train program at Kip, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. David, our trainer, was absolutely incredible. Throughout the program, David provided regular updates and insights, ensuring I felt confident and informed about Little Foot's progress. Little Foot has returned full of joy and is now more obedient, calm, and confident. The techniques David used were not only effective but also gentle and compassionate, which was very important to us. He taught Little Foot essential commands and addressed specific behavioral issues, making our day to day life much smoother and more enjoyable in the long run. I am beyond grateful for David's dedication and the comprehensive care Little Foot received at Kip.I wholeheartedly recommend the board and train program to anyone looking to improve their pet's behaviour and to overall give their furry babies a good little holiday. Our Violet spent 3 weeks at Kip with Olivia and we were absolutely blown away with how far she came in 3 weeks. The regular updates of Vi became a bit of a weekly highlight for us to see her smiling and clearly having a great time. Olivia was honestly brilliant, we couldn't have asked for anything more, our pup has come back far less anxious, far more engaged and the handover session has made us feel like we can continue on the great work that Olivia started. We could not recommend both Kip and Olivia any higher!!

Cannot thank David and the team at Kip enough. Eldin recently came in for the Board and train program as he was reactive with other dogs and became hard for me to control when his emotional state was so high. The difference from drop off to pick up was absolutely amazing. I also now have the confidence to continue the training with the abundance of information I have to refer to. The staff are all lovely and the grounds are spectacular. Highly recommended. And as you can see, the smile on Eldins face says it all.
