I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly & Thomas
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. Alyssa was a very organized and caring pet sitter. This was our longest house sitter stay and she took excellent care of our home and two sweet and bossy Frenchies. I liked her communication to touch base the week before and how she initiated a shared photo album. We prefer not to get bombarded with daily text message photos and updates. She came up with a connected solution and touched base throughout her stay keeping us informed and sharing photos without a push. She even shared some travel gems about our destination as she is also a curious traveler and enjoys exploring outdoors. We would be happy to use her again.

Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Hanna did an excellent job sitting Molly, Eddie, Jasper, and Miley. She communicated well, took notes on our initial meet and greet. She went out of her way to help us get the dogs to a kennel when we experienced a family emergency and could not extend her sit due to work commitments. The dogs loved her and the shy kitties came out of greet her mid stay. She left our home immaculate and well cared for. She is truly a winning pet sitter in our eyes! Laura is incredible! For starters, she is a clear and considerate communicator who is reliable and trustworthy while setting up details for a sit in advance. From there... where do we start?! Laura (and her sister Stephanie, for a few days) took care of our cat & dog for a week-long sit. We were immediately at ease with both of them, and it was clear that they were excited to meet our pets and love them, and relaxed and comfortable in this role. They asked informed and curious questions about our pets, routines, and the surrounding area to set up a successful sit. When we departed, our dog hardly seemed to notice, because she was getting to know her new people! The snuggle-fest and hiking adventures that took place while we were gone resulted in happy pets who were calm and content. We received daily photos, which were heart warming, and assured us that dog hugs and cat exercise were taking place. Our dog is very affectionate, and Laura made sure that she received plenty of love while we were gone. Upon return, our home was spotless - tidy and clean (possibly cleaner than when we left, and we tried really hard!) We are games people, and Laura left us some of her favorite games to play (yay), and gifts for our pets, which were so fun to open when we got home. Everything was so thoughtful and kind. Laura is absolutely one of the top sitters we've ever had, and we are so grateful for her care. She went above and beyond basic home/pet care, and her compassion shines through in all of her communications and actions. She (and Stephanie) are welcome anytime, and we (Zora and Morris especially) hope they will come stay again!

Ramona and Brandon were the perfect sitters! They rescued me and were very accommodating with my needs. Ramona's communication with me was A1. We spoke multiple times before she arrived and throughout the sit. She was good at keeping me updated and I was very grateful for that, being so far away. The pets gravitated toward them from the moment they arrived and you could see that all she and Brandon wanted to do was spoil the pets with lots of cuddles. My female pup was in heat and they handled that very well and were able to keep her and my male dog separated. I could only imagine how exhausting that may have been but they didn't complain one bit. Ramona and Brandon had to hand over the sit to another sitter and were kind enough to write out the details and everything they observed to make the transition a seamless one. I must say, it helped tremendously. Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. Amazing experience! Five stars all the way... Nikki was kind enough to watch our two cats Thomas and Toby while were away on our honeymoon. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable with clear communication and quick replies. Since she was local in Atlanta we got to meet her ahead of time and hand off keys before we left. While we were away she sent pictures of our little buds having fun and being themselves, so we always knew they were ok. She always showed up exactly when she said she would from pickup to dropoff and it was so incredible to know they were in good hands, and we never had to worry. They love being around people so for her to have been able to stay with them and love on them regularly we came home and could immediately tell both Thomas and Toby felt great as they were completely comfortable. Much much different than when we leave even for a few days and have a pet sitter stop by and feed them. She asked all the necessary questions in advance, so she didn't have to email or ask anything while we were away. She even took the time to make sure everything was neat and tidy, prepped the sheets to be changed, and was unbelievably sweet to get us a wedding gift we both love. Nikki we can't thank you enough for taking care of our cats, and we would only be so lucky if you stuck around town! :)

Fetch! were a huge help when we were staying at Cavallo Lodge with our dog and needed someone to come to the hotel and stay with her on New Year's Eve. They found a perfect match for our pup. We have used Fetch Pet Care for our 17 year old poodle. Because of her age she needs a little extra TLC. Fetch has proven very dependable and kind with out dog. They kept us posted while we were out of town how she was doing and contacted us with any questions. Our house was left in perfect condition and we came home to a very well cared for dog.
We moved to Sonoma 2 years ago and feel so lucky to have found our petsitter Lois, through Fetch. She's reliable, caring and easy to work with. Our two older cats now require medication and Lois has been very accommodating with their changing needs. Most importantly, the kitties are completely comfortable around her and we feel good knowing we've left them, and our home, in capable hands.
We have been using Fetch for many year to care for our cats while we travel. It has always been a great comfort to know that the pets we loved were being so well cared for. The daily journals and pictures we received showed are cats as active and happy. The litter is always clean when we return. In addition, our plants had been watered and mail taken in. Once, part of a tree fell in our yard, and the pet sitter texted us pictures, which allowed us to schedule tree service as soon as we got home. Our current pet sitter is a delight to work with. We sometimes think our cat is disappointed when we return. In short you could not do better than using Fetch for your petcare needs.

We strongly recommend Tails Up! Napa Valley for your four legged loved ones! Melodie made our experience comfortably seamless when we were out of town for several days. Our greatest concern when leaving our dogs was not only the basics of being fed and let out, but she took it a couple steps further by giving them companionship by staying overnight, taking them for walks frequently, and giving them baths. I have worked with the TailUp team to walk my pup since they initially opened. They are extremely professional, well managed, and reliable. Melodie, the owner takes extreme care to screen her staff and to ensure that they, not only follow safety rules, but also make sure that I as the pet parent am comfortable with her team. TailsUp closed briefly due to state independent contractor regulations, but they are now back in business! I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism.

Jake is now over a year old and as a puppy he’s struggled a lot with reactivity. His main issue is meeting new people, especially if I’m around. We’ve taken him to dog parks which was fine up until recently, as he’s gotten older he’s become more guarded with me and had even shown some odd aggression with dogs at the dog park . My last resort was somehow taking me out of the equation which resulted me to doggy day care. Me and Jake were extremely nervous as he doesn’t do well in new environments. He’d cry the whole way there and even beg for me not to leave him. Now, he doesn’t even look back to say bye to me anymore. His reactivity towards people is still very much there but this group of staff have been so patient with him and he’s now come to love being there with him. We even did a night of boarding! I can’t thank them enough for all they do for him. He’s still able to enjoy socializing with his dog friends and gets to be around other people which warms my heart! Thank you all!
One of the biggest nightmares that can happen to a dog owner occurred to me. While traveling overseas, one of my dogs got sick (not Play Dog Play's fault) during their stay. I can't thank PDP enough. They couldn't handled it better; within minutes they took my baby to the vet and provided the best care. The owner had him stay with him, so my dog got the rest he needed. The entire team truly cares about dogs, and I can't recommend them enough. Hector, the owner, followed up after my return to hear if my dog was ok. Luckily my dog is fine ~ I'm shocked to read that some reviewers had a non-positive experience with the new owners; they have been nothing but lovely and very caring. Thank you again!

The absolute BEST!!! They love all the dogs and treat them as if they are their own. My dog goes for daycare and overnight boarding. They have options and one of them is for my dog to sleep in the bed with the human staying the night. He loves it!

We have been bringing our puppy here regularly since 2011. They are like family to us and I am pretty sure Mya likes it better here than at our house. John and Molly run a great operation and we feel so fortunate to have found them. It is fantastic to have a safe, clean and reliable place to leave our 4 legged family member when we go out of town.
Never again my boy got injured and have to be in emergency room after a couple hours in their care. I leave my boy to all day care near me and he Never get injured or hurt even once. Very disappointed. Staffs are friendly but that just not enough especially if Im picking up an injured boy and in pain. Lessons learned to all fur parent if the staff is saying that your dog is trying to get out don't bring him back there again.

Total professional care, clean and impressive grounds. Full intake before and upon arrival. Obviously, she cares for her charges. I feel so fortunate to have found her.
Cecile is awesome! She’s always so helpful and clearly loves the animals that come to visit including speaking French to them. Highly recommend and check them out for your dog or cat boarding needs.
Cecile is lovely, and takes care of the dogs with her whole heart. The estate is large and secure. My dog loves coming!
Absolutely wonderful place to board your pets. I've taken my pets here for years and Cecil has always taken great care of them. Both cats and dogs are on separate parts of the property, but it is very secure and clean. The cats are inside of her house,have their own cages and necessities. My pets had a blast and she even spoke French to them! Definitely recommend.
Best and most caring place to bring your pets! Cecilia always makes sure the pets are happy and comfortable! Great for a planned vacation or a last minute carpet cleaning ! The BEST place to take your four-legged family member! We have been taking our dog(s) to Happy Pet's Inn for over 15 years. Cecile and Jean Pierre are simply the best. They treat our dogs like part of their family. Zeus, our German Shepard, starts getting excited when we are about 3 miles away. He always comes back happy and healthy. We left him ONCE at another place...NEVER again. ONLY Happy Pet's Inn for him. Our previous Golden Retriever, Shane, LOVED Happy Pet's Inn. He too would get excited on the beautiful drive a few miles before we arrived. We have had many of our friends board their dogs at Happy Pet's Inn and ALL have been extremely satisfied. Cecile and Jean Pierre are truly a blessing. It's so nice to NEVER have to worry about our dog when we are away. It may seem like a long way to go for those who live out of the area, but it is well worth it and a lovely drive. As an added bonus, Cecile and Jean Pierre are the most patriotic couple that we know...but that's another story. You won't regret using Happy Pet's Inn. There is nothing that can compare to the care and love that Cecile and Jean Pierre and their staff give to the dogs and cats. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I have known the owners of this exceptional pet friendly facility for more than three decades. They are some of the most hard working and dedicated people that I have ever seen. These people have a genuine love and devotion for animals that goes well beyond what one would expect from from any type of pet related business. The Happy Pets Inn is the real deal twenty four seven and I don't know of a better place for any pet to be cared for. They have taken care of my animals over many years when I have had to deal with out of town family emergencies. I have been boarding my dogs here for years. I wouldn’t consider any other place. Cecile is wonderful and the facility is a dog’s idea of heaven. My pooch(es - past and present ) have always been happy to vacation here!

We loved Ruff ! My Spinone, Zeppe went several times a week for daycare and he would start making happy noises miles away knowing that he was going to hang with friends. He went thru those doors and never looked back at me. (sigh) He came home tired and happy every day. Everyone so nice, all so clean, a great facility. HIGHLY recommend.
My dog loves coming to Ruff for daycare! The staff treat him like a real fur baby!
Dolce has a great time at her meet and greet and first overnight. She’ll be calling Ruff her home away from home when she can’t travel with me.
