My three guinea pigs are very spoiled and precious to me, so it’s hard for me to leave them when we go out of town. I am so glad to have found Whisker Wise! Lori takes excellent care of my girls and responds readily to texts when I inquire about how they’re doing. They stayed with her for over two weeks this summer while we were visiting family and upon picking them up I could see they were happy and healthy (no lost weight, which happened at a previous place we boarded them at). She even gives them fresh veggies/tomatoes from her garden! Definitely recommend Whisker Wise. :)

Our guinea pigs Teddy and Domino were very well cared-for during our week and half away this month. The owner is super responsive to texts, understanding and responsible, and even sent us a cute video of our babies. :) Would definitely use again! Oh, and it was super affordable too!

Whisker Wise watched my two bonded English Lop Rabbits for about 17 days. Lori did such a good and attentive job in caring for them! They seem healthy and happy as can be. I also really enjoyed that Whisker Wise Animal Care and Boarding has cameras set up over the rabbit areas so you can check in on your rabbit at any time. Lori is also extremely kind and definitely cares about the animals themselves. When my rabbits ran out of a supplement/treat Lori went out and bought some more. I would definitely leave my Rabbits with Whisker Wise again!

When I went out of town for a week I was glad to find a place like whisker wise and someone like Lori to take care of my bunny. I've never boarded her before so I was a little apprehensive, but Lori assured me she would be very well cared for. She even offered to place her in a pen with a camera. It was so nice to see her on video whenever I wanted so I could check up on her and be able to move the camera around to see who she was rooming next to.The size of the pen looked very spacious and nicely set up with blankets. I would very much recommend Whisker Wise for any of your pocket pets and will definitely be using them again in the future!

I love Whisker Wise Animal Care & Boarding! Lori is absolutely wonderful and takes such good care of my rabbit. I never have to worry about him when I go out of town. She gives him the attention he needs and gives me updates on how he is doing. The setup she provides for rabbits is really nice and big. I used to board my bunny with my veterinarian, but I much prefer Whisker Wise. I have no reason to ever go to another boarder again!

Lori takes amazing care with the animals she watches. I was anxious to leave my newly adopted bunny for a week, but when I came back my sweet Maggie was even tamer than before! She has an amazing set up for bunnies (super cool modified room!) with toys and boxes and even little sitting pads for the bunns. She's super flexible about pick up and drop off and is very kind! She is awesome! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience! Our senior bunny was well cared for during the 10 days we were out of town, and I loved being able to check on her via webcam. We will definitely be booking again the next time we go on a trip!

Having recently moved to the area, we were a little nervous with finding a new place to have our rabbits stay while we were out of town. Lori was great to talk to and put me at ease- additionally having a camera where we could view our buns to check in on them was a huge plus as well! Benny and Jasper were well taken care of during their stay over the New Year's holiday. Definitely will be bringing our buns here in the future for boarding. Thank you Lori!

Lori took in my bunnies at the last minute because I lost power. She was super kind and helpful! She was flexible and attentive. I know my kids were well taken care of. I definitely recommend her and will go back to her in the future.

Whisker Wise is the best for boarding your rabbit. Lori was awesome taking care of our little Dobby and the rabbit cam let us check out his binkies and flops while were away. I highly recommend Whisker Wise!!!

My wife and I were feeling hopeless when it came to boarding our mini Goldendoodle. It was difficult to find a good location, fair pricing and someone trustworthy to take care of our pup when we were out of town. Finally we came across Holly’s website and were immediately intrigued. We reached out and Holly was so responsive and caring. We got a meet and greet scheduled right away and it went amazing. Holly and her family are so welcoming and easy to communicate with. It has been such a relief to have found Holly and now we always know we have a reliable plan for where our dog will stay when we need help with her. Our favorite part is the daily photo updates we get from Holly when she is watching our dog ♥️ thank you, Holly!

Holly was very easy to work with, responsive to communications, and thoughtful about taking care of my pup. I had a great trip knowing she was in good hands. The daily pics were not only adorable but high quality, too! Will definitely choose Holly again :)

We always feel comfortable having Holly watch our two cats while we're away! Holly is responsive, lets us know if there are any issues, and sends the cutest daily photo updates. She goes above and beyond to make sure they feel loved (and we're updated) while we are away!

We left our pet rabbit with Holly for a week. I knew right away that she was in good hands. Holly carefully went over all the instructions with us before we said good bye and made sure our little bunny had a comfortable set up. Then, amazingly, we got wonderful photos and updates throughout the week. Everyone was having a good time together. We were so grateful to have found Holly to share their home and attention with our little friend. Holly is really special.

Our dog loved her stay with Holly and family so much and it was such a huge relief for us to know she was being well taken care of while we were gone. Holly sent daily pictures which were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Holly provided care for our two cats for a week. I could tell by the cute pictures she sent each day that the cats were very comfortable with her. She even took care of an ant evasion we had, putting out ant traps we had to keep the pests away from the cat food! She always replied promptly to texts we sent while away. I will definitely use her services again.

Holly has taken care of my kitty a couple times now and has done such a good job. She checks on my girl reliably and sends me photo updates everyday so I feel reassured that everything is ok back home. Vacations are so much more relaxing when I know my fur baby is being looked after. I highly recommend Holly!

Holly has been incredible with our 1+ yo dog, Maggie. Maggie is full of energy and love and needs a lot of attention and play. Holly expertly guides Maggie through her days and always sends us lots of great photos to put our minds at ease. She has been very flexible to meet Maggie’s needs and our busy schedule. Her toddler is great around dogs, just like her mom!

Holly is amazing! It was such a relief to find a petsitter who cares so much about providing the same level of care for my dog as I do. The photos were also something I looked forward to everyday. My pup can't wait to stay with Holly and family again!

Holly’s support has truly been invaluable. Our elderly kitty who typically hides has suddenly become very photogenic! She is clearly very comfortable with Holly and looks forward to her visits. Such peace of mind knowing that she is in such good hands.

Sniff Dog Hotel is amazing! Only the Best for our pup and we've found it! We met with McKenna to explore options for daycare and potential boarding. She was outstanding!!! So patient, and kind to answer all our questions and concerns! She would go the length with her explanations when she saw we needed it. I just want to hug her for the time she spent with us! She was professional, yet with a sensitivity to our needs, which was so appreciated!

Such a wonderful place for our dog Zhuri da 🐻, the company & employees that work there are very professional with tons of knowledge on dogs & their habits. Bear had social playtime with otjer dogs & was included in a obstacle course for extra stimulated fun. She made a lot of friends while staying at Sniff, I highly recommend this place

Had my two crazy Aussies stay for a couple of nights while we were out of town and they took phenomenal care of them. Both girls were excited to see us but not frantic to leave. At checkout they said they were very good (surprising!) 🤣, settled in quickly and enjoyed their stay! It definitely helps too that they have a wonderful veterinarian available if anything happens or someone doesn't feel well during their stay. ☺️ I've never actually boarded my dogs before (always left with family or friends) but I feel super confident that the staff will take fantastic care of them as if they were their own monsters. 😁 We'll definitely be using Sniff Beaverton again when we need boarding again!

Took my little shorkie for a full grooming. The facility was very clean and organized. It was my first time visiting Sniff. The groomer listened to my instructions and almost got it right. She was willing to make a couple of adjustments while I waited. I will definitely go back.

Does your dog enjoy playing with other dogs? If so, I would recommend sniff dog hotel if you are looking to board your dog. We have two dogs and they have an option for them to stay in the same room together. You can also watch them play via their live webcams. Bonus, our dogs always look excited to go back to sniff whenever we drop them off for their staycation.

Bailey trained my livestock dog and right away you can tell that she genuinely loves her job, she worked with my dog at his level and his speed and treated him with respect and dignity. If I was a dog I would go to sniff!

I just picked up our dog from her first boarding at Sniff. She ate a lot more food than she typically does at boarding, which tells me she got a lot of energy out and wasn't too anxious or stressed during the stay. We appreciated the cameras in the play area so we could see how she was doing while we were gone. All of the dogs seemed appropriately grouped and there was always an employee in there with them when we checked in. She also came home without the dredded "kennel bark" that she developed at other facilities. The staff was very professional and did a good job explaining their services and products during booking. I will be using Sniff for all of my boarding and daycare needs!

Professional, well maintained dog hotel. So far the only place we feel comfortable leaving our dog at.

This is probably the best dog stay in the area. I bored my dogs there on occasion. And they have come home always with a good Bath. Good toenail trim and happy. These people are very professional, and they take very good responsibility for your dog and your dog's care. If you need your dog to stay at a hotel for a short time or a day, you should definitely go to these people. They're awesome, they'll take good care of you.

I have never been more frustrated with Sniff Dog Hotel. They constantly mis-communicate around day care packages, day care rules, and scheduling on hours. They have raised prices significantly with limited communication, they change operating hours after boarding reservations are completed, altering travel schedules, and are very inflexible with their rules. It's a shame because our dogs love coming here and it is a great place to leave our dogs during the day and boarding. However I'd encourage others to look at other dog daycare & boarding services purely on their degrading customer service and communication.

Alex has groomed our pups for several years. She is always kind n loving to our dogs and does a great job grooming. Also the $10 coupons are always appreciated. Bev

We use the self wash every week and it’s great and very convenient. They have every amenity you need (shampoo, conditioner, towels, grooming tools, etc). It can get dirty in there during peak times but the staff do a pretty good job making sure the stations and floor stay reasonably clean for use. The owner is also very responsive and makes efforts to rectify issues quickly. I wish they enforced or put up more signage for the entitled dog owners who think they can leave their junk all over the drying stations to “hold” them so no one else can use them while they wash their dog. It’s a first come, first serve area for all stations. Be mindful of how busy it can be and be reasonable with your time and usage of the space. Crazy this even needs to be said, thought it was basic decency and etiquette. Signage with clear rules of how to use the space would be very helpful.

I’m beyond frustrated with the service at this place. The front desk staff is completely unprofessional, and my experience with the groomer was unacceptable. While trying to trim my corgi’s nails, the groomer accidentally shaved a patch of hair off his back. If it had been any deeper, my dog could have been seriously hurt. To make matters worse, the groomer only left a voice message to inform us about the accident. The front desk staff was unapologetic, repeatedly insisting that a $10 discount was sufficient because it’s just a patch of hair that will grow back. I can’t imagine they’d feel the same way if they went for a manicure and ended up with a bald spot—they’d be outraged! They need to seriously reassess their techniques and figure out how to avoid these accidents in the future. This was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Update: The owner reached out to discuss the issues we had with the front desk and the groomer that day. He was understanding and offered us a voucher for a free grooming in the future. We appreciate his attitude and the fact that he values customer satisfaction. We might consider coming back once our dog's fur grows back more.

I do not recommend this place. I was accused once before of “free lancing” because I brought a client dog here (I am a dog trainer, NOT a dog groomer) because I needed to give them a medicated bath. Apparently my photo was taken or something to put on their wall so that their staff knew to not welcome me back to wash dogs. So today I brought my own personal dogs in because I needed to bathe them. It wasn’t until I was done with my first dog and was bringing in my second dog that I was informed that I wasn’t allowed to “freelance” in their establishment despite having my own personal dogs to bring with me. So I had to pay for one two & leave with my other 2 dogs unbathed. There is no specification anywhere about what they consider “free lancing”. If they don’t want other non groomer professionals coming to utilize their facility, they should make that abundantly clear on their website & in their facility. I will not be recommending this place to any of my own clients, friends or other professionals in the area.

I love Barkzone I have used their Dog Daycare for more than 2 years and my dogs love it. I recently used their boarding and I was very impressed with the everything. Highly recommend. Everyone is really friendly and they genuinely care about the dogs.

We have been to self wash at Barkzone and loved it so this time I booked a grooming service. My dogs had a previous bad experience so extremely nervous and anxious. He would not let me go so the staff said I can stay. His groomer was Danielle she was awesome, simple awesome. She introduced herself to my dog and talked with him the whole time. 2 hours non stop in calm baby voice very calmly so it naturally made him calm. She explained it to him what she was doing even though he won’t understand a thing but he’s used to us talking so it made him relaxed. Danielle is simply amazing!!! If you are looking for a groomer for a dog with anxiety she is the one! She didn’t do anything against his will if he whined she moved to do something else. Very good technique! Last but not the least the facility is clean.

Yeah, it’s crazy. I wouldn’t take my dog there either. I took him there,when I pick him up.He was wet and I could tell something was wrong with him. I asked them what happened they said nothing. I said why is he wet.They said they just cleaned him. I Walked out. I tried to get him to react like normal. Then I started rubbing him and found bite marks on his neck. I went back in and confronted them. They said nothing happened. And then one of the employees told me. Oh yeah he got bit, but it wasn’t that hard. I took him to the vet. They said he had puncture wound on his neck. It’s just amazing how they would try to hide , any other spot you would think they would normally notify you. I was so mad. It’s taking me a couple years to write this. But every time I see the name, Bark zone it just infuriates me.

We have used Barkzone for over 6 years, first at Hillsboro and then at Bethany. Koto can't wait to walk through the front door. Ryan has been the only groomer we have ever used and he is amazingly 👏 We have boarded Koto many times and never have encountered any issues. We can watch on the Webcam and see that everyone who works there loves their job and treats all the furbabies as though they were their own. Between Koto and my granddog Lance we are thrilled to have such a loving environment to entrust our pets to. We have never encountered any person there who is not friendly yet professional. Thank you for providing that.

I don’t always post reviews, but barkzone has gone above and beyond to take great care of my pups! We usually bring them for daycare and see pictures and get good reports back. They take all sorts of measures to keep the pups cool in the summer. I just got my Keeshound groomed here and they did a fantastic job! They knew how to handle double coated dogs and it’s honestly the best grooming he has ever gotten. I would recommend the daycare and grooming services!

Our pup got his toes trimmed and shaved and it was a very calm experience for him. We were able to be there with him during the process to give him encouragement and give us peace of mind since he’s usually squirmy about these things. Props to the groomer!

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the care my dog received while staying with Toby. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that she and her dogs Raven, Jonah, and Wally were a wonderful fit for my pup. As this was our first time leaving him, we were understandably anxious, but Toby quickly put our worries to rest. She is truly a godsend, radiating warmth and kindness. Knowing my dog was in such loving hands made all the difference. During his stay, he had the time of his life! The way Toby interacts with her dogs and my pup is nothing short of special. He returned home happy, healthy, clearly not wanting to leave his new friends. I highly recommend Toby and Wild Pup Adventures to anyone looking for exceptional pet care. Saw Wild Pups on instagram and that it is a local, women owned business. We wanted to support! Our dog cannot spend all day adventuring but, we did a meet and greet with Toby and are able to board with her pack. Our dog loves getting to hang out with the Wild Pups and Toby is fabulous to work with. I don’t know how she does it but, the dogs she works with are so fortunate. Words can't express the love my dog, Roo, and I have for Wild Pup Adventures. I moved to Portland in early 2020 and tried out a few different services, but I knew when Roo came home his first day on his adventure with Toby that this was the best one. Roo is a 3-year old golden retriever with a bossy attitude and endless energy and I have personally never seen him so tired as when he comes back from his weekly adventure. Toby, the owner/trainer, is truly a dog whisperer. Not only has she helped me with individual training sessions for Roo, but she manages to keep 6-7 dogs at her full attention the entire time she is out in the wilderness with them. Toby takes them to different terrain and places around Portland every week and her knowledge of the forest/beach/anywhere is incredible!! You can truly see the love in my dog's eyes when we walk up to her van and in all of the amazing pictures that she takes during the day. I moved to Bend recently and was SO sad to not be apart of WPA anymore. If anyone is looking for the best thing you can buy for your dog, I always recommend this service. I would give 150 stars if google let me, we will MISS YOU TOBY THANK YOU!!!

Wild Pup Adventures/Toby has transformed our desert rescue pup into an obedient - water loving - wilderness partner beyond our expectation. She’s very educated in all things based in animal science and is definitely one of a kind. My dog dog 🐶 and I really appreciate this service. My large breed needs lot of exercise and Toby gives that to him in spades. He launches into her adventure van, so I know he is happy to be going out with her and the pack. She videos & photographs her adventure experience with the pups and gives them the freedom to be dogs in great locations free of people and dangerous cars found on the cities concrete jungle. My boy comes home zonked. He sleeps long and hard after his adventure, so I know his brain activity is healthily recharging, so important in all dogs but especially a young pup. I highly recommend this service for anybody that has a high energy dog that needs extra stimulation. Thank you Toby for being a great lack leader!

Best dog day care in the Hillsboro area! Obi had a blast!

My dog loves his time here. He gets excited every time we drive by. And they seem to take very good care of him, and all the other dogs that come in.

We used a Dog Gone Good Place for playcare and boarding for over 12 years for our 2 golden retrievers until they passed and for the past 6 years for a golden retriever and border collie mix. They do a great job providing quality care and pay attention to details when boarding. Lynn and her staff are great and we appreciate their friendly service over the many years. Highly recommend!

All my beautiful hair got shaved off :( Update: His hair has still not grown back. When I brought my animal here to have him groomed, I specifically asked not to cut his hair. When I received him back I was told that the groomer just decided to go ahead and give him a fade cut. This is caused a lower quality of life for him due to his inability to properly regulate body temperature. It is appalling that you hire an employee groomers that don't understand types of dog hair. I took him to the professional groomer that had been grooming him the rest of his entire life and she was appalled at how horrible his hair looked and how damaged it now is.

100%, without a shadow of a doubt, the BEST doggy daycare I could’ve ever asked for. Every time I drive into the parking lot in the morning, the audible excitement my dog expresses when he sees where he’s going says it all. The owner, staff and their system is amazing. They’re extremely communicative and knowledgeable. I’ve often asked them for advice and every time they deliver. You won’t be disappointed with them. “A Dog Gone Good Place” is a truly fitting name, it’s the best. Thank You!

Been using ADGGP for about 4 months. We’ve had only great experiences with day care services! Will definitely use for boarding and grooming in the future and will update review accordingly.

Attempted to bring my 6month old puppy. The lobby here can be chaotic, two unleashed dogs ran in while I'm checking in and both agreed aggressive to my pup. This place may be fine, but from my perspective it seems like chaos and outreach mentality rules and they just let them be crazy. I am taking my business to a day care that offers balanced care and legitimate socializing, not just chaos.

Our dog has gone here for years and we love it. She is in daycare but we also board her when we travel. They take very good care of her. She comes home tired, which is good for a husky. Staff is great, drop off and pick up are efficient. They also have grooming services, which is very convenient. Highly recommend if you are looking for daycare or boarding.

We have our golden doodle groomed every 8 weeks. He always looks great, smells good, and is ready on time.

The owner recommended that we take our dog to a different daycare as they were fully booked. He sent us to this wonderful place and said that that is where he would leave his dogs if he was going on vacation and he was absolutely right. In this literal world of dog eats dog the owner of Buster and Lily’s was an exception. I will try to recommend them as well.

My dog starts going all crazy in the back seat. When I get close to the parking lot. He never acted like that at the two other places. I tried for him to have play dates so I'm very happy with that. The staff is very nice. I make sure that they have updates on his shots and everything. I bring them the paperwork and they are appreciative. Love this place!

The best dog daycare/boarding ever. I have kind of a tricky dog, and the employees are always so kind and patient with her. The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I love that I can drop her off just for a couple hours to get some socialization. A lot of dog daycares can feel corporate-y and cold, but this is such a community-oriented, welcoming environment. My dog loves it here!

My pup loves coming here. Anytime we get anywhere near that part of town he starts getting really excited. They are nice, friendly and truly love and care about all the dogs who go here. We've boarded him here overnight many times. They also provide baths, and grooming. Great place, friendly staff. Bonus: I can watch my for my dog on their IG story daily. It's really fun :)

Buster & Lilly’s is like bringing our dog to his second home. He has gone there since he was 6 months old and he is now almost 11years old. The entire staff cares for the dogs as their own. Our dog was staying there while we were out of town and he had a medical emergency. Brian and the entire staff went above and beyond to help our dog as we frantically tried to make it home. I highly recommend this doggie daycare if you are looking for a welcoming and loving place to take your doggie!

Highly recommend! It makes me so happy to see my dog get excited to go inside and play. She comes home and sleeps like crazy. And every time I say “you want to go to Buster and Lilly’s?” her ears perk up and she gets so excited! They are also extremely accommodating, the owner and staff are very kind and the price is great.

The staff at Buster and Lilly’s are the sweetest and kindest people, who 100% genuinely care about every kid/pup that walks through there doors. While providing amazing customer service. They totally spoil my pup with lots of belly rubs and love caring him around. The owner is truly a compassionate, caring and loving person. Who cares about the well being of every pup that stays at there facility. The facility itself is very clean and professional. They have been my go to boarding and daycare place for the last couple of years, since Fort Wags closed there doors. No other boarding/daycare place can put a candle next to Buster and Lilly’s!!! I’m always happy to recommend them to any pup parent.

Brenda was amazing with my fur baby, Ella. I really enjoyed the journals, pictures, and all the updates! This has been the best dog walking experience I have ever had. I will definitely be sticking with Fetch! pet care, especially if Brenda takes care of my Ella.
