This boarding facility is the only one my dog feels comfortable at. She always leave with a smile on her face. Before, when we would board her at other facilities, she would come home usually with diarrhea and won’t eat after a couple days due to the stress of being away from home However, ever since boarding here, she returns home and has regular bowel movements and eats like normal. The boarding cages are very spacious and has an area that allows them to go in and out. The people who work there are super friendly and the prices are unbeatable for everything that you get. Highly highly recommend boarding your pets here!

Tilleys is probably the best boarding facility I have ever used! I left my 3 dachshunds there for the first time for a weekend. They are safe, clean and take excellent care of the all the pets. They keep you informed as to how your pet is doing and will even send a video if requested. Erin and Kathy take care of the pets and are so good with them! My girls seemed very happy, well cared for and comfortable. They follow all your instructions for feeding and anything your pet might require while there. They take your pet outside to play for playtime for 15 minutes 3 times a day alone. All the pets get their playtime indivilally so the other dogs don''t efer intermingle. That's a lot of work, ydet they are wonderful and patient and very happy with their job. They're prices are excellent and not over budget. I have no hesitation using them again. I love Tilleys!!!

They are loving yet professional with our dog. Always make me feel like I'm an important part of their business. And they are always excited to welcome our sog!

I boarded my cat, Tilly, here for the first time this weekend and was over the moon with the care she received. At 3 years old, this was her first time ever boarding anywhere and she has some anxiety issues / is a literal “scaredy cat”. I was so worried she would be shut down and hateful, but the staff went above and beyond to make her first experience as comfortable as possible and within two days she was exploring and letting them pet her and coming out of her shell! They sent me video updates so I could see how she was doing and it was such a relief knowing she was in such good hands! They are extremely affordable and I would highly recommend the Pet Villa to anyone looking for kind and caring people to care for their furbabies.

Kathy and the entire team are always friendly and seem pleased that we choose Tilley's Pet Villa. Erin is awesome and greets my pets by name. She even dressed them up in costumes last Halloween! I feel confident that my babies are well cared for when they stay. Thanks to everyone for the care you take with our pups!

All the staff is fantastic. We bring all 3 of our dogs here, and they love getting to come. We travel over 2 hrs one way to leave our pets with them. We don't trust anyone else.

Took our 12 yr old poodle here for the first time and I’m impressed with the way they handle things especially during this Covid pandemic. The place is very clean and our little Snickers came home smelling amazing with an adorable haircut. He was happy and very well taken care of. Definitely taking our fur babies back for grooming and we will use Pet Villa for boarding as well.

My dogs were boarded here for several days and came home happy and obviously well cared for! I was worried about our younger girl, she's a bit sensitive but she seemed in great spirits. The staff even altered their normal dog walking routine to make our pups more comfortable. We will definitely use Pet Villa again!

I was so extremely happy with the service Ms. Sherry provided for my two dogs!! I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about her, the clean facility and her staff… but I’ll try ;) Let me start by saying I have never boarded my dogs before. They have never stayed away from my home. They were either with me or my children. So when I couldn’t find a pet friendly hotel that would accommodate for my annual bday trip I actually canceled it all. Then someone suggested boarding and of course I recalled all the terrible videos I had seen on the internet. However I took a peek at Pet Villas reviews and then called and spoke with Ms. Sherry. I asked if I could tour the facilities and of course she obliged. I brought my two dogs, a 7 yr Shih Tzu and a 4 yr Frenchie with me. That way if I did like it, they wouldn’t be shell shocked at drop off. They were immaculately cleaned! She explained they care they took with each dog, cleaning, walking and feeds. I explained my frenchies allergies and the shih tzus temperament. I could tell that she GENUINELY loves dogs. She truly loves and cares for each of them. This wasn’t just some act she put on to get ppl in the door. I was very impressed with everything about the entire place so I definitely set up everything for our trip. While away we stayed in contact and Sherry let me know that my greedy lil frenchie wasn’t eating as much as he should. Her and the staff took extra time with him in a quiet area to give him some extra lovies and snacks just to be sure he was getting enough to eat and to help with his obvious depression. This helped immediately. When we arrived to pick them both up after 5 days l, they were happy and healthy. Neither had dropped an ounce. Ms. Sherry is a Godsend to this mama and her babies. I sincerely couldn’t be more happy with the service and attention my babies received from all the ladies there. Thank you SO much for loving my babies!

My husband and I have been using this facility on and off for a year. They always provide the friendliest service, my dogs are always happy, and the staff is super sweet! 10/10 recommend!

Love, love, love! This place is in a beautiful setting with lots of room to run for our babies. Plenty of shade in the summertime. You can tell that they truly care about the animals they’re trusted with. Lots of play time, too! Cindy and her staff take the time to learn about the individual personalities of their guests so it’s a pleasant stay for everyone. I’m so happy that I was able to secure a spot here, and I will definitely be back!

My dog recently boarded with Snuggle Inn for 9 days. Within 24 hours of picking my dog up, I noticed she had an injury to her tail and that her tail was infected and dark looking. My dog saw a vet within 48 hours, to which I was informed that several inches of my dog’s tail was necrotic and needed to be amputated. I called Snuggle Inn to ask questions and it was at this point that I was notified my dog injured her tail while in the kennel while she was staying there. Prior to this, I never received any communication of this injury. Long story short, Snuggle Inn paid half of my dog’s surgery cost, which I appreciate. While we will not be back, I hope this is a learning experience for staff and that there is some improvement to policies around documenting, communicating and seeking treatment for even what appear to be to minor injuries so this doesn’t happen to another animal.

Our dogs enjoyed their stay. They came home happy and we felt good leaving them there.

First time boarding my spoiled dog anywhere. By the time I walked out of there I was feeling the love for my Bodie. Gone 5 days and didn't worry at all. Highly recommend this place for your fur baby.

Hands down the best place for your dog from Anderson to Greenville! We didn’t feel any remorse for leaving our dog here. The area is clean and relaxing. The caretakers our super friendly and truly love dogs. Your dog actually gets played with here, not just let out. My dog didn’t want to leave, she loved it so much. I’m so glad to finally find a place for my dog to stay that I don’t have to go on vacation and worry about her. Will definitely be returning for the next vacation.

We continue to use snuggle inn to take care of our two dogs when we go out of town. If we need overnight and daycare for our pups we always ask if there is an opening there. If not, we will change our plans. The dogs seem to do fine there. I appreciate all the staff that take care of our pups.

It was our first experience leaving Teddy with anyone. We were so grateful a friend recommended Snuggle Inn. They took great care our little buddy while we were gone and were great about communicating with us throughout the stay.

We love this place and so does our fur baby! He has separation anxiety. So usually if he can sees us leaving and he's behind a fence and isn't coming with us he loses his mind! When we drop him off here he runs straight for the kennel area with the staff. They are always super friendly and I love that they post pictures every few days of the dogs playing outside.

I recommend Snuggle Inn to anyone who wants their pets taken care of while away from home. Cindy has taken care of our 2 dogs for years. She loves them and they love her. We have tried several different boarding places around town and Snuggle Inn is the best that we have used.

I recently had the pleasure of boarding my two dogs at the most amazing kennel that I have ever seen. I have two large dogs, a German shepherd and old English Sheepdog that need a lot of attention.These two need lots of room and I had absolutely no anxiety at all with leaving them with the staff. My 2 best friends didn't want to leave when I returned. I will be using them all the time. No worries!

We have taken our 2 Bichons to Happy Wags since the place opened. Anna has consistently provided quality care. This is the cleanest facility we've been to in several years. Anna, who is not only a Groomer, but also a Vet Tech, has been an absolute blessing, while caring for our dogs. Due to her knowledge and experience, she has been able to detect health concerns with our pets that we had not seen. Thanks to Anna, these health concerns were quickly treated by our Vet before becoming a major problem. Anna is an awesome groomer and we HIGHLY recommend her.

Our Sage stayed at the kennels for 5 nights and we were very pleased! She was very well taken care of and got plenty of play time throughout the day. Another positive things about Happy Wags are the employees! They were all so kind and you could tell they love their job and working with the dogs which made me feel even more comfortable trusting them with our Sage! Anna is an amazing owner. Highly recommend.

Nathan was absolutely AMAZING with our cat and puppy! It was my first time leaving the animals with a sitter, so of course I was nervous especially as we had just moved to the area. Nathan made me feel completely comfortable and at ease! During our trip, he provided daily updates with the cutest photos! I have already recommended him to my friends and will be hiring him again!

Nathan is a great pet sitter! He took excellent care of our home and dogs while we were on vacation. He was easy to book and has very reasonable rates. Our dogs require daily medication which Nathan administered without any issues. He kept us well informed and sent updates throughout our trip so we wouldn’t worry. We will definitely book with him again!

This was my first time hiring a pet sitter and I was instantly put at ease after meeting Nathan. My two very skittish dogs were immediately comfortable with Nathan. Very trustworthy. Did an incredible job keeping us informed and made sure the dogs had plenty of exercise and love.

We loved having Nathan watch our cat! Not only are his rates extremely reasonable, but he's also super responsive. The first time we contacted him he came to our house for a walk through within a few hours. He has always been quick to respond to emails or texts, and was great at keeping us updated on everything going on at home while we were away. He gave us such peace of mind! Will use his services again and again and fully recommend.

Nathan stayed with our dog Sophie while we were on a Labor Day vacation and did a great job! Our dog has some pretty serious separation anxiety and Nathan handles it extremely well. Will definitely be calling him again!!

Nathan’s pet sitting has watched my dog Rudy multiple times and Rudy always gets so excited to see him! Recently Nathan transported Rudy from Atlanta to Greenville and made sure he was comfortable the entire time with updates along the way. I always know Rudy is safe and having a great time, and Nathan’s photos and videos put me at ease when I’m out of town.
