Inquired about pet sitting. She was very responsive to my inquiry and offers a great service. I haven't used their services yet. They do an in home visit first, so that all parties are comfortable with one another.

I had an amazing experience bringing my dogs here. I had to go to the hospital for treatment for a severe chronic medical condition and I had to find somewhere for my dogs to stay on very short notice. My dogs are my best friends and I was so worried about finding somewhere good. A friend recommended animal inn and I could not be happier. They accommodated my dogs on short notice, and were super understanding and flexible about my pickup date as I didn’t know how long I’d be getting treatment. One of my pups is still recovering from a surgery she had 10 weeks ago and also has anxiety and they were great with her. They played with my dogs daily and gave me adorable report cards on both of them. They were so kind and reassuring when I called for updates. They even bathed them on pickup day which meant so much to me since I haven’t been able to get them bathed recently due to my health. They were so kind, friendly, and professional and it is very obvious how much they love animals. Both my dogs came home with big smiles on their faces after their vacation at animal inn. Thank you SO much for everything. I could not be happier or more thankful. Wish I could give more than five stars !

We will not be going back. The place is not well kept and definitely not sanitary. My dogs were not acting normal when they came home, noticeable weight loss, and they came home with worms. I’m very disappointed. No one likes boarding their dogs and I thought they were being taken great care of. I’d look elsewhere to take your dogs.

After having family recommend and use this place without a problem, we were very disappointed in our only experience there with our puppy Newton. Within 48 hours of picking him up a few weeks ago, we discovered he had tapeworm, giardia and roundworm. 48 hours after beginning treatment for these parasites and infection, a cough started. It is now 4 weeks later, and we are battling bronchitis and bronchial pneumonia which seems to have started while his body was trying to fight the parasites. Very frustrating experience for somewhere with medical attention as part of the supposed experience

First time boarding our golden (Teddy) here. They were very nice, the facility was clean, the price was fair, Teddy seemed happy. Teddy had a bath and was all cleaned up when we picked him up They also had some last minute availability when we were in a tight spot. Obviously you take a leap of faith that they will treat your pet well. But we were very happy with the service. The very nice lady on the phone said “We take all Gods creatures here” - I thought that was a nice motto. Thanks very much! Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, dog seems fine when I pick her up, but the last time I used them 2 things went wrong. They charged me for 10 play sessions when I had only signed up and gotten 5 for my dog. I asked them about it. They did refund me for the ones I did not sign up for. My dog also came home with conjunctivitis from their facility. It could have been allergies, but she was prescribed an antibiotic drop by the vet when I took her the following day (after pick up) to the vet. I do not think any customers should write off the animal inn for this one possible hiccup. All other times I have used them, they’ve been good. Thanks for your reply. I appreciate you following up. I’ll be sure to give a call if anything occurs in the future, and I should highlight the good along with my initial concern. You’re always professional, and my dog is always happy to see the staff at Animal Inn. The value is great and every other time I have used your establishment there have been no issues.

Definitely read the Yelp reviews!! Horrible! We dropped our dog for an overnight. They told us pickup was between 10am-2pm. We picked our dog at 12:15 and they charged us for 2 days. It was never explained to us that we would be charged double if we picked up after a certain time. When questioned, they were basically like, “too bad”. We have been loyal customers for almost 20 years. This is the 3rd pet we have brought to this facility. They were rude and so unprofessional to loyal clients. Too bad businesses operate this way…they just lost a customer….can’t imagine we are the only ones with this problem. Would give zero stars if that was an option

I have been boarding my dogs here for the past 16 years. Facilty clean, kennel areas good size and well maintained. Staff professional, friendly, very attentive to individual pet needs ( i.e. meds). Several years ago they went above and beyond to help with unexpected serious veterinary issues while I was out of town and until I could get back to state. All of my dogs have, and still do, love it here. And grooming is excellent! Can't say enough good things; they do provide a well needed peace of mind when I need to go out of town.

We brought our chocolate lab here for an overnight when heading out of town for the night. The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. They took good care of our doggie and he came home happy! Prices were very reasonable for the quality of service.

We used to board our pit bull here and she loved it! She couldn’t get in there fast enough and would pull on her leash to get in. The staff loved her and were very attentive.

We just discovered Animal Inn when we moved to the Cape a little over a year ago. It is a wonderful place for Annabelle, who is very anxious and sometimes not too friendly. The staff at the desk is always as nice as can be, always friendly in greeting us and very accommodating. On January 6 I brought Annabelle in for a grooming with Jeannine. It was her 1st time being groomed at Animal Inn. Jeannine was fantastic!!!! Not only was the grooming beyond perfect, Annabelle seemed content and calm with the whole thing. Thank you Animal Inn, we are glad we found you.

We started our german shepard Bailey at Ccdc at around 10 months. We were so discouraged as she wasn't getting along with other dogs. The staff encouraged us to stick it out. They told us she will mature and change. Well, Bailey is two now and she is doing great there. The staff were patient and kind to her during those difficult months. Everyone from the staff when we walked in, to the people watching her all day and the groomers too! Thank you everyone. Keep up the great work !

We went to Cape Cod Dog Center this morning for grooming and Nina was AMAZING! 🙌🏼 She did an absolute wonderful job working with my girl and her anxiety. I am SO thankful for her and we will definitely be going back there again and again! 💕😊 …

Can not say enough good things about this place. The owner, Kailey, was so nice and helpful. My dog was there for two weeks full time everyday while we were visiting the Cape, and she would come home exhausted but happy. The staff was all really lovely. Kailey also did training sessions with my dog and sent videos every night of how they went. I highly recommend CCDC and wish I lived closer! As it is, Cookie the dog will be visiting whenever we are at the Cape!

I can’t praise Cape Cod Dog Center enough. My dog LOVES it there and they will even take her for unscheduled visits when she is driving me bananas. It’s a win-win!!

Dallas loves everyone here and they take such good care of our beloved. I am extremely happy with the daycare services& Dallas is too… she hops in my lap every time we pull down the street. This is my first puppy & I think she was around 4 months when she started coming here. The daycare has helped socialize her with dogs and people. The staff has helped foster her trust of people &just proof of how good they are with the dogs. 10/10 we highly recommend ❤️

The CCDC is a wonderful family business, and the only place I feel comfortable leaving my sweet older dog! Full disclosure, I am related to the owner and have been privileged to see her build this business from literally the ground up! Her passion for animals and dedication to being a best in class facility is unmatched. I travel extensively and have a 13 year old dog who I adopted as a feral puppy. Needless to say, she has her quirks! But being able to leave my sweet little lady with someone who is family, an animal lover, AND one of the best dog trainers in the state AND in a beautiful and clean facility is such a blessing and brings me tremendous peace of mind while I am abroad. I recommend the CCDC to all of my friends - it’s simply the best!

Our dog Jackjack LOVED his stay!!! Our family is over the moon happy with how much love and care he received!!! He made some new friends too!!! This was the very first time he ever spent overnight away from us! For 3 whole days!!! We were very skeptical at first, but it was one more f the BEST things we could have done for him! The accommodations are amazing! The staff SO friendly, professional and caring!!! Mr Jackjack can’t wait to start doggie daycare on a regular basis! I really think He misses his new friends! (Human and furry) Thank you so much for taking such good care of our precious furry child!!!!

Lifesaver! My dog and I finished the 6 week obedience training course. I rescued a large 5 year old that needed help with leash training, commands, and jumping. He has not jumped since day one of our training as well as being comfortable and obedient off leash in public settings. Being the only caretaker for the dog I wasn't sure I was going to be able to keep him and called Canine Complex in tears begging for help. Because of them I now have the skills to take care of such a large dog and provide a happy home for a dog in need.🥰

This is hands down one of the best quality German Shepherd breeders that I have ran across. Other show him there confirmation is certainly key and I was very impressed with the puppies that I received from the owner. He was willing to work with me as well as provide me with consistent updates and pictures oh, and I am picky. All AKC papers and veterinarian techs were provided upon delivery I didn't have to wait around pre-registration everything was very easy. I still keep in contact with the owner as he expects updates on his puppies. In my opinion this shows she really cares about his animals. The dogs that I received from him have all tested of a excellent with her hips and elbows as well as no glaucoma which as a breeder shows that he is very responsible as well. For the quality of dogs that I received and the price that I paid I certainly believe that I got my money's worth. I would recommend anybody interested in getting a German Shepherd to reach out to this breeder first. You will not be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of meeting John from a friend. I desperately needed help with my Shepard Wesley. He would not listen to me or my commands. The first visit at the compound I knew I was in Good hands. John taught me and my 14 year old daughter how to train him. Wesley is so well behaved now it’s had to believe it’s the same dog. I highly recommend the Canine complex #1 in my book. They do an amazing job.

We have been extremely impressed with John's professionalism and quality of training for our puppy Saul. He has a vast knowledge of dog behaviors and training techniques to help solve any issues. We are planning on sending Saul to his doggy daycare as well as he has a controlled space for dogs to play and learn. We highly recommend Canine Complex to anyone needing dog training or other services.

Highly recommend this place! Our 2 German Shepards Presley and Louie love visiting and hanging with John and the other dogs when we go on vacations! Also recommend doing training through them if your dog needs any. Easy to book, reliable and very knowledgeable!

I cannot say enough good things about Canine Complex. I frequently take spur of the moment trips to the Cape and the staff have always been so accommodating to my last minute needs for boarding. I love that Sadie gets to interact with the daycare dogs while she is boarding. I will continue to use Canine Complex and would recommend them to everyone I know!

The good, the bad, and the ugly. The good: we had used this place a year ago and liked it. The place is not flashy but we didn’t care - we were more interested in a place that we felt would watch over the dog and the place seemed to be set up like a house where the dog could just lie on a couch. The guy running the place seemed nice enough. And almost daily there was a face book post with a pic of your dog, so you at least knew the dog was alive and looked well. Again all looked great. The bad: Now come to this year and things seemed to go downhill. No one seems to man the phone regularly, there is no voice mail, and no emergency contact number. Also, the facebook posts seem to have stopped a month ago. The ugly: We sent a message via their website chat feature (which seems to be the only semi-reliable way to communicate with them) giving them the time we would be coming to pick up the dog. There was no response. We came by around 11:45 in the morning to do the pickup. The door was locked. Banging on the door got nowhere. Calls to the place’s phone went unanswered. Messages to their web chat went unanswered. All you could hear was a lot of dogs barking. I walked around the building and found a back door with a gate that I opened up and walked in. Found a bunch of dogs in crates but no people. This was at the far right of the building and didn’t seem to directly connect to the canine complex part. I don’t know if this is part of canine complex or not, but whoever is running that place - anyone could have walked in and taken these dogs. Customers beware of whoever is running the place to the right. After almost an hour of waiting, sending multiple messages and making multiple calls I was just about to call the cops and see if they could help us gain us entry into the place so that we could retrieve our dog. But after one last call the owner picked up and told us that there was supposed to be someone there but would be coming over. After about 15 minutes he showed up and told us that there had been an emergency vet visit for one of the dogs. Truthfully, we didn’t believe him. It seemed hard to believe that a dog emergency would not have been communicated to the owner and that the staff had left the place unmanned to deal with the vet issue and not tell the owner. He retrieved the dog for us, and the dog seemed kind of thirsty so we stopped and grabbed a bottle of water which the dog lapped up like it hadn’t had a drink in a long time. So we questioned when the last time the dog had a drink. Maybe this was just a colossal chain of bad luck of events/failures – but until this place changes some of its businesses practices I can no longer recommend canine complex.

JAC has been amazing for us. Their app makes it super easy to schedule visits. I get pictures and notes each time they take our dog out. I feel comfortable and relaxed when we’re away from home, knowing that our fur baby is being taken care of!

Ellen and team are awesome!!! Always available on last minute requests and team are very good with our two young dogs. They are a lot of work but her team do a great job taking care of them and the dogs love when they come to visit them each week.

I’ve been using JAC for weekly walks for almost two years! The pups look forward to their visits on my long work days & I have peace of mind that my dogs are getting outside to do their business & get some exercise. This team truly goes above and beyond and I can see the care and love through the messages and pictures they send through the app. If they have any issues (such as a possible tick etc) they call me right away. My boy Wilson takes an adventure walk with Wayne every Friday morning. I swear he knows when it is Friday and waits near the door for him. Wayne takes him to all different trails I and around Plymouth. Always sends a report card and always sends pictures. These folks are really fabulous. It has been great for Wilson since he is still a pup,with energy! Give them a try!!!

JAC is a wonderful organization, everyone thoughtful and friendly. They provide the flexibility I need as my schedule can change and sometimes unexpectedly. My dog loves all the pet sitters/walkers and enjoys her outings with them and they seem to truly enjoy what they do. I didn't think getting pictures was anything special, until I started getting them from the dog walkers. The pics that make me laugh or smile on a tough day are the best!!

I had a fantastic experience with Just Around the Corner! As a nervous pet owner leaving my pets at home for the first time during a three-day vacation, I was initially skeptical about how they would handle strangers in the house. However, the constant updates through the app quickly put my mind at ease! The consistent photo updates amused me and kept me laughing the entire time! My animals were well cared for, and my home was maintained impeccably. Their routines remained consistent, and it was as if nothing had changed. I will absolutely use their services again!

I used Just Around the Corner Petting Sitting when I went away for 5 days and 4 nights this past week for my two cats Nora and Quinn. While I was away, I received detailed day to day updates on my cats and a ton of great pictures. It definitely put my mind at ease to see that they were comfortable and having fun! The sitters also followed my instructions to a T. I will definitely be using JAC on my next trip out of town. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Plymouth area looking for great pet care!

The Absolute BEST!!!!! They go above and beyond to be available and their staff ROCKS! I can't say enough about them. I just returned from an18-day Safari and never once had a worry about my two dogs and cat. They would send me daily updates my pups and there are no words to explain how much I trust them. My peace of mind is priceless knowing my pets are being loved and cared for in the comfort of their home! Highly recommend.

I don't understand the one low rating in a previous comment. I trust Nancy absolutely with my two dogs. She is dedicated to animals and loves our dogs as her own. We have taken extended vacations over the past 4 years and Nancy has been reliable in coming to our home then feeding, walking and playing with our dogs multiple times during the day or evening on whatever schedule we set. While away, Nancy keeps us updated through reassuring, daily pictures and comments sent through Messenger texts. She has visited our home while we there and our dogs respond very positively to her. The Waggin Wheels website clearly states that they come to your home to provide services and does not mention any overnight kenneling. It was made clear to us that the services were provided in our home. So I do not understand the bait and switch comment.

I have been using Nancy Talley for several years and can not say enough Positive things about her. She is the kindest, most responsible, and reliable pet sitter you could ever ask for. Nancy went out of her way to make sure they were taken care of during a recent snowstorm when we were away. She is the best!

Special K took good care of our 3 year old golden retriever for just about a week. Our dog gets anxious around other dogs, so he had to be separated. The staff knew what to do, and still gave him some good attention even though he couldn’t play much with the other dogs. We are grateful for the experience for our dog and the value for us.

Do not use this kennel. Not only are they unresponsive, unreliable, and unprofessional, but they overcharged me by $300. It's been 2 months and I still can't get ahold of anyone or get my refund resolved. They take check only and have no paper trail. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Nanny Jill is a life saver! She has taken care of my dogs for the past three years, taking them out for a midday walk, and feeding them "lunch" while I am at work. She obviously loves her job and cares a lot about the animals she looks after. I would highly recommend her and I am one of those crazy dog owners who thinks of their dogs as their children. I wouldn't trust just anyone to take care of my dogs. She is also a wealth of information!

Hi i recently adopted a 1 year old boxer. I work 5 days a week and was in need of a pet sitter. I hired nanny Jill to come 3 times a week to hike my dog who needs to be active daily. my dog loves going on the hikes and also loves his nanny Jill. best dog sitter on cape. she gives the best care for your fur babies.

Jill is an amazing Dog Walker, she cares for my doggo as if she was her own! Very pleasant to work with.

poor kennel conditions for boarding, they are very small & smelly with no fresh air circulating. no full time staff throughout the day. one person is onsite in the morning mornings and another person in the afternoons to manage everything including daycare etc. no elevated beds inside the kennels; when poor dogs left alone 6pm- 7am, they have to sit in their urine in a very small space. UPDATE Sept 12th: my dog did not fail your evaluation. In fact, your staff insisted that I pay to make the reservation for boarding which I was very hesitant of (that is why I had the form filled completely but not paying),. You failed my evaluation for the treatment of animals and I know you are going to every extend to get rid of negative reviews about you. I guess Google did not let you remove this one

Tried to board my dogs while I was on vacation and was told that even though they have room, it was last minute and they wouldn’t take them. Not the friendliest people I’ve dealt with.

They loved having our 3 Golden Retrievers and they were awesome with them, we just moved back to this area and we will always use them when we travel from now on
