Out There Pet Care gave me one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Emily fit my dachshund in at the last minute for a full day of care and he absolutely loved it. He’s a little anxious, particularly around other dogs, but Emily met him beforehand and made sure he felt calm and welcome. She also put pictures up throughout the day to show the wonderful time he was having which was a lovely touch. Communication throughout was great, prices are more than fair and Emily is absolutely lovely to speak to. She clearly loves the dogs she works with. Brilliant service from a brilliant company; I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Out There offer a professional friendly and personal dog walking service. As a business owner myself I regularly recommend them to many of my dog grooming clients and all have been extremely happy with the service provided. They not only get exercised but get to socialise with other dogs out in the beautiful surroundings which is fun and stimulating. They are all cared for like they are part of the family. 10/10!

We have been using Danni as a dog walker for a month or so now. She is really nice, friendly and good at her job. She has genuine affection for our dog, which is obviously important to us. She always sends a few pics or videos from the walks, which my kids love to see. It’s not just a dog walk, it’s some good socialisation for the dog to. We have no doubts trusting Danni with keys to our house or with the care of our dog and in short, I would not hesitate to recommend her should you need a dog walking service.

Danni recently looked after our dog and chaperoned him to our wedding. He was so well looked after during his 2 day stay with Danni and enjoyed every moment. If you need a dog wedding chaperone or simply need someone to leave your dog with for a few days look no further than Danni.

Danni has looked after our dog several times over the last few months. (Yorkiepoo now 10 months) She is reliable, flexible and reasonably priced. A very friendly and helpful service. Danni is always happy to follow instructions and keeps me updated via text. I love receiving photos and videos of the fun walks Skye goes on with her doggy pals. Danni was fantastic. We found ourselves without a dog sitter for our Goldador and sheepdoodle two days before our weekend away. Danni was responsive to my messages and set aside time for us to come and meet her less than 24 hours later. The dogs LOVED her and we felt so safe after having had a chat with her in her home. Throughout the visit we got videos and photos of the dogs living their best lives. I absolutely recommend you to trust her with your dog(s), i will trust her again with mine.

Danni has minded our 2 dogs several times. She is absolutely amazing, the dogs run into the house with tails wagging. They definitely feel that they are on holiday. Our Cocker Spaniel has been going here for about 6 years for 2 days a week. Great for his social life, always leaves with a bounce in his step. Staff are friendly and do an awesome job of keeping our boy ( Bodhi ) happy and secure. 😊

Phoebe has been attending 3 days a week since she was 3months old and she is now 7yrs 3mths. All the staff are trained and skilled and give 100% care to each and every dog. Every dog is loved and nurtured and give great advice to us parents when needed. This really is Phoebes favourite place to be and I know she is having so much fun!!!

Excelllent vets. Just moved into the area and have treated our rescue dog very calmly and kindly. He loves going i think the treats he gets from the vet and nurses help!

We had booked through Anna for a home boarding as we have 2 dogs but one is anxious. Two weeks before our holiday date our anxious dog, Freddie, was diagnosed with Epilepsy. We were so worried to leave him as he has medication 5 times a day (the first one at 5am!) and we were worried about medication being kept on top of and any other seizures. Lois came to stay and was fantastic. She kept in contact with us throughout with pictures of the dogs and administered all of Freddies medication logging the times and doses for our records. The dogs seemed relaxed in her company and she had left our house very tidy. When we arrived back home it was as if we'd popped out for the day..the dogs were happy to see us but not at all bothered we had left them in the care of someone else for the week! We would not hesitate to recommend Your Pets Paradise. A huge thank you to Lois for taking such great care of our babies and making sure Freddie got the medication and time he needed. We will definitely be booking you again.

Fantastic service! We had the lovely Molly who came to our house and looked after Lucy our chocolate lab and four chickens. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Molly kept us up to date with how they were all doing during the hottest week ever. We came home to a lovely tidy house, plants watered, bins put out and brought in. Lucy sulked for good couple of days when she left! Can’t recommend Anna and her team highly enough - a relaxing holiday knowing that our pets and house were being well cared for ❤️

I have been using this service for several years now as my dog is not happy going into kennels. Quite frankly I don't know how I would cope without it! Bonnie has always enjoyed visiting the homes she has been placed with and they have all been lovely people. Anna has always managed to find someone to look after Bonnie for me whether it has been for a short stay or a longer holiday and I can go away knowing that Bonnie is being well looked after.

Harvey recently stayed at his holiday home for a few nights. Anna has matched us with 2 holiday homes and they couldn’t have worked out better. We feel comfortable that our little man is safe and well looked after. 6/10/23 Met Anna today for 1:2:1 training with Harvey. Really positive session. Very pleased with my choice if trainer. Looking forward to future training sessions.

Anna's calming friendliness, and knowledge, in both group training classes, and 121's, have really built confidence in how best to help our rescue dog. Separation anxiety meant he paced and howled when home alone, thanks to Anna he now mainly sleeps!

Anna went to great lengths to find the perfect holiday home for our beloved Labrador. We had great peace of mind that he was happy and being well looked after. We can't thank Anna enough for such a great service.

I honestly cannot speak more highly of Liam and the Doggy Paws team. They have never let me down when I've requested doggy day care for my little pug - even when its incredibly last minute. They really have saved our bacon more than once! Boo always comes home exhausted from all the fun, and I know she's had a good day. Harry has been with Kim for just about a year and to say he enjoys it is an understatement! He goes from upside down fast asleep to woofing at the door waiting to get in the van in about 30 seconds! Kim is always chatty and clearly loves my dog and looks after him so well. I can’t rate this service highly enough at 5 stars. It deserves 10!

A fabulous team - they really care about all of their four-legged chums, with the dogs’ enjoyment a priority. Very friendly, with a genuine interest in getting to know you as a client and also understanding what’s best for the dog. My name is Lyn Smith and I live in Hampton. I have been using Doggy Paws for the past three years for daycare, daily walks and boarding for my two dogs Jasmine and Archie who I adore and who I am VERY particular about whose care they are in as they are very special to me. I am extremely surprised to read Amy Jackson's review as this is totally not my experience at all. My dogs adore Debbie and when they hear her key in the door the neighbours at the other end of the street must hear their barking and squealing with excitement and they can't wait to get in the van! I have always found Debbie to be extremely accommodating to all my special requests, flexible when I need to change things and she loves and cares wonderfully for all the dogs in her care - even the ones with problem behaviour, of which by all accounts she has a few on her books, and she looks after the badly behaved ones with as much care and professionalism as the well-behaved ones. I appreciate that sometimes things don't go to plan, and not everyone's experience is the same, and sometimes my dogs come home muddy and dirty and in need of a bit of a groom but hey! they're dogs not models and to me that means they've had a fun time out on their walk doing what dogs do and they come home with their tails wagging and a smile on their faces! They have NEVER suffered an injury in Debbie's care, and yes they jump in and out of their cages in the van without hurting themselves. On one occasion Archie did get a grass seed stuck inside his ear which caused him sudden and acute pain whilst out on his walk - Debbie got him straight to the vet immediately for treatment to ease his pain! In my view Debbie offers a first class service - she has always been reliable, is very polite, friendly and professional when engaging with dog owners, she has a happy and bubbly personality which the dogs pick up on and it's quite obvious they love being with her. I would recommend Doggy Paws to anyone who is looking for doggy care if they want to feel reassured that their dogs are happy, well looked after and having fun!

Debbie and Andrew are a great team, my dog Max is always happy to be on daycare with these. Max also loves home boarding with Liam. Used these kennels a couple of times now. First time they were great and managed to get my beagle in at short notice. The second time was over the summer holidays. Both my dogs seemed to have got on great there. Came home tired but happy. No issues at all now we have found a great kennel we will definitely use when needed. We have just used the kennels again and both dogs were excited when we got there and tired but happy to come home very nice kennels

We went on a 5 day break and left our two 9 year dachshunds with Dixans Boarding Kennels leaving them for the first time. We were reassured by the owners Tony and Debbie they would be fine and explained how they would be cared for. The service was very efficient and is a licensed company checked by the local authority which was important. Our dogs were fine when we returned no problems and we are grateful to the owners for making it a good experience for the dogs and ourselves.

Its alway hard to tell as dogs dont talk, but they are always happy and excited to see Debs and follow her in and are always happy when they come out. They are generally tired when they get home and are as healthy looking as always. Mine go there regularly and I have no reason to go anywhere else. Happy customer, happy dogs.

We used Dixans for the first time in July 2022. It was the first time we had ever left our mini dachshund while we went on holiday and understandably I was really anxious. Right from the moment we turned up we were made to feel welcome, the owners really knew their stuff, they were so laid back and really made us feel at ease. We recieved a video while we were away that put my mind at rest. The owners work so hard to look after the dogs and the they live on site so the dogs are never alone. My dog came back exhausted after having a lovely week away and I could tell she had been loved and looked after. They are really nice people and I'd definitely recommend them to friends, and we will most definitely be using them again!

I've been using Dixans for the last 1.5yrs (short and long stays) for my Malshi Bailey. Tony and Debbie are great! Bailey has always been well looked after and always very excited to see them. I would 100% recommend.

I have been taking my dog to Dixans for over 5 years now and can't say a bad word about the place. My dog is always excited to visit especially to see Debbie. I have peace of mind and can relax knowing my dog is well cared for. Every time i have arrived to drop off or pick up my dog i have been warmly greeted by either Tony or Debbie who always ask how I'm doing and are just generally lovely people. Any advice i have needed about my dog they have taken the time to help me even in their own time when the kennels are closed. Can't recommend them enough. They run this place all on their own, no staff which i think says a lot. :-) Stacey

We've been coming to Dixans Boarding for seven years now and I know my cat Muggle is in safe hands! I can't recommend their service enough and I always enjoy a chat with Debbie and Tony when I do drop off or pick up! On one occasion, we were stranded in their drive-way and they couldn't have been more kind and helpful to my family, for which I'll always be grateful.

We have used Dixans for the last 10 or so years for holidays, day care and grooming, after they were recommended to us. Debbie and Tony are excellent; our dog is always excited to see them and I know they always look forward to seeing him. I’ve been using Dixans for doggy day care for 5 years and my dog loves it, so much so that he pulls ahead of me to get in every morning, Tony and Debbie have always taken great care of him and have been great help and support when he has been ill. This was our first time leaving our dogs whilst we went away and they seemed to have as good a time as we did. I was so impressed with the detail taken during registration to ensure our dogs were matched perfectly to their host. I had regular updates and we were able to relax knowing they were having the time of their lives. I cannot rate Barking Mad highly enough! Our host was amazing at keeping us updated with all the lovely walks and trips out she had with our dog. It was so reassuring to see that he was being cared for and loved just as much as if he were home with us, we only have one problem, he probably now wants to have visiting rights as he’s had such an amazing time 😀 We wouldn’t hesitate to use again as know we will be 100% confident that our precious pooch is safe and well in Barking Mac’s care. We decided to sign up as a backup when going away. Normally Biggles goes to partners parents. It worked out to be a good decision. Biggles is used to having the complete run of the house including the beds 😀. Barking mad matched him up perfectly. I had updates on what he was doing and he looked happy. I would definitely recommend using barking mad.

We recently contacted Kerri to find a holiday home for our 6 year old Cockapoo and the experience has been amazing from start to finish. Kerri is efficient and professional but she is also clearly a true dog lover and put us at ease from the get go. She took the time to get to know us and our dog Teddy and the match she offered was quite frankly made in heaven. Teddy has had her trial visit with a lovely host couple and we are thrilled, we got lots of lovely updates on how she was doing and it became very clear that they too are true dog lovers and Teddy was not only having a ball but was clearly happy and safe. We have now booked her in for our holidays and feel absolutely at ease that we can go away and she will be having a wonderful holiday herself. Knowing that our much loved family pet is in safe hands and happy is worth it's weight in gold to us. Our puppy had never stayed in a traditional kennel and a friend suggested Barking Mad. Kerry and her team are fantastic. Kerry matched our dog with some wonderful families and he absolutely adores staying with each and every one of them. He gets so excited when he sees Kerry coming up the driveway and jumps into the back of her car and sits beautifully while we sort out his holiday bag. We can go away without any worries, knowing he is being looked after by people who love dogs and he is having a wonderful time.

We have used Kerry at Barking Mad for five years and to be honest there is no way I would use anyone else to care for our two Labradors whilst we are away. The service Provided by Kerry and her team is totally professional and caring. From the onset Kerry went out of her way to find out about our dogs and their day to day routine. Thus enabling her to match them to suitable hosts. The hosts are all personally vetted by her and look after the dogs because they love dogs and their companionship. As soon as I start packing the dogs belongings for their Barking Mad holiday they get excited (in fact wound up like two springs) and when Barking Mad arrive to collect them they are eager to get into the vehicle and off on their holiday. Upon arrival we always get a short video and an update, which is reassuring. Then during the course of the holiday, we get regular updates on what they have been doing and how they are getting on. I totally trust Kerry and know that she cares about the dogs in her care as much as the owners do. The dogs come back happy and content and clearly have had a great time. I would not hesitate in recommending Kerry and Barking Mad. thank you for always being there for our dogs

At first I was a little anxious at the thought of our pup being placed with a host we did not know but Kerry was very professional and reassuring. She showed us pictures of the hosts and places our dog would stay and their history with Barking Mad. We had updates throughout our holiday and more reassurance! I'm certain that our dog had a lovely holiday, which meant we did too. The pick up and collection was a big help too when trying to pack to go away; just one less thing to have to factor into the getting away on holiday mayhem! Our little Jack Russell Rosco has just returned home from his first few days with his Barking Mad hosts and what a happy little chappy he was. I could immediately tell that he was relaxed, happy and had been well loved while we were away. I contacted Kerry after a friend recommend the service as we had only ever left Rosco with family before and I wasn’t sure that he would settle in a kennel. Kerry came over, met Rosco, and completed his registration prior to the mini holiday. She came and picked him up on the day, and within an hour I had already received a video of how he was settling in. Kerry kept in regular contact with updates which really put my mind at rest. Kerry and Rosco’s hosts have been absolutely marvelous, I cannot praise them enough! I am so happy and relieved to have found them and I’m sure that Rosco is very happy that I have found them too.

There is no where else I would take my dog to be looked after when I go away. I have have a terrible experience with a different dog care company which left me with lots of anxieties with regard to leaving him with anyone else. But I had no need to worry, because 'Barking Mad' are absolutely fantastic!!. I was sent photo's and video's of him while I was away which put my mind at ease that he was having the best time ever! Kerry came to see me and my dog initially to see what his temperament and needs was, which again was great as I could see how passionate and loving Kerry is towards the dogs that go into her care. We went through his food patterns and amounts, also his walking patterns so he his carers could mirror his home lifestyle. I honestly can not praise Kerry and her team enough, they have the biggest 5☆ I could ever give. If your protective and love your dog as much as I do, then do not hesitate, contact Kerry or a member of her team. You can be rest assured that your dog will have the best little holiday ever whilst your not with them ❤.

Otis, our beloved Labrador, absolutely loves staying with his Barking Mad hosts John and Pauline. Whenever we go on our holidays he stays with them and receives the very best of care. My family and I can relax completely, knowing that he will be looked after as if he were their own dog. Kerry is amazing. She found Otis his perfect host home, and takes care of absolutely everything. We don't feel guilty for going away on holiday without Otis - we feel guilty if we don't go away, because he loves his Barking Mad breaks so much!!! Otis (and his humans) cannot recommend Barking Mad highly enough.

Sarah offers a reliable service and is extremely flexible to every need. Due to work commitments I would change my days regularly and this was never a problem for Sarah. Plus our dog went through a difficult humping stage and Sarah was nothing but understandable and offered her help at all times. Our dog is now back to his normal self and this through the help of Sarah and her other colleague Leia. She regularly updates me through pictures and a quick message to keep any worries at bay. I met Sarah in the village and when she first did a home visit knew she was right for Trigger, very experienced with dogs and highly recommended.

Our little man "Eric" gets excited if we even mention Sarah's name! Sarah is reliable, trustworthy, professional and fun, we would recommend her pet care services to anyone.

Fabulous service from Sarah, always looks after my girls so well. Takes them on great walks, they go to different places on a regular basis and they get to interact with other dogs so great for socialisation. Sarah is always there when I need her, even when I need to add a date at the last minute or make a change. I would highly recommend Sarah for one off or regular walks.

Sarah offers a reliable, professional and trustworthy service. She has never let me down and has become more than just my dog walker. Sarah is one of the few people I trust completely with my boy, and Reggie absolutely adores her. In fact he can’t get in that van quick enough! Reggie has benefitted from joining the group walks, his socialisation and behaviour has improved, all thanks to Sarah.

We have used Sarah's Pet care service for the past year to look after and feed our cat when we have been away. She offers a very reliable and professional service which we happily recommend. She provides regular updates while we are away.
