Pet Sitters in Fountain, CO

I switched from Tumbleweed daycare because Tumbleweed doesn’t let dogs interact with each other like I want. Overall somewhat decent experience the few times I’ve used them, but not 5-stars worth, the biggest being that the staff couldn’t be bothered to do the photos/report cards of your dog’s day since it would require them to actually work and get off their phones. This place would be perfect if they did so. I personally enjoy those little reports/photos, which I was under the impression they did, but seems too much to ask. Literally every other daycare I’ve been to does this with just as much staff and dogs to attend to. But the great thing as a consumer is my ability to choose places that fit my needs and/or do everything they say/advertise. It’s unfortunate, as I did enjoy the experience they offer, but other places offer the same with staff that actually looks/acts like they enjoy being there (or at least around dogs) and PICTURES/REPORT CARDS. To be honest now, the more I think about it, the more I wonder if I’m being jipped, paying for them to tell me my dog is playing with others, but they’re actually keeping her in the kennel the whole/majority time, then taking my money with no remorse, since I have no idea what she did with her day while there without photos/report card. I wanted to support this business as well being proudly stated on the site as “veteran owned,” but if it were me, and based off other reviews on top of personal experience, I’d be embarrassed, since it doesn’t seem like the owners care or the manager (if there even is one) doesn’t know how to manage. Manager to manager, business owner to business owner—even though I find my customers annoying sometimes, I listen to their feedback, increasing weekly profits. It does pay to listen and at least pretend to care.

My three dogs stayed at this place for two weeks. I told the employee when I dropped them off that my corgi needs to be separated for feedings otherwise he will eat my other dogs food. While I was on vacation, I received an update. It was a video of all three eating together. I was annoyed because I specifically told them to separate my corgi. When my husband and I picked up our dogs, my corgi definitely gained weight. It was quite noticeable. My other two dogs didn't gain weight at all. Just the corgi. I think my corgi ate my other dogs food and that's what caused him to gain weight. Please be careful with this place as they do not listen to instructions.

Honestly, the Boardmoor Per Resort is the best place for pet boarding that I have found in Colorado Springs. The facility is new and extremely well thought out. There are heated floors, large runs, and plenty of space for all of the dogs. The thing that truly sets the Boardmoor apart, however, is the staff. The people who work there are some of the kindest and most helpful people that I have ever met. They always welcome my dog (yellow lab named Finn) with a huge smile and tons of love. They always send me photos of Finn playing with other dogs and friends that he has met, and he is always having such a great time! (I attached two of these below) Finn loves going to the Boardmoor and always gets so excited when get gets in the car and knows where he is heading haha. The price is very affordable too, at $47 per day of boarding. I could not ask for a better place to keep my dog while I am traveling, and they provide peace of mind for me while I am out of town. Highly recommend checking them out!

Loved this place, but recently they’ve failed to keep a working number of members on staff. We boarded our dogs for 1… that’s right, ONE, night, and received them back covered in poop. The few workers they still have are over tasked, and a place that should’ve been booming and growing, is falling into the pits. Can only imagine the owners don’t care.

Great place, friendly staff our pup loved. We boarded him almost a week and he came back as happy and healthy as when we dropped him off. Would bring him back in a heartbeat could easily tell he wanted to run to every person that played with him while he was there.

Boardmoor Pet Resort has already taken amazing care of Noodle in the first week we’ve joined. I can relax knowing Noodle is given the attention he needs and gets to play in small groups with dogs similar to his size vs. being thrown into large groups of 20-30 dogs at other daycares. The pictures I get sent throughout the day are a bonus!!

I'm so disappointed in the service I received after reading so many good reviews. I booked my dog for 9 days and was specifically told upon booking that she would have the opportunity to interact with other dogs if I wanted. I was also told that they would provide updates/pictures, in which they did not. Upon picking her up, I was told that the policy changed to where boarded dogs can no longer interact with others and that if I wanted someone to play with her it would be $10 for 10 mins. This was not relayed to me any time during her stay so my dog was locked in a kennel, alone for 9 days with no interaction. When I picked her up she was covered in pee & feces and her food was barely touched. I will NEVER bring her back here.

My dog loves it! They take good care of my baby while I'm away! 2nd stay - I love the fact that they send pictures of my baby while I'm away.

After our last boarding experience we never thought we’d board again. Life happened and we had to find a place for our one year old pug for a week and after reading reviews and having a friend recommend Boardmoor, we decided to give it a shot. Our boy had the time of his life! They were so understanding of my nerves and sent lots of pictures and updates on my boy so I knew he was being taken care of. Olly was able to play and run amok to his heart’s content, and I was able to do what was needed at home without worry. We are so happy to have found a place where we feel comfortable knowing that if we need to board our boy, or if we just want him to have a day of fun and play, Boardmoor is there!

Take my two dogs here. Great customer service, and my dogs are well taken care of. Love how big it is, that they can room together, that they are given play time and send text updates with pictures! The only Kennel I will use in CO Springs!

I didn’t want to write a review yet I am because I don’t want someone else’s dog to go through what my dogs did. First the owner and his wife are very kind to talk to.I was told by a staff member about one of my dogs paws like it was mild and they put something on it. I asked about my other dog they said she is fine. Both dogs are not fine. When I came home I looked at both of their paws and I am showing the pictures, that is not fine with me. Both dogs paws show that they were hurt from possibly being on something for to long. When I spoke to the girl on the phone she said the paws are not burned. I sent pictures, no response of concern from owner. If you decide to board make sure your dogs will not be in direct sunlight in areas that the ground could be to hot. If I knew this could have happened . I would have boarded at another place. I did contact my vet. I am taking care of my poor babies and they are lying around. My males paws are the worst.

I found this place while driving back home and felt it was the best choice since it was out in the country and not in the Springs. Wonderful people, understanding, and caring. Jennifer did an amazing job on grooming! I certainly will be returning :) Thank you all!

When we had to choose a place for our dogs to stay while we were on an extended trip, the choice was easy. Tumbleweed is amazing! We get report cards everyday, a few days missed wasn't a big deal. And a couple of the people take AMAZING pictures of our fur kids. I always know they are well taken care of and they came back from their vacation fat and happy! Even my more timid dog seems to open up after being there.

Tumbleweed Country Kennels are amazing! The staff take such good care of our big boy. Our dog Milo loves everyone there and they are so good with him. Its a 30 minute drive from our house but well worth it. I hate to leave a review and let the secret out about this place but they deserve it. Normally our dog doesn't fare well at a kennels -- would have anxiety and lose weight. We were referred to this place and so we left our dog there for 8 days and they took great care of him. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The facility and services are great and we took advantage of these services (play time, snuggle time, bath). Our dog loves being around people so the snuggle time was perfect fit for him. Will definitely use them in the future.

I LOVE this place. I have been using them for over 25 years (previous ownership and name). I was receny extremely nervous about leaving my 14 month old puppy mill boy with them. I was so concerned it would traumatize him in one way or another. Multiple conversations convinced me he would be okay. Well...he's a rock star there now. He did amazingly well and won everyone over. I was so relieved to hear that he thrived while I was away. The daily report cards are fab!! In fact, I wasn't so certain he would want to come to be with me. They all loved him and took such great care of him. They worked with him on HIS time and comfort level. I cannot recommend Tumbleweed more. Niles will be coming back ❤

I cannot recommend Tumbleweed enough! From the moment I dropped off my dog, it was clear that the staff genuinely care about the well-being of the animals. The facilities are spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of space for dogs to run and play. I was particularly impressed by how attentive the team was to my dog’s individual needs. Throughout the stay, I received regular updates and even pictures, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in great hands. It’s obvious that the staff are not only experienced but also passionate about what they do. I felt confident that my dog was getting the best care possible. If you’re looking for a kennel that combines professionalism with a true love for animals, Tumbleweed is the place to go. I’ll definitely be bringing my dogs back for future stays!

The customer service from the managers Sierra and Chelsea was so genuine! I felt so comfortable with Baisy staying here. Loved the report cards and photos. Jennifer did an amazing job grooming and cutting her nails so short.Thank you!!!

We get our dogs groomed here and they have been boarded in the past. They are amazing! We live in woodland park, and there are places closer, but we will continue to make the drive. Great people, clean facility, and the groomers know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

We were visiting the area and urgently needed a place to board our sweet boy, and really lucked out finding Tumbleweed Country Kennels! Not only was their online booking process easy on a late Sat night, they even responded and approved early Sunday and we got him in. Monday morning. Super sweet staff, clean facilities and large outdoor private dog runs that still give them stimulation of play with other dogs close by. He even got groomed on pickup day and was happy as could be! Will definitely be using them again as we are in town often now!

My dogs are OBSESSED with Willow! As soon as they realize they’re going to her house, they get so excited! And we know that they had fun because they’re not overly excited when we pick them up!😂 She sends so many pictures and updates on how they’re doing, how much they’re eating, and funny updates of their derpy faces! She even takes them on a walk every time they visit. The first time we hired Willow it was last minute as we were going to board our dogs until learning that they’d be confined to an 8x8 kennel. Willow saved the day and we’ve used her for dogsitting many times since! Most recently we had to travel out of state for a funeral while I was dogsitting myself, and she took care of not only our 2, but also my friend’s dog, and gave both of us updates the entire time. We joke that we can’t leave the area because we have an amazing dogsitter! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My dogs have been going to Willow for the past year. She has treated them as though they were her own dogs, they are so well taken care of that they think she’s their second mom. Willow does everything she can to make your dog feel special and she is very knowledgeable.

Willow is the best! She has been with us over a year and without her I’m not sure how we’d survive. My pups love her and she is so caring and patient with my old lady pug. I get picture updates everyday. She is very professional and responsive.

Willow is absolutely amazing. She is always there when I’m in need of somewhere for puppy to go. My dog had major aggression with other dogs but Willow worked with her and now she loves to run and play with other dogs! She updates us throughout the day with pictures so I never wonder how my dog’s doing. They go on walks and play fetch and do all kinds of things all day! She asks before she feeds anything to your dog and also has saved me in a pinch with last minute day changes more times than I can count. If you’re looking for a dog sitter I highly recommend Willow!!

When we moved from CO to FL we were immediately on the hunt for a dog sitter. We booked with a few other dog sitters but since I found Willow 6 months ago we have not looked else where! She goes above and beyond for us and our 3 fur babies! (They can be a handful lol) The peace of mind she provides for us when we book her is worth every penny!

I had been through at least 10 petsitters, but once I found Willow, she greatly exceeded my expectations. Kind, caring and extremely attentive to both my dogs needs. She always announces her arrival and departure, let's me know when she has performed all necessary tasks, and sends lots of pics each and every day. Very reliable.

Willow is the very best pet professional that we have had the pleasure of knowing! We love her, and more importantly, our pup ADORES her! Rio can be quite shy when meeting new people, but she & Willow bonded instantly and Willow treats Rio like her very own pup! Willow is an outstanding communicator! Not only does she keep us posted as she’s coming and going, but she’s never tardy, ever, and she shares awesome pictures and text updates whenever she’s walking or playing with or caring for Rio! We love all of the customized options that Willow provides so that Rio has the best care possible and we have complete peace of mind that our sweet pup is as happy as she would be if we were home with her ourselves! Willow also has awesome puppers herself; they are sweet and loving and our shy dog loves play dates with them, which is a great testament in its own right for a pet professional with awesome fur babies of her own! We wouldn’t hesitate to give Willow’s Pet Care our highest recommendation, and in fact, we have referred our family & friends to her as well! Our 2 grandpups adore Willow just as much as Rio does! :)

We needed someone to watch our dog, Titus, at the last minute when plans fell through. PlayTime Pet Sitters was able to help and made the process so easy! They were quick to respond to our last minute request, friendly, and easy to work with. Titus got his food, his walks, some love, and all was right with his world! My 3 month old kitten had a great time hanging out with the sitters from PlayTime this past weekend while I was out of town. Deb and Sara sent me several pictures and a text about everything they did each time they visited. It was great to see he was well loved, taken care of, and had plenty of play time while I gone. It was also nice to come home and see that his litter box was fresh, the area around his box was free of all the litter that usually follows him out, and his food and water bowls were clean and full. I know he's looking forward to the next time he'll get to hang out with his Deb and Sara and I'm glad there's one less thing I have to worry about next time I travel.

My dog loves her PlayTime walkers! They have been really responsive, easy to schedule, and reliable. They always send text updates with cute pics after the walks, and leave a "report card" for how the walk went. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Where do I even begin? Susan and her staff have been quintessential for my family’s well-being. My husband and I are both officers in the Army, and we frequently deploy to training rotations and have recently had a nine month deployment overseas. PlayTime Pet Sitters has been a pillar of our pet care while we are away at work. We have an assortment of pets, which includes three birds and two dogs. I simply would not trust any other business to take care of my animals in my absence. There is a lot that I could write about the special care and authentic love for animals Susan and her staff have, but, I will instead summarize it with a single event. In January of 2022, our beloved dog swallowed a plastic squeaker that became lodged in her small intestine. I was alone, as my husband was deployed to a training center, and it was the middle of the night when I took my dog to the Emergency vet. About $7000 later, my dog underwent emergency abdominal surgery, and was recovering well. It was about 9 PM by the time I got her care plan, and I was overwhelmed with anxiety about how I was going to manage her post-operative care, as I had a week-long field exercise starting the following morning and I would not be home. I contacted other pet sitting businesses in Colorado Springs, and they all refused to schedule visits so last-minute despite my desperation. I contacted Susan at PlayTime that evening around 2 AM, in tears, desperate for a sitter that could care for my first and only dog as an adult at the time. Susan could not have been more superb; she reassured me that she would help me, and provided me with caretakers that gave my dog the best post-op care. Including feeding her baby food three times a day, and administering all medications with only written instructions from me on a letter I left for them in my home. PlayTime Pet Sitters has taken care of my family for well over a year. Their care is unmatched, and their dedication to animals is admirable and almost unbelievable. I have had a wide range of pets my entire life, including iguanas and a variety of farm animals. I am passionate and serious about my pets receiving the best care possible. I do not and will not give my business to anybody else in Colorado Springs. I would pay double the fee if it meant I could guarantee Susan and her team would look after my pets. If you are looking for a business that will love your furry, scaly, and feathered family members as much as you do, look no further. Thank you Susan, Linda, and every other incredible caretaker that has been a part of our pets’ lives. You have made our oftentimes challenging and unpredictable lifestyle more secure.

We had a great experience with PlayTime! In the past we’ve boarded and had friends watch our cats, but this was much better for the cats and us. They are very thorough, attentive, and professional. We felt good knowing that some of the people watching our cats actually had experience as vet techs or were studying to become vet techs. We got pictures and messages at each visit and it was nice not having to worry about the cats at all while we were away. And when we got back the cats were completely themselves! In the past they’ve had about a 2 day period of being mad at us.

We just had our first experience with Playtime Pet Sitters this weekend and we are amazed! Susan is incredibly responsive and reliable, and Sara and Deb took great care of our sweet Indy. I was impressed with their punctuality and their communication, and when we returned home we couldn't see any signs that anyone had stayed overnight that weekend. They took great care of our home and possessions, and we are very thankful to have found Playtime. Loyal customers from here on!

Playtime Pet Sitters is the best pet sitting company in Colorado Springs! The prices are reasonable, but that’s definitely not the only great thing. They truly care about your animals, and isn’t that the most important thing? We hired them to care for our pets during a weekend away, and I will never hire anyone else. They came ahead of time to meet our dogs and see where the dog food and crates were. They were polite and thorough. I made a mistake in the scheduling, but they were happy to work with me and make sure the pets were cared for. They came each day at the scheduled time and took lots of pictures! They even leave a little handwritten report of what happened while you were away. I never worried about the dogs because I knew they were in the best hands. If you’re on the fence about hiring them or still looking around, you’ve found the right place. You will not regret it! You won’t find a company that can give you as much peace of mind while you’re away from your fur babies!

Loved my experience with PlayTime Pet Sitters! I went on a last minute trip out of town for a weekend and they were able to accommodate my request and were very professional which I appreciated. My cat and I got to meet my sitter (Susan) before my trip and it’s clear she has a lot of experience with pets and is very trustworthy. She made a lot of effort to understand my cat, his habits, quirks, favorite toys, and so on, which made me more comfortable with leaving him for a weekend because I knew he would be in great hands! It’s a little pricier compared to getting a pet sitter from a site like Rover but at the end of the day, I want to hire people I trust with my pet and will continue to use PlayTime Pet Sitters for my pet sitting needs. 🙂

We had the best experience with PlayTime Pet Sitters. They looked after our two kittens over the Christmas holiday. We loved how they sent us a message update after every visit and how sweet the sitters were to our kittens. Our sitters were Amy and Laura - I highly recommend them to anyone!

We needed a pet sitter to care for our new cat and they took such great care of him while we were gone! Followed instructions to a T and sent lots of cute photos from the visits. We came home to a happy kitty, a nice report card of how they spent time with him , and all of our mail stacked neatly inside. Prior to the first visit, we had a home visit where the sitters met us and learned where everything was. Easy to book and pay online and the sitters were kind and professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great pet service!

Sam is the best dog sitter Ive ever had! He’s so attentive and active with the dogs. I always feel super safe and calm leaving Axle with him. Axle loves being with him so much that I have to force him to get in the car with me to go back home. That’s how you know your pup was well taken care of!

Not only do we love and trust Sam to watch our dogs but THEY love and trust Sam. Anytime we are gone or working we have zero concerns knowing our Leonard and Lola are under Sam’s care. Even if he isn’t watching them, If my dogs hear his whistle, they go running to him to say hi! They adore him. Sam is not only a reliable caregiver but is also a great trainer. And he’s always a phone call away if I have any questions at all regarding my dogs behaviors. He is an asset to us in helping raise our little rescues and we wouldn’t want them spending their days away from us with anyone else. I could not recommend Sam in any higher regard!

Seriously could not have found a better dog situation for my sweet mini Aussie Olive while in CO Springs for a recent work trip. Sam was great, and it’s apparent he enjoys the dog’ company! Olive is a shy girl, and this was a great way to get her socialized in a friendly environment with an attentive human to moderate. Sam communicated well and sent lots of photos throughout the day too.

My dog (Porter) has so much fun here, he doesn’t want to leave when I pick him up! Sam is so thoughtful and attentive in caring for dogs. I love that each pet gets a tailored experienced based on there needs. I enjoy the frequent updates/pics and convenient/flexible meet-ups. I am able to fully engage in my trips knowing how well my dog is being looked after by a handler who is highly experienced. I can’t recommend this service enough. 1000% satisfied

Sam has been a life saver, helping me now for 1.5 years with a very active Husky who loves playing and running with the Pack. During this time, Sam has provided great training and discipline skills that have been very noticeable here at home. Sam is keen and attentive to a dogs needs and alerts me to anything he sees going on that I may not, right away pick up on. Highly recommend!

Sam has been the very best since he has started caring for my dog, Harlow. He is flexible with my schedule and accommodates pick ups and drop offs as needed which eases my mind when I work long hours. He also makes a point to send photo updates on how Harlow is doing throughout the day(which is what I most look forward to). Harlow comes home every day tired and happy which is what we love! Sam the Dog Man was fantastic with our Girl Belle!! We are enjoying an extended road trip with our RV and our Pup and we (on occasion) have a need for daycare/overnight boarding for her. Sam has been very responsive and super easy to coordinate her care with. We met for a meet and greet and toured his home where he is very organized with the care of his "regulars" and those passing through..... like us. He is clearly a "Dog Person" and enjoys what he does. He takes the pups to the best local dog park each morning to play and run and wear themselves out.... Belle was whooped each day after pick up and was calm all evening. He also offers care for doggos who prefer quieter time and individual walks instead of group play. The location is perfect for our weeklong visit to Colorado Springs and we couldn't be happier! Don't hesitate to leave your FurBaby in the care of Trails and Tails Dog Adventures! These people are angels and take the best care of your beloved pets. Many pictures of my animals looking happy while I was away. I was an emergency client and I was treated like royalty. They fit me in and reassured me that my pets would be well taken care of while I was in the hospital. I am so grateful I called this company. The entire team is phenomenal! They are always reliable and very flexible with my schedule needs. I get the best pictures/pupdates from each one of their visits and know that my babies are being well cared for, played with, cuddled with, and loved. We have used PlayTime several times, most recently over Labor Day weekend. Scheduling their time with our pets easy and they sent sweet, thorough updates and photos with each visit. It really eased our mind and helped us enjoy our family vacation knowing our fur babies were so well taken care of.

PlayTime Pet Sitters is fabulous! We have a high anxiety pup that we were very nervous about leaving with anyone....they came in and met with our girl so that we would be comfortable before leaving. PlayTime Pet Sitters are amazing! It was my first time using their service when we were out of town for 6 days. They sent text updates with photos everyday, they were very informative everyday of how my pets were doing and it really helped put me at ease. Every single person I worked with was professional and a pleasure to work with. They had no issues giving my cat her meds everyday, and they did all the specific things each pet needed. After trying (unsuccessfully) to find a reliable pet sitter on Rover, I was so happy to work with Play Time Pet Sitters. This was our first experience using a pet sitter for our two dogs and it was a wonderful experience. They were professional, paid attention to details, always on time, and best of all… the dogs were at ease and got lots of care and attention. They were always in communication with us and we enjoyed the updates and photos sent. They go above and beyond to help bring in packages, water plants, etc. I was very impressed that even our shy dog allowed them to pet her. They got lots of play time in the yard, went for walks, and got treats while we were away. I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Based on her past history with her previous owners, we were concerned about leaving our kitty girl, Gis. We were afraid she would feel abandoned...again. Kayley and Anne took such good care of her. The ladies from PlayTime sent us texts and photos every day! Gis was one happy cat. We are very happy owners and will most assuredly use PlayTime Pet Sitters the next time we travel.

I have had great experiences interacting with several staff, from asking questions about signing up, website bookings and service outline, to showing off our old cat’s hiding places and sleep spots. Each person took our feeding and care routine seriously and asked several times if medications were needed or other household tasks could be done. This service has really put our mind at ease for making sure our Archer is looked after while we are out. It seems no task is too small, and we look forward to using them more.

We had never left our dog with a sitter or a kennel before and a last-minute trip out of town had us needing to do so on short notice. After talking with the wonderful office staff I already felt better about hiring these guys vs. dropping our beloved girl at a kennel where we would be all extra stressed. The first meeting with the sitters made us feel even more confident in the decision to have them come take care of her at home. You can tell the sitters know how to interact with dogs and they were stellar during our thirty minute preliminary meeting. Went over everything they needed to know, made sure they knew where her food and water was, etc. Were very patient and professional, which we really appreciate since the four-legged kid can take awhile to warm up to new people. While we had a whirlwind, hectic, sometimes stressful trip, we had one less thing to worry about knowing that our dog was being well looked after and wasn't upset in a strange place. The check-ins and photos we got just lifted our spirits during such a tiring trip. Everyone was great about updating us, and making sure our girl was fed and walked and given treats. Most of all, it really feels great knowing that they're not just caring *for* your fur family, they care about them too. Our dog wound up getting along with them so well, which would not have happened if they weren't kind and respectful to the animals they look after. Such a great staff working for this business, we would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

We hired Steve on a very short notice over Christmas break to do drop in visits for our 4 dogs and 4 cats. The initial meet and greet made us feel very comfortable with Steve. He’s such a nice guy and you can tell he loves animals! We were only gone for a couple days but we will definitely be using goodnight pups again when we go out of town. 100/10 recommend Steve and his company!

I just had surgery but didn't want to put my dog in a kennel because she is my only friend so I hired "Good Night Pups" to help me out. I was his first customer, as this is a new business based in Lorson Ranch. Steve does in-house visits, usually when you're not home so you can go vacation. But I asked him to come in while I was home to make sure my dog was okay with my state and taken care of. Steve was nice and professional. He made sure I was okay (I was actually doing a lot better than anticipated) while playing with my dog to take away her stress of me being blindfolded for a day. He did two visits: a twenty minute visit, and a walk, this totalled out to be $55. Please consider his business next time.

Good Nite Pups was the absolute best! We will use them for all of our pet sitting and house sitting needs. There was no worries with Steve watching our dog and cat, they were well loved and taken care of in our absence.

Steve was great to work with. I had to cancel last minute and he was more then happy to reschedule or refund whatever I preferred. He then fit me in last minute when I did reschedule. He also was willing to do a trial drop in because my dogs are anxious and I needed the peace of mind. My dogs were great with him and I had no worries they were taken care of while I was gone.

We are very happy with the care given to our 2 dogs while we were traveling for 12 days. They visited 4 times a day, every day, even in over a foot of snow that fell during this time. They fulfilled every special request - even brushing both dogs' teeth every day. We received reports including pictures after every visit. They are very reliable and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Playtime Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers. Jennifer & Danielle took care of our two bunnies while we were on vacation for Thanksgiving. Each time they visited, they would send us photos of our fur babies & detailed descriptions of how the visit went. They went above & beyond our expectations! In the future, we would absolutely choose them again to watch our buns!

The most amazing service possible! First, you can tell Marley (my dog) absolutely loves every pet sitter that comes to spend time with him. Second, they take the most amazing pictures ever! Third, from a business perspective, they have outstanding customer service and helped us out a few times as we made first time customer mistakes! Highly recommend them!

DID NOT GET SERVICE! But I need to note their amazing customer service. Called for 6 days of sitting 5 days before we needed it. They told us what they could manage with the short notice. They then told us they could accommodate our entire schedule thanks to the owner stepping in to care for our pups! Rare to find an owner who goes the extra mile. That level of commitment is why I will trust them in the future. This time a relative stepped in last minute and gave our pups 24hr care so we canceled. The owner was just happy the pups were getting the best care possible. Come for the professionalism. Stay for the love.

PlayTime Pet Sitters is amazing! I recently had to travel for a week and had to leave my little dog for one of the first times. Susan, Amber, and the team were so wonderful and did everything they could to work me into the schedule. My little guy was so well loved and cared for while I was gone. They sent pictures and communicated everyday with me. I came home to a very happy, healthy little puppy! I’ll faithfully use PlayTime Pet Sitters for future travel again! I highly recommend them to anyone who has to travel for long trips or just daily visits for our beloved little furry friends.

Susan and her team were amazing. Their portal system is so convenient and user friendly. They upload pictures from each visit, with a description of how the visit went. There is a reply portion if you have questions, and they respond very quickly. When I called Susan in a frantic state that we were stuck in the airport and wouldn't arrive until the following day, she made sure our "babies would be taken care of until we came back home". I couldn't have asked for a better petsitter. Thank you girls so much!

PlayTime Pet Sitters were great with our dogs! Since our dogs get far too stressed in a kennel we used to rely on friends, but that was a lot to ask. Playtime Pet Sitters came the the rescue and allowed us to make sure our older dog got his medication on time, and gave our puppy much needed play time. We got photo updates along with a description for every visit and they managed to clean our yard, get mail, packages, and put out the trash too! I'm glad there's such a reliable service in our area and we're looking forward to using them again.

I used Playtime back in 2020 when I first moved to the Springs and was very impressed with the care and services provided then. Fast forward a couple of years after having friends and neighbors looking in on our cats and finding that everyone is suddenly busy traveling and getting back to their lives after the pandemic. We had a few trips where we needed to call in the professionals and we were so happy to return back to Playtime. From the personalized phone call from Linda to the in person meeting with Susan, we were all around impressed. The communication and updates from the visit eased any anxiety about leaving our cat alone at home a few days. Would 100% recommend them and already have them on the schedule for trips this summer.

My dog loves going here. Of course my dog loves going anywhere that he gets to play, but the people here seem great and really seem to love working with the animals in their charge. The pups get time to play together, but aren't stuck in a room together all day, which is probably good (they get a mid-day nap/lunch break). They offer a nice selection of treats at reasonable prices that they will give your pet, and they will even send daily "report cards" with how your pet is getting along and a picture of them playing if you want.

My puppy ate a sock whole… the team at Aspen Meadows Pet were amazing! Most importantly, they took care of sweet Fiona right away, she came out a health pup and successfully vomited the sock. They also made me feel calm and welcome. Thank you so much for making our first emergency vet visit a breeze. We hope not to eat any more socks… but if we do, we know where to go!

I wanted to love this place and establish a boarding facility we could continuously use when my husband and I travel. Unfortunately, my dog was bit here on the neck by another dog and required stitches.

I've been bringing my dog to daycare here every week for a year now. My dog loves it here, and the staff is always excited to see him. He did have some anxiety issues while there for a little while, and the staff made sure to communicate to me how he was doing and even suggested I stop bringing him if I felt that was best since he wasn't enjoying it. So, I know they have the pet's best interest in mind. Now he's doing a lot better, and every day I bring him they tell me how his day went (always positive now). They had to raise their prices recently so it is kind of expensive now, but I fully trust them to take care of my pup so I don't mind. They also do these cute little puppy parties for holidays where they dress the dogs up in a themed outfit and send pictures, it's hilarious and adorable. Overall highly recommend if you want your dog to get some play time while you're at work!

Super friendly and professional! Our Layla Bear loves it and is always excited to go back! They post pictures while we're away and she's always happy and healthy when we pick her up.

My girl loved staying here! You can upgrade with boarding services and get a “report card” sent to your email with pictures! We also got an exit bath! I love the fact that they do a trial day to make sure your dog is comfortable! She loved it. Recommended 10/10!

I love Aspen Meadows! They genuinely care about my fur baby and take excellent care of her. She loves going there to play, gets all her energy out, and has tons of fun! I can tell how much she loves the caregivers there and how much they love her. It’s conveniently located right outside of Peterson, which is a plus for me because I work on base. Their hours are great as well. I can also get her bathed and nails trimmed during the day when I need to. I can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend!!

After thorough research we decided to go through Humble Paws with Manuel for our dog’s training. We did the 4 week boarding program and we are so happy with our results. He stayed at Humble Paws for 8 days, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. When I picked him up, I could tell immediately that he was not just fine but truly happy and well cared for. Manuel brought Tex out to me in the waiting room, and as he went to gather Tex’s belongings, Tex actually started to follow him instead of staying with me! So thankful for Humble Paws! Bear graduated from Humble Paws 4 weeks of board and train program for obedience and socialization- he gets compliments at all of the stores we go in when people see how well he behaves! He loved his "school" and is now ready to continue monitored interactions with other dogs at Humble Paws daycare. When I ask him if he's ready for school he will run around the house and cannot wait to get back to training. Multiple other trainers and training facilities have booted us from the buildings and their classes because Bear's inability to behave around other dogs. I was unable to get his attention when other dogs were anywhere near us he'd bark, pull, raise his hair, and cause a scene. Humble Paws took him in and after 4 weeks I am able to redirect his attention with commands and he no longer barks when seeing other dogs. H.P. has shown us it IS POSSIBLE and we are so grateful 💙

Manuel and his family did great with our 2 bullies! It was their first time away from home and being boarded. He kept them together the whole time just like we asked, the kennels are huge so the dogs are comfortable. He takes them for 3 walks a day, and they get play time. We were also happy that he's very aware about dog's behaviors because when ours get nervous they can act aggressive. Nothing bad happened, and when we went to get them they were so happy. We will definitely choose Humble Paws if we ever need to board our dogs again.
