Our morkie, willow, was wonderfully cared for six days. The workers were super nice and very attentive to her needs. They were also very flexible and let us drop her off a day earlier than previously scheduled. She was super happy and smelled amazing when we picked her up. So thankful to have an affordable and super nice place close to home to help care for our furry friend while we are out of town.

When I arrived with my boxer the ladies there were very polite and welcoming to me and my boxer. This was the first time he was boarded my concerns as they interacted with him was no more. When I picked him up 4 days later I had the same interactions. I will board with Newtons in the future. Thank for taking care of my boy.

1st time for us and 1st time boarding our pup. Everyone was super nice and accommodating, very courteous and professional. I would recommend them to anyone that was within an hour away or so. We drove 50 minutes and felt it was well worth it. VERY reasonable pricing!

My family have been taking our dogs there for almost 10 years. We always have a great experience with them. Our dog love going to the kennel when we take them.

Following their stay at Newton Kennels, two thrilled dogs have returned home to their parents. However, it was observed that Wiggles was covered in urine, and Bailey had an accident after bath time. The bath was needed for Wiggles to remove Nats and other unwanted pests. Hopefully, accidents will subside over the next few days. Thankfully, a flea treatment had been administered a week prior, which has shown to be effective.

I went for the first time to leave my Standard Poodle for boarding fir one night. The place is super large and appeared clean for what I saw. I took Mordecai in along with his bag. No welcome or offer to see the place, just a girl holding out her hand to take the leash, and then disappeared behind a door to the sound of LOTS of dog's barking. I was nervous and had said I was nervous and my dog was too. Since no one said anything I had stayed this as I was digging through the bag for shot records. This dog had never been boarded before. After Mordecai disappeared behind the door, I said that I wasn't sure about this and pulled the door open to see where my dog had gone. The woman at the desk said she would go get my dog. I was stunned. An old guy standing at the front of the desk like a customer didn't say anything. I turned to him and said they didn't seem very nice here. That I was incredibly nervous about all of this. He looked at me and said what did you want them to do when you walked in, pat you on the back and give you a popsicle? My jaw dropped. He said I'm the owner. He further said that he thought I was in the wrong place. I agreed. When my dog was finally brought back to me he told the desk lady - she thinks we're rude. I asked them to cancel the other appointments that I'd already made for the summer. The old guy said oh - we will. Whew! Dodged a big mistake there!

This is a great place to board your dogs. They have plenty of space, outdoor area and an area for the dogs to visit each other. They also bathed our dogs (at our request) before we picked them up. Their prices are really reasonable. So glad we found this place. We feel very secure leaving our pups with them.

I have used Newton's now for 3 years. My Raine knows when we are getting close and paces from side to side because she loves the staff there and I trust them with my best friend when I can't take her with me on trips. This is her watching me as I took her overnight bag out to the car...

The folks at Newton boarding and grooming kennel are awesome! They took care of our three dogs very well plus they did a great job with their bath and trim before we pick them up.

Normally I do not write reviews, but the overall customer service provided needs to be addressed. We have been using Newton for 8+ years, and have had no issues. We have always thought that their boarding prices were very fair, and they always took great care of our dogs, and would go above and beyond. We recently travel for a short weekend trip, and upon my daughter and I arriving with our 3 big dogs to drop them off, we were greeted with a young lady who we had never seen before and who didn’t seem to be happy at all. My daughter accidentally lost control of 2 of the dogs after entering the office. The young lady explained that they couldn’t go in the back because other dogs could bite them, which is understandable and she helped us quickly gain control of them. She closed the doors to prevent our excited dogs from escaping, just in case. As the dogs were being taken away to their respective kennel, our youngest dog sniped at the young lady as she had reached for his front color around his neck instead of the leash. He was nervous as it was only his second time, so I get that he wasn’t familiar with her and I scolded him for trying. He didn’t bite her, as I was holding him down and no bite marks could be seen when leaving the dogs or picking the dogs up; 4 days later after. I felt bad just because our dogs normally get along well. No other issues arose while dropping off the dogs. While traveling we did confirm who the young lady was and learned that it was the manager of the facility. At this point, we were going to drop the incident and leave it as a nervous dog and young lady having a bad day at work. It happens to everyone. After getting back from our trip, my wife picked up the dogs. Before releasing our dogs, the young lady berated my wife about how the kennel didn’t beat dogs and that it wasn’t nice putting something on Facebook (we didn’t, nor any public social media; but I am writing this review because of it), and she was a manager for 15 years and knew how to handle dogs. My wife was told that they wouldn’t put up with dogs trying to bite, and that we should consider going somewhere else. She claimed that the owner had eye site to the incident when we dropped off the dogs, but didn’t realize that she closed the doors inside of the office when we dropped off the dogs, and no one but us three were present. Being transparent, our oldest dog can defiantly get touchy when someone tries to brush him. Newtons has none the less handled him with care, and this was never a concern. What I didn’t feel was appropriate was that the young lady felt necessary to berate my wife in front of my youngest son (who neither of them were there to drop off the dogs and didn’t know the whole story). I decided to call and speak with the manager, but after only getting out a few words to explain the situation, she hung up the phone. As stated, this is the first issue we ever had with Newton’s. Unfortunately, I think it needs to be the last. I think they have forgotten they are truly in the customer service field, and watching dogs is a byproduct of that service, and we are the clients. You do not treat your customers that way, no matter the circumstances.

Jeanette watched my 17 year old cat for 5 days recently. 2x a day w/ medicine in a pill pocket. I am so pleased with the care and love given to my old girl during my absence. I received thorough descriptions, pictures and videos during each of these visits. Jeanette even brought wet cat food treats for her to try when I mentioned she wasn’t enjoying her current wet food, which she loved. The entire experience was so easy and comforting while I was away and would recommend Jeanette and her team to ANYONE looking for any care for their furry companions. She is incredibly kind and thoughtful and I would utilize her services again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for everything Jeanette!

Jeanette did a wonderful job the few times I had her care for my cat. Within only two visits she was able to coax my stranger-wary cat out from under the bed for pets and playtime. Communication was frequent and I received several cute pictures each day I was gone. If I ever move back to the Columbus area, I would book through Fur Star again in an instant!

I used Fur Star Pet Care for the first time last week when I went on vacation. I was nervous because my cat had never been left alone for an extended amount of time - I was gone almost 9 days. Jeanette provided excellent care for my cat, who tends to be particular about what kind of food she eats. Jeanette was patient and even experimented with combining two flavors of food together. Every day I got a detailed message about how she was doing, including multiple photos (I don't know how she takes such great photos, but what a talent!), how the "bathroom" was going (absolutely no issues there), and what progress had been made with my cat's level of comfort with her. By the end of the week, my cat was purring, playing a little, and eating fine, both regular food and treats. Jeanette also brought in my mail for me which I really appreciated and turned my living room lights on and off since I had lost my light timer. Also, the rates are very reasonable for the service provided. I can't say enough good things about Jeanette and Fur Star. What great service and I will most certainly use them again!

Fur Star Pet Care is a fantastic pet sitting service that I’ve been using for a few years for my cats. Jeanette is a wonderful sitter who genuinely cares about the cats. She sends several pictures every day she visits and provides very thorough updates. She has gone above and beyond for me many times when problems come up. For example, she has helped the cats stay warm when my heat went out and attempted to fix my sink when she noticed it was clogged. I can’t say enough great things about Jeanette and her business. I highly recommend her service if you are looking for a pet sitter

Jeanette has been taking care of our two cats whenever we go away since we moved to Columbus a year and a half ago. She has come to feed and play with them many times (including during one long research trip), and they absolutely love her. We have used lots of pet sitters in the past, and Jeanette is by far the best person we’ve worked with. We always come home to a clean apartment, watered plants, collected mail and packages, and, most importantly, happy cats. 100% recommend.

Absolutely the BEST in-home pet care you can get! I've had them come in to take care of my cat a few times while I've been traveling, and they do an amazing job of making sure my little girl has everything she needs, and then some! Daily updates, pictures of playtime and snugs, even an extra treat or two! I cannot give enough praise to Fur Star!

Fabulous pet sitting service. Jeanette is absolutely wonderful. I travel in peace knowing she is watching my little fur ball while I’m away. I have an older cat who has experienced some health issues, but Jeanette and Fur Star take great care of him. Love that I get daily updates and photos.

Jeanette has taken care of our two cats for three years. They have truly developed a special relationship, and I always feel confident that they will be well taken care of when we leave town for a couple of days or even weeks. Jeanette knows their personalities and treats them with great kindness. Recently when my wife and I had our first baby, Jeanette made sure to be available around the unpredictability of the event, and we knew we would find two happy cats to greet our new baby. And, we love getting the updates and pictures twice a day!

I love Fur Star! I have 2 cats (1 with diabetes who requires insulin injections) and they take great care of them when I’m away. Each visit is documented (including with pictures) and they update you on everything they do during the visit. The website is really easy to use to book appointments and to communicate with the owner, Jeanette (who is awesome!), if any questions come up. If you are looking for a pet sitter, Fur Star is wonderful and I highly recommend them!

Finding Fur Star to care for our cats has changed our lives - I know that sounds hyperbolic but it's true. The values that these ladies have when it comes to pet care is remarkable. They truly treat our animals as if they were their own! Directions are followed without fail and they always find ways to go over and above. I never would have thought I'd find peace leaving my animals to anyone outside of family but I have! Their sense of humor in the photo updates they give is such a fun sprinkle on top of already amazing pet care. Love them to pieces!

Kate took great care of my cat Pixels while my husband and I were on our elopement trip. I was nervous he would be anxious but he warmed right up to her, which made me feel better about leaving him with her.

I always know our perfect (very selective) dog is happy and cared for at Kates place!! She has a special plan for every dog, ensuring that my sometimes grumpy guy is always in the best possible play groups and even has a special sleeping arrangement for him. She can cater to hyper, lazy, special needs or just a regular family dog. She answers quickly when booking and sends really nice photo updates! My 3-year-old boxer , Morgan, stayed with Kate for 2 weeks. She has a lot of energy and loves to run around. She had a blast and enjoyed playing with the other dogs. Will definitely return for our future boarding.

We bring our silly neurotic dog to Kate when we travel. Moka absolutely loves her visits to Kate's house and her big yard to play in. Kate knows the quirks of our dog, and works with her well. I highly recommend her!

We just moved to the area and I needed a place to board my mini goldendoodle while we were on vacation. After researching and reading reviews, I decided to trust Holy Paws with my girl and they were amazing. They were happy to answer all of my questions and the two women that I met there were both so nice! Belinda, the owner, made me feel like my dog was in great hands. They sent me pictures multiple times of her playing ball (her favorite) and Raymie seemed happy and comfortable there when I went to pick her up. Pricing was fair as well! I will definitely continue to use Holy Paws for boarding!!

The Team at Holy Paws did a fantastic job taking care of our fur babies. We went on an extended vacation and they treated our dogs like their own. They got a lot of attention spent time hanging out in the office, went outside several times a day got lots of loving in addition they sent us updates and pictures every couple of days. We cannot speak highly enough of their care and will definitely use them for all of our kenneling needs.

Our pups are over seven years old and never spent a night away from home. We eased them into it by spending one night, then two and by the time they spent three nights they were very comfortable with the stay. Belinda and her team are great people and they really take the time to make our pups feel at home. My wife and I, like most dog lovers, are very protective of our dogs and particular of who we would let care for them. Holy Paws is hands down the best decision we've made for our dogs care!! The only reason I rated them at a 5 is because there was nothing higher!!!!

We can't rave enough about Belinda and her staff. We boarded our furry family member Myles with Holy Paws for a week in July. This was the 1st time we left Myles for any length of time since we rescued him from a shelter in December. Belinda took wonderful care of him and sent us many pictures of Myles at play while he was on "vacation". Being that Myles can be a bit reactive to other dogs Belinda assured us that there would not be any "play time" with the other dogs being kenneled and that the safety and well being of all the dogs in her care is her number 1 priority. When we picked up Myles we could tell that he was well loved while were gone. We will definitely use Holy Paws again!

I can't even begin to say enough wonderful things about Belinda, Madison and Olivia. Talk about going above and beyond ... wow. I'm almost hesitant to exclaim too much because I want them all to myself! My husband and I have been "dog people" all of our lives and we are very particular about the care of our pups - we went away for a week during Christmas break and had Holy Paws extended day stays. I was nervous about leaving them but thought they'd be better off in our home vs. a boarding place. I think Holy Paws took even better care of our pups than we do - they got lots of love and attentions - posed for great photos and were their happy selves. To make things more complicated .. our 15yr old needed care for his 4 reptiles - 2 lizards, 2 frogs and a tortoise. They took care of them too and even went out to get additional food when it ran out in the snow storm. Our flight was canceled and we ended up getting home almost 48 hours than we had planned. Belinda and her gals didn't miss a beat. I don't know how they did it all my I truly thank God for them!

I can’t say enough good things about Holy Paws! I have two large dogs and in past experiences they have come home stressed and shaking. We knew we needed to find a new boarding facility, and after meeting Belinda we knew our pups would be in good hands. We just returned from a 5 day trip and both of my dogs are acting like their usual selfs. I received multiple updates with pictures while on my trip which put my mind at ease. I don’t think we will board anywhere else from here on out!

After a tough experience with a nearby Kennel, we found Belinda and Holy Paws. From reading reviews and seeing the website with Belinda's story we believed Holy Paws would be a great fit for Lira (our Lagotto Romagnolo) while on vacation. When we met Belinda you could immediate feel that caring for dogs was deep in Belinda's heart. They have a total service orientation and will also help at your home while caring for your dog if doing in home care. We are blessed to have found Belinda/Holy Paws and are now much more at ease when we need additional care for Lira. Also, Wendy who did much of our in-service was excellent and was a reflection of Belinda!

Holy Paws (Belinda, Madison, and Olivia) watched our 1 year old puppy, Apollo, for two weeks while we were in a family vacation to Greece. All of our family were extremely satisfied with the incredible service they provided. Their effort and dedication to providing Apollo with the best care possible ranged from purchasing him another ball when his broke and getting him a doggy swim pool to cool off during the hot days (which he loved)! They also made sure to provide us with videos and pictures of him every time they went to visit, so that we could stay calm knowing he was in good hands. I am very grateful for the decision we made choosing Holy Paws to take care of Apollo. Their dedication, attention, and love for what they do is unlike any other service around. Having just entered a non assisted living with my two dogs I found them unable to cope with all the different sights and sounds. I requested the help of Holy Paws. I was interviewed by Belinda who was totally atuned to their problems. She walked them and very soon they were calmer. After each outing I would get a bulletin of how they did, along with pictures. Rob is wonderful! He befriended our super timid cat by his second visit, and he provided us with frequent photos, updates, and details on how his visits were going. We were out of town for 9 days and do not like using a kennel. We hired Rob to take care of our 2 poodle mixes. He did a great job! Kept us up to date via text. Will definitely use Rob again and highly recommend.

Rob will take wonderful care of your furry family! He looked after our 3 cats for a week and charmed our scared girl out from under the bed within a few days. Prompt and clear communication (daily pix and text updates) and going the extra mile (cleaning up hairballs, bringing empty trash bins back from the curb) really set him apart from the pack. I don't think my fur baby wants to come home! This facility is operated by a locally renowned breeder. It is clean with outdoor runs, AND a play yard. The FLOORS are climate controlled for the warmth, or cooling comfort of our fur babies. The owner specializes in large breeds (we have a Rottweiler) though all are welcomed. Most other kennels won't take large breeds. The owner also uses aroma therapy for anxious fur babies and makes homemade doggie treats. All being said, instead of me going on vacation next year, I'm going to this kennel for a stay! This place is absolutely worth the drive for 5 star care! Highly recommend!

It is a very nice facility. I think Robbyn spoiled my dogs even more than I do (which is saying a lot). I really appreciated the pictures and updates while I was gone.

Words cannot express how happy I am that Robbyn came into my life! I have a dog who hates being boarded and two that have never been boarded. She asked me to bring them out individually so they could get accustomed to the facility and my dog that hated it, LOVED IT and my two that hadn’t been boarded LOVED IT! I love that she sent me videos and photos of my babies while I was gone. It eased my heart tremendously knowing my babies were being so spoiled. If you’re on the fence, give her a call and talk to her as I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A million out of 10 stars!

I’ve been bringing my pups here for a year and I am so pleased with the care they receive. Robyn sends me pictures and videos when I’m away on a trip. I have never worried about them while in her care. CCC is the perfect place for dogs, wish she had been open over the last 10 years!

I had to take an emergency cross country road trip and needed a place for my doggo. She’s getting older and that long of a stint in a car was not going to work. Josh listened to my situation and helped me board her for over a month. I believe it was about six week! He charged me fairly and didn’t break my bank and my doggo loved it! She was so happy! Every time I asked about her (which was daily) he gave me updates and pictures. I was worried she wasn’t going to want come back with me after I came home. He loves our babies like his own. That’s all I can say. My dog loved him and his quality was top tier. If you’re looking for someone who knows our babies are our family this is the place to call!

We’ve been trusting Julie for 3 years now and she always takes great care of our puppy. Her place is kennel free, so we never have to worry about our puppy being locked in a kennel all day. The recreation area for the puppies in the backyard is amazing. There is TONS of space for them to have fun. A HUGE plus is Julie takes the time to send pictures of our puppy to us daily while we are away. The pictures always look like our puppy is having an amazing time. She’s literally on vacation at Julie’s, so we don’t have to feel guilty about leaving her here. Check out Julie and Wagging Tails if you’re thinking about boarding your pup. I’ve been utilizing the overnight pet sitting services with Julie/Wagging Tails Pet Sitting for the last 8 years. My coonhound Caesar loves going there! All I have to say is “do you want to go to Julie’s?” and he gets all excited! Julie takes great care of him and texts me pictures daily of Caesar while I’m on vacation or out of town. I feel fortunate to have someone I “trust” to take care of Caesar while I’m away. I don’t feel bad leaving Caesar with her because he loves it there!

I LOVE Wagging Tails boarding and Petsitting! I’ve take all three dogs over the last 12 years to them. Their in home care, no cage service is always the best for my fur babies. No matter the needs of the individual I can be assured that each need is met. AND my babies always have the best time with their buddies. Highly recommend this business.

We've boarded our dog with Waggingtailslex for several years and couldn't be happier. There is never an adjustment period once we pick him up and bring him home, which is usually 4-10 nights when we travel without him. That is huge and tells us the environment is like our own home, but with dog friends! We enjoy seeing photos of him throughout his stay. It's always a comfort to us knowing he is in the best hands!

I am so thankful for finding Wagging Tails. I have a puppy and was looking for something different than a kennel environment. My dog Cricket loves this place and on a recent trip I didn't worry myself sick about how he was doing. The daily photos are great as well!

I’ve been taking our dog to Julie for quite awhile. Both love(d) it. We lost our last dog last July and he went there every time we went out of town. Our new sweetie has been to Julie 1st for a few days of day care so she’d be acclimated when we were leaving her for a week. She had lots of friends to play with and based on the pics and Julie’s comments, she had a great time! I highly recommend Wagging Tails.

I've boarded my dogs with Julie, the owner, since 2017 and would not board my dogs anywhere else. My dogs attend daycare with her about once a week. Julie is caring, compassionate, and honest. One of my dogs became blind from an autoimmune disease shortly after I adopted him and she continues to give him the best care even though he requires special food and multiple medications each day. She lets me know if he gets sick or has a cut or scratch. I appreciate her honesty and integrity. She limits the number of dogs she takes and has a wonderful backyard with a divide in it so that the more rambunctious dogs can play separately from those less playful.

We wouldn't trust anyone else with our 3 dogs. Julie loves our dogs like her own and has been with them since they were all puppies. No crates (unless you want that) and tons of play time and snuggles with daily photos. We know our dogs are in the best hands when they are with Julie. We hit the jackpot with Wagging Tails!!
