We are new to the area and had to find someone in a hurry when my mother-in-law passed away and we had to go out of town. Roxanne and Larry did such a nice job with Chloe and Cowboy that I'm not sure they wanted to come home! The first time we experienced that for sure. They also took them for walks and sent us many videos and photos of playtime so we could rest easy. We will be back for sure.

We had to leave town for a wedding, and our dogs had never really needed to stay anywhere without us before. Precious Paws made us feel much better about leaving our dogs for a few days, showing us around and walking us through how the dogs would be taken care of. They sent videos of the dogs playing and having fun, and generally kept us in the loop while we were away. The entire experience was great for the dogs and for us, and I would 100% use them again if we needed to board our dogs. You can't go wrong with them.

Precious Paws is a great place to leave your pet overnight or for daycare! I have done both, and the owners are thoughtful and loving with my dog 'Buddy', sending photo updates of her walking, playing with her toys, and playing with other "friends" during her stay. They also be sure she is comfortable with her favorite blanket and treats! We love this place and Buddy is always super excited when we are on the way for her next visit!

They did a great job taking care of our large Great Dane mix who is high energy and anxious in new settings. Our dog seemed to settle in well and we loved all the videos of him playing fetch!

We found this place by chance, I wanted a safe and fun place for my dogs.Roxanne and her husband Larry are big dog lovers. Their yard is beautiful with plenty of shade. Our dogs loved the walks and ball playing . We know our dogs are in good hands. We trust and highly recommend them! This was our 2nd time and our dogs loved it.

They took excellent care of my dog Franklin while I was away on vacation. They sent plenty of updates and kept us informed on how he was doing everyday. Would recommend them to anyone with a furry friend they need boarded.

We had needed a reliable & clean place for our pup’s first time away from us (& it was going to be 14days) . They went above and beyond to make her feel at home and loved . They also made sure we got updates with photos and videos often to ease our minds . The facility is top notch , this not your run of the mill boarding kennel. It is a puppy palace (no cold concrete floors & chainlink kennels) made to make your babies feel as if it is a home away from home . They took special care to introduce to other dogs who played alike so that she could play safely and still have fun . All in all , it was a wonderful vacation for our princess pup and made our vacation much more enjoyable knowing she was loved and cared for just as we would have ! I highly recommend for short term AND long term !

I had never left my two sweet girls before and I was sooo nervous! We took the girls to meet Roxanne and Larry and they feel in love with them and their beautiful yard and facilities! We got daily updates, videos, and pics. My dogs were so well loved, played with, kept on their strict medication schedule, walked, and it made my vacation just that... a vacation! My dogs had a BLAST and I have nothing but good things to say. They even accommodated my dogs not being accustomed to kennels. Roxanne and Larry are the nicest most honest people!

Roxanne and her husband are the best! We are lucky to have found them. Our Otis was well cared for and received all the comforts of home. He had a blast! Absolutely perfect, great communication, excellent prices. They are DOG and CAT people. We told them our dogs were family and had never been in a kennel. They were accommodating and understanding. We have used them several times and will definitely again

I love Gordonview Bed and Biscuit. They are wonderful. They are always happy to see them and so are my dogs. I would recommend to anyone that needs a caring place for their pet.

I purchased my miniature Australian Shepherd from this farm 2 years ago. I drop my pup off at Gordenview when I leave town for an extended period of time. I drive over an hour to do this. She just loves it! The people are great. The facility is clean with the pups being very well managed and loved on.

We left our fur baby along with our sons fur baby for a weekend getaway. Very pleased with the check in and check out. The dogs seemed very happy when we picked them up. We had daily notes on their food intake, bathroom visits and behavior for the entire stay. The place does not smell like the typical pet area. It smells clean and the runs were all very well maintained. I highly recommend this bark and biscuit retreat for your fur babies. We will definitely be back!

I had never boarded a dog before and it was an easy thing to do. Price was not an issue. The woman running the place clearly loves the dogs. And my dog seemed in great spirits when I picked him up. It was a very nice location and great people and I just had an extremely nice experience with them!

We have boarded our dog here a couple of times now, and he loves it! And so do we! Not only do they take great care of your dog, but they have several exercise and kennel/run size options to choose from. You can also choose to have your dog bathed while there. Prices are more than reasonable.

Lorri Gordon is a true pet professional! I have told others about her facility, but never needed to board my dogs until just recently… Lorri and her staff went above and beyond to make sure we had total peace of mind before leaving our pets at her facility.. The dogs really enjoyed their stay… so much that I don’t think they missed us! Thank you Lorri!

Wags and wiggles has been amazing. My half pit/lab is extremely anxious and shy around new people. We boarded him for 6 days and I received daily photos of him enjoying his time. The owner even took the time to call me and reassure me about his well-being. I truly believe this place is well-equipped to understand dogs' behaviors. I will definitely be using them again as well as recommending them to others.

First time using Wags and Wiggles this past week while on our family vacation. I won't ever take my pup anywhere else. They loved him and took excellent care of him. Biggie made lots of new friends and I think he really enjoyed his stay. Very friendly staff. Clean environment. Fenced in play area. Got 4-5 pictures everyday which made it a little easier on us considering we've never left him anywhere. 10/10 recommend will absolutely use them again.

The groomer did a great job with my Bernedoodle. I also love that they send photos during the doggy day care outdoor play time. My dog always looks so happy!

I have a GS/Lab mix that we got as a puppy just before COVID. We missed out on some socialization and now he has separation anxiety and is fearful of strangers and strange places. The staff has been so willing to work with me on getting him some time in their doggy daycare (I drive 46 miles one way). Our vet gave him some meds for anxiety and he has been doing better than expected. They still handle with care, but their setup allows letting him in and out without having to use the leash (he doesn't like strangers reaching over his head). The staff are always so willing to help and discuss his day. We are working up to boarding him and that first test will be in a few days. I am just so thrilled that we found a place that didn't just turn him away because he may have shown aggression (another facility where he snapped at a staff member after being cornered and they were reaching over him to connect his leash, he caught her little finger but she's fine, just needed a bandaid). He does get a little stressed from all of the other dogs barking, but this place handles a lot of dogs and is very busy, and everyone is doing something when I go in there- cleaning, taking care of dogs, etc. Thank you Wags and Wiggles for giving my dog a chance! I hope it continues to go well for everyone. Maybe you could open a second location. Update 10/2023: Boarding went better than expected! I got updates and one of the girls was sitting next to him. He has done so well, and they have worked to ensure he has a great stay. We are so thankful for Mrs. O'Neal and her staff. Update 10/2024: Just boarded him for a week while we were out of town. No issues! Sent pictures every day and they worked with him and he was letting a few of the girls pet him. Big improvement! This place is a life saver and I can go on vacation without the stress of worrying. I continue to take him for daycare about once a month.

By far, the best! Josie loves everyone at Wags and they take great care of her. I couldn't have a dog without them.

We are extremely particular about where we leave our two doggies. Every person and company we've tried (Rover, etc) has failed us. Utterly. I don't know what Sheri and her staff do while we're gone and our pooches are in their care, but our dogs LOVE it. When I get them out of the vehicle to drop them off, they drag me in on the leash (they're 14lb Shih Tzu mixes so that's comical) and never look back! When we pick them up, they are happy and exhausted from playing! It's a magic combination of care and let them run wide open that we hope never changes. Whether you are going on a long trip or just need a few dog-free hours, you will be hard-pressed to find a better dog care provider than Wags n Wiggles. We drive 1/2 hour each way and it's WORTH every mile to know that our dogs are well cared for!

Our dog had a hard time at first just because she's spoiled and not used to being boarded but after a couple days she warmed up. They made her comfortable and sent pictures while we were away. Will definitely use them again!

Our dogs are always truly happy after a stay with Happy Tails. Our little Ms Sadie has a blast interacting with other small pups as herself. She always seems to be less stressed when we pick her up vs. our other kennel we take her too when Jeff's availability is full. Drop off and pick up is always super easy and fast. We've been going to Happy Tails Bed & Biscuit for a few years now and have never left upset or had any issues. I highly recommend them. They are good people who will care for your favorite fur baby.

Happy Tails will forever be our favorite boarding facility. My dogs adore Jeff and they take such special care of the pups whenever we’re out of town. Jeff truly cares for the well-being and happiness of my girls. Everytime I tell the pups we’re heading out to Jeff’s they get so excited. At pickup the pups are bathed, happy and healthy! I never worry about the dogs when we’re away and it’s near impossible to pay for that kind of peace of mind. We will always continue to board our pups at Happy Tails.

Jeff and Sharon are like second parents to my Great Dane, Greta. She gets so excited when it's time to "go see Jeff". He treats the dogs like his own, even plays music for them when they're in the kennels. He rotates them out for playtime, pairing them up with friends and who gets along best. This place is amazing!

My three dogs stay at HTBandB often and they love it. They can always tell when they are headed back and get very excited. They love Jeff and he treats them as his own. The property is well maintained in a peaceful, country setting.

We have been using Happy Tails for our boarding needs for over a year and have always been pleased with their process and facility. Our male chocolate lab seems to love it as well! We used another place a few times when Happy Tails did not have any spots vacant and he was never as happy he is when we drop him off here. He gets plenty of play time outside and is well taken care of. Jeff and Sharon are good people!

Happy Tails Bed and Biscuit is the absolute best! My black lab has stayed at several other boarding facilities before Happy Tails and I always felt so guilty leaving her because she was always kept up in a kennel except for her potty breaks; that is until I found out about Happy Tails. Jeff and Sharon (the owners who live on property) are amazing people and love every animal like it was their own. My dog is cared for so much there and always has time outdoors to play and burn off that extra energy before being put up at night. They are kept on a schedule for feeding, rest time, and play time which is great. Jeff and Sharon have I believe have 20 acres of secure area where the dogs can be dogs and have fun. I will never leave my dog anywhere else except for there. I highly recommend them!

Our girls love staying at Happy Tails! I appreciate that ours pups are let out in the grass as a family to play instead of grouped into a concrete area with 20 other dogs. Our Aussie gets very anxious around other dogs and new people, but she is always happy to come here to run and play while we are away and never comes home stressed or upset. I also like that they are given individual attention and still treated like pets. I 100% recommend Happy Tails!

We have a male Blue Heller and a female Australian Shepherd Mix who have tons of energy. They also can tend to be scared of new dogs. That said, we boarded them with Happy Tails for 6 nights. We don’t board the pups often, but we could tell they were in good hands immediately upon drop off. It puts a worrisome owner like me at ease when the people caring for my dogs are so knowledgeable and professional. The Martins took great care of our dogs, and the price is unbeatable. I won’t take them anywhere else as long as I can book with Happy Tails.

We have boarded with Happy Tails Bed and Biscuit for years. Their care and love for the animals is unmatched. Their facilities are always clean and of the highest standard. Anyone considering boarding their pets here should do so with the upmost confidence knowing while you are away they are receiving the best care.

Jeff really cares about the dogs and runs a tip top kennel. There's nobody else I would trust to keep my girls. He's a true blessing to me. They come home clean and happy. They are excited to go back when I drop them off. 5 stars isn't enough.

The owner Layla is very dedicated to her job. She cares for all animals as if they were her own. Highly recommend taking your fur babies here you wont be disappointed!

We need to board my grand dog there to help my daughter and myself as we both had a lot going on and Layla couldn't have done a better job. Well, we finally found a groomer that we LOVE!! This was our first time bringing our Bernedoodle (Liberty) to Happy Tails, but it definitely will not be our last. This will now be the only place we go. They're extremely friendly and professional! They truly love the animals they care for. I'm so glad we found this place!!!

My two male bullies Sushi and Mushu had there very first keenle stay. They loved it. Played so hard. They staff is super friendly. We were able to check in on the dogs. Viva text message and phone calls. I highly recommend happy Tails. Wonderful place

I have gone twice now. The first time I had a good experience but this past experience because of the receptionist only, we won’t be back. I was told my dogs skirt was matted (because of illness’s in the house he was off schedule) I really didn’t want to shave his skirt but was told if I didn’t I could turn around and pick my dog back up, (mind you i had driven 40 min) I understand the customer service industry as myself is in the industry, but the attitude was RUDE on the phone. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. 👎

My dog is like a child so I am always hesistant and slow to trust. The people at Happy Tails are amazing!! My pup was so well taken care of when boarded and when groomed. They are my go to/only place I am choosing. Also, prices are unbeatable.

My family and I began working with Danielle just about a year ago. We have four dogs (two older Yorkies that are 15 & 13, and two Labradoodles that are 8 & 6) and from time to time we are in need of help - from quick potty & hugs visits, to more of the same plus meals prepared, meds given, etc. There’s nothing Danielle can’t (or won’t!) do for us when it comes to our pups!! I’m not exaggerating when I say Danielle has not only come to be very important to our little family, she’s come to feel like a part of our little family as well. Trustworthy, timely, detailed, and VERRRY loving, I know I can reach out to Danielle at the very last minute (I’m trying to do less of that!), and somehow she always manages to squeeze us in. Since I realize we’re not her only clients, I do try to give her at least several days notice, but if I can’t - and if she can juggle things a bit - she’s always there for us. More important than anything, our dogs LOVE Danielle!! I know this because our two little Yorkies don’t take to just anyone - especially our 13 y/o. He’s a little cranky - and can definitely behave like a grump when meeting new people - but not in this case! He took to Danielle instantly, cuddling up to her and finding a spot on her lap the very first time they met. If you have a hard to please dog like this one, no doubt Danielle will work her magic and find a way forge a new friendship!! It’s truly my honor to write this review, and my pleasure to share it with anyone looking for a dog care professional who’s reliable, dependable, trustworthy and VERY loving. If you’ve been looking for the right person to help out with your precious pet(s), not for one single second do I hesitate to give Danielle an enthusiastic two thumbs up!! She’s one of the best in the biz, and I know because I’ve been hiring dog sitters/helpers for more than 35 years! (The only reason I was in the market for someone new is due to the fact that we recently moved to Shelbyville in 2021. We left behind a real Mary Poppins and I was so afraid we’d never find another. Well, I think we did!) Need someone you can trust? Someone who will show your pets love and be sure they’re fed on time, get their meds as required, and leave your home just as neat and tidy as she found it? I have no doubt you’ll be just as thrilled as we have been with Danielle, and your pets will most certainly thank you too!!

Best place to board a dog who likes to be outside and active. SJ and her staff are very attentive to all of the dogs. She sends videos at least 2-3 times/day, so you can see what you pup is up to! The indoor kennels are spacious, clean and no dog odors! We have been boarding here for the past 2 years and will not go anywhere else. We drive 1.5 hours each way to board our dog here!! SJ's is the best!

Sarah was absolutely amazing. She definitely has a love for dogs and they are well cared for while they are with her. I found Sarah several years ago and she was very accommodating. She sent lots of pictures and updates during George and Gracie's stay. Gracie as a special needs dog was well taken care of especially during her seizure episodes. Will definitely use her services again. Her and her staff were awesome to deal with and never once did I feel my dogs were left unattended or unsafe. They were definitely very tired from playing during their 8 day stay.

First off i'll start with Sarah is awesome, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. She runs her business top notch, everything is simple and streamline from her communication to us being able to place our deposit and pay final invoice from an app and or online via email. This was the first time i have ever boarded my dog Rick and been away in the two years i have had him since he was rescued. Rick is a large 84 lbs mix bread who is very excited and hyper ALL the time, but is very sweet and plays well with all other dogs! I let Sarah know this prior to booking and it was no problem. Sarah and her facility (The Getaway) are perfect, and she loves her job! You can tell she is great with all the animals. Rick spent a week (7 days) at SJ Boarding and we will be back. It was a great experience for all of us Sarah text daily video's and pictures so I was always getting updates. Wonderful experience for our first time! Being able to leave your pup knowing they are having fun, very well cared for, and with great people makes it stress free being out of town for a trip. I cannot say enough A+ experience, communication at a very fair value. what more could you ask for?

SJ's Dog Boarding has been great for our dog, Diesel! The entire staff is so friendly and flexible. Diesel loved his time there and probably would've rather stayed there with all of his new friends! The fenced in areas are large with lush grass and in the shade!

SJ’s is the only kennel we consider for boarding our Border Collie and Cavalier King Charles. We had tried 2 kennels in McMinnville before a friend introduced me to Sarah Jane - what an improvement! At SJ’s, our dogs get to be social with other well behaved pups, we get daily picture/video updates, and the dogs come home pooped but not stressed. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! She sent videos everyday and we could see our puppy was having a blast and very well taken care of. We’ll definitely be using again in the future!

Sarah Jane’s Dog Boarding is an amazing place and Sarah is great. I went out of town and had to find a place for my two dogs, Bambi and Bella. Bambi gets along with everybody but Bella is an alpha female and can have some difficulties with other female dogs but Sarah totally took care of them both and separated Bella when she was being problematic. She sends you daily videos and keeps you updated while you’re away. My dogs had an absolute blast with the other dogs and they got all the energy out. Sarah is amazing with communication and is trustworthy of your sweet fur babies ❤️ She's also very affordable and has you pay half up front and then the other half when you pick up your dogs. Thanks, Sarah we’ll see you next time!

SJs is the Best place for your fur babies. Sarah and staff go out of their way to care for your dog and make the owner feel comfortable leaving them. They send you videos daily of them playing. The outdoor and indoor space is very clean and organized. The country setting is gorgeous.

I am so incredibly grateful I was referred this facility! Sarah was great with communication, even taking a call while she was out of town with a two hour time difference, unfortunately waking her. She is professional, courteous, and detailed. She mentioned she was taking her first vacation in years for her birthday but that her staff would be available any day or time for questions. They were great! I love also that they have cameras. The fenced areas were very clean and the property was well- maintained. I love how much outside time the dogs are given. When I arrived, her staff was professional and very personable. We received videos daily. The way she integrates dogs into their new environment was brilliant. I felt very comfortable leaving my German Shepard here and will definitely return!! I will also be referring her to all of my friends. 💥We even drove an hour to board here as it was highly recommended. Thank you, Sarah!! I feel I have a new friend in you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇺🇸

My dog has separation anxiety & has stayed at UR PET’S HOME AWAY FROM HOME CAGELESS BOARDING several times & loves it! Dianne is so good with animals & she has a huge fenced in back yard for them to run around & play. She always sends me pictures & keeps me updated while my dog is there. Dianne is the best & I never have to worry while my dog is there.

Awesome place for ur dogs...beautiful, clean & Dianbe us the best. NY dogs didn't even wa ba come home.. She's amazing with them & it's a beautiful place in her yard & its all fenced. Very Safe

Brought my dogs here for the first time...Was really impressed with her set up. She was so nice & explained everything to me how her set up works, I was really impressed it was so clean & lots of room for my dogs to play & they got along with all the other dogs she was keeping She kept the big dogs separated from the little one's.Which made mine feel secure. They took up with Dianne immediately..I felt so comfortable so I know my vacation I won't have to worry...And they stayed in part of her home it was cagefree. You're still talking to you when you just have the words it was worth every penny. So much better than a vet's office or a dog kennel I was so impressed I will be using her again. And my dogs just loved it when I pick them up they were so clean and happy she did a great job.

We left our dog here for 10 days. Our dog is skittish of everyone but she did great. She warmed up to Dianne and loved her. Dianne took such good care of our fur baby! Dianne sent pictures or videos every day and we didn't have to worry about our dog at all which made our trip more enjoyable. I would highly recommend her and we will definitely use her again. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

We have used Ur Pet's Home Away From Home boarding several times and we will definitely use Dianne again when we need boarding. Our dog loves it there! Dianne has a beautiful fenced back yard and our dog loves being to play off leash with her new friends (Dianne's dogs :-) ). Dianne treats our dog like she is one of her own with so much TLC. She also is wonderful about sending pictures and updates of your dog throughout their stay. Give Ur Pet's Home Away from Home a call - you'll be glad you did!

I was so glad to find this place to board my dog I'm very particular and if I go somewhere I worry about her all the time. After I met Dianne my dog took up with her immediately which made me happy I knew instantly this would be a good place for her to stay she was so kind and she sent pictures to my phone and stayed in touch everyday. When I picked her up after a 5 day stay she acted like she didn't want to go home, so I will be using her from now on when I go anywhere because I want a stress free vacation and this was the first time I was able to find someone i trusted and was comfortable with and it's worth the price.I don't have to worry about my dog getting hurt by a bunch of other dogs.... Very Satisfied

So glad to have found Dianne. I boarded my little dog in another facility in the past. When I picked him up, he always seemed nervous and not himself. This year I found Dianne. Entirely different experience. She has a beautiful home and fenced in back yard. I felt so comfortable leaving Butter for 7 nights. She sent me updates and photos every day. She even sent me video of him playing frisbee, which is one of his favorite things to do. When I first meet Dianne, I knew she loved animals and being a pet sitter. When I picked Butter up, he was happy, wagging his tale. I could tell she had taken excellent care of him.. If you need a pet sitter, do not hesitate to use Dianne. She is a loving, sweet lady. I will definitely use her service again.

This is the absolute best place to leave your fur babies! I left my Lucy here for 9 days, and did not worry about her well being once. I missed her, but Dianne sent pictures and updates throughout the day! She went above and beyond, and she is the only person I will leave my girl with from now on. This is a wonderful place to board your pets. Pets are not caged and have plenty of room to run and play. Dianne is the best! She takes such good care of the pets and even sends pictures and videos during their stay. My Lucy just loves Dianne. If you need a safe place for your pet to stay, you won’t find a better place!

Kesha and Meg are the best! They’re super accommodating and easy to work with. My pup loves going there. She gets plenty of exercise and always comes home exhausted. 😀 We love getting the pictures every day. They provided great care for our pet who needs scheduled medications. We felt confident in the care provided and liked that he was in a home environment instead of a kennel. Meg and Kasha were easy to work with and are professional and efficient. Definitely plan to use them again!

I am so grateful for Meg and Kasha! My baby, Cherry, has been going to daycare almost weekly with them since she was a puppy! She gets excited as soon as we pull into the driveway, and she leaves exhausted after being spoiled and getting to play with her friends all day! Meg and Kasha treat Cherry like their own, and I highly recommend them!

Dropped my two rough collies off for thanksgiving week. Both Kesha and Meg took care of the two with no issues other than what they didn’t tell me. I’m sure maizie did her share of whining and wanting to eat the chickens. Clancy on the other hand May have been good. Regardless, my dogs were taken care of and I felt good when I picked them up. My dogs felt the same and they didn’t have anything negative to say! Both Kesha and Meg were very personable, hospital, and I appreciate them taking care of my dogs. Photos of the dogs each day helped the questions of how are my dogs. I recommend these two and again, my thanks for taking care of my dogs

Meg and Kasha were great! They sent pics several times so I could see how our dog was doing. He had a great stay and seemed happy and healthy when he came home. Will definitely use them again!

Megan and Kasha are both amazing! I feel 100% content when I drop off my fur baby. I get picture updates throughout the day of the fun adventures my little guy is having. It makes he so happy to know he is being cared for in a home and not stuck in a cage all day while I'm at work. I highly recommend bringing your pet here. They really care about what they're doing and will go the extra mile to accommodate your needs.

We had the best experience with Meg & her wife they were great! She sent so many pictures in the two days we were away & in every picture our dog Krew is smiling from ear to ear! He had so much fun! We had an amazing experience leaving our cat with Meg and Kasha. They were flexible and very accommodating. Our cat was well cared for and loved during his stay. The picture and text updates were much appreciated. Would highly recommend.
