honeybee was a great sitter for our 3 animals. She communicated very well throughout the sit. Our flight home was delayed and she was great about being able to cover the extra days. Her connection to the animals was wonderful. We were less organized than intended on her arrival due to some unexpected work issues, and she was great about rolling with the changes (e.g. the closet doors were missing as the painter hadn't finished with them). She used public transport to get to Golden and then drove our car while here. She left a few items behind, and her attention to kitchen cleanliness could be better, but we would definitely have her sit our pets again if the opportunity arises.
Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.
Tom provided a last minute sit when my 2 week long trip got extended to the 3rd. The previous zeewoi sitter was no longer available for the 3rd week, and Tom came in as a savior. As requested, he started his sit a day prior to the posted dates (thank you for being flexible). He met the prior zeewoi in person, since I was not in town, and got to know the house and cats quickly. He sent pictures of the cats each day and added a note about their well being. He was independent and was able to figure out how to use the litter genie on his own. I returned to a clean home and healthy happy cats. Would love to have Tom return and recommend him to anyone leaving their pets in his care.
Angie and Joe have been our go-to pet sitters for our dogs, Cooper and Kona, on multiple occasions, and they consistently deliver exceptional care. Each time we've entrusted our pups to their care, Angie and Joe have gone above and beyond to ensure their well-being. Their genuine love for animals has always left us worry-free and able to fully enjoy our time away. Cooper and Kona's excitement whenever they see Angie and Joe speaks volumes about the bond they've formed. We sincerely recommend Angie and Joe to anyone seeking reliable and caring pet sitters.
Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! They were communicative before the sit, during, and after. Kelly and Chris were the ideal sitters in every way. We’d welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to others. Thanks you two!
We had the pleasure of having Tara as our house sitter while we were away, and we can't praise her enough for the fantastic job she did. Not only did she take excellent care of our home, but she also showed tremendous love and attention to our beloved dogs. From the moment Tara walked through the door, we could tell she had a genuine passion for animals. She immediately bonded with our dogs, and they seemed completely at ease with her. Throughout our trip, she provided us with regular updates and photos, which truly put our minds at ease knowing our boys were in great hands. Tara took great care of our home as well. It was evident that she respected our space and coming back home, we found everything just as we left it, if not even better! We highly recommend Tara to anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy, and caring house sitter. Her communication was excellent, and she proved herself to be a responsible and dedicated individual. If you want to ensure your pets and home are in the best hands while you're away, Tara is the perfect choice. Thank you, Tara, for taking such incredible care of our dogs and home. You made our trip stress-free, and we're truly grateful.
Melissa did an AWESOME job with our 4 pets! Her personal style and communication via text, video, and pics were stellar and super comforting while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She showed up before the sit to go over instructions for the pet care and was even here when we returned (before she left for her next engagement). You would never know this was her first TH sit. She quickly earned our trust, asked for clarification when needed, and overall is just a GREAT PERSON!! Her kindness showed through in the care of each and every one of our furry babies. She will be a great sitter for others and is looking to travel across and see more of the US while remote working. We have adopted her into our family and she is welcome in our home anytime. Our whole family hopes to see her again-either for a visit and/or for a sit :) Thank you, Thank you, Melissa!!!
Toby and we were SO lucky to have Tom be our home and pet sitter for our Thanksgiving Holiday trip! From the very beginning Tom was responsive and communicative. He was even able to arrange a "meet and greet" with us and Toby before beginning his stay. While here Tom took great care of our home, and, most importantly, provided wonderful care of Toby! When we got home everything was in perfect order and we could tell that even though Toby was happy to see us he was going to miss Tom. I would be thrilled if we could have Tom as our zeewoi again. You will be lucky if he can do the same for you. :)
Laura is hands down the best sitter that we have ever had care for our pets and house! Having her stay made our trip away so care free and added a super fun layer of getting her daily (morning and night!) updates with photos and videos, some were hilarious I love Laura’s sense of humor! We were gone 8 days and when’s we arrived home our house was cleaner than when we left, mail on the counter, yard was picked up, it was beyond what we would expect. This made our first day back so easy. Oh’ and our pets were so relaxed and happy we knew they were loved and taken care of while we were away. Laura knew that we were coming home late and she even had bought a yummy quiche, rolls, fruit and juice so that we had breakfast in the morning! Laura is responsive, a great communicator, I could go on but simply put she is welcome at our house anytime. Simply the best!! Thank you tons Laura!!
What an amazing couple we had as pet sitters for our two dogs! You can truly feel their love for animals. Nancy sent pictures a couple of times letting us know that they were having fun also with our Cody and Carson! Our home was perfect when we got home. They even left a beautiful potted flower and card on our island in our kitchen. We highly recommend this couple! Jim & Wanda

My doggies and I love The Dog Coop! The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about my doggies, Phoebe and Bruno. My two pups are always so excited to go, and I can tell they have a great time when they visit. They even posted them for their birthday 🥺. Scheduling is super easy, and I always feel confident knowing I can contact the staff whenever needed. One of my dogs has a history of being nervous around men, but the staff went above and beyond to work with him, and he's comfortable with the male staff members. It means a lot to me to see how much effort they put into making sure every dog feels safe and happy. I couldn't be happier with the care my dogs receive here.
My partner & I got a new puppy a few months ago and we’re feeling unexpectedly overwhelmed with our work schedule. After a lot of research and few bad experiences with other dog sitters from Rover, we decided to take our puppy to try the Dog Coop. They are open early (which helps) and the staff are really friendly and understanding. I The staff’s faces light up when they talk about each dog’s highlights that day. They sometimes send me updates and pictures throughout the day. Their instagram is updated a few times a day with cute updates. Our puppy Moose LOVES this place! The socialization and environment are amazing. Our pup hates being in his crate for too long without us there. For overnight boarding, they are cage-free and each dog gets their own bed. Our pup loved the boarding process. I haven’t met the owner Juli (?) officially yet, but I’ve heard great things. Our pup saw Juli from afar when we last dropped him off for daycare, and he was so happy to see her - which is awesome because he can be nervous sometimes. She recognized him instantly, gave him love and led him back to his friends. It was reassuring to see that warmth and care from the business owner as a nervous dog mom. I thought I would use this place occasionally for daycare due to finances, but it’s made a huge difference for our happy puppy and has been really great - so we are taking him much more often. They have pretty good discounted rates if you buy from their packages. Trust me, this place is worth every penny.
Judi and her team at the Dog Coop genuinely care about your dog. I have a dog who needs some special attention for safety, and they made sure to adjust protocol for him. Judi is also very kind and wants to get to know her customers—it’s not just a business for her, it’s a personal love! Really grateful Banjo and I have found this wonderful spot for him to be when he can’t be with me.
So happy to have recently found The Dog Coop for my 7 month old giant puppy. Louie loves play, and loves all dogs, and humans, but doesn't rest well without support... yet. Judi and the other employees help him to rest in a quiet place so he gets the play and the relaxation he needs. All staff have been responsive and kind to Louie and myself, and Louie comes home happy, and tired. Judi is an absolute dog lover that's kind and patient. I have seen her walk dogs in my old building for 6+ years, and she always provided them with the patience they deserve. Judi has a good thing going; a large space, kind employee's, and a small dog to human ratio. Three cheers for The Dog Coop! (Sometimes there's a cutie little pic waiting for you at pick-up!)
Our dog absolutely loves going to the Coop. He drags me in the door, and begs to go into the play area as soon as we get there. It is the BEST thing for an energetic young dog on our long in-office days. Bonuses: it's easy to drop off and hop on metro, and it's locally owned. We love the Coop!!
The Dog Coop is the best! Its clear that the owner, Judi, and her staff love dogs. They go out of their way to make it a happy, comfortable place for all pups. My dog has seizures and some other related issues, and they have been wonderful in dealing with his special needs both for daycare and boarding. I've tried taking him to other corporate doggy daycares and the difference is HUGE. I'm so happy to have the Dog Coop in the neighborhood!
We love the Dog Coop!! The owner Judi has been walking both our dogs for over five years now and we are thrilled that she has grown her business into a full dog daycare and boarding! We trust Judi with both our dogs fully, and our senior dog especially has thrived under Judi's care in ways we never expected and really come out of her shell! Her and her team are so welcoming and excited to be with the dogs. The facility is comforting and feels like home to the dogs. There are no crates and they have tons of play areas as well as a zen room and couches for when the hounds need a break. After having some terrible experiences at other DC doggie daycares, we are so happy to now send our hounds to the Dog Coop - a true pet loving business
Can't say enough good things about The Dog Coop! We have a very large mastiff puppy who suffers from severe anxiety and were very nervous about finding a day care and boarding location where she would not only be safe and well cared for, but also have a great time (she loves other dogs!). We found that and more at The Dog Coop. The owner, Judi, is amazing and her love of dogs and commitment to putting their best interests first runs through everything she does. We're looking forward to taking Munchkin here for years to come. So grateful Judi created such a wonderful space for dogs to thrive.
Just wish we had found The Dog Coop sooner for our 13 month old pup. She just plays all day with other amazing dogs and staff. I really feel comfortable leaving our little girl in their capable and loving hands! Best deal in town!!
Probably the best thing that ever happened for my pup (and me). I am very happy my dog gets to run around and play all day vs being stuck in my apartment. This is probably the best doggy daycare I could ask for. my pup did a trial at a daycare in DC last year and was anxious as can be. This was a concern for me going into another daycare. Judy, the owner, let me know what is different about the dog coop and my dog LOVES to leave me for daycare. Thank you Judy for opening a FABULOUS place that my dog loves. It is amazing to be able to bring my pup somewhere she absolutely loves, maybe some days more than me, and knowing that she is well cared for!
I had the pleasure of installing some signage at this business. What an operation! I saw so many happy puppies and puppy parents in my short stay. Stefanie and her team are absolutely stellar with the fur babies. The trainer was very impressive in his skillset. And the property was extremely clean, warm and inviting.
What a great place. My daughter is new to the DC area and needed to find a place for her dog. The first meet did not happen due to paperwork from the vet so we had to reschedule. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The design of facility is really nice and the fact that the dos can be viewed by owners is great. My daughter's dog was only there for a few hours at first, but was exhausted after, which it was she needed.
Happy paws has taken such good care of our dog during day care and for boarding. Our dog loves all the people who work there and they clearly love him back. John the lead trainer has given me very helpful behavioral and training tips when asked, and they also recently started working on skills with the dogs in daycare. I can’t say enough positive words about Happy paws.
I am so thankful that I found Happy Paws - Stefanie and her wonderful staff. My puppy, Satchmo has such a good time with all of the folks that work there and his doggie friends! This is a great place to get healthy, fun socialization for your dog. I appreciate them so much!
I really appreciated being able to leave my daughters Westie at Happy Paws while I was dog sitting for a few days and also needed to go to work. The owner, Stefanie, set up a time when I could bring Max by to see how he would do and after observing him with the other dogs for a few minutes, she let him stay for the day. Max has not had a lot of interaction with other dogs and after a few days at Happy Paws, he seems much calmer and well behaved. Stefanie offered several training tips which have been extremely helpful. She even let me bring him at the last minute when I needed to extend my dog sitting commitment - my daughter was in labor and was delighted to be able to watch Max being so well cared for on the live stream camera, which helped take her mind off things! Thank you Stefanie, Devin and the entire Happy Paws team for helping us get through a difficult week and for giving Max such good attention! He’s doing great with the new baby, btw.
The owner and trainer were exceedingly nice when we came in to inquire about day care about a month ago. Subsequently, we signed up for a “package” because they said my dog had to get “used to” the facility and people and “make friends” with the other dogs 🙄 I purchased a $375 package. Every time thereafter that I came in, the owner couldn’t be bothered to look up from the computer screen or even make a pretense of trying to remember us. I could easily understand if this happened during busy times, but my dog and I were the only ones in the waiting area, patiently and awkwardly waiting for some sort of acknowledgement. When I came to pick my dog up, the trainer who was at the front desk would comment that “the caffeine had worn off” and he’d be with us and, oh yeah- who are you again? These were the same seemingly nice people who quickly sold us a package the first time we came. Today, I was angrily scolded by another happy paws employee for taking my dog’s harness off after we entered the waiting area. I did this because I thought she was coming out to take my pup, but again I was left standing because they seemed to me, too busy to bother coming around the counter to greet us. I understand I made an unintentional mistake, but the aggressiveness was unnecessary. Nobody was coming in or out if the front doors, so we weren’t endangering anyone. Also, too many dogs in a crowded space and no outdoor potty breaks made me grateful to accept the offered refund for the remaining unused hours I had purchased. As I stated to the owner at the time, this wasn’t the solution for which I had hoped. Happy paws turned out to be not so happy. Doggy day care is also a people business. Petsmart dog boarding in Bethesda has a much better doggie day camp program and caring employees, so we’ll continue to combat the traffic for the extra few miles it takes us to get there- it’s definitely worth it!
We have taken our dog to Happy Paws for over 10 years for mostly day care but also, occasionally, for boarding and recommend them highly. The management and staff work tirelessly to provide a safe, clean, and bright environment for the dogs in their care and are very understanding about accommodating reasonable individual pet needs. When checking in on the camera, I often see the staff sharing affectionate interaction with the dogs in their care. Also, the team members are very courteous and caring with their pet parent clients.
We are so lucky to have Happy Paws in the Tenleytown community. A member of my family has a fear of dogs, and they have been working with John at Happy Paws on effective strategies to get more comfortable with dogs. John is wise, patient, and clearly cares about dogs and their people. Thanks Happy Paws!
Me and my dog couldn't be happier with Happy Paws. They let me bring my new rescue dog for free MANY times prior to boarding just to make sure she was 100% comfortable with being left there. The staff are incredibly accommodating, attentive, and caring and run a very clean and efficient operation. The web cam is a really nice touch for when you want to check in on your dog.
My dog loved going here even though he didn't play much with other dogs. The employees were so very sweet and gave him so much love. The prices have gone up in the last few years but that's expected. I wish there was something like this in the area with an outdoor area but they did a great job keeping the place clean immediately after a dog went to the bathroom. Sometimes the cleaning supply smell will come home with your dog but it was never chemical smelling or gross and it's better then them feeling dirty or smelling like pee or anything else. We stopped going because I didn't need it anymore but we stopped in to say hello occasionally and they always remembered my dog and gave him love. It's a safe place to socialize your dog and allow them to get tired during the day.
We brought our English Toy Spaniel here for 2 days as part of trial before being admitted into boarding. We felt so at ease throughout the process. Even though we didn’t end up boarding our dog that weekend, there were several instances which made me know we had found a good boarding place when the situation calls for it. When we picked up my dog on the second day, the man at the counter got up to say goodbye to us, and told me he wouldn’t be around for the weekend. He then proceeds to cup my dog’s face in his hands, and tenderly said goodbye. It was complete natural, completely genuine. My dog, who usually hates strangers and would NEVER allow ANYONE to TOUCH him let alone cup his face, gazed back adoringly. A dog knows what a dog knows. We will not hesitate to board our dog here when we need to and recommend this place.
We’ve been boarding our pup and taking her to daycare at Atlas for 3.5+ years now. They take such great care of her and she loves to go there to see her friends! We love having such an amazing place (especially one she loves to go to) to watch our dog when we’re away.
Atlas Doghouse takes fantastic care of Zoey. They were very attentive to Zoey's dietary requirements and made her feel quite welcome in their space. Even though Zoey is a medium-sized boxer, she is older and more reserved, but Atlas separated daycare by dog energy vs. size and has handled each one with wonderful care, respect, and love. While there are no cameras, Atlas is quite active on social media and frequently updates me with pictures while boarding. They always made me feel at ease and were accommodating with drop-off and pick-up times. As soon as I turn into the street, Zoey becomes excited on her way to drop off. She adores the people who work there. I've used Atlas for daycare, boarding, and a variety of doggy activities.
If you are a caring pet owner you feel that your pet is part of the family. So when leaving them for an overnight stay or day care you want the peace of mind that they are receiving the best treatment. When you choose Atlas for your pet that is exactly what you are doing. The Staff is loving and caring of all animals. They do their best to accommodate requests within their means and communicate so well about the experience your pet is having. The facility is very clean and the system they use for caring for your pet works really well. Not only does my pup have so much fun being there he comes home calm and relaxed. That is truly a sign of how much fun, comfortable and loved he feels when he is there. We wouldn't settle for a second rate experience for ourselves and we shouldn't for our animals. I am very thankful for all the people at Atlas and the caring service they provide.
My dog Mocha loves Atlas Doghouse. She is usually shy but the staff does a great job to make her feel at home. It really helps that they separate dogs by energy levels and tend to have the same dogs every week - this creates a pack my dog is confortable around and happy to be with. The staff is focused on maintaining a happy and well behaved pack, so my dog comes back happy, relaxed and best of all tired! Great for overnight stays as well for weekends or longer!
I cannot express enough how much Atlas has improved the quality of life for both my puppy, Boomer, and myself. We do both daycare and boarding and they always send me pictures and videos (because I may be a nervous mother) and they shower my little one with love. Every day we get out of the car Boomer is bursting at the seems to get in the door. He may love Atlas more than I do :-)
After loosing our amazing dog Benji at a boarding facility in College Park, we were hesitant to board our other dog Wally. But the owner of Atlas eased our mind by explaining there protocol for everything to us. They let us have a trial run at daycare to see how our pup would do. They are amazing and send out emails and report cards during boarding. I firmly recommend any of the Atlas facilities.
There are a lot of dog daycares in the Bethesda area. Atlas, however, is a cut above all the rest! This family-owned business makes you and your pet their top priority. From the moment you walk into Atlas’ door, you can feel how much their staff love their jobs and truly care about being with your dog. The facility is always clean. The dog area is cage-free with cots and blankets. They also have a variety of equipment for dogs to enjoy. Atlas offers boarding with around-the-clock staffing! There is no better daycare in Bethesda to trust your pet with daily! Join the pack!
I started taking my baby weenie dog, Archie, to Atlas at the beginning of February. Being this was the first time I’ve left him anywhere, I was nervous. It did take him a second to warm up, but Michelle was so patient and kind to him and me. Fast forward to just a month later he LOVES going in. He doesn’t even tell me bye anymore 🥲 he wants his friends lol. This took all the worry away. If you’re looking for a daycare/boarding facility I cannot recommend them enough. They are AMAZING.
No better place to take your dog for daycare, we have been going here since they opened and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff really care about Pumpkin and make us feel she is in good hands when are at work. Their behavioral philosophy of deeply understanding the dogs also wowed us. I can’t recommend Atlas high enough!
Just had our dog groomed here after some underwhelming visits elsewhere and we couldn't be happier. Jay was great, our dog looked adorable and most importantly seemed comfortable and happy there. Thank you and see you next time!
Jay has been grooming my Cocker Spaniel mix Luna for years and so when he joined the Kenwood’s Canine Clubhouse of course we followed him. Jay is amazing with my dog despite her being a very reactive rescue and he always does an exceptional job. Shonna at the front desk was very friendly and was responsive through email and phone and was happy to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Kenwood’s Canine Clubhouse to anyone whose dog needs grooming.
Nice place for my dog!
Great place for our dogs
Very happy with their services! Claire has thought of almost everything! They have a website with various sections to help with scheduling and communicating with the sitters and Claire. I appreciate their communication skills and receiving check-in photos! Rates are reasonable for the work and convenience of keeping your pup happy and taken care of while you’re away. Thanks all!
My Suki is a covid pup who was accustomed to having attention 24/7, so when my husband and I were both pulled back into the office I knew I had to find a reliable dog walker. I spent ages combing through all the various services and Rovers in my area, and I'm SO glad I finally found Baby Got Bark. Claire was incredibly responsive when I sent the initial interest email, and she sent our walker, Jules, out to meet us the next week. We knew it was true love when Jules walked in and said "That dog is a HYENA and hyenas are my favorite animal". Most people call her a tiger, but she is clearly a hyena. Jules has come to walk my pup three days a week for the past few months, and we couldn't be happier. Based on the photos Jules sends after every walk, it is very clear that Suki has a new best friend. Jules is quick to send an update after each walk, and is very responsive to communication in the Portal - even for unrelated tasks I forgot in the morning rush, like taking the blanket off the bed so Suki can't destroy it, as she is prone to do... Claire accepts my walk requests immediately, and the price is lower than anything else I was considering. We're so relieved to know Suki is taken care of and happy while we're at work. We love Baby Got Bark, and will be customers for many many years.
Baby Got Bark Pet Services is great. They are highly reliable and take care of our two dogs like their own. I have complete trust in them. Claire leads an excellent team, and Juan does a fantastic job walking our dogs and ensuring excellent communication. I highly recommend Baby Got Bark if you are looking for dog walking/care services!
Claire and team have helped me care for my dog since she was a pup. They have helped me, a single person, thru my insane work schedule, always being there and reliable ! And they are very solution oriented!. They are professional caring and solidly reliable!!. I could never have met my professional commitments without their support! I feel secure that my dog is in excellent hands !
We love Baby Got Bark! We've had dog walks booked pretty much every weekday for the past two years and we couldn't be more thankful for the consistent and responsive service! Claire and her team are great, we would highly recommend Baby Got Bark to anyone who wants great care for their fur babies!
Claire and her staff are very kind and reliable. They always communicate when they have been by to take care of the dogs. They are very professional and Claire makes every effort to fulfill all your scheduling requests. If you choose them, your pups will be in very good hands!
Our dog loves the care she gets from Baby Got Bark! While a very loving dog, she is also a high-needs pet (meds administered before meals, not good on a leash). Our sitter has been very patient and follows instructions (which is important). Our dog now greets him like an old friend when he comes to take care of her. Highly, highly recommend Claire and her team of capable, reliable pet sitters.
Claire and Baby Got Bark are terrific - reliable, attentive, and responsive to the needs of both our dog - and us! We highly recommend Baby Got Bark. We always feel very comfortable leaving our pooch for extended periods of time, because we know she is being taken care of so well! Thanks Claire!
Claire and her team have been incredible! I hired Baby Got Bark (BGB) because I wanted a professional dog walker that knew dog behavior to walk my baby on a daily basis. A week after I hired BGB, I went out of the country for a vacation. I had a friend’s daughter stay with my dog during this time. However, I saw on my cameras how she was not taking care of my dog. I got in contact with Claire immediately and told her the situation. She responded to me immediately and was able to have one of her staff (Ashley) take over for overnight stays after I asked my friend’s daughter to leave my house. Claire was understanding and so responsive and immediately went over to my house the next day and changed over my apartment in preparation for Ashley to stay there (changing bed sheets, putting out fresh towels, etc.). Claire took my dog in a long walk and made sure she ate something! (My dog had not eaten in four days when my friend’s daughter as watching her.) When I returned home, I met Ashley, who is amazing! Super nice and kind! My dog LOVES Ashley and gets just as excited to see her as she is with me! Claire and her team at Baby Got Bark have been incredible! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs dog walking or overnight services. They are amazing!!!
We love Baby Got Bark for our dog! She really loves her walker, and it definitely makes her a happier dog! They are very accommodating and we love receiving the messages and pictures after every walk.
I’ve been using Mary’s Pet Squad for a few years now. I have an older, very high maintenance cat who needs an abnormal amount of attention and likes her box and bowls very clean. (Adopted this cat at 5 weeks old and she’s 11 years now.) I think Mary is the only other person in the world that my cat has gotten used to and likes other than her daddy. I love that Mary uses the portal and sends me photos of her at each visit. When I’ve taken extended trips (to Europe Pre coronavirus times) she also introduced me to her other staff members before I left who were just as fantastic. Same for even short weekend trips when I’ve gone to visit family on the East Coast. It’s also a big deal to me to be able to trust someone in my house. I can’t recommend her business enough. I’ve also moved and she’s been willing to follow us.
Great pet-sitting service! They're reliable and take great care of my two kitties, even giving daily meds to one of them who doesn't really like new people. I've trusted them to come into our home and visit, feed, and play with my cats probably 15 days per year for the last few years and I've never been disappointed. I get photos and daily updates through their portal to know that the kitties were taken care of that day. Also, online booking is easy once you've set up your pet portal access. Highly recommend Mary's Pet Squad!
The former owner of a pet sitting business myself, I have pretty high standards when it comes to my cats' care. I'm a neurotic pet mom, and the most important thing to me is knowing that someone is going to show up and take care of the things we've agreed upon. Not only is Mary unfailingly reliable and professional, my cats adore her. They fell for her the first time they met her. Honestly, I'm a little bit jealous - I think they like her more than they like me. Seriously, though...I can't think of anyone I'd rather trust with my pets' care than Mary.
Mary's Pet Squad is excellent! I had never used a pet walker before and was frantic when a unexpected situation required we get someone right away. I happened to luck into finding Mary just as she was launching her business. She's perfect!!! She is organized and professional and a joy to work with. She walks my dogs--one of which is a major handful--and the dogs love her. When we've gone away, she has come to keep our cat company and now our usually elusive cat comes running to see her when she comes to walk the dogs. I can't say enough good things about her, and she has always worked me in for an appointment even when I contacted her last minute. You can't do better than Mary--I highly recommend her.
Mary's Pet Squad goes above and beyond in pet care. I have two elderly cats who have a lot of medical needs. Mary treats the kitties as if they were her own. I am able to go on vacation and not worry. She sends me pictures and comments after each visit. My kitties have gotten to know her and they look forward to her visits.
Mary and her team of professionals make our furry family members feel loved, well cared for and happy 😊 Our Golden retriever Bella has ‘grown up’ under the care of Mary and she is the happiest pup ever! Thank you for making Bella feel like she was your own, and showing our cat Pebbles such great attention when you come over!!!
Mary was amazing! We had her look after our hedgehog Wolfgang while we were away on vacation for a week. She sent us in depth updates every day after her visits with him, including pictures. Although we missed him, we felt very much like he was in good hands, which made it easier to be away and not worry as much. 5/5 service for sure!
I am so happy that Mary started her own business. My two dogs love her and so do I! Always timely always thoughtful caring and kind. Mary regularly walks my dogs and is always willing to do an extra walk if I need it. I am a very very happy customer and would recommend her to anyone who wants be sure their dog is in good hands.
Mary has taken care of our Maine Coon Kitteh, Sir Leonardo Scraggle Bottoms, III while we were on vacation. She took the time to meet us before our departure, get to know Leo, learn his schedule and habits, and assure us that he would be well taken care of. While we were away for a week, she sent photos and videos of Leo every time she visited. He always looked happy. We returned home to a happy, well fed and cared for cat. The litter box was clean and the water dish clean and full. We have already booked her while on our next trip, and we are confident that Sir Leo won't miss us a bit while she visits!
My Beabull had a wonderful stay with Mary and her family. She took great care of her and was responsive and sent lots of pictures. I would recommend her services!
We have used Puppy Love to provide our dog. It’s afternoon walks for the past 15 years. The owner Josh is very attentive to the needs of the animals and their owners. And the dog walkers are truly animal-loving people who seem to enjoy their work, even in the most miserable weather. There is not one time over the past 15 years that we thought of switching dog walking services.
I have been using Puppy Love since 2003. Josh has taken care of generations of my dogs and cats. I would never trust my pets with any other service. Puppy Love is the best!
Adore them - fantastic service and our dog loves his walker!!
I cannot say enough nice things about Tails of the City. We have used them for dog boarding (in a sitter's home) about half a dozen times over the last 2 years, and our dog is always so well taken care of and happy to see his sitter. When we first found Tails of the City we were trying to find a place where he wouldn't be around other dogs (he's friendly but used to being an only dog) with an experienced walker. The scheduling is a breeze, and nothing makes my day more than getting little "report cards" about how he's doing. If you're looking for trustworthy sitters and walkers, I cannot recommend Tails of the City more!
Tails of the City is fantastic! We have been working with them for 2+ years. I have a 13 y/o, weather-averse, dog-reactive Yorkie who likes to be carried more than he likes to walk, and all of the folks we have worked with from Tails have been phenomenal about accommodating his special quirks. Scheduling is a breeze, everyone is so communicative, and the daily progress reports never fail to make me smile.
I use Tails of the City for their cat-sitting service and have nothing but great things to say. The owners and staff are kind, professional, and responsive. Scheduling is a breeze, and pricing is very fair. I love that I receive a personalized email with photos and a detailed description of my kitty's mood, behavior, eating habits, etc, at the end of each visit. It really puts me at ease knowing that she's being looked after by such caring folks while I'm away. Thank you for being so awesome, Tails of the City! Kitty and I appreciate it very much :)
We love Tails of the City! They are affordable and we get the best pics and updates from our dog walker (and portrait mode glamour shots!). Our shy girl has come out of her shell so much through her weekly walks with a group of other dogs through Tails of the City and has learned to play with other dogs at the dog park (previously she would just hang with the humans)! They are incredibly responsive in terms of scheduling and have a very easy client portal.
We love Tails of the City! We use their dog walking and boarding services frequently. They take such good care of our pets and provide great customer service.
Great experience with Guadalupe! I hired her to walk my fearful reactive dog who avoided strangers to the point of paralysis. The goal was to get my dog to a point where housesitting when I travel for work could be possible. Within two weeks of daily walks, Guadalupe was able to retrieve and walk my dog on solo walks without me.
No one takes better care of our kitty than TOTC. They have a great booking system and always give fantastic updates with pictures that make us feel better while we’re away.
We have used TOC for many years. Wonderful service overall. Tiffany Reyes is the best.
Great company! Have provided care for two of our pets over the last few years. Easy scheduling process and excellent communication with owners on how each visit goes.
Wound up walking all the way to their address for an initial meeting because they did not specify they were coming to our address to meet
