Grateful Paws is fantastic! Eve has taken such good care of our cats, including one with diabetes. It was really difficult for us to find a boarding place that would give insulin shots, so we were incredibly happy to find Grateful Paws. We have absolutely no worries when we leave our cats with Eve - she's the best!

Grateful Paws is a wonderful place! Eve was so kind to my boys, and they seemed to enjoy their time there. It's nearly impossible to find reliable care for a diabetic cat, but this was great. Eve kept me updated on their behavior, and it made my vacation so much more enjoyable. She even sent pictures, and I could always check in on them with the 24/7 secure camera feed. I'm so happy to have found Grateful Paws and have already referred friends.

Eve and the whole Grateful Paws team are awesome! I have utilized their home visit services and couldn’t be happier. Eve is super knowledgeable, reliable, and overall an amazing caretaker! I always know my cat is in the best hands while out of town. I also love the super cute photos and updates she sends during each visit, it really puts me at ease while away from my kitty!

Outstanding service. My cat, Archie, stayed with Eve for three weeks and he loved it. Eve is very communicative and spends time with the animals every day. She also accommodated a schedule change last minute which was a lifesaver. Archie and I will be back!

We use Grateful Paws for our two cats every time we go on vacation and have only had wonderful experiences. They are reliable and caring and text us with photos and updates. They're super flexible and have accommodated all of our last minute requests and weird feeding requirements. I'm so happy that their service exists and wouldn't trust my cats with anyone else. I feel so lucky to have found Eve and Grateful Paws! There is nothing like having the peace of mind of knowing Doja is in excellent hands when we are away. The space is comfortable, clean and well cared for. I also love the fact that Eve spends time playing with Doja and genuinely cares about her well-being. Eve is also very professional while still being warm and friendly. The service is top-notch and I highly recommend!

It is hard to find the words to describe how great Eve is! I am so incredibly happy that I stumbled upon Grateful Paws online. Eve creates such a tranquil and welcoming environment for our cats. Eve is so very kind/welcoming, knowledgeable, organized, accommodating, and she truly has a gift with animals. I feel so incredibly comfortable leaving my two cats with her; I never have to worry about them. I KNOW they are in the best hands. She is wonderful about communicating with me while I am away. To speak to Eve’s gift with cats, my one cat Queso is scared of her own shadow. She once went on a four-day hunger strike at a local cat boarding facility and had to be picked up! The FIRST time I took her to Eve’s home she came right out of her cage! She ate food the first day! She allows Eve to pet her and she truly seems relaxed and happy there. I like having the option to view the live cameras that are in the cat’s room while they stay. I can always see just how comfortable and happy they are as they are lounging on one of the many fun spaces in their room. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, clean, calm. Just the best! You will not find a more loving person and wonderful space for your kitties. I feel so extremely fortunate to have found Eve at Grateful Paws. Thank you, Eve!

My family and I were leaving town and I was absolutely terrified leaving my pets alone or boarding them it gives me anxiety to even talk about it. Genesis’s reassured me that Ellie and Hammy would be in the best of care. Now Ellie can be a lot of work. She is a hyperactive American Staffie Mix and has her moments where she’s either super clingy or a ball of anxiety. Genesis took the time for Ellie to decompress in her at home boarding, and used positive reinforcement to help ensure Ellie that she was doing fine. She even took the time to train with Ellie in her dominant behavior she tends to have when she finds a person she likes and clings to. It was nice to know that while Ellie was boarding that she was continuously kept engaged in activities, whether it be puzzles, training, or even just a walk. Genesis gave me daily progress reports, updates and even pictures of Ellie and Hammy the hamster and it honestly helped so much with putting my mind at ease. Genesis is compassionate, kindhearted and loving with your pet and while your pet is with her they become her pet and her baby so you know they will have the best of care. Words cannot express how grateful and appreciative I am for the care. And from now on when I travel, Zoomies K9 Care will be the only place I will board my pets. Thank you again to Zoomies K9 Care!

We love using Zoomies! Genesis and Damien are caring, professional, and treat my dog as their own. I use them for weekly walks and boarding and both experiences continue to be phenomenal. I know my dog is happy, safe, and also having fun! I know my dog loves them too because she gives lots of tail wags and kisses when they pick her up for boarding, she is always excited to see them. For boarding I know she is safe and receiving the one on one attention she would be getting at home. My dog can be stubborn and they are so patient and invested in her wellbeing and take the time to train her and play games. They send detailed updates with lots of pictures too. I highly recommend!

Genesis and Damien have been a godsend to our anxious pup, Joey! Genesis was patient, persistent and consistent and now Joey is comfortable enough to even give Genesis some kisses. Joey is still a bit timid around Damien (and most guys) but I have faith that she will come around! Genesis and Damien took a lot of time during the meet and greet to get to know everything about our dogs and about us. Their app is so amazing, you even get a report card at the end of each visit! Scheduling is also a breeze through the app! Genesis and Damien are such a delight, I feel like they are our long lost friends! Your dogs (cats, snakes, bunnies, alpacas) will love them!!

Let me start by saying that if I could give a million stars not just 5 I would. These guys are absolutely amazing. I was nervous leaving my 6 dogs at first, but now I will never ask anyone to dog sit but Zoomies. I am absolutely amazed at their service. They went above and beyond. Seeing happy faces on my dogs was absolute joy. I actually enjoyed my vacation without a worry. Very professional. My dogs loved them. I think my dogs were disappointed that it was us walking into the house yesterday and Damian and his wife. I had never had such great service. They even took care of our cat. They posted everything they did, everything that my babies did. They posted pictures. They even left a magnet with the pictures of my dogs. I could never get a pick of all of them together, but they managed. Overall best experience ever. I am excited for them to come back when so go on my next vacation. Highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Zoomies K9 Care ENOUGH! Genesis has given me sanity when it comes to my newly rescued friend! She has been there for me and supported me before I even adopted my dog. I was very nervous to adopt my dog because I am a nurse with a hectic changing schedule. She answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me the utmost support in adopting Otis! Now she feels like another member of my little family. She is Otis’s second mom! She has worked with every silly quirk that Otis has, always going above and beyond for my little guy. She gives me peace of mind when I leave for my twelve hour shifts. When she first met my dog, she quickly caught on to his rescue behaviors. I can firmly say now after almost a year, Otis is a different dog because of Genesis. I could have never gotten through this journey with my very first dog without her. She truly has made all the difference in Otis and mine’s life. Zoomies K9 Care came into my life very unexpectedly after seeing a flyer on a street corner. I am forever grateful for their business! I love Zoomies K9 Care and so does my baby boy, Atlas, who was cared for exceptionally while I was away on vacation. I received daily and multiple updates on how my boy was doing, which I appreciated greatly. I also appreciated the thorough questions and set up for his time with Zoomies. l always get nervous leaving him to board but Zoomies made it super easy and I could enjoy my time away knowing Atlas was having the best time. I am and will 100% use them again! Thank you for caring for my boy like I do.

They are the best dog walkers and trainers anyone can ask for! I have two rescues and they have done wonders for their walks and behaviors! One of my dogs doesn’t even like males and he jumps up and down every time they come over for walks and that says a lot how great they are with my dogs.

Highly recommend going with Zoomies for any pet care needs! My fiance and I work odd hours, and with 4 dogs it was a bit worrying to find someone who can handle a rowdy bunch. Genesis has been absolutely wonderful and super flexible to work with us. She attends carefully to each of their needs and provides pictures with updates, which puts me at ease. 10/10 will continue to use and refer her services!!

Due to an unexpected work trip, I urgently needed someone to watch after my Leo. I was able to quickly connect with Genesis who really listened to my needs and concerns regarding my anxious pup. Genesis was patient, knowledgeable, and reliable throughout her care with Leo. She provided me with regular updates (pics & texts), continually asked about my preferences, and, above all, provided me with peace of mind while I was away. Leo even learned a few new tricks. My little girl Mia has seizures due to stressful events so I was super worried about getting her groomed for the first time, but they brought her in with lots of love and pets and she loved it. They took amazing care of her and she never had a seizure during or after. Thank you so much. I appreciate all of you. She looks absolutely beautiful and thank you for taking such great care of her. 💙

My German Shepherd loves going to daycare and playing with all the others guests. The staff takes great care of Luka so we have no worries when we go to work or on vacation.

Luka, my germam shepherd, absolutely loves it here she sprints to the door as soon as we let her out of the car. The dogs and cats are very well taken care of and loved while the owners are away. Luka goes out there on weekdays!

Wonderful staff - Clean place. Nervous about leaving out small friends, but was relieved after taking a tour before making plans. And by small I mean a 4lb Yorkie and a 8lb Chihuahua mix. After a very hard (for US) two night stay, our friends were glad to see us, but it was also obvious they were well taken care of.

My dog loves coming to northern tails for daycare. He's so wore out by the end of the day that he barely makes it out of the parking lot before he's asleep.

For over two years I've been bringing my dog here for a toenail trim. My dog gets"anxious" there so they've always had me hold him in the lobby and an employee trimmed the nails. Today, (5/23/24) they refused to do that anymore. We left...

Let me tell you the truth about Northern Tails Pet Resort. The new owner that took over July 2023 beat a dog to have seizures. When employees disagreed that he didn't have to beat a dog when working with them. He fired the employees. And the employees that quit were bashed by them. The new owner Greg Dibble or any of the Dibbles should never be around dogs. UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DOG BEAT DO NOT BRING THEM THERE

My pup Prim comes to Northern Tails several days a week for doggie daycare and the crew here is great! She always comes home tired and happy. So thankful for this service! Not to mention their in house trainer Trina is truly a dog whisperer and has given me so many wonderful lessons. 🤗
