I absolutely love this place! I’m so grateful for Ena and Lena and the care they provide. I met with Ena the day I needed to drop off my guinea pigs for the holidays and I could tell she is so passionate about the care she provides to animals. I received daily communication about my guinea pigs along with a daily picture while out of town. They’re also very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times; I didn’t have to miss work to drop off my furbabies and I was able to get them shortly after arriving back in town. This was my first time being away from them for an extended period of time and I couldn’t have asked for a better place for them. If you have small pets and you need a sitter, choose this place. You won’t be disappointed!

I brought my two guinea pigs (Baba Ghanoush and Razzle-Dazzle) to stay at Ensure for a week while I was out of town. I was immediately struck by how much the owner cares about small animals. I had been anxious since I had never boarded the guinea pigs before, but she set my mind at ease and told me exactly how she was going to take care of them while I was gone. The set up is extremely clean and colorful, with lots of safe places for guinea pigs to explore during floor time. They are given lots of attention, fresh hay, and juicy fruits and vegetables. In addition, I was sent detailed updates (with adorable photos) of my guinea pigs almost every day. They returned home happy and healthy. I would highly recommend Ensure PetCare and I will certainly be using them again!

When I went on vacation for a week, I was really stressed trying to figure out what to do with my cat and hoping for an alternative to boarding her somewhere that would have her in a cage all day. I found Lena's Ensured PetCare and it was perfect. She was quick to respond and very reasonably priced. My cat got to run around in a home rather than being confined in a kennel, and Lena sent me updates and several photos (two of which are attached) every other day. High quality care and definitely worth it. 10/10 would recommend!

Took great care of our cat for the week we were gone! Sent lots of photos and detailed descriptions of how he was every day so we didn’t worry. The sitters are very friendly and accommodating, and you can tell they really care about your pets’ well being.

Ensure provided me an excellent service for a great price. While I was on my trip, I was assured that my fur baby was being taken care of. I was given daily updates that included pictures to show that my guinea pig was happy and safe. Drop off and pick up was also an easy process. They are easy to reach and flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. I am grateful I was able to find them before going overseas. Other businesses charged an excessive amount for similar services that weren't worth the price. I will be returning to this business again.

I left my cat Cool with Ensure for almost two weeks. Every day I received an update and photos. Cool roamed free and received lots of stimulation and attention, and even had supervised encounters with other small animals. It was very clear that Ensure is run by true animal lovers. They were flexible with drop off and pick up, responsive to all emails, and very pleasant to deal with. It was the first time I had left Cool with someone and it got to the point where I wondered if he would even want to come home after all of the love and excitement he had at Ensure.

Lena took great care of my cat for 6 weeks while I was traveling at the end of the year. I was nervous to be away for so long but Lena provided update often with videos, snaps and pictures that made me feel at ease. She gave me a great price and I would use her again anytime. My cat was very fond of her.

Highly recommend Ensure! Our rabbits got time to play in tunnels during the day, and they were given tons of attention. We also go daily pics and updates which was awesome. Also the space itself is decorated in the coolest way, it’s so cozy and comfy. I live an hour away, but it was well worth the drive and we’ll definitely be back!

Josephine and Chris are a godsend! We have a very energetic and dog reactive Pudelpointer and they have been taking great care of her off and on for the last 2 years. She gets plenty of love and has been able to socialize with many dogs which is helpful in her behavior training. Highly recommended service!

Chris and his team have been so wonderful! Chris is responsive, and works with my ever-changing schedule, and is great with my dog. I love that he uses the Pet Check technology - I get an email when they arrive, and again when they leave with a note about the walk, and sometimes a picture :) Paying invoices is smooth and easy. After using two other dog walkers, we've stuck with Chris for quite some time now and I highly recommend using him and his team.

We've used Chris and Peticular Charm Per Care several times. They've always done a great job and have been consistent, reliable, and professional. Our dogs are French Bulldogs and they have special needs. Chris and team did a great job with them and the dogs loved them. I highly recommend Peticular Charm Pet Care to anyone who is looking for dog walking services in the DC area. Chris is always very responsive and helpful when I reach out to him via email about scheduling extra walks or cancelling walks. Our little dog adores his walker and looks forward to his daily afternoon walks. Our walker is diligent in checking in with us and texting us updates as needed. Lastly, the app used by Peticular Charm is very convenient--you can see when your dog was walked, what route they took, and what your dog, ahem, *did* on his walk. I really trust Peticular Charm to look after my dog and give him the walks he craves in the middle of the day.

Chris and his team of walkers are great. Mark has walked our dog for a number of months and we've been super happy (as has our puppy). Their use of the Pet Check system makes tracking and paying for service so easy and convenient. We have recommended them to several families already and will continue to do so.

I’m thrilled with the dog walking services of PETicular Charm! The owner, Chris, came by to meet our little guys, took notes on behavior and routine. Very good rates! An added plus is that Chris and his crew can board a dog at the last minute in case we have an emergency. I trust Chris and his employees explicitly with our dogs and our house! Chris is also a very well read, traveled, cultured musician with a fascinating life. My dogs are in interesting company - kinda jealous!

The team at Peticular Charm has been great! We use them for daily walks, doggy daycare once a week, and they also watched our 8 month old puppy when we were out of town for a week. They sent daily pictures and videos so that we knew our puppy was having a good time. Honestly, I think our puppy would rather live with his friends from Peticular Charm than us!

We met Chris while he was out walking one of his clients and enjoyed talking with him so much, we decided he would be our new dog walker. He is reliable and wonderful with our scaredy-pup. I've recommended him to our neighbors and friends, and we rest easy when we leave town knowing Chris is looking in on our pup.

I have been employing Fetch! for my pet care needs for well over a decade now, perhaps 15 years (it's been a long time!). Without exception, the sitter (Jenny) has always gone above and beyond to satisfy every need while I'm away from home, not only for my pets, but in ensuring my home is secure during and between visits and in collecting mail and informing me of anything else that requires my attention (water leaks, flooding, etc.). In addition, the sitter has been wonderful in administering medications properly when needed and in cleaning litter boxes, food dishes, and eating/waste areas as needed. The sitter has also made time on every visit to play with my cats, which I can tell from photos that they've really enjoyed! I greatly appreciate the photographs Jenny sends after each visit, but I have always had complete peace of mind when I'm away, due to the fantastic communication she provides. Lastly, the management and staff of Fetch! have provided excellent administrative support in adjusting scheduling changes to accommodate my schedule. In my opinion, the service provided by Fetch! is worth every penny!

Silver Spring Fetch is awesome! Their sitter Dawn became a part of our family. My cats love her!! I always felt better when I know that Dawn was watching over my fur babies and appreciate the great care that she gave them.

We have been using FETCH for several years (about 6-7?). I cannot recommend this company more highly. Originally, FETCH came to our house in Kensington. When we moved further out in the county, FETCH accommodated us even though we were not in their usual walking area. Lorena has been walking our pup ever since, at least 3 years. Our pup loves Lorena who is completely focused on her care the entire time she is with her. Lorena knows exactly what our dog needs and she has special games she plays with her. (Hiding treats around the room when she leaves!). I attached one of Lorena's daily pictures of our dog. FETCH also accommodates our crazy, inconsistent work schedules. Over the years, their service has improved with digital walk diaries, online client portals and better customer service. We do not provide people with the keys to our home lightly. FETCH is licensed and bonded and they really check out their walkers thoroughly. We would not trust anyone else to care for our pup, especially now that she is aging. FETCH is a premium service, but the service and sense of trust we get from knowing they can be there for our dog is well worth it

I am new to Fetch! but have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. Their online system makes scheduling visits, paying invoices, and receiving updates very easy and organized. Jenny, in particular, is such a pleasure to work with. She is professional, punctual, and thorough. Her post-visit updates with pictures and commentary provided much peace of mind while I was away. I have a blind, senior cat who is a little needier than the average cat, but I know he's in great hands with Jenny.

Absolutely love this service! Fetch is so reliable, I love that I’m always matched with the same sitter. Shout out to Connor. Connor comes to our home every time we’re out of town, our two cats love him, and, most importantly, I always feel safe having him in my home. Connor plays with my girls, takes pictures, and leaves a diary note in the app telling me about their day. I look forward to those updates when I’m abroad! I also have the peace of mind knowing that Connor is not an independent contractor, so if he’s ever sick or unavailable, Fetch will send a new sitter out to take care of my cats. All around 5 stars. Easy to use app and service.

Fetch has been an excellent service for us. They are friendly and really show care for pets. We appreciate that we've had the same wonderful dog walker for over 3 years now, and he's super sweet and kind to Roxy. We appreciate the flexibility of the daily schedule, and that Mike will often be able to accommodate extra or weekend walks when we ask. We have been impressed with the work Fetch has done to maintain service during the pandemic. Can't recommend highly enough!

Eric and his team are FANTASTIC. This was the second time utilizing their dog sitting services while out of town, and we left them with their hands full with THREE dogs. But they went above and beyond and we felt completely at ease being out of town! We loved getting regular updates and pictures of the pups, and the dogs were so happy and content when we got home. We appreciate their services so much, and will continue to utilize them in the future- we could not recommend them enough!

I wholeheartedly recommend Eric and Walk Play Love. We hired Eric to come over and feed our outdoor cats on long weekends when we were away. He does this with great reliability and care, sending pictures of the cats as he feeds them and even bringing up our newspapers. But it doesn't stop there. Recently our old dog became very ill, and we couldn't find any vet to see him right away. Eric recommended an animal hospital in Rockville, and when I called they were able to see him that day. We recently got another dog who is very young and active. I have consulted Eric on a number of behavioral issues, and he has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are going to hire him to help us to train our new dog as well. I am so happy that we found Walk Play Love. Look no further if you are looking for a group of people who really care about animals!

We've used Walk Play Love for several months to help with our puppy while we are at work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Both the owner and our primary dog walker came over to meet our puppy in person before we began, which is typical of the personal touch you get with this local business as opposed to an app. They are flexible, punctual, dedicated, priced fairly, and clearly love animals. They take great pictures of our dog and assume an active role in his development, implementing whatever training and feeding regimen we are using. They earned our trust immediately. I'd give them five stars for customer service alone, but the bottom line is that they take fantastic care of our dog, which is what really matters.

Eric is a fantastic dog trainer. We had been looking, for about a year, for a trainer for our three year old--Wally. The other places we called were too expensive and and impersonal. Eric is the nicest, fun person and very professional. We look forward to his visits when he picks up Wally for private lessons. Wally has dropped his dog aggression and other difficult habits. Another one of Eric's co-workers now takes care of both dogs when we are out of town. I am greatly relieved we found this company. The way to our hearts are through our dogs.

We can't say how thrilled we are to have found Walk Play Love! Our dogs have only ever been cared for by one close friend who we trusted implicitly. We were really nervous to hire a dog-walker but as soon as Eric (WPL Founder) came to our house for a meet and greet, we felt at ease. It's easy to tell when someone is truly a dog person and more importantly, understands that pet parents are highly concerned with the care of their fur-children. Our walker, Joseph, is wonderful! He's great with our boys and they have really taken to him. We're so thankful that they are in good hands when we can't be there. Joseph is also great about sending us photos and updates after each walk. Our needs for walking are not on a set schedule. Eric is great about accommodating us and any special requests we might have for timing, etc. I can't say enough good things and highly recommend them!

I thought I could study dog training videos on youtube—and train my dog, Wally, myself. What a joke! I don’t have the time or patience. So I found someone who did. Eric at Walk, Play, Love has excellent training techniques and expertise. He is also kind and gentle with Wally. I highly recommend Eric. He is also friendly with my other family members. So when he comes over for training, Wally and everyone else is happy.

I could not be happier with Eric and his team. They are reliable, caring, and extra-attentive to my pets - my dog walker even brings decorative handmade collars for my dog and cat for each holiday! I get texts each day with photos taken during and after the walks, and when my dog is not feeling well they call and let me know. I LOVE Walk.Play.Love.!!

Update: we have been working from home full time since the pandemic hit and have still had WPL continue visits. Welcoming our first baby last year, WPL has been a real time savor for us during the day. They are reliable and affordable - and most of all our dog loves them! We have been using Eric and Walk.Play.Love services for about 2 years now with our beloved dog Lucy. The WPL team has always been extremely responsive and caring to our dog, which is most important to us. An added bonus is that they are very flexible with our schedule. It's always hard to leave your best friend at home for long periods of time, but it has been a whole lot easier knowing that the WPL team cares for our Lucy as much as we do.

Barking trails has been great!! I have a puppy which can be a challenge for some walkers but Tristan was able to help provide me with a walker for a somewhat difficult little guy. He also provided a sitter for me when I needed it last minute. Barking Trails has been such a great support and they helped me feel at ease with finding a good fit to take care of my pup! We have been using Barking Trails for our 1-year-old French Bulldog, Rex, since September 2016 for 5 walks a week. The Barking Trails staff has been amazing and so accommodating of all of my requests. They are extremely flexible when my schedule changes. Rex love his walker Anna and the owner Tristan. They take such good care of him even though he can be a handful. Their prices are the best in area and I have no complaints about the service. I highly recommend them!

Adam from Barking Trails has been walking my lab for about 4 months and I am so thankful for him! Super professional- when I tried out other dog walkers before him no one else had been prepared with contracts and clear explanations etc. He is always accommodating if my schedule changes and makes sure to update me if his ever changes as well. He even made a big impact on how my dog walks on the leash- he used a couple techniques to get him to stop pulling and made the walks more enjoyable for all of us. My husband and I had to find a new dog walking company due to our old dog walker moving in the Fall of 2019. We stumbled upon Barking Trails and are so happy we did. Tristan the owner of the company welcomed our dog Jax with open arms and came to our house personally to introduce us to a dog walker that he thought would be a good fit for us. Tristan and his team are very trustworthy, they come take Jax for 30 minute walks to help get his energy out and they are reasonably priced. They also offer overnight services. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a responsible, dedicated team that will care for and love your dog as much as you do!

Barking trails is the best. They provided care for my-year-old golden retriever all winter, and they were completely responsible, on time, and flexible.. I've had other dog walkers who were not nearly as easy to work with. Most importantly, the walker that worked with Mo quickly established a very good relationship with the puppy.

I reached out to Barking Trails to arrange a walker to help with our chihuahua senior dog who is both deaf and blind and needs special care. They were very professional, friendly and responsive. After the initial meet and greet I knew our dog was in the best hands. Our walker was extremely caring and treated our dog as if he were her own. She was able to do early mornings and accommodate our dogs difficult schedule. She even last minute was able to do nightly stay overs when we were out of the country. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch company with amazing dog walkers!

We are so thankful for Blue Dog! We live in DC and boarding and daycare in the city can be expensive and hard to get into. Blue Dog is a great affordable choice for us and Quinn loves staying with them for boarding. They have great options for walks, snacks, and playtime while she is boarding with them at an affordable rate. I know that Quinn is well taken care of and looked after when she stays there. Quinn can be very anxious in new situations but the staff have always been understanding and attentive to her needs helping her feel more comfortable. Their grooming services are also fantastic and I am always so pleased with how great she looks afterwards. She always comes back from Blue Dog extra happy!

We found Blue Dog through a family friend. Her son works there and loved/recommended the place. And our Emily LOVES it. Janet and the staff gave us some very helpful feeding suggestions that have worked amazingly well. All we have to do is say by by car and Emily know the FUN that awaits and jumps in the car as family as four leggdly possible to see some friends. Thank you for taking such good care of our Emily! My dog has been going to Blue Dog for over 3 years. Every time he goes, he always has a great experience. The staff takes great care of my dog. The staff is very friendly and they love my dog. My dog love going there. When we get there, he's ready to go in and play. At the end of the day, he comes home with a report card. I love the report card. It has great details about his day.

They took very good care of our dogs while they were boarded. The owner Janet is a lovely person who clearly cares deeply about animals. She went way above and beyond to help me with obtaining emergency medical care for my pet (not associated with boarding) while I was in the midst of a personal crisis. She is competent and responsible. You can trust your pets with Janet and Blue Dog Boarding.

I have a two dogs Zola and Zorak and they stay at Blue Dog durring our trips!! The staff have a genuine and an overly friendly attitude when you greet them!! I would recommend Blue Dog to anyone with a fluffy companion :D!!

I started taking my dog to doggie daycare at Blue Dog about two months ago. He doesn't go often---no more than once a week. I am so impressed with every aspect of Blue Dog Boarding and Daycare. The first day I was nervous about leaving my dog someplace new. The staff completely reassured me, telling me the schedule and answering all my questions. Every single employee that I've dealt with there has been kind, understanding and professional. They are very firm about dogs being up to date on all vaccinations, which I really appreciate. Since that first day, my dog is eager to go with the staff member who meets us at the car. His social skills with other dogs are improving. I highly recommend Blue Dog Boarding and Daycare.

I have been very happy with the care and responsiveness of Blue Dog. We adopted a high energy lab mix with poor socialization history. They have provided great care for him while keeping the safety of all dogs a priority. We can see so much progress in him with the assistance from the care from Blue Dog. I also really appreciate the response to my inquiries. They provide me with feedback and support that goes above just a business. They truly care about the dogs.

My dog, Luna, goes to Blue Dog weekly for daycare and occasionally for overnight stays. We are very happy with Blue Dog and highly recommend it to other dog owners. When I drop off Luna at Blue Dog she is always so excited and she is in great spirits when I pick her up.

Blue Dog has been the most professional boarding and daycare my dog has ever experienced.Their thoughtful and intentional care of my dog has always been impressive. My dog loves to go play and often doesn't want to leave. During a health scare at their location they communicated frequently and thoroughly about the situation. Even my veterinarian was impressed with their handling of a challenging situation.

Tracey really helped me with my beagle Maisie post ortho leg surgery. She recommended the "Help Em Up Harness" you see pictured with my dog and assembled it with me to make sure it was secure and comfortable for Maisie. She administered the meds required and walked Maisie for me when I had to leave the house for work appointments. Tracey is not only an expertly trained Vet Nurse in Emergency Medicine and Oncology, she's delightful and reliable in her communications and scheduling. I highly recommend trusting Tracey with your fur babies!!

Tracey has been an absolute saint for me and my pup Brutus for 2+ years. She has been consistently dependable, never missing a single visit, and she has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. She has been there through multiple episodes of GI illness and most recently, a knee surgery. Brutus is a French Mastiff averaging around 170lbs, and Tracey didn't hesitate to be there to continue to care for him at lunch time following surgery, which was not an easy task. We lived in an apartment and had to make it to the elevator and outside while providing support with a sling. She would spend extra time with him keeping him company during her visit as well. She was even there for me the day we arrived home after surgery and helped me get him inside the apartment. She provided laser treatment to help with the healing process when he experienced increased edema in his limb following surgery, which helped the edema subside. In the time I have known her, Tracey has cared for dogs on chemotherapy, injections, and has had no issues interacting with dogs that have been previously difficult to handle. I have referred her to multiple people and cannot recommend her enough!! Brutus absolutely loves her and her children. When we see them at the dog park or in our neighborhood, he gets SO excited! Tracey truly has a heart of gold!

Truly wonderful! My cats might be happier when Tracey is with them than when I am home :) She spends time, gives love and care, and is very organized with communications with me. I recommend her without hesitation. I wish I had even better words to describe what good care she takes of them, especially my old lady cat who has cancer. But I know with Tracey she is in good hands.

Tracey at Distinguished Gentle Pets is the most reliable and competent person you will find when it comes to pet care. My 17 y/o chihuahua mix gets fluids from her on a weekly, sometimes biweekly basis, and she never fails to do it flawlessly, and she’s always on time. She’s flexible with my schedule and just all out wonderful. My dog isn’t exactly easy to work with, she often has the average vet tech trembling from fear of getting bit. Tracey takes it in stride and still finds her endearing. I’d trust her with any pet, large or small, above another option, hands down.

Tracey is amazing. I am an anxious person with an anxious dog, and not only has Tracey successfully managed to take my dog out (which is enough of a miracle in itself), but she also sends me pictures and reports for every walk. I'm so glad to have found her!

a great experience! Jeanette came out to meet myself and our cats before we scheduled anything, she's so sweet! we got a (free!) lockbox, and after a tour/meet and greet/pointing out where supplies, etc are kept, we were able to schedule. everyone is so communicative and responds quickly, not to mention we requested services fairly last minute, and were accommodated - for this, we are so grateful! we got a report after each visit, and our girls were very well taken care of! we will definitely use The Right Fluff again when necessary, and I highly recommend them to anybody looking for pet sitting services.

Excellent experience...from the initial, introductory meeting with Jeanette through several days working with terrific pet sitters. My two Havanese pups were handled professionally and with great attention to detail. All of my requests were covered...and the sitters shared so many great pictures throughout the day. The pet sitters came to my home 3/day and sat with my pups for 2 hours giving them lots of attention while we were on vacation. If you are looking for a professional, dependable pet sitter... look no further. Highly recommend !!

We recently moved to Bethesda and are so lucky to have found The Right Fluff. We have already trusted them twice to take care of our 14 yr old asthmatic tabby while we travel. They came twice a day and sent us detailed descriptions of how she is feeling, eating, and taking her meds. We also get pictures(example attached)! Their online portal and scheduling tool is easy to use as well.

I really wanted to love this pet sitting company and I intended to use them every time we travel because of their glowing reviews… I was hoping our experience would be as amazing as other reviewers have described theirs… Unfortunately we came back from our trip to find our place in a horrific condition, there was pee all over our chase and couch, blankets and pillows, we had to throw it all away. The pee smell was sooo strong yet nobody from this company has noticed anything when I asked how could they let this happen… And for the reference we have 3 air purifiers, so you get the picture how bad it was… Cats were luckily okay and alive but all my plants have died since they have not be watered at all, and per my instructions they were supposed to take care of the plants too and water them regularly… I have reached out and expressed my grievances with the company and asked for a refund, they declined and suggested to replace all our dead plants, but that never happened and they took no responsibility for the issue with pee all over the house… So be aware, I would not recommend this company!!! Our experience was absolutely horrible, they are reckless and careless!!!

Excellent service. Within two days of my initial call, Chelsea had visited me and my cats and arranged for two days of pet-sitting. Friendly, professional service. Easy to arrange. Very accommodating. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone needing a reliable pet-sitting service.

I have never left my 4 cats before so I was very worried about how they would do with a stranger coming in to check on them and take care of feedings, litter, etc. One elderly cat requires medication twice per day, one hides when strangers come in the house, and the other two make feeding four cats extremely difficult as you cannot get the food into the dishes without them trying to get at the cans. They are also all the same breed making it hard for people to tell who is who. None of this was an issue for the Right Fluff. They took such great care of my precious cats and truly put my mind to ease that they were safe and loved while I was away. I received updates and photos after the visits letting me know how everyone did. I am so happy to have found this great service and am looking forward to taking more time away from home knowing my cats have a great sitter!

They not only follow all the instructions/requests we provided (for our sweet yet particular pups), but they also provide timely updates/photos, clear communication & are always flexible with scheduling changes. I cannot rate this team highly enough! My wife and I had never used a pet sitter before, but we were traveling out of the country for ~2.5 weeks and wanted a pet sitter (we have two cats) that we could rely on. Marcy and Erin were both incredible to work with, they were very responsive and obviously knowledgeable about what they do. We had a meeting for them to meet our pets and go through our home/how to take care of our cats, and then afterward we arranged for the actual specifics of our trip (key drop off, etc.). All communication is logged via an online web service that has an app, but is also easily accessible via email/web browser. Each day that Erin visited she took photos of our cats for us to see, and also gave us a detailed description of how they were doing. Erin's messages became one of our favorite ways to start the day while we were away :) Would 100% work with this sitter again!

The Right Fluff Pet Sitting took care of my two cats for 3 weeks in July (2022) and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I found my girls in really good shape. I was very stressed because one of my cats is diabetic and needs to receive insulin twice a day. Scott and the team were absolutely perfect, they administered the insulin without problems, and I received reports and pictures for every visit. That let me to enjoy my vacation knowing that my cats were well taken care. My cats loved them, even the one who is always scared of strangers went to say hello every day to them and allow them to pet her. I will for sure use their services again next time I travel.

My Suki is a covid pup who was accustomed to having attention 24/7, so when my husband and I were both pulled back into the office I knew I had to find a reliable dog walker. I spent ages combing through all the various services and Rovers in my area, and I'm SO glad I finally found Baby Got Bark. Claire was incredibly responsive when I sent the initial interest email, and she sent our walker, Jules, out to meet us the next week. We knew it was true love when Jules walked in and said "That dog is a HYENA and hyenas are my favorite animal". Most people call her a tiger, but she is clearly a hyena. Jules has come to walk my pup three days a week for the past few months, and we couldn't be happier. Based on the photos Jules sends after every walk, it is very clear that Suki has a new best friend. Jules is quick to send an update after each walk, and is very responsive to communication in the Portal - even for unrelated tasks I forgot in the morning rush, like taking the blanket off the bed so Suki can't destroy it, as she is prone to do... Claire accepts my walk requests immediately, and the price is lower than anything else I was considering. We're so relieved to know Suki is taken care of and happy while we're at work. We love Baby Got Bark, and will be customers for many many years.

Claire and her team have been incredible! I hired Baby Got Bark (BGB) because I wanted a professional dog walker that knew dog behavior to walk my baby on a daily basis. A week after I hired BGB, I went out of the country for a vacation. I had a friend’s daughter stay with my dog during this time. However, I saw on my cameras how she was not taking care of my dog. I got in contact with Claire immediately and told her the situation. She responded to me immediately and was able to have one of her staff (Ashley) take over for overnight stays after I asked my friend’s daughter to leave my house. Claire was understanding and so responsive and immediately went over to my house the next day and changed over my apartment in preparation for Ashley to stay there (changing bed sheets, putting out fresh towels, etc.). Claire took my dog in a long walk and made sure she ate something! (My dog had not eaten in four days when my friend’s daughter as watching her.) When I returned home, I met Ashley, who is amazing! Super nice and kind! My dog LOVES Ashley and gets just as excited to see her as she is with me! Claire and her team at Baby Got Bark have been incredible! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs dog walking or overnight services. They are amazing!!!

We have an indoor/outdoor cat and a couple times a year we go on a weekend trip. C-PUP has always provided great service for our critter and has always been there, even on short notice. They feed our cat, top off or change the water, clean the litter, give some pets and playtime, email us a picture of our cat, and bring our mail and packages inside once a day. They've taken care of our cat when we decided to leave her in the house or outside. They have also kept our garden alive during summer trips by watering for a little extra charge. I would highly recommend C-PUP! We have used their services a couple times a year for the past 5 years or so.

All of her staff have been generous, patient, lovely people who treat us (humans and pets) with great care! A detailed report card is left at each visit outlining the activities our dogs performed, their affect, and notes on the overall visit. We have traveled and used C-PUP for home stays and also as a dog walking service. Our dogs have become so familiar with C-PUP staff that it's as if another family member is with them. C-Pup is fantastic! We had someone stay overnight with our pets while we were gone and she did a great job. Typically when I go away I worry about our pets, but with C-Pup we got frequent updates and I knew they were in good hands. When we arrived home our cats and dogs were well-adjusted and excited to see us. I can't imagine going on vacation and having anyone else stay with our pets. I highly recommend C-Pup.

The team at C-PUP has been taking care of my Golden Retriever, Breeze since we brought her home 4 years ago. While my husband and I worked in full-time jobs during the day, we had multiple scheduled walks for her energy level. During that time, Breeze was so well cared for and loved, just as we would have done if we were there. As I transitioned to full-time work from home, I now call on C-PUP for our overnight sitting needs. When we go out of town, whoever stays with Breeze loves her just as much as we do. They provide detailed notes, pictures/updates and take care of any worries we have while we're away. I would recommend any of their services if you wish for your pet to receive the highest quality of care when you can't do it yourself!

We've been using C-PUP to look after our cats for several years, and we've always had an outstanding experience. We get email updates once or twice while we're away. We arrive home to find a written daily log of feeding, meds, visits, etc. I can recommend them without hesitation.

I came to pick my 8 month old puppy today and found they had bathed her without my permission. When we got home I noticed she also has an injury to her lip and black soot all over her belly. I never received any communication today that something had happened and they just handed her to me as if it was an uneventful day. There has also been a horrible smell at this location for about two weeks now. I do not recommend!! I'm pulling her out of this place immediately before something worse occurs.

My dog Rudy has been coming here for 5 years—since he was a puppy, and he’s a fan. I like that we can schedule on the app and check in on him during the day on the webcams. We have also utilized “spa” services (bath) and the fact they can get him to even get a bath is amazing to me because we have only been able to bath him in a tub once in his life when he was much smaller, and to say “able to” is an overstatement—we ended up as wet as he was. So thanks, Dogtopia for keeping our fur baby safe and clean!

I take my dog Tulip for bathing, cleaning and nail clipping. The staff is courteous, very pet friendly, they do an excellent job and reasonably priced.

My dog Autumn loves Dogtopia of White Flint. She gets so excited whenever she goes and has an awesome experience. The staff is incredibly organized and friendly. I feel safe dropping my dog off here each week knowing she will be extremely well-cared for and participate in a lot of unique activities and have fun. The staff does a great job of providing different activities for the dogs and staying organized to ensure the safety and well-being of each dog. They quickly knew my dogs name as well as mine. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Dogtopia of White Flint and Autumn will be going there as long as I'm in the area.

Amazing staff! My pup always is happy and excited when we get there and exhausted when he leaves. He not only gets to socialize but gets mentally stimulated with all the fun activities. We love this place!

I have been a loyal client of Dogtopia White Flint for nearly a decade, specifically for boarding services. However, I have noticed a consistent decline in the quality of the services during each visit. Unfortunately, my dog contracted kennel cough while being boarded at this facility. Despite being up-to-date with all his vaccinations, he is not recovering and has now developed bronchopneumonia. This is an unprecedented occurrence as my dog has never experienced such health issues before. As a result, my family and I were worried about his well-being while we are out of the country, instead of enjoying our vacation. The vet bills had been astronomical, with two visits costing over $700 within less than a week of picking him up from boarding. The cost of boarding has also been a significant burden. I sent an email but staff from Dogtopia ignored me and I haven't received any response at all. Even though my dog had previously contracted conjunctivitis after boarding in prior visits, I still chose to remain with this facility. Nonetheless, I believe that the health and safety of dogs is not getting prioritized. Dogs are getting sick and every time I watch the live camera it seems the daycare is overcrowded with too many dogs and insufficient personnel to cater to their needs. I am really disappointed on the lack of acknowledgment from the staff of this facility. We won't be returning.

My dog loves to come to Dogtopia and play with friends. I never realized how important play with other dogs is for a growing puppy. My pup pulls on his leash to go in and is always greeted so warmly. Lots of love seen by the staff for the dogs. Feels very safe and i can leave him comfortably. It really has been a great experience!!

I love that my dog has a person in the room with her at all times. The camera is great but slightly addicting/distracting while I am at work. The other doggy daycare place we used to take her, she would come home incredibly stinky, but with Dogtopia, she comes home smelling like a normal dog, because they immediately clean up after the dogs.

Holly and Felicia were friendly, welcoming, and informative. They thoroughly explained the process, everyone was very caring with the pets there, and our fur baby seemed to enjoy himself. We loved the transparency of the live video-cams. We also appreciated that there is a K-9 coach to direct traffic and provide a safe and clean environment for our pets to enjoy and for the parents to feel comfortable knowing they are well cared for. A very special touch- when we picked up our fur baby, the staff gave us a report card and a laminated certificate for his first day. Felicia also took the time to tell us about Zen’s day. We will absolutely continue to bring our fur baby for day care, boarding and grooming.
