Trish was amazing! Our dog Minky who is a French bull dog, stayed overnight with her and seemed to have a great time. We went on a last minute trip to Marco Island and Googled Pet daycare. I called Trish and immediately felt comfortable. She showed me the play areas of the dogs and the whole area and house was doggy safe and friendly. She has 2 dogs so besides Trish, he was in comfortable good company! Anytime we go back we will definitely pay a visit to her. She also gave me various updates and pictures throughout Minkys stay which made us so happy! Highly recommended and so glad our fur baby enjoyed his time!

I have taken my 9 1/2 year old Cavalier King Charles to Miss Trish for several years. I can’t say enough how happy I am to bring my little girl to their home for doggy daycare. Noel loves going to see Miss Trish. And, I love bringing her knowing she is in good and caring hands. Noel is always well take care of and Trish accommodates any of your pet’s needs including medications. She is very experienced and dearly loves each of her guests. She gives your pet both inside and outdoor time unless you have a preference. Noel often sits with Trish on the lanai beside her and the backyard is fenced when she takes her potty. Her house is so clean and organized which is amazing with dogs coming and going. Your dog can sit on the coach and even sleep in bed if that is your pet’s routine at home. I am very particular where I bring my little dog when I am away, and I have no doubt of the excellent care given to her. In fact, I often bring her to Trish as I know she is happier there then running around with me. I have full confidence you will be pleased with your pet at their home.

Trish has cared for two of my dogs over the years - one small and one large dog. She treats them as her own with love and affection. I appreciated how she would send pictures when I was traveling. They get plenty of exercise and outdoor time. They loved being with her!

Miss Trish had a great rapport with my dog Lily. You can tell how much she loves having dogs in her home. Her home is very pet friendly. I really liked the fenced yard makes me feel secure. I highly recommend Miss Trish.

Look no further… Camp Bow Wow is a friendly, family-like place where my French Bulldog Lily can socialize and play with her new friends. It’s home away from home for Lily! I did my research as well as asking other friends that board their dogs here. After hearing several times, “We love Camp Bow Wow”. Their reputation for day camp as well as overnight boarding is excellent. They offer many amenities that I will be interested in buying for Lily. Brandon is the trainer here. He works one on one with your dog at Camp Bow Wow or in your home. Most of all I am confident and trust that my dog is in the best hands either for day camp or boarding. The staff is outstanding. They are always friendly, welcoming, and supportive. I rate Camp Bow Wow in Naples, Florida 5 stars for their complete customer care experience I as well as so many others have too.

My puppy loves Camp Bow Wow! He runs to the door dragging me behind him when we pull into the parking lot. I usually take him when I have an appointment or just need a break. I really should take him more often because he just loves it. The staff are really nice and seem to genuinely love their job. They also have cameras that you can access to watch your pup play. I can always count on a nice long nap when I pick my furry boy up.

My dog loves it!! They worked with Fen and still do to reduce his anxiety. Fen is a very "active" 1 year old Boston Terrier. They send notes from Fen about his day and photos. He gets excited as soon as we turn onto Airport Rd. It makes me feel at ease to have him with such caring and wonderful staff.

The caring staff at Camp Bow Wow Naples has been invaluable in assisting us to socialize and address behavioral issues of our rescue dog, Ella. Recently, we vacationed and when we returned, Ella was tired, but quickly readjusted. The facility is clean and well kept. The staff is knowledgeable, caring about their furry clientele and seem to enjoy the work that they do. That is important to us as Ella is not just our pet, but family.

Everyone that works there really cares about your dog. You just feel it when you walk in you see the way they treat them they care which says a lot. My dog was sick and didn’t go to day camp one day They called me to see how Toby was doing if he was OK. Every time go there he can’t wait to get in the door. Toby is now 3-1/2 years old and has been at Camp since he was 6 months old. He is a character, 8 pounds of pure happiness. You can’t help but smile when he looks at you. They love him like he was their own dog. You can’t fake that. As you know our dogs are very special and you can rest assured that they are getting the best treatment and care possible. This is a special place!!

Camp Bow Wow Naples is the best doggy day care around! Dexter loves playing with his friends and getting a bath there. The counselors and staff are happy to greet us when we walk in with big smiles on their faces! Dexter always sleeps well after a day at Camp Bow Wow Naples. We love Camp Bow Wow and have been taking our dog there for a couple years! The team members are attentive, caring and so helpful. Every time we tell Rudy we’re going to Bow Wow, we tell him, “you ready to go to Bow Wow?!”, and he gets so excited, jumping around the house! We’re so happy he loves it and are grateful to the Bow Wow team for loving our sweet boy when he’s there!

I have recently found Camp Bow Wow. My little French bulldog has been there twice. I love it there. I took a full tour. The people are so nice and considerate and caring. He’ll be going there quite often just to play, and if I ever have to leave town, I know I have a safe place to leave him, thank you Camp Bow Wow

My puppy, Violet, has been going to camp since she was 4 months old. She's 8 months now. She absolutely loves going. She pulls me to the car in the morning and heads straight for the back of CBW when we arrive, forgetting who I am. She comes home tired and that gives me a nice break at night. All of the employees are nice and they are great about checking in if Violet seems off. They have been accommodating and professional and Violet seems to like them all and listen to them. I like that I can check in on her on the cameras. And they give her lunch when I bring it. I'm so happy that I found Camp Bow-Wow.

We hired Paige to perform 5 - one hour long visits with our puppy while I was out of town and my fiance was at work. We fired her after the third visit due to lack of attention toward our dog and highly inappropriate behavior that violated our trust and our home. We would not recommend Paige unless you have cameras in your home, as we did, to verify your dog and you are not being taken advantage of. Very little attention was provided to our 12 week old puppy during these visits, only ~5/10 minutes at the beginning and end of each visit was he taken outside or played with, otherwise he was locked alone in his playpen while Paige and her uninvited shirtless guest sat in our living room on their phones, laid on top of each other on our couch, or performed sensual partner stretches. Google doesn’t seem to want to allow the photos we captured of these activities to be included in this review but we were appalled at what we witnessed in our home and hope others don’t have to deal with the same.

**If I could give zero stars, I would.** We hired Paige to take care of our 12-week-old puppy for five 1-hour visits last week. Prior to her first visit, I sent very detailed instructions, but it became clear during the first visit that these instructions had not been read. Instead of engaging with our puppy, Paige spent most of her time sitting on our sofa, focused on her phone. The second day took a disturbing turn. During the morning visit, I was alerted by my Furbo camera that my puppy was barking continuously. When I checked, I saw a shirtless man in my kitchen, going through my cabinets. Paige had not informed or asked for permission for anyone else to join her during the visit. Throughout the hour, my puppy was locked in his playpen, ignored, while Paige and this man engaged in inappropriate behavior on my sofa. Our puppy was only let out briefly at the start and end of the visit to go outside. Concerned, I monitored the afternoon visit closely. Once again, the same man was present, without my permission. Paige continued her inappropriate behavior while neglecting my puppy, who remained confined to his playpen. I overheard unethical discussions about how Paige planned to expand her business by cutting corners—she discussed charging full visit fees while spending only 15 minutes with each dog. This entire experience left me feeling violated and taken advantage of. I’m grateful I locked my bedroom door during her visits. When I confronted Paige about my dissatisfaction, she responded defensively, claiming she had never received a bad review. As a gesture of “goodwill,” she sent an invoice with a $5 discount on each $50 visit, which I believe is entirely insufficient. After reviewing her other online reviews, it’s evident that many are likely fake. If you’re considering hiring Paige, I urge you to reconsider.

I can’t say enough about Paw-sitive Pet Nanny dog sitting services. They will treat your pets like they are their own! It’s so nice to get away and know our furry companions are being well taken care of. They will send you pics and videos to take away the worry while you travel. Before I found their service I didn’t want to leave my dogs! Now I feel comfortable knowing Paige and her team will provide excellent service and lots of TLC! Thank you Paige!

I wont use Paige ever again. We have cameras in our home and she did not spend the whole amount of time paid for with our two dogs. She took them for a walk for literally five minutes and we have two large dogs that should have been walked for the entire 15 minutes. She left dog poop in our garage and cooked something and left dirty pans jn our sink that we came home to after a week vacation. When i texted her asking about these issues she never responded to my complaints. Super unprofessional and did not care about my pups. Just wanted to get in and out quickly. Really disappointed.

Paige stayed in our home several times to care for our mini schnauzer. ❤️ It’s not easy to trust someone to stay in your home and care for your baby, but she was great and Winston liked her too. I recommend her 100%.

Paige responded very quickly to a last minute overnight stay request. We had to make several changes before we booked and she responded very quickly to all of them. She alerted us before arriving and gave us updates about how the dogs did. The dogs had a great time!

Paige and her team did an amazing job watching my two Great Dane girls while we were gone for an entire week. This is the 3rd time we have used paw-sitive pet nanny and each time has been stress and worry free knowing that my girls are in good hands while we are away. It’s always hard for me to leave them behind because of their own anxiety and daily medicine routines but paw-sitive pet nanny made it easy!

Paige is amazing and handles her business and staff members with the utmost integrity and respect. It’s a privilege and pleasure to be able to work with her. If there was a six star option, she would get them.

My two dogs loved this place. I have a new rescue and I got a large kennel for her and her older sister along with the private play for them two together while I flew home for Christmas. It’s great how they offer customized boarding. It suits a lot of dogs who are adapting to their new homes. I should’ve known how great this place was when another came in and couldn’t wait to go to the back with the other dogs.

This was my first time boarding my guinea pigs and I was beyond happy when I got back. They were very well taken care of and when I asked for an update throughout the trip they were so sweet and sent me pics along with the update. I will definitely use their services again the next time we head out of town.

They are so wonderful here! I have been taking my dog Cody here for over a year now and he never wants to leave when I pick him up from daycare! Everyone here is so kind and they truly about our dogs. Definitely recommend for boarding or just daycare ride them to play while you’re at work/running errands.

This is the best dog day care in all of Naples. The customer service here is great and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The establishment is very clean and well taken care of. I’ve had my dog here for about 4 months now and I have not had a single issue and I can tell my dog is so happy and really enjoys going to day care everyday, she has even made some friends. Loved loved loved the service here, it was my first time boarding my dog as I am new to Naples and the owners made me feel totally comfortable they even sent me videos while I was away for a week. They were super easy going and was easy to text and ask questions and fine with me even having my dog there an extra day as I extended my trip. Definitely will be my go to place to leave my doggy. Will be returning for day play so my dog and enjoy some fun while I’m at work ☺️ they even put a little bow on her 💕

Thank you Preppy Pet Naples and Mattie for such wonderful experience! I dropped my dog off on Wednesday night through Tuesday morning because I went on a mission trip to Guatemala. Prior to leaving my dog, Mattie gave me a tour of the place, explained what would occur during Skyla stay and provided me videos of her play time while away. In addition, she went above and beyond, with making sure my dog was ready and cleaned when I picked her up. She even had on a special bow ☺️. I have been taking our 2 dogs to Preppy Pet for both daycare and boarding when we travel. My dogs can hardly wait to get out of the car and are always welcomed by familiar staff. The facility is always clean and I've yet to see any unhappy puppers there!

Now in our second year in Florida, we can not say enough about the Preppy Pet team. Tony and his wife are exceptional business people, they engage with their clients and they love our dogs as much as we do. The facility is clean, the staff is professional and the dogs absolutely love the time they spend in their care. When we had to put down one of our dogs earlier this year they immediately asked about him when we only made an appointment for our other dog. They followed up the conversation with a sympathy card and even asked how our dog was doing next time we boarded him at Preppy Pet. First class operation that you will be very happy with once you do business with them. They are setting a new standard in pet care. We love them!

I have left my dogs with Janet and Jaye for 20 years. I wouldn’t leave them anywhere else. They treat them as if they are their own, keep them safe and the dogs get so excited to see them. They go above and beyond to give them the attention they need when we are away. My Eddie is very anxious and even after Covid having not seen them in a long time was so happy when we got there. They send me photos and texts while I’m gone so I don’t miss them. They are two very special women with hearts of gold. They are truly the dog whisperers.

I have called and left messages, emailed and even sent a request for a quote on their website and have not received one single call back or email. So I drove there today to find a red gate with a security camera and one word to describe it would be CREEPY! Sitting there in my car you'd think they'd answer the phone; as the sign states to call upon arrival. I would give them zero stars and I will look elsewhere for a place that backs up what their website states.

We love your dogs as if they are our own. They receive one on one attention and love throuhout the day. Come and let your dog play, have fun, relax and enjoy our peaceful sanctuary.

Warning. Terrible new development at pampered pet resort. They have changed their play schedule and deleted an entire session for all pets. This means your pet will only go out every four hours and if you drop them off at daycare, they will only go out once in a seven hour period. This is crazy. The staff was of no help. The manager does not want to return calls your pet will be locked up for four hours at a time and only go out once in an eight hour time. If you leave your dog for 24 hours, they only go out 4 times!!!!. THIS IS STRAIGHT CRAZY THEY THINK ITS OK. CRAZY. BE WARNED. Update: they think dogs being out less and in their crate more is good for the dog. See their response. It’s nuts. They have an indoor facility the dogs could use. This wreaks of company deciding profit over dogs is ok. It’s not, dogs don’t go to you to stay in a cage for 4 hours a time. It meant poor Reggie was there from 8:30am to 3pm and only let out 1 time!!! How many times did you walk by poor Reggie in the crate during the 6 hours you couldn’t be bothered to take him out? Ludicrous that you say you’re for pets when you act this way, knowing a dog has only been out 1 time! In 6+ hours!!!. Shame on you and your employees for this terrible policy. Stay away.

Firstly, if I could leave ten stars I would. I cannot express just how much of a fabulous facility this is. My little dog has been coming here for about a year and a half. I pulled him out of another facility because I wasn't happy and placed him in the excellent care of Joyce and her team at Pampered pet Resorts. I worked with Joyce at another facility with my previous pup who needed some special care and attention towards the end of her life and Joyce was incredibly sensitive to my dogs needs then. Every time I tale Spike here there is a calm and organized atmosphere, the facility is spotless and well run. I just cannot say enough. They will treat your pup like royalty!

We were charged an additional $120 because of the way we brought in our dogs food. We have been taking our dog here for as long as I can remember. We have brought our dogs food the same way every time and have never had a problem. Their policy is that the food has to be “divided up into each individual day”. Nobody told us this policy has actually gone into effect after multiple times speaking on the phone. No heads up, reminders, or warning from anyone. Not even the lady checking us in or out knew what this additional “bagged food” charge was for or failed to mention to us that we would be charged additional if it wasn’t separated. Additionally, we called and said we were dropping off the dogs very early in the morning since we had an early flight. However, no one communicated to the worker there that morning what time we were coming in. As a result of this, we were rushing to make our flight because the suite was not ready. Have better communication with returning customers (not anymore) and staff.

After having a couple of subpar experiences at other pet boarding facilities in the Naples area we discovered Pampered Pet. We are so glad and grateful to have found this facility. A lot can be said about a business not when everything goes as planned, but how they handle challenges. We boarded our big guy (124 lbs) with our little guy (20 lbs) in a Presidential XL suite so that they could comfort each each other during their stay. Unfortunately, due to previous bad experiences our big guy almost immediately was displaying signs of stress. That is when the magic happened. Pampered Pet employees swiftly and confidently made a safety decision to move our little guy to his own suite due to the stress and angst our big was displaying. They called us immediately to notify us of their action and to inform us which camera we could view our little guy in his new pen. In addition they worked with our big guy, giving extra love and attention to help him with his stress and they moved him to a quieter part of the facility. For the next week we were able to view, in live time, both of pets acclimating and thriving in their new surroundings. On many instances we saw employees giving love and attention to all of the dogs on site. They confidentially led play groups for the dogs and attended to all of their needs. They were accurately aware of the high temperatures outside and took measures accordingly to ensure the animals were safe. They go above and beyond to attend to animals that are stressed by their surroundings and genuinely display care and affection to the animals. We were blown away by this display of professionalism and caring. Not only are we going to board our guys here in the future but we also plan on looking into utilizing some day care services as well. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to board pets for a first time. This is a five star top notch facility run by competent and caring people. Thank you Pampered Pet for taking such good care of our pups (Guillermo & Jericho). You have customers for life!

I was so disappointed with this place, my first and last time using them. My dog is very shy and my reason for bringing her there was to interact with other dogs, I told them this. They lied and said she got along great with the other dogs, then said she tried to jump the fence????? and they could not let her out on her own. Then told me that she was not introduced to the other dogs. What is the truth here. My poor dog sat in a cube listening to barking dogs for 2 hours and then never got to meet the pack. They only let the dogs play 30 minutes 7:00 am 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm for the large dogs. Not much of a doggy day care. There you go again saying you do not have my name in your system. You are not to be trusted, of course you have had me in your system.

I could not have asked for a better experience for our Maverick! Being a tiny guy and only sixteen weeks old, I was beyond nervous leaving him for the first time. I checked into many boarding facilities from Cape Coral to Naples and I am so thankful I decided on Pampered Pet Resorts! I loved being able to see him in group play throughout the day and I felt so much more comfortable knowing he was playing and not shut in a kennel all day. I got the best report card that reassured me even more that I made the right decision. If we lived closer, he would attend daycare regularly! Bonus… he was absolutely wiped out when I picked him up. That alone tells me how much fun he had. Thank you so much to everyone at Pampered Pet Resorts for taking such great care of our Maverick and making our trip more enjoyable!

Our dogs Zeus and Mona Lisa were boarded at Pampered Pets for the first time this past week for 6 days. This facility is AWESOME! Being able to see them on the cameras and even watch them play when they had play time with other dogs was such a treat. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. The staff at Pampered Pets is amazing, quick to response to any questions when I email them and are very attentive to all the details we provided them regarding our pups. I would highly recommend Pampered Pets! Having them board there was a huge guilt free relief for us while we were away. Looking forward to using them again in the future!

This place is amazing!! My dog Rambo had the best time and already wants to go back. He loved playing with all the dogs and there was so much space for them to run. The kennel was a good size and he got to play through out the day with all the friends he made. Definitely recommend!

My comment today about this facility is about the cleanliness. I was very impressed, after watching the live feed at different times during my dog’s stay, at how thorough the staff was at cleaning the kennels and the play yards with water, a solution of soap and scrub brushes! My dog came home after 4 days and didn’t stink like a dirty kennel! Thank you for keeping your facility healthy and CLEAN!

We took 3 of our dogs there. One big boy and 2 toy dogs. Not only do they have cameras where you can watch your pets twenty four hours a day, they took very good care of our babies and we would definitely use them again thank you

Nicole is amazing! She has made all the puppy blues completely disappear by helping us build a relationship with our puppy, training him with private training sessions, boarding him in a safe environment that we know we can trust and mostly giving us the tools to have the best puppy and dog. Our almost 18 week old puppy has such an amazing foundation of training and obedience. She is you and your dogs number 1 advocate and is patient and kind through the entire process. We couldn't be happier with our puppies continuing progress and the immense knowledge Nicole brings to us.

Would highly recommend Dog Ranch! We are so fortunate to have the Dog Ranch and Nicole so close to home. We take our lab twice a week for daycare and she loves its. Nicole has the perfect set up for dogs to play and she is with them all the time (it's her home). Nicole is attentive and knowledgeable and has been very helpful when we had health concerns with our pup.

From my very first interaction with Nicole, I knew by her attention to detail and thorough paperwork that my dogs would be safe with her during their boarding time. Now that I’ve gotten to experience her training and classes and I cannot be any happier with her knowledge, love for animals and her desire to help you connect with your pet. Nicole is absolutely great. She is a very professional and knowledgeable dog trainer. We have had the opportunity to have private in home puppy lessons with Nicole as well as attend the training and doggy day camp days. The day camp is held in her home with a limited number of dogs. It is an excellent safe environment. Very happy that we have found the Dog Ranch as an option for pup!

We had such a great experience with Dog Ranch! To say Nicole knows her stuff would be an understatement, she’s extremely knowledgeable in everything dog and really helped us navigate the early stages of having 2 puppies! I can’t say enough about Nicole. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone I knew her program was the perfect fit our new puppy. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough in her training. As opposed to most other board and train programs, Nicole does all training out of her home and only accepts a certain number of dogs, ensuring your dog will get a great amount of attention. After a total of 5 weeks board and train, Theo has returned to us an obedient, polite puppy who has conquered all our training goals for him. So if you want results from your dog, go see Nicole!

I have worked with Nicole at the Dog Ranch for several sessions. I value her knowledge and expertise. I have a very active young dog and Nicole has worked with us and has given us great strategies. I’ve seen a lot of improvement in my dog and I would highly recommend Nicole at the Dog Ranch of Naples.

Nicole is so honest, kind, knowledgeable and an absolute wonder with dogs. She's a lovely person and I'm so fortunate to have found her. Jack LOVES to go to Nicole's. Its a great place with ample space to run free and let dogs be dogs! I would never trust anyone else to care for my dog, especially for overnight stays. Nicole is the only trainer that I have had that truly got the results that I desperately needed. She not only trained Jack, but trained us too. So much to learn about dogs and their behavior...Nicole understands canine behavior and has taught us so much. I could sing her praises all day long. She's the BEST!

Dog Ranch Naples is AMAZING! Nicole is professional, knowledgeable and loves what she does and it shows! It is the only place I would trust to care for my pups! She showed great care and patience with my new puppy, and shared her knowledge of training and nutrition, which has been extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

Our Zoey has been staying as an overnight guest at the Ranch since Nicole opened her doors in 2012. Anytime we go out of town we can be assured we have one less thing to worry about. We know our dog will be well cared for and loved. Nicole opens her home and treats all visitors as if he/she is one of her own. She is extremely knowledgeable about what she does and can be relied upon as a true professional. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any family member or friend. We are thrilled with the above and beyond care of our dog, Harley by Tabby’s Total Pet Care. We have used a number of boarding services in town but none that had complimentary pick up and delivery. With our very early departure and late return, we would have needed extra days and nights at any other place but Tabby’s. Knowing of her vet tech skills gave us an extra level of assurance leaving our dog. Having acreage to run and play is truly what our dog needs. She sent photo and video updates of our happy pup and dropped her back home ahead of our return.

Tabby is so easy to work with and provides such care to my fur babies. She is very knowledgeable, & understands their behaviors and routines. She plays with them and actually spoils them! The updates and videos she shares are very reassuring. Tabby has been watching my girls for years and I trust her like a family member!

The best pet boarding!! Our dog had the best weekend with Tabby! We asked her to give her a bath and she smelt so good picking her up! We recommend her! Even good with just one on one if your dog isn’t the best with other dogs!

Tabby is seriously the best! She has saved the day for me and my two kitties countless times! Having moved to Naples less than 2 years ago, I was in need of a cat sitter who was skilled at administering medications to my one cat who has asthma and to ensure my other cat had her wet food and treats while I was out of town visiting family or traveling for work. She always makes a point to ensure both of my cats are cared for and they love her dearly! She is prompt to schedule with, caring, kind and above all very responsible. I also notice little things she does, like cleaning the litter box, vacuuming up cat litter and even cleaning up fur balls. It makes coming home after a long trip stress free. We’ve used Tabby’s services on 3 occasions now and have been pleased with the care they’ve given our 2 dogs. We prefer for our dogs to stay home instead of boarding and Tabby has provided drop in service that has worked out perfectly. They’ve been punctual and given plenty of updates on how are boys are doing. Would highly recommend. 👍🏻

Tabby is a godsend. I had a puppy that required major surgery during my trip to Italy. She took care of her pre and post op while I was away. She was fantastic at communicating and has helped me through this process so much. I highly recommend her, she is fantastic!

My 3 dogs and i love Pet Paradise. Ari the manager is fantastic great with people and pets. Megan is also wonderful. My dogs go to day camp and have boarded and I have no concerns when they are at Pet Paradise.

Lexie was great helping get our dogs set up as regulars. Also, Megan, the trainer, was wonderful with managing our dogs. We watched throughout the day the interaction on the webcams. The dogs got plenty of exercise and attention throughout the day. The facilities are set up very well for the dogs with lots of shade outside, and water bowls everywhere. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to get their dog some exercise and playtime.

We are very happy with Pet Paradise. He walks in happily, they have cameras to watch them interact with the other dogs. He comes home exhausted so you know he was out playing with the others!

We absolutely love Pet Paradise. They treat our little babies, Gigi and Gizmo, with such love and care. Reading the company's published information and the GOOGLE REVIEWS, we noted several positive 5-Star GOOGLE REVIEWS but, also found numerous and disturbing 1-STAR GOOGLE REVIEWS. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS!.

My boyfriend and I were going out of town and we needed a place to leave our dog. When walking in for drop off, we were immediately hit with a potent smell of urine. I tried to ignore it because i understand that there are many dogs at the facility and accidents happen. The building is very run down but the staff were nice enough and we had no other choice but to leave our dog so out of desperation we did. When picking up our dog we noticed how bad he smelled. Once we were in the car we saw that his paws were covered in urine. His paw pads were raw and looked almost burnt, and he acted off for days after pick up. He has been boarded at another facility and NEVER acted that way after his stays. I looked into this location and found some disturbing things about their past. Many dogs have come home with wounds and one dog was even killed at the facility by its siblings a few years ago. We will NOT be bringing our dog back to this facility. For anyone who needs good recommendations to board your dog, literally ANY OTHER facility in naples would be better.

I entrusted my fur baby to Pet Paradise at the Naples location for his very first time been boarded and they were really gentle and kind with him. The place was very clean, it has a good amount of indoor and outdoor areas for the dogs to play in and with shaded areas as well as a little doggy water pool for them to cool off. As I was registering him, they asked for his feeding schedule, type of food, special items to leave for him from home to make him more comfortable. Also the best feature, is that they have cameras on the indoor and outdoor areas for owners to be able to watch their fur babies on their website from a mobile device or computer, which gave my family and I a big sense of relief as this was his very first time being away from home. They have a good amount of staff caring for the doggies here and a lot of a la carte services available for the pups. I give 5 stars, as my baby Fluffy was well cared for, also the staff working the front desk was very nice and the drop off/pick up hours were very flexible. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!

Our 5 month old puppy had a great time at Pet Paradise while my husband was in the hospital and I was spending so much time there with him. She played with the other pups and all the staff said she adjusted very quickly to the new surroundings. We will be taking advantage of the doggie day camps soon! Update 9/21/2024 Coco is 2 years old now, and she loves going to Pet Paradise when I need a doggy daycare break. Coco comes in the door and immediately goes bonkers - she is SO HAPPY to see the staff, and can barely wait for them to put on her ID and take her back to where all the doggies are. Doesn't even give me a glance back! She comes home content and sleeps like a log that night!

Drew’s doghouse is truly a dogs heaven! They can’t wait to get out of the car when we pull up for daycare. They have fun all day long. Very hands on with them from playing fetch to pup pack walks. They take lots of pics and videos which I love seeing! We have boarded our pups overnight on a few occasions and have never felt more comfortable leaving them with anyone. Highly recommend them if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you for taking such great care of our babies!

I cannot say enough great things about Andrew and Drew’s dog house! They treat every pet as if it were their own ! We rescued a 3 year old husky who was not social. I was worried about keeping him and in 20 minutes Andrew did more for my dog than all my wasted money on previous trainers ! Now I’m worried that my dog likes it better over there lol, that’s is great worry to have. What a wonderful piece of mind to know he is in great hands when have to leave or he just needs a little dog fun for the day !

What a wonderful place to bring my dog, Charlie. Charlie loves his time spent at Drew’s Dog House. I bring him 2-3 times a week to socialize and get exercise. Drew walks the dogs at least once during the day. (Perhaps you’ve seen him walking “the pack” up and down Oaks Blvd. ) I have also left Charlie there while I travel. I was concerned as Charlie is a very attached, anxious dog. Charlie was do happy while there for the three weeks, I don’t think he knew I wasn’t there with him! I have recommended Drew’s Dog House to several of my friends who are also very happy with them. Thank you Drew and Ireland for all the love and attention you show to our puppies. 🐶

My dog, Nala, absolutely loves Drew’s Dog House! She has been there several times, and every visit has been a great experience for her. She enjoys playing outside with the other dogs, and I can tell she is well taken care of every time. My cat Yoshi has spent the whole summer and part of the fall with drew. He is taking great care of him. Drew has a big heart and tons of love for the animools. I whole heartedly recommend anyone leave their family in the care of Drew and his wife. They have plenty of room on their property for your dog to run and play. 10/10 5 star experience!

There are many great things about Drew's Dog House. First the owners are wonderful. They are caring and very compassionate. We were in a serious bind when Milton hit and our "pet friendly" rental would not take our cat. I got ahold of them and they opened their arms for Roy. Secondly I loved the atmosphere at their house. It is cosy and welcoming. Last, but not least, they took great care of Roy our cat. He came back to us happy and contented. Even though I live in North Fort Myers, I would definitely travel to Naples if I had to board Roy for any reason.

Frankie and I are so happy we found Drew's Dog House. We are pretty new to Naples and with the move Frankie left behind all his friends. He was a little sad and bored the first few months, but now he swims like a shark, goes on long pack walks and has friends he gets to see all the time. The best part is the love and attention that Drew and Ireland give him whenever he is there. Drew treats Frankie and all the dogs in his care as if they were his own. ❤️
